Speaker 1 (00:01):
It is the best of two pros and a couple
of Joe with Lamar Areas, Rady Quinn and Jonas Knocks
on Fox four Radio. Hold on one second here, I
just had to get rid of TCU for a minute.
Sorry about that. Go ahead, disappear from joke. It's a joke,
(00:26):
and you listen. I mean, they scored just just a
bunch of you know, college kids. You're just that was rough,
you know, I mean, it was a decisive mismatch. It
was the largest spread we've seen for a national championship game.
(00:47):
Although the irony behind that is the other two you
saw not only that underdog cover the alright one Miami
Ohio State and then Florida State Oklahoma, so kind of
crazy to see that last night. You just, I mean,
we were there for it that you just felt like
Georgia had so much more depth, size, talent, speed. And
(01:09):
I'll say this to Kirby smarting his staff that a
hell of a job because there was plays all over
the field. It seemed like it was brock Bower's lid. Mcconky.
I mean, guys running wide open. So credit George Man.
They are the top of college football and it's not
even close. Yeah, that was unfortunate because there was a
(01:31):
point where Max Duggans scored and it's like, okay. There
was kind of this feeling of all right, at least
we're gonna get a game. That mad what ten seven?
Yeah it was ten seven. It was like, okay, at
least we're gonna get a game. And you're thinking to yourself,
you know this that find, you know, it seemed like
it wasting in a wrong direction, but at least now
we're gonna get some sort of a competitive game here
(01:51):
in the National Championship. And there was this buzz there
and TCU fans who are just by the way, they
were sipping and ripping. They were having a good time,
and then you fast forward like another ten minutes later
and it's just, oh, that's it, Like I think, Like
I I even looked at Brady, I was like, yeah,
I think that's game. It's just this feeling like that
(02:12):
that's gonna go ahead and do it, and then the
college football season is gone, just like that. Where you
guys want where you guys want the field at any point. Yeah,
I was obviously before the game that I refused to
be There was plenty of offers to have me on
the field. I decided to reject those offers. Plenty of offers.
Why would you not go on the field. I mean,
I just you know, I I don't want to be
the center of attention. I want the the athletes to
(02:35):
get the attention. And I felt like my being there,
which would steer, you know, people's eyes away from jon
This is an interesting dude, I'll just put it that.
In social settings, I always enjoy watching Jonas and just
how he interacts with people. I just hang out, man,
That's kind of what you do like a vampire. Like
(02:55):
like how a vampire looks in public, That's what Jonas
looks like, the best comple But I've ever got on
this exactly described as. I will say this like Count Jocula,
he's my friend, couch Chocula. What do you think, man?
What Count Choculas a cereal? Yeah, we're going to call
(03:18):
that out now. I'll give me a thank you. You
may be about to degenerate, though, because Jonas had his
phone out the entire first quarter basically looking at live lines, Yeah,
waiting to strike. Yeah, because I wanted to see how
what the reaction was when Georgia went up early and
then sort of what the overreaction was going to be.
Here's the best part. You remember when I when I
told you there's a bet on Georgia right now over
(03:41):
under seven and a half points in the first half. Yeah,
they didn't hit it for the game. Well, okay, so
they were down thirty eight seven a half time. Right,
you're the last team to come back and win a
margin that margin of the deficit, okay, was it? Was it?
TC So everyone like that was what people in the
(04:02):
stadium were hold on hope. They're like, well, look we've
seen tc you do it again. Let's just hang around.
These horn frogs will come back you. Let's make the
greatest come back we've ever seen. Yeah, it's I mean racist,
keep me out. I mean what we can't say horn
frog that's gonna that's gonna insult some people or offend
(04:22):
people here. I mean, this is ridiculous. I I just
sound like Georgia fans man. Well, I mean I did
get a sense of a lot of TCU fans. They're
like kind of making the comments, hey, house money, glad
we're here, like they kind of felt happy to be there.
And I thought that's how the performance turned out like
they seemed like they were just happy to be there
(04:43):
as opposed to expecting to win or having a chance
to compete. And that's what stood out to me. And
you could feel that before the game too, is like
Georgia knew what it took, they won it last year.
They're on a mission and tc was like, Wow, it's
great to be here. Max Max doug as a rock
star though they love him in TCU. When when they
(05:03):
when they threw him up on the screen before the game,
before the national anthem and all that, that place went nuts.
So they love Max dug And unfortunately just not a
lot going on there with Max Duggan last night and
and stets it Bennett. Look, LaVar, you saw him up
in a close in person, played played well again last
night and maybe the game of his career. And now
(05:26):
I don't know what that does stand moving forward. Let
me ask you this, LaVar College Football of Fame. What
do you think, oh man, I mean, two times national champion?
Was he a unanimous All American? Yeah? And so well,
I don't even know if you have. I don't think
you have to be consensus either. But that's the thing
that's so dumb. About that rule. I mean, he's no
(05:47):
Jake Plummer. I'll tell you that. Well, yeah, he You'll
find it somewhere first the first team, somewhere there's you
don't You don't. I know this for a fact. We're
actually talking about this a lot. So he won't even
have a shot because he wasn't on any first team
All American in the past two years. Think about that, Oh,
(06:08):
you just have to be first team. You just have
to be a first team. But he won't even have
a shot after winning two national championships, playing arguably as
good as any quarterback has played on those stages. Like
that's the one thing I think you can take away
from his performance too, is say whatever you want, Like
for people out there who don't know about the kid,
and I don't know how you wouldn't buy now. He
(06:29):
was a former walk on, went to Georgia, he left
and went to Juco Juco School to play and show
he could play, came back to Georgia to eventually win
the job and win two national championships. But I mean,
he accounted for what six touchdowns last night? He's right, Yeah,
he's played his best football in both the semifinal National
(06:53):
championship games. If you look at his look at his career,
he's literally saved the best for last. It's been pretty remarkable. Yeah,
I mean and big moments he plays well. So how
much of that While I was talking about college football
all the fame, Well, you know, just ye were there
with Reggs last night and got Ann got in. Yeah,
(07:13):
we were toasting. Really, I mean, it's that's a nice class.
That's a nice class got into. Well, he's got some
other issues you want on right now. I mean, I
mean now coming out by the way, more and more details,
somebody gets to think, uh, to be the fall gut.
It's also yeah, it's uh, you know Joe Bucks going
(07:34):
pretty hard in the paint, Like I'm not going on
the air and saying something unless in giving out wrong information.
And then you know, somebody would have told me if
I was giving out wrong information. You know he had
he had a big, big conversation. It was don Nada,
Donna Ponte. Okay, Dan Vanada is one who I think
was was stating there, but Donna Ponte is the one
(07:55):
who he was basically saying, was like, this ain't happening,
and they kind of which is one of those respected
in in the NFL as far as her role and
how she represents teams and even within just professor within
the NFL. But we said it at the time, why
would Joe Buck go on the air unless he had
enough either enough of a feeling or enough information to
(08:18):
know I'm okay going on the air with the fact
that they're trying to start this game up in five
minutes Joe Burrow was warming up. Did John Barrett Perry
come out and say it's John Perry said it on
the broadcast. He said, yeah, I just spoke with New
York and uh, you know, the the plan is, we're
gonna start this and like something along those lines, Well,
what's New York some pizza shop what he called pizza
(08:41):
shop and the guys like he just start the game already, Like, no,
New York's the office, like he got he got info
from somewhere. He's not calling some meat truck in the
middle of the night going hey, what do you guys
think we should do? He spoke with somebody had enough intel.
They're not gonna go reckless like that when a guy
is fighting for his life on the field and just
just go rogue and say no start this game already
(09:02):
like it's just it's not happening. So yeah, that's that's
that's attached to all that good stuff. Um, all right,
so stetson Bennett. Now the conversation becomes what happens moving forward?
Draft eligible? Uh, what are we thinking? Like, well, that's
(09:22):
the thing I hate doing though, Like I hate when
we take a college player and literally not even twenty
four hours after and you're already trying to spend like, well,
what is he in the NFL? It's like, dude, the
kid just won two national championships. He's a great story
out there. He's played phenomenal, Like we just appreciate it
for a second before we then have to go into
(09:44):
what does he stack up in the NFL? Blame Blame
brock Purdy. What do you want? I mean, this is
how this works. Brock Purty gave everybody hope, undersized quarterbacks hope,
So now everybody, actually, I don't think brock Party's underside well,
I mean he is, He's not that big Brock. Can
we get the the measurables on brock Purty? Please effort
and let's do a size off between brock Party and
(10:06):
uh talking about Okay, Yeah, that was not This is
install talk here, all right, we'd got to keep it
clean here, Lee, if you could. Um No, Lee, don't
bring it. We don't need God, he's got a tape?
Is that? So? I don't know? What does he hold back?
That she's looking at something? Always always been? Don't Lee?
(10:31):
What do we got? Let's sit down, Let's let's present
this in a in a professional manner here, because we
care about being professional broadcasters here, much like Joe Buck
and the people on Monday Night Football. So let's go
live to are I know who's bigger insight or lead
to laugh for the latest leg I got heights here
for you been at a six one? No? Not even
it's pretty that's six one? Just taller? How much more does?
(10:55):
As you can see, I don't have a computer, right,
how do you have their height? But you don't have
their weight? But they come hand in hand. I'm gonna
defend Lee here because he didn't. You know, it's the holidays.
They might have eaten more than normal, so maybe they're
way too a little skewed at this point. And one
ninety for two pounds of difference and two inches. Yeah,
so five eleven one first buying that, he looks, hey,
(11:19):
i'll put it this bright LaVar. He looks smaller man,
all right, he looks smaller out there in person alright.
So five eleven one ninety, what does that mean? Five
nine one? You just have to a system that's built
around what he can do. And he can throw from
the pocket, he can sling it, he can get outside
and run like that was my favorite prop bet last
(11:40):
and he saw excited. Oh my god, I had a
lay it on the line, like you pay put him
on the line, all right, and you're not coming back
with him if this doesn't over of stets bets rushing yards,
which was set at fourteen and a half. We looked
at it sixteen and a half room the day I
got actually a bet down. He literally got it on
the first drive, I think, yeah, the first touchdown. Yeah,
(12:03):
you should have seen Brady to like everyone's trying to be,
you know, just calm, you know, they're they're eating a
little bit, just enjoying the game, like nobody's got a
rooting interest here. And then hurricane Brady comes in and
see Stetson Bennett hit the over on his rushing yards
and just goes nuts. Starts like head butting the table,
(12:24):
you know, like there's a waiter in there. He takes
the tray out of the waiter's hand starts banging it
over his head. Actually, yeah you see that, Yes, I did. Yeah, yeah.
It was just disgusting. But it was a win and
it paid out. And then there was some some concern about,
all right, well, you're gonna lose the prop if he
gets sacked. And then once he cleared, uh, there was
(12:47):
another run that he made. Once that happened, you were in.
It was over. There's nothing better than clearing a prop
bet within the first five minutes of the game. Is
there a better Is there a better feeling than that? Yeah?
But then it's like it's like opening up your Christmas
gifts on December eighteen. It's like, now, one, I'm still
not a nice gift on on Christmas. Yeah, well no,
(13:09):
but the problem is your best gift you already opened up.
All right, so now you're a winner. But it's like,
now you've got to sit through the rest of the
game and a blowout like that. It's an awful analysis
because you're not losing your gifts on Christmas potentially, I mean,
I'm trying to an awful analysis. All right, Well, all
I know is that you know some people did, like
in real time the over of seventeen and a half
(13:31):
for the first quarter and that hit spread. That's correct.
Georgia got themselves. By the way, was that just for Georgia.
It was that for TCU two Georgia. I mean it
was both of them, but it was just George that
got it. Congratulations. Uh the Georgia Bulldogs back to back
(13:55):
national champions. Just cannot wait to see what Nick Sabans
got rolled out next year, seeing too more to do
it again. I don't know everyone thinks that, man, you
know else you first off else you already beat Alabama
the West this year. Jade Daniels coming back a bunch
of I mean, they've recruited well, like I think Alabama
is a big question mark, like Bryce Young covered up
(14:16):
a lot of their issues. I'm just saying, man, like,
George is the team to beat, and I don't even
know if it's Bama next year, depending on who they
have a quarterback. And you don't have Will Anderson anymore.
Jamir Gibbs is gone. They lose, but they lose other
players too. Well. I think you're also forgetting about the
sleeping giant South Carolina. I mean, we're gonna be truthful here.
(14:38):
Why would they. I'm just saying, like, did you see
the ball game? I did see the Yeah, I did
see the bull game. But this, you know, South Carolina
is on the rise because they were going to beat
Notre Dame but they couldn't beat Notre Dame and the
officials at the same time that it was so so
I think that's that's what was going on there, seping
Giant because I mean, you know, nobody wants to those
(15:01):
Why is it they always prefer to deficiating when when
when teams lose, that's the go to? What do you
mean you know it's like that. Yeah, I say I
say this much. By the way, Penn State, I think
it is one of low key like if you're looking
for a team outside the box right now to go
win one, I'm dead serious, LeVar. I put Penn State
(15:21):
in that category. With your running backs, you got your
I don't know how the hell are you got your
left tackle will stay in school. The guy's gonna be
a top ten someone convinced to be come back. I
appreciate it. It doesn't make sense. The kid would have
got even a top ten pick. Your left tackle Penn
(15:41):
State would have been a top ten pick, and somehow
he comes back to school. It makes no sense. You know,
we believe in education. Man. Yeah, come on, dude, you
could step in on that and be like, hey, man,
what are we doing. You're you're gonna be a top
ten pick. You maybe want to just go ahead and
leave now. Yeah, I'm just glad everybody. A lot of
guys are coming back. We've we've only had I think
(16:04):
one transfer portal guy so far and only one declare
to go go to the pros. Most of the guys
are coming back. Well, so, how many trans reporter guys
Georgia had how many? Zero? Now they had they had
guys to leave, Jermaine Burton leave and others. But you
put that in your pipe, Jimboe. Yeah, they didn't. They
(16:25):
didn't need that. Man. That's how deep this team. Yeah, Washington,
they're tight end big number zero. Yeah. Oh my, he's large.
He's large. He is every bit of six seven to
seventy and he really we can run by the way.
I just walked by me. I was like, people throw
(16:45):
to you, huh. He shoulders are you sitting on? What?
I mean? He's like he's a couple of biscuits away
from being like a left tackle for he wants. That.
Guy's got a career in whatever he wants. Dude, he's
a stud. Be sure to catch live editions of Two
Pros and a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar, Arrington,
and Jonas Knocks week days at six am Eastern three
(17:07):
am Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart
Radio app. Listen. This is gonna be a difficult conversation
to have here. We're going I want to give LaVar
the opportunity to go ahead and apologize for what he
said yesterday on the show, because yesterday on the show,
LaVar pounded the table literally and said there's no way
(17:30):
in hell that Cliff Kingsbury's getting fired, right, I mean,
he went like full throttle pounded the table and said,
there's not a shot in hell Cliff Kingsbury gets fired.
In fact, the fact that there that they haven't announced
it yet, that's a sign and an indication to me
that Michael Bidwell, the owner, has not made his decision.
So LaVar, I just wanted to get your thoughts on
(17:51):
the news Cliffs Kingsbury being fired or was that me
that said that. I believe that was you that did
say that. Um, I finally got that one. They didn't
even did they even get to the meeting in the afternoon.
Did the afternoon meeting they did? Because this got announced
I think last night during the National Championship game, right,
I think I thought it came out out earlier. Yeah,
(18:13):
did it come out earlier? Steve Kim was gonna be
gone and then step down? They said, Steve Kim stepped down? Yeah? Yeah,
Which so how much? How much? How much longer does
Kingsbury get paid from Arizona? I mean, I don't know
the details of the contract. If there's offsets where if
(18:33):
he went and took a job elsewhere, you know, he
would be you know, forfeitings some of that conversation. But
you know, this was just an interesting boy. This all
worked out, and it's it's crazy to me how in
the NFL, one bad season can mean the end of
your career. There it can look like you're on the
right linear trajectory, right what they start off as like
(18:55):
a five win season, in eight wins and eleven wins
and you have one bad season. Third most guys and
I are a bunch of guys hurt miss I mean, DeAndre,
how was your best player? Arguably missing time and what
he missed eight games this season? It's like, but yeah,
you're expected to win. I don't know. I mean maybe
(19:15):
we talked about NFL teams. We said, well, everyone's battle injuries,
everyone's you know, bad. It's like, no, they're not, not
to this extent. And also their schedule. We talked about
it and just start the year was brutal, so like
all of that, and then but I do I wonder
if it was more the the interactions with Kyler that
were caught in television. Yeah, you think like there that
had to be more and more to it. I just
(19:37):
think the whole entirety of that relationship dynamic is what
played out. You know. I think that it's the way
they handled their business and losing, you know, just then
seeing like Kingsbury had the control that that was necessary,
(19:58):
you know, for them to get through some of the
things they were seemingly going through, like the whole contract situation. Now,
I don't think he had anything to do with that
in terms of how it was, you know, the whole
you know, limit on game time and stuff like that
for video games and stuff like that. But I just
you know, by the way, the fact that that's a
(20:19):
real thing, it's just that where is that where they
started to go wrong? Is that where is that's where
it started to go wrong? The video game close but
even even the offseason, just how Kyler Murray, you know,
kind of he scrubbed his social media, he was showing
(20:41):
that there were cracks and what was going on. I
just wonder how deep that goes with Kyler Murray, Like
is there is there a thing where he has a
lot of power and that that organization and over influence
of decision makers, like what because it just seems like
this is based off of is it going to be
(21:04):
Kyler Murray's team? And if it's going to be his team,
it's not going to be through Cliff Cliff Kingsbury. That's
what it kind of to me, is what it said
in terms of why they would have gotten rid of,
you know, Kingsbury when they did. So. I don't know
that they're going to move on from from Kyler, but
maybe they do. And if they do, then that means
(21:25):
that you're all together your whole selling basically what you
have right now, You've got to rebuild your team. So
I mean that's a really really big move to get
rid of Kingsbury and and honestly to get rid of
your GM at the same time. I mean that's a
really really big move for this organization. I mean I
talked about it yesterday. I said, I could go one
(21:46):
of two ways. You either look at the fact of
where your roster is and the in the situation with
Steve Kim and what happened this season, and you say
I'm just gonna take out, take out the eraser, just
wipe this whole thing cling because because you can't turn
the roster over, and you literally can figure this thing
out with a new general manager, new head coach if
(22:06):
you want. But I still think they have good people
within their front office. I mean that's the tough thing
about going and hiring a new general manager is they
might want to bring in their own people. You know,
guys like Adrian Wilson do a hell of a job.
They might end up being demoted, They could end up,
you know, being pushed out because you get a general
manager wants his own guy in there, his own tenants.
(22:27):
So I can see why Michael Bidwell would want to
do it at this point in time. I just think
this is where when you're an owner and you don't
stay the course. Now, at what three or four or
five years down the line, you're looking for this team
to actually be competitive again. I mean, do you think
maybe he makes a call says hey, Lincoln Riley, what
(22:51):
do you say? No? I mean if he's got to
make it work with with Kyler Murray because he's invested
that the money's and E's invested in him, like the theory.
But like you kind of already did that once who
was an advocate? I mean, fool me once, shame on
you twice. That's a great point. Can we run with that, Lee?
(23:14):
Can we get that on Twitter? If we could just
quote that and send that out, that's a that's a
great point. Um. I just I wonder though, what the
how attractive the job is, because if you're a coach,
like you have to come in and tell Kyler Murray, like, hey, dude,
put down the Nintendo Power glove, getting the getting the
playbook and let's try and work work on something. Because
(23:34):
the reason he was you know, drafted by Arizona and
the reason that whole pairing even existed is because they
thought that that was the perfect coach quarterback combination. So
now that didn't work apparently, even though you know, it
was felt like it was on the way to working
before this season and the injuries and all that stuff
(23:54):
that you laid out. So then who's who's the ideal
coach there? I mean, if Kyler Murray can't handle some
of the conversations and hard discussions that have been had
there in the past couple of years with people that
were brought in there to help groom him and make
him an NFL quarterback, what if Sean Payton rolls in
there and and says, no, no no, no, no, we're doing
it this way. Kyler Murray is going to get a
(24:16):
red ass again, and what he's not for long there
in Arizona. It just feels like they're in a tough
spot that they they're going with Kyler moving forward, But
what are those conversations going to be? Like? I mean,
that's the thing, is the way we're talking about. It's
like Kyle's the problem. I Mean, he's the only one
that survives all this, right, everyone gets a new deal.
You get a deal, You get a deal you get
a deal and then everyone gets fired, but Kyler is
(24:38):
the only one there and you think he's the biggest
pain point of whoever the next head coach and general
manager is Like, isn't that kind of telling of something? Okay?
You got so LaVar. You called the Browns Lions game
last year, and I remember we were talking about it
on the air, and you got a vibe that things
weren't all that great with Baker Mayfield and the rest
(24:59):
of the team, the organization, like just you know, you
felt like there was some there was some stuff going
on there. And as it turns out, he's no longer
Cleveland Brown and you move on. Britty, You called Arizona
is what cliffs second to last game as head coach?
Did you get a vibe that there was something going
on there? Uh? Yeah, obviously, I mean you could kind
(25:21):
of tell based on the coaching staff who you know,
talking to him before the game, like those they didn't
know what they were like, well sup, we'll beer next year.
Like it was that sort of vibe. But I also
think you know, when you get to that point, coaches
a lot of times realized when you were talking to
a guy who's calling the game, like they want to
kind of help paint the picture of the struggles they've
(25:42):
been through and why they should stay or what they've
been dealing with. Um. When I talked to Michael Bidwell,
you know, I got the sense things are definitely up
in the air. And I don't know that had they
won the last two games, it would have made a difference.
I mean, it's it's hard to think that it wouldn't
have helped. And you couldn't have made the case that, hey,
they're still playing for him. You've got a fourth string
(26:05):
quarterback who has come in there, he's winning with him.
You could have made those cases. It was just an
uphill battle though, you know, back to back weeks on
the road to finish. And not that they couldn't beat Atlanta.
That was a close game, but San Francisco, I mean,
come on, they weren't beating in San France. Yeah. So,
uh so that's a wrap on Cliff Kingsbury's time with
the Arizona Cardinals. But so where is he gonna go?
(26:27):
Where you guys think he's going, well, but he's just
gonna sit back, sit back for next three or four years.
We we threw this out yesterday on the show, and
that was, you know, hijacked I saw from Brady's buddy
dan Orlovsky. What about what about Kingsbury, his offensive coordinator
for the Patriots. I mean, listen, we talked about that yesterday.
We we brought that up on this show yesterday, so
(26:49):
that that could be an interesting pairing. I mean, Bill
Belichick's back, maybe Cliff Kingsbury wants to come back, or
maybe he just takes a year off. He's got the money.
I mean, it's not like he's he's got to be
in a hurry. He could take a little bit of
time off. I mean, I just yeah, I don't know
what the what the options would be though, man, I mean, LaVar,
you coach like you guys are wired a certain way,
Like I feel like it's hard to take time off coaching.
(27:13):
I mean, are there let's what's what's out there at
the college level right now? Well that's the thing though
about like Kingsbury, wherever he goes next, Like, I mean,
I don't think he's looking at a head job like
those have mostly been filled now, so you have to
be going o C. And I think if he's gonna
be an OC, someone will probably hire him in the NFL.
(27:33):
I mean, it's not like his offices offenses can't produce
or he isn't creative, it doesn't have stuff. So I
don't know. I mean, I'm not sure. I think an
NFL C would be what he's looking for. But again,
like do you want to do that and potentially, you know,
risk some of the conversation receiving from a team you
get fired. It like like, I'm gonna sit down and
think about that for a year or something. Right, And
(27:57):
here's here's the other thing I'll say is depending on
a break up with the team, you know, you get
some head coaches who are like, no, no, no no, no,
I'm not working And if I do, I'm gonna consult
for free because I want that owner to pay me
every damn cent from I Just I think there's there's
(28:19):
coaches who do that when they get fired. You know,
they wait for that big check to come in on
Christmas Day. There's some coaches to do that. I'm saying,
what a businessman. Be sure to catch live editions of
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn,
LaVar Arrington and Jonas Knocks week days at six am

(28:42):
And you may know me for the world of football
or fighting or even shows like HBO's Ballers. Well you
don't know is for my entire life. I have lived
in something I refer to as the Great depression anxiety.
So now I'm coming out with a new podcast, Unbreakable,
a mental health podcast with Jay Glazer, where each well
we talked about mental health. I hope to describe it,
(29:03):
give it words. Listen to Unbreakable with Jay Glazer on

the world of sports or entertainment. Good thing, the guys

(29:25):
For that. For that, that's Burno man. He is a
dirt bag and a half. You know what it is.
He's got Michael Douglas withdraws as he's got. We got
zero Michael Douglas. Yeah, but you know we do have
Sylvester Stallone, Jack putting a hook through somebody's to Oh
(29:47):
my god, Cobra Cobrita. Alright, so we got Howie in
Firestorm Baby, Yeah, Howie long there, all right, so for that,
we turn it over to the one and only our
executive producer, Lee Do Do Do Deal lap Fellas. We've
talked a lot about what happened on the flap, that's right,
(30:10):
But in case you missed a couple of viral videos
and pictures that went viral and social media, what happened
off the field, including the beer prices at Sofi Stadium
seventeen dollars for a draft of beer? Question is is
Madelo premium? Yeah? Right, it's an import. Yeah, I think
aboutely And by the way, how many ounces for seventeen?
(30:30):
That's a good Yeah. I was gonna. I was gonna
if it's a sixteen ounce or it's not that ridiculous
or twenty, but for twelve that's a that's a real
well because twelve means it's not really twelve all the
way to the top. It's twelve. But if it's if
it's a proper pore, yeah it's nine or ten because
you need a little follow at the top. Uh, Lee,
how many you do they know how many ounces those
(30:50):
those were? I didn't partake last night draft for the drafts,
I imagine it's sixteen ounces. Imagine. Well, yeah, because the
toll cans you can also get what you're twenty four right,
see it dodder Stadium, you gotta go tall Boy, and
because the tall can't stay colder longer and you don't
have to worry about its spilling. Is bad to where
if you walk around like two cups in your hands,
(31:11):
because anybody orders one beer at a time, you should
be thrown in prison. In my opinion, it's just disgusting.
You can't order two at a time at Dodger Stadium, though.
Sure you can order one, order one order one hand
one to the kid and then say can I also
get another one? And now they open it for you
because somebody back in the day used it as a
(31:32):
weapon when it was closed. Why That's why I was
always wondering why they did that. Yeah, they open it
for you. There. You can't just walk away with a
close Thanks for changing the rules of Dodger Stadium because
he that mag un implemented why bird out through a
twenty four Coors light Barry bonds. It is hard to
(31:52):
throw an open beer can, by the way, you're throwing
a tall Boy if you can get it to the
field from where you're sitting like that's a toss. I
don't think you should be punished for that. Come on,
out of control. Um so seventeen dollars. Well, I mean, yeah,
you weren't allowed to tailgate, which that's and that's I
was about to say, that's probably why you're not allowed to. Okay,
(32:14):
First of all, there were people walking in drinking beers,
like they were sitting in their car and they were
ripping beers. It's the same thing with I got there
about four hours before the game and I pulled up parked.
There is a truck with some TCU fans in it
and they were just sitting there truck boozing, and then
(32:36):
they were taking pictures outside next to the little reflection
pool whatever it is. This is awesome. Yeah, they were
they like tailgated anyway pretty much. I mean it's that
was like in essence. I mean, honestly, the weather was
so bad you really couldn't have tailgated. As it was.
I will say that there were some cool events and
stuff around, like inside the stadium, so that was kind
(32:59):
of nice. Speak in the bad weather. Did you see
anybody gets stretchered out of there, slipping and slidding all
because of the rain coming through the It did rain
pretty heavy from about the second half or from about
the second quarter on, and there were it was a
little treacherous there because there were some people that didn't
know where they are. I mean, what's the point of
(33:22):
the roof if it doesn't actually repel the water? Yeah,
well it's you know, they've got that open air and
I this is my first time there and I'm looking
around going so it's just just like a canopy, like
a like a giant gazebo. Is that what we got it?
It's just a giant gazebo with a field thrown in
the middle of it. That's not the issue. There was
literally water coming in through it. It wasn't the coming
(33:45):
from the open ends. It was coming from the roof.
And so we like there's people sitting out there's just
getting dumped off. That's les h o A for you started.
I don't know what the construct is of that roof,
but somebody's to check that out. Maybe there's a couple
of tents. I see a lot of tents around the
city here in l A. Maybe there's a lot of
(34:06):
tents up there or something. What's in those tents? Don't
know what else we got small update on tomorrow Hamlin
and not that he just uh he's been released from
Cincinnati's back in Buffalo. But more importantly, Madden has taken
out the CPR celebration out of Madden twenty three. In
(34:29):
Madden twenty three, there is an option where you can
celebrate with the CPR that are you serious? The Alex
Highsmith did that CPR in the end zone? That is
that before high Smith did it? No yeah, before a yeah,
and you can like choose to do it. God, what
is wrong with people? Like even before this alts took place,
(34:52):
Why if you're making a video game, would you think
that's a good idea? People made faith go fund me bag.
People have such pieces of crap. He never sees his
da I mean, it's unbelievable, zero common sense. Fox Sports
