Alex Stone chats with Conway Jr. about Major League Baseball, which will bring in "robot umpires" in the 2026 season, although human umpires will not go away.  The system is known as ABS and is already in place in tennis and has been used since 2006 to determine line calls. How will it impact sports betting?  A man who stole a semi-truck earlier today was finally stopped when law enforcement rammed the truck he was driving with a SWAT vehicle. Michael Monks is in studio to discuss how LA will avoid laying off city workers this year, after Mayor Karen Bass negotiated deals with employee unions. The number of potential layoffs was more than 1,600 workers, amid a $1-billion budget shortfall. Local officials have a proposal to place public restrooms on the Runyon Canyon hiking trail, which are set to cost a whopping $1 million for two toilets!
