prop bet.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Of course you know who that was, Yeah, it was me.

Speaker 1 (00:28):

We need more Jonas. It's not enough, that's not enough.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
About it's three oh, it's three oh two am to
six am somewhere, like, we need more energy.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Geez, come on, come on Jonas and a good morning.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
No, that's so corn. Yeah, that'd be ten dollars. No,
that'd be ten dollars.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Damn. Come on, man, it's getting steepid. Let's get them
pumped up. But let's kick going. We're ready. Who I
got black coffee? Whoa hold on now.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Bron, don't get carried away, bro, Like I'll tell you
to bring some energy and then you want to immediately
go to like color in your coffee and all this that, like,
come on, man, slow down, man.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Come on straight black homie. Dang dang. Put a little
espresso shot in there as well too.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Dang, make it extra. Look at you, look at you strong? Yeah,
and it's down to get.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
The friction on up. Baby, that works? You got what
cream my coffee? I don't go I don't go black.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Yeah, but you don't do the pumpkin spice lote or
cream anymore.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
I did yesterday. I do I have it at home? Yeah,
I do. I do it at home.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
I think I smelled it right yesterday.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Yeah, I remember what I said.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
You smell like coffee creamer. There you go.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Yeah, yeah, well you smell like you baby pooh.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Thanks man, you guys a question to check off the show,
Well you got this is? I want to know your strategy?

Speaker 5 (02:54):
Okay when you like, that's someone Yeah, and then you
for a while you've said hive and.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Forget their name? Yeah no, no, no oh.

Speaker 5 (03:03):
But it's it's like been too long to the point
where you can like ask what their name is and
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
What's the strategy? All get in their name?

Speaker 6 (03:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (03:11):
Like how do you guys go about like finding out
the first name you gotta?

Speaker 3 (03:14):
And that happens to theone like way too often. You
got to introduce them to someone really really quickly, like hey, man, hey,
how you know? Hey, come on, hey, look there's my
guy right here, man, and then they say their name right, then.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
The person introducing him as my guy, Yeah, my guy.
You're doing you're on my guy right, it's my guy? Yeah, Dan,
my guy.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
I don't even say Dan yeah, just because and then
once you get the name right, you still say my guy.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
So it still feels until the next time then you're like, hey, Dan,
hey doing.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
You may you may slide it in there during the
course of the conversation that you have, But I mean,
I'm meet many people that go do you remember me?
Man be like yeah, of course, yeah, well you remember
me from nineteen ninety nine when we were at Ross
Park Mall and you were going into uh, you know,

(04:14):
American out Like yeah, of course, I dude, Like that's awesome, man,
didn't you introduce them somebody be like yeah, Mark, like hey,
it's great to see you. Bro, like my guy. I
call everybody my guy or buddy either one.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
I'm not gonna say what legendary coach told me this,
but I remember him talking about like, you know, you
get older, you meet.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
A bunch of players, and if you coached for a while.

Speaker 5 (04:40):
It's it's hard to and he said, he goes, you
know what I say to them. He goes, I go,
you don't even remember about you. You played with a
lot of heart.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
You know.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
It's like because it's such a good compliment, but it's
also one.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
It's like general.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
You can't Yeah, you can't go wrong with that, like
you could have been an All American. You can to
walk on either way.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Yeah, exactly, with a lot of heart. Well you know, Braze,
is that why?

Speaker 1 (05:08):
Uh Tyrone has it figured out way ahead of everybody else.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
He just calls him Chopper, like he calls everybody chopped.
I mean it helps, it helps for sure. And reminded
of a.

Speaker 5 (05:20):
Chopper story that I cannot tell on radio, but I
was reminded about it yesterday. I'll text you guys, and
it's still to this day makes me laugh, and I
just I can't.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
I can't take my dad seriously at this age.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
I cannot take him seriously with anything he says and does,
because he's so full of crap.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
At this point.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
He tried to convince me, and I don't think lows
are even open, like maybe past eight, maybe nine, He
tried to convince me he was gonna go back to
loads to grab something for this treadmill.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
That I was trying to fix. It's finally I was
able to fix.

Speaker 5 (05:53):
And he's like, no, Chops, I gotta go back to
the lows and Chopper.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
It's eight forty.

Speaker 5 (05:58):
I was like, we're not it's done. Man, Like, We're like,
we can't make it, and I want to do this tomorrow.
It's like, Noah, no, I'll go find it. I'll go
get it unloads. It's like they'll stay open for me.
I'm like, all right, here we go. It's a different cab.
Made it work, parks in the parks in the fire lane.
No it didn't work. Yeah, of course I was going
to Skyline Chili and it was closed a skyline and

(06:18):
style hungry.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
He's a fire Lane parker. Good for him. Oh yeah.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
Every time he pulls up he's like, well, he's like,
you know, but you're my age and I'm a contractor,
so they let me do it.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
You know. They always they know I'm loading up with something.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
There you go, Well, hey, shout out to Chop, Chop,
what up, Chops?

Speaker 2 (06:36):
Do whatever the hell he wants. Trust me, he ain
he ain't up right now. If he is up, he's
probably watching an old war movie. That's about it.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
All right, So with that being said, let's transition smoothly
from a class act in uh in Chopper to one
that maybe still trying to figure this whole thing out.
That somebody would be Woody Johnson, owner of the New
York Jets, who was at the fall meetings the NFL.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Like, oxymoron, what's that the sarcasm of what you're implying
is and then using owner of the New York Jets, like,
isn't that kind of an oxymorone?

Speaker 2 (07:12):
You would think that wouldn't for you.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
You would think that if you're like a screw up,
how are you the owner of the team?

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Yeah? How did you have success?

Speaker 1 (07:22):
Like?

Speaker 2 (07:22):
How did that your life?

Speaker 3 (07:23):
If you can't have success in one of the simplest
games you know.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
And out of the world, how did that derelkt get
a team? Like? How does he own a team? Yeah?
How does he have one? But he does?

Speaker 1 (07:34):
And he was asked yesterday about, uh, not only his
confidence in Aaron Glenn, his winless head coach that was
hired this past offseason, but also he's owner. Well yeah,
and he also decided to point out that, you know,
it's not just Aaron Glenn that there's somebody else that
fault for the problems there.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
But if I were a player, he would I would
respond to him because he's the real deal. Nobs is
no second And there's what you're hearing is the truth.
And a lot of times players don't get the truth.
They get a lot of gobbledy Google. How have you
been given Aaron competent? But you still believe? Hug him
every day? All right?

Speaker 3 (08:13):
I do?

Speaker 2 (08:14):
What do you say that I say? Keep the faith? Man?
Could you really believe it? I do. I'm not a liar,
you know, but you might you may think I am.
But yeah, I can't say something I don't believe. It
looks like he's turning around parts of it. You know.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
It's hard when you have a quarterback with you know,
with a rating that we've got, you know, I mean,
he has the ability, but something just is not driving.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
But if you look at any any head coach of
the quarterback like that, you're going to see similar results.
If you are across the league. You have to play
consistently with at that position, and that's what we're going
to try to do. That we can just complete a pass,
it would look good. You know, you've got to complete
some path. You got to convince him that you can
do something. That's why they suck.

Speaker 5 (08:59):
That love how Justin Fields, you know, Fields was four
and two last year in Pittsburgh, the team that is
former quarterback Aaron Rodgers went to and seems to be
doing just fine as.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Their top the FC North, Like does he does he
realize that is the business that they stink? Like do
you see how how to touch? You tell how to touch?
That guy is geez? I give him a hug every day.
And his rating the other guy's rating, Like I gotta

(09:29):
tell you it's uh that Madden rating is not good
and and but we we hired him. We did hire
him to come play for our team. But you got
I mean, if you show me a coach with a
with a player that we hired that plays the way
that this guy does with his Madden rating, you know
we're you're going to see similar results.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
Like what what are you talking about?

Speaker 3 (09:53):
Bro?

Speaker 2 (09:54):
I just I don't know why.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Well listen if they're paying their paying and they gave
Justin Fields thirty million dollars guaranteed, which apparently was more
than what the Steelers took from the Steelers would hire
up yeah, they had more guaranteed money. It was a
similar contract, but I guess there was more guaranteed dollars.
But I don't at this point how much more do
you need to see to realize that's just not going

(10:19):
to work if you go there? Because I was looking
around the league at former Jets quarterbacks and Aaron Rodgers
playing pretty well, Joe Flacco playing pretty well, Sam Darnold
playing pretty well, Gino Smith not so much, but much
once he left there and got an opportunity to actually
start in Seattle, played pretty well. How much more evidence

(10:43):
do you need that it just doesn't work there for anybody?

Speaker 2 (10:48):
I don't know that you need more.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
Evan are we doing?

Speaker 3 (10:51):
Let me ask you guys this, what would have been
a proper response from Woody when I asked the question,
does he still believe in Aaron Glynn? What would is
like from your guys' minds? What would the proper response
for him where you'd be like, you know what, that's
the right type of response you want to hear from
the owner of the organization.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
It would have been, yeah, I still believe he's the guy.
Support him. Basically the first portion without throwing the quarterback
under the bus a proper response.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
You feel that way?

Speaker 5 (11:20):
You yeah, because this isn't just exclusive to Justin Fields
sibans up. The floodgates to him just being critical of
every player in that locker room. I mean, the reality
is everyone blames the coach and the quarterback, and they're
going to move on from the quarterback before the head coach.
So that's already happened. And then it gets to a

(11:41):
point where the owner looks. He's like, well, he was
the head coach, but that's kind of a separate deal
because that's down the line. If they're owing thirteen fourteen, Eventually,
you know, those hugs will go away and it'll be
just him not saying anything.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Daron glenn Man Dan Snyder used to do that when
we lost. You win the game, hug like, jump on you,
hug you shake your hand. Yeah you lose the game,
He just gleare at you. And he stood right in
front of the entry to the locker room. So you
had to see. Once I realized that he only shook
your hand when you won, I stopped shaking his hand. Yeah, Like,

(12:16):
don't shake my hand when we win, bro, shake my
hand when we lose too. You know, little Danny right now,
you think I don't know, bro yacht life, that's what
they say.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
That's what that's what's summer one in Europe, right, Yeah,
that's what they say. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (12:30):
Yeah, but I'm sure I ain't got a lot of
people shaking his hand.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
I'll tell you that. Small hands. It's small hands, soft
two baby ass hands.

Speaker 5 (12:39):
Can I give you guys a number or some numbers
that may give you an idea about players moving on
and obviously being fine elsewhere? The Jets have the highest
eighth highest excuse me, eighth highest dead cap in the league.
It's seventy five million dollars. The salary chap this year's
like two undred seventy nine ten or eighty million something

(12:59):
like that. So literally they have I mean.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
It's it's it's unbelievable. Twenty one million of that, by
the way, are to Rogers, who's.

Speaker 5 (13:08):
Currently playing on another team and leading them in the
AFC North. They obviously put thirty million in guarantees into
Justin Fields, who is no longer starting, and it sounds
like if Woody Johnson had his.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
Way, he wouldn't play the rest of the year.

Speaker 5 (13:23):
You know, you guys got a billion all that, but
he can't complete a pass again, Woody Johnson sports.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
So if you look at.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
Just what they've done from a number standpoint, he's wasted
a lot of money on guys. They've moved on from
where guys don't even playing right now. That's your typical Jets,
just a dysfunctional organization. And it starts at the top.
And you know you said, what should Woody Johnson have said?

Speaker 2 (13:53):
Very little? Very little.

Speaker 5 (13:54):
That's very little, like support your coach. Move on there,
you go, stop meddling in football. That's not how he
made his money. He's not a former player. Like he's
the constant. If Jets fans want to know why their
team stinks, he's the constant.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
And he's a prideful guy, by the way.

Speaker 5 (14:14):
So going back to the comment about, well they blame
the quarterback and he's bench now now to Rod Taylor
goes in.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
If they keep losing, he'll eventually blame Aaron Glenn. And
what I'm most curious to see is if they do
go and let's just say they win Owen seventeen. Let's
just say, but before.

Speaker 5 (14:31):
They even get there, I'm wondering if Johnson is still
hugging him, still making these comments at Owen twelve, Owen thirteen.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Because I don't think he is.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
He's too prideful, man, I'm telling you, I just wonder
what it is with people like that? How does that
permeate through a building? How does that?

Speaker 2 (14:53):
Like what he.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
Creates, that feeling, the dysfunction that exists, where does it begin?

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Like? What is it that he said? What is it
that he did? Who is it that he hired? What
is it that they said?

Speaker 3 (15:08):
What? What is it? Because I lived it? Like I
lived in it, like literally I.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
Was there for half a year.

Speaker 5 (15:14):
I mean people, he flies in those helicopter, so you're
at practice, then.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
You you there he is Lando's helicopter shows up a practice.

Speaker 3 (15:23):
But does that make you not want to play better football?
Or I was in different It's I was in different
of that. It's more of just like it's a distraction.

Speaker 5 (15:34):
It sounds small and it's something stupid, but it's a
way of like the Odor letting you know he's there.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
And let you know it's better than you.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
Not just that he's there, but he's letting you know,
like you're not flying in this bitch with no no helicopter.
You don't have a helicopter to hang at landing pat.
He landed his landing pat was right in where the
practice fields were, so you felt the air coming from
like you felt the you know, the the propellers put

(16:02):
you in the air, like it was loud, Like it's
right there. You're right there practicing it while he's landing his.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Defense.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
If you got one, may as well show up. I mean, hey,
you know what are you working with? It's up there
there's the owner. I just look, Can I just throw
something at you guys that I threw in the off season.
It might have been about Woody Johnson And this is
probably gonna get shot down again, but I'll just try
it one more time. Term limits for owners. You get

(16:32):
five years do one a team? Okay, five years do
on a team. Don't results enough, You've got to get out.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
Of ridiculous ten years.

Speaker 5 (16:41):
No, Yeah, like I'll never be before that because that's
like against everything in America.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
It's like against capitalism. So I'm not for that. But
it's the bottom line that matters anyway. And I mean
the New.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
York Jets still has Yeah, they would.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
Stink and keep money away. Let him do it, like,
let them do it?

Speaker 3 (17:02):
What is that? What is that? Do we know what
that franchise is is worth? Like it hasn't gone down
in value? Well that's yeah, you know what I mean?
Like like you got to look at the bottom line
of it too. Some guys just it's not their business to.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
Win eight point one billion.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Oh, come on, man, s eight valued franchise.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
I believe what Johnson purchased it.

Speaker 5 (17:30):
Johnson family purchased it for six hundred and thirty five million.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
He's doing twenty five years ago. He's doing just five
Like you you're his losses. He's doing just fine. Yeah
what if you're.

Speaker 5 (17:43):
Doing for I'm not sure how accurate these numbers are,
but they're they're generating about six hundred and sixty three.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
Million in revenue a year. It's based on an estimate
from last year. And they've got about one hundred and
eighty million in operating income.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
And Rogers wanted to stay. He wanted to stay, He
flew out there to meet.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
That doesn't mean they're going to be better Jonus, Like,
I know you can use that as as like you know,
a damn this way at the quarterback position, they would be.
They just wouldn't be a better team.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
I mean, at the end of the day, we could
say somebody is better at a position, and that's the
most important position to be better at. But it was
not going to make a difference. It's not like we
can live in that. But it's not going to like that.
They'll get another new quarterback. It'll be a quarterback that's
highly rated, will be sitting in these same positions we're

(18:40):
in right now, saying the same exact bs about what's
going on. It just doesn't It is a musical chairs deal.
It is a revolving door like it's not. It's not
going to be, Oh, this name is going to make
it better, like it's not.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Did you see the they had him for two years?

Speaker 5 (19:00):
See the London game like Rogers would have played, you know,
eighteen games like Rogers would.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
Have I'm just saying, you already got had names, You've
had high draft.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
Picks, and by the way, you don't all got names
on your roster. Now.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
I'll give a little bit of credit to David Tepper.
I haven't heard from him, like he's kind of stayed
out of the way for at least a year and
a half. And look at the Panthers, like they've they've
got a little bit of moment half a year. Like
I don't, I's in it this year. I think he
was from the.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
From Temper.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
Yah said he went to Carnegie Mellon. The business school
is named after him. But watch Carnegie Mellon. Yet he's
also punching a bunch of money into uh some of
their school I saw he just it's their business score
or something.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
But Carnegie Mellon, he's it's the Temper School of Business,
I believe. Nice.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Yeah, well, at least he's staying out of things. And
you saw the results. No drinks being thrown. We haven't
heard anything from Jerry Jones. It's been quiet for like
a week.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
You know he's open to you know, a potential what
big time deal with the trade deadline. Yeah, and he
did say that, So if you say that, you don't
really need to say much more.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
We're talking about oil, you know that glory whole just
a little bit. Yeah, I feel different about after Land man. Yeah,
I know you would have known that we're almost there, bro,
We're almost there.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
It is let's see, it is love.

Speaker 3 (20:44):
It tells you the twenty third or twenty second to
the twenty second of October November eleventh, I believe is
when it comes back something like that November eleventh, twelve.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
Something like, yeah, I do. It's a nice show.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
I like that show because that is one hundred percent
the embodiment of who I am, and Billy Bob Thornton, like,
that's me in my everyday life. That's me how I
respond to my wife, how I respond to my kids,
how I respond to my my I mean, I guess I.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
Have friends like your temperament.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
Yeah, yeah, the temperament, the response, the wittiness of his responses.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
I got some witty responses.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
I ain't going to say I'm like the smartest dude
in the world, but my wit is strong and so
I have some really good comebacks. But his comebacks are
pretty dope, man. Like that's what got me going, like,
oh yeah, this dude's like he's like a kite saying that.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
For a while.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
You and Billy Bob Thornton kind of have like similar
saying characteristic traits like you know, like personality traits. Yeah,
that's my inner me, Billy Bob, And that shows that's
my ener me. Man, get kicked my ladies here? Oh
is that a threat. No, lady, it's not got up

(22:07):
and kicked her chair from underneath her. That's a promise. Yet,
damn walk right on out. Smart as hell. Now he's
smart though he's sitting there lying to the cartel.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
You know.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
He he's maneuvering. It's about to get real, though, Q.
It's about to get real because the homie, he's out
of here, like the lead dude, the main dude. They're
going clear away for Demy. Demy Moore is gonna get active.
And I feel like there's some weird type of connection
between him and or her and Billy Bob. I don't

(22:45):
know what it is, but I feel like that like
there was some intimacy there.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
She's I could get wrong.

Speaker 3 (22:50):
Yeah, she's like the big Boss's wife, but it's like
his third wife in the mood in the show.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
Kimmy Miller, Billy Bob Thornton, seventy years old, seventy years old.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
And then the cheerleader from Varsity Blues. Varsity Blues, Yeah,
Varsity Blues is the mom.

Speaker 3 (23:10):
It's pretty. I mean, she she's aged well, very well. Yeah,
she's aged well, she's doing all right with herself. She's
she's actually.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
Ohough, Jonah doesn't remember that show. He didn't watch Varsiti
Blues the movie or the show. The movie. Yeah, the movie,
of course I did. Oh did you.

Speaker 3 (23:27):
Remember the one with the the whipped cream braw bikini?

Speaker 2 (23:32):
I remember?

Speaker 3 (23:33):
Yeah, she was chasing the starter. Yeah she wanted that
is That is the type of when people were like,
oh this Hollywood.

Speaker 5 (23:40):
Really influenced the young It's like, yes it does, because
that was like once that came out, that was every
high school boys dream, and that was like every every
chick like that was what they were like, Oh.

Speaker 2 (23:53):
Well, say what you want. I want a quarterback. I
did say it. Say it out loud, cue, say it
out loud. I did. I said. Every height chick was
like gonna do that.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
That was like her thing. No no, no, no, no no.
See you didn't give the details, the major detail that
you did not mention. Just like in the show when
the linebacker said he was going to get the girl,
what did the QB say to him?

Speaker 2 (24:19):
What the QB say to him?

Speaker 3 (24:20):
I watched the QB said to him, Yeah, that that's
the type of chick that talks to a quarterback, not
a linebacker, like sit this one out.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
Wow, And you know what, the linebacker dead, he sat
it out. Yeah, you know what you're gonna do.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
If you're, for some strange reason you're hanging out with
your QB, you know what you're gonna do.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
You're gonna let your QB shine. Yeah. Whatever whatever it
takes Bruh drifts off, you'll take.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
You know, just hold your They can't all have Brady Quinn,
they can't.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
All you gotta do is be humble, be patient.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
Hell yeah, that LB. That LB is going to matter
at some point, it's going to matter. And if it doesn't,
try try again. Like the little engine that could.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
Meet the meat wagons.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
Not in this head right now, but you still see
hangs out with q there's a reason. Okay, what does
it depends on?

Speaker 2 (25:18):
What is?

Speaker 5 (25:18):
It depends on your prostate? Yeah, yeah, well you gotta
make sure you're prostate. You gotta make sure you're prostate.
I got it check in, good health, good shape. Indeed,
you're gonna make sure you get it checked out. I'm
trying to remind people because DEPEND and the Prostate Cancer

That courtesy of the Warriors radio net work Steph Curry

Speaker 2 (29:09):
To be honest with you, but that is your tire

For over forty years, tire Rack's been helping customers find

Shipped fast and freeback by free Road, has a protection

Speaker 2 (29:23):
The way tire buying should be. All right. So, by
the way, how did everyone's picks go for draftkickings? All right?

Speaker 1 (29:30):
So we have for anybody that didn't hear the spot.
We basically picked points, rebounds assist for opening night. All right,
So we will start with Kevin Durant, which is my pick?

Speaker 2 (29:43):
That was your pick?

Speaker 1 (29:44):
Yeah, safe pick now. To be fair, I toggled the odds.
I wanted more plus money on Kevin Durant. Points, rebounds
assists combined for Kevin Durant, I had forty plus and
Kevin Durant had twenty three points, nine bounds, three assists,
So that's not going to do it.

Speaker 3 (30:03):
Yeah, knocks locks the son of a bitch man.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
He fouled out to.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
In double overtime and it went to double overtime win.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
Classic knocks miss Now.

Speaker 3 (30:17):
LeVar had SGA in that game, safer.

Speaker 2 (30:21):
Pick Now he had SGA at forty five.

Speaker 1 (30:24):
SGA had thirty five points nice, five rebounds and five assists.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
Whoa HiT's the number? So you push the push to
push sticks picks. I'll take the push, all right. When
was the final one?

Speaker 1 (30:40):
Jonas Luca was Brady's pick? Okay, Now, in fairness, that
would have been mine?

Speaker 2 (30:46):
Did it hit? But it was all in fairness, get
out of here, it would have been mine.

Speaker 1 (30:51):
Brady had Luca at fifty plus more than fifty points,
rebounds and assists, and Luca went off forty three points twelve.

Speaker 2 (31:01):
Gradually. When at least I pushed you for you make
me proud, so proud than I do it. I do
it for you right, you're QB girl too. Dang.

Speaker 3 (31:17):
All right, let's see if you get your mushy book back.
The thing is here now you won't get it back.
Now mushy book. Yeah, you don't see the Mushie book.
I don't want to be intrusive, so I'm not going
to touch it. I'm gonna just leave it where she
left it.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
You should see my notes. He's got a notepad.

Speaker 3 (31:35):
I mean, that could be one of those like Pandora
Boxes moments like I don't want to know. I'm okay
not knowing what I don't know about Lorena in her
book and her.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
Notes in there. But yeah, so it could be a
hit list, you know. Let me see. If your name
isn't here.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
I'll say this. It is noticeably different how much weight
he's lost. So whatever the Mavericks say and fat shaming
him after he left it worked.

Speaker 3 (32:03):
I mean they did it to the other kid too, right,
like all the fat boys lost weight.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
Yeah, they all lost weight.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
Zion's doing three sixty Tomahawk wind mills again. You know
that way to that that you get that weight up
off of you, man, Like that's it. That's figurative and literal,
like you get that all that weight off, you're gonna
be okay. That's why I'd be working to get that
weight off me every day. I struggle with it. This
is what it is. You know, I think you look great.

(32:31):
Thanks Man, appreciate it great, Thanks Bro, appreciate it. Back
at y'all. But I'm just saying, y'all are slim and thin,
and y'all y'all look good at me. I fight the
bulge all the time, and I'm not talking that bulge Jones,
you need a Lorena cute.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
But yeah, he does look great.

Speaker 6 (32:49):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
Unfortunately they lost, so but you didn't lose. Now, he
won and you pushed, so I was the only thing.

Speaker 2 (32:57):
I didn't lose. I just didn't win. I should have
bet on the Goon. Man. The goon delivers every time.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
That guy is a star, Shane Goon for the Rockets,
and guy's a stud. What do you have, like thirty?
Maybe next time, Jonas, Yeah, maybe I will next time.
Maybe you'll do it next time. Maybe I'll bet on
the Goon next time. That's that's the real star on
that team, right with Kevin Durant there. But Houston's gonna
make some noise. By the way, Fred van Vliet being
out is a problem, But Houston's a good team right now.

Speaker 5 (33:25):
Can I read a tweet someone sent in regards to
LeVar It's pretty funny, LeVar, you compared yourself.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
To Billy Bob on land Man.

Speaker 5 (33:35):
Yeah, and our buddy Wes, who's a listener that goes.
I think LeVar had land Man and Bad Santa mixed up.

Speaker 3 (33:42):
Oh no, I mean I'm not no, because Billy Bob
and Bad Santa he was like upset about life.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
I mean, I guess Billy Bob is upset about life
and land Man live.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
Yeah, he hated his life. I don't hate my life.
I just you know, my widdy, my wife and kids
get on my nerves. You off your f and meds.
I guess I could be Bad Santa though, I got
I'm not big on holidays.

Speaker 1 (34:16):
So yeah, it's possible that movie definitely cannot be made now. No, no, true, no, no,
no real sensitive. Yeah, well we're not sensitive, and we're
gonna keep keep taking swings at these DraftKings, points, rebounds
and assists throughout the course of the year.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
So that'll be a.

Speaker 1 (34:33):
Fun watch, fun follow here. I promise to respond and
perform better. I can promise you that I'm gonna win
the next one, all right, double overtime guy fouls out
and I get screwed in the end result because I
toggled with the odds. But you can do all that
on DraftKings and the show is sponsored by DraftKings sportsbook
and official sports betting partner of the NFL and NBA.
And right now, use the promo code two pros to

(34:55):
claim your special offer at DraftKings. Again, that's promo Code
two pros. At DraftKings, the crown is yours. All right,
So coming jobs, Jonas, we are going to have another

my meals because it makes everything taste better. Yeah, I
mean everything, my drink is colder. Everything is just really

(35:30):
really really good. And yes, Louisiana Hot hot sauce. They

bold handcraft Yeah, it's a bold hand crafted kick straight
out of Louisiana.

Speaker 2 (35:44):
You'll want to try something. Listen.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
It's peppery peppers, it's vinegar, it's salt our. Louisiana flavor
Masters they've been working on that special blend and doing
it perfectly for almost one hundred years. That's a long
time to be doing something at such a high level.
And listen, it turns every good meal into a great meal,
and every great meal into a party on your plate. Yep, wings, nachos, burgers,

(36:11):
doesn't matter. You hit it with that original Louisiana Hot
sauce after a Sunday win and suddenly it's unbeatable, like
a touchdown dance on your tongue. So listen, make sure
you do a victory formation for your taste butts and
use some original Louisiana Hot sauce. That's Louisiana Hot Bay.

is returning to the Eagles. It's not speculation no more.
He's out of retirement. They have agreed to terms with
the man Bring On season sixteen, says Philadelphia Twitter, Well

(38:33):
he got out.

Speaker 2 (38:34):
Of banged up? Is that what's happening? They're just that
banged up? Yeah, they're that banged up.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
Got a little taste of home life and was like, huh,
you know what time to go back time?

Speaker 2 (38:45):
What happened for ye?

Speaker 3 (38:48):
It's like Billy Bob and land Man. Hey listen, I
gotta get out here, and I got to drive around
all of.

Speaker 2 (38:53):
These different work sites. I get back.

Speaker 3 (38:55):
When I get back, don't tell me it's seven o'clock
when I might not be done until nine ten o'clock.

Speaker 2 (39:05):
That's the deal.

Speaker 3 (39:07):
And then you wonder why people go to work miserable,
Like you're miserable going to work, but you know what,
they're more miserable being.

Speaker 2 (39:14):
Out at all.

Speaker 3 (39:17):
So they rather be miserable I work. I rather, I'm
not saying me, I like being at home. Peron Ray Ray,
don't you sorry? I know where you're going? You sit
this one out.

Speaker 4 (39:29):
Co signing like hell azy.

Speaker 2 (39:33):
I damn right anyway, Yeah, Brandon Graham had to get
up out of there.

Speaker 3 (39:40):
Like the moral of the story is like man like
retired lie Sometimes they what you thought you got to
get to reno.

Speaker 2 (39:47):
Everybody you know had that, and then you can't use
anything else as an excuse.

Speaker 3 (39:52):
It's like any other job you get, you can't use
it as an excuse to be away from the house.
I got radio. Now stay your ass right you stay
your ass right here. Oh, oh my bad. Faul Pierce fired.
Paul Pierce was on Shannon Sharp's podcast. Oh my god.
He was saying, yay, it's a man.

Speaker 1 (40:11):
I was with my wife a long time and we
got divorced after I stopped playing because she realized, oh,
he's gonna be here all the time. And there was
a certain way they ran things, and I was like, hey,
he's like, you're not coming in here changing stuff. That's
the way it's been when you've been gone. He's like
it didn't work. It's like just just didn't have any

(40:31):
staying power. Oh he should have got up out of here.
You stay married. No, not get up out of the marriage.
You just get up out of there. Like she ain't
watch it. Are go take advantage? I wish I wasn't
one it at all.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
Say go pick up golf, do something cigars.

Speaker 3 (40:50):
So wait, wait, hold on, wait, you're telling me, you
like having three hours a day with me versus eighteen?

Speaker 10 (41:01):
Why did you tell me this sooner? We could have
been good all along? What you mean, Paul Pierce?

Speaker 2 (41:15):
You got y'all? Y'all got divorce because she.

Speaker 4 (41:19):
Wasn't used to you being home.

Speaker 3 (41:21):
Just say away, you got all that money, go go
flat somewhere.

Speaker 2 (41:29):
I'll see you next week. Patrick got uh, we got
us so.

Speaker 9 (41:36):
Tyler Lockett, who is previously was with the Tennessee Titans,
asked for his release just recently and was granted. He's
now a free agent and possibly potentially looking for a
new team and new home or maybe a former home.

Speaker 3 (41:50):
Who to say, I wonder if he'd go back to Seattle.
I don't feel like they parted on the worst of terms.
You know, he might have felt a little slighted then
they they didn't want to re up them or give
them more money or anything.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
Right, Yeah, and they By the way, Jackson Smith and
Jigba is a beast.

Speaker 2 (42:09):
He's really really good.

Speaker 1 (42:10):
And after DK Metcalf left and Tyler Lockett's gone, he's
taken over nicely. If you're Tyler Lockett, though, you got
to be looking around going Thank god, man, I get
to leave this absolute disaster and get to go play
for hopefully a competing team.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
I mean the Titans.

Speaker 3 (42:28):
I played with his dad, his father. Oh yeah, Kevin Lockett,
good dude, good good people, real good people.

Speaker 2 (42:36):
