My Weekend: BeerFest Cruise, The Movies, Farms, Sunrise & Chili Dogs

I'll start right out with it - it was a REALLY good weekend! I might have to give myself a 9 when we Rate Your Weekend this morning! Did a lot of stuff and the weather was absolutely perfect for the most part! Let's get to it!

The movie SPINAL TAP 2 came out on Friday and I really wanted to see it - so of course- I went to the theater and saw

DOWNTON ABBEY, of course!!!! Hahah-

Valerie really wanted to see it - so I BEING THE AWESOME HUSBAND I AM (haha- dont tell her I said that, please!) - went to see it on Friday night- and you know what? Even though I'd never seen the series- it's a really good movie! That means - that I can go to Spinal Tap 2 on my own and wont have to worry about Valerie looking over at me with the "THIS IS STUPID" look she gives me when I watch movies I WANT TO WATCH- haha...

Saturday morning I got out to shoot a bit and headed to Portsmouth and then on to a sunrise in New Castle

Later, of course- it was BeerFest Cruise time and what a BLAST that was! (See my other post on this page for more pics I took on the boat!) - but here's one post-cruise group shot for ya -

Saturday night when we got home- Cait and Bri came by and hung out and it was a perfect ending to the day-

Sunday morning it was out again with the camera and I shot a sunflower field at Tendercrop Farm in Dover. Awesome spot and a great store too!

They held a Sunflower Festival over the weekend and Valerie and I went back for it later in the morning -

Bravo to the Tendercrop folks for putting on a really cool weekend! Beers, local artisans, sunflowers, pizza and

CHILI DOGS!!!! Boom! (Shout of to Gizzy Gods Gourmet Hot Dogs!)! We even ran in to Tyler and Morgan there too! It was a perfect day for it!

We rounded out the day with the Patriots game and a cook out at a friends house- and it was the perfect way to round out a couple of really nice days-

Seriously- thats a 9 in my book!
