What did he do?
Speaker 1 (00:17):
What was he weird incident? Apparently he kissed somebody on
the head. We'll discuss whether or not that is appropriate
in the locker room culture of the NFL. We've got
the very latest from training camp tours with Pete Prisco,
who's gonna stop by. Plus we're gonna have a very
special IR starring Lee to Lap, who is back and

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Taking you all the way up until nine am Eastern time,
six o'clock Pacific here.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
How the hell we feel in here on a Tuesday morning?
I mean, why not? Why not?
Speaker 3 (01:51):
And if you were wondering how are you feeling getting
a response as why not? Well, all I can say
is waking up at this hour, why not? I mean
starting to set in. I don't know, only takes a
(02:12):
uh one day. I don't know how many times it
would be saying two pros and a cup of Joe.
Oh no, yeah out here for Pim.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Hey, the whole cruise back. You know Lee's back today.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
You know we're going to find out what Leish Shenanigan's
were like over the past week.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
So he looks rejuvenated. Yeah, good for him, looks fired up,
looks fired up. All right.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
So we were talking yesterday about the potential of what
the news could be that Dion Sanders is going to
have at his press conference. And Dion Sanders held his
press conference yesterday in Boulder, and there was some speculation.
Obviously he's been dealing with health issue and been dealing
(03:01):
with stuff like that, and there's just been rumors and
people wondering, all right, so what exactly are the health issues,
What does his future look like? How is this going
to play out when it comes to Colorado. This is
the first year he's going to be coaching without his sons,
which you know, you wondered if that was going to
be a difficult task for him to go through as
(03:22):
a parent, as a coach. And so yesterday, aside his
doctor they're in Boulder, they discussed his medical issues and
what the future looks like for coach Prime. We performed
a full robot assist at laparoscopic bladder removal and creation
of a new bladder, and I am pleased to report
that the results from the surgery are that he is
(03:43):
cured from the cancer.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
I always knew I was going to coach again. I
never didn't realize I was going to coach again.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
I was always going to coach.
Speaker 4 (03:50):
It was never in my spirit, in my heart that
God wouldn't allow me to coach again. As never thought
like that. Only but surely I built myself back up
to where I'm able, I'm strong, I'm ready. I'm still
probably about twelve pounds down. I'm gonna get that right.
I'mna feel these overalls up like no other. But it
(04:13):
has been a tremendous journey. And and I'm.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Truly thankful that God.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
God is so good. God is so good. You have
no idea. You have no idea how good God has
been for me to be here. You have no idea.
Thank you. It's a totally different life. I mean, thank God.
(04:41):
I'm now I'm done. I depend on depend you know,
you know what I mean. I truly depending on depend
Like I cannot control my bladder, so I get up
to go to the bathroom already four or five times
a night. But then I'm sitting up there waking up,
you know, like my grandson were in the same thing.
(05:05):
We got the same problem. Right now, we're going the
same child tribulations. We kind of see who has the
heaviest bag at the end of the night. Like this.
It's ridiculous, but I'm making a joke out of it,
but it's real, like it is real. It is real.
It is real. So if you see Porter party on
the sideline's real.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
So that is the the latest from Coach Prime and
is his doctor about his issue which entire bladder removal
and he's going to be out there and just going
through that whole process. That that's rough man And I
guess he lost a bunch of weight hoping to be
(05:46):
ready to go for the season. Feels like he's full
go and they've cured it. But that is a that's
a lot to endure one off season going into next year.
So now we get to see how that plays out.
Have a porty partty on the sideline. I'm sure there'll
be plenty of sponsor opportunities for anybody.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
I was just gonna say, like, this is teed up
for a huge sponsorship. It depends. I mean, that's that's
kind of the bright spot about it. The tough thing
is I mean just hearing about all he's had to
deal with and being in the dark about it. Yeah,
how many people had any clue that he was dealing
with this? Just people? This is in our circle? Is
(06:26):
that it? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (06:27):
I think he said and mentioned that even people in
his family didn't know how serious it was, like he
tried to keep it really under wraps because he didn't
want his son too were getting ready for the NFL
to have to worry about it.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
So it's also embarrassing, right, I mean the reality of it,
like like some portion of it you're probably you know,
concerned about just the overall like long term health, what's
going to happen. And the other thing is like some
of the issues you're dealing with are are embarrassing, Like
you don't want people to know that. So that's completely understandable.
I'm just I'm glad he's on the other side of it,
hopefully clean bill health from here out, moving forward.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
Right, I knew something wasn't right when people was coming
in and out of his house. I knew something wasn't right.
He was in his home and prosper and he wasn't
in Colorado.
Speaker 2 (07:15):
He wasn't with Now.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
While you may say, okay, well, and it was health
related why he missed certain certain things with Colorado the
year before, But when he was at home and people
were going in and out of the house, like seeing
Michael Irvin go visit, seeing seeing Wayne go visit. I
knew something was wrong and so and I'm not in
(07:43):
that that inner circle like I know Prime. We were teammates,
crazy respect for one another, but I wasn't like in
a phone group where it was like this is what's
going on. So I did not have privy information like that.
But what I will say is is that I knew
something wasn't right.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
What it was I did not know.
Speaker 3 (08:07):
But that was why the whole idea when we discussed
it yesterday was I don't need to know why he
isn't there. I know there's something that's wrong. And then
just listening to him talk about, you know, things the
preparing of a will and stuff like that, and just
the exercises that he was going through and the way
(08:27):
he sounded when he was doing it, that's not Prime.
Like it didn't sound like Prime, and it sounded like
it was really like, you know, like a somber, sad person.
Prime is always like what we just heard. He's always
giving God praise. He's always very positive about things. He's
(08:49):
always very very upbeat and like high achieving mode, like
you can hate on me, haters are fine, all applied
this that and the other. Just thankful that's always his way.
So for him to sound so vulnerable, I knew something
wasn't right.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
Now.
Speaker 3 (09:08):
I know Prime well enough, I know Prime that well
where I'm just listening to him, I knew something wasn't
all the way right, and and so I was going
to reserve any type of judgments. I don't think it
comes down to, uh, this being one of those situations
where it's like I told you so type of deal.
I hope that any anybody out there that was in
(09:30):
media that was putting it out there that maybe he's
using this as a way to not coach anymore. I
hope they issue out an apology, just just for the
simple fact that you know you made, you tried to
make a maybe a bold claim, and if it turns
out you're right, it turns out you're right, but you
(09:50):
were way wrong. If that's what you were saying, this
was his scheme, and I saw a lot of a
lot of comments, a lot of deals where that was
what people. We're trying to basically insinuate he doesn't want
to coach anymore because he's not coaching his sons. I
don't think this is I told you so moment. I
think this is a. I'm thankful for people like Dion
(10:13):
Sanders because they While some people judge them for being
as transparent as they are, it's really the reason why
people love them so much is because of how talented
and how gifted, maybe one of the most gifted talented
athletes in the history of sports. But he is very
transparent with everyone about who he is.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
You know, how how pimped out that porta pot he
is gonna be on the sideline.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Oh, it's going to be clean. Oh my god, it's
gonna be a clean one, nicest one ever. I mean,
it's gonna be clean. Probably a Bordetian there. All that
stuff is that how you say that?
Speaker 3 (10:52):
You how you say it, how you say okay, you know,
you don't have to laugh when I say funny words,
I just correct me.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
Well, the whole the whole idea of boor Day. But
first off, first off, like you're just saying, how like
one of the things that people love about Dion is
how like open he is about all of this. Right,
One of the things I enjoy about you is like
I'll get surprised at least once a week and I'll
hear a word. I'll be like, oh, all right. I
(11:23):
haven't heard it pronounced like that before, and it gives
me joy because I know it's like you'll laugh at it.
When someone says like, no, it's the day, you'll be like,
all right, I got you. It should be a boor
day day. I like that you do that, person. I
feel like board day sounds better than but day. Both
of them weird me out. Here's here's what I here's
what I think I think we should do. For guys,
(11:46):
they're called boar days. For girls, they're called bid days
because I feel like that that sounds more feminine. Boar
day is like a you know, more manly thing to
clean your day hole. I don't want anybody spraying water
my ass, you know what I mean? Why?
Speaker 3 (12:01):
I just no idea what you mean A day so clean?
I just like being clean. And back to their original point,
so does d On Dion likes being clean? Now, Wow,
this is not about the boorday but day. By the way,
I don't take me saying words incorrectly personally. I just
(12:24):
say and I do end up saying it the way
I hear it, and I like saying it anyway. But
this is the front part, right, So so this the
idea of it is is that he's probably going to
be super quick when he does it. If he's not quick,
it's probably because he has the change of depending like
and on a more serious note, I mean the idea
(12:46):
of you're in a big, big moment of the I
guess I would assume he's just going to stay out there.
I would assume if his if his bladder, you know,
gets to going and he tinkles, I would assume he
gonna stay right in there and continue. I mean, there
are guys that have played.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
I know. I'll make a guilty I'll make a guilty.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
Guilty guilty deal here. If it was a raining game
and the game is on the line, you know, I kneel.
I kneel like I was taking a knee, and they
go right down my leg, right down my leg. Only
(13:31):
if it was raining, though, if I really had to go,
like I gotta go, I'm not leaving this field. There's
no way I'm leaving this field. And there's no way
I'm going to miss a play. I kneel right down there,
on on right on the knee, take a knee right there,
let it go right down the leg, keep it moving,
and you know I do. I get a water bottle,
(13:52):
you know, get like a little gatorade bottle, and I
spray my spray my leg.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
And if you got some lemon lime gatorade, get away
all the way in, you all the way in. I
get water, try to wash it out. You know.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
That's a true story. Though I know a few guys
that do it. I don't know if that's still a thing.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
But buddy, we had gold pants, so you can you
can just go.
Speaker 3 (14:14):
Ahead, just just get away the Notre damecause you could
see our butt cracks that Penn State through.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
I'm not saying that, I'm just saying plenty of guys
who did do it.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
All right, So Colorado kicks off a month from today,
a month Yeah, that's Oh.
Speaker 3 (14:38):
They're they're they're they're game, they're opener. Yeah, I say,
because you know, Penn State checked in, didn't didn't has
Notre Dame started? I'd have to look, yes, Yeah, Penn
State checked in on Monday.
Speaker 2 (14:52):
So that's a lot to be going through going into
the season, like a month away. That's some heavy s.
Speaker 3 (15:00):
That is some heavy s to deal with, Like did
you see the videos that they were dropping yesterday? Like
he was fishing and he had like you know, he
had the drainage in there like the I don't know
if it was a catheter. I don't think it was
a catheter. It might have been a catheter, but he
had like he's sitting there fishing with it like right
there like boom, sitting right there on a little little
(15:22):
table or whatever. Like he goes deep with with showing
you the inside deal of what he's got going on.
Apparently his son documented the whole thing and it's going
to be dropping videos of what he's gone through during
the duration of time. So I mean, God blessed Dion,
Like you know what I mean, like, good luck to you,
(15:42):
what'sh you all the best, what'sh you?
Speaker 4 (15:44):
Well?
Speaker 3 (15:44):
Wish you you know, more health and and these are
things that really really humanize you know.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
What this is all about.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
Like sports is about being superheroes, you know, but everyone
once in a while you got to realize that there
is kryptonite that exists for superheroes. And seeing somebody who
has been so like it's like dang, one of the
greatest athletes of all time and he's going through that.
It's like seeing like like you know, Muhammad Ali when
(16:15):
he was like at the you know, the older days
where he wasn't like all the way there and you had,
you know, the shakes and all that stuff. Man, When
you see your heroes and they're not that strong physical
figure that you grew up seeing, man, it really like.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
Puts things in perspective.
Speaker 3 (16:32):
But I appreciate him being so open and so honest
about it and him raising raising the flag for bladder
cancer and stuff like that. And you know, good luck
to you, bro, and God bless man. That's that's what
I say to it.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
Yeah, well said. It is Two Pros and a Cup
of Joe.

again about twenty minutes from now here on FSR. Before
(17:52):

Speaker 2 (18:05):

(18:28):
should be So we discussed yesterday the Christian Wilkins story
and the speculation that there was a weird incident that
took place with a teammate which also led to his
release by the Las Vegas Raiders.
Speaker 2 (18:43):
Which one is true.
Speaker 1 (18:45):
Well, I've heard a couple of them, a source told
maybe they're all true. A source told Adam Schefter that
the weird incident with the teammate was when Christian Wilkins
kissed another player on the head in a team meeting.
The player took offense to it and then filed a
complaint with the Raiders HR department. So I guess they
(19:08):
tried to downplay it and said, well it was it
was a playful kiss on the head, but the teammate
didn't think so, and so that may have been part.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
Of the reason why he was released.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Yeah, you better be on like brother the brother type,
Like that's my bro, bro, bro, you gonna kiss a
dude another dude on the head the head. I'm just
keeping it real, like.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
Well, let me let me keep it real like like
Italian dudes are pretty affectionate with each other like that. Yes,
That's what I'm saying. Like, so you're saying like he's
not Italian, so that's not so an Italian.
Speaker 3 (19:44):
You guys kissed like the cheek and stuff like that.
Like culturally speaking, some people do cheek kisses like no worries,
like do do your cheek cheek the cheek boom boom boom.
All right, that's cool. I'm saying if you gonna kiss
a dude on the head, like you're gonna kiss him
on his head, like grabb him by the head, stop by,
like hey his head like that better be like you
(20:04):
want some like yeah, it's got to be like like
a like literally no questionable type of deal about it
in terms of how how you feel about it, how
how you feel.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
About one another.
Speaker 3 (20:17):
If somebody's going to go filely complain on you, then
y'all wasn't on those terms. You can't think that everybody
is okay with that type those types of showings of affection,
you know what I mean, Like, I'm not trying to
judge him on him.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
Yeah we played quick game. Do we think like game
show music? We can throw on real quick? Yeah? Yeah,
I have a new one. Hold on, I got hold on.
Speaker 3 (20:40):
I did hear tickling feet too, though, But it's it's
the kissing the other head. But let's go let's go
que all right, and now it's time. Oh, Jonas is distracted,
and now it's time as we take a look at
(21:00):
was the player who Christian Wilkins kiss white or black?
Speaker 2 (21:09):
I'm going with black. I got this, Jonas. I mean,
the odds are in favor of it to be see,
this is a great I mean, it's true. I think
I think you've got three times chance.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
But it is a fair question because the two pieces
of evidence on video that we talked about yesterday where
he was grabbing a guy from Ohio State. Well, but
Josh challenge black guy. And that's why this is a
really really preference, a pertinent question. I'm gonna go white.
I feel like I feel like that's the fact that
(21:46):
Q asked.
Speaker 3 (21:47):
It must mean that it was a white player because
it would.
Speaker 2 (21:51):
Just be too easy. It would be too easy to
just go with the next step. Would a white or
a black guy be the guy to go to HR
and file the grievance? Here's the thing. Excuse me, mister Davis, because.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
The black guy would go martial law, like we're fighting
right here right now. If that's how it made me
feel we're fighting right now. Filing a grievance is definitely
a white dude guilty.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
I'll put it this way. There are some players in
the team. I don't even know if they knew they
could file a grievance, they be like, wait, you can
follow what he said? What I just I told him,
we go on the parking lot, kick his ass.
Speaker 3 (22:34):
We ain't even going to the parking lot. That's a
free fate right there. Kiss me on my head and that,
like I ain't like, we don't have that type of
coolness about it.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Like although I'll say this, I'll say this, if it's
a kiss on the head, who has a bigger issue
when you mess with their hair? Black guys are white guys.
White guys, Oh, I don't think so.
Speaker 3 (22:58):
I don't know y'all be doing all that, like brushing
and combing to the sides and all that.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
I will say this. I'll say this, if a guy
has his hair done a certain type of way and
then someone tries to touch that, don't touch it now.
If he don't he's a braided up type of dude.
You're right, you are right, or even but no, even
if they've got like an afro and that it's it's
brushed out. Don't touch his afro if he's don't touch that.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
Yeah, that's more your your age group though, Like they
go napped out these days with these afros.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
But has a.
Speaker 3 (23:31):
Big ass afro and his doesn't look manicured or or
like really like formed out at all, and he does
not like you touching his hair.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
That's one that is fair.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
I mean, is this really a cutable offence? Like there,
I know, I love about jefters trying to know they.
Speaker 3 (23:50):
Wanted to get rid of him, but it makes it
that means, hey, look, conduct detrimental.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
There had to have been, and maybe the ticker was
part of the two I heard. It was continuous tickling
of the feet too, is what I heard. He's just
going on the training room tickling feet. Maybe.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
I don't know if there's like a I don't know
if that was a legitimate story, But people are running
wild with the speculation. The fact that you know, he's
kissing some guy in the head and the guy goes
to hr Like you gotta have a legitimate.
Speaker 3 (24:23):
Complain All about context too, right, Like you can make
something sound egregiously bad, you know, in the proper and
proper context, like, like you can make it. It could
be as simple as it's as simple. That's he's cool
like that. And people were saying he better be lucky
he's as big as he is, because, like you said,
(24:44):
Cat's sitting there saying, they shoot a fade. But you
look at dude and you jump up on him, and
you might not come back from that fate man like you,
you might not win.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
I was gonna say this, his tactics for a win.
You know, when he's on your team doesn't bother you
quite as much. They're like, got it, Christian just shoved
two fingers in that uh the blowhole. Yeah yeah, blowhole again. Yeah,
And you know you're on his team, You're like, oh,
he's just trying to get into the team's head. Swinging
(25:17):
around you. You're like, oh, hold on that, I'm named
right here. Yeah, the friendly fire thing. That's not gonna work.
That's not gonna work.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
Jonathan Peliciano, the former offensive, went on went on X
and just said brother always been a little freaky.
Speaker 3 (25:34):
I told you all yesterday on the show. All you
gotta do is look at his dance after they won
the national title, and I tell you all you need
to know, man, I'm sorry. I'm not sorry. I'm not
apologizing for that.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
Go look that.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
Man up when he was doing his dance after they
won the championship.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
Why is Dabbo never weighed in on not only the
dance move but some of those antics. Was there ever
a time when Dabo was asked about it at Clemson
because there was stuff going on back then. Yeah, I
mean running up to get two fingers worse, I mean
just went on in like keep. By the way, he
wasn't the only guy. There was another guy white. Huh huh.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Imagine that there's another guy, one of his teammates. I
think he was a linebacker who was also doing it,
like that was the.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Thing that they would do. They're getting two fingers kneat.
Speaker 3 (26:26):
That's like really weird, man, Like I could see if
you're in a pile up and you're trying to get
some get right, some get back, you know, some crazy
things happen on the football field.
Speaker 2 (26:39):
It's a it's a battlefield of sorts, like.
Speaker 3 (26:41):
It's it's it's the arena, like it's it's the coliseum.
Speaker 2 (26:45):
Like, but no one thought you were butting the battle.
Speaker 3 (26:47):
Hey, bruh, you dig like I'm like, never even crossed
my mind. There's Brady on the ground right there. Let
me walk on over there and like, yeah, take that,
Brady Quinn.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
Like what, I don't even feel comfortable you like playing
out this hypothetical situation on there exactly. It's never even
crossed my mind.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
Like look, man, the one Wilkins did against Ohio State,
he walked by, and it was almost like he forgot something,
like he forgot his keys, Like let me pick these up.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
Oh those weren't keys. Sorry, I thought that thought that
was the key to my house, to the car.
Speaker 2 (27:26):
Sorry.
Speaker 3 (27:28):
It's like he didn't think anybody was watching, Like like, bro,
go get another random per you know, he did just
carry the ball like the camera is on him, Like
you took like two three steps towards the guy.
Speaker 2 (27:41):
Bent over and dug up in there.
Speaker 3 (27:48):
I don't I don't even know, like what type of
sense of satisfaction a person would get from such a
quick deal like like that that gave you what you wanted, Like,
oh wow, I touched this big time running backs junk.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
Oh, Like I don't even like.
Speaker 3 (28:07):
I don't understand, Like, mentally speaking, I'm concerned he needs
to get evaluated. If he's to play on another team,
and which, by the way, now that we're talking about
it and it did happen so many years ago, why
(28:27):
wasn't this a point of contention? Why wasn't this a
point of action? You gave this man a hundred million
dollar contract. He needed to get mentally evaluated before being
able to play on this team on God, Like, I'm
not even being funny. I need to understand because to me,
(28:48):
when you when you exercise things so far outside of
the box like that and and that arena, I mean
there could be some more serious like there could be
some serious, serious implications of what could come from a
person that is able, Like they're thinking that way and
they're actually executing it, and you're using the football field
(29:12):
to be able to get away with it. Like that's
that's weird action to me. Man.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
So let's just say you're the teammate that he kissed
on the head, LeVar.
Speaker 3 (29:23):
I don't know the proper context. I don't think there
is any proper I'll say this, the fact that the
dude reported it meant that he wasn't okay with it.
So if you're asking me, what, how would I have
reacted if a dude kissed me on the head that
I didn't like, you know, like what I'd have been like,
(29:44):
what the f like? And I would have jumped up
and been like.
Speaker 1 (29:49):
Like, you know, it would have been a whole lot
of profanity, like anything Richie Incognito would handled.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
Oh, he would have punched him in his face. I
didn't know it was going to be that long the kiss,
and I think that's what made it kind.
Speaker 4 (29:58):
Of like.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
Maybe it would have kissed him back because he's touched too,
you know, he's touched some dudes like Hugh you know
locker culture. Some dudes be zesty as hell in the
locker room, Like some dudes have zesty tendencies and how
they do things in the locker room. Like, there's some
(30:22):
worse I've seen some worse things than a dude getting
kissed on the head in the locker room.
Speaker 2 (30:27):
Let's be clear, like like, let's not be on no holier.
Speaker 3 (30:30):
Than now type thing and stand on like a pedestal
box or whatever there have been. There's like some weirds
that goes on in locker rooms that time.
Speaker 2 (30:41):
For the record, Zesty's not a term I'm overly familiar with.
I know, I know it's been something we've like used more,
but I don't. I I'm trying to figure out the
proper terminology, okay to say I described that. I haven't.
I'm trying to think through the years, like I don't
remember seeing like unless it was like a joke or
(31:05):
like even hazing.
Speaker 3 (31:06):
But it doesn't even matter how you frame it. You've
seen no, no, you haven't seen it.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
No no, no, Like I've never seen it, like another
dude kiss another dude on the head in the locker room.
I've never seen a dude tickle someone's toes in any capacity.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
Ever, I will say I've never seen a tickling of
the toes. I've seen dudes kiss a dude on the
head like I love you, bro, Like I've seen something
like that.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
Maybe afterwards they're like, you know, like the big play
or something like that. They're like on the field or
you know what I'm saying, like something like that, but
I've never seen it in the locker room. Saying although
I would say this, you know as a quarterback, like
it wasn't like we kicked it a lot in the
locker room, Like the locker room was a spot for
me where like that was where your crap was. You're
getting in, you're getting out. Like if you're talking about
(31:50):
like the quarterback meeting room, that's where I spent probably
if we're in the facility, probably eighty percent.
Speaker 3 (31:56):
Of my time, I've seen a quarterback in particular due
a wild ass. For all, I'll say it like zicherm
zesty and the pros. You tell me what y'all think.
I mean, it's funny as I thought it was funny
as that. So we're in the locker room, and and
(32:16):
I wish I could say the team and the place,
and it's not Pitt State mother.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
At first, all right, it's not Pitt State. I was
in the Pros.
Speaker 3 (32:25):
It's it's two places. But but you could choose which
one it is. I'm not telling you who the names are.
But in the locker room, everybody's talking. Quarterback comes out.
He's got his towel on, and he's standing there with
both his fist on his hips, and he's he's laughing,
(32:45):
and he's talking, and everybody's talking to the people he's
talking to are sitting there laughing and talking to him.
Then you look on the floor and you see that
there's player laying on the floor, and he's laying on
the floor and he's sleep but he's standing there and
he's talk and then it becomes really really funny because
he's standing there there with his tie on, fresh outed shower,
(33:06):
and he's standing directly over top of the head in
the face of the player that they're.
Speaker 2 (33:11):
Laying on the floor.
Speaker 3 (33:13):
I've seen this with my own two eyes, sit right there,
and we thought that as was funny, zesty.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
I mean, you tell me if it's that. I thought
it was zesty as hell.
Speaker 3 (33:23):
But but I knew he was being funny.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
Funny. Oh you damn ready woke up because everybody was laughing.
Speaker 3 (33:33):
I've seen dudes talking, dudes are talking, and and this
was a linebacker.
Speaker 2 (33:39):
This was a linebacker.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
I seen the dude walk up join the conversation of
the two dudes in the locker talking.
Speaker 2 (33:47):
I we're talking da da da da da Da da
da da. Not me.
Speaker 3 (33:49):
I wouldn't involved. I was just a spectator. He walks
up on him and they're talking da da da. He
joins the conversation. He's a part of the conversation before
they realize that he's fully but naked, And the dude
turned around and tried to slipy. It made the sound effect,
turned around to try to slappy, was like.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
Jesus, So we don't need.
Speaker 3 (34:13):
To happen like this stuff don't happen in lock Hey,
I'm here to tell you. I ha Look, I don't
run cash money brothers. I'm just telling you I'm a
part of this thing. This thing is bigger than LeVar Harrington.
Stop acting like this dude did something that's outrageously out
of the norm in a locker room.
Speaker 2 (34:30):
Locker room culture.
Speaker 3 (34:31):
That you see some wild stuff dudes be doing, Like
how were you raised?
Speaker 2 (34:36):
Who do you know? Who did this? How did you
learn that? Where did this come from?
Speaker 3 (34:41):
I've seen some wild some of the wildest ass take
place in the locker That's why it's the locker room.
That's why people be missing the locker room is because
of the shenanigans that take place in a locker room.
Speaker 2 (34:55):
So I'm gonna tell you I'm not saying you wrong
because you're not. I know, I'm not. I just I
recall the locker room being more. You know, you get
guys doing they all throwing dice, you get guys playing cards,
they be gambling, they be you know, getting arguments about
God knows what you know. I just more that you know.
(35:17):
It could be music related, it could be whatever. I
don't remember. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (35:21):
You know what you and I would have been like
if you and I were in the same locker room
had been like training day. You ever seen a movie
Training Day? I would have been Denzel and you would
have been what's the homies name that the other dude
Ethan Hawk and there you go, somebody that, Yeah, you
would have been him. I would have had you doing drugs.
You didn't even know you was doing drugs. I was
teaching you how to be ready for the job, how
to get to the big guy, and all that stuff.
Speaker 2 (35:43):
I would have been.
Speaker 3 (35:45):
Because if at the bottom line is is you see
what you see?
Speaker 2 (35:49):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 3 (35:49):
You experienced things, how you experienced things, and you were
probably just locked in. You just needed me like I
would have been, like, we drafted Brady Quinn.
Speaker 2 (35:58):
And I did do this, what a couple of core back?
Speaker 3 (36:00):
If we drafted a quarterback, I was like, put his
locker next to mine.
Speaker 2 (36:05):
I tell you.
Speaker 3 (36:06):
One of the funniest dudes having that was Patrick Ramsey,
like and he was so he was just good, straight
ahead like put Patrick next to me.
Speaker 2 (36:17):
To get him to laugh. Was kind of funny because
he was so tight.
Speaker 3 (36:21):
He wore eleven two by the way, it's kind of funny,
But I love me, Sir Patrick Ramsey, and we usually.
Speaker 2 (36:29):
You see what's going on here, but you also have
to admit, like you probably didn't see him in a
locker much. Y'all.
Speaker 3 (36:38):
Y'all different people. What you're saying is correct. Quarterbacks are different.
Their quarterbacks are different people. They're just different people. That's
why whenever quarterbacks and kickers like specialists, they're just different people.
Like specialists are almost like ghost in the locker room,
like kind of and that's why when you run into
(37:00):
one like I played with John Hall, freaking love John Hall.
I go to war with John Hall. And and that's
when when you get guys that that are actually getting
involved with locker room politics. Like I almost feel like
the locker room is like I ain't never been locked up,
but I heard like how it is. It's like almost
(37:20):
like being in a pod. It's almost like being in
a lock up pod. And if the quarterbacks is off,
they do their own thing, like they come and go,
they come and go like like look at this soft
mother effort like just cuts him out.
Speaker 2 (37:35):
We say whatever it was.
Speaker 4 (37:36):
Say.
Speaker 2 (37:36):
Every once in a while, you.
Speaker 3 (37:37):
Get one that that's like, there's a right, I ain't
gonna say no names, but everyone's in the while. You
get riders like like there's some quarterback riders, right, there's
some riters. But I'm just telling you, like for the
most part, it's like it's it's politic.
Speaker 2 (37:53):
In in in the locker room, is all I say. Yeah,
more more of the story. Keep your lips to yourself.
Speaker 3 (37:59):
I mean, keep you everything to yourself right at the point, Yeah,
keep it all to yourself.

in the Phoenix Mercury game.
Speaker 2 (39:46):
As a WNBA star Coalil Copper had to head to
the locker room for a little malfunction. Here's a little
sound from the game time out Paul.
Speaker 4 (39:54):
Of Core.
Speaker 2 (39:57):
Copper to deal with the malfunction.
Speaker 3 (40:02):
And that malfunction was her head been fallen off along
with her wig.
Speaker 2 (40:07):
So that was a little embarrassing moment for the w NB.
Speaker 3 (40:10):
I think the wig is the headline, not the head band.
The wig came on.
Speaker 2 (40:17):
No one noticed, no one knows the head band. Yeah. Also,
this warns more than a twenty second conversation, and it
really does. I think we got to carry this over.
Speaker 3 (40:27):
I agree with you on that pretty Quinn malfunction. Malfunction,
wig on ground, pick it up malfunction
