Brian Kelley is reflecting on his 2025 before heading into the new year, and is sharing how much meeting fans on tour has impacted him.
In a video shared to his Instagram, Kelley explained that he made a lot of memories with fans this year on his "Sunshine State of Mind Tour," and said, "We got to make a lot of memories with a lot of fans, whether that was meet-and-greet or before the show, we were walking around and they spot us and we connect or after the show walking to the bus, whatever it may be, walking around town, it's always great to shake hands, give them a hug and hear what they have to say. You never know how the music's affected them."
He continued by recalling a special set of fans who came to his tour stop at the beginning of the trek in South Carolina, and then showed up at the very end of the journey in North Carolina. He remembered, "We got a couple from Canada that came down to Isle of Palms, South Carolina, top of the tour, and then met us in North Carolina for, I think, the very last show. And to hear that their life was changed and the way they lived their life was completely different after hearing Sunshine State of Mind season one, it affects me too. That's very special."
Kelley finished by sharing, "I've been touched by all kinds of music and it's helped motivate me. It's helped get me out of a rut. It's helped me get ready to go out on Saturday night. Whatever you use music for, it has many ways to affect you. And so to hear that what we're putting out is moving people in a way towards happiness and positivity, that's freaking awesome. And maybe it doesn't move you to a new state, maybe it moves you into a new mindset. That's what it's all about."
