Sean "Diddy" Combs has denied the recent sexual allegations that have been filed against him.
According to a report TMZ published on Tuesday, November 18, the imprisoned artist was recently accused of sexual battery from a music producer and publicist. The man, who filed a police report in Largo, Fla., claimed the alleged incident happened at a photo shoot in 2020. John Doe told police he was invited out to Los Angeles to attend the photo shoot. At the time, Doe said Combs started playing with himself under a shirt and asked the man to assist him with the sex act.
"As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus," Combs' attorney Jonathan Davis told TMZ. "Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone."
"He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided -- and not in the media -- based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations," Davis added.
John Doe claimed he ignored Combs' request before the artist threw the shirt at him. He also alleged that Combs called him a snitch during a meeting in Santa Monica in 2021. He told police two men grabbed, put something over his head and dragged him into another room that Combs was in before the mogul began to berate him.
Combs is currently serving his 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. His was expected to be released in May 2028 but his sentence was recently extended by a month due to several issues he's had while behind bars.
