Wale's highly anticipated album has finally arrived.

On Friday, November 14, the DMV native released his eighth studio album, everything is a lot, via Def Jam Recordings. Wale kicks off the album with "Conundrum" and "Belly" (an afrobeats-inspired joint that samples Soul II Soul's "Back To Life") followed by previously released singles like "Where To Start" and "Blanco." Later, he serves up stunning collaborations like "Mirroronnabenz" with BNYX and "Watching Us" featuring Leon Thomas, which samples Goapele's "Closer To My Dreams." Wale's new album also features Ty Dolla $ign, Nino Paid, Shaboozey, Andra Day, Odeal, Teni, Seyi Vibez and more.

“If you ask ten people who’ve heard it, they’re going to give you 10 different responses. It’s honest. It’s a roller coaster," Wale said during a recent PLLRS conversation. “We’re pretty global on this [album]. We got moments. I wouldn’t call anything Afrobeats. This is more of a hybrid of hip-hop and sounds from Africa.”

This is Wale's first full-length project since he signed with Def Jam last year. Since then, he's dropped several singles, including "Ghetto Speak" and "Love/Hatr Thing," and collaborated with rising stars like 4batz.

Wale's "Watching Us" with Leon Thomas appears on iHeartRadio's Rap Rising playlist this week. It also features new music from Lil Baby, Ken Carson, Meek Mill, and more. Press play on the playlist up top and scroll below for more fresh tracks.
