4:05 pm: Utah Speaker of the House Mike Schultz joins Rod and Greg to discuss how lawmakers plan to respond to last night’s decision by Judge Dianna Gibson to throw out the legislature’s proposed congressional map in favor of one drawn by the plaintiffs in the case which could guarantee a Democratic seat from Utah.

4:38 pm: Laura Lewis Eyi, Spokesperson for Mormon Women for Ethical Government, one of the groups that sued the Utah Legislature over congressional maps adopted in 2021, joins the program to discuss the judge’s decision to favor their map over the one proposed by Utah lawmakers.

5:05 pm: Utah Republican Party Chairman Rob Axson joins the program for a conversation about the party’s next steps after Judge Dianna Gibson’s decision to reject the state legislature’s new congressional map in favor of a map drawn by nonprofit groups that likely favors a Democrat candidate.

6:05 pm: Former Utah Congressman Rob Bishop, also a former member of the state’s Independent Redistricting Commission, joins the program to give us his thoughts on Judge Dianna Gibson’s decision on Utah’s congressional map.
