Revoked, Re-arrested, Relief & Restaurants
October 30, 2025
Illinois National Guard Captain Blaha says his security clearance has been revoked. It appears he and his fellow soldier, both candidates for office in Illinois, are under extreme scrutiny for their antics in claiming they’ll refuse orders to deploy in their home state.
The grad assistant who flipped the Turning Point USA table is in trouble for more than being disruptive. Seems he threatened the president. These are not single action activists.
It appears Chili’s was faster to learn the lesson that the customer is always right. Good for them…and us. Continuing on the food front, half of the states in the union are suing the Trump administration to continue SNAP benefits during the ongoing shutdown. But, where do those SNAP dollars go, and for what?
A good economy is the best solution to these issues and it appears there are shifts in the job market that don’t look so good, but are there better times ahead?
Those stories and more are in play for today’s show and we’ll have a special, last-minute guest join us in our 7am hour to talk about relief efforts in Jamaica. We’ll have Dan Newlin by phone as he heads that direction with musical artist Shaggy.
