Flood Watch In Effect

(Melbourne, FL) --Heavy rain could cause flooding on the coast today. The National Weather Service has a Flood Watch in effect through tonight for Volusia and Brevard counties.

Daytona Beach Police Post Video Of Iguana Capture

(Daytona Beach, FL) -- A new video highlights the unique challenges law enforcement officers sometimes face. The Daytona Beach Police Department on Wednesday posted video on Facebook of an incident Monday morning. Officers were called after an iguana was seen roaming around the city. It was feisty, and it took two officers to catch it and put it in the back of a squad car. No one was hurt, and there's no word on who the iguana may belong to.

South Lake Tahoe City Manager Say All Is Well

(South Lake Tahoe, CA) -- In California, South Lake Tahoe's city manager says everything is running normal, even as the city council is anything but normal. City Manager Joe Irvin posted a video saying city services are unaffected by investigations into elected leaders. And he says those politicians do not have access to city finances. That might be a reference to the South Lake Tahoe mayor's admission that she stole money while working as a bookkeeper at a local church. Separately, the mayor pro-tem says he'll fight charges that he threatened to have people killed for kicking him out of a restaurant.

Florida Loves Skittles

(Tallahassee, FL) --A new map is revealing the most popular Halloween candy in different parts of the U.S. According to DoorDash, Floridians favor Skittles, while folks in states out west, like California and Nevada, have Snickers as their favorite Halloween treat. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups remains the nation's favorite holiday candy.
