The clown killing chef chef killing cloud.

Can you hear me through the Can you hear me
for this? Yes, we can hear you.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
I'm Gustavo Frings chef.

Speaker 1 (02:19):

Speaker 4 (02:31):
That's the business in breaking bed, you know the front?

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Oh yeah, oh you're okay?

Speaker 3 (02:37):

and us posted on our Twitter?

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Please?

Speaker 3 (02:43):
You know, let let the people see how Sam is
feeling this this.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Yeah, we get one later.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
I got I got a picture with me and Ben,
so we'll get a picture.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Okay, Lormanos, I forgot about that.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
Yeah, so I don't know I had this apron and
so here we go.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
I guess ther Jeff's hat and uh whatever the hell?

Speaker 5 (03:03):
Man?

Speaker 3 (03:03):
If I saw him while I was coming into the
studio this morning, chances are I would either run.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Or I would scream. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (03:19):
See if you scare anyone.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
I didn't dread.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
I didn't change into my costume until I got into
the confines.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Of Fox Sports Trade anim makes sense.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
I didn't want to alarm the security guard.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
They might have came and got you.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
Yeah, they might have been like, what's what's it all about?

Speaker 3 (03:34):
I know, I scared a cleaning crew every morning. Every
morning I come in, I scared hell out.

Speaker 5 (03:40):
And Jonah's dressed up like one of the villains from Superman.
So there's that blackman.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Well, by the time Jonahs gets here, they're they're kind
of out of the way, so they don't get a
chance to think that Jonahs is going to like suck
their blood or anything. But I know the base resonating
from my car inside of a parking deck at at
TOO two thirty two twenty five am is a tab
bit concerning too.

Speaker 5 (04:04):
What does that sound like?

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
And what are you doing in there?

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Just I'm just chilling, man, you know how I'd just
be chilling.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
Man.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
I like I like car heat.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
I like car comfort for some reasons, So I'd just
be chilling in the in the riot.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
Man, Can I ask you this?

Speaker 6 (04:22):
Do you miss like you're gonna I know you probably
are gonna say no to this, but there is something
about like and obviously for the most of us, besides
probably what Jonas and Eddi we you know, you grow
up somewhere where you get the change of seasons. You
get it when it's cooled outside, you come in, you
have like nice hot shower, you have like the nice
like heat from the car.

Speaker 5 (04:42):
There is something to that.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Oh man, I used to rush the feeling of And
this was more as a youth, I think memory wise,
h when you had super cold practices. Yeah, and your
parents had already heat it up the car.

Speaker 5 (05:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
That that definitely was when you could take your cleats off,
take your pats off, and your car. Yeah, that was
that's pretty fly. Yeah, hot showers that was the deal too.
Like I remember post post games especially, yeah, especially in
college post post games, you know, in the Big Ten

(05:23):
they were really cold, ye, super cold, and and so
you know what was funny, certain places like Iowa they
did this to you.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
They give you lukewarm showers.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
They were like certain away there was certain away places
like super super super cold. I'll never forget.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
Give you lukewarm offenses too.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
Not amore, not anymore.

Speaker 6 (05:46):
Actually, by the way, that's that's why I Sam came
in to work. I don't do that, but that's why
I came.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
You know. It's it's like we played Chicago the last
game of the season. I remember one year, the beer
and it was for reason, like like the hawk was
just flowing through your bones, like you understand what the
hawk means when you're playing. Yeah, you're out there and
that type of weather that time of year, and they

(06:15):
had literally barely lukewarm showers. I was like, that's just
so it doesn't make sense, Like it's very inconsiderate.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
You swear by cold showers, don't you.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
That's all I do is take cold You think that
they're like therapeutic, Well, because he's a vampire.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
No, it's because he doesn't do the court.

Speaker 6 (06:31):
He wants to do the cold plunge thing, but he
thinks like the cold showers closest thing to it.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
No, it's really no. I just no, I prefer cold showers.
I really do.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
Like you don't take you don't ever take hot showers
like warm showers. One a year, If one a year,
if i'm if I'm like, if I get a fever
or something like that and I really just want to
sweat it all out, then I'll do one a year.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Yeah, and that's it. Yeah, they do cold shower as
cold as possible.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
You are different dude, do you have do you have
like you know, like bags of blood in your in
your freezer and stuff like that in the glove box
of my truck emergency glovebox blood.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
Of course we're talking about it. That's an actual foot
dangling from the back. I don't have truck, notts. I've
got limbs.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
So we be joking. But you really do sleep in
a coffin. That's that's really true, hanging from a stealing
So this really is your holiday and your family's holiday.
That's what we do. Yeah, tell us works. That's my
truck door opening. Lost boys, huh yeah you is your

(07:33):
kid flying yet? Is your kids showing his fangs yet?
Have you broke a man yet? Hey, beware trick or
treat or something. Don't go to the Knox house. Pass
that one up. No, I will not. It's a human hand.
Wait wait, nobody parts for candy? Why why do you

(07:56):
got a basket of fingers?

Speaker 1 (08:01):
Well, we transitioned smoothly over to the Detroit Lions getting
back on track on Monday night football.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
How about those or light knee cass is ready to
get further off track?

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Yeah, it is true, but the Detroit Lions find a
little something in Jamier Gibbs, who was awesome last night,
and and it seemed like as well as the Raiders
defense was playing early on and keeping him in that game,
they just kept wearing him down. And Jamier Gibbs had
at just a phenomenal performance, a breakout performance in his

(08:33):
young career as a rookie, and the Detroit Lions are
back on track in primetime.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
Well there you go.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
Nice little bounce back after that loss to Baltimore when
they were kind.

Speaker 5 (08:41):
Of right kind of makes you forget about it for
a half minute.

Speaker 6 (08:45):
It is odd though, like, and I know, David Montgomery's
been so good, so obviously there really wasn't, you know,
as much of a desire need now with montgomeryal Gibbs
has been kind of thrust it into the main role.
But with where they took him in the first round,
I would have thought this was going to be the
case the entire season. But that being said, you see
his capability, you see you know why they drafted him

(09:07):
where they drafted him. He can be that back. I
just I kind of go like, why why wasn't this
the whole year? You know, like he seems like he
can be such a mismatch even in the passing game.

Speaker 5 (09:21):
Why he would be more involved.

Speaker 6 (09:23):
I know he towed the rockets on last night, but
I don't know. It's just kind of odd that it's
taken this long. You're almost halfway through the season and
you're finally, you know, getting that first round pick the
U side of them that I thought they were going to.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
So when you look at that young man's acceleration, it
is on the level of a Tarik Hill.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
It's just when you in this league.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
To be able to make it outside on a stretch play,
an outside whatever you want to call it, outside his
own play.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
Sweet play.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Whatever it is to be fast enough to access the
outside of a defense with your speed in twenty twenty
three is phenomenal. You have got to be of a tremendous,
phenomenal speed and acceleration because it's just not built for

(10:20):
unless you're doing a jet SUITEP where the kid is
running full speed by the time he gets the ball.
You're talking about a play that's you're handing the ball off,
that guy from a standstill takes actually takes a step
away from where he's gonna ultimately go, or step downhill
before he goes and is able to outrun the defense

(10:43):
to the outside. You are fast, You are fast, and
it was I thought it was so fun watching him
run because you know, we're talking about all of this,
this this running back talk hitting into the season and
the devaluing of the position. But you know, there are
a few running backs this year that are really really

(11:03):
exciting to watch. Man Etn has been exciting to watch.
He had a pretty cool game this past weekend.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
You know, you're.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Watching what what Bryce Hall is doing in New York.
You see what the kid out of Atlanta is doing.
The rookie there, Why am i Sean Robinson?

Speaker 1 (11:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (11:20):
That I mean, there's just it's interesting. Saquan just carried
the ball thirty eight times he went. He had like
one hundred and thirty some yards. It's really still.

Speaker 5 (11:30):
Burn off the back.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
Yeah, I'm just saying, you know, I'm just saying, you know,
how much can you how much can you look at
the back and say, you know, there's just no place.
I mean, obviously you gotta throw McCaffrey's name in there, right,
he's there, you go, Yeah, there you go. Y'all want
to know, y'all want to know what it is this year?
I want to know how y'all feel about what's going

(11:53):
on in an NFL this year?

Speaker 7 (11:55):
What?

Speaker 1 (12:00):
Oh yeah, you know.

Speaker 3 (12:05):
When it was about everybody else and you didn't want
to pay and you said, hold out your way because
we're not gonna give you pay. We're gonna pay qbs,
maybe even ride receivers, but we're not gonna pay you
because you run the ball.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
But it's a return of the back. Oh oh, they
said they was gonna pay you. You're lied to me.
I did, but I try how high.

Speaker 3 (12:35):
For I needed you to pay me, but you didn't
pay me. But you give me the ball. Return of
the back.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
Here it is right here.

Speaker 5 (12:46):
Return up?

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Yeah, return up the back lord, return up the back, turn.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
Of the back. Not about three four years later they're like, yeah,
you could be out of the league. Nobody would notice.

Speaker 5 (13:08):
Can I Can I give some party words though? To
the Las Vegas.

Speaker 6 (13:11):
Raiders, bro, their defense is so much better than it
used to be. Like I always felt like that was
kind of their achilles heel when John Gruden was there,
and now their defense is. I mean, dude, those guys
play hard, They rally the football. Had a nice pick
six Marcus Peters. Did I just it's tough man like that.

(13:33):
And I would have thought that with Josh McDaniels just
from my time with them, Like he's a he's a
good offensive mine, man, and they just cannot score. They
struggle so badly on offense, and their defenses is playing
hard man, like they're doing. I mean, eventually you break.

(13:54):
But this this feels like the season is going nowhere
fast and it's to watch because you watch the defense,
you're like, man, they're hanging in there, like they really are,
and so eventually, like it's just it's it's overwhelming. You know,
you get worn down throughout the course of a game.
So it's it's tough to watch for the Raiders. And

(14:14):
I understand their fans and probably you know, continuously fire
McDaniels or whatever else, but I get it, like his
calling cards offense and their offense can't do much.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
Only team in the NFL not to score twenty plus
points in a game this season.

Speaker 5 (14:27):
M M.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
Struggling. This is amazing to watch and you're seeing the
defense like if not for Marcus Peters last night, I mean,
they can't. Like that game should have been an absolute wipeout,
and they just kept holding and kept holding and then
finally it's like come on, man, and you're watching this
game and you're like, how is how is this still
a two possession game?

Speaker 5 (14:52):
Like?

Speaker 1 (14:52):
How are they still within two score procession?

Speaker 5 (14:54):
Dude?

Speaker 6 (14:55):
It was like it was a one score game until
basically the end of the third to the Gimmes run.
I mean like like it was a close game that
eventually the defense can't hold up anymore.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
In the offense is provided the inspiration.

Speaker 6 (15:06):
Like you talk about complimentary football, that's where like you
have to compliment one another, Like the offense makes a play,
gets a touchdown, defense gets a stop, where defense gets
a pick six. Next time the offense goes out, they
go on a long drive kind of wear down the opponent.
You just didn't see any of that. Man, It's so
hard to watch, it really is.

Speaker 3 (15:25):
It was rough last night for the Raiders, but a
good one for the Detroit Lions in primetime to get
back on track, it is two pros and a cup
of Joe. Here on Fox Sports Radio, lebar Arrington, Brady Quinn,
Jonas Knox with you.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
So we are going to have you know, a couple
a little wrinkle here because somebody on this show by
the name of Brady Quinn decided, why don't we throw
out some spooky questions about the NFL and maybe some
Halloween theme stuff. We're gonna get to that in now
WUR two. We've got in case you missed it coming
up later on this hour. We've also got a special
Halloween edition of You In or You Out coming up
in our three of the program. It is all Yours again,

(15:59):
a three hour extravaganza until nine am Eastern time, six
o'clock Pacific. But a team in the NFL is on
the search for a starting quarterback. What are the options?
What's the next move? We'll discuss all of it next
here for you on Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 8 (16:16):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Jeez, nothing wrong with the classic Halloween songs? That says
a classic? My ass is a classic. It is a classic.
The hammer, come on, man, Ken Hammer, come out? What
he goes is for Halloween? A bad rapper? What do

(16:55):
you think about that?

Speaker 3 (17:00):
Parachute pants? Or the were like the deal the original Zubas.
They really were tightwrited across the stage so quickly back
and forth. Was it was just amazing that man's dancing
ability and energy was unmatched back then. I feel bad

(17:20):
for these these kids in this generation. Man, they didn't
really get to see like mega mega acts like imagine
we had Michael Jackson. I mean, you know for acts,
of course, you know, we had mc hammer. I mean
there's some like really really like Backstreet Boys. They weren't

(17:42):
dancers though. I mean the boy band like the time
of the boy band was fricking crazy in our time.
I mean, there's a lot of boy bands were really
good ones like you don't have that anymore?

Speaker 1 (17:57):
And sink ninety eight degrees? What was the other one?

Speaker 5 (18:02):
New Edition?

Speaker 1 (18:03):
You know you had uh what what?

Speaker 5 (18:06):
What?

Speaker 7 (18:06):
Who?

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Who was Nicholas what? That was ninety six degrees? Right?

Speaker 3 (18:09):
Eight degrees ninety eight? I thought it was ninety six
a little warmer huh?

Speaker 1 (18:13):
Alright?

Speaker 6 (18:14):
The Street New Edition Boys the first new addition, uh Boys,
Boys and Men was the first though.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Bell bit not in Bell Bit the boys yet boy
Yeah kids one yeah, all for one? Who came first
Boys to Men or.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
New new new addition was like the original boy band.
I mean, well Jackson five is like the original boy band,
but well.

Speaker 5 (18:38):
They sold for real.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
Man, don't hurt them now, don't hurt them, man, you.

Speaker 9 (18:52):
Game.

Speaker 5 (18:56):
She's like, what is this? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Yeah, yeah, anything else that's like, you know, a Midwest
East Coast thing. I guess I'm not more you know
out on the West coast. We like, you know, the
hard hitting stuff, you know, like corn interesting Baker, the finest.
Go ahead, sir, what you got? I didn't have anything?

(19:21):
Is that a great random ocage drop for this? Okay?
Damas like dang, okay, sound what you got? Sam is
dusting off all the good stuff today. Well, there's two
pros and a cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio.
Will be your boy band for the next couple hours.
Coming up in well, we'll call it twenty minutes from
now from the tire rack dot Com studios. Who doesn't

(19:43):
like hearing a pissed off coach? All right, it's always fun,
So we are going to hear a pissed off coach
in the world of football. That'll be yours here twenty
minutes from now. The Minnesota Vikings have an issue at quarterback.
Kirk Cousins done for the year with the torn Chile season. Now, yeah,
they're in a a really interesting spot with the trade
deadline coming up later on at four pm Eastern time.

(20:05):
And so Kevin O'Connell, the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings,
he spoke yesterday about the plan for the quarterback position.
As you're looking for options, how far and wide do
you look? Is this guys that you know that have
played in a similar system, guys who play in the leady.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
You think about talking guys out of retirement, how far
do you cast the net?

Speaker 5 (20:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (20:25):
You know, you you know, you wouldn't believe kind of
some of the things on my cell phone I've received
here in the last twenty four hours, in less than
twenty four hours, but those that dialogue, it's it's what's
going to be best for our ability to win football games,
but also knowing we've been living in a world where
we want to be as competitive as possible right now

(20:47):
while also understand what we're building hopefully for the future.

Speaker 5 (20:51):
At the same.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
Time, so Kevin O'Connell talking about the planet place for
the Minnesota Vikings at quarterback, did I see.

Speaker 5 (20:58):
Reports of like jam Winston.

Speaker 6 (21:01):
And then there was a report that apparently this week
it's not going to be Josh Doabbs for Arizona, It's
going to be Clayton Tune or Kyler Murray, which which
was a change I believe since after the game Sunday
for the Cardinals they said it would be Dobbs next week.
Unless unless these are false reports, I'm being duped? Are

(21:23):
all those what you guys saw too?

Speaker 1 (21:25):
Yeah? I Jonathan Gannon mentioned this and we're gonna hear
from him later on about why all of a sudden
he changed his tune to Clayton Tune or Kyler Murray
coming up this weekend and not Josh Doabbs. I wanted
the same thing, like maybe Josh Dobbs could be one
of these guys floated out there. He's shown the ability
to walk in awesome this year. I just you know, maybe, Uh,

(21:50):
do you think Matt Ryan's gotten a call? Do you
think anybody said up Mary?

Speaker 6 (21:53):
I would, Okay, we didn't discuss his name yet. I
would have to think, like my top four calls are
obviously Winston because I already mentioned in him, Like I
think if they don't, I mean obviously Car's playing better
now with this past week, but he just sees too talented.
He's done too much during his time to not warrant

(22:15):
like getting a call and seeing what that would that
would be, Dobbs would make a ton of sense if
Kyler Murray is ultimately who they're going to go with
or a quarterback next year. But then Matt Ryan and
Carson Wentz, like those are the two older veteran guys.
You have to be thinking that they've called or had
discussions with, and I would think like Matt Ryan is

(22:35):
smart enough, he's like similar style of play as Carson Wentz.
That team is starting to kind of come together, and
once Jefferson gets back with the way Addison's been playing,
to Hockinson and cam Akers running the football, the offensive lines,
you know, get more solidified and they're in the hunt
like they're right in the thick of it. Like if
you want to come back and you want to play

(22:56):
in some meaningful football, that Vikings team is right now
in kind of the playoff race, if you really want
to put it bluntly, like I'm not sure they can
have any more room for air, But I'm not sure.

Speaker 5 (23:08):
You know, you can't write them off at all.

Speaker 6 (23:11):
So because that would be that would be the four
guys that you'd have to say would be in consideration.
I'm sure there's others like Sam Darnold should be getting
calls be curious to see him in that system. And
by the way, he'll know that system because the Shanahan
and O'Connell system is very similar.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
All right, So they bring because I remember we were
talking about Carson Wentz returning and some of these other guys,
and the point that Brady and you guys were making
is that you know, maybe you don't want to go
to a situation to where this could be your last
real opportunity to be a starting quarterback. You're already getting
a late start, and if you put something you know
that isn't ideal on film, maybe the teams are going

(23:47):
to hold that against you and you never get an
opportunity to be the guy again. But Minnesota seems like
to your point, justin Jefferson's coming back, they've got pieces there.
So if you were one of these guys, this would
be an ideal landing spot for you. No, with an
opportunity to try and make a run and actually get
to the postseason. They did this before. You remember when

(24:09):
Sam Bradford got hurt and case Keenum took over, and
that was the team that had the Minneapolis Miracle and
went to an NFC title game. So it's not like
uncharted territory for the Minnesota Vikings. They've been here before.

Speaker 6 (24:22):
Remember how that season started. Bradford was in Philly, That's right,
Teddy Bridgewater got hurt. I was twenty sixteen, and then
Bradford got traded right at the beginning of the season.
That's when Wentz was thrust in the starting role for
a week one of that season, and so Bradford started
for the Vikings. Wentz went in, and then Bradford got
hurt at the end of the season and case Keenum

(24:43):
took over.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
Would you take one of these gigs? Would you take
the Vikings if you were a quarterback on the open?

Speaker 3 (24:51):
Well, I'm not a quarterback, so I mean this is
more gear for Cube. I mean, if I'm looking at
it as just a layman who would not want to
have the weapons that you have available to you on
the Vikings roster, as you guys just just detailed. So
of course, if I'm a guy that still has the

(25:14):
opportunity to play or aspirations to continue playing. And I
have some built up credibility, if not a whole lot
of built up credibility, whether I'm whether I'm an older
VET that that's out of the league that would be
hoping for another opportunity, or if I'm a younger, a
younger guy that's hoping for another opportunity coming out of

(25:34):
one of these leagues. I mean, that's this is where
your scouting report really, your scouting department really earns their
money because these are the moments where you got to say, okay,
when you go to your personnel, your personnel staff, it's
like who's up next? You got to have a war room,
and you have to have a list of guys like
if something were to take place, who are we going after?

(25:56):
Who are we bringing in to work out? Who who's
on our board of we can sign them if something
were to happen at each and every position that exists
on your team. And and so this is where having
a good structure infrastructure in place for your team and
how it's ran really really pays dividends and is super important.
Scouting departments are super important.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Man. You know, Lvar, I know a guy who familiar
with this Vikings team. Actually, you know, like called one
of their games not long ago, Okaya quarterback in the league,
well respected Ross Tucker. No, no, no, definitely, definitely not no,
I think he's a quarterback. No, but he you know.

Speaker 5 (26:41):
You literally had to run in with him the story.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
Yeah, nice little scrap he said, he like pulled your
jersey over your head and when just when you went
to work.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Yeah, but I know somebody who called the Vikings game,
former quarterback, still in great shape, great reputation, that could
possibly do it. I mean, speaks very highly of the organization.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
I know he would instantly have one critic that would
be out there immediately upon.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
His Who's that? Who? Who's that? I don't know.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
I mean, I'm certain they would have to be careful
in their approach because obviously you wouldn't want to get
labeled anything in terms of your scrutiny and criticism of
this perpetuate conversation.

Speaker 6 (27:26):
But he doesn't want to pick a side. Like to
get into it, LeVar, we can, but that's it's interesting.
We work together every day, but you're not.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
Come one interesting.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
Hold on that one hundred percent laid it out yesterday
where I did defend your credibility. Hello, all right, okay,
it's in the podcast.

Speaker 6 (27:49):
I did defend I have no desire to go back
and play. I did say, though, pick a side. It
uh is a fun staff. It's a it's a good
staff that you know you'd want to be a part of.

Speaker 5 (28:05):
With that crew.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
So what dollar amount would it take to get you
to go to Minnesota?

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Yeah? What are we talking? Would you do league minimum?

Speaker 6 (28:13):
The hard thing is like for all these other guys
you're talking about, they could go right in there and
you get them ready to go in and play like
I would have. I did like a few weeks of
practice to be able to get back in the flow
of things, Like you can't just like throw a guy
in there hasn't played in years. But it would be fun,
Like that would be a super fun offense to go
play in, especially with Justin Jefferson.

Speaker 5 (28:33):
Dude, I mean you.

Speaker 6 (28:34):
Drop back, you just look off the opposite way of Jefferson,
You turn right back and throw that football in his
vicinity and he'll go make that play.

Speaker 3 (28:41):
Once question question who would be more likely to have success?
You or Kaepernick?

Speaker 5 (28:50):
I'm not watching.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
That's a great question, Labar. You know what that's take
that back if you answered this question never?

Speaker 6 (29:01):
Yeah, So why why did you lobby for him to
be one of the guys they signed.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
Kaepernick?

Speaker 5 (29:07):
You brought them up?

Speaker 3 (29:08):
I just, I just, I mean, think about my my comparison,
how long you've ever.

Speaker 5 (29:12):
Retired for uh longer than he has.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
We used to take a poll who would have more
success their comeback? And Quinn or Kaepernick? Should you add
certain media members in the poll? I'm sure I know
some people's vote.

Speaker 6 (29:35):
I'm glad you're all getting so much run out of
this because it feels like there's it's you guys don't
only do much else, but you'll give you run out
of this.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
So hey, I picked my side. I've chosen Barcelo.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
Riding that fenced in fencewe he's got one leg on
one side, one leg on another.

Speaker 1 (29:59):
He's I said, I'll work with you every day, just.

Speaker 5 (30:02):
Like it's up there on a mechanical bull.

Speaker 1 (30:03):
I get to know, I get I get to hang
out in Hollowiche every day.

Speaker 3 (30:08):

Halloween song and ain't even close. It's this and everything
else in second place. Just so simple. Yeah, I'm not
mad at it, just piano keys. Definitely very sinister feel
to it. Well evil, very evil, fail to it. It

Speaker 8 (33:59):

Speaker 1 (34:02):
Radio show.

Speaker 4 (34:19):
Shop shut up, guys.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
Yesterday.

Speaker 4 (34:22):
In case you missed this, we had an epic rant.

Speaker 12 (34:25):
Hey, Brady, we had an epic five minute ran from
the one and only Dabo Swinty yesterday when he was
hosting his weekly Tiger Calls radio show. And uh a
caller called in, that caller being Tyler in Spartanburg. I'm
gonna just play you the start of this back and
forth where he asked Dabbo about the four and four
seasons so far for Clemson.

Speaker 13 (34:47):
Why are we paying you one point five million dollars
to go four and four. And it's not just this year.
It's been it's been, you know, just the refusal to
accept all rand.

Speaker 14 (35:00):
Hey, Tyler, I've listened to it for you, Tyler, Listen,
you can you can have all your opinions that you want,
all right. I don't know how old you are, don't
really care. All right, but let me tell you something.
We won eleven games last year, and you're part of
the problem, to be honest with you, because that is
part of the problem. It's people like you that do that.

(35:21):
All you do is the appreciation. The expectation is greater
than the appreciation, and that's the problem.

Speaker 3 (35:29):
He goes on for another, right though, that's but that's
generally any fan. That's pretty much much most fans. I
love college football fans.

Speaker 5 (35:37):
He's right in that regard. But there's all and by
the way.

Speaker 3 (35:40):
But the fan is right in his regard, even though
he's not accurate a little bit.

Speaker 6 (35:44):
Here's the problem, too, is it's like it's a young
person talking to an older person. There's just you know,
a lack of respect with all of it, right, Davos,
For God, more football than that kid probably will ever know.

Speaker 5 (35:55):
And that's kind of something too. It's like the younger
generation just doesn't have.

Speaker 6 (35:58):
Any respect for older generations and the wisdom that that
group has. One thing i'd say though, that's been the
downfall of Clemson this week, by the way, as Notre
Name goes to play Clemson, is the lack of buy
into the transfer portal. Dabo has been against it. They
haven't been very outward about NIL, and those two things

(36:19):
are the two biggest things that I think are going
on in college football that are allowing teams to build
up the rosters. And if you look at since it's started,
Clemson has struggled. They've continually gone downhill over the past
few years as NIL and transfer portal have been a
bigger piece or component of how you go to build

(36:39):
a roster and build a successful team. So he's going
to have to either look in the mirror and make
some hard decisions about what he wants to do with
this program moving forward and how he wants to build
it and either adapt to that or try to figure
out another way. But so far, the other way that
he's been going about doing it hasn't been as successful
as you know, what he had before and il became

(37:02):
available with the transfer portal, became as big of a thing.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
It's like blue chimps. So Nick Nolty just refused to
buy in.

Speaker 3 (37:09):
Then all of a sudden he realized, I got no
shot unless I go ahead and do it.

Speaker 1 (37:13):
Next thing, you know, Ricky Rose getting a tractor. I mean,
maybe that's the plan here Neon Bordeaux. Yeah, cross that
river from left, the cow from Algiers, go to the
right at that that orange red bar barn.

Speaker 3 (37:29):
You know it'll be in there by the way, Notre
Dame minus three at Clemson.

Speaker 6 (37:35):
Yeah, it opened a lot smaller than that, and it's
it's grown significantly since then.

Speaker 5 (37:40):
In fact, that, if I'm not mistaken, was Clem's the
favorite when it opened.

Speaker 1 (37:44):
Uh but like a point, Yeah, I don't see it here.

Speaker 5 (37:47):
I love that you don't see it.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
I don't see the opening odds. I don't see I
just I'm looking at the addos right now.

Speaker 6 (37:52):
Go find some Uh you know there is a site
that sponsors us that has the ability to see that.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
Yeah, no, we listen. I'm just looking at what the
present odds are. I don't like the outdated stuff.

Speaker 5 (38:01):
You know, Well it's good to know line movement.

Speaker 1 (38:03):
Yeah, I understand. Listen, Look I've brought you into this world. Okay,
I know how this whole thing works. I'm the one
that touched this. Gangs to is I just you know,
think it? You know minus three. It feels like that
there's some line is ballooning a little, don't you get Well?

Speaker 5 (38:16):
How about Notre dames six and two? Ats so far?

Speaker 3 (38:19):
The share just against the spread for those of you
novices out there, I don't know what ATS is?

Speaker 1 (38:26):
What else you got ats, guys?

Speaker 12 (38:28):
In case you missed this, Kim Kardashian's empire just keeps growing.
Her underwear brand, Skims, has now become the official underwear
partner of the NBA, the w n b A, and
USA Basketball, and it is valued out of whopping four
billion dollars.

Speaker 6 (38:40):
She was already pretty into the NBA, right, what family business?

Speaker 3 (38:47):
Well, she was doing R and D all them years.
You gotta you gotta be able to have the information
to be able to win which product?

Speaker 5 (38:57):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (38:57):
What are.

Speaker 1 (39:02):
Did I walk into that one?

Speaker 3 (39:03):
You mean research and development? Yes, that's that's exactly what
I meant. Okay, I don't know what the R. I
don't I don't know what the R would mean.

Speaker 1 (39:13):
But look on your face when you realize we.

Speaker 3 (39:16):
Can all, we can all suspect what the last part
of it would be.

Speaker 1 (39:21):
What is that? Ray j R J ray j n D.
I don't get it.
