Double Motorcycle Crash In O'Neill Tunnel Leaves 2 Dead

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A double motorcycle crash in Boston’s O’Neill Tunnel early Saturday morning has left two men dead.

The crash occurred around 2 a.m. when the two motorcyclists lost control on Route 93 northbound near Exit 23, according to Massachusetts State Police.

The motorcyclists were travelling with a group that were headed north. Two lanes were closed in the tunnel following the crash. They have since been reopened.

The identity of the victims has yet to be released. Police are currently investigating.
