FBI Shares New Video Showing Charlie Kirk Assassin Jumping Off Roof

Officials released new surveillance video of the suspect who fatally shot Charlie Kirk during an event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday (September 10). The new video shows the suspected gunman jumping off the building where he fired from. The suspect is then seen crossing the street and entering a wooded area, where investigators found the gunman's bolt-action rifle.

Utah Department of Public Safety Commissioner Beau Mason said that the suspect was wearing a black t-shirt with an eagle on it, black pants, a hat with a triangle on it, sun glasses, and Converse sneakers. Mason said that investigators managed to find shoe prints from when he landed.

He asked the public for help identifying the suspect and asked anybody with information call the FBI at 1-800-FBI or visit fbi.gov/utahvalleyshooting.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox said the FBI has already received over 7,000 tips, noting the agency has seen that many tips since the search for the Boston Marathon bombing suspects.
