Game ankle look crazy that that looked like legitimate injury.
Did you think somebody blew that thing up like a balloon? Geez?
Speaker 3 (01:12):
Yeah, it was uh, you know that actual when he
got me Mickey when when he was writhing in pain,
I thought, Okay, here we go. It's more soccer players
doing this craftuff.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
And then you took it, took that sock off.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
Oh yeah, yeah, it was pretty pretty nasty that.
Speaker 4 (01:30):
I want to know what that cold spread is, man,
I need that for my kids. I spread on everything.
Yeah yeah, but like they just pop it back up
and start playing again, and that thing could be like
broken or tore like a ligament. My kids will get
hurt playing on ound. I'm like, you do not need
to cry this hard like I just watched you fall.
It's not that exactly like I need to. I need
to find.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
Something to like spread it all right, you're all good now?
Speaker 5 (01:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:51):
How to create like a blanket or something like that,
Like you touch them with the blanket and then you
pull it off of them, like they come out of
the blankets like you're you're perfect again, and then they're
going to get up and then they're going to be good.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
Lee, would you look up what that spray is so
maybe we can get some of the studio here for
you if it.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
Works for Lee's But damn Lee's but has to stay
injured all the work that'd be doing. By the way,
it's not a chair but just a spray.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
How was all that going, by the way, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
You good in there? Yeah, y'all good in there?
Speaker 2 (02:32):
Mark?
Speaker 1 (02:32):
You good?
Speaker 2 (02:33):
All right?
Speaker 1 (02:34):
You feel good and like not nothing crazy is going
on in there? No, all right?
Speaker 2 (02:38):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (02:39):
I mean also, uh, while Lee is uh uh oh eddie,
what happened.
Speaker 6 (02:46):
Lorena had it taken off day after five?
Speaker 1 (02:48):
No, she was damaged. They said she could have fouled
assaults out man.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Lee was turning it up. It was bad.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
Why would you eat what you have on Thursday night?
Speaker 2 (03:02):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Was that the salmon night? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (03:05):
That was the salmon healthy somehow fish rice?
Speaker 1 (03:09):
Spotty's rejecting the good stuff, like get away from you.
Oh you know what, I just realized it probably was.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
It was.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
I had cheddar broccoli rice is what it was.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Sons, pretty good, cheddar brock.
Speaker 6 (03:20):
I had a leftover. I had a leftover mask from
the COVID days in my backpack. I gave it to Lorraina,
being the gentleman that I am to trying to get
her through the shift.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
There that it was bad. Yeah, the way it was sounding,
it was bad. Man, It's fine.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
She was no, you leave, and all of a sudden,
Lee leaks. It was.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
Great point, Tank. Sorry, I wasn't there to plug.
Speaker 7 (03:57):
I'm sorry, guys, sorry about that.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
It's that's my my.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
It's odd. Put in astute observation. Very good, very good.
You are a class act.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
Hey.
Speaker 3 (04:16):
By the way, speaking to Lee, Lee pulled another Lee
during the break. Uh so LeVar LeVar mistakenly killed Gene Simmons.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
I did not killing Bill Simmons's Bill Simmons, the basketball player?
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Who was Bill?
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Bill Simmons is the like the podcaster. Yeah, I don't
even know Bill Simmons. Yeah, he's I just was trying
to get a name that was correct. Well, but there
was a Simmons that passed away.
Speaker 2 (04:42):
Gene.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
Okay, Like at least I was in the right, you
know area. Yeah, so.
Speaker 6 (04:50):
Jonas is Richard Simmons. You also killed somebody there? You go,
what do you mean you said, Gene is Richard Simmons.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
No, No, LeVar confused. Richard Simmons would Jean Simmons?
Speaker 2 (05:01):
I know that.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
Then you you just said Jean Simon, thank you.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
I know, but I was I was finishing the thought
that Levarro killed.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
You heard it, right, didn't you hear it right?
Speaker 2 (05:11):
Mark?
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Yes, No, don't get me the thumbs up, get hit
the mic. Correct, thank you, Gary, there you go.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
But you already I can't. I can't vive him and
kill him again. That's how that we just did. You
just did No, No, you already did it. No, I'm
not listen. I'm not going to be hot.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
I was trying to get to the punchline of Shannon Tweet.
That's all I h So that is that's the more,
that's the most important. Yeah, I mean, that's where I
was trying to fast forward to. I mean, all the
other Simmons part of it didn't even really matter. I
wanted to get to Shannon Tweet that she was a hero,
she was treasure.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Certainly, I'm wrong with you, guys.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
I'm just saying. I'm just being honest.
Speaker 3 (05:52):
So Lee pulled the lead because the subject of Gene
Simmons got brought up.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
Oh yeah, I remember when I used to work at
at Arc Light. Can you tell the story again?
Speaker 7 (06:02):
Yeah, yeah, entire story when I worked at the movie
theater across the street from here. Actually, uh, randomly enough,
it happened several times. Jean Simmons and Shannon Tweed would
come up and uh, I would serve them there they're
condiments and hot dogs and popcorn and all that stuff.
And they had a very order. And Shannon Tweed was
(06:24):
very nice to me all the time. She would always
try to tip me. And they had a particular order.
But Jean would once he got up to the counter,
he would turn his back to you, and Shannon.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Tweed would do the whole order for for that. And
so what was his order again?
Speaker 7 (06:36):
He had he liked apple sausage hot dog with apple
sausage hot dog.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
No, nobody knew they had that.
Speaker 7 (06:43):
We had a Yeah, it was called the arc Light
Movie Theaters. That's no longer open, but yeah, the arc
Light Movie Theaters is where I work.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
So it was an apple sausage hot No wonder, did
not no more?
Speaker 1 (06:55):
How much that come? What else? What else? What else
was the order?
Speaker 7 (06:58):
So he would get he would always get two of them.
I care less. What did she order?
Speaker 2 (07:05):
What did she.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
Want in Minnesota? Did she wants some twizzlers?
Speaker 2 (07:14):
My hero?
Speaker 1 (07:16):
This is like one of my early crushes in life.
Man Like, can I get a shottle Leavar?
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Who's this?
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Shanny tweet Shannon tweet you talking about Shakira's hips. Don't lie,
Shannon tweets hips really did not lie. I mean literally
did not lie. On a second here they was telling
the truth. No kidding. I didn't know that. So wonderful fine,
(07:44):
which means that did she have an accent? Lee? I
don't remember that.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
I don't think.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
I don't think because your eyes was too busy seeing
other things, not hearing her voice that pictures blurred out?
Is it blurred out? There ain't going to be too
many of them though? So apple, so apple Apple? Woold what?
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Apple wood sausage what?
Speaker 3 (08:08):
And a regular bun with spicy mustard?
Speaker 1 (08:11):
Not regular but actually it was actually a special baget bun,
baget bun and spicy mustard at a at a movie theater.
You'll get to go to a movie theater today and
see if you could get apple wood hot dog on
a baget and some spicy If you ordered that, you
would be physically removed from the building. They'd be like
(08:32):
looking at you like did you need help? Like what
are you talking about? A movie theater? And it's a
good point by LaVar.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
No wonder they went at a business, a business like
they're keeping Gene Simmons hot dogs, Like what on call?
Speaker 2 (08:46):
It's ridiculous? Right?
Speaker 1 (08:49):
How much was that order?
Speaker 7 (08:50):
By the way, Lee had to be at least twenty
thirty dollars, that's it.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
And she tipped, well, she tried to tip.
Speaker 7 (08:56):
I wasn't allowed to take tips, but she tried to
give me a hundred dollars billing.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
So you weren't out to take the tip. If she
said keep the change, that I mean, it's just you
keep the change. She was very nice, very nice lady as.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
She was.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Super nice. She was nice to me for a long time.
I knew her very well.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
Very dependable. Who needs a journal when you can get
through the tough times with something like that? Right, forget
the diary? Got to uh that's your therapy.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Anyway.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Yeah, well listen, I mean she she has some some
hit movies Man Naked Lies, Naked and Decent Behavior three.
Who's in that one? Shannon Sweet.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
And Decent Behavior three? Is she an adult film star? Yes?
Speaker 1 (09:54):
I wasn't aware of this, but but but not an
adult film star like other movies she did, Like you know,
she was on Cinemax, you know, and yeah Skinemax. Okay,
well yeah, but you know, it was still it was
very good acting. She had great acting skills, Like.
Speaker 4 (10:12):
Who's the actress that floats the most between it's basically
an adult.
Speaker 1 (10:16):
Film, halle Berry? Good call?
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Yeah, I mean, how can what are you saying that?
Speaker 1 (10:27):
For monsters? Oh? Yes, but that's the only one, and
that's the only one that needed to happen.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
Was it Swordfish? Where she like showed her top and
that's the first time she'd ever done it. I still
distinctly remember. Dudes were like, I forget how much like
movie prices were back then. They were complaining about it,
but they're like, well, I can see halle Berry though, And.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
That was that was it. That was like what was
sold everyone on Ki.
Speaker 1 (10:54):
Whatever her real name, man her Game of.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
Thrones, by the way, any where it's been like that.
I don't even care.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
I looked up sword fish and an actual swordfish came up.
That's not what I was already get. Come on, man,
trying to look at something else here.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
You can only imagine your search history of the angler
stuff on there. Bastards fishing nets.
Speaker 3 (11:16):
Yeah, I've got the deadliest catch.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
I've got the deadliest catch.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
Uh catch fantasy, it's my fetish.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Well, listen. I mean, I mean I gave a name.
None of y'all gave a name, so I mean at
least hit home. I don't know. I mean you had
anybody in mind for the question that you asked, Lee,
Did you happen to serve anybody who was really really
you know, close to both sides of the fence, but
(11:46):
was really a good actor, actor or whatever?
Speaker 3 (11:48):
You know, Halle Berry from Ohio? How about that who knew?
Speaker 2 (11:54):
Yes? From Cleveland?
Speaker 3 (11:57):
Lee, you got anybody stop the mind of any other
adult film stars or no?
Speaker 7 (12:02):
Uh well we are here in the capital of of
that industry. Uh No, I've given you my Jennifer love
Hewitt story before and she was wearing a Playboy shirt.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
No, I can't think of. Well there you go for
at least I gave y'all a name.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
Get that work?
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Mean, hey, okay, now it is sometimes you know, what's
hard out here for a pimp when you're trying to
make the money for the rent. It's such a different
conversation than what we were having an hour ago.
Speaker 8 (12:44):
I'll take that sports God, all right, come on, we
can get to it in real quick, the whole what's

Speaker 3 (14:10):
Two pros and a cup of Joe Fox Sports Radio
LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you. Coming up
in a little over twenty minutes from now from the
tire rack dot com studios, we are going to have
an FSR i R. It's a Monday tradition. We report
any issues, injuries, ailments that will be yours here coming
up from the ti raq dot Com studios. It looks fine, okay,
(14:31):
sports man, come on, don't don't railroad.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
You don't don't try and steer us into the ditch
hereing us anywhere. Damn.
Speaker 8 (14:39):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (14:39):
So we've got somebody sticking up for their guy, and
that's somebody would be Tyreek Hill of the Miami Dolphins.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
One.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
Yeah, well listen, you know he's got he's got kids
to feed, so that's true. Do his thing, uh more
than a couple at this point.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
Yeah, But.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Tyreek Hill was speaking about his quarterback to a tongue
by Loa, who still has not gotten his deal done
as the Dolphins are getting ready for training camp. Here
coming up, shortly. And so Tyreek Hill was on Sports
Center on Friday and he spoke about his quarterback and
what he deserves a financial standpoint.
Speaker 10 (15:23):
For people to like sit here and try to discreate
a tool and say, you know, he's not deserving of
a contract is wild to me, man, because like a
lot of guys on the team understands his value and understands,
you know, that we need him like we need we
need his leadership, we need his mindset, Like the mindset
that he brings into each and every week is there,
(15:43):
Like it's like it's like terminator almost.
Speaker 2 (15:45):
Man.
Speaker 10 (15:45):
So I feel like he should be one of the
highest paid quarterbacks in the league. You know, obviously say
some room for me.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
So that was Tyreek Hill, you know, getting a laugh
out of somebody there at the end.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
I don't know who the hell.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
That was, but Tyreek Hill sticking up for his guy.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
Can I ask you guys a question?
Speaker 2 (16:02):
Yeah? Yeah, what's up?
Speaker 1 (16:03):
Should he hold out if he doesn't get the contract
before camp?
Speaker 2 (16:06):
That'd be sweet Tua?
Speaker 1 (16:08):
Yeah, I mean, wouldn't that strategically say we're going to
know what the value is truly of Tua? If he
were to hold out, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (16:19):
I mean, I think you've got a way if you're
him and I don't know the specifics to the contract,
but you've got a weigh the injury risk. He's had
a number of concussions, man, some bad ones. Like I
don't know, if he goes in the season and has
one or two bad ones and he passes up on
whatever they offer him, there might be an element.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
Of it that you go like, was it worth oh right?
Speaker 4 (16:41):
You know, like you know that might not be there
on the other side, because I think that's the biggest
hold up probably within the conversation of his extension, is
his injury history and how they're putting in the guarantees,
the injury only guarantees, all the language surround that. I
think that's the greatest concern for the Dolphins with this contract.
(17:05):
Because since Mike McDaniels has gotten there, he's been incredibly productive.
You know, you go back to last season and he
led the league in yards. You know, he's been throwing
for you know, mid high twenties as far as touchdown passes,
and he's been a good decision maker, you know, to me,
since he's been there, he's got a winning records a
(17:26):
starting quarterback, which you know, I don't like to put
too much weight in, but that was through Brian Flores,
through Mike McDaniels. Doesn't matter like when he's in there,
the way he operates within the offense, the way he's
played for this team, he gives him a shot, and
then there's something to be said for that. So I'm
with Tyreek on this. He should be paid. I think
he will be paid. It's just gonna be the structure
(17:47):
of the deal, and I think it's gonna be too
much money to pass up on before the season starts.
That's just my opinion on it. I could very well
be wrong, and maybe he'll play in you know, throughout
the last year of this thing, but I think they'll
get it done.
Speaker 3 (18:00):
Tyreek Hill's numbers have gotten better with Tua than with Mahomes.
And I'm not saying that two is a better quarterback
than ma Homes. Nobody would say that. But the idea
that like the pushback on guys like him or Brock
Purty is always well, you know, it's it's what's around him,
it's a system they're in, it's what do he wanted
to do force a trade out of Miami to go
prove himself elsewhere. Like if it's working, that's the whole point.
(18:23):
Like if the system is working and he's the beneficiary
of beneficiary of.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
It, then who cares?
Speaker 3 (18:28):
Like what does it matter who's around him? As long
as they're there and it's successful, Like the guy deserves
to get paid. But if you were to hold out,
that would be fascinating because, by the way.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
Over seventeen hundred receiving yards.
Speaker 3 (18:44):
Crazy, He's got two hundred and thirty eight catches in
two years and he missed a game last year, Like
like you just look at the numbers, you go, well, yeah,
And also Tyreek Kill is probably gonna want to get paid,
like he's out formed his contract now that justin Jefferson's
making what thirty five million a year, Like he's probably
(19:05):
gonna want to get paid. Like I just I look
at it and I go if he were to hold out,
which I think we've talked about this before, quarterbacks are
kind of judged differently. But if you were Tyreek Hill,
or if you were two or rather and you wanted
to make a statement, why not, I'm by the way,
I feel like I give you a ton of leverage.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
Justin Jefferson's are passed.
Speaker 4 (19:26):
I believe Tyreek Hill's number because when he's signed there,
he signed out average annual value of thirty million per year,
So like the bar was set from Tyreek. And now
to your point about how he's I mean, look, Justin
Jefferson and Tyreek Timer are one and two right now.
Maybe Devanta Adams, you could put some others up in
that conversation, but you know, to me, the production wise,
(19:48):
it's been Tyreek and Justin Jefferson.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
Who can at least statistically, you know, prove that.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
So maybe that's the other portion of the conversation is
both Tyreek and two are trying to work on this
thing together knowing that that high Tide, Hultboats.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
And Jayalen wattall just got paid this offseason, right Yeah,
I think yeah.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
But I mean it was, you know, as was a
resetting the market where he'll probably will And look, Steven
Ross has deep, deep pockets, so he could pay out
a ton of signing bonuses and make that work.
Speaker 1 (20:20):
But I think we would all agree that Tua needs
to be playing. Like if you're if you're the Dolphins, yeah,
you got to be thinking to yourself whatever that is
that we need to make sure that Tua is in
playing for this team. I mean that could be a
very demoralizing thing to not have Tua their when training
(20:42):
camp opens.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Yeah, he doesn't need to be going to Egypt or
anything like that, is all you're saying.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
I mean, you know, if he got time or or
or you know, Mango Deck or something like that.
Speaker 3 (20:53):
Yeah, where would you recommend he go if he did
hold out.
Speaker 1 (20:56):
I've never been to Egypt, so I don't know what
I would be telling him he's missing out on. I
have been to Mango Deck though, Yeah, and if he
hasn't been there, or if he has been there, then
he knows what he's missing out on. Now he's from Honolulu,
I mean that's a little bit different than Mango Deck
in Mexico.
Speaker 3 (21:17):
I mean when you were there for the Pro Bowl,
like any recommendations.
Speaker 1 (21:20):
Well, it was quite a different environment during the Pro Bowl.
I've been to Honolulu while it wasn't the Pro Bowl,
and it just didn't hit the same.
Speaker 3 (21:32):
Which, by the way, if we don't do a show
from Honolulu at our fine affiliate Fox Sports nine ninety,
it's on you, guys.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
I would like to do it. On the beach in
yaki Ki. If we were to go there and do
a show, it would we would need to do it
like live on location. Yes, I will. I would be
okay with that. I can just remember how good the
Kyla Maari was there. I mean it was really by
the way that it was Kyler Murray was amazing.
Speaker 3 (22:00):
That That means that our show would go on at midnight,
I believe, midnight Hawaii time, which all sorts of fun
people are walking around.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
I mean, that's just the party is just getting started. Yeah,
you know, we get in the work and they get
into work. You know that work, that work?
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Yeah? Is that what they're getting? Might be some lou
ales going on, you know, So.
Speaker 3 (22:23):
Listen, it would be nice if we could get a fun,
little hold out story from a quarterback entering into the
season and then maybe they go into panic mode. Who's
the backup in Miami? Why do I like?
Speaker 2 (22:35):
Oh? All right?
Speaker 4 (22:37):
Which is one of the reasons why I think you
look at it too and go, yeah, you don't want
that show you if you're the Dolphins, you don't want that.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Yeah, you don't want that. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
So so we we'll keep you up to date as
to whether or not too, it gets his contract done
while we're live on the air here, that'll be fun.
Speaker 1 (22:52):
Who's most likely to hold out?
Speaker 2 (22:56):
I don't know. I mean I guess too, but I
don't think it's either likely.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
I'm saying who is? Like, is it?
Speaker 2 (23:02):
Is it? You know?
Speaker 1 (23:03):
Is it Ceedee Lamb? Is he more likely?
Speaker 2 (23:06):
Is it?
Speaker 4 (23:07):
He's the one that makes the most sense because he's
the one that is. I mean, technically Dak could if
he wanted to.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Is it Jamar Chase?
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Well, speaking of there is a tag deadline, it's for
a long term extension.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
Is today and that it's already been announced that t
Higgins and the Bengals will not reach a deal. So
he's going to play on the franchise tag twenty one
point eight million coming to t Higgins this season.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
Then he's going to hit the market next year.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
I bet yeah.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
So he's looking to have a big seat.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
Now, let me ask you this, if Tua did hold out,
would that open the floodgates to other quarterbacks wanting to
hold out? Because I don't think a quarterback has ever
held out to get a contract right as you're in
training camp.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
Like EMMITTT.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
Smith was, you know, one of the more famous ones
that that went into the season. They won a couple
of games into the season. Then he got paid. But like,
if Tua did it, do you think Dak would be okay? Well,
and I'm gonna hold out too.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Got paid by them, though there's too much good will
between him and Dallas, right, I mean you would have
to assume, so I think there's a good relationship there.
I don't think the relationship between him and Jerry Jones
is spoiled where.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
He would play hardball that way.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
I think he's just going he's assuming he's going to
get what he's deserving of.
Speaker 3 (24:27):
I just can't wait till Tua does get paid and
people bitch about it, say, well, I mean he's paid.
He's the top three highest paid quarterback in the NFL.
He's not a top three quarterback. It's like, all right,
well that's how this works. Like it's his time, it's
his turn to get paid. He's going to get paid
and if we want to be if you want to
argue about it, he's had a better start to his
career than Trevor Lawrence has.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
It is an interesting scenario to introduce, But to introduce
that scenario would be interesting. Like if a guy like
to a held out and they immediately well, if it
works out where they don't pay them, then then it's like, okay,
don't hold out QB. I would assume, But if they
if he gets good results very quickly, then you would
(25:10):
have to assume. Then that will set a new precedence
for for how quarterbacks are handling things when they get
to a point in time where they want a new contract.
If you have success, it's a cut what they call
a copycat league. If it worked, you know, do it.
You know, you probably see a new trend to guy
saying listen, he I'm not coming to camp if you
(25:30):
don't give me a new contract. And players on the
Dolphins wouldn't have an issue with it. It doesn't sound
like it. It just sounds like everything is checked off
on the box for him to have.
Speaker 4 (25:42):
Why would you not have an issue with other players
doing it, but then you have an issue with the quarterback.
Speaker 3 (25:46):
To a Yeah, no, I'm just curious if quarterbacks are
judged differently or treated differently, you know, based on that,
and if they decided to take that approach.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
Well, I think when it comes to money, every player
in the locker rooms understanding. You get as much as
you can while you can. Now, if you've got a
dude who did something before, like a game a little different,
puts the team in a bad spot and all that,
which hurts everyone. But as far as going on the
training camp, most most guys are very understanding of that.
Speaker 2 (26:12):
At least that was my experience. I don't know if
you different that.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
LeVar, No, no, no, I'm almost page with I.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
Mean, most guys like when you come in, especially when
someone got a deal or something like what's up man, corongrats? Yeah,
like new money, Yeah, new money. We're going to eat.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
Yeah, we're eating to night. New money, you know, must
be Niceces we go onces yea.
Speaker 3 (26:36):
The scissors still around, Yeah there are a few still
really yes kidding. Two pros and a cup of Joe
here on Fox Sports Radio. By the way, do you
guys see Angel reeskt quadruple team so they could stop her.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
Double double double? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (26:52):
They Petty and w n b A. But it's this
guy like it. Hey, listen, they've been flopping on Caitlin
blop and she's sitting there like are you serious? Like
she's soft? Like what are you doing? All these people
doing all this weird s man.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
Stop stop at.
Speaker 4 (27:09):
I mean there were some moments too though, where like
there are some efforts made to keep the double double
streak alive. Yes, that's six seconds left up by seven,
try to try to get a foul and take it
to the basket, like I was like, okay, okay, when
I run the clock out here, oh got it, got it.
Speaker 3 (27:25):
Double doubles so desperately padding stats and then that's that's
the karma you get in return.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
Whatever the good old days.
Speaker 3 (27:32):
Remember Ricky Davis, the great Cleveland Cavalier, played for the
Celtics as well too. Remember when he intentionally missed his
own shot to get a rebound so he could get
a triple double.
Speaker 4 (27:42):
Some people have accused Angel Reese of doing that and
missing some of her little bunny shots to get more rebounds.
Speaker 3 (27:49):
And Russell Westbrook also got some of those accusations as
well too, that he would, uh you know, for some reason,
uh be the only guy chasing down a rebound, almost
like he was in instructing other teammates like I need
another rebound to keep my triple double streak going. And
so but it's fun, you know. So here's the here's
the attention the WNBA wanted, they get it.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
They kind of lost me at one point.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
I was I was in, I was curious checking some
of the games out, and then they kind of lost
me with all the petty stuff.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
I was like, you can't do this well.
Speaker 3 (28:17):
I thought that you were like your favorite part of
the WNBA was the coverage because it was so fair
and balanced. Like that was my understanding is that you
like the way it was covered, some of the analytical word.
Speaker 2 (28:28):
I just I remember when what was it?
Speaker 4 (28:31):
Kayla Clark says some record, but like halftime of a game,
and they come to the halftime break on ESPN and
neither of the people on the panel had anything good.
Speaker 2 (28:40):
To say about Kaylyn Clark.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
They're like, the coach comes out and goes, well, she
got five turnovers, like that was her first comment off
of setting like some record for like points and assists
or something in the league history as a rookie. And
the first comment out of her mouth was, but she
does have five turnovers. And someone said something like, oh,
you know, it's like they just complete it. Like no
(29:02):
one could give her a compliment. It was unbelievable.
Speaker 3 (29:04):
It's yeah, it's always always fun to hear the back
and forth on that, but it is Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio. Coming

So it's time to get the FSR IR report.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
All right, Lee, Well, why do you assume it's Lee?
Speaker 1 (30:33):
We could start off with Lee on Friday. I'm going
to be honest, that is true. Hey, Lee, let's let's
send a shout out in some love Lorraina's way. Yeah,
she's probably on the IR and needed today off.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
There you go, she's having a good time.
Speaker 3 (30:49):
Yeah, Lee, It was a little jealous of her whereabouts,
Oh her surroundings. Lee, How butchered did you get this
week end?
Speaker 7 (31:01):
I did a good job, job enough enough so where
I slept through beach day with the buddies because I
guess I couldn't find my phone. So I woke up
like two hours late and they were already at the
beach and I couldn't find my phone for like a
few hours. It was tucked away in the Couchdang, he
had no clue where it was. I couldn't find it.
I had to go use the you know the find
(31:22):
my iPhone thing? Did you know where you were at?
Speaker 2 (31:25):
No? No, I did not.
Speaker 1 (31:26):
You needed to find yourself too. I found it.
Speaker 7 (31:30):
Ended up having a good little beach day or pool day,
not beach day. Yeah, missed out on the beach, a
couple of cocktails.
Speaker 1 (31:38):
Yeah, all right, I had to finish things off. I'll say,
my bellies on IR today. I went to Disney yesterday.
And you know, my daughter's ninth birthday is on tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
Actually, happy birthday, Pen, Pen Pen. We are pen.
Speaker 1 (31:59):
And I don't you know, I have a very very
sensitive belly at this point in my life, so I
don't do rides or anything like that. Like I'll get
motion sickness in a car. I'll get motion sickness sitting
on like a swing like, I get motion sickness super easily.
And I went on all the rides with them, and
(32:20):
my stomach feels horrible. I mean it is literally on IR.
Speaker 2 (32:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
I went to the little like lounge deal you know,
pamper people asked. I went to the lounge and sat
in the lounge while they finished riding rides for the
last hour, like the last ride that they were going on.
I guess they have a ride that is I forget
the theme of it, but it drops you, and I
(32:49):
was like, yeah, I'm not doing that. I'm not doing that.
They did cars, I missed cars, and they did something
else and it drops you, and I was like, yeah,
it's just not going.
Speaker 3 (33:01):
Did you do Disney or California Adventure Disney? See, I
think California Adventures back? Which one is California Adventures one
next door?
Speaker 2 (33:09):
Yeah, I went. We did both.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
Oh you walked to both? Yeah, we did the same day. Yeah,
I mean if it is it across the like little walkway, Yeah,
you need like, uh, what are they call like dual
passes or whatever it is to.
Speaker 11 (33:21):
Go to both Copper Ticket We were good. Yeah, park
Hopper that's what it is. Well, yeah, we were good.
So we did do both parks. Yeah, there was one.
There was one ride.
Speaker 1 (33:31):
You know, the cool thing about these these rides they built,
they're so freaking smart man, and how they they built
these rides, and they really really can give you crazy
motion sickness and not even move you like you'd be
sitting in the same place like they had this one
ride it's I think it's called sore and it takes
(33:55):
you pretty's favorite.
Speaker 2 (33:57):
Is it? What is that that's your favorite?
Speaker 1 (33:59):
Brady s are e not not sore like soaring.
Speaker 2 (34:04):
S O A R.
Speaker 1 (34:07):
It's called souring. It's souring, that's right. You want to
explain it, Eddie, Like it's so dope, man.
Speaker 6 (34:13):
Yeah, It like lifts you up in the air and
it kind of holds you there. But there's a giant
screen in front of.
Speaker 1 (34:18):
You and you go flying all over the wa and
it literally had me like I'm sitting there like that
makes me more nauseous, That's what I'm saying, because you're
looking at the screen and it's but the way it
moves you and the smells of it, like we were
over elephants. You could smell the elephants like it was
just it smelled like Lee.
Speaker 2 (34:35):
It was just it was just a lot going on. Man.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
Yeah, my stomach, My stomach is on ir now.
Speaker 2 (34:43):
So there you go.
Speaker 1 (34:43):
I was sick as hell last night. Do you enjoy
that or Universal Studios more? I think the same to me, Yeah,
I think Universal is better, though it's like all the same.
I got my steps in yesterday though. There's a lot
of walking, bull Yeah, it's a lot of walking.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (35:02):
I went to Sea World on what day was it? Thursday?
Speaker 2 (35:05):
I went to see the blackface?
Speaker 3 (35:08):
Yeah, yeah, okay, of course, why wouldn't I the world
to see them black I sent you guys a picture
of somebody else's I are uh in the bathroom next door?
Speaker 1 (35:22):
Oh yeah, that was SeaWorld. By the way, it was
sea World. What's wrong with people?
Speaker 2 (35:31):
Man? Lee? What are we supposed to be looking at? Here?
Speaker 7 (35:35):
I was giving you guys a screenshot of Lorena's weekend.
Speaker 2 (35:38):
Oh see you look at you?
Speaker 1 (35:41):
But I didn't get it.
Speaker 2 (35:42):
I feel like Lee and Lorena or there's something there.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
Yeah, you're.
Speaker 3 (35:49):
What what exactly is that cue?
Speaker 2 (35:56):
Lee and Lorena? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (35:57):
What are they have in common?
Speaker 2 (35:59):
I mean one, they both like the party get.
Speaker 1 (36:01):
After Well that's true. What what was what was the
other thing you were thinking about? What else they keep?
Speaker 2 (36:06):
The They keep the same company that you know.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
Them, the parties, themed parties. I mean, that's that is
very themed out for sure. From photographer on what kind
of things and and uh, well white swim.
Speaker 4 (36:26):
I'll put it this way. They both stick out. They
don't stick out in the crowds they run with.
Speaker 3 (36:33):
And by the way, don't sleep on uh. Second from
the left in the back.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
You're saying, what would you know about that?
Speaker 3 (36:42):
I'm just I'm looking at the picture, just an observation here.
I can't look at the teleprompter.
Speaker 2 (36:47):
Bro, you're weird. You're like the type that you could like.
Speaker 1 (36:51):
What are you talking about?
Speaker 2 (36:52):
You? You can get some you can get yourself into
some trouble perspective Spanish. I'm fine. That's the fact that
like you're like, what is that three hundred yards away? Yeah?
What is that?
Speaker 6 (37:06):
You know?
Speaker 3 (37:07):
I can't You're like a serious killer man, I'll just
lie about it later, don't worry.
Speaker 1 (37:13):
Move What is that three hundred yards away?
Speaker 2 (37:20):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (37:20):
Well listen U.
Speaker 7 (37:22):
I had a couple of beers. I did have a
couple of beers at California Adventures. You can't do it
at Disneyland.
Speaker 1 (37:28):
Yeah, where's there? You do it at Disneyland. There's like
a couple, but you can only have two. What they
just proved at a certain place you can only have two?
Like if you sit down there, really, yeah, you can
only have too. I was like, yeah, I can't get another.
Those went down there like, yeah, you hit your limit?
Like what you don't tell me my limit?
Speaker 2 (37:49):
Now?
Speaker 1 (37:50):
They said, no, it's a two bears two beer minimum.
Speaker 2 (37:53):
Damn dang
