(01:28):
o'clock Pacific, And we must start with what look was
a fantastic game to close out the night that was
in the NBA playoffs, but an unfortunate turn of events
that led to the dismissal of the one.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
Seed in the Eastern Conference.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
Good morning, everybody, Good morning, Yeah, might as.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
Well play taps. I mean, if we want to go
that direction.
Speaker 5 (01:51):
Right in the gate, gutsy performance though by Donovan Mitchell,
you could tell he was pretty torn apart. But I mean, look,
Indiana was the better team. They're the best three point
shooting team this entire season. I don't know if that
shocks people are not probably don't get enough credit for it.
Tyres Haliburt was phenomenal and look they deserved it to
(02:14):
move on. This Cleveland team looked like a shell of itself,
banged up, yes, but I mean the three point shooting
was like ten percentage points below what it was during
the regular season, Like they just could not hit shots
last night.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
Yeah, and then you've got the undertaker.
Speaker 6 (02:30):
Well, they didn't do well on the free throw line either.
You know that you can't do anything super super critical
that they weren't you know, knocking down points. They actually
if you look at how many how many free throws
they botched during the stretch of the backstretch of that game.
(02:52):
I mean, Donovan at one point missed three in a row.
You know, I think at one point they had missed
four in a row. And you know, if you put
those points on the board, it could could have been
a different outcome. So, I mean, for what it's worth,
they they they lost the game and they lost the series.
But it wasn't due to them not you know, obviously
(03:13):
being in position to be able to get out of
the game. They just, you know, they they just you know,
there there could be other things you could pinpoint and
say that maybe that might have been the reason why.
Speaker 4 (03:25):
But I certainly look Atland not like he does not
look healthy.
Speaker 6 (03:30):
No, he not only looked hurt, he didn't They didn't
look fresh either, because Garland Garland had his moments too
where he limped around.
Speaker 7 (03:39):
You know, for for a little while.
Speaker 5 (03:41):
I mean they did, dude, Max trust he's still trying
to find the address for the gym. By the way,
that was an all bad shooting performance. I'm just saying
it's been bad shooting period.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
It's been awful.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
But like last night, to the over from everywhere, you
can't have that. You can't have that a game five
potential limit. You know, you gotta hit some shots, find
ways to get into the basket.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
I mean, Garland, I want to know what's going on
with this toe? Does he have a toe? Because I
don't like it, Like, is he like the iron claw
where they're gonna pan over and he takes his boot
off and next thing you know, there's nothing below his ankle.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
Like, I just want to know what's going on with Garland.
Speaker 6 (04:20):
Something was something that the gators or something was biting
at his toe because he was having some rough times
up and down that court, bro and they didn't even
take him out. They ain't even try to find a
way to take him out. They kept him in, And
I don't know, man, it was just it was one
of those series where, you know, for me, it was
disappointing because I thought that this was the year that
(04:43):
the Calves would take that next step, super talented team
and had all the pieces, and Donovan Mitchell started out
so so quickly and so fast, and it just kind
of it just died off for him. But so, guys,
do know, you do know, you do know what's coming.
(05:03):
I mean you do. After that demoralizing loss that they took,
I did predict that the series was over.
Speaker 7 (05:12):
I mean I did say that the series.
Speaker 6 (05:18):
That victory you said demoralized. It was a demoralizing victory.
And then very it very much made the Cavaliers feel
like they were well they were normal. They weren't. They
weren't the superpower that that people felt they were. They
(05:39):
were just a pedestrian level team, and we.
Speaker 7 (05:44):
Proved out.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
For what it's worth, Brady, I wouldn't do that going home.
I wouldn't do that to you. For what it's worth, Brady.
Speaker 5 (05:52):
You know, I talked to Scott's yesterday and I was
just he was like yeah, I was like, yeah, I'll
probably lose tonight.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
I said, I'm a Minnesota tempable stand now. I was like,
one of us has.
Speaker 5 (06:01):
To make it through here in the Midwest. So I'm
not root now, they're sorry. They not root for the past.
Can't do it, won't do it, can't do it, won't
do it.
Speaker 6 (06:12):
Yeah, it doesn't look good for them with without having
uh Steph Curry.
Speaker 7 (06:16):
Is he in the game tonight? Is he playing tonight?
Speaker 3 (06:22):
Do you guys want to hear?
Speaker 1 (06:23):
You mentioned the the upset Donovan Mitchell? Mitchell, do you
want to see let him hear it. Let's hear Donovan
post game.
Speaker 7 (06:32):
The don't want to believe it, don't want to believe it.
Speaker 8 (06:34):
Still, don't want to believe it.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
It's tough.
Speaker 8 (06:38):
It's tough to win this league. Give them credit. We
didn't do the things necessary. I love playing an arena, man,
like that energy, that crowd rolling through at home, you know,
let the city down, man, that's this place is special.
This place is really special, and I mean get it
(07:02):
done gris, I guess, especially at home. That's what hurts,
you know, getting beat down like this, and y'all are
going to write some about us, man, and that's going
to be fuel, like you know, fuel for everybody. Y'all
gonna say a lot, y'all are and that's what it takes.
I've been here, so I understand. We understand, and now
(07:25):
we just got to use it as fuel for next year.
Speaker 3 (07:28):
Sounded like Brady after the Indians changed their name.
Speaker 7 (07:33):
What it just what.
Speaker 5 (07:38):
I mean, definitely distraught. I'm not sure I've ever said
anything along those lines. I love it, though, man, I.
Speaker 4 (07:42):
Mean, he's a.
Speaker 5 (07:45):
Let's just take a step back this organization. And we've
talked about earlier this week. They were lucky enough two
have a title because they were lucky enough to get
a guy in Lebron James. Now you know, he took
him to an NBA final his first time around.
Speaker 7 (08:03):
Lost.
Speaker 4 (08:04):
I'll still never forget sitting in the stands with.
Speaker 5 (08:06):
My dad watching that and just getting trounced by the
San Antonio Spurs, who were, by the way, a much
better team, much better team that was a much better roster,
and Lebron had his work cut out for him. Leaves
in a manner that I think most people would rather
forget that were Cleveland fans, But that was the direction.
(08:28):
That was the manner in which he chose to explain
how he was going to go down to play for
the Miami Heat. He goes wins a couple titles down there.
I think he learns a lot from pat Riley, he
learns a lot from Eric Spolstra, and he's able to
come back then, and I guess fulfill a promise, however
you want to look at it. But he leaves again,
(08:49):
and I think what he gets lost in all this
is the ownership of Dan Gilbert, who you know, one
of the reasons why I think you look at Lebron
wanting to come back to Cleveland was they had built
up the roster at that point where it actually made
it easier for him to want to come back and
have a chance of winning. And they were willing to
(09:09):
invest in the roster when he came back. You know,
even after you left the second time. This has been
a team that is I think quietly built back up
their roster to replace a guy that's looked at by
some as, if not the greatest, one of the greatest
of all time. Like, like, I know this is disappointing
(09:30):
for a lot of Cleveland Cavalier fans, but like time
and time again, you'd have to say Dan Gilbert has
done a good job as an owner of trying to
make you forget all of that. Like I'm trying to
think about the Bowls seasons after Michael Jordan like finally
left and was done. I can't really recall, Like, I
(09:51):
don't know that there was much juice behind that team
until Derrick Rose joined and that's where you were, like,
all right, the Chicago Bulls now a shod But that's
one of the things about Cleveland. I think they've kind
of flown on the radars. They've been a really good team,
kind of looking at their track records since he left
the second time. As far as being consistently in the
(10:11):
hunt in the East.
Speaker 1 (10:13):
It's also there was some thought it either before last
season or this season, before, you know, does Garland want
to play with Donovan Mitchell? Can those two guys co exist?
And not only they co exist, they were by far
and away the best team of the conference, but like
not even close, and matched up well with Boston and
match up well with everybody. They just got screwed by
(10:36):
the injuries in the postseason and it was just bad timing.
And I think that's probably probably part of the frustration
for Mitchell and everybody there.
Speaker 5 (10:45):
Yeah, and look, I can give any antacredits or like
they played Gray d they're the way better shooting team,
but that is it shouldn't go unnoticed. That's all I'm
saying is they were awesome in the regular season. This team,
I think can still be something in the future. And
I do think Dan Gilbert deserves more credit for what
(11:05):
he has been able to build there in Cleveland. And
you can see, I'll see the players, you know, love
the environment, love the fan base, everything else that comes
along with it.
Speaker 4 (11:13):
It's just couldn't deliver this time.
Speaker 6 (11:16):
The Nuggets played yesterday and lost, and the thunder Plate
yesterday and won as well. And while I know that
it's Brady's childhood team and we had to put dirt
on them after the game last evening, there there was
another game that was actually more interesting than the Calves series.
Speaker 4 (11:40):
Actually, thanks for that.
Speaker 6 (11:42):
I just wanted to give you the time, give them
the proper you know, sendari that they were deserving of
a childhood fan because I understand that pain. You know, listen,
I you know that was my elog.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
They'll live on. They're going to a better place.
Speaker 6 (12:01):
Three hell marriage, you know, and a good luck and
God bless man, you know, enjoy it that off season,
get healthy, go find that.
Speaker 3 (12:09):
Toe and then and then find that and then what
do you say are riverside.
Speaker 6 (12:15):
Uh riverside, you know, and get ready for the Browns.
Speaker 7 (12:20):
I'll tell you what.
Speaker 6 (12:22):
It looks as though your Nuggets are on their way
home too.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
That's going seven.
Speaker 7 (12:29):
I don't.
Speaker 6 (12:31):
It probably will. It probably will take seven to decide it.
But I think the reason why it's going to be
the Thunder over the Nuggets is just.
Speaker 7 (12:43):
Rest.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
It's you know, it's it's been the best series of
the playoffs by far.
Speaker 6 (12:47):
It's the best series. It's there, it's the more competitive
series of any of them one. But it's just the
freshness of the Thunder. I mean, it was so evident
and a parent and even though Joki is doing so
so well, you know in the numbers and obviously is rebounding,
(13:09):
you know, he's he's doing all he can to be
able to try to win for this team. Murray is
doing all he can to try to win for this team.
Speaker 7 (13:20):
But they're tired. Man. That's a tired, battered and bruce
team if you ask me.
Speaker 6 (13:26):
And it showed it shows in in the at the
end of these games, right, you're talking about three dudes.
Three dudes were over forty minutes on that team, not
one on the Oklahoma on Oklahoma City team went over
forty minutes, not one close. Obviously, Sga is going to
(13:47):
be out there, and you know the forward, the not
the bigger Williams, Jay Williams, but the smaller one. He
got a lot of minutes and a lot of very
impactful minutes. But this is such a well balanced team,
and I think Hartenstein and Holmgren I said that at
(14:09):
the beginning of the series. I'm gonna circle back and
double down on it. Even though Jokic is scoring so much,
he's doing so well, I think the job that they're
doing is kind of I think it's going to go
maybe understated, maybe even underestimated because of how like if
(14:33):
there were any series where you could look at and
you'd be like, if you want to see how great
Joki is and how dominant a player he is, watch
this series. Go back and watch this series, because every
single thing the Thunder is doing is really geared towards
doubling up on him, going low side, backside, help on him.
(14:58):
He doesn't get an easy he's spin there was there's
nothing easy for him. He uses his size to set
himself up within the key to get to the to
the rim and the defense has been so swarming and
so smothering that it's a forty four point It's a
forty four point you know, production game for for Jokic, But.
Speaker 7 (15:23):
Man, it's hard. It's super hard.
Speaker 6 (15:27):
On him to maintain a pace in that game, and
it's super hard for the Nuggets to maintain They're just
they're just the thunders too fast for them. That it's
too it's too much. It's too many waves of just
quickness speed coming at them at both sides of the court.
Speaker 7 (15:45):
The pace of this series is just too fast for
the Nuggets.
Speaker 3 (15:48):
They're the defense.
Speaker 7 (15:48):
I don't think they can win it.
Speaker 1 (15:49):
Okay, so he's the deepest team in the league. It's
not even close. And the guy who deserves I think
a ton of credit for last night. Obviously SGA had
a great game, Jolks had a great game. Lou Dort
dead is out there for himself. Okse was down eight,
I believe it was with a few minutes left, and
the only guy that was hitting shots was lou Dort
(16:10):
at that point. He hit I think like three threes
and then had a save on the sideline which led
to a basket I think from home.
Speaker 3 (16:15):
Grin at the.
Speaker 1 (16:16):
Rim and gave ok See the lead and from there
it completely changed the outcome because they they were not
stopping Joker the entire night. That three he hit where
he had no options. He was looking for somebody to
throw to and he just threw it up and it
went in. And I think even Barkley said it afterwards,
He's like, I hope people are appreciating how dominant and
(16:36):
how great of a player this is. And it goes
back to the original quote from James Harden who talked
about it before their series with Denver, where James Harden said,
look Sga is going to be the MVP. Everybody in
the league knows that Joker is the best player in
the league, like he is the best player in the league.
He played the entire fourth quarter last night, and you've
(16:56):
got an eight point lead with the best player on
the planet play like he is, and you needed shots
from somebody else, and lou Dort stepped up. I still
think it's going to go seven, though. I think Denver
is gonna get Game six and we're going to see
a Game seven, which is rightfully so based on how
these teams have been matched up thus far.
Speaker 4 (17:14):
I hope it goes seven.
Speaker 5 (17:15):
But yeah, I don't know if you heard the commentary
in the first half, they kept talking about when you're
when LeVar is talking about just the rotation for Localhoma
City Thunder. That's the whole strategy is they feel like
Oklahoma City will win if they're fresher in the fourth quarter,
and so all the rotation that you're seeing, all the
different guys mixing in, that's by design. I think they
(17:37):
feel they feel like that's the kryptonite, you know, for
Oklahoma City to the Denver Nuggets, because you know, Djoki
can play forty four minutes and he can do his part,
he can score all the points he wants, but if
there's not much of a supporting cast around him, and
you know there was at times last night, but not
as as consistently as you see from Oklahoma City, that's
(17:58):
where they win. They went on the bench points, they
went on kind of freshness, better defense at the end,
and it proved to be a winner last night. So
I hope it goes seven, honestly, for like everyone's sake,
not only with watching this matchup, but seeing you know,
Jokic be able to play out this series. If they're
not the team to be able to advance.
Speaker 6 (18:15):
Can I tell you some tiber Wolves are going to
send them home. They're going to send Golden State home
tonight today.
Speaker 4 (18:23):
And is that what I think it is? Is that
what I think it is?
Speaker 7 (18:28):
There? There it is.
Speaker 6 (18:30):
If she's there for it, then we'll call it that.
I think that they're going to end it tonight. They're
going to put put Golden State out of their misery
and then they're going to be waiting for the winner
of this series. And it's going to be the Thunder.
So if I'm the Thunder, you you gotta get it done.
You you can't. I mean, listen, They're going to be
(18:51):
pretty good. I mean, there's every last one of their
players played. Can you imagine that they use their entire bench.
You know, that's like kind of unheard of, and in
the playoffs they used their entire bench. And so to me,
the skill level and the game plan that that the
(19:12):
Thunder had brought to the table is shining through. And
at least we have one top rated team that is
showing why they're a top rated team in this playoff
because it's it's just now, it's it's I don't know
who's going I think it's the Pacers that will end
up winning, you know, in the next round. I do
(19:35):
not think it will be the Knicks, even though they
are pretty decent. I think it's a bad matchup. But
this next series, I do not think OKC wants to
go to seven. They got to try to get out
of it at six so that they have a little
bit of rest time, even though they have such a
(19:56):
great rotation, because I think that's going to be the
most competitive series of the playoffs. Yeah, I don't think
it's going to be the Championship round, the finals round.
I think it's going to be the next series between
the Thunder and the Grizzlies and excuse me, the Timberwolves.
And that's gonna be, to me, the definer of what
(20:19):
the future of the NBA holds, because you got SGA
going into a game and a throttle against obviously Anthony
Edwards and what he's bringing to the table. This is
more of a campaign to me, that next guard of
superstar players to start emerging within the league. I mean,
(20:41):
they're going to start to replace the names of the
guys that we have grown to know when we were
growing up that are now really kind of taking their
last Swan songs in this league.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
I mean, they can want as much rest as they
possibly can desire, and that's great and all. But that
series Denver and okay see is going seven.
Speaker 3 (21:02):
You can book it knocks locks?
Speaker 7 (21:11):
Does Brady have Does Brady have one?
Speaker 9 (21:13):
No?
Speaker 4 (21:15):
I just said I don't really request stuff like this.
Speaker 3 (21:18):
Drop something a the time.
Speaker 7 (21:20):
If we're playing back to that, do it again, do
it again? All right?
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Yeah, they can want as much rest as they want
for the Western Conference finals, but tough balls. Their series
with Denver is going seven knocks locks.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
Oh wow, man, there's like a.
Speaker 6 (21:39):
Guitar there that to you, I can guarantee you this
game is over in sticks picks.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Brady, try it.
Speaker 5 (21:50):
I mean, hold on, hold on, hold on, here's come on,
here's the supert.
Speaker 4 (21:55):
Here's the difference. I don't have one.
Speaker 3 (21:59):
You do, Maybe you do?
Speaker 2 (22:00):
LeVar.
Speaker 4 (22:01):
LeVar is just is like sticks picks.
Speaker 5 (22:05):
I think Jonas has like I don't know, if it's
a guitar in there, then there's all of a sudden,
I think someone's someone's like cocking back on a nine
millimeters or something A lot there, Jonas Jonas.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
I mean, I'm telling you right now, you can book
it that series is going seven.
Speaker 5 (22:26):
Knocks locks, it's let's lock your doors?
Speaker 4 (22:33):
What it is?
Speaker 5 (22:34):
It's yeah, but I don't think it's a gun. I
think it's I think it's actually a door being.
Speaker 1 (22:41):
Won't you try just to throw something out there, see
what you see if there's something that is maybe.
Speaker 4 (22:50):
To get ready for this Hold on, hold dude.
Speaker 5 (22:52):
I had the hiccups for like a half an hour
right before the show, and I was like, this is
gonna be awful if it goes on air.
Speaker 7 (22:59):
I'm mistaking me.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
Think okay, I.
Speaker 7 (23:00):
Got one, I got I'm going okay.
Speaker 5 (23:03):
I guarantee you Lee's gonna have to crap his pants
here in the next hour of the show. Quick Quinn's wist, Oh,
that's that's disappointed.
Speaker 7 (23:17):
That sounded like Lee's bunghold.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
Why do you guys do him dirty like that? Not Mario,
It's gotta be a better one.
Speaker 10 (23:26):
I mean, that's that's the best bet right now.
Speaker 7 (23:28):
One more tame you, No, one more tame c.
Speaker 4 (23:33):
Lee's gonna crap his pants in the next hour. I
guarantee him.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
Qu Win's wins.
Speaker 7 (23:41):
Man, my man.
Speaker 4 (23:42):
Even saying it wing, the imaging isn't speaking. It's like
lo you.
Speaker 7 (23:45):
Guys get that.
Speaker 4 (23:46):
Oh, Jonas knocks Errington. Mine's like Quinn's wins.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
We do that with went out to Mario garbage at
the end.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Man can't even get like Mike Tyson's punch out of you.
Speaker 10 (24:00):
It's like Mario's like Mortal Kombat. Finish him versus Mario.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
I don't know, Yeah, easily could have went Mortal Combat.
Speaker 5 (24:06):
I mean, here's the thing is, you know Lee's fingers
were all over this because hey, I don't request this stuff,
but b it just sounds goofy and it sounds like
something that.
Speaker 1 (24:16):
And by the way, you are spot on because Lorena
has been covering her face.
Speaker 3 (24:21):
With her towel. Oh he already blew a dire segment.
Speaker 7 (24:24):
Yeah, he already blew it now. Oh yeah, dude is
so disrespectful to.
Speaker 6 (24:29):
His parents, his bo and his pants and Lorena.
Speaker 1 (24:35):
Lee doesn't have jeans, You've got body bags. You're filthy.
I know it's a bad week. I'm looking after my
old man. So it's just a bachelor bachelor week.
Speaker 3 (24:48):
What does that mean?
Speaker 4 (24:50):
What do I have to do with the pants?
Speaker 6 (24:53):
Lee's autopsy? I feel bad for them, bro, whoever does it?
That's they might go.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
You imagine they're they're cutting him open. They're like, oh Jesus,
oh good, never mind, he's dead. You can't just throw
me in the fire, dude.
Speaker 7 (25:07):
Cause of death.
Speaker 6 (25:09):
Too much gas, yeah, gas strict gas strict itis.
Speaker 11 (25:18):
It's just so grossly. It's just it's just like.
Speaker 3 (25:37):
I play that every time he farts in here tonight. Yes, okay,
so we know no no.
Speaker 6 (25:43):
No, there's too many times. No no no, but you
could do a short one, like you could do a
quick one, so we know, so we're it could be
a quick one, you.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
Know, like Lee's back porch is chernobyl, like he just
can't help himself.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
He's got a destroy everything and anybody.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
That's in, anybody that's in this in the vicinity of Lea,
it's his own.
Speaker 4 (26:10):
He showers enough, he showers twice.
Speaker 5 (26:13):
You need to shower more than you do, all right.
That's how I've been around you enough. And there's enough
people I've been around in my life I'm like, oh,
they have good hyes, and you can tell they smelled it.
You are not one of those people. I've never walked
up to you once and be like, oh, let you
smell good.
Speaker 3 (26:27):
Vague I you know what I think.
Speaker 10 (26:29):
Weirdly enough, I remember you don't don't I remember you compliment.
Speaker 5 (26:35):
You're an habitual liar, so that's always will start there.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
I've never complimented you on how you smelled.
Speaker 6 (26:41):
Every and even if you smell you, you totally disqualify
that about the things that you do to not smell good.
Speaker 3 (26:52):
There's just no regard for humanity or his dunge hole.
Speaker 1 (26:57):

eight Eastern time, but you'll see bits and pieces trickle
out during the course of the day depending on the
team that you root for. But we do have ourselves
the international slate, which was released yesterday. We got the
first one, which is Viking Steelers in Dublin, Ireland. That'll
(28:27):
be a Week four matchup. The Minnesota Vikings also in
Week five, are going to be in London to take
on the Cleveland Browns. So Minnesota get gets back to
back international trip, so I'm sure the.
Speaker 4 (28:42):
First time ever, right, Yeah, team will play back to back.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
Yeah, because Jackson four and in London.
Speaker 5 (28:47):
If I'm not mistaken, Minnesota is Yeah, they've never lost
over there, or maybe it's internationally their four and oh
I believe damn.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
You don't want to mess with the Vikings overseas?
Speaker 5 (28:57):
All right, good' say little historical reference for all you
out there.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
Should they take a Viking ship over there, not even
a plane, that would.
Speaker 4 (29:04):
Be so sick.
Speaker 5 (29:05):
Imagine carnival carnival cruise like ended up turning one into
a Viking ship.
Speaker 7 (29:10):
Would be hard, crazy hard.
Speaker 6 (29:13):
What if they made like two of them, you know,
like like decked out two of them.
Speaker 5 (29:18):
Yeah, Well, the Vikings the one who used to burn
the boats though, when they get.
Speaker 6 (29:21):
That, you got to bone it, burn it, man, that'd
be sweet.
Speaker 5 (29:26):
Imagine that coming all in there with their red hair
and fires.
Speaker 3 (29:31):
I thought that was a pirate moves.
Speaker 6 (29:36):
When they was the Viking Vikings. Vikings burn their ships
because they're coming.
Speaker 4 (29:42):
They take take your women and they burn your ships.
Speaker 6 (29:45):
Yeah, there's no there's your ships, there's no going back,
you know, start procreating immediately.
Speaker 1 (29:52):
Yeah, we are going to get Jets, Broncos.
Speaker 12 (29:55):
And honest man, the I was sitting like, oh no,
I can give me some tea.
Speaker 4 (30:06):
We want everything burn of the boats.
Speaker 3 (30:11):
So then what's the Minnesota origin? Like, why is Minnesota coming?
Speaker 4 (30:15):
Bunch of bunch settled up there, came through the lakes,
came up up top.
Speaker 1 (30:19):
You know, well, a bunch of homeless people settle out here.
You don't see the Lakers changing their name. Well, it's
getting there. Good point.
Speaker 4 (30:30):
Contents, I know, I know, we don't have time for it.
You gotta get this taken.
Speaker 5 (30:33):
But there is like these little huts that you can
take to your children's games, so like a little see
through like covered area you can like sit in or
put a chair in and sit.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
I don't know why people don't get that stuff for
homeless people. They're not that expensive.
Speaker 6 (30:50):
I don't think you want them to get too comfortable
being comfortable homeless though.
Speaker 5 (30:55):
It seems like I don't know they they've been living
out set the least complex for a while.
Speaker 6 (31:01):
And even if you did get those types of things
for them, I just they gonna live how they gonna live, man, Yeah,
they gonna live how they gonna live. Like I've seen
enough of them. Like it's a different breed of homeless,
Like the homeless we grew up knowing is very different
than Like it's like the regular zombies and.
Speaker 7 (31:22):
The super zombies.
Speaker 3 (31:23):
Don't they used to know.
Speaker 6 (31:25):
They don't make homeless like they used to. Man, you
could give a homeless dude a person a ride to
the next town over back in the day, Like you
better not, you better not go near these these new
age ones, new new You don't know what you're getting.
I had a real close friend man, and and she
you know, well to my wife, she I mean, the
(31:47):
dude like beat her just because he wouldn't like she
wouldn't like keep talking to him, like he like they different.
Speaker 3 (31:57):
Now somebody's trying to talk to you have a conversation.
Speaker 6 (32:00):
Yeah, but they've gotten they've gotten really really like dangerous.
Speaker 7 (32:04):
They're like dangerous people, man, A lot of them.
Speaker 6 (32:07):
There's like a lot of them that make the like
make it make it bad for the rest of them. Man,
I'm telling you, I've heard some crazy stories about homeless people.
Speaker 3 (32:17):
Man, you know, you give tim a bad name.
Speaker 7 (32:19):
You know where I.
Speaker 6 (32:20):
Got the worst that, like you get the info from,
Like how the homeless are are like at.
Speaker 7 (32:25):
The barber shop, that's where you get the real info.
Speaker 6 (32:29):
Man, I was last time I was at the barber
shop in Pittsburgh.
Speaker 7 (32:33):
They were talking.
Speaker 6 (32:36):
Yeah, because it's like that's the gossip that that's like
the epicenter of gossip, especially street gossip. And man, this
is just the They call them super bums. That's what
they're called super bums.
Speaker 1 (32:49):
I mean, can you even say, are we do we
need to dump that? By the way, are we allowed
to use Oh it's already been dumped.
Speaker 3 (32:54):
Well I'm saying, are we allowed you dumped super bum?
Speaker 1 (32:59):
Are we allowed to use the term barbershop? Didn't Lebron
have that copyright? Like he's got that trademark, doesn't he
It's Wednesday. We didn't say Taco Tuesday yesterday, So that's
a good thing. Mighty came first on that too. We
got time, you know he's got some time.
Speaker 3 (33:15):
Yeah, he does, he sure does. Now I do want
to why.
Speaker 6 (33:20):
Did he put the laugh of moojis when when Dallas
was since you brought up Lebron, why'd he put the
laugh of moojis? When when Dallas got the number one pick?
Speaker 3 (33:29):
Because everybody knows it's.
Speaker 6 (33:30):
He wasn't in on it, or was he in on it,
and that's why he put the laugh in emojis.
Speaker 7 (33:34):
Who knows. I mean, you know, you don't care about Lebron.
Speaker 3 (33:38):
I think I think.
Speaker 1 (33:39):
He he probably he probably knew that. Yeah, it's a
little bit odd that of all the teams to win
the draft lottery, Dallas would a little little strange. This
doesn't make it doesn't make sense. But or I'm happy
for Dallas. For the record, I'm happy for him. And
they're not trading the pick, by the way, I know
(34:00):
Labar was thrown out the idea of them trading for
Yannis yes which I thought was a terrible take.
Speaker 3 (34:05):
But he threw that out yesterday.
Speaker 7 (34:07):
That was me who said that. Dang okay, And.
Speaker 1 (34:12):
They have said they're not going to be trading that pick,
so so there has just left out.
Speaker 4 (34:16):
You wanted to sway it straight up one for one
swap like that'd be even.
Speaker 1 (34:20):
No, obviously there would be other pieces involved, but you know,
if they were looking to reset things, you know, maybe
they'd be open to it. But you know, Jannis is
I think he's thirty.
Speaker 3 (34:29):
Now Here's what I'd.
Speaker 5 (34:30):
Say though about like the NBA and roster construction, they
don't reset oftentimes to the draft.
Speaker 4 (34:36):
They still need a star.
Speaker 5 (34:38):
Like it's like looking at a retail space, Like you
got a big strip mall, you still need like your
actual anchor that actually brings people there as some sort
of grocery store, right like Vaughn's or something. You can't
just have the strip center without anything else supporting it,
you know what I'm saying, Like you have to have
the star to be a part of that starting five.
Otherwise it's like you can build it the draft all
(34:59):
you won, but you're you're never eventually going to get there.
Speaker 4 (35:03):
You have to have a few stars.
Speaker 5 (35:04):
I mean, OKC might be the only roster that say
has been able to do that.
Speaker 4 (35:10):
Is that fair enough?
Speaker 3 (35:14):
Like they've got you know who I mean, Sga.
Speaker 6 (35:17):
Is their starch, which any of the rest of them are, Yeah,
I mean.
Speaker 7 (35:24):
Yeah, you got Williams, you got.
Speaker 5 (35:27):
But like all those guys are draft picks for the
most part, right Yeah, Yeah, Sam Thrust and by the way,
back when they were good Durant, Like they've always built
it that way because think about that Harden Durant in Westbrook.
Speaker 7 (35:42):
They all drafted.
Speaker 6 (35:44):
And they had to do down low what was his name,
Serge Obaka Abaca.
Speaker 1 (35:49):
Yeah, middle name is Jonas. By the way, Serge Obaka,
that's not true, Jonas Abaca.
Speaker 3 (35:57):
That's a conference.
Speaker 7 (36:03):
Yeah, they only have one megastar on. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (36:07):
Yeah, it's a hard part. Jonas is in there.
Speaker 5 (36:12):
The problem is, I don't know if you consider it
a middle name because it's Surge Jonas Abaca.
Speaker 7 (36:20):
No Bila.
Speaker 4 (36:20):
I don't know if the g is silent go Bilas.
Yeah there, it's really Jonahs.
Speaker 6 (36:26):
Yeah, interesting, Jonas, there was something positive connected.
Speaker 7 (36:32):
To your name. He's a dresser. He's a fine dresser,
sure is. He's very very well known for his fashion.
Me too, yep, me too. Yeah, yeah, there you go.
Speaker 3 (36:43):
It is a screw you, Lorraina.
Speaker 7 (36:45):
Listen, there's a nice little Puma dip going today.
Speaker 3 (36:48):
It's uh the sweatpants for day. It's three a m.
What do you want to suppose getting on a TV dang?
Speaker 7 (36:56):
Lorraine is judging you? Yea, I know it up. You've
got a big weekend a hit.
Speaker 3 (37:04):
Whoa, yeah, sure does.

Speaker 3 (39:08):
Vamping, guys. In case he missed it.
Speaker 10 (39:10):
South Carolina Man fifty two year old Eric Slat has
been found dead inside a kangaroo enclosure. He was famous
inside the South Carolina community for boxing the kangaroos, and
so many thought that he was killed by the kangaroos
because he was found beaten, but his brother says that
(39:32):
he has been suffering from heart palpitations and that he
believes that he was had a heart attack before the
kangaroos decided to beat his dead body.
Speaker 3 (39:42):
Sorry, I was gonna have sound ready for you guys,
but it's not cooperating, so.
Speaker 4 (39:47):
Hold on it.
Speaker 5 (39:47):
They've done like an autopsy on the body and they
again discover that he had a heart attack.
Speaker 10 (39:51):
So yeah, they are waiting on the autopsy. The brother
is saying, we're waiting for the autopsy to make sure.
Many believed that he was beaten to death because his
body he has been clearly beaten by the kangaroos, and
he used to box. It's like kangaroos.
Speaker 1 (40:05):
He's like Joe Peschi on Casino where the kangaroos beat
him with a bat, throw him and into a sugar
cane hole. Good, he's probably balking them for years. He
got his ass swarked.
Speaker 5 (40:20):
I don't know how to feel about this, To be
honest with you, it's and the guy, but I feel
bad for the kangaroos too.
Speaker 3 (40:28):
How does he end up?
Speaker 7 (40:29):
But how does he end up in the enclosure?
Speaker 10 (40:31):
Well, it was a petting zoo and he would kind
of do this for show where he would kind of
like playbox with the with the kangaroos.
Speaker 6 (40:41):
Yeah, that sounds a little sketchy to me. Heart attack
my ass, somebody, somebody didn't One of them kangaroos caught
him and kicked him in his chest.
Speaker 3 (40:49):
Was he fully clothed when they found him? Lye dang, Yes,
he was.
Speaker 7 (40:55):
Sure about that.
Speaker 1 (40:56):
Lea
