Zac Brown served as a mega mentor to offer advice and support to rising artists on The Voice during the Knockout rounds.
The Zac Brown Band frontman served as a mentor to contestants on Teams Michael Bublé and Snoop Dogg. Bublé said in the episode that aired on Monday evening (November 3) that “it’s very cool” to welcome the Grammy-winning country star to the show. He hailed Brown “the greatest mentor for these artists that I could’ve hoped for.”
“I wouldn’t want nobody else to be my mega mentor,” Snoop said.
“I love the spirit of this show, which is helping to expose people’s talent and help them down the road,” Brown shared. “Being able to be a part of something that helps people, I always love to do. The integrity of the show and the people that come from it, and getting to meet everybody that runs this show, and the band, and everybody that’s here, it’s just like, you’re reminded of, like, that’s my kind of people.”
Brown previously said he was “honored to be a Mega Mentor,” on the show. “Music changed my life and now I get to help light that spark for someone else.” Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member Joe Walsh served as a mega mentor to Teams Niall Horan and Reba McEntire. Each coach will select a winner from their team in the Knockout rounds to advance to the Playoffs, followed by live performances. The Voice airs on Mondays on NBC and is available the following day on Peacock. Watch Brown mentor artists on The Voice below.
