Two Pros and a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio,
LaVar Arrington, Jonas Knox with you here. Coming up on
this Wednesday edition, we are going to have the usuals.
We have another edition of in case you missed it.
We've got our Midweek Awards, We've got Lee's Leftovers, and
the old p Petris Popadeca stops by. Plus, we're going
to talk about how apparently somebody can't celebrate a Super
Bowl without getting some criticism. We will discuss Giannis, who
(00:20):
apparently is fed up with what's going on in Milwaukee.
We've got the latest criticism that paid off big time
for Shador Sanders. We're also going to talk about the
very bizarre situation involving Bill Belichick and his girlfriend and
what's in a number that too? Coming up next here,
Two Pros and a cup of Joe on a Wednesday,
Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
Let's give this. You're listening to Fox Sports Radio, and
away we go. Two Pros and a cup of Joe.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington, Jonas Knox with you here.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
No, Brady Quinn, I gotta tell you, man, why were
you waiting for my reaction? You're waiting for my reaction?
Speaker 1 (01:11):
We gotta do something about the rampant ped use in
this place.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
If you keep using PD at which battle way I
heard you used it on me too, that's correct. If
you keep using that, something's wrong with us, because we
needed to do an intervention. If he's been if he's
been suspended this many times for well, listen, he's on
his way to the to the outer beyond. Right.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
So Saturday, you and I work Saturdays and Saturday Bo Benson,
the executive producer of the Saturday show, was out, and
I accused him of a PD violation. And then after
the first hour, Shay was filling in and then he
had to go, and then Ian Roddy stepped in. So
I accused Shay after our one of a PD violator.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
Maybe just the hour one was so bad it was like, look,
I gotta go, somebody else got to take over the
show here. I mean, I did up on game and
we crushed it and we turned it over to Jonas,
and Jonas didn't do what he needed to do. So
it sounds like to me, because because was there for
our whole show, you guys are still in the air.
(02:19):
I didn't know that. Look, you know what's funny, they
only have numbers for one show on the weekend.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
Yeah, that's a Shannon Sharp move right there. That's a flex.
Ain't enough bosses around here to keep me off your ass? Jonas,
are you? Is that the tag team partner you're looking for?
Speaker 1 (02:44):
Nope, but yeah it was, uh, you know, so listen
PD violation.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
Hey, that's what it is.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
But LeVar and I'll take you all the way up
until nine am Eastern time, six o'clock Pacific. You can
hang out with us on the iHeart Rate and you
can find us on hundreds of affiliates all across the country.
And we would like to thank uh the Milwaukee Bucks
for participating uh in any sort of significant playoff run
in the NBA for We're just gonna call it the
(03:13):
foreseeable future. I will go ahead and go with that. Yeah,
so that's uh, that'll do it for the Milwaukee Bucks.
It was Listen, it was fun while lasted. It was
a brilliant attempt. Congratulations to the Indiana Pacers.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
They weren't ready to go yet, they didn't want.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
To go, but you know what, in the Eastern Conference,
at least that series has got some got some juice
to it. So I don't mind that series getting extended
a little bit. Same with with Denver and l A.
As far as the Clippers.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Go, oh they're going home tonight, Well, den excuse me,
excuse me, Yeah, you got the Clippers. They they didn't
want to go home either. We got the Lakers tonight,
and this will probably be their swan song. So yeah,
I'm hoping that, uh, you know things, things get extended
in the Clippers Nugget series for the sake of Ben Mallor,
(04:12):
so you can have something to celebrate here. But nonetheless,
the bits A, it's a rap for that series too, though. Damn. Yeah,
I'm sorry. If Murray can can stay he came out
hot yesterday.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Why are you pulling up with the corner van? First, well,
I mean it was the first hour of my show.
Now it's the Clippers. Then you got the Lakers. Why
are you loading up bodies?
Speaker 2 (04:37):
I've been I've been in a very, very confrontational mode
since yesterday. I was reading from one of my hap
to somebody who went to school with me. We went
to school, we went to Penn State at the same time,
and he had this little community like change around here.
She ain't lying, he Lee come on, man, what.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
You to uh, what you're doing on TV?
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Whate what you're doing that? This is Coops show? Actually, Coop,
what you're doing Coop? Like, all right, I don't want
to put it on Lee. If it ain't Lee. What
you're doing Coop? Well I didn't put it on. But
this is a fantastic show. This is one of the
best comedies of all time. What is it? The righteous Gemstones?
He's got his righteous gemstones all over the television right now.
(05:28):
By the way, what happened to John Goodman? He get
cut in half? No, he's say he's being held hostage.
H No, I mean just like in general, it looks like, oh,
because he's slots smaller than he used to be. Yeah,
he lost a lot of weight. Looks good. Oh well anyway, yeah,
I've chose balance. I mean so so on this thread
on Facebook, of all places, Facebook, dude is talking crazy
(05:52):
about Saquon for being at the White House golfing with
with President or whatever, and you know called him choice
names that are you know, a part of our community
when they do something. You know, when dudes do something
that you know the rest of the community air quotes
doesn't like or whatever. And I took exception to it.
(06:12):
So I've like kind of been on a I have
a serial type of I've been on I have a
serial type of approach since then, Like and I had
time yesterday? What do you what do you mean? What
was he saying? I had time? Well, they go through trash,
they go through garbage at night, I tell you, That's
what he called him man, And I'm you know, I
refuse to accept that You're going to call him, you know,
(06:34):
the nocturnal animal that goes through trash, you know, in
the evening time. I gotcha. Yeah, all right, now I
understand that'd be like me telling that'd be like me
writing a threat and calling his mother the same thing,
you know what I mean, or like one of his
family members that he really really cared about, like putting
them on blasts. And then people were laughing, like the
(06:58):
people were commenting on it, like the comments below it,
and then I recognized some of them, you know what
I mean. So I'm like, wait, hold on, like, so
this is how y'all? Like they started talking about how
football players at Penn State handle things. We apparently football
players at Penn State don't like we we would lower
our eyes in our heads to other black students. We
(07:20):
didn't want to talk to black students or yeah, it's
kind of weird. It was. It was a weird dialogue
of blame you, the dude sitting there telling me stupid,
the dude sitting there telling me look at all, like
read the room, like there's all these comments about yeah
that the players didn't talk to me either, Da da
(07:40):
dah this that and the other. And my roommates would
ask me like da da da this that and the other.
And I was like, I don't understand what your your
lens or your perception of of us is because that
couldn't be the most inaccurate, you know, assessment of who, Like,
maybe you weren't attractive. I mean I've seen girls on
(08:03):
there say yeah, they didn't talk to me, maybe you
weren't attractive, because I know every good looking black girl
on that campus had some type of relationship of some sort,
whether it was high by or beyond, there was a relationship.
There was an interaction there. Now the dudes, I don't
(08:23):
really know, you know what I mean? I got it
is interesting.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Didn't you guys walk around with a shirt that said
seven's and up only the dude.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
Sat there and said, y'all was walking around with your
jerseys on and stuff. Ain't nobody ever went around campus
with their game jersey on or any unless it was
that period of time where guys were wearing you know,
pro players jerseys. But dude was talking like we was
walking around with with our jerseys on campus, like like
(08:52):
that was our come up.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
And this is all because Sakuon Barkley dared to visit
the White.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
House and golf flew on Air Force one golf with
with the President. Are they more outraged because it's called
the White House? I think they're outraged because there they
want to have something to be outraged about.
Speaker 3 (09:08):
Now.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
I just thought it was I thought, you know, from
what we come from and and and a lot of
us have had to endure to get to where we
are in life. It's like, oh, these guys make it
to the Promised Land and then they forget about where
they came from. And that I said. I told dude,
I said, do you realize a lot of guys, a
(09:29):
lot of us go broke because we reach back, a
lot of us lose our money because we're steady helping
dumb asses like you, like you need something, we help,
No questions asked. Don't nobody else get treated. Nobody's coming
at you, asking you for the same things that guys
that make it to the league are asked for. And
(09:52):
and yet at the drop of a hat, at the
drop of a dime, you could have a problem with
with one of one of our And and what bothered
me was one is Saquon Like Squon's like all of
them are like baby bros to me. And I'm super
proud of Saquon. I'm super proud of what he's accomplished.
And just to be sitting there like they were getting
(10:13):
on the fact that you know he's he's married to
a white girl, Like, so what now you're talking about
check the temperature of the room.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
I mean, for what it's worth, I'm not so at
least that kind of cancels it out.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
All I'm gonna say. All I would say is got
one first off. First off, so I didn't hold up
my head of the bargain. Stupid. It's like, why are
you paying attention to Why are you paying attention to
who that man loves? First of all, And this is
twenty twenty five, Jack, Like, be happy that is a
(10:47):
woman be happy that it's a woman that's a woman
that I identifies as a woman and doesn't need any
other pronouns added to you know, he's she him her.
You're making things too complicated for me if it's got
(11:08):
to be that complicated to stay you know, locked in
to your own community of race, racial background, I just
you know, I don't know, man, that's wild. The Tye
bit perplexing to me, Like like you're Uncle Tom, or
you're you're the old you know, you're you're you're the
animal that comes out and eats in the trash at night.
(11:30):
Because you're living your life like you're you're you're pushing
yourself forward. So you're basing any and everything that a
president has done off of off of an athlete visiting
or playing golf or being in the mix of things.
It's kind of stay College there, you go, what's going
(11:51):
on there? The weather is a tornado? Oh, they have
a they have a dirt devil and stay college. Oh
that's sweet.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
What yeah, look at that, Like the dirt devil. It's
like a like a dirt torn like an upside down
dirt tornado, like a dirt tornado. Anyway, I'm such a nerd.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
I gotta get a line speaking of speaking of state college.
Go figure. And now you know, I just never knew.
I never knew that CATS wasn't cool. That's what I
learned yesterday. And like seeing the certain people on there
that were commenting and laughing and this, that and the other,
like this is funny because you know, at somebody else's expense,
(12:33):
he went to the White House, somebody that represents your institution.
You got it listed on your on your information that
you went to the Pennsylvania State University, Like you're leveraging that.
But you sit here and you talk all this crazy
mad head about it like nothing was ever nothing's ever
going to be perfect. The things that you experience in school,
you're learning, you're growing. People come from different backgrounds. Of course,
(12:56):
you're going to experience different things. Whether it be prejudice,
whether be racism, whether it be sexism. You're going to
experience different things. Because college is a microcosm of the
real world, you're going to experience different things. I just
thought it was interesting that they chose to They chose
to pinpoint Saquon and then generalize basically the entire football
(13:21):
population outside of who I guess they conveniently who they're
cool with, who they're bros with. Outside of the few
that they're cool with that they're comfortable about, the rest
of us are just the same as Saquon, which, by
the way, I have no problem being the same as Saquon.
If that's the comparison, If that's the comp that you
(13:43):
want to put me into, I have no problem being
that guy. That's what you're feeling.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
So everything I've heard about Saquon Barkley is great, dude.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
One of the most phenomenal, humble, cool dudes you'll ever meet.
Like they're super cool.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
There's no draw even after the Giants basically, no, no,
we don't want to remember, like we remember we talked
about it on the air to where it was like
he could have stayed out and still he showed up.
Speaker 2 (14:09):
He still showed up early.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
He was still part of the team, even though you
know there was a franchise tag with a little juice
attitude or whatever you want to call it. Still showed up,
still had nothing but kind things to say, even as
the you know, Giants fans were attacking him, like still
like took the high road, has always taken.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
The high roads. Rushing record, single season rushing record, could
have broke it. And and Guy wins the best best,
what's best for the team is what I want to do.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
Guy wins a super Bowl, gets an opportunity to go
to the White House, plays golf because that's what you do,
go to the White House. Yes, and he's something he'd
eats Yeah, out of a tra I don't get it.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
Bruh. And and then and then people wonder why there'd
be so much divide, so much friction, bro like on god, bruh,
Like it makes me I don't even want to go there,
because you know, I don't really I'm getting old, and
my filter is starting to run low. It's really starting
to run low. At my tolerance level is so low,
(15:17):
and and and every once in a while, I'll be
really ready to say what I'm really thinking and what
I'm really feeling. I'm a refrain. I'm a refrain. But
that's some crazy, that's crazy. That's crazy. That young man
is doing the best he can to be the best
he can be in his life and make a difference
for himself and his family and the people that that
(15:38):
matter in his life. You should be you should be
honoring that young man for what he's accomplishing. I guess,
I guess if he's not there, what's like, You're happy
he's not there, but you're happy. You're happy he's not there.
But in reality, if you really think about it, you
(16:00):
should be upset if he's not there because we weren't
always able to be there. You see somebody with a
place at the table, and you got you got an
issue with him because of what you feel about the
other person. You're mad at him for going to the
representation of our entire free world country. He's there, and
(16:23):
you got an issue with him because you got an
issue with who the president is. Uh.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
Do you remember when? And this is way back, but
I don't know if this was talked about when you
were in DC, But you remember when Washington, the then
Redskins won the Super Bowl, went and visited the White House.
Ronald Reagan was the president and Ricky Sanders, who was
a wide receiver for Washington. Rocky caught a pass at
(16:48):
the White House and he was being celebrated, and there
was all this like it was a big big I
don't like, I never heard anything about that being an
issue with anybody being there. I just thought was well,
like that's what you do. It's like there is no
black or white, it's you show up. Obama was black,
and white players who may have voted Republicans show I
(17:12):
never I never heard of this until now, and now
it's a big deal.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
I just I just care. You can have your beliefs
and you can have your you know what you feel
about things. I tend to stay away from politics because
it's just it's it's just it's a no win situation.
You're never going to convince anybody anything other So just
do you make sure you vote so your voice is heard.
(17:38):
So if if you win, you could say you did
your part. If you lose, you tried. Bottom line, I
don't get involved in it. But when you start launching
personal attacks like and for what you should be You
should be happy that that man is representing your university
in such a large forum, and yet you're joking about
(18:00):
out it and making making real like harsh assessments and
and and throwing out that name like like take the
name and add sa Quon, say say at and at
the end of it. And that's what he was calling
him in the in the post right like like I'm
(18:21):
getting older, Like I don't. I don't feel the need
to want. Like like the old me, I'd have been
like we on site, like it's on site. If I
see you, I'm gonna punch you on your mother f
in mouth right on site. But where I'm at now,
I'm growing, I'm growing, I'm growing as a person, And
it just irritates me when black people do that, when
(18:43):
my own people, my representation of who I am. I
hate that ass bro. I hate it with a past
support like like I was just talking yesterday, yesterday about
what Bud Crawford said. Bud Crawford says, why do you
have to choose sides when it's when it's one of
us fighting. We choose sides when it's when it's a
(19:05):
different group of people, when it's say, say it's a
Tyson Fury group of people, says the Gypsies. The Gypsies,
they bruh. They gonna celebrate one another and then they're
gonna go drink some pops after they're done. If they're Mexican,
they're gonna they're gonna celebrate one another, like celebrate both fighters.
We seem to be the only group of people that
(19:28):
enjoys and gets pleasure out of attacking one another. When
we see somebody being successful, it's the craziest thing to me, bru.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
I was in Vegas for the because we did shows
out there for Fox Sports Radio for the McGregor Mayweather
fight Man. The Iris showed up, just like the English
showed up when Ricky Hatton fought him, Just like there's
there's this you know, like you show up and there
there is a support to it. That's a different level
of support that doesn't feel as as tok. If you
(20:00):
want to use the excuse against a different racial group.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
Like I get it. I get it. You want to
use it like you want to use the reasoning we've
been done wrong, right using against somebody else? Why you
using it against your old people? It's the weird Like, Bro,
I'm getting old, I keep telling y'all, and my resistance
is low. So I'm gonna just tell people how I
(20:26):
feel because I don't care anymore. I don't care about validation.
I don't care if it's politically correct. I don't care
if it's right to you or if it made you happy.
I don't care if you're not black and you're listening
right now, and it's like, oh, where's Brady? We will?
I don't care for what it's worth. I didn't know
you were black until like twenty minutes. I'm black, brother,
I'm black and super proud of it. Like I don't. Hey,
(20:50):
I'm not no token. Now, don't get it choiceted because
I'll chip your two. And what am I? Well? You're white,
real white? Yeah, I mean you're a vampire. Yeah, right,
is what it is. Hang. I don't know what Lee
is though, Lee. I don't know what to call Lee.
That's the thing I get. I get. I get a
tad bit confused as to what is he? A conquet?
(21:10):
The door? Is he? He dabbles? Way? What is he?
I get confused on Lorena. I'm confused on the whole
back room. But it doesn't matter. I got love for
all of us. She's from cous bag. I got love
for everybody. Man, Why can't people just you don't have
to pick sides. It's the morrow of this story. And
leave Saquan alone is just fine. Leave him leave him alone.
(21:34):
No borders, baby, no board. You dig love shouldn't have borders. Well, listen,
we hope you pick our side here.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
We're gonna take you on this three hour extrapagan I'm
sorry up until nine am Eastern.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
Block specific no listen. It was more interesting than some
of the.
Speaker 1 (21:51):
But coming up next, though, we are going to have
a conversation about somebody who is also fed up. They
are sick of it, they're not taking it anymore, and
it played out in a big way last night.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
We'll get into that right here on FSR.
Speaker 4 (22:04):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington, and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
It's Two Pros and a Cup of Joe.
Speaker 1 (22:20):
Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington, Jonas Knox with you here.
Coming up, we are going to hear from somebody who
has fed up. They are sick of it, They're not
going to take it anymore. You will get into that.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
For the first segment. Uh no, oh, We're just gonna
roll it over here. We keep going, let's keep let's
keep choosing ballads the whole show.
Speaker 1 (22:37):
Before we get to that, though, it is time for
your tire rack play of the day.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
There comes Halibert hits the timeline with seven outside the
ark with Spive driving.
Speaker 1 (22:49):
In the lane at the goal, Hey lays.
Speaker 2 (22:52):
It in with one in three ten seconds to go.
Milwaukee has no timeouts. They have to go the lake.
Paul is going to be played in by a tetakumbo.
He gets at the trip and this one is older, unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
So that was courtesy of the Pacers Radio network on
the call that your Tiraq play the day. For over
forty years, Tiraq has been helping customers find the right
tires for how, what and where they drive, shipped fast
and free, backed by free Road as a protection with
convenient installation options like mobile tire installation tiraq dot Com
the way tire buying should be. And the Indiana Pacers
(23:31):
move on to the next round. They will take on
the Cleveland Cavaliers. Interesting, and the Milwaukee Bucks are going
home and Jannison Tennacumpo is he didn't want to go.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
He didn't want to go. He was ready to literally
fight it to the last drop.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
He grabbed a guy by the neck after the game
while they were saying, you know, good job, good jobs,
and then he grabbed a dude by the neck for
the pacers who may have been running his mouth on
the bench and was not ready the games.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
Ready to go.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
That was also followed by his interaction with Tyrese Halliburton's dad,
who went on the floor and started talking trash. So afterwards,
Janis was asked about his interaction with Halliburton's dad and
said this.
Speaker 5 (24:18):
I believe like being humbled in victory. That's how way
I am. Now. There can be a lot of people
out there that are like, no, when you when you
win the game, it's a green light for you to
be disrespectful towards somebody else. I disagree. I've won the championship.
They have it okay, and that doesn't even say anything.
I'm not trying to minimize the effort, but losing the
(24:40):
game emotions right run high. Having a fan, which at
the moment I thought it was fun, but then I
realized it was Tyrys's son, which I love Tyis, I
think is a great competitor. He was his dad sorry,
coming in the floor and showing me his son at
tower with his face. This is what we do, this
is what we have do. If we do this, I
(25:03):
feel like that's vetty, Vetty.
Speaker 2 (25:04):
These are just petful so that was, uh, you're honest now.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
Tyrese Haliburton also was asked about it afterwards, and he
said this, you.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
Know, as far as the incident between the Honest and
my Pops, I had no idea what happened till I
got to the back and we showed the video. I
think is the emotions of the game just got excited there.
But I talked with him. I'll talk with you honest
eventually about it. Just you know, I don't think that
my Pops wasn't the right at all there and unfortunate,
(25:33):
you know, what happened in the end there. But I
mean this series was a lot of war of words,
a lot of war of antiics, a lot of stuff
going back and forth, and that's just part of you know,
this this rivalry and what we've built here over the
last couple of years. And you know, it's unfortunate what
happened there, but I think it's just competition. And as
far as my Pops, again, I don't agree what happened there.
(25:55):
We'll have a conversation. You know, everybody's grown men, and uh,
you know, we'll just.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
Go from there.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
So that was Tyrus Halliburton on the interaction between his
dad and Johannis following the game last night, and so
Jannis has its controlved, aren't they. Jiannie is under contract
through twenty twenty six twenty twenty seven. He's got a
player option ahead of the following season after that, but
there is some thought that he could request a trade.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
Damian Lillard's going to be out for all of next year.
It looks like who knows what's going to happen to
his career. He's in his mid thirties now.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
Jannie isn't even thirty yet, which is wild to think
about how long he's been in the NBA and the
things he's done up.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
To this point. This feels like he's just kind of
over it. Yeah, But is it over it as in
I don't want to be here anymore and now Milwaukee,
or is it over it as in like, let's figure
out how to fit. He just comes across to me
as a very very much a loyal a loyalist like
(26:55):
I don't feel as though them losing the way they
did this year. Jannis is looking at it like I
need to get out of here. He doesn't seem like
a runaway from the scenario type of dude to.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
Me, well, he doesn't, but there is some thought that
he could request a trade that he's not been happy, I.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
Mean, and that could very well be true. That Adriaen
Griffin got clipped. It's a lot of things that have
taken place that would be make it very justifiable for
Jannis to want to go somewhere else because the decisions
have led to this. You had it, you had it,
(27:34):
you got MVP, you you've won a championship, you had it,
Like why do you let Drew Holiday go? Like? Why
do you let that happen? How do you not hold
together the team that you had? Didn't? They like fire
their their head coach, like which one prematurely the one
that was Bootholder? I think Griffin Bootholzer. I just so
(27:59):
I can understand it from a logical standpoint, him feeling
as though, this isn't you know, I've gotten all I
can get out of this. I've done as much as
I can do for this team and for this city
as a player for them. I could see that being
his thought process, And if that's what it is, I'd
just say that he's aren't the right to feel that way.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
What's interesting about it is that the other player that
this reminds me of in his loyalty to the organization
and wanted to stick it out and gave him chance
after chance.
Speaker 2 (28:31):
And is Damian Lillard. Because Lillard was in Portland.
Speaker 1 (28:35):
With the Blazers for a long time and there was
a lot of discussion years before he finally left, to man,
how much more does he want to put up with?
How much more does he want to stick around for this?
And he pushed back on it. He refused to to
you know, take take that and run away or go
anywhere else. And then all of a sudden he just
(28:55):
got to a point where he was like, all right,
it's time. And I wonder if now how Giannis is
looking at it, going, Man, I'm still in my prime.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
I'm not thirty. I got it.
Speaker 1 (29:06):
I want to go see what else is out there.
I would love for him to stay put. I would
love for him to stay in Milwaukee because they think
it's great. You know, it's similar to Listen and Edwards
being in Minnesota. I think it's good for the league
because it's these other markets outside of your LA's, your Chicago's,
your New York's. The fact that they've got stars and
(29:26):
they can be paid like stars and stay put and
potentially win titles in those places. I think it's great
for the league, But I just wonder if Jiannis is
looking around at the organization going, dude, we just haven't
figured this out.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
It's become a part of the culture. You know, this
wasn't a part of the old culture of the NBA,
so now it's it's very it's very commonplace for a
big time player to want one out and be able
to force their way out. So that's again, if that's
what he wants to do, and that's well within his
(29:58):
right to do it because he has proven to them
the one thing Dame Lillard didn't do in Portland. He
didn't deliver a championship against all odds. He didn't deliver
MVP of the League awards. He didn't deliver any of
those things. Johanna is dead, and he became a face
somewhat of the league. I mean, if you look around,
(30:21):
you see him on a lot of advertisements. So he
became a very, very leverageable, monetizable commodity for the NBA.
So to me, I don't look at this and say,
I feel like it's egregious that Jannis wants out like
he's got this inflated ego of himself or the way
(30:44):
he views the world around him. I think he's a
very down to earth guy. I think he's very sound.
And now all the interviews that I've ever heard of
him and just the different different, you know, specials that
they've done on him, he just comes across as just
it's a super super loving type dude. Like he's easy
(31:04):
to like as a person. So if that's where he's at,
then if I'm the Milwaukee Bucks, I got to take
a really really good hard look at myself because this
has really been the only time the Bucks have been
super super relevant. They've had some really really good players.
They've had some good players. Wasn't ray Allen a Buck? Yeah?
(31:27):
He came in as a Buck, didn't he I believe,
didn't he get drafted by the Bucks? Yeah? Or a Sonic? Anyway,
there have been players, there have been some fine players
that have gone through the organization, Jack Sikma, But when
have they ever been really really like significant to the
conversation of the NBA before now in the seventies, that's
(31:51):
a long time ago. Is that when did Kareema I
do what your bar play for the Bucks?
Speaker 6 (31:56):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (31:56):
Yeah, I want to say he did too. Yeah, I
think he might was he I'll cender when he played
for I don't know. Here's all I say is they
ain't really. I think they won a championship with Kareem
Abdul Jabbar in fact, long time ago. That's the last
time they probably were relevant until now, and that might
(32:18):
they might go through a streak of time where it's
that long again before they become a relevant franchise again.
Think about that. So, if I'm the Milwaukee Bucks, you
got to take a good long heart look at what
was your formula when you were able to get to
where you are and winning and getting to the point
of you have an MVP on your roster and you
(32:41):
want an NBA championship to where you are at now
where it's all crumbling and falling apart. How did you
get here? How did you get to winning and having
an MVP and how did you get here? Listen?
Speaker 1 (32:53):
I want to apologize on behalf of LeVar for his
disrespect towards the nineteen seventy Milwaukee Bucks who want a title.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
I just want to I mean, I mean, I knew
it off the top of my head. I mean, you
dismissed it. It's like it was so long ago so
it doesn't even count, right. I wasn't I wasn't here,
and I'm I'm look at my face, look at the
hairs on my face, and I wasn't even here. And
I mean for a while, for quite some time, I
(33:23):
was not. I was not walking or crawling or crying
or whining or booby feeding nothing. I wouldn't hear. By
the way, what would a Johannis fetching the trade you
would get? I mean, if this was to happen, and
where would he go? Like where would it? Where would
his landing place be? I'm curious, Yeah, where would that be?
(33:47):
I don't know. I mean there's a lot of different options,
but it's like where would he end up? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (33:51):

Good morning Jonas, Good morning LeVar. Guys.
Speaker 6 (35:19):
In case he missed this, we head back to sixteen
hundred Pennsylvania Avenue, where Eagles quarterback Eli Rix may have
shot his shot over at Ivanka Trump. Taking to Twitter,
is right, Donald Trump's daughter is beautiful, damn, following up
with another tweet scene after seeing her in person, Ivanka
is exactly my type.
Speaker 2 (35:37):
Good job, Eli are? How tall is she? He has
tall kids?
Speaker 3 (35:44):
Like?
Speaker 2 (35:44):
It's he's got one son has like six six, doesn't Heah?
Was he like eighteen? And I think he's like, uh
seven eight? Evonk is five eleven. Yeah, she's tall. Lee
called him the White minute bowl that truly he's six seven.
Speaker 6 (36:01):
You have a new barrel, Eric Trump sixty five millennius
five eleven.
Speaker 2 (36:06):
There you go, oh, there you go? All right?
Speaker 1 (36:11):
Well, yes, this is a Trump Hour, Huh isn't? Isn't
Ivonka married?
Speaker 2 (36:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (36:16):
And I'm looking at and Jared Kushner is a tall
man himself.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
Where you're going to say a tall white man? Well?
How did this become a racial racial hour? Too?
Speaker 1 (36:27):
By the way, is how tall is Eli Rix? Uh?
Let's see there, let's see we haven't he's six to two,
he's not, he's not all.
Speaker 2 (36:42):
If she's five eleven, if she wears three inch hills,
it's a rat. Yeah. But if he's got you know, like,
what do uh Jordan's give you like an inch? They
give you like an.
Speaker 1 (36:52):
Inch on your Oh no, do you like how I said?
I just assumed it was Jordan's. It's such a we live,
it's such a like, why would live in such a
Why would I say sketchers? What do you think that
was about? You think there was some racial one?
Speaker 2 (37:06):
Oh? My god? Which is funny. Which is funny because
don't Snoop Dogg represent fletched sketchers? Does he? Yes? I
know how he long? Does I believe Snoop wear sketchers too?
I just I just don't get it. Man. Let's find
a racial angle at every topic. I mean, I'm down,
(37:28):
I'm down. Let's do it, all right, I'm down, all right?
Speaker 6 (37:30):
Next up, a player who almost made it to sixteen
hundred Pennsylvania Avenue but did not.
Speaker 2 (37:34):
Travis Kelce Online, chair's black. Well he dated a black woman.
There you go, I made it, Rachel, you know, Here
we go you turn out the lights here. I'm talking.
He's a black man, Kayla versus Taylor. Well.
Speaker 6 (37:49):
Online chatter is growing that there might be a split
between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcey, who haven't been spotted
together since March.
Speaker 2 (37:57):
So the contract is run has ran out. They could
go back and they could go back to the hood.
Speaker 1 (38:03):
Now, I mean, if we're gonna keep with the racial
portion of this show, Taylor Swift's brother DeAndre plays with
the bears out here?
Speaker 2 (38:11):
Is that true? Oh? You stupid? I just you're stupid.
You're so stupid. They what did I go for? Like? What? Really?
Speaker 1 (38:26):
There is a Swift on their teeth? Do you think
there's a white guy named DeAndre somewhere? I don't know
start that, I think. So, I know there's Dantes. There's
some white Dantes out there, and Evencenzo that's like Italian, know,
isn't it like yeah Sicilian? Or so Dante Leah? So
(38:47):
are they are they together?
Speaker 6 (38:48):
Like that's the important Insiders say they're still together, but
people who are trying to find evidence say that they
haven't been spot together and over a month that Travis
has spent all his free time in Miami or Vegas
from her that he has unfollowed Ryan Reynolds, who is
friends with her and her and you know, obviously his
wife is married to Blake Lively, who's Taylor Swiss friend.
(39:10):
Who cares about that? But Kelsey says, this is all
by design. He's trying to get in the best shape
he's ever been in this offseason, so he's just the.
Speaker 2 (39:19):
Contract is ran out. They had a contract to blow
one another's careers up. It worked perfectly. And now, yeah,
what did I say? What did I say? They had
a contract to make sure everything worked out perfectly. You
have to blow each other's careers up to blow one another.
I knew exactly what I said. I just blow one
(39:41):
And then you said, yeah, Lorena, like, what do you mean?
Where are we going? Where's your mind?
Speaker 3 (39:45):
I agreed with you.
Speaker 2 (39:46):
Wh where's your mind at? Lorena? Where where's his minds?
By the way, they can't blow one another's careers out? So,
by the way, probably a ser that's not that's a
bad that's a bad phrase.
Speaker 1 (39:59):
Probably a aren't moved by Travis Kelcey to uh to
distance himself.
Speaker 2 (40:04):
From Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively based why the latest
with Blake.
Speaker 1 (40:09):
Well, they're not gonna uh, that's gonna end poorly for.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
Them, rightly there.
Speaker 6 (40:13):
Yeah, there's a you can take a side on either
side of it. But they've been in the news not
not good for them lately.
Speaker 2 (40:19):
Yeah, I've seen that. Yeah, it's interesting.
Speaker 1 (40:22):
Justin Baldoni's just sitting there in Hawaii going enjoy this one, guys.
Speaker 2 (40:28):
Well done. Jonas
