A “Russian Roulette” Game Leads To Death

On October 5 in Cincinnati, a 23-year-old woman named Rachel Counts was fatally shot during what police say was a game of “Russian roulette,” proposed by a friend.

According to investigators, Rachel was playing cards with the friend (identified as Omarion Horne, also 23), their partners, and others when Horne pulled out a revolver. He first pointed the gun at his own head — either as part of the game or as a taunt — and then, it’s alleged, turned the weapon toward Rachel and pulled the trigger, striking her in the chest.

Emergency responders arrived at a home in the Winston Hills area of Cincinnati. Despite attempts at resuscitation, Rachel was pronounced dead at the scene. MORE INFO HERE
