Chris Stapleton On Doctor-Ordered Vocal Rest Due To Illness — What To Know

Chris Stapleton shared an apology to concertgoers as he announced on Thursday evening (October 9) that he would reschedule performance date due to illness.
“To all my friends in Hollywood, FL, I am very sorry to let you all know I am battling bronchitis and am unable to perform this weekend’s shows as my doctors have put me on vocal rest,” Stapleton said in a statement. “I want to sincerely thank anyone who made plans to attend these shows. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to seeing you next year.”
Ticket’s to Stapleton’s originally-scheduled performance on Friday (October 10) will be honored on the new Sunday, January 11 date. Tickets to the show on Saturday (October 10) will be honored on Saturday, January 10, per Stapleton’s announcement. anyone unable to attend the rescheduled date should “contact your point of purchase by Monday, November 10.”
