RECIPES:
POT ROAST SLIDERS – I had a busy day on Sunday because Dylan’s game was on the road in Haverhill, MA so crock pot was my answer! I seasoned a round roast with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and seared in a skillet of butter on each side. In a crock pot, I put beef broth and onion soup packed, add the roast and cooked for 8 hours on low. I made grand biscuits, cut slices of the roast, and melted provolone on top. Slice your biscuit, add your meat and cheese and then top with crunchy fried onions and serve with a mix of horseradish and mayonnaise and serve with the broth to dip in.
FRIED TORTELLINI – Perfect bite size appetizer and so easy to make! I bought fresh Chicken tortellini, in a bowl mix eggs and milk, in another bowl mix Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic and onion powder. Coat the tortellini in egg mixture and then in coat them in breadcrumbs, fry them in oil on each side, remove from oil and put on paper towel to get excess oil off and then serve with marinara sauce.
