it on very disturbing television.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
There's lots going on on that TV. It's like, uh,
I mean, what are y'all watching?

Speaker 4 (02:13):
Man, Let's find out. I mean it looks like a
rob zombie movie.

Speaker 6 (02:18):
I think like a House of a Thousand Corpses or
something like that.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
That joint was called what.

Speaker 4 (02:27):

Speaker 4 (02:34):
Good morning everyone?

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Yeah, good morning? Sticks is back. Welcome back, Sticks, Hello,
He's back all right.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Hello all and Baker Mayfield's back too, all right, then,
damn Baker Mayfield.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Tampa Bay is back.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
When the when there's a play to be made, just
leave it in the hands or the feet of Baker
Mayfield on a fourth down to continue a dry I
have as Tampa.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Bay wins it on the road and screws.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
You know some people who had Houston minus two and
a half with that, with that, but.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Then we money lined them, Well.

Speaker 7 (03:10):
They were favorited so that it's not possible though, Lee.
Lee did put that in there. He made sure you
allowed to money line. Yeah, their favorite. You can't buddy
Lite up. Houston wasn't were they?

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Yeah, they're at Hope they're favored by two and a half.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
I thought it was the Bucks the bucket game, but.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Lee, Yeah, that was wrong. Les tipped the bottle back
a little bit. Yeah, Lee definitely said.

Speaker 7 (03:35):
Lee's like, yeah, buddy, I'll put your definitely Bundy live
for Houston.

Speaker 5 (03:39):
Yeah, buddy, Lee's being outsmarted by the technology that's in
front of him, and so.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
No, he's Lee's got this down like he's a master.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
There's a lot going on here streaming wise, with all
the different gadgets and whatnot, and uh, Lee, Lee.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
Has figured this whole thing out.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
He's got it set up and we are we are
good to go five minutes into the show. Yeah, but
it's better than ten. And also, it's hard to work
when you've got.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Out always trying to find a positive.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
It's hard to work when you've got you know, different
orgies and a church scene on a TV in the studio.
Here's a lot, a lot that's happening here.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
But seems as though they thought that that would be
the end of the movie, after the big orgy and
him with some tidy white he's had its way up
his ass with his strap and in the front wise
alleviating himself for the for the morning.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
Can I ask you something, is the safety on that
Uh yeah, that gat that you've got right there?

Speaker 1 (04:43):
Okay, because you set that thing down and it's.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
Like, I'll use it like his live Yeah, well then
you should always assume it. Shouts out the buddy that
I gave a jumpstart to this morning too. I made
it in on time. I told him I couldn't help
him because I had to get in and do radio.
He's like, hey, you know what radio station? He's like man,

(05:06):
you know Fox Sports Radio, He's like, okay, was he Canadian?

Speaker 1 (05:11):
No?

Speaker 4 (05:13):
No? What was he? Oh?

Speaker 2 (05:16):
By the way, happy Mexican independence, state of you guys
for my family to yours.

Speaker 4 (05:20):
I thought that no, no, no, no.

Speaker 5 (05:23):
A Mexico, Mexico. Thank you, Jared Jerry. Jerry's partying this week.
He feels good for one week. He's got a kick her,
that's for certain.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
Yeah, Golden Domer.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
By the way, how about it, Brandon Aubrey can kick.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
So that being said, Uh, last night's game Tampa Bay
and Houston, I'm not gonna rush to conclusions on Houston.
Tampa Bay is better than I thought they'd be. And
a Mecca book seems like he's the goods.

Speaker 5 (05:58):
You didn't think Tampa was going to be good. I
just win that division? He did, so, Yeah, did you
pick Tampa? You went with Tampa?

Speaker 4 (06:08):
Right? I had Tampa? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Yeah, I got Tampa winning it easily.

Speaker 4 (06:13):
Win with team. Try to stay away from Jonas's advice.

Speaker 5 (06:16):
You know, I did think that Tech the Texans would
get that game last night, though. I didn't think that
they dropped to in a row. I thought that they
would get it. They were at home, like that's a
really big victory for Tampa Bay to go on the
road against the team that Listen, they lost the first game,
but I thought that they would be good enough to

(06:38):
rebound and at least win at home. Even though I
think Tampa Bay is a good team, I just thought
that the Texans would be better than them at home.
I guess it wasn't sound reasoning, but I don't if
you're saying in terms of Tampa what they are. MY
biggest question coming out of that game is what is
what are the Texans? I'm not sure sure. I mean,

(07:01):
they they were a double digit win team a year
ago and made it to the playoffs, and I mean
they were competitive in that game. They and I think
I believe they lost in the first round, right, But
I mean I thought that they were pretty competitive. They
beat the Chargers, so they went to they I mean,
so they just didn't look as good last year as

(07:24):
they did the year before, even though they had a
good year by all intensive purposes. I don't know, maybe
they're trending down, but I feel like it's too early
to come to that conclusion. But and they could have
won the game. I mean, they kind of had the
game one, they did have it, and then they didn't their.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
Their old lines a little bit. Uh, leaves a little
bit to be desired.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
Still trying to figure out why they decided to move
on from Laramie Tunsil.

Speaker 7 (07:53):
They can't run the football. I mean, if you look
at some of the teams right now that are winning,
at least through the first a couple of weeks, most
of them have some sort of a semblance of a
run game.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
Yeah, if you can't run the ball, you're struggled, right though.

Speaker 5 (08:08):
Yeah, I mean running does win championships. You got to
have a backfield, even though they've de desensitized people to
the run game into running backs. Your boy looked pretty
good last night, uh from uh the Raiders? What's his name?

(08:29):
Oh am I blanking on Crosby. No, that's the end
the running back, the rookie gent Gent Ashton Gent.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
Here you go.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
He didn't look bad. Why are they playing?

Speaker 5 (08:40):
More like they take him out for like put him
in there for like two, take him out for like five, six, seven,
eight plays.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
I don't think they put him in much for the
passing place because you might not know the protection quite
as well.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
M okay, So, uh, well, we do know that Baker
Mayfield very fired up following another road win for the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Speaker 4 (09:08):
That's two on the road, two and now to start
the year. Yeah, and an old.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Baker Mayfield, mister not good enough to be a Cleveland Brown.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
The Cleveland Browns ain't good enough to be Cleveland Brown.

Speaker 7 (09:20):
Jeez, I do love that on a two minute drill
he has to like save time to talk trash after
he runs for a first out, like there's there's like,
you know, a minute left and you know he'll run
for a first time if he turned around, yapp. And
it's somewhat it's great. It's like every single drive he's
got to save about eight seconds. He tad to talk
trash when he gets up. It's awesome.

Speaker 4 (09:40):
CJ. Gardner.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Johnson gets into a skirmish or some sort of an
altercation every game he's played in his NFL career, and
it doesn't matter what team, it doesn't matter where he goes.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
Every single game.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
There's some sort of an altercation with him.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
How do you think that is?

Speaker 1 (09:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
He just and there was when he was at the Saints,
Michael Thomas and him got into a brawl and practice
because he just cannot stop. When he won a Super
Bowl with Philly and was taking shots at Philly afterwards,
and then he was you know, he was the guy
who was wearing the T shirt talking about Taylor Swift
after the Eagles won last.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
Year taking shots at Case. Well, yeah he does, but
he takes shot shots at everybody.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
So he took shots at his own team equal opportunity.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
He just sees he's going at everybody. And so last
night he was going to Baker Mayfield a little bit.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
They called the cad bed.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
Okay, anybody can get it, that's all right, But here
was Here was Baker post game, in these.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
Two minute post games.

Speaker 8 (10:37):
We were not on the right side of things for
the past couple of years, and it's good to see
that we haven't even played close to our best ball
in all three phases and we're still finding ways to
win on the road. And that's that's really important, is
to not out lose sight of that we're finding ways
to win, but also we do need to get things
fixed some of these games. We can make it easier
on ourselves and try.

Speaker 4 (10:59):
And put teams away early.

Speaker 8 (11:00):
But this is a good team that we played, so
it's we expected a hard fought battle, but yeah, it's
it's nice to be on the right side of it.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
So two and zero two home games coming up next.
They get the Jets in the Eagles, both in Tampa Bay,
and so things are at least looking like they're heading
early on in the right direction for the Buccaneers, who
maybe maybe one of those sleeper teams outside Philadelphia that
could be making some noise in.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
The NFC, which.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
At this point outside of Philadelphia, I would say, maybe
what the Rams, the Bucks, Like, there's some teams within
the periphery, and we'll get into the injuries and all that,
you know, with jayde and Daniels and whatnot, But it
feels like Philly, Green, Bay, Tampa, like those are the
teams that you look at and go, all right, they'll
probably be making noise later.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
In the year in the NFC, at least.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
I don't. I don't feel like Tampa is a Super
Bowl team super Bowl.

Speaker 5 (11:53):
No.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
I feel like they're good, but super Bowl I don't.

Speaker 5 (11:58):
I think there's like a next level of good that's
from Tampa.

Speaker 4 (12:02):
What are they missing that makes you say that, I
don't know? They?

Speaker 5 (12:05):
I mean they, I mean it might be. It might
be a combination of things, a culmination. I'm not all
the way in on Baker Mayfield as a super Bowl quarterback.
I'm not sure. I'm not certain he can carry them
carry that load all the way to the super Bowl.

(12:25):
And I still have question. I mean, the defense is
pretty good. I mean, and they did really well against
the Texans, but I want to see I want to
see them in a game. I want to see how
they play in a game like that. I think that
was a good team. But again I came away with
more questions surrounding the Texans than I did Tampa Bay.

(12:46):
I thought it was a quality win for Tampa. Like
I said, they went on the road to get it.
But does that, in my mind make them I'm putting
them in the conversation with Green Bay or with Philadelphia,
I mean, even Detroit. It had a really really nice
bounce back week. I mean it was against the Beer,
so I don't know how much to put into it,

(13:06):
but it was a good bounce back. I don't know
that I want to put Tampa Bay in in that
conversation just yet. But the Texans, I mean, it was
a quiet game for CJ. Stroud and I wonder is
it going to be a quiet year for CJ. Stroud.
It was a quiet game for the Texans, and maybe

(13:27):
the narrative is different if they won the game. But
I mean they they didn't even break twenty points. I
think you yeah, I mean they were. He was, he was,
and like you said, he was under pressure. They they
couldn't establish a run game to get the pressure up
off of them. How does that? How does that work?

(13:49):
I mean, Nick Chubb had a nice little the nice
little run, but for the most part, I mean there
was not There was not an established run game that
that loosened the defense up. I just I don't know
how good this Texans team is. And I left the
game with that as more of a question more than
anything else.

Speaker 7 (14:07):
It's funny too, it looked like the Chubb run, they're
just trying to set up a field goal, you know.
Then it kind of broke where he was able to
break a tackle get the end zone.

Speaker 4 (14:15):
So it kind of was what it was.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
But is Stroud in comparison to his rookie year, doesn't
look like the same quarterback. Is it just the surrounding pieces?
Is it just the protection the run game? Joe Mixon
is out for you know, extended period of time with
the you know, the issues he had in the offseason
with the foot or the ankle or whatever it was.

(14:39):
You know, he was a thousand yard back last year.
He was he was, you know, a key ingredient last year.
Is it just not being able to run the ball?

Speaker 4 (14:47):
You know?

Speaker 5 (14:47):
Is it the film there? There could be you know,
to me, when you have success so early and so
so quickly, it's like you burst onto the scene. There's
not really a whole lot of reference points to how
that quarterback is going to be used. So if he
comes out and he's efficient and he's effective with the
things that he's doing, I mean he.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
Was able to ride it out for an entire season.

Speaker 5 (15:12):
But you know, once you get film on people, like
even looking at the game with Jaydon Daniels, like, once
you start to get film on people, the reality of
it is is that the greatness of a quarterback and
those moments are they're still able to figure it out,
just like the defenses are trying to figure it out
to have that success against defenses because they're going to
be prepared for the tendencies that that quarterback shows. So

(15:36):
to me, it's a matter of can c. J. Stroud
adjusts to what defenses are doing to prepare for him.
And everybody doesn't always have the type of personnel to
be able to deploy or execute the type of game
plans that could, you know, like what they did against
Jaydon Daniels in that Green Bay game. You know, everybody

(15:57):
doesn't have a defensive front with that amount of talent there.
You're gonna have to be creative and the things that
you do. Kansas City was creative in the way that
they played against Jalen Hurts and the Eagles. It didn't
it didn't equate to them winning the game, but nonetheless,
the game plan was really sound and it was pretty solid.
It's just a matter of Kennese quarterbacks. You know, once
the book is out on you, can you adjust? Can

(16:19):
you adapt enough to be able to continue to have
those high levels of success that you were having before
they even knew who you were My take on it,
at least you may have a different one on it.

Speaker 7 (16:29):
No, I think you know, there's there's some of that.
There's just a lack of protection overall. It's it's tough
to get back there if you can't, you know, get settled.
But I also think there's an element of you know,
that's part of playing in the NFL is you're not
gonna play from a bunch of clean pockets. You've gotta
be able to adapt and adjust. I do think they

(16:51):
missed some of those pieces people are talked about, but
you know, by a large he's gonna have to deal
with getting hit, getting docked down, getting back up and
playing again.

Speaker 4 (17:04):
Like it's it's not gonna be the clean pockets head
in college.

Speaker 7 (17:08):
It's not gonna be you know, a lot of what
he has a rookie, and that's gonna be one of
the biggest difference makers. So you know, look, I think
they'll be fine. They'll still be in the hut the
FC South, even though they are would see in my opinion,
I just don't see any apple is maintaining what they're doing.
But uh, he's They've got some work to do, there's

(17:29):
no doubt. But they've got to establish a run game
at some point. You know, you you can't. You can't
keep making this team one dimensional. I think you're gonna
come out on top.

Speaker 4 (17:39):
To allow.

Speaker 5 (17:41):
A late heroic touchdown at the end of the game,
doesn't doesn't help either.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
Man.

Speaker 4 (17:48):
I just.

Speaker 5 (17:50):
I don't know when you got when you have so
little time left and you have to get the ball
into the end zone, that that should one hundred percent
be in the defenses favor. Two minute drill where you
got to score. I think that should go in favor
of the defense, not the offense.

Speaker 7 (18:08):
They had a lot of time though, I mean they had,
they had three timeouts.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
They did as well. Yeah, I get it.

Speaker 7 (18:15):
I still think if you have if you have four
stoppages and four downs, that that's a pretty big help.

Speaker 5 (18:24):
I still think that that's that's to the favor of
the defense. Two minute drill to I think it's to
the advantage of.

Speaker 4 (18:31):
The old school I mean old school. That's what I'd
like to believe. I mean, now that's that's that old
school defensive.

Speaker 5 (18:38):
It town field goals is different. But yeah, you guys
are screwed up. You gotta get I mean, they made
it look like we are. They made it a little.

Speaker 7 (18:46):
Rule changes to man on top of all that everything
the favorite.

Speaker 5 (18:52):
I mean, I'm looking forward to the rule change that said, yep,
automatic touchdown in this situation, throw the flag automatic down.

Speaker 4 (19:00):
What you mean that old cat defensive?

Speaker 5 (19:05):
You know, I've seen so many horrible non calls on lineman.
Linemen are running a muck in the National Football League
right now. Oh my gosh, they are running. They are
running a fing muck right now. Just someone said, you

(19:26):
said college too, Yeah you do. I've seen one dude
on a run play and it was a pretty important play,
grabs the dude from behind, hooks his arms, pulls him
back to keep him from getting to the runner. You're
right in front of the referees. I mean, bro, I
don't even know what you call that. That's I mean,

(19:48):
you could call a hold, but it was it was
so it was so much worse than just a regular hole.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
Do you think the official saw it was like, you
know what, that was so egregious, the fact that he
had the balls to do that right in front of me.

Speaker 5 (20:00):
I'm gonna let to slight you see it every play though,
the point I'm telling you, dudes be getting grabbed up,
i mean yoked up every play. It's almost like they
it's like you have two meetings, the meeting with the
entire team where you tell the defense what's gonna happen
and how they're more screwed, and then the one where
the defense thinks that they're getting away early because they're
not as important. Like, ah, you guys are good, you

(20:22):
could go meet, go to the dining hall, whatever it is.
We gotta sit with the offense. They got a few
more rules, we gotta go over, yead a lot of
things that they need to understand because of the complexities
of offense. Then the defensive guys leave the room and
then they start laughing like listen, ain't no whole lot
to tell you. Just uh, you know, if it's a fourth,
third and long whatever, just throw the ball up, will take.

Speaker 4 (20:44):
Care of you.

Speaker 5 (20:44):
If you need to run the game, you need to
hold somebody to pop a run, just hold them. But
try not to do it every single play. Guys, just
at least try to limit it. Okay, we're good here, Okay,
good you guys, go get your go break down me
things now too. There you go, boom done telling you
on everything. I think offensive guys are told to break

(21:07):
the rules. So that old school.

Speaker 4 (21:09):
Yeah, that's that old school, old head.

Speaker 7 (21:11):
I wish we could hear you out there too, that
because you'd be out there like they're that two minutes
you'll be all right. Come on down, boys, we got this,
we got this. This this is our favorite. They gotta
throw while Bakery across the lines laughing at you.

Speaker 5 (21:25):
I gotta be sitting there like we're gonna hit this
little bitch in the mouth, like let's go. And I
be sitting there saying it right in his face, like
we're gonna hit him in the mouth. They gotta throw
the ball, they gotta throw the ball. All right, here
we go, All right, old man, watch this.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
I'm gonna be looking over here.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
There, there's a strong side there it is.

Speaker 5 (21:42):
There's here's where they want to go, fellas, here's where
they look over here.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
Here's where they want to go. Watch the slant on
the backside. Watch Baker. He looked at you and say, hey, hey,
old man, you know Candace.

Speaker 5 (21:56):
Yeah, And i'm'll be looking at him and like you
about this. He had two hundred and fifty five pounds
of pissed off n word up your head. You can
you can't answer the question. Here's a question, O bam,
Oh gosh, who's Candice?

Speaker 4 (22:11):
Who's there? We go?

Speaker 5 (22:15):
There we go, And I'd be sitting there, and you
know what, I would have been so mad at our blitzers,
like why are you over running him, Like there were
two guys that could have got him, one in particular,
that all he had to do was slowest steps down
and be a hero. That's all he had to do. Like,
what are you running that fast for? He's already he's

(22:39):
already locked into the pocket. You know he has to
throw the ball. What are you just I The one
thing that I disliked the most when a defensive coordinator
believes and trust a safety or secondary guy to execute
a blitz is that they leave their feet A lot

(23:03):
of times they run so hard and so fast, like, oh.

Speaker 4 (23:06):
I'm getting a blitz.

Speaker 5 (23:07):
I get the blitz, and they run so hard and
they run so fast, Like, Bro, you're smaller than the
dude you're running up on first and foremost, Like, don't
run in there like that, slow your feet down and
get a hold of his arms. Like, even if you're
not strong enough to just get him down to the ground,
you getting a hold of him is going to help

(23:30):
the defense. Somebody's going to help you get him down.
Don't miss him. You got one job to do. Run
and get the quarterback and don't miss him. Weird man, man,
I was so upset. That was so upset. I was
upset for Tampa. I was upset for I mean not
for Tampa, for for the Texans. I was so upset

(23:54):
that Blitzer just going to just drop on the ground.

Speaker 4 (23:57):
Were you more upset about the money line that lead
allowed you? I did have lee What is it? Do
you have the list? We called the games? What what?
Texs two and a half? And I did money line
it right? You can't money line a favorite, right.

Speaker 5 (24:13):
But I must have got it the wrong way, because
on everything I felt like I picked the text the way.

Speaker 7 (24:18):
The worst part is that Leo allowed you to have it.
You know, he was probably a couple of beers back.

Speaker 6 (24:23):
I was on the road, so I was I was
a little distracted, But yeah, you're right.

Speaker 4 (24:32):
On the road. What do you mean you're on the road?

Speaker 6 (24:34):
I was driving, well, I think I was driving or something.
I was making my way somewhere and I was like, oh,
I gotta get Varred.

Speaker 4 (24:40):
I can't remember something happened twenty four hours ago. I
was on the road. I'm telling you. I was on
the road, and I remember I had to text Bar.

Speaker 6 (24:46):
I was like, oh, yeah, the game starts, I gotta
get the VARs picks before kick off.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
So I texted him and I just marked definitely said
Texans money line.

Speaker 2 (24:56):
Yeah, correcting that right now, that whole money line thing
is completely through on a wrench and it totally has.

Speaker 4 (25:01):
Yeah, the integrity is gone. Integrity? Is that just because yeah?

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Hey let me old school at all. Hey, you ain't
got no tooth chip in ability and you're in your repertoire.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
We get to break, you'll find out what a sissy is.
I tell you that right now. What's that mean?

Speaker 4 (25:23):
You forward? Whoop your ass quick? No, that ain't happening.

Speaker 5 (25:28):
Oh you see that? You see that orange right there?
You said you want to see if it's on safety
or on active.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
All right, go ahead, if you're feeling froggy once you jump, try.

Speaker 4 (25:37):
Me if you want to.

Speaker 5 (25:38):
You do know you've threatened me on air now, So
if I bust a cap in your ass right now,
it's it's legit.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
It's legal about tea var I'm out here for this hostility. Yeah,
what are you doing? It's messed up? Man. Well that's
why I carry this joint that counts a pick against
the spread. Is that what that was? Yes? Picks against
the thread? Man? You guys have ruined it by the
way off you got.

Speaker 6 (26:05):
You gotta look at all the all the money lines.
That's why it's off. That's why it looks so bad.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
He doesn't lose more points. Yeah, we decided.

Speaker 5 (26:12):
So this was the new rule that we decided on
is if you can get two points for for money
you get, you get what you lose, one for losing.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
Told you you lose one for losing.

Speaker 4 (26:25):
Well you you always lost one.

Speaker 5 (26:27):
Well, you don't see, you don't gain anything. You don't
gain anything. You so you win to you lose one?
You lose always?

Speaker 1 (26:35):
How I was, no, Yes, is like any other loss?

Speaker 4 (26:40):
What do you mean how it's worth too?

Speaker 6 (26:44):
If you put money line, it's worth to whether it's
a win or a loss.

Speaker 5 (26:47):
Yeah, but we said if you lose, you lose one.
If you lose, you just don't get one. You're you're
stuck where you're at. Like I chose two games, I
get one right, one wrong. Instead of it being one
and one, you're like, you lose more the points right, it's.

Speaker 7 (27:04):
The points you guys have muddied the waters. I feel confessed.
It's not that complicated. I understand what we're trying to say.
The part is not saying right.

Speaker 4 (27:11):
Yeah, I'm not. I didn't say it right.

Speaker 5 (27:13):
You're not supposed to lose a point for not getting
a pick, right, You just didn't get it right.

Speaker 4 (27:19):
Right. Oh you still lose a point. He still lose
a point.

Speaker 1 (27:22):
Yeah, okay, goes the l column.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
You're right, he goes into al call column.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Right, that's why, Yeah, exactly, I'm not pitching about anything.
I told you guys you were mudding the waters by
adding money.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
You're losing right now your last place up.

Speaker 5 (27:37):
Hey ran them money line too, by the way, Q,
while we're at it, Just so, since we're outing people
right now, you money lined the game, like, oh, let.

Speaker 4 (27:48):
Me change mind you Jack Squad.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
I gotta say I didn't money line anything.

Speaker 5 (27:53):
We just talked for half an hour. I mean we
should be on satellite radio. Oh god, my gosh. Well

It's ridiculous. Is that it's ridiculous what he uses me for.
That's myself.

Speaker 4 (29:20):
I used to think.

Speaker 5 (29:21):
I used to think we had like a genuine friendship here,
but you know what, he's a user.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
Var LeVar came in with Pisson Vinegar this morning.

Speaker 5 (29:31):
Jonas Jonas, Jonas is a user, bro, And I think
you should know that he's a user of a friend.
Like I thought we were like really boys, like like
we're like bros.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
We're all like we got our bro code and all this. Like,
dude is really a user.

Speaker 5 (29:44):
Like if I don't cooperate with what he wants me
to cooperate with, it's like, I'm just I'm a curmudgeon,
you know, like I'm no, I'm no good for you.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
Huh.

Speaker 5 (29:54):

you don't join the game, bangs always exactly. Yeah, Well,
he'd wanted to be pervur up in here, man. I
just I just I just want to just sit here.
I'm a little under the weather, you know. I had
to get back so I could be in studio. Like

(30:15):
this dude is off the chain, man, buddy.

Speaker 7 (30:18):
They called the Prince of Darkness for for a reason. Yeah,
you're right, geez, you got issues.

Speaker 4 (30:27):
Man.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
I wen't even said anything, you know. I'll tell you
this right now. It's time for the tire rack play
of the day.

Speaker 3 (30:37):
They run four Purport has all day in the pocket
takes a shot out feel too.

Speaker 10 (30:41):
Wide open pot Quintin Jockston touchdown, Shogres sixty yard touchdown,
Herberts took q.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
That is uh Petros Papa Dakas's co host on the
Petros and Money Show, Matt money Smith on the call

ninety eight seven.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
That is your ti Iraq play of the day.

bolts look good, man, chargers look good. Win in Brazil,
Win in Vegas. How about the NFL schedule makers just

(31:31):
throwing temptation in the laps of the.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Charger, just throwing it in their laps here.

See if you guys can stay faithful over in Brazil
and then we're over there in Brazil. Have fun in
Vegas in week two, Go to Vegas in week two.

Speaker 4 (31:47):

Speaker 5 (31:48):
Everybody gets some here you go, you get some, You

Speaker 1 (32:09):
Lawrence Taylor, Yes, oh no, no, no, no, what.

Speaker 4 (32:12):
Are you giving What would you have given him?

Speaker 1 (32:15):
I mean like Graham's or what are you talking about?

Speaker 4 (32:19):
I was talking about time? Oh sorry, dang, dang. He
was still gonna ball out though.

Speaker 5 (32:27):
I mean, he's still gonna get you three four SATs.

Speaker 4 (32:31):
He was in the game.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
He wasn't gonna get tired, that's for sure.

Speaker 4 (32:34):
He wasn't going to get tired. But he wasn't gonna
make no meetings.

Speaker 5 (32:38):
So so Bill Belichick telling Bill Parcells.

Speaker 4 (32:41):
He was late. We'll wait for him to get there.

Speaker 5 (32:44):
Year. You're gonna be waiting wait all right, Yeah, I
just say, yeah, there's a there's a lot going on there, man,
you know.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
But well it didn't.

Speaker 5 (32:56):
It did not distract the Chargers, that's for certain. And
by the way, I mean one in one, you know,
Pete Carroll has come in and he's really doing a
bang up job. That's that's so much better than what
Antonio Pearce was doing last season.

Speaker 4 (33:12):
One in one, you know, it's not bad, not a
bad start, are you being sarcastic.

Speaker 5 (33:17):
Oh, yeah, I am. Yeah, they too look competitive. I mean, hey,
give it some time, give us some time. Bad teams
always have a way of looking competitive early in the
season and then then it just gets worse and worse
as they continue to go. We'll see not every bad team,

(33:39):
not everyone.

Speaker 7 (33:40):
Huh yeah, yeah, I don't know who you think you're
talking for.

Speaker 1 (33:44):
That's true.

Speaker 4 (33:45):
Some bad teams are competitive. Rut the key, buddy, bad
the bad. Yeah, let's start to finish.

Speaker 1 (33:50):
Yeah, let's not wait around here.

Speaker 4 (33:52):
Let's your team.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
Thinks that's correct.

Speaker 7 (33:59):
Hey, you guys are we're going to pick the Browns.
With the Super Bowl last year, do you guys remember
that your team that might have been Ah, that might
have been my worst worst pick ever.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
Quinn S wins. You'll be yeah, you will not. No,
you will not not.

Speaker 5 (34:18):
If you Brown, that was that was not that was
not a smart That's your childhood team.

Speaker 4 (34:25):
I had Philly.

Speaker 7 (34:26):
I had Philly on the other side, though, in my defense,
I just thought, you know, I got wrapped up into it.

Speaker 4 (34:33):
You know, the teams tank.

Speaker 5 (34:39):
At least my team just lost this week. I mean
they lost. But who's your team, Pittsburgh. We're talking about
childhood teams.

Speaker 4 (34:48):
Oh gotcha?

Speaker 5 (34:49):
Yeah, I mean and if we're going I mean, if
if we want to go for like a three legged
parlay of losing, I mean the Washington team loss and
the new your team.

Speaker 4 (35:00):
Lost, your team plan on teaching there all three? My
team's lost.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
Your team plan on teaching the players the rules of
the kickoff?

Speaker 2 (35:06):
Or is that? Uh, we'll get to that. We have
you know, just just leave that live ball laying there.
We need to go pick that up.

Speaker 4 (35:15):
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (35:17):
No, don't worry about it.

Speaker 4 (35:19):
It's gonna let it.

Speaker 5 (35:20):
Hit off with Yeah, just let it hit on off way.

Speaker 1 (35:23):
Once it hits me, it's a dead ball.

Speaker 4 (35:26):
I don't need to go. Let just go. Let the
ball just hit all off your head. All right, Well,
there you go.

Speaker 1 (35:32):
Well they very positive start to the show. I'll say
that everyson.

Speaker 5 (35:37):
I mean, listen, you wanted me to be this dude,
You want me to be this person.

Speaker 4 (35:41):
I'm gonna be it. Like soon as we get the break.

Speaker 5 (35:43):
I'm gonna be that person good and then you're gonna
come back happy, and then we're going to finish out.

Speaker 1 (35:47):
The rest of the two hours. There you go, What
does that mean? Be that person.

Speaker 5 (35:50):
He wants me to be that person, you know, like
you know, he wants me to be him. So I'm
gonna do it. As we get to the break, he
knows what I'm talking about.

Speaker 4 (36:00):
Yeah, I don't. I don't know what you're talking about.
You do? You do? I don't? You do? Think about it?
He wants me to be that person. You think about it?

Speaker 5 (36:13):
Yeah, I'm just funny. That's that's just you. That's correct.
That's what I'm trying to tell you all this time.

Speaker 4 (36:21):
And you're trying, you're trying to be a new man.

Speaker 5 (36:23):
No I'm not. I'm the same guy. I'm the same G,
same old G. But I'm just saying I'm just sitting
here chilling. I'm just sitting here, chilling, minding my business.
This man wants me to like, like be that guy
he's he's trying over there, he's trying.

Speaker 4 (36:39):
Man. Now he wants to get gassed up. Obviously, Well
he's gonna be in the corner pocket pool. Geez.

Speaker 2 (36:47):
There's only one way to sit and chill and listen
to some quality stuff like this.

Speaker 4 (36:52):
How's that?

Speaker 2 (36:53):

know how much money they're getting paid for that? Like
that's why all these events are Like the Canelo Crawford
fight happened because of the Saudi money, Like that's why
that fight was able to happen.

Speaker 5 (39:32):
At the nerve to boo him, and that's the reason
why to fight even happened.

Speaker 4 (39:36):
Like do you understand you paying this dude? You booing him?
You paying him?

Speaker 2 (39:41):
That's kind of that's a weird contradiction, Like nobody can
top them dollar one.

Speaker 4 (39:48):
People paid a boo all the time.

Speaker 7 (39:50):
If you if you're like a fan of a bad
football team, like you're paying for season tickets, you basically
are going there to get your frustration.

Speaker 5 (39:57):
That's different, Like you take your frustration out on the
fact that they stink you're sitting there about to see
a dope ass fight.

Speaker 4 (40:04):
And they they do.

Speaker 5 (40:05):
Their introductions of people, the acknowledgements of people that are there,
