Millie Bobby Brown Makes Big Change With Dramatic New Look

Millie Bobby Brown is entering the new year with a dramatic new look.

The Stranger Things star, 21, debuted her latest hair transformation over the weekend while attending the Joy Awards in Saudi Arabia on Saturday (January 17). Brown switched up her long tresses for a blunt bob that falls right at her chin and dyed her locks a more natural brown shade compared to the reddish hue she had previously been sporting, per Page Six.

The short style emphasized the stunning gown she wore to the event, walking the red carpet in a silver Tamara Ralph Couture fall 2025 gown covered in sequins and white floral appliqués paired with large diamond covered Chopard drop earrings and a bold red lip.

While the chop may appear drastic, Brown is no stranger to switching up her hairstyle. Outside of the buzzcut her Stranger Things character was known for, Brown has experimented with different styles in her personal life. In February 2025, she entered her blonde bombshell era, showing off her platinum blonde tresses styled with face framing layers, People reports. She dyed her hair once again later that year, going back to a darker tone.

The Enola Holmes actress is the latest star to switch up her look. Ariana Grande recently went back to her dark brunette color after three years of being blonde for Wicked while Sydney Sweeney also made a major chop to her signature long blonde locks last fall.
