Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's the best of two pros and a couple of
Joe with LaVar. Are Brady Quinn and Jonas Knocks on
Fox Sports Radio? How the hell we feel in here?
As we mentioned on what Brady Quinn has dubbed a
football Friday here on Fox Sports Radio, queued up? Then
(00:24):
that's what it is. Yeah, what I love is in
the back room, they're trying to gas you up, LaVar.
They're getting going with that little intro there. Ready to
go for a football Friday. You know, we're all hustlers,
you know what I mean. They want to bring us
in some fifty This morning people people were wondering, Uh,
they wanted whatever you had yesterday. They got you going
(00:44):
whatever that concoction of coffee and same thing, and I
haven't started to sip it yet. Hey, do you guys
use the word swig? Can I get a swig? Yeah?
Oh yeah, of course I know if that was a
regional thing. Yeah, you want to get a swig right now?
That's how do we get back? Wig? It is a
lot of things that take you back to the Pittsburgh days.
Can I get a swig and your pop? Yeah? You
(01:06):
know what I mean? Did you did you did you
backwash your your soda? So people like when you were
in grade school? Oh yeah, you share like you had
to share your sodas, right your pop and and you
learned very quickly how to adapt into adjust to keeping
(01:26):
would be sharers of your your pop away from your can.
And that was too. I used to lick it. Did
you lick your can? Did you? Did you look like
the of it? I did not lick it. I backwashed it,
backwashed and I lifted. Ye. I don't want any of this.
What do you guys rottweilers? You can't. You can't just
drink it, and just like now have to because if
(01:48):
you just drink it, you gotta share it. Yeah, you
gotta mark your terrace man drink. If you don't do
some like different to it, they're gonna they're gonna want
some of it. Look, I used to do that to
my host. It's twinkies and everything, and I licked my
twinkies everything. I'm not sharing it. I don't want to
share it just to eat it. You don't have to.
I don't. I don't want to rush. You want to
(02:08):
take a bite and set it down, and somebody's gonna
come by and want some of it, like what your friends,
so you're and sometimes it could be cousins or whatever,
like brothers, siblings. Like so if you lick it and
you backwash it, they don't want it, and then you
can enjoy it. Yeah. Wow, alright, well, Brady, I'm you
know what. We get closer and closer every day, bro, Like,
(02:29):
I know, man, we come we're cut from the same. Yeah.
So if you want to be on team Twinkie liquor
over here, that's Brady Rington. Something. Brady didn't say this.
Twinki picked that one on my own, but I mean,
certainly it was. It was survival skills in the schoolyards.
And then you know, Brady, Brady, I want you to
(02:51):
be honest with me. Have you ever licked your twinkie? Uh?
For the first off, I've never I never like twinkies.
I never a twinky guy. All that hostess crap that
came in a bag, I never liked it. It was
ingrained to me when I was young. But I also
think you're asking something else and the answer would also
(03:11):
go to that got Marl. Why would you ever imply
that that guys would would stick ahole twinkie in their mouth? Man?
That's ridiculous of the shoves hot dogs in his mouth
(03:31):
and makes a six figures every single fourth of July.
We're going to question a twinkie that's easier to doing
a hot dog? Come on, I mean maybe, well listen, um,
all right, this is Are we on the air yet?
Why does Bert like the original version of The Longest
Yard Man? I mean, every time I come in here,
(03:51):
I see Burt Reynolds just finished like dropping the head
original sin classic movie. He just drops the hammer, gives
his a little bit of conjact before he rolls out
the It's a Burt Reynolds movie every morning. Everyone. Hey,
I didn't know how ex rated Burt Reynolds was in
movies until last started hanging with Bert. Yeah, Burt Reynolds
(04:16):
man talk about a resume and a half and movie
wise too. He's somewhere upset that that kid chose Jackson
States over. I don't think we realized Burt Reynolds with
the Florida State great man. All right, So so we
transition smoothly from that conversation over to this one. The
hell was that game last night in l A on
(04:37):
Thursday night Football over time? The chiefs now improved a
tenant four. They get it done over the l A
Chargers and now Kansas City is the one seed in
the A f c Uh, you know a couple of
members of this show, but try to tell people, uh,
the Chiefs are back. The Chiefs are back. Somebody has
been defiant for weeks and weeks on this show saying
(04:58):
no, no no, no, I need to see more, I need
to see more. But here we are. The Kansas City
Chiefs are the one seed. The Kansas City Chiefs are
gonna be right you was saying it. Jonas has been
the one that's here. Of course, believe I gotta be
honest with you, guys. I I eat crow on it,
(05:20):
and I had no I had no inclination of of
how they were going to get to where they are
right now. In fact, when I was looking at them,
I started to think, like, they're reminding me kind of
of a a Pittsburgh Steelers team from a year ago
that that was winning and was doing okay, but just
(05:44):
didn't convince you that they were a good team. And
and I gotta be honest with you. Not only do
I I say that they have found their way back, um,
but they're doing it in an ugly fashion, which in
some cases, it's like when they taught Rocky. You know,
when Mickey was teaching Rocky how to use his right
(06:05):
hand and he tied his left hand to his arm.
It's it's almost like you've you've seen these defenses worked
to stop, to re kill, and work to stop Travis Kelsey,
you tell I mean, if you're a defensive coordinator, what
has to drive you crazy is they run different routes,
but they run in the same places. They're always crossing
(06:26):
the field like they're always hitting that sweet spot of
the defense more often than not in the field. And
you would think that a defense would be able to
find a way to defense those two guys in the game,
and it appeared that they were at some point in
time during the course of this season. It doesn't appear
to be that way anymore. It seems as though they're
(06:47):
they're finding their rhythm. I mean, they didn't even have
a running attack last night and still were able to
win the shoot out with with the Chargers. So I mean,
give him a ton of credit, give the coach and
staff a ton of credit, get the players a ton
of credit. But because unlike Pittsburgh, I believe this team
is actually figuring out how to win and win ugly,
and they are talented enough that at some point actually
(07:10):
be able to put a whole lot of points on
the board. I was surprised they didn't try to run
the football because the Charges have struggled massively this year.
Was stopping the run and and it's getting to the
point where like, hey, it didn't matter they end up
and in the end coming back winning. I thought the
fourth quarter was fantastic. That was one of the better
fourth quarters we've maybe seen all year in the NFL,
(07:32):
just with the back and forth and grand it was
more offensive football. But they're also like some I mean
the Mahomes throw that he burned into the ground, there
was another one that earlier the game. Yeah, they do.
And I mean there's just there are some throws in
that game. You're going, what the heck is happening these guys? Um?
But then there are also were some wild throws and
(07:53):
and then and and it makes you look at this
and say this rivalry because I'm gonna call it that.
I don't know if anyone looks at that way, but
it's a rivalry now because of Herbert, because of Mahomes
and how good those two are, it is gonna be
fun to watch for years to come. I don't I
don't imagine either one of these teams. Obviously Mahomes is
(08:14):
locked up for a long time, but I cannot imagine
the Chargers aren't thinking we gotta sign Herbert to an
extension as soon as humanly possible. Um. But it was
a fantastic game to the end. I just I wonder
if Kansas City's lack of desire to want to run
the football will come to bite him, or if it's
(08:35):
one of those things where he it's Andy Reid. We
need to trust him because he'll he'll bring it out.
He'll start running the football when he feels like it's necessary.
But they're so good throwing the ball around the field
until LaVar's point the way they go about getting to
the same spots because because here's the here's the truth
is not many teams can play man to man against
them because they can't match up Like they can't put
(08:56):
anyone on Tyreek Hill, they can't put anyone on Travis Kell.
See that they feel comfortable with doing that too. Outside
of Denver. Denver is the only team that's drafted that way,
is built that way to do that. That's the only team.
Everyone else is gonna play them in zone and so
they're gonna see the same zone coverages and then they
just go about their way of finding different ways of
(09:18):
getting guys to those spots in the zone coverages like
LaVar mentioned, and then from there it's just about like
just ma hoomies to get protection and then how he
goes about getting them the football. But that's about it.
I mean, it's just they're so I mean, both these
teams are fun to watch, and Mike Williams is probably
one of the more underrated like deep threats high pointing
the football. But both these teams are so much fun
to watch from here and now, I hope the Charges
(09:39):
make the playoffs. I don't know if they will this year,
but but and I we can talk about k C
all we want, but I hope they do because I
think they've got a shot because of Herbert, they got
a shot because of some of their playmakers on defense.
But if they air things out and then and they
really try to stretch the field vertically, like they've got
a shot of being a team that could be sneaking
going to run by the way that Donald Parr hand
(10:00):
hum situation was just bizarre because he goes down and
you think the way he grabs his helmet that he
was piste off. He dropped a path and then he's
out cold. Um, but I don't want to and he
didn't get hit. It was the back of his head
to hit the ground, that was what was But he
looked like he was shaking his his arms when they
were carding him off, and Joe Buck tried to say, well,
(10:22):
you know, maybe it was a little chilly inside the
stadium down on the field level, and I'm like, Jesus,
we're not in the idea to Rod, I mean, come on,
what we was talking like the sixties, the fifties, and
I didn't see that. He can't say it might be
He said it was cold down there on the field,
which I mean, you guys are in l A. Everyone's cold.
For some people it is. Well, as I say, what's
(10:43):
what's cold degrees? I mean where we at right now,
I don't know it's it's been in the thirties. But again,
I mean, you know when you're when your blood runs cold,
I mean, you know, it just kind of blends in
all the way through. I'm gonna get you guys a
bit of information here. I would be I would be
more willing to bet more more concussions take place the
(11:05):
way he got his concussions, not not not hits, not targeting,
not not from that. You know, the one thing that
I used to do, I don't know if I told
you guys the story when I used to tackle, I
would I would pin your arms together? Did I tell
you guys? This story? Is that story? So? So the
way the way I would alter guys when I tackled
(11:29):
him and when I played in games, was when I
tackled you. I always told people, if you know how
to hug somebody, you could be a great tackler. You
just have to have courage when you make the hug. Right,
So when you hug, when you hug them, you you
squeeze them. You hug them and you do not allow
them to get their arms free. You know, some people
(11:49):
like to wrap the waists and stuff like that. No, no,
you gotta hit them. You gotta. You gotta angle to shoulders.
Once you make contact with the shoulders, you get your
arms around their arms and you squeeze them. And when
you take them down, especially quarterbacks. When you take a
quarterback down, you slammed their head off of the grounds. No, no,
(12:11):
he like so a lot of people like I like
for example cancer C two twelve. I remember, I think
it was Ronaldo McClean wrapped around. It was a plash
and pass a running back. I don't know if he
ended up getting caught up and trying to help out
and protection with a d lineman, but because he stayed
in and protected, McClean wrapped around. And I don't even
(12:34):
remember this on film because I didn't see what happened
in real time. It wasn't like we should have had
it picked up. We we should have had that the
green dog even in that case, or like a pressure
like that picked up when he hit me, It wasn't
the hit and he I didn't see it coming, so
I fell over like a sack of potatoes. But it
was that. It was when my back of my head
hit the ground when he took me down. That was
(12:55):
what did it. And so yeah, to his point, like
like more concussions have come from the back of your
head hit in the ground than anything else. You know,
it's always it's always what you don't see, and there's
nothing more powerful obviously than the ground. That that's and
I don't even know if it's possible to have a
double concussion, but they call it the term for it,
and like boxing or m A as they called the
double concussion where a guy will get clipped, he'll be
(13:17):
out cold and then and then his all over the
weight of his body just smashes back. But he doesn't
have a helmet on, so you see that. But it
looked like, yeah, that ground is hard. I know, I
know you're a big boxing fan. You like to score
a lot of them, but it's it's not like the
ground when you hit your head off the ground, that's
(13:38):
for real. I've I've gotten knocked out off of hitting
my head off of the ground. Green Bay hit my
head off and frozen, tunder done. How cold was it?
I was? It was frozen. I was about cold in
the cold, so it was the field was the time
of year to where it's like that was basically me
and Bruce Smith met up Brett fall and just laced
(14:00):
him and I hit him hard and Bruce hit him hard,
and Brett hit his heart and we all hit each
other hard, and I bounced off and I hit my
head off on the ground. I think it was the
side of my head. I hit the side of my
head off on the ground. I was like Brett. Brett
jumped up, He's like hey, hey. I was like, I
(14:24):
couldn't talk. I was trying. I was trying to say something.
I don't even know what I was trying. Bruce was like,
lay down, lay down. I was like, be sure to
catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup of
Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Errington and Jonas Knocks week
days at six am e staring three am Pacific on
(14:48):
Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio app. I
actually got a little bit dizzy, like nauseous yesterday um
because I was trying to read through the new COVID
protocols and I have no idea what the hell is
going on. I I don't get it. There are teams
that we're trying to tell asymptomatic players not to test.
There were teams that are upset and want the league
(15:09):
to uh to stop play for a week. Baker Mayfield
took after the NFL Players Association on social media because
East after the NFL okay so so I misread the
treat so so the NFL based on they're not caring
about players safety and everything that goes along with it,
because now Nick Mullins is in line to start for
(15:29):
the Cleveland Browns coming up on Saturday, because not only
is Baker test positive for COVID, so did case Keenum.
The hell is going on? Man? What is it like?
Are we playing games? We're not? Are we stopping for
a week? What the hell is going on? All Right?
I brought this up yesterday and I'll say it again,
or I guess I'll ask this again. If you're asymptomatic
(15:52):
or you sick, Okay, the reality is most doctors will say, yeah,
you may be carrying the virus, but you're not sick
and you're not at risk to pass it off. That's
the science and that's everything behind it. If you don't
want to take my word for it, go look it up.
That that's what all these leagues are dealing with right
now because the way they go about testing. And look,
(16:15):
I'm I'm hard on my guy Pete Presco that I
work out with CBS, but he's been saying this for
a long time. The way they go about conducting these
tests when they take you know, your saliva, they do
the swab and all that they put it until I
believe it's called centril for use where they spin it
up right. And he's said for a long time that
they spit it too much, because a lot of the
(16:37):
times when they test, they spit it so much that
you're gonna find something like you're gonna find something, some virus,
some bacterious something that's in your system if you spin
it up that much, and so it will trigger a
positive test even though the person doesn't have any symptoms.
They don't, they don't, they're feeling great, they don't feel
like they have anything, but it will test positive for
(16:57):
something in their system and it and it could be
COVID or anything else for that matter. Right, he's been
saying that for a long time. I don't think he's
wrong either. I think that's starting to be looked at
again as far as how they're going about testing some
of these players. And that's why you get a number
of false positives at times, because they spin it so much.
Something triggers the positive tests and then they now they're
(17:19):
in the protocol and then they have to wait another
twenty four hours to get too negative tests. So it's
the entire process of things. It's the deciding whether or
not a person who is fully feeling well, not showing
any symptoms, but may actually test positive for tests like
are they sick? How do you want to handle that?
(17:40):
And then even how they're administering the test is I
think it's being looked at again. So all this is
is kind of up in the air because of how
the NBA and the NFL and everyone's handling all of this,
and especially after the players who all have asked to
be vaccinated and now they're trying to encourage players to
get get the booster shot, and it's like, well, if
the vaccination didn't do anything or it wasn't effective for
(18:01):
a period of time, they're gonna boost a shop for
what the new variants, and then you have to get
a boost up. I mean, where does it stop? And
that's why I feel like the players are frustrated by
this whole process of how it's been done by the
league and even maybe the nfl PA to some extent.
So it's it's it's a problem right now, and obviously
they're trying to find a solution, but they basically took
back the way the league operated last year with the
(18:24):
mass mandates, that the remote meetings all that they're bringing
everything back to that right now for all these teams.
M it's just it's just the whole thing, like, figure
out a plan, man. And and here's the other thing
that I think, um, and it might have been Mike
Floria who put this out. He had some report on
it or sources or whatnot, but it seemed that this
(18:45):
one seemed credible, credible unlike the other ones. Uh heat
Like there was some thought that teams were trying to
get the league to postpone this week or or shut
down for a week. And the thought is let's get
this under control and then let's attack it after words.
Not the worst idea in the world. I think it's doable.
I don't think it's happened. How How could we only
(19:06):
have a season with sixteen games? Guys, I mean, God forbid?
How can we poss God forbid? Or even this? You've
got that bye week in between the conference championship and
the Super Bowl. The only thing goes on that week
is the Pro Bowl. But what if it happens again
and you have to cancel? If if this were to
to unfold the same way and you gotta miss another week.
(19:27):
But man, I've been champion that Tuesday night, Wednesday night
NFL football time for a while. Agreed, Come on, adjust adapt.
We did it last year and I got news for you.
It was awesome watching Washington in Pittsburgh in an empty
stadium on a Wednesday That was fun. Let me ask you,
guys this do you think did you see that he
(19:48):
threw a zinger? It was a sneaky zinger in the
empty stadium. I mean it was COVID it was. It
has to be due to mortality right past year. Well
not mortality, yeah yeah, not mortality of faith. You know,
somebody dying. That's what this is all about, right, I mean,
it's the it's the liability connected to the like could
(20:12):
you imagine if if a player passed away, like like,
the NFL has been fortunate enough to not have to
deal with a death. But nobody died last year and
there was no But that's what I'm saying. But that's
what I'm saying. But what if what if it did happen?
What if it did that? Understand what it's all about.
(20:33):
The players are on at risk. I think it's the
coaching staff and in the front office that is at
in the at risk category for that like that, that
to me would be the greater concern as far as
COVID goes. But because because even without the vaccination, the
younger generations aren't at risk, but even though we keep
pushing it. And that's not a controversial statement, it's just
(20:55):
the data. Like I'm not someone who gives a crap
about you know, other's opinions on all the stuff. I
just look at the data and so that's what it
would tell you is that's that's the concern. I think
it's more of the coaching staff, where you do have
a number of people within the staff or front office
that are at that at risk age that very well
could fall ill and end up dying from all of it.
So I think that's more of the concern, at least
(21:16):
in regards to a fates out. Do you think the
Browns have a legitimate gripe where they're saying, why don't
we just push the game back? Why are we? Do
you think what what would be the solution? Move it
to Tuesday? Is three days enough because with the new
the new protocols, I guess you only have to show
one negative test is that what it is? After you
test positive you're asymptomatic, and then they need to see
(21:37):
whether or not you're contagious. And there's a certain way
they can they can measure whether or not you're contagious. Like,
there's a lot going on, but if you're if you're
the Browns and the Raiders. Now you're planning on a
short week. Nick Mullins is your starting quarterback. The Browns
are in the middle of a playoff race. Roberto celebrating
because the Raiders feel like they've got they've got an
easy win on a Saturday on the road. Uh It's
(22:00):
and other Raiders all of a sudden't reel good about things.
Washington screwed. All these teams are screwed. It just like
it just rams the ms of a bunch of guys out.
It just it feels like you've got enough wiggle room
here to move some stuff around. Why not? But I mean,
but here's again, and and to Brady's point, and I
(22:21):
don't want to make a point that he's not making up,
but I would just say, there are guys out there
that are playing with COVID, right, I mean, let's let's
let's let's let's shoot that down, that that misnomer. Like,
whatever these protocols are, it is what it is. There
are dudes that are making it to the field, that
are playing with COVID and and they're interacting with other
(22:43):
guys and then testing positive the next day. I mean, well,
the problem is that they haven't been able to trace
that though, Like there's been no evidence of the past
two years. And I believe it was doctor Sills it
said that too when we heard his is sound the
other day. We haven't seen it transmitted into game. And
so that's the only thing that I think kind of
(23:04):
stands in that way is they at least can't track
it back to that. Yeah, but for what it's worth,
I guess what I'm saying is why should we care?
You know what I mean, like, why should we care?
In the sense that if if they're playing the game,
somebody's out there that has it, somebody's dealing with it,
they're gonna work through it. Whatever, If it hasn't been
(23:26):
traced whatever. Again, I'm not trying to say minimize what
what the virus is. But what I'm saying at this point,
with everything that's been done, all of the testing that's
going on when you're when you're throwing all of these
people into the protocols and they can't play based off
of it. I'm I'm my My curiosity is today now
(23:49):
where we are, Why is it? Why is it that? Why?
Like is this gonna is it gonna stop the season?
And I'm not saying this, I'm not even being sarcastic, right,
I'm not. I'm saying this because I'm really trying to
understand where we are right now today and and with
all of the vaccinations that have taken place, and now
(24:10):
they're pushing boosters or whatever, what is the purpose of
it because or is it going to be like a
massive people are gonna start dying off and they're afraid
of that? Like, why why is it being handled in
this manner? People are still getting it after the vaccine,
people are still getting it, but you're not like we're
not seeing people die off of it the same way
(24:33):
that we were seeing it when it first hit and
they locked everything. Now, So what I'm saying is, at
what point do you say you're you're going to get
your you get sick, you catch it, but you're not
going to die. So so how like I'm I'm I
want to go and say, why are you not treating
it like any other illness that you gotta get of
(24:55):
the Wolke mob who comes out, And that's what I'm
I'm I'm right to just go in and say, calls
it the wocarat you. Now, I think the truth is
like we're a year or two out, I think from
being able to say that and not have people attack
(25:16):
you for it, even though it's something that like I've
been I said it last year and I said it yesterday. Like,
at some point you have to realize we're gonna have
to adapt to life where you know people are gonna
are gonna have to be able to walk around who
are asymptomatic that probably have COVID. You have to be
okay with that. Or players are gonna have to be
out there in the field who are asymptomatic that probably
(25:36):
would test positive for COVID and you have to be
okay with that. No different. And then again, I'm not
comparing COVID to influenza, but I'm saying there are players
out there playing who've got the flu virus but are asymptomatic.
But again, if some player came in and granted you know.
This is however, many years ago, if they came into
(25:56):
the office, Hey I'm feeling sick. I feel like I've
got the flu. Go home, go quarantine. That's how they'd
handle it. At some point, the way we handled influenza
or anything else we were dealing with will end up
being the same way we handled COVID. And that's not controversial.
That's just the reality of this progression and how it's
gonna go. I think everyone was scared a year ago
(26:17):
because we didn't know much about COVID and when we
and what we saw was horrific, and then we didn't
know how to treat it. We didn't have a vaccine
for it. And and now we're in a complete different
spot where we understand it better and even with the
variants that come with it, we're able to understand that faster.
And so I think again, eventually we'll start to treat
it like that. We're just not to that point yet.
(26:37):
I guess what really throws me off about it is
somebody could be out there with AIDS, They could be
out there with HIV. Think about that one, I mean,
and and that's that's like some very real that's real.
You could be out there with with something you know
that's transmittable and where's the protocols? Yeah, I mean, I'm
(27:01):
just saying I just want to make sure I put
it into perspective because maybe I I felt a little
cryptic and what I'm saying like, why can't what? What?
What is the liability of it? What are we thinking?
Like We're going to get to that point eventually, to
Brady's point, and also look with with HIV and all that,
there was also this sort of panic when that first
came out, and then we sort of learned more and
and dealt with it and adapted. But the point is,
(27:22):
but the point is that somebody could be out there
with it. Yeah, I hear you know what I mean.
What was that movie with Matthew McConaughey. Was it Dallas
Fires Club? Yeah? I can't believe how much weight he
lost for that role. Yeah, that's a good point. He uh.
And and I can't believe Jared Leto the performance he
put on because that was it, Jared Letto I'm thinking
of it was a Matthew McCane lost all the way.
(27:44):
Jared Leto just dressed up like a drug addict of female. Yeah.
But I mean, how do you use that much weight
for a role like that? Do you just starve yourself? Yeah?
You know actors, Gosh, that's gonna be tough. What is
a wants have to do with this? Be sure to
catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup of

I Heart Radio app, Apple Podcast or wherever you get
your podcast. I do have a game show here, alright?
This is this? Yeah, we we have some music. I'm
(28:49):
not ready for the music again. I want to explain
the stipulations here, all right. I want to explain the rules,
the ground rules, all right. So, um, Brady Quinn is
not allowed to be a part of the show, all right.
He's not allowed to part be a part of this
game show because Brady Quinn is a lifeline. All right.
He is a life and he's Okay, we're going to
set teams. We're going to set teams. Brian Finley, you
(29:11):
are a guest. You're going to be on one of
these teams. You get to you get to pick a partner.
It can be lav arm it could be Roberto Lee.
Pick a partner, Brian Finley, who would you like to
team up with? Okay, I gotta go with more awkward alright.
(29:32):
So so Finley and Errington versus Lee and Roberto. Alright.
So these are the teams. And here here, here, here, here, here, here, here,
one team member is going to go, and then the
next time around the other will go. But you guys
are gonna be teams. And only one time through the
course of this game, can you use Brady Quinn as
a lifeline? All right? Only one time? Alright. So here's
the game. We we dusted off a classic from the
(29:56):
weekend overnights, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you bowl
game or bull crap? All right, I have got a
list of bowl games that are either legitimate or they're
a bunch of crap. And you have to tell me
is it a bowl game or is it bull crap? Again,
Brady Quinn can be used as a life line one
(30:18):
time for each team throughout the course of this. Alright,
So so let's get as started. Uh the game show
music always an original here, high level production here on
Fox Sports Radio early in the morning. Here, So bowl
game or bull crap? Should we go LaVar and and
Finley first? Should we should we go that first? Or
what are we thinking here? All right? So so let's
(30:40):
go ahead and let's send the teams. It is LaVar
and Finley versus lead to lap and Roberto. So Lavardi,
you want to go first? All right? So here we
go LaVar. Is this Bowl game or bull crap? The
Bahamas Bowl featuring Middle Tennessee versus two lane bulgamer, bull crap?
(31:03):
Bull game? That is incorrect that it is to lead
bull crap? Did you not hear me? So that is
that is in supposed to be a t and now
we next, Yeah, I want you to fail, Jesus hell
(31:25):
of a teammates. So we next go to the team
of Roberto and lead the lap. Roberto and Lee. Who
wants to go first? I'll take this one, all right,
So lead the lap. You are first up here for
your team. Alright. So Lee, cheating LaVar. Unbelievable, you scumbag.
LaVar is literally cheating right now. Alright, Lee, Bull gamer
(31:48):
bull crap the Boca ratone Bull featuring Western Kentucky versus
app State. So that is bull crap rap. That is incorrect,
And this is one of my favorites. Western Kentucky goes
there like every the year, don't don't you and the
(32:08):
wife go there every year to the boy. Yeah, this year, unfortunately,
I think we're gonna be um, we'll be out of
sound for it. It's this Saturday. It's not mistaken. Yeah,
I mean listen. And the reason we're doing this, by
the way, a bull season kicks off this weekend, So
we're gonna this is the best time all day, every day.
It's the best because them don't mean anything. Yeah, yeah,
(32:32):
that and that is true. They are people too, all right.
So we next go over to the team of LaVar
and Brian Finley. This is bulgam or bull crap here
on Fox Sports Radio as we celebrate bull season. Tell
us if this is a real bowl game over it's
bull crap. So, Brian Finley, next up for your team
of you and LaVar the Wasabi Fenway Bowl featuring SMU
(32:53):
versus Virginia. Bulgam or bull crap. Come on, Finley, I
like this one. I thought you would. That was a hint.
I'm gonna go bowl game. Yeah, that is correct, And
you guys are on the board, and how you worked
right there, and see how we worked as a team
there by the way, it's the Fenway Bowl could have
(33:16):
been all right. So so now we continue on. LaVar
and Brian have a one nothing lead here on Bowl
Gamer bull craps, and our Roberto steps right up to
see if he can get on the board for his team.
So Robert, and again you do have a lifeline left,
both of you. You can turn point at any point.
(33:38):
Al Right, here we go, Roberto, Bowl Gamer bull crap,
the Jimmy Kimmel l A Bowl featuring Fiser versus Maderna.
Come on, man, bull crap. That is correct. That is
bull crap. That is not Fiser versus Maderna. It is
actually Utah State versus Oregon State. Unbelievable. Pause for a moment,
(34:07):
thought about it. Shout out to everybody in southern California.
There all right? So the next week go over. LaVar
is back up to play LaVar for the team of
you and Brian Finley. Bowl game er bull crap the
ticket Master Birmingham Bowl featuring Houston versus Auburn. Give me
my lifeline. Let's go, let's go cue. You want me
(34:28):
to give you the answers out of this work. Yes,
it is a bull game. Yeah, there we go. Chock
it up. All right, that's what I'm going with my
final answer, our final answer, Finley, let's do it all right?
That is incorrect. Who's it is? The Burningham Bowl does
have Houston, but the sponsor is ticket Smarter, not Ticket Managed. Listen,
(34:53):
hey for me, you just gave this dude a shot
a bowl saying that's so whack on? Hold on, are
we missing something here? As we have our own bull game.
Let's get Fox Sports ready to have two pros and
(35:13):
a cup of Joe balls. Yeah, that's the hell of
a I agree. How much does it cost a sponsible
to me? You've never been wrong about that. I mean,
in a couple of hundred thousand, two three hundred thousand,
I think we should well listen, we can cross after Yeah, man,
we could get that, We could get the leaves. You
want to say that, I'm not gonna take that from you.
A little two rose and a bullet, Joe, Well, I
(35:38):
think it's got a good ring to it. Why why
does that be a bully? Oh? I get it. Never mind,
I thought that was an insul I am a little
l Listen, I'm trying to I'm running point on this
whole thing, so I'm trying to make sure, lamar, I'm
really running point. That a right, all right? So next nup? Alright?
Uh and lead a lap is back up? All tied
up here at one apiece leaves bull amor bull crap
(36:00):
the Duke's Mayo Bowl featuring North Carolina or South Carolina.
I don't is that the dou Yeah that is the Duke? Yes,
that is a bull game. That is correct. And Lee
and Roberto are on the board. Uh so that is correct?
In a too one lead here, so cheap, for so
cheap you gave Brono like the the easiest ever alight,
(36:25):
it was so dumb. Can we give Lavara bonus point
if he tells us what happens to the winning coach
of the Duke's Mayo Bowl. I don't want to talk
about that. Well, I think so, but I don't. What
do you think they get Mayo all over them? I
(36:46):
all of a sudden saw the hot dog gift. And
here's here's the question. Would you? Would you, LaVar if
you're playing in it, want to get Mayo? Let's keep it.
Let's keep it moving here, all right? So too one
lead place, team lead, Roberto. This is bull game or
bull crap? Here on Fox Sports Radio, Brian Finley next up,
(37:08):
trying to tie the game for his team with La
bar Arrington. Finley. The Omaha Steaks Bowl featuring Penn State
and Arkansas game or bull crap. Come on, Finley, you
know what I'm going. No, Jonas, I'm crap. So I'm
going bull crap, bull crap. That is correct. Actually, the
(37:31):
Outback Bowl, not the Olma Steaks Bowls should be boull crap.
Better steaks with Oma Steaks, right, I love me some
Momahawk Steaks. Make sure you put in LaVar in the
search bar. Yeah, alright, alright, next Roberto, Roberto, you are
next up here. We're all tied up at two a pieces.
(37:53):
Is bull game or bullcrap? Roberto? Ready to go? Alright?
Next one? Is this bull game or bull crap? The
Brian Finley Bull featuring Jeffrey Dahmer versus Ted Bunny. You
know what? Why did you keep doing this with Berto?
Absolute bull crap? That is correct. Let me tell you
(38:14):
man what Lee wasn't enough? So now you're trying to
steal Berto from Brady? What do you mean? That's what
I'm just saying. I hope you see what that's not
a wow. I hope you see what's going on, right,
I mean that that's not a legitimate separated you from
Burt too in the game and made you a life.
The Brian Finney's given Berto to it. He's no, I'm
(38:36):
not even gonna let you talk. He's given Berto the
two easiest questions during the game. I hope you see
what's going I don't think that's an easy question. And Eddie, Eddie,
Eddie isn't here today, so so you don't have to
go after Eddie. So and you don't care about Finley
that way. So it's like, right, it was really a
bull game, Sackless. What's you're doing right now? Is the
(39:00):
Brian family bull featuring Dahmer and Bundy. I don't understand
what the problem is that, Bundy. Yeah, I don't know.
That's not a legitimate bowl game. I mean somebody would
have to win if they play, that's for certain. Alright,
somebody's walking in a live somebody's not closing close the
freezer behind you. All right, here we go, we move on.
We're LaVar and Brian Finley are trying to tie things
(39:22):
up here. So LaVar, you are next up? All right?
You ready for this LaVar Bowl game or bull crap?
The San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl featuring U
c l A versus n C State. I'm what you
think a totally yes? All right, we're gonna go bow game. Yeah,
it's correct. Yeah, And is this game, by the way,
(39:46):
break it is? We got that two more to go?
All right, so Brady, by the way, that game can
be seen on Fox. And if you know, you notice
Jonahs gives Burt to such an easy question that you
he doesn't have to use you as a lifeline, Brady,
he's icing you out. Last time someone used me as
a lifeline didn't work. And by the way, Leon Roberto
(40:07):
still have their lifelines, right, You're still surviving here, all right?
So this is here we go. This is a situation.
If Leon Roberto get this correct, they win the game.
If not, we've got an overtime question for you. Alright,
So who's up? Is it a Lee? Your next up? Alright? Lee?
The bull game or bull crap? The Tony the Tiger
Sun Bowl featuring Washington State versus Miami. Is that bull
(40:29):
game or bull crap? Yeah? Lifeline? Yeah, Brady, here's the part.
I know the Sun Bowls between Washington State and Miami. Yeah,
I don't know that part. Um. God, I'm gonna say
that doesn't Is that really a bull game? Cannot give
(40:50):
me a bull game. I'm gonna say. I'm gonna say
it sits a bull crap bow crap? Do we go there?
All right? I'm gonna go bull crap that That is
incorrect b game? Alright? So so next up here? This
is how it works. I am going to do it.
Roberto Roberto and Brian Finley or is it LaVar You're
(41:12):
next up? For your team. Okay, so Roberto and Finlay
would be next up in rotate. You still have a lifeline.
I am going to know they've already used it on
the balls period. I am gone they did. They've already
used it, hasn't used the team as a team as
a team. So here we go, because we're up against you,
(41:34):
We're up against so we got one left. All right,
I'm gonna give the name of the bowl. Your name
is your buzzer, first guy to buzz in. We'll have
an opportunity to guess if it's a bowl game or
bull craps Roberto versus Finley for all the marbles here
all right, here we go, bowl game or bull crap
the Kona Brewing Hawaii Bowl featuring Memphis first Hawaii Brian
(41:59):
Finley is in for Brian Finley for the win. Is
that bull game or bull crap? That is a bull game? Yes?
That is it. The two teams two teams today. It's
the easy post Hawaii Bull Are your winners face to face?
(42:27):
When when you asked the question, dead go the color
it is so congratulations effort. Bert was not saying his name.
