You're listening to Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
Yeah we are back, full throttle, Oh god, and already
off to a roaring start.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
Ap Oh no, no, it's a consistent start.
Speaker 5 (01:54):
I mean clearly, time away doesn't even change things at all,
Like things just stayed saying, you, guys, no time for reflection,
none of that.
Speaker 6 (02:04):
What's up, guys?
Speaker 5 (02:06):
No, No, the season is here, like, let's come in
and let's be better, Like, none of that. Let's just
be the same, you know, let's be the same. Raggedy asses?
Speaker 1 (02:16):
What do you what are you referring to? Who you
think I'm referring? Lee? Take a lap? That's his new
name for me. Hey, Lee?
Speaker 5 (02:24):
Hey?
Speaker 1 (02:24):
What he a Q?
Speaker 5 (02:25):
When you had a can't get right on the team
and the coach was finally done and said, you know what,
I can't do anymore. There's nothing left what you tell
him to do? Take a lap? Don't stop until I
get tired. Take a lap.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
That's his new nickname for me, Lee, Take a Lap?
There you go.
Speaker 5 (02:49):
He is the most can't get right I believe I
have ever experienced, and I have experienced some.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Really really really really.
Speaker 5 (02:57):
Defined can't get right. There's a few that stick out
in my mind. And Lee challenges for the trophy? Here,
can we get a backstory here? What exactly happened? You know?
Speaker 1 (03:09):
I just you know?
Speaker 5 (03:12):
I mean, it's Lee and Lee's over there talking about Yeah, yeah,
I want a backstory. Let's just say when you ask
Lee for something, it's loading. It's always loading, bro. It
is always the lines going in the circle like it's loading.
And at some point something's gonna happen, but it just
doesn't happen in an expeditious manner, That's all. And listen,
(03:36):
I don't want to feel like I'm besmirching his name
or anything like that.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
I don't want to do that.
Speaker 7 (03:41):
I think he looks great. He looks like Lee. He
looks look a look at look at fixing his hair. God, dang,
it's gonna be an interesting one. He came in hot today. Cute,
That's all I'm gonna tell you. He came in hot
to mo Ley.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
I mean, how was Lee while we were gone? Everything smooth?
How was the show. We were going, Yeah, it was good.
Speaker 6 (04:03):
I was with Anthony Gargano, great, dude. You know we
probably should have yeah, my Pithon, we probably should have
socked up a little bit more like Brown's Eagles preseason.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
We didn't.
Speaker 6 (04:15):
That being said, I thought Lee was good. I thought
Lee was Uh he was. He was on top of
his game. You know, he really brought it. I mean, look,
I could have been fooled, but he sounded like he
was doing a really good job.
Speaker 5 (04:26):
Okay, there's I ain't even gonna say that. I was
going to say there's hope, but there isn't. That's but
I'm glad you felt that way. I mean, yeah, and
your quarterback and your franchise quarterback and franchise quarter I
always say, if you're going to get called franchise, you
have to have in spite of involved in the text.
(04:48):
You know, Brady Quinn in spite of was great. That's
you know, I think, a great job, so wonderful, wonderful.
I think he's just been tremendous.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Oh good.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
I just wish I knew the backstory.
Speaker 5 (05:01):
But it's not even outrageous.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
It's just the norm.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
I mean, Lee, can you defend yourself here, like, what's that?
Speaker 1 (05:15):
Here? He comes? Here, he comes. I don't know what
he's talking about. I'm just glad everybody's back.
Speaker 8 (05:24):
Man, it's good to see you guys, some fresh faces
in the in the studio and by myself for a while.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
I don't know how I can defend myself out Rocky.
Speaker 5 (05:38):
Watch we pull a rabbit out of my hat? Did
he ever pull a rabbit out of his hat?
Speaker 1 (05:42):
I don't know. I don't think he did something. Lee
made a you know, he had a nice dinner last night.
He's good. Everything's flying. Yeah, good barbecue steak. He looks great.
You know, I am a little shaggy. Might not have
had a shower. Here, Hi, right now? How you doing?
(06:03):
I don't girlfriend? Good? All right?
Speaker 5 (06:06):
Here?
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Here it goes. That was it, Liza? That was it?
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Fine's in the interrogation room. Brainy got asked a couple
of follow up questions. Why didn't you have shower?
Speaker 9 (06:17):
Lee?
Speaker 1 (06:17):
What happened? I don't know. I couldn't find one. Oh god, wait?
Speaker 3 (06:21):
What wait?
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Where did you stay last night? Somebody's couch?
Speaker 3 (06:26):
Here you go.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
I told you it's always the third fourth question.
Speaker 6 (06:33):
It's a Monday, like you knew, Yeah, the weekend.
Speaker 5 (06:37):
It wasn't his decision weekend, obviously it was not his decision.
But rumors on the street as it has it, it
was not Lee's decision to find a couch.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
It might have been because I was out Saturday night.
Speaker 8 (06:52):
Yeah, yeah, so I might not have had a might
not have been in my own bed for the last
few nights.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (06:57):
Okay, Wait, Lee, but how do you not know where
you were sleeping last night?
Speaker 1 (07:02):
Well? I asked Lee where he's at now? I mean,
let's let's start there. Does Lee know where he is
right now?
Speaker 5 (07:08):
I mean some way, somehow he made it here to
the studio at the heavy place I'm at work. Oh god,
Loraina clearly is not happy with my assault, my verbal
with salt on Lee right now.
Speaker 10 (07:21):
She's it's Monday.
Speaker 5 (07:22):
She's totally look, she's totally out of out of pocket
on it.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Or I'm out of pocket, you know, awfully defensive Lorena. Yeah,
oh yeah, sure, what's going on there?
Speaker 11 (07:32):
You know what's really bugging me is that I am
out of camera storage on my phone.
Speaker 10 (07:36):
I can't even open Instagram.
Speaker 11 (07:38):
Oh chat, it says I have no access, so I'm
seeing like five hundred stuff right now.
Speaker 5 (07:44):
So that's stressful. When your camera stops working, it's and
you know what's crazy, is I just buy more storage.
I get up, I get but I just can't deal
with not having access to my phone, so I just
get more storage. How much you pay for storage, I
don't know. It's a lot. It's a lot storage.
Speaker 10 (08:08):
Have some good photos in here, yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
I'm sure you do, Lorena.
Speaker 5 (08:16):
About the looks of your Instagram, I'm sure your your photo,
uh photos are looking good.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
I see this is uh, this is this is why
missus place. That's fine, Missus place. Come back. Welle walked out,
left the door open. The doors wide open, studio door
wide open. Of course you did it.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
A drug addict could walk off the street and onto
the show right now if you wanted to.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
Bring something good.
Speaker 5 (08:48):
Oh we know, Lorena, studio doors open, like some food,
some pizza.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
Some wings, you know.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
But it is it is nice to be back here
on two pros and a cup of Joe. Missed, EFFI real, yeah,
I missed y'all. I will say I missed y'all. There's
a lot of things I didn't miss I will say that,
but I definitely missed y'all. So you know, just uh,
getting getting reacclimated to this time and this grind and
(09:19):
uh and we're off and running and we've got preseason
football and in full display.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson last night.
Speaker 6 (09:28):
Oh, just say its, just say it, after the after
that touchdowns, drive their back.
Speaker 1 (09:32):
Slice, slicing and dicing. The Buffalo Bills last night was.
Speaker 5 (09:39):
Hope right now Chicago. For some of these sports teams, Uh,
oh gosh.
Speaker 6 (09:42):
The Bears, the Cubs, No, no, no, no, not the Brewers.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
Yeah, yeah, why would you not say no, no no.
Speaker 5 (09:48):
For the Bears. Oh, it's it's early on. Yeah, it's
early like. I don't know that you go any direction
with it.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
I don't. Here's the thing.
Speaker 5 (09:57):
I don't know that you go any direction with any
of these teams. I just think I think preseason has
taken on such a different look and feel.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
I just don't. What do you like?
Speaker 5 (10:07):
What do you really take away from preseason games, other
than you get an opportunity to see the teams play.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
I don't. I don't know.
Speaker 6 (10:16):
That's what's most interesting is I think there's two things
you take away from preseason. You see the rookies perform
on a game stage at you know, higher pace, faster speed,
and we make way too much of that.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
However, like if they're playing the way they're.
Speaker 6 (10:32):
Supposed to or we think they're supposed to, they're on
the right trajectory, right Like some of the things you
saw about you know, the Bears, Killer Williams, if you
just pay attention to social media is you would have
thought last night would have been a dumpster fire based
on some of the clips you see from practice and
all this other stuff. Then you watch them come out
in a game, it looks efficient, looks snappy, he's on point,
(10:55):
he's playing from the pocket, he's playing quarterback, not trying
to do too much, not trying to make more than
what's there. And they're efficient. I mean both him and
Tyson Bagent were phenomenal. So again, you know, a lack
of starters playing Josh Allen's not playing like, we get
all that, but for a quarterback in this case, in
Caleb Williams in a news system, that's the other thing
(11:17):
you look for.
Speaker 5 (11:17):
It's like, what's this going to look like? What's Ben
Johnson going to look like as a head coach?
Speaker 6 (11:21):
So I kind of sat back and go all right,
like that was check the box, like that's what you
were hoping. It looked like if you're a Bears fan
or a Caleb Williams fan, and it looked exactly what
you thought it was going to look like, you know,
dialed up some different plays. He's connecting on passes in time,
in rhythm, on point, Like that's exactly what you'd hope
for if you were a Bears fan, hoping that Ben
(11:43):
Johnson and Caleb Williams and that partnership will be able
to win you some games, take the playoffs, and maybe
win a super Bowl one day. That box is checked.
It didn't look like an absolute disaster out there.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
I would just say, wow, that's great commentary. That could
be fool's goal. And I don't know if it's real preseason.
It's pre it's preseason, Like what are we supposed to
get excited about nothing other than the fact that football
is I mean, not nothing.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
I don't want to say nothing. You get it. I
just said it.
Speaker 5 (12:13):
You get excited about getting an opportunity to see the
teams get out there and play. You see the Lions
helm met like you got the highlights on right now,
you got the Dolphins logo you get to see these
other you know players play. You get exciting moments from
some of the players you know. I mean, what's his name, Travion,
(12:34):
Travion Henderson. He could he could challenge your boy in Vegas.
He could challenge him for best running back in the league.
I would not be surprised league or as a rookie,
as a rookie, rookie, rookie in the league, rookie in
the league, I would not be surprised. Hell I wouldn't
(12:55):
be surprised if he challenges for one of the top
backs in the league. If he can continue to play
the way it looks like he's going to play. I mean,
the kid is pretty special. I knew he was special
watching him in college. You don't really know how that's
going to translate at the next level. But his explosive movements,
his vision, his power. If he can stay healthy, he
(13:18):
he could be the pick of of it could be
the pick of the draft. As it applies to an
offensive weapon, especially an immediate offensive weapon, it's possible.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
To Brady's point a little bit on preseason reactions, it's
only it only maybe means something if somebody just sucks,
like if they come out and it's brutal.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
But is it even fair to But is it fair
to do that?
Speaker 5 (13:48):
It's the preseason, you could stink like straight, it's probably
not to do feel trash if you want to, and
if you're a first rounder, if it's the guy we're
really paying attention to, Like if Jackson Dark went out
there and laid a big fat egg, if one of
these other players went out here and laid an egg,
(14:11):
do you really like Okay, if Daniel Jones lays an egg.
If he lays an egg, then maybe there's more to
it because he's a vet and you're trying to see
what he can do in the preseason. Like I feel
like there's a couple, you know, exceptions, But I mean,
for the most part, even if a young rookie plays
horribly bad, you're gonna jump on him, say he's playing bad.
(14:35):
What does this mean? Oh is he a bust? Start
all that conversation. But he still has the regular season
to be able to be judged on on a different level,
a different scale based upon the game's counting.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
I just I feel like that's what it is.
Speaker 6 (14:51):
So here's the difference is And I'm with you, like
it's preseason, we tend to over exaggerate, speaking hyperbole about
whatever takes place, and we act like there's any sort
of correlation between how you're performed in the preseason and
what looks like in the regular season. I'm with you
on all that, but if we haven't gotten to it yet.
But going back to the initial point as far as rookies,
(15:13):
if it's a rookie that's gonna be starting and playing,
if he looks good, great, you feel good about him starting.
You feel good about him being the guy who's going
to come in. Either quarterback, it could be cornerback, wide receiver,
it could be whatever position. You feel more optimistic though,
it does move you in some some type of way.
If it's a coach like Ben Johnson, you feel more optimistic.
Ask jonas he's a Bears fan. The other thing I'll
(15:35):
point out because you mentioned the Daniel Jones and that's.
Speaker 1 (15:38):
Anthony Yeah, him too.
Speaker 6 (15:41):
Well, I'll put it this way, though you look at
the New York Giants. We haven't gotten there yet. But
because Jackson Dart has played so well, it then makes
it harder for a guy who's continually named as the starter.
In Russell Wilson where maybe that leash is a little
bit shorter because Jackson darts checked all the boxes so
far with what they're expecting of him. So those are
(16:03):
the small takeaways. Again, I think we all read in
into it too much. It's it's a lot of hype
around it because we're all just waiting for that moment
of the season. But I'm not trying to spoil anyone's fun.
So you know, get into it, lean into it like
Lee did Saturday night. Oh Man, enjoy how the Bears
look right now, because once again the season that could
have the potential.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
Change, most likely possibly.
Speaker 6 (16:26):
I'm just saying, just like where Lee's sleeps Saturday to Sunday,
it's Monday to Tuesday, that could change. So get excited.
Speaker 5 (16:36):
Take a lap forget riverside, It's take a lot from
here on out. Take a lap. There have been some positives, though,
there have been some positive.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
I'll say this, I think the ball's juiced. Are you
are you seeing some of these kickers? Some remember in
Major League Baseball there was the claim the ball was
to it would go far.
Speaker 5 (17:01):
I mean, I just thought it was an interesting terminology
considering what our our group chat, our group text that
sounds like that could have been one of the descriptions
that we.
Speaker 1 (17:10):
Would have used on could have been I don't want
to meet that guy. The balls are juiced.
Speaker 5 (17:17):
The guy who writes that stuff just blows my mind.
Speaker 1 (17:22):
There's a relativity there.
Speaker 6 (17:24):
You got nativity behind that stuff.
Speaker 5 (17:26):
I mean, you just gave another description right there. Yeah,
it blows my mind. Get it, it.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
Does, you know, it definitely does.
Speaker 5 (17:36):
Take.
Speaker 2 (17:37):
I just you're watching these kickers nowadays, like, who's the
guy from Jacksonville kicked a seventy yard or something like that.
Jake Moody kicked five field goals? Was it Blake Groupie
from UH from the Saints. Saint's hit a bomb? Looks
kicker for the Ravens. He's done a good job. Like
I'm just at this point, something's goinging on because they're
(18:01):
they're kicking fifty yarders like they used to be thirty yarders,
and I don't know what changed. I don't know what happened,
but some it's they don't kickers, don't look like they're
any bigger, but for some reason, they're hitting bombs at
a clip that we've never seen before. And it feels
like this preseason people are just rolling them out there
(18:22):
from whatever distance.
Speaker 5 (18:24):
About that is, they lowered the tee because kickers were
kicking starting to kick it from further away. They lowered
the tea that you put the ball on or whatever
they call it. They don't put down a T in
the NFL. That's never it's about field goals. For field goals,
that just college.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
Is that just college?
Speaker 6 (18:45):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (18:47):
Oh, because they lowered they lowered the tea, the little
black tea.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
Yeah, that's only college. Yeah, that's just that's crazy. Then
you imagine if they did that in the NFL, though.
Speaker 5 (18:57):
They lowered the t's because they were bombing field goals.
I didn't even realize it was well, hey, you know,
there you go. There goes my knowledge base. You know,
I don't know, but that is crazy because for me,
I was coming out during a golden time of kickers.
If that please, no, I need to take a lap
on that one. I came out the same year as
(19:21):
Sebastian Janikowski. He was a first rounder. That's how far
he was kicking. He was kicking the ball from the
other side of the gat Dang logo as well in
the center of the field. I mean, I've seen some
pretty cool kickers, you know, vander Jack Hall, there was
there was guys that were kicking it pretty far. It
does look different now though. It really does bigger and
(19:43):
these like the balls are flying. It does really look
different from any distance. Like, can I make a case
as to why that is? Why it's the summertime it's
hot there's not as much wind. I mean, it's usually
happens this time of year when it's like that. That's
another description right there. I feel like you can pull
(20:05):
a description out on everything. There's another one right there,
you know what I mean, Like, we'll just take a
look back at the at the group that which is
my favorite one? Well, I mean clearly the one that
he had up that he was about the order was
the best one.
Speaker 1 (20:20):
It was clearly about the hick and firm order. On
that with you, I gotta be honest with you.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
The one above the highlighted title to the right, Oh God,
was really something that's really something.
Speaker 6 (20:36):
I feel like you should let the listeners in on
what we're discussing.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Somebody on the show we don't want to name.
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Uh oh, the one, how do you even know what
the rest of the is. The one that's starting at midnight.
You know, but what's the finish the word, what's the
what's the word at the end? Juggie boob? It's boobs.
I don't know, it's got to be.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
So somebody on the show noticed while looking for something
on TV that when you get to a certain section
of the channels.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
That that it's his full metal jacket.
Speaker 6 (21:13):
And Franks thanks direct TV.
Speaker 5 (21:17):
There's a whole there's a whole lot of war movies
like titles like there's there's a uh and one of
the one of the titles, you know, was one was
very racist, definitely very very very racist.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
You know, just imagine can you even say that on air?
Speaker 5 (21:34):
Can we say that, yeah, Asians versus Asians versus blacks?
Speaker 6 (21:39):
No, no, no, it was. I don't think we can
actually say it.
Speaker 1 (21:43):
I'm not I said it, but you can't say no,
that's not the type. I know. I don't want to
say the whole title. I mean, but it was a versus.
Speaker 5 (21:54):
And it was it was the two it was the
two groups, they were both involved. Just imagine LeVar Panda Express.
It is basically, try to get my finger into a fortune,
could be to get the fortune if that gives you
(22:16):
a great that gives you a good visual. I'm trying
to get the fortune out that just the.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
Moral is for all you cord cutters out there, you're
really missing out because there is some content still available for.
Speaker 1 (22:29):
Anybody that chooses to go down that road. That's oh man,
so well, hey, I do know this.
Speaker 5 (22:38):
So my my forts is said, don't stop, keep going.
Great things are ahead for you. And and I mean
it's true. By the way, Two Pros and a Cup

the tire rack play of the day.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
Scottie Scheffler eighty two feet from the hole. He's off
the green left in the rough. This all slopes down
towards that back right whole location.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Lifts this out of the rough, out of the putting surface,
now bringing it down the slope towards the hole, slowly moving,
now picking up speed.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
That's getting close to the hole. Now picking up speed,
getting close.
Speaker 9 (24:26):
Scottie Shepler there, that is right, tip Berry, Oh my goodness,
do you believe it? Scotty Shepler, Bernie's whole seventeen fifteen hundred, Wow.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
Yeah, I mean I guess it was. It was an
okay shot, dude, It's inevitable.
Speaker 6 (24:50):
I mean again. I know you guys aren't golf fans.
You know, Robert McIntire was leading the I want to say,
almost the entire way and that tournament and e Fler
just slowly starts to pluck away. You see him round one,
round two, you know, Thursday, Friday, as Saturday comes around,
he's all of a sudden second and you're just like,
it's inevitable. Like every one of those guys who leads
(25:12):
a tournament and they see Scotty Scheffler coming, they just
it kind of faltered. I don't even know that Robert
McIntyre played bad. It's just they don't have the ability
to close out. It is one of the coolest things
to watch in sports. And he didn't have his caddy.
You know, his caddy was and I was bad this week,
so that was a little bit of an adjustment for him.
Doesn't matter, same results. It's ridiculous what Scotty's doing.
Speaker 1 (25:35):
Is that the best shot of his career.
Speaker 6 (25:37):
I don't know about his career.
Speaker 5 (25:38):
He's had a lot of really good shots, so you
have to ask him, but it's definitely one of them.
Speaker 2 (25:44):
Yeah, it was impressive. I mean, I'll give him that.
I mean, you know, he seems to be an okay player.
I mean, and LeVar was the guy who really tipped
me off to him first, so serious x MPGA tour.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
But he's made.
Speaker 5 (25:59):
Twenty point three million this year in earnings alone. That's
just ridiculous.
Speaker 1 (26:05):
I mean that's decent. It's a good living. That's decent. Yeah,
but that's earnings.
Speaker 6 (26:10):
That's not sponsorships, that's not like everything else that he's
gonna be able to make off of it.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
I mean, it's absurd. And it's a tire rack player
of the day. I ain't hating. Yeah, do what you do,
my guy.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
For over forty years, ti Iraq has been helping customers
find the right tires for how, what and where they drive.
Shift Fast and freeback by free Road has a protection
with convenient installation options like mobile tire installation.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
Ti rack dot com. The way tire buying should be.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
I want to learn how to golf one day, Like,
after I get my back fixed, I want to learn
how to golf. If it works, you know, if the
when I get my back done, if it works, I want.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
To do it. I'll teach you. I'll take it, you
know who.
Speaker 5 (26:55):
So Terrail Prior is a big time, like he golfs
all the time. Yeah, and so he's on one of
my dudes, you know, from from.
Speaker 1 (27:06):
The Berg, and I was telling him.
Speaker 5 (27:08):
He was like, man, I get lessons all the time
because he makes it look like really easy.
Speaker 1 (27:13):
And I just always just attribute it to you're either.
Speaker 5 (27:16):
A punter, a kicker, or generally a quarterback because the
motions are similar, I guess in terms of torking and
all that old stuff or whatever. So they have a
built in advantage over other guys. You know, although we
use our hips to pass rush, you know, stuff like that.
(27:39):
You got a torque, but I don't think it has
the same type of It's not the same to me.
It doesn't seem like the same motion that maybe a
quarterback would have throwing the ball or a kicker kicking
the ball the way they got to.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
Swing their hips through.
Speaker 9 (27:54):
You know.
Speaker 5 (27:54):
I don't know, but I just never got into it.
I tried it. I tried doing it quite a few times.
It just says just wasn't. It wasn't for me, you know,
outside of the experience. Now, I really enjoy the experience
if I'm not walking. I think that what we've got
to do is gradually get you to that place. And
(28:16):
so there are three stages as it relates to this show.
So start with mini golf. I knew you was going
to say no with my son and I because we
So that's like, that's like low a ball if you
want to use baseball term. I mean, I go to
top golf. I have gone to top golf quite a bit.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
But I think if you start in mini golf, it
will work on your short game. It's it's a little fun,
that's like the little kid section. Then the next step
you graduate up to Lee's level, and then you go
out with Lee and whoever Lee Golf's with on on
some of the Muni courses.
Speaker 1 (28:52):
Yeah, that's homeless, a couple of long islands, you know,
that's always how it goes duck tape.
Speaker 5 (29:01):
So don't mess with you and Brady or oh, I
can't mess with you, but with your son and then
but don't mess with Brady. Then to Lee and then
Brady's the next phase. No, I don't think so that's too.
I think that's a little further out. Do something in
between there in between Lee and Brady. Yeah, what do
you think is between?
Speaker 1 (29:18):
Although Brady was real.
Speaker 5 (29:20):
Distracting in New Orleans. He had such a rough day.
He was a dude, it's been a bad year. My
golf game is not a good spot. I was like, yeah,
not to get into it, but you know, i'd be
the zoomer, like, what's going on there, buddy? I've been
trying to wait in here. Are you You're okay?
Speaker 1 (29:39):
This morning?
Speaker 5 (29:40):
He just came in. I told you he's on loading.
Here we go, there he is, finally Lee's loading. I'm
waiting for like fifteen minutes. I told you he's on loading.
Take a lap, is on loading. He's on loading, bro,
So you're going to get the results you're looking for.
I mean he almost had on a Ron Burgundy type
(30:01):
deal on going into the break glass. But I don't
even know if you realize that I was about to
read all Ben Maller's read instead of my own. But
I was saying, we're here, you know, I mean all here.
You know some of us more than others.
Speaker 2 (30:16):
But when he sat, you know, he didn't, you know,
just trying to figure out sleeping arrangements.
Speaker 5 (30:22):
You know, Lee, you really don't know what couch you
slept on last night. I mean you had to navigate
to get here, Like, where did you come from?
Speaker 8 (30:31):
I went from one couch to another. I was at
the neighbor's couch. Couches, the neighbors, and then the folks.
Speaker 5 (30:39):
So you went to your neighbor's house, went to sleep.
What time was that exactly? Approximately did you leave to
your neighbor's house?
Speaker 1 (30:48):
And what?
Speaker 5 (30:48):
And neighbors as in, how old are they married? Was
it one person? Are they single? Like what?
Speaker 1 (30:55):
What? What are the beats?
Speaker 8 (30:57):
I don't think they're officially married, but they're happily together
for quite a while.
Speaker 5 (31:02):
They're in their forties, so they weren't welcoming you in
as like a swing man for the scenario. They just
literally know you. You're cool, You're you're the home owner.
Speaker 8 (31:13):
I brought I brought over some steaks. We grilled them up,
and then I hung up for a while.
Speaker 5 (31:17):
Were those the steaks you were gonna cook for you?
And what you had going on at home? And said
act that I'm gonna just take these steaks over here
and make it for them.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
Yeah for you? Yeah, basically, hey, you got to come up, so.
Speaker 5 (31:32):
Yeah, okay, So then that warranted you a nap on
their couch and then they looked at you like, Okay.
Speaker 1 (31:39):
I didn't want to overstate. They wanted me to stay. Oh,
they wanted you to stay. They wanted me to stay,
but I didn't want to overstay my welcome.
Speaker 5 (31:46):
Have you ever stayed over there before? Oh yeah, Oh
you've spent the night over there quite a few times.
Speaker 1 (31:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (31:52):
So why didn't you just stay then? Why was this
the time where you felt like you were overstaying? You're welcome.
Speaker 8 (31:59):
It's a work night, don't I don't know, just wasn't the.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
Vie is the is the address of this neighbor the
same as prestige liquor?
Speaker 1 (32:11):
I wish? Is that?
Speaker 9 (32:14):
No?
Speaker 8 (32:14):
He likes a different liquor store, the more expensive liquor store,
high end liquor store.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
Are those what are high end liquor stores? Vendo seven
eleven Circle K.
Speaker 8 (32:25):
You drive bye on your way, you drive by it
on your way to the challenge. It's like this high
end liquor store in the hut and.
Speaker 1 (32:31):
Your way to the challenge. Are you doing the challenge?
Are you doing the challenge? Yeah? Yeah, I believe so.
Speaker 6 (32:36):
Yeah, how's that going?
Speaker 1 (32:40):
You just waiting on, waiting on some details? Is Rob
coming back? Yeah? He's all on it. Oh, that's the
detail my bad.
Speaker 5 (32:49):
Social media. There you go, well, there you go. No, no,
he will not be back social media guy. No, no, no,
he's got a lot of followers.
Speaker 6 (32:58):
Well here's here's what I was reading about that. It
was an interesting article one of the guys talking about
how he's like, you know, social media. It's funny, like
so many brands and companies will bring these people on
and then they realize there's really no conversion from their audience,
you know, their group of people to like getting sales,
and it's because it's not a business. It's just like
a viral moment. People follow and they forget to like unfollow,
(33:19):
or they stop following that person. They just don't care anymore.
And that's usually how it ends up working. So it's
it's unfortunate, But I don't know that it. You know,
I watched a couple of episodes.
Speaker 2 (33:31):
Yeah, it seems like you gotta have a ut to
have a little bit more to just the followers.
Speaker 6 (33:36):
Yeah, you got to be able to get them to
buy something twice. Yeah, you know, you can't just be like,
oh yeah, Kim cart to spanks or whatever.
Speaker 5 (33:44):
You know, there's one of your titles. Yeah, there there's
one here, which is what you gotta be able to
have somebody by twice can just be like Kim Kardashian
and you know, just give them the spanks. I mean,
I mean that's the whole title. I mean, Lee was
shopping for upside down pineapples last night.
Speaker 1 (34:05):
That's right, That's what it looks like. That's what sounded like.
Speaker 5 (34:07):
Let's not bury the lead here, that's what sounds like.
I mean, it sounds like you handled your business. You
got some steaks, I got some foods, They liquor they wanted,
you got it.
Speaker 1 (34:16):
No, No, it sounds as though he got it done.
Speaker 5 (34:18):
It sounds like it got done and then I didn't
want to overstay my welcome, meaning you know, like it's okay,
it's it's okay for you to leave.
Speaker 1 (34:25):
Now. It does looks like the back of his hair
was pulled.
Speaker 5 (34:28):
You know, there's a you know, there are some I
just don't understand how you like, what was the time
frame of this lead? Like, when did you leave with
the steaks out of the front door?
Speaker 1 (34:43):
What time was it exactly from from my actual place? Yes? Yeah,
when were you what time did you leave? Yeah? When
were you assaulted?
Speaker 5 (34:52):
Lye uh seven or eight o'clock seven or eight, which
is that's an hour, and that's a that's a big
moment in time in terms our time on that hour. Okay,
so in between you said, we'll just go with seven thirty.
We'll meet it in the middle. Yeaheah, what time did
you end up? If you recall, what time did you
end up at your mom and dad's house?
Speaker 8 (35:14):
Oh, like eleven thirty something like.
Speaker 1 (35:18):
This, so you gotta be up at one I know.
Speaker 5 (35:21):
So how long was your nap at the neighbor's house
before you left over to your parents' house?
Speaker 1 (35:30):
Could you know? Half hour? A half hour nap?
Speaker 5 (35:33):
Yeah, so seven thirty to eleven thirty, which is four hours?
Is that four hours? Four hours of time? Yeah, subtract thirty.
What were you doing for three hours and thirty minutes
outside of cooking? Probably you don't cook your stakes long,
so that took probably what twenty five minutes? So maybe
(35:56):
let's take an hour out of it. So you had
a real two.
Speaker 1 (36:00):
Hours and some change of what with them?
Speaker 9 (36:05):
What?
Speaker 1 (36:08):
I guess? Yeah? No, yeah, some good old fashion just
get to know each other.
Speaker 5 (36:14):
See that's a that's another title. It's your neighbor, good
old fashioned get to know.
Speaker 10 (36:20):
Titles, kinky couples?
Speaker 1 (36:21):
Oh oh, Lorena, do you know these neighbors?
Speaker 5 (36:25):
I know?
Speaker 1 (36:26):
Yes, Oh you do know them?
Speaker 3 (36:28):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (36:29):
Are they? Are they kinky? Cup? Are they a kinky couple? Truth? Truth? Truth?
Speaker 10 (36:34):
I don't know them that well truth?
Speaker 1 (36:36):
What was your your impression?
Speaker 10 (36:38):
They seems like nice people? Okay, well rounded? Oh, very friendly?
Oh oh man.
Speaker 5 (36:50):
So if that's the case, then all that time, so
four hours in time, I'm just curious. We gotta keep going.
I mean, I'm just curious as where do the person
that kicked him out?
Speaker 1 (37:02):
Where does that? What happens after? What happens? This is
the problem. You know that there's more to every story.
Lee tells you. It's she's always line.
Speaker 2 (37:10):
It's three, it's three or four questions in in the
interrogation room. And then once you get to that, you go, oh,
so that's the real story. So this is what really happened.
So all right, they look a little group fun you know,
Lee hey an like there's.
Speaker 6 (37:24):
Still a very friendly neighbor.
Speaker 5 (37:26):
There's still some meat on this bone. There's another title.
Speaker 1 (37:29):
It definitely is.
Speaker 2 (37:31):

Jonas took it over to LEDs on the break.
Speaker 5 (39:09):
Man, It's just it got it went from really bad horribly.
I really liked her though. Oh god, oh my gosh.
Oh man, Prady, answer your phone during the break.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
I got something for you. What do we got? Well, guys,
in case you missed it, I guess we all miss
out on this. Uh.
Speaker 8 (39:37):
There was going to be an eight part documentary with
Spike Lee featuring the one and only Colin Kaepernick. Unfortunately,
ESPN has put a nixt to that, saying, uh collective,
they've collectively decided to no longer proceed with this project
as a result of certain creative differences between Spike Lee
and Colin Kaepernick.
Speaker 5 (39:55):
So yeah, I guess we all get to miss out
on that presidency.
Speaker 6 (39:59):
So is it that or is it about the NFL
and ESPN and that potential partnership there?
Speaker 1 (40:08):
You go with the NFL. Yeah, that's a good one.
Que You know, that's wonderful if they're blaming the song.
Speaker 6 (40:14):
I mean, it'd be nice to hear from Spike Lee
if someone followed up.
Speaker 5 (40:17):
With Colin.
Speaker 1 (40:19):
Bruh.
Speaker 5 (40:20):
You know, they'ressing all over the league, right, they'ressing all
over like, all the way all over them. That's a
good pool. I like that one. I just feel like,
you know, the the woke, the woke period of time
has coming to it.
Speaker 1 (40:36):
It's like ending. Oh thank god.
Speaker 3 (40:40):
Boy.
Speaker 1 (40:41):
I mean, it's okay to be woke. Just don't be
out of control.
Speaker 2 (40:45):
Come on, man, there shoulda be a lot of people
that are gonna look back and go.
Speaker 1 (40:49):
God, I really, I really tweeted that to break go
to Break
