Thor's Midweek Meltdown: Look To Other Cities!

It is the first meltdown of 2026 and Thor comes out swinging! Once again fighting back against the San Diego government and their decisions, Thor gives us an insight to the parking at Balboa Park and calls for the mayor and city council to look at other cities and how they fixed their budget shortfalls in ways that don't involve charging the people exorbitant amounts of money!
