Suspected Illegal Immigrant Accused Of Sending Nudes To 12-Year-Old

A suspected illegal immigrant in Texas is accused of sending nude photos to a 12-year-old boy to "sexually entice" him, the Jasper County Sheriff's Office announced in a post shared last week.

Susanna Mendoza, 26, was charged with solicitation of a minor (second degree felony) and transported to the Jasper County Jail. Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard said Mendoza allegedly sent "nude photos and vulgar text messages" in an effort to "sexually entice" the 12-year-old boy, who the department noted has since turned 13.

"On November 13th, 2025, at approximately 4:26 p.m., Jasper County S.O. Investigator Calvin Starkie arrested Susanna Mendoza, 26, of Jasper. The arrest stems from an investigation that was initiated several days ago where it is alleged that this 26 year old female was sending nude photos and vulgar text messages to a 12 year old male (the male has since turned 13) in an attempt to sexually entice the juvenile. Fortunately, due to the awareness of the child’s parents, they contacted us and an investigation was immediately began," Havard wrote in a post shared on the Jasper County Sheriff's Office's Facebook account.

"Sheriff Chuck Havard and his staff are committed to combating criminal activity in Jasper County. I appreciate the hard work of Investigator Starkie. He had to work extremely fast because it is believed the suspect is an illegal immigrant and she threatened to flee the country," he added.

Havard added that the Jasper County Sheriff's Office would contact the appropriate authorities in order to report Mendoza being in the United States illegally when the post was initially shared last week. No additional information was made available at the time of publication on Monday (November 17).
