I should say that fivey y stop now, yes, that
smell might.

Happen sometimes when the song comes on.

So LaVar Arrington is not with us. If you missed
the conversation earlier in the show, he was sprayed by
a skunk. Yeah, like legitimately sprayed by a skunk, him

(01:48):
and his dog and so you know, I don't know
if they're all lathered up in like some ragou and
they're just trying to fight through whatever they got going on.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
But we just went through what he needs to do.

Speaker 6 (02:05):
He's got to buy a huge industrial size portion of
hydrogen peroxide and he has to have paid themselves in it.

Speaker 7 (02:12):
Does Clemato count lee as like a tomato solution.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
No, it does not.

Speaker 8 (02:17):
Yeah, it's got to be tomato juice specifically, and then yeah,
clemato doesn't work. But just to be clear, that's a
that's an urban myth to begin with, and the tomato
doesn't do it? Okay, I learned the hard way by
doing that. Looks like you killed your dog in your
tub too.

Speaker 6 (02:33):
Can can we go back to how you learn the
hard way? So let's just go back through the scenario.
Your dog got what's sprayed by a skunk.

Speaker 8 (02:40):
It was my buddy's dog, but it was we were
at the age where you know, you did like sleepovers
or hung out for the night kind of thing.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
So yeah, it was there with the dog. We were
out with the.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Dog that night.

Speaker 6 (02:49):
And then it gets spread and you go get how
much tomato juice?

Speaker 8 (02:54):
I think there was a good amount, Like I don't.
I can't remember if we necessarily went to the store
or if he was just kind of family that had
a bunch of cans in the pantry, but we like,
we just emptied it all out.

Speaker 7 (03:05):
That's such a lie. It was left over from Bloody
Mary's that you were making.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Dude.

Speaker 7 (03:10):
I was like, I was probably like lifteen years old
to use bloody Marry mix to try and clean his dog.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
So we got I would have. I mean, yeah, I
would have. Probably can't hurt I suddenly want to drink
you like squeezing a lime on him, talk about hair
of the dog.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
Literally got a whole of bat.

Speaker 6 (03:36):
Here, and so it looked like you murdered your dog.
And then afterwards, at what point did you realize this
is a myth that does this does not work.

Speaker 8 (03:46):
Uh, you know, you kind of like hold out hope
that it will eventually go away. You just kind of
add another smell to the dog, like the skunks is there,
the wet dog is there, and now for some reason
tomato is also involved. So it just adds another layer
of stink.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
And how long did it take the smell to go away?

Speaker 8 (04:06):
Well, thankfully I didn't have to, you know, stay there forever.
But from I definitely know it was a few days.
And I know it could last, depending on how hard
you're hit, possibly a week to two or three weeks.

Speaker 7 (04:20):
So it's that's it sounds miserable. We did have some
people who tweet it in with some recommendations or at
least offering to help.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
Well somewhat.

Speaker 7 (04:31):
Guy writes in and says, my German shepherd got sprayed
by a skunk. I only had V eight juice, which
is mostly tomato juice, used it on the dog and
it took ninety percent of the smell away. I mean
the other ten percent I can't speak for, but at
least ninety percent of the smell is gone just on
V eight, so maybe it does work.

Speaker 8 (04:49):
I would take V eight over Klemato Juice if they
were if you're gonna ask Comonto juice too water down?

Speaker 5 (04:54):
Yeah, okay.

Speaker 7 (04:56):
And then Danny writes in and said, there's an easy
tomato based remedy, remade and easy to get. I share
the name of the product, but f LeVar and Penn.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
State who said that what was that guy's name?

Speaker 5 (05:09):
Danny?

Speaker 4 (05:11):
Well done, Danny, that is that's amazing.

Speaker 7 (05:19):
So I mean, listen, I would love to help you
and your dog out, but f you and Penn State.
So yeah, VARs LeVar is fighting through all that here
on the show. By the way, Lee did fess up
to something Brady that's probably gonna piss you off during
a break.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
Wait, hold on, is this about yesterday if they got
in or not.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
No, that's a different story.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
But okay, okay, sorry, go ahead, go ahead, We'll save that.

Speaker 7 (05:49):
So what is a when you are flying and you've
mentioned it earlier in the show that you saw somebody
do something and then you've seen them do this while
trying to get to the front of the line and
on Southwest, Like, what is something that people milk in
order to get preferential treatment?

Speaker 5 (06:09):
Oh jeez, I.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
Mean, I don't know what they'd milk.

Speaker 6 (06:13):
I just know they sometimes they pull up in a
wheelchair and they magically were able to walk pctly fine
as they bore the plane.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
All right, Lee, take it away.

Speaker 8 (06:23):
Uh yeah this, Uh, I might have a little bit
of experience with this. Back in the day, I had
a girlfriend who had broken her foot and then but
we had plans to go to Washington, d C. Me her,
my parents. We were we had a trip going. Uh,
but her foot hadn't quite completely healed. Like she was
walking around fine, but we figured, hey, Washington, d C.

(06:44):
You're gonna be walking a lot. So we ended up
getting ourselves a wheelchair and helped us get front of
the line pretty much.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
Anywhere we wanted to go into the museums and whatnot.

Speaker 8 (06:53):
But you know, my girlfriend, being who she was at
the time, she would just get up and walk, like
you know, she was tired of sitting all the time.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
She'd just get up and walk around.

Speaker 8 (07:01):
And I yell at my mom be like, hey, mom,
come sit in the chair. So they basically be swapping
back and forth so that it looked like we always
had somebody in a wheelchair.

Speaker 7 (07:10):
It's literally what we've talked about, like people using that
to get advantages.

Speaker 4 (07:17):
A Lee, can I just say this, you are a scumbag.
I spec you know that for all the people who act.

Speaker 6 (07:27):
You were the master amount of the Planet's why you
had your mom comes sitting You're even worse for it.

Speaker 8 (07:32):
Yeah, all the photos from that, uh, from that, somebody's
in a wheelchair, somebody different, just.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
Like just stress.

Speaker 6 (07:45):
Can't walk away, every cut up shirt and laptop thrown
in the pool.

Speaker 5 (07:50):
I was a nice boyfriend.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
What are you talking about? I don't deserve that. But
here's the thing.

Speaker 4 (07:54):
Serve it now, weserve it now.

Speaker 7 (07:55):
We've talked about this for the past well over a
year because it's been pet peeve and just people using
that to try and get special treatment and special access
to a vents or on flights or whatever. Right there,
like right there, Lee just shoved his ex girlfriend off
a wheelchair and she just fell onto Brady's microphone and

(08:18):
that that caused the issue at the connection a wheelchair
she should have never been in.

Speaker 8 (08:23):
You know, I felt bad about the wheelchair, like getting
front of the line, like ahead of lines, but I
didn't feel bad about relieving her foot fracture. I mean
that was and it was it was nice because you
was a long walk. And same thing with my with
my mom, Like I didn't want her walking around the mall,
the Washington DC mall all day.

Speaker 7 (08:43):
Well look, hey, it is uh, you know, it is
a you know, theme park season for a lot of
people out there, so I'm sure they're cutting corners left
and right.

Speaker 5 (08:52):
It is two pros and a cup of Joe.

Speaker 7 (08:54):
Here on Fox Sports Radio, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with
here no LeVar Arrington working through a skunk spray and
hopefully he will lather up his dog and be ready
to go and ready on the show tomorrow. All right,
So we are going to get to something in the
NFL involving a team that all of a sudden, all
of a sudden, is in the news.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
They're in the headlines.

Speaker 7 (09:14):
It's a huge offseason and they have made some decisions
going into this offseason, and we're going to do that
next here from Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 9 (09:22):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington, and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern, three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 7 (09:37):
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe, Fox Sports Radio,
Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you here. Coming up and
we'll call it a little over twenty minutes from now
here from the tire rack dot Com studios. Listen, all
of a sudden, somebody's had a change of heart in
the NFL, a little bit of a change of heart.
They plan on possibly sticking around. Now, we'll get into
that for you again. Coming up here a little over
twenty minutes from now, we are going to get into

(10:00):
the discussion about a team that I'll be honest with you,
I'm already getting sick of talking.

Speaker 5 (10:05):
About this offseason.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
Really.

Speaker 5 (10:07):
Yeah, they're just kind they're kind of pissing me off.

Speaker 7 (10:11):
The damn Cincinnati Bengals really frustrating.

Speaker 5 (10:14):
It's really frustrated.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Why is that frustrated team?

Speaker 6 (10:16):
I mean, they've got Joe Burrow, They're a team that well,
I guess it's been a couple of years since made
the playoffs.

Speaker 7 (10:21):
Right, Yeah, they've missed the playoffs two straight years. They're
a team that is built on potential, and it just
seems like every year there's something.

Speaker 5 (10:30):
That goes sideways.

Speaker 7 (10:31):
Now they're in an offseason where they've got to figure
out Jamar Chase. They just tagged t Higgins again, You've
got Hendrickson, who they're trying to lock up long term.
It's like everybody knows what they should be doing and
what they need to do, because if they're good, it
makes the AFC a completely different conversation. Like that's a
team that you could compete with the Kansas City Chiefs team.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
They've already done it. They've already beaten him before.

Speaker 7 (10:56):
And yet it's always something And now it's all right,
they tagged Higgins and now we just wait and see
what's going to happen with Jamar Chase and Hendrickson. Somehow,
some way, they got to figure out to keep everybody
together and try and capitalize while they still can, so
that Pete Prisco can have something in his back pocket
that he can pull out and say, I told you
Joe Burrow was going to win a super Bowl, Like

(11:17):
that's the.

Speaker 5 (11:18):
That's the goal.

Speaker 10 (11:18):
Here.

Speaker 6 (11:19):
That's that's really all this is about, and it's trying
to get Pete Prisco to own ups.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
I mean, he's got a one point pick.

Speaker 6 (11:26):
The Bengals to win a Super Bowl, even though he
made that grand proclamation, but yet he's never actually picked them.
So did he actually mean it when he said it
or did he just say it because it sounded good
and he knew would get clicks.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
I mean, that's that's.

Speaker 6 (11:39):
Really what it comes down to. It's more like Click
Prisco instead of Pete Priss.

Speaker 5 (11:43):
Is he one of those guys? Is he real?

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Click he is?

Speaker 5 (11:46):
Is he one of those.

Speaker 6 (11:47):
Oh he's very clicke, but he tries to not act
like he is.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
You know, he's just a guy talking Bowl.

Speaker 6 (11:55):
It's interesting you bring up the Bengals and you said
and what they're just built on potential. They're so far
removed from where they were. I feel like when they
won a Super Bowl, even though you'd make the case that, oh,
there's still some of the same pieces there, but they
just don't have the same feeling about them.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
And it's not like I mean.

Speaker 6 (12:14):
Look, Baltimore and Pittsburgh are always going to be at
top of the AFC North and at least competing for it.
But it makes you feel like the Bengals aren't that
far off, But it also feels like they're not really
close to where the Kansas City Chiefs are. I mean,
that's ultimately, like I guess we'd say who they were
competing with a few years back, we said, like, well,

(12:35):
that's the Patrick Mahomes, that Andy Reid Kansas City chief Slayer,
Like that's the team that gives them the issue, the
most issues and all that. Now we'd say it's probably
still Buffalo and the way they've been able to kind
of build back even through the stef On dig straight
and where they got, you know, back to this year.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
But the franchise tag on T.

Speaker 6 (12:55):
Higgins I think was smart because it affords them the
opportunity to do this.

Speaker 2 (12:59):
They're gonna and Jamar Chase.

Speaker 6 (13:00):
We know that that's the one player they can't afford
to lose.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
With Higgins on the franchise.

Speaker 6 (13:06):
Tag, they've got a couple of options, and there is
the potential they can get a long term deal done.
It seems rather unlikely because unless he's willing to take
a discount, you know, you've got the potential. I'm sure
his agents telling him this, this is a draft where
there are concerns about how many And this is not
me saying this, this is what.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
I've been told from guys I've talked.

Speaker 6 (13:27):
To that are in the NFL community in regards to
like front office types, and they have said that there's
not a lot of guys they feel like are bona fide,
surefire number ones.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
You know, no one's jumping off the page to them
like a Malik Neighbors.

Speaker 6 (13:43):
Even though I think a Mecca of Buka is like
a day one starter right away in the NFL, can
he be a number one?

Speaker 2 (13:49):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
But there's a number of receivers that I look at
and say, like, I think they're day one starters.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
There's not many though the teams view.

Speaker 6 (13:59):
That they feel like are gonna come in and eventually
evolve into that guy. And so if that's the case,
you've got a player in t Higgins who I think
looks to be maybe one of the best options. And
just because there's a franchise tag, it doesn't mean they
can't do a sign and trade and they can figure
this out with whatever team would be trading for him
under the tag. So there's still the potential that he

(14:20):
cashes in a long term deal, probably not with the Bengals,
but probably with someone else I think, or if he
plays for the Bengals this year, he would probably be
under the franchise tag. I just I have a hard
time believe they're going to be able to get all
this done. And if they do, then that if they
signed T Higgins and Jamar Chase to long term deal,
then Hendrickson's out. I just I can't see this organization

(14:45):
being able to get all three of these guys signed
to long term deals.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
It just it seems like it's not possible.

Speaker 7 (14:50):
So you basically have to hope that T Higgins is
okay playing on the tag again to try and make
the other two guys happy, because Jamar Chase is no
doubt they're going to try and get something done.

Speaker 5 (15:00):
Duke Tobin spoke about that.

Speaker 7 (15:02):
Last week, like yeah, you know, he's you know, we're
going to get it done, Like we're already having conversations.
Hendrickson's the other one. I would assume try and get
that one locked up as well too, And then you
just hope that t Higgins doesn't, you know, doesn't you know,
get upset or cause me issues and just accepts the
fact that he's going to play on the tag for

(15:22):
a second straight year.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
And that's the tough part for the Bengals.

Speaker 6 (15:28):
Yeah, you know, but but maybe again, maybe there's the
potential that they get something significant back in draft capital
in return for a team that's.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
Willing to sign T. Higgins to long term deal.

Speaker 6 (15:38):
That's that either doesn't have the money to do so,
or they don't want to, you know, that they don't
don't want to play out that snare, So they might
be willing to say, you know, let's go ahead and
trade T Higgins, you know, or do this kind of
sign and dre this longer term deal with with T
Higgins and bring in you know, you know, some draft
capital that can maybe we can build back from, because

(15:59):
that's the one thing you can you're gonna look at
and says a lot of these guys in the roster Insincinati,
they've been hits. They've done a good job of drafting
players developing players. That is one of the advantages I
think of having a coaching staff that's heavily involved in
the evaluation of the players they're drafting. You know, these
guys who are you're they're talking to or are gonna
be the same guys coaching him. Oftentimes with the Bengals

(16:21):
as opposed to a lot of organizations where you go
through the combine and you're talking to a lot of
scouts and you're hoping the scouts have the best interests
of the coaching staff and.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
The scheme that they're going to be entering into in mind.

Speaker 6 (16:32):
And sometimes those two things don't always jail, they don't
always coincide. Sometimes you get a scouted falls in love
with the guy, and meanwhile the offensive line coach or
the DB's coach like, I don't think he can play
within our scheme, Like I don't he doesn't know the
technique and fundamentals that we need him to know.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
He's a heck of player. Look out what we tested.
Look look always this tape. It's like, well, that's great,
but he's not gonna be able to do what we're
gonna ask him to do.

Speaker 6 (16:55):
So there are those battles that go on, and I think,
you know, when you've got to all their group who
is evaluating the talent of the prospects, they're able to
negate some of that because they're working hand in hand
with the people who are making those decisions when they're
drafting those guys or signing those guys all.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
So there is that element of it.

Speaker 7 (17:13):
Let me ask you this, and we're just throwing out
different possibilities, especially when it comes to t Higgins. So
what if they do what you're saying is, you know,
potentially a possibility here. They tag him, they can't get
a long term deal done, but somebody offers up, you know,
the ability to acquire him and give him the money

(17:35):
he wants. They do a sign and trade, they move
off from him. How does that land with Joe Burrow,
who's been very public about not just we need to
keep Jamar Chase, No, we need to keep all these guys.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
We need to keep Tea, we need to keep Hendrickson.

Speaker 6 (17:51):
You're gonna say that regardless if you're a quarterback and
you're in that situation, you're the franchise guy. You're saying
that no matter what, even if you don't know if
it's realistic, and even if you talk to Tea and
you might have an idea of what he's asking for
and you're thinking in your head like this isn't a
realistic They're not gonna be able to do this.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
So I think it then comes down to what do
they do in the draft.

Speaker 6 (18:10):
Like I think there's probably a sense that Joe Burrow
knows they're willing to kind of bring in guys and
maybe even a free agency and sign guys that he
wants to play with or he feels like fits into
the scheme of what they're looking at doing.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
So I don't know that he's.

Speaker 6 (18:24):
The type to have like a reaction where he's going
to go off on some social media tie raid or
make some comment about it.

Speaker 9 (18:31):
You know.

Speaker 6 (18:31):
I think there's a chance that he's gonna wait and
see if that scenario played out, what they do in
free agency, and then what they do in the draft,
and if they bring in and look, maybe they're consulting
him too with what he's saying.

Speaker 2 (18:42):
You know, again, when.

Speaker 6 (18:43):
You're a paid man and you're to that point, you're
gonna be watching college taatements and his receivers or they
might come to you and say, hey, we want you
to watch like these five guys. Tell us what you think,
and that's how that will work oftentimes. So he's gonna
be giving his input on it. And now if they
don't give the direction with what he's recommended, that could

(19:03):
be a problem, but you know, and look, there's some
organizations that won't want to do that because they don't
want to empower a player or an employee to that extent,
even though it makes a ton of sense because they're
gonna be working hand in hand together.

Speaker 7 (19:18):
I just, you know, I'm hoping if the Bengals can
figure this out, because I think the AFC is better,
and I think the NFL is better if they're a
legitimate contender. And they're more legitimate contender with t Higgins
there and with Hendrickson and Jamar Chase and all those guys.
I just I think it makes it that much more compelling.
I just it seems like there's always something. It seems

(19:42):
like there's a Joe Burrow injury or his place gets robbed,
or somebody's not getting paid, or there's a trade or
somebody had a bad batch of Skyline chili and next
thing you know, they're all pissy by a scoll.

Speaker 4 (19:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (19:55):
Like it it feels like something always happens, you know,
Like and look, there somebody on this show who apparently
has to fill us in on the conclusion of the
speculation and the picks that we all made yesterday as
to whether or not he was actually going to be
able to get back into his own place. So, Lee,

(20:17):
I think we were all skeptical, skeptical yesterday that you
were going to be able to get the squatters out
of your place. What is the update?

Speaker 8 (20:26):
Yeah, well, good news, kind of bad news, but good news.
Good news is I'm back in the place it all happened.
I'm very happy. Had a good night's sleep, kind of well,
I got I got home. I took a little bit
of a you know, post show power nap, but I
woke up to some very frantic texts that rose rose some.

Speaker 3 (20:49):
Worries.

Speaker 8 (20:50):
Those being alerts from website saying that our place had
been booked again from March fifteenth to April fifteenth, even
though we thought we had taken everything off of all
the sites.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
But I guess that would that would be a classically
to mess that up.

Speaker 7 (21:05):
Yeah, well, by the way, you matched, in the morning
at the fifteenth there's a knock on the door, and
people got all their luggage and he's like, hey.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
Buddy, hey buddy, Hey buddy, hey buddy.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Uh I want a bloody Mary.

Speaker 8 (21:15):
Yeah, well, I kind of vat in the I got
a vat in the bathroom. Yeah, still haven't quite figured
that out.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
We're pretty confident that we're gonna be able to mix that.

Speaker 8 (21:29):
Uh, it wasn't it wasn't my responsibility to take it
off the websites.

Speaker 3 (21:33):
I guess we were on more than I had thought. Uh,
and that the thought was.

Speaker 6 (21:37):
That together, there's a there's a potential chance in eleven
days you're gonna.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Have to move out again.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
I I'm confident that will not be the case.

Speaker 8 (21:49):
But as of right now, it is booked on a
site from the to the fifteenth. But we've we've responded
and said, no, this place is not is off the
market as of right now being renovated.

Speaker 7 (22:01):
But what if they offer up more than what your
month mortgage would be and you can make a little
bit of coin on this, Hey, because you basically lost
money this last time.

Speaker 8 (22:12):
Uh we did because we had to do a little
bit of investing like we would we wouldn't lose as
much next time. But yeah, Hey, like they say, anything's negotiable,
there's a price.

Speaker 6 (22:24):
You're explained for people who aren't aware of the situation.

Speaker 10 (22:29):
Somehow, someway you put your place up for rent, Yet
somehow there's rent controls so you can't actually rent your
place out so you can profit off of it, which
is like you heard of, but go ahead.

Speaker 8 (22:42):
Well yeah, depending on this is California law, depending on
what site you're using, you can't be over a certain
threshold of what.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
The market price dictates.

Speaker 8 (22:50):
So yeah, and plus you know, with our mortgage it's
it's high up front, so we would be kind of
taking a lot.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
Are only paying for our mortgage, not our hoa.

Speaker 8 (23:02):
Depending on the site you're using, it's kind of a
shame that it's it's that way, like you should basically
be able to negotiate it.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
It seems like it's overregulated and that makes a zero sex. Yeah,
because I was willing to pay you that to stay
in your place.

Speaker 6 (23:15):
They should You should be able to make that money
and they should be able to pay to stay if
that's how must have waned to spend.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
Yeah, I totally agree.

Speaker 8 (23:21):
I was looking on one website yesterday and it's a
it's at one point five million dollars for a condo
for rent, and I was like, what do we what
are we talking about? How do you even listen to that?
But yeah, we had gotten a ceased assist and we
and we we complied, Uh, so we should be here.

Speaker 9 (23:38):
You know.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
It was actually from like the state of California.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
Yeah, who sent you to cease and yeah, state of California?

Speaker 2 (23:43):
What was it? The vetters and they sent you a
fake letter. Yeah, it completely schooled you on this. That's amazing.

Speaker 8 (23:52):
So when we when we saw that it was rented
out via a different site than it was originally rented out,
and it was a different profile, we thought maybe the
persons who were staying there had created a new profile
on a different site and rented it out again, because
they were originally trying to stay there longer, saying that
they had bought a place but it wasn't ready for
another week or two, and that they they have kids

(24:13):
and they weren't ready to move yet.

Speaker 3 (24:15):
But so I was. I was totally.

Speaker 8 (24:17):
Ready to have a really awkward conversation and show up
yesterday to a bunch of people who were like, oh what,
we didn't understand that we're staying longer and having to
kick them out. But actually the place was very clean. Uh,
not only one or two things were broken.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
I think it was pretty pretty successful by the.

Speaker 7 (24:36):
Way, how about the fact that California has got wildfire damage,
earthquakes left and right, a massive homeless population that they
can't figure out what to do with crime everywhere. But
they said, hold on, everybody, We've got to get the
least cease and desist.

Speaker 5 (24:53):
Everybody.

Speaker 3 (24:54):
He's charging He charged one hundred dollars over.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
Over what the market control run.

Speaker 7 (25:01):
What do you mean we're wonder man, get on garden
hose and figure it out. Now, we got to get
the least season desist first. I mean, come on, man, I.

Speaker 6 (25:10):
Feel like I can't say what I really want to
say because there's so many people out there who like
defend California in various ways, and like this is one
that like, it's just it's not even worth it dying
on that head. I'm more curious. Do you walk through
there with a black light just to see if any
action went.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Off and you were gone?

Speaker 8 (25:26):
Oh, thank goodness, I'm not worried about that. It was
a well oh, now that you make me think about it, Well,
it was a single mom with a two ten year
olds and a sixteen year old, so I'm sure there's
something somewhere, but oh god, but uh, I think I.

Speaker 3 (25:42):
Think it's better than you know. I don't think anyone was.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
To ask the question is a sixteen year old was
a boy or girl?

Speaker 5 (25:48):
Boy?

Speaker 4 (25:49):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (25:49):
Boy?

Speaker 4 (25:49):
He was?

Speaker 3 (25:50):
Uh, he was in the kitchen quarters.

Speaker 5 (25:52):
You may leave better get you better get a new
clothes hamper.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
Oh see, I wasn't even worried about that. Now you
gotta be thinking about it like.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
You're thinking about yourself as a sixteen year old.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
So, but I feel good about my own bedroom.

Speaker 7 (26:14):
So you are optimistic though, that that there is not
going to be a knock on the door of the
morning of the fifteenth and you're gonna have to get
out of there again.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
Yeah, give me another day or two.

Speaker 8 (26:23):
I'm still I was unsure until I woke up this
morning that we wouldn't get a knock, Like I was
expecting a knock at the at the door any time
of the night, being like, hey, we couldn't find a place.

Speaker 3 (26:32):
Can we crash here for the night?

Speaker 2 (26:35):
You're worried about them interrupting your sleep?

Speaker 6 (26:37):
Right, yeah, my man, sleep is essential for you know,
your busy life, my busy life everyone, and I trust
Mattress Firm to find my perfect bed from a selection
of quality mattresses at every price.

Speaker 2 (26:49):
I've done it. I've been there. My man Jonathan hooked
me up.

Speaker 6 (26:52):
You go through the whole process and let you test
out the different mattresses and how they feel. So get
the mattress firm and take advantage of their presence day
on sleeping night or sharch applies.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
He matched from dot com or store for details.

Speaker 7 (27:04):
I might need a new mattress, might do that didn't
go to mattress spot.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
Yeah, there's a good chance that the one got worn out.

Speaker 7 (27:14):
Like he takes the sheet off and he's like, oh,
is he using this as a putting green?

Speaker 5 (27:22):
Going on here?

Speaker 10 (27:24):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (27:24):
It is a two pros and a cup of joe.

Speaker 7 (27:26):
Here. On Fox Sports Radio, Brady Quinn Jonas knocks with you.
So so yeah, that's the update here. Throughout the course
of the show thus far, lot going on. H Lee
Lee evicted the squatters, but you know, potentially they might
be back. LeVar got sprayed with the skunk and uh.
And we've got all sorts of NFL news and notes
that we are going to get to, including how somebody

(27:48):
in the National Football League is apparently all of a
sudden had a change of heart. It's weird how this happens.
Somebody leaves and now all of a sudden, somebody is
interested in staying.

Speaker 5 (28:00):
We'll get into that for you next Here on FSR.

Speaker 9 (28:03):

Just to follow up on that, Yeah, so she's not
the one who's the prostitute?

Speaker 2 (28:38):
Is that what you're saying?

Speaker 8 (28:39):
That would be a Nora Mike was the was the
stripper slash prostitute? That was a different, different movie.

Speaker 2 (28:49):
Okay, this one is about a.

Speaker 3 (28:50):
Drug lord getting a sex change. I did a cartel
boss again.

Speaker 5 (28:57):
Brady was real high on it.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
Why did know and correct me?

Speaker 6 (29:00):
And when we initially started talking about the prostitution and
the hooker part, because Lee made that a big deal yesterday.

Speaker 7 (29:08):
I just assumed because the Rave review you gave it
after you saw it, I just assumed that you were
up to speed.

Speaker 6 (29:12):
I've not seen any movie outside of a kids movie,
and god, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (29:17):
How long it's I thought you did.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
I should see you this is Why do you think
it's funny when you do this?

Speaker 6 (29:24):
I know I've got a ton of kids, and I
don't watch anything outside of kids.

Speaker 5 (29:28):
You know, there's no listen.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
I that's funny, Like it's like, you know, my life is.
I watched The Wild Robot yesterday, like that was what kids?

Speaker 5 (29:38):
That's a great movie. Great movie.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
There you go. Yeah, that's what I watched.

Speaker 6 (29:41):
That's that's all I have in my arsenal At this
point time of my life. I don't see any adult
stuff at all. The only show I've actually watched was Severance,
which is a weird show, but I think I kind
of like it.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
I'm not sure how far are you up to date
on it.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
I think I've been like season two at this point.

Speaker 5 (29:59):
So yeah, there're you good for now?

Speaker 7 (30:02):
Coming up at the top of next hour a little
over ten minutes from now here from the Tiraq dot
Com Studios there's a division that will be part of
the conversation. We've got two teams that'll be featured, one
of which is feeling pretty good about things because they
were able to get their guy. The other apparently is
willing to just move on from anybody. So we'll get
into that conversation with you here again a little over

(30:23):
ten minutes from now here on FSR. Now, a quick
update on the New York Jets. So DeVante Adams. Apparently
the plan is if they cannot find a trade partner,
the Jets are planning to release DeVante Adams.

Speaker 5 (30:38):
That is, that is where they stand.

Speaker 7 (30:41):
The spoiler alert for everybody involved. They will not find
a trade partner and they will release him. So he'll
be looking for his next team to sign with.

Speaker 5 (30:49):
And then why do.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
You think that though, Why do you think they'll be
able to find a trade.

Speaker 5 (30:53):
Partner Cause it's the Jets.

Speaker 6 (30:55):
Well, again, I go back to being in lack of
what is or I guess a perception that there's not
many number one immediate wide receivers in this draft, which
which looks When I hear that, I always like kind
of push back, like they're a rookie. It's gonna take
them a while to become that or at least maybe

(31:16):
a season.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
You know, you can't always bank on that, but that's
the thought.

Speaker 6 (31:20):
So if that is, you know, if you're looking at
if you're if you're a team looking for a number
one wide receiver, like for example, I would say the
Las Vegas Raiders might find themselves, you know, as they're
reunion back there that you know, depending on who's gonna
throw them the football. Again, there's just a lot of
places that you could say, hey, they could use a
guy like that.

Speaker 2 (31:39):
Now, the ironic thing is the Raiders.

Speaker 6 (31:42):
You might want to say the Green Bay Packers, two
teams that he's already been to would be some of
those teams. So you're right, maybe those teams will be
one to trade for them. But there's definitely destinations that
I think are in need of.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
The Devanta Adams.

Speaker 7 (31:54):
Well, the good news is DeVante Adams maybe gone. Garrett
Wilson apparently he's open to the idea of sticking around
long term, this despite the fact that he was not
happy with how last season ended and maybe the situation
that was there last season. So I'm just wondering, what
do you think has changed, Like why all of a sudden,
would you want to stick around long term when potentially

(32:16):
he wanted out last year. I'm just curious, did anybody
happen to leave the organization? Was there any issue with
somebody that was there that the team moved on from that,
you know, lead you to believe that maybe he wasn't thrilled.
Maybe I was gonna say, Joe Douglas, I don't think
it was that. I just, for whatever reason, I feel

(32:38):
like Garrett Wilson was not maybe a big fan of
the setup and how things were in place.

Speaker 5 (32:43):
With our good buddy Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 7 (32:46):
It felt like there was those two couldn't really totally
get on the same page, and he seemed openly frustrated
several times.

Speaker 5 (32:53):
So well, now that Rogers from.

Speaker 6 (32:57):
Garrett Wilson's standpoint, think about it this, you're there, You're
the number one guy. I mean, do you recall remember
Belichick when he would come on to the Manning Show,
they'd have the Jets on and he'd be.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
Like, throw up to Wilson, throw it to Wilson.

Speaker 6 (33:10):
It became like a viral clip where they just he
kept talking about Wilson.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
It was like Garret Wilson over and over and over again.

Speaker 6 (33:16):
And that's one of the greatest defensive minds, maybe the
greatest the NFL's ever seen. And yet you're getting a
New York Jets team that when they brought in Rogers,
he's like, hey.

Speaker 2 (33:26):
I want to bring in DeVonta Adams. They're like, yeah, okay,
instead of trying to make things work more with Garrett Wilson.

Speaker 6 (33:31):
So is there not a thought that maybe he felt
disrespected a little bit by Rogers coming in and then
bringing in de Vonta Adams when meanwhile he's got a
guy who's highly coveted.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
He was viewed as that when he was drafted. I
think he still has all those trades and abilities to
be that too.

Speaker 7 (33:49):
I mean, it makes sense, but I also I wonder
if he part of the discussion here should also be
all right, so, yeah, we're moving on from Aaron.

Speaker 5 (33:57):
What is our plan? Because I still don't get it.

Speaker 7 (34:00):
Like I don't know, Like the only quarterback news I've
seen from the Jets this offseason is We've got to
get rid of Aaron Rodgers. And he begged for us
to stay, but we decided to move on.

Speaker 5 (34:10):
Oh and by the way, Jordan.

Speaker 7 (34:11):
Travis's agent says the Jets mismanaged his rehab.

Speaker 5 (34:14):
That's what I've seen from the Jets.

Speaker 7 (34:16):
I have literally no idea what the plan is, like
Tyrod Taylor is still there. I just like it fascinates
me to see how, oh we got rid of the problem.
Now we're ready to go, and I haven't heard one
legitimate solution. And we kicked around Sam Donald and talked
about that earlier. Sam Donald's not going back to the Jets.

(34:36):
Why would he go back to the Jets? He was
already there.

Speaker 5 (34:39):
He knows the k It's like.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
Here, Wilson was not a long term deal for money.

Speaker 6 (34:44):
I mean, I can throw hi enough money at a player,
they might be like, well that I'm a little happier
now staying here.

Speaker 7 (34:48):
So would you have gone back to the Browns if
they threw enough money at you.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
I would have got money.

Speaker 6 (34:55):
I would have gone back to the Browns in general,
because I never wanted to leave in the first place.

Speaker 2 (34:59):
That was Eric Manchiney. He decided to trade me. You know,
there was there was no you know for me.

Speaker 6 (35:03):
It was like I wanted to finish what when I
got drafted there and try to kind of be a
part of a team that's trying to build back.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
I didn't want to leave, so I wasn't given a choice.
I was giving a phone call, which.

Speaker 6 (35:16):
I thought was honestly a prank call because I was
getting ready to go up for the off season, and
I remember them being with my wife and.

Speaker 2 (35:23):
Being like, I think I just got traded.

Speaker 6 (35:26):
I hadn't heard from my agent yet, and so then
next thing I know, I hear from Josh McDaniels, who's
like telling me like, hey, it's Josh McDaniels are trading
for you.

Speaker 2 (35:35):
We're gonna try to get you out of here tomorrow.
I'm like, my entire car is packed up.

Speaker 6 (35:39):
I've got my dog with me, like literally driving back
up to Cleveland, right where I lived. So it was
it was an odd set of circumstances, but yeah, I
didn't want to leave, you know that was that was
more of Eric Man Jeni's doing.

Speaker 5 (35:53):
Yeah, I what a wild ride. It is two pros
and a cup of Joe.

Speaker 7 (35:57):
Here on Fox Sports Radio, Brady Quinn jonas Naxi the
here live from the tairaq dot Com studios. So coming
up next here we are going to finish up with
our three of the program, and we start off with
one division, we've got two teams, and we've got two
completely different plans, yet both are considered Super Bowl contenders.
