Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are putting their family first despite their split.
Perry and Bloom and settling into their new "family dynamic" months after ending their relationship. A source recently told People that the exes, who are parents to 5-year-old daughter Daisy Dove, are "always gonna be family and put their daughter first." Though their respective careers keep them "busy" and are "another kind of commitment" to navigate, they are "doing a great job at figuring it all out" for their daughter.
"They're both super committed to keeping this family dynamic," the source said, adding that the former couple's new relationship is "all amicable and pretty easy."
The new insight into their dynamic comes after the "Firework" singer and the Pirates of the Caribbean star recently reunited on a public outing. They were seen together earlier this week attending a musical in London with Daisy and Bloom's 14-year-old son Flynn, whom he shares with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
Perry and Bloom went their separate ways in 2024 after more than eight years together. At the time, reps for the pair confirmed their shifting relationship toward co-parenting their daughter.
"They will continue to be seen together as a family," reps said in a statement, "as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect."
