It seems that Caroline Hobby has lived 100 lives. She was born and raised in the heart of Texas, and HEART has been what has guided her entire life. Never having a compass other than her curiosity, gut instinct, and natural talents, Caroline has lived a legendary life. She began her entertainment career singing with her trio, Stealing Angels, which included John Wayne and Loretta Lynn's granddaughters. That experience gave her a backstage pass into the real world of what FAME and "making it in the music biz" really looks like. While in Stealing Angels, Caroline travelled the world, opening for every superstar in Country Music, as well as traveling to Iraq to play for our troops. This was the start of Caroline realizing that no amount of status or success keeps anyone immune to hard knocks, trauma, stress, self-doubt, defeat, and the often overwhelming, confusing journey that is life. When Stealing Angels abruptly ended, Caroline had the incredible opportunity to race around the world not once, but TWICE, as she competed on CBS's The Amazing Race, reaching the final 4 on Season 22, and runner-up on Season 24. This experience seemingly came out of nowhere, and opened Caroline's eyes to the reality that life can be SO MUCH BIGGER than what we can imagine if we allow ourselves to be open to greatness and opportunity. Caroline then went on to work in the music biz as a respected Song Publisher and Radio Promotion Rep, thus deepening her knowledge of the inner workings of Music Row. After learning the music/entertainment business from the inside out, Caroline realized she had a true gift for connecting with people and seeing the soul of their stories. Top Entertainment outlets like CMT, Cracker Barrel, and Nashville Insider soon began to hire her to interview and host red carpets and sit down interviews with top stars. This is where Caroline realized she had found her calling. With all of her first hand lived music/entertainment experience, access to superstars, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders, plus her big heart for finding and following dreams, overcoming our limiting stories, and living in abundance and purpose, it was only natural that she launch a podcast and share this valuable, honest insight. GET REAL was one of the first podcasts to gain success in Nashville over 6 years ago, and the momentum has never stopped. Now partnered with iHeart and Bobby Bones, Caroline talks weekly to top Country Music stars, wives of stars, best selling authors, leading actors and thought leaders. Each guest deep dives into how they found and fought for their purpose and passion, overcame limiting beliefs, and created a life of their dreams against all odds. Get Real Podcast is aimed to inspire everyone listening that YOU TOO can live the life of YOUR dreams.. Listen in and find yourself in these stories and KNOW you can do anything you set you mind and intentions to, just like Caroline and her guests! Let's GET REAL and stop playing small! Become who you know you were made to be!
