Billie Eilish may have just wrapped up her HIT ME HARD AND SOFT Tour, but fans will have another chance to see her perform all the hits in her upcoming tour film thanks to the help of a well-know director.
The "BIRDS OF A FEATHER" singer announced the new details of the project, HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR (LIVE IN 3D), at the final show of her tour in San Francisco on Sunday (November 23) night. She revealed that she and Avatar director James Cameron co-directed the 3D concert film, made in partnership with Darkroom Records, Interscope Films and Lightstorm Entertainment, and that it will hit theaters on March 20, 2026, NME reports.
Eilish also celebrated the film in a post on Instagram on Sunday, sharing a black and white photo of her speaking with the Titanic director.
"HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR (LIVE IN 3D) coming to theatres on march 20th 2026 !!!!" she wrote in the caption. "this has been one of my favorite tours everrrrrr and being able to capture it and co-direct this film with [Cameron] has truly been a dream come true. can't wait for you all to see it :')"
The Grammy winner first teased a collaboration with Cameron during a concert in Manchester, England, this summer, hinting at a "very, very special" project in the works as she addressed the additional cameras at the show.
