An illegal migrant who allegedly offered $10,000 to anyone who killed U.S. Immigration and Customs agents in a video shared on TikTok was arrested last week, the New York Post reports.

Eudardo Aguilar, 23, a Mexican national, was charged with transmitting in interstate or foreign commerce a communication containing a threat after being detained in Dallas, Texas, last Tuesday (October 14). Aguilar allegedly shared a video on October 9 stating, in Spanish, that he sought "10 dudes" within the city willing to murder ICE agents.

“Ten dudes in Dallas with determination who aren’t afraid to [skull emojis],” along with the offering of "10K for each ICE agent," which appeared over a photo of the city where he's reported to live, according to court documents.

“Threats against our law enforcement officers are completely unacceptable,” said Nancy Larson, acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, in a statement obtained by the New York Post. “All threats against our agents and officers will be investigated thoroughly, and anyone who threatens or puts a bounty on agents will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent.”

A .9mm handgun was found in Aguilar's vehicle at the time of his arrest, which violated federal laws prohibiting illegal migrants from carrying firearms. The suspect reportedly crossed the U.S. border illegally as an unaccompanied minor in 2018 and was issued a final order of removal by a judge one year later.

Aguilar has faced several liquor-related charges in the years since he was ordered for removal, according to Homeland Security.

“We are thankful this illegal alien who had a firearm in his possession was arrested before he could kill one of our law enforcement officers,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin in a statement obtained by the New York Post. “Our agents are facing ambushes, terrorist attacks, and death threats, all because they dare to enforce the laws passed by Congress. We will not back down from these threats, and every criminal, terrorist, and illegal alien will face American justice.”
