Diddy Sentenced to 50 Years in Prison, Faces Three More Years

October 7, 2025

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sentenced to 50 years in prison, with credit for time served, reducing his remaining sentence to 36 months. In addition to his prison time, Diddy was fined $500,000 and will face five years of supervised release after serving his sentence.

Judge Subramanian delivered the sentence, citing Diddy's "history of rampant sexual and physical violence" and calling for a substantial sentence. He addressed the survivors, including Cassie Ventura, saying, “We heard you. I am proud of you for coming to the court to tell the world what really happened.”

In a moment of compassion, the judge also acknowledged Diddy directly, saying, “I know you are in a dark place now, but you and your family are going to get through this.”

In an unexpected twist, TMZ reported that former President Trump told reporters that Diddy's legal team reached out to request a pardon. Trump stated, “I call him Puff Daddy. He has asked me for a pardon,” but has not confirmed whether he will consider clemency.

All eyes will be on Washington in the coming weeks to see what happens next.
