NO, HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS AREN'T DOUBLING As this blaring headline says in the Denver Gazette. The reality is that roughly 225,000 Coloradans get some kind of Obamacare subsidy, but only those in the enhanced subsidy category will see their share of taxpayer dollars taken away. That group makes up to or even OVER 400% of the federal poverty level. According to Connect for Health's own website we're talking about 34,000 Coloradans here. Premiums are not going up by 100%, we're just making those who should have never been covered in the first place that they have to pay their own way instead of making other people pay for their stuff.

THE MORE WIND AND SOLAR, THE LESS RELIABLE THEY ARE This is a wonky article about it but the reality is data centers, which power the internet and AI, can't rely on wind and solar. They are simply unreliable as they are weather and daylight based. This is why China is adding 80 gigawatts of coal fired plants by the end of 2025. We don't have battery storage big enough to solve this problem, and the problem is that we're moving towards a world of blackouts and failures if we keep letting Democrats make energy policy.
