h Lee to Lap is a filthy human being for
what he just did.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
What did he just do? Tell us what he just did?
Speaker 4 (01:14):
Go ahead, Lee, I'm just cleaning up after everyone around here.
Got myself a nice little uh cockroach in my hand?
Speaker 3 (01:23):
What?
Speaker 5 (01:25):
Yeah? Just uh?
Speaker 6 (01:26):
Is it little or is it a big one?
Speaker 4 (01:28):
I've seen bigger sizeable, a medium size. Yeah, it was
good size size. He's healthy.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Why are you holding it?
Speaker 7 (01:36):
Well?
Speaker 5 (01:36):
I had to pick it up. I didn't.
Speaker 4 (01:38):
I was debating whether or not to squish it first
or just I think it was dead.
Speaker 5 (01:42):
I'm pretty sure it was.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
It was.
Speaker 5 (01:43):
It was legs up.
Speaker 6 (01:45):
Oh it was.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
You could have been doing an.
Speaker 3 (01:47):
Ab I still don't understand why you felt the need to.
Speaker 5 (01:51):
I used a paper towel pick it up.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Okay, that's different.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Okay, Well, I mean we're gonna be fair. The paper towels,
the paper towels in the kitchen are basically one imply,
so it's had to use hand sanitizer. So we're fine.
Speaker 8 (02:03):
Yeah, okay, those things like atomic blast Eddie Garcia, your
thoughts on the cockroach hunting.
Speaker 9 (02:14):
Well, my thoughts are that maybe Lee is feeling guilt
over the bat that he destroyed, destroyed that he apparently
he claims he was trying to save it, and then
he liked decapitate it trying to save it.
Speaker 6 (02:28):
So maybe I mean his head was split.
Speaker 5 (02:31):
I didn't know there was.
Speaker 9 (02:33):
Yeah, so maybe there's some guilt there from Lee trying
to but although this one's apparently dead too, so I
don't know.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Yeah, anything Lee touches dies Commissioner Batman.
Speaker 4 (02:45):
So yesterday I let this rat live, but I think
I chased it right into a rat trap.
Speaker 5 (02:54):
I just sent you the video. Yeah, I don't know
he was, he was not moving. I was like, dude,
are you not skinny?
Speaker 4 (02:59):
Like skin around and like approached him and then he
went right into the Like those little rat poisoned dungeons.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
Got this rat god any more? He doesn't. Yeah, get
yourself a tomcat. Those take care of business, you know.
Speaker 10 (03:12):
Throw those and so peaceful too. It doesn't even look
like one of the main rats. It looks like a
peaceful rat.
Speaker 6 (03:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (03:20):
I cleaned up like four dead rats last week. Fun times.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Yeah, h your way, Yeah yeah, the whole constrictor lead
the lap.
Speaker 6 (03:31):
You don't have. You don't have the video of running
the rat into the trap.
Speaker 5 (03:35):
You just have the I'll send you the second one.
Speaker 10 (03:40):
Yeah, you do have the second one. I want to
see him run to his demise.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
Yeah, that's the fun stuff it is.
Speaker 7 (03:48):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
So we are going to catch up later on with
Albert Brier here and all that, but we do need
to point out here we have a very special announcement
to make because it is a Friday that well it's
a football Friday here and this. Yeah, football Friday. Come
on Friday.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, get a.
Speaker 6 (04:11):
Bar, get a bar. Yeah Friday. Let's go Knox like Friday.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
Yeah, let's see.
Speaker 6 (04:20):
Let's see.
Speaker 11 (04:21):
So come on, come on, what go like that Friday Friday? Okay,
all right, that is Friday? All right, killing kill are killing.
Speaker 6 (04:34):
Because we got to go to the original.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Yeah only but a goodie.
Speaker 6 (04:40):
That is Friday.
Speaker 3 (04:44):
If you don't like the song, you're a Brady Quinn.
Brady Quinn.
Speaker 6 (04:50):
So yeah, come on it.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
I must be an idiot. That must be a food.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
To bro a coup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio.
Obviously we're talking to NFL, we're talking college football. You know,
Albert Breer is stopping by. We've also got you any
you out. But we must talk about what turned into
a little bit of an awkward moment last night after
the Lions big win in lambeau Field, a place that
they are all of a sudden dominating a routine lee.
(05:21):
Now the Detroit Lions taken over a sole possession of
first place in the NFC North and Jared Goff caught
wind of some comments from Ryan Fitzpatrick, who does the
pre and post for Amazon Prime. And Ryan Fitzpatrick called
Jared Goff, what do you call him? Like a watered
(05:43):
down Matt Ryan or a poor man's Matt Ryan, something
along those lines. Not the nicest thing in the world.
But Jared Goff caught wind of these poor man's Matt
Ryan comments from Ryan Fitzpatrick. So when he and David
Montgomery appeared on the set, Jared Goff was sitting next
to his former good buddy Andrew Whitworth from the l A. Rams,
(06:04):
and he had this to say to one Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Speaker 5 (06:06):
I thought I played better throughout the wrest of the game.
Speaker 3 (06:08):
I hope it's up to your standards you play.
Speaker 6 (06:11):
You played very well.
Speaker 5 (06:12):
Okay, I didn't.
Speaker 7 (06:13):
Know it was a poor man's anything, but.
Speaker 3 (06:16):
He hears that he's about their and Ryan's a pretty
good player player. I'm giving you a hard time.
Speaker 6 (06:30):
I appreciate him.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
Man, So they're not happening.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
By the way, Jared Goff is not a poor man's anything.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
He's made a boatload of cash in the NFL, so
that comment is one hundred percent accurate because he's not
at all. And uh, I've always hated that phrase. I
understand that it's used for comparison's sake, and I've said
this too, like especially on draft time. You know, we
get all these like nerds and geeks, Hey, what's the
(06:57):
comp Like, what's it? Kind of like I'm like, well,
I don't know. He's kind of like his own man.
He's kind of like his own person. Like if someone's like, oh,
is he is that defensive player kind of like LeVar Arrington,
I'm like no, because there's only one LeVar Arrington. There's
not another LeVar Arrington. There's only one. Like that's how
it works, Like everyone's different, you're unique, Like there might
be qualities that you see, but to me, it's the
(07:18):
thing I hate the most. And so I don't know,
and I don't even know why former players do it,
like we get thrust it into it in the media
after you actually play the game, because they like make
well who's like this week, I can tell you right now, Saturday,
we're doing a comp for Kayleb Williams, and it's probably
the comp that you hear a lot of people say,
and I'm always like, it's kind of unfit.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
Yeah, yeah, of.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
Course, right because everyone gets compared to Patrick Mahomes. Oh
is he like Patrick Mahomes? Is he Patrick Mahomes? It's like, dude,
no one's Patrick.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
A great point. He's got a point point that's got it.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
By the way, I can't even focus right now, all
beginning this video of Lee chasing.
Speaker 3 (08:01):
Around some rat.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Like I've always I've always been curious to what Lee
does when he's not working on our show, and apparently
he's like following around a rat and filming it and
now just setting us the videos of this.
Speaker 5 (08:12):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (08:16):
Your free time.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
I mean, it's part of my free time. It's not
what I choose to do. But unfortunately the rat was
outside Lee was trying to live.
Speaker 5 (08:27):
He was blocking my way into the building.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
You're like the paparazzi for this rat.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
I was an rats dead. He would not move. I
think he was already poisoned.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
Well, I mean, anyway, I don't know what we were
talking about in these damn videos. He keeps follows around
Splinter from the Teenage View Ninja Turtles.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
We're talking about comps, Lebar pointed out, which is very
fair and accurate. Caleb Williams and Patrick Mahomes are both
light skinned. His words, not lines, And don't cancel me
if you're just sitting in.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
I make What would you do if I said that
on TV? If I.
Speaker 1 (09:06):
I'd have to give the disclaimer that you said it.
I couldn't like just I couldn't see my own and.
Speaker 3 (09:10):
Survive on TV.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
I do.
Speaker 6 (09:12):
I do think we'll see why you gotta give a
disclamor they're both.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
I do think can we make can we make it
a point on it? Can we make it a point
on this show that if we do a comparison, it
has to be somebody of the opposite race, Like we've
got to do that. Yeah, all right, I'm in I.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
Forget who I did that for like a running back position,
And it was like what I'm like, Oh, so I
can only compare a white running back to a white
running back, Like that's the only way you could say, like, oh,
he kind of runs like this guy.
Speaker 3 (09:42):
I don't know, I find it funny.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
That's the way this works, you know, like uh, you know,
like who would who would be a fair? So we'll
just say Jonathan Taylor reminds you of Tom Rathman. You know,
you just go that direction, like that's the way we
got to play this game. We're going to go full
through on this. I do like the fact though, the
Jared Goff, who was scapegoated out of la is kind
of looking around going. You know, everybody was ready to
(10:07):
talk about me going to Detroit. I was just gonna
be tossed away to some crummy organization that never wins,
and they were never gonna hear from me again. And
now they're talking, you know, contract extension, they're talking all
sorts of stuff with Jared Goff, and he's playing good
football and Ben Johnson has got them rolling and there's
a lot of weapons there. And this is all without
(10:27):
Jamison Williams who was injured and then had the gambling
scandal pop up. Sam Laporta has played well the offensive
line as well.
Speaker 6 (10:35):
Awesome.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
I mean, Detroit's got a lot going on there, man.
There's a lot of talent too.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
Roster Lavard told me thinking about moving there, there's so much.
It's so much, it's popping so much.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
That right, little D twelve.
Speaker 10 (10:46):
No, no, that didn't happen.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Not the case.
Speaker 6 (10:53):
No, no, no, that's not. But I like chat Nuga.
I'll tell you that.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (10:58):
I had a good time in chatnoog Way.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
How is Chattanooga?
Speaker 6 (11:01):
You go?
Speaker 2 (11:01):
You went to that pickle bar yesterday? What are we
looking at? What'd you do last or the day before?
What did you do yesterday? Get banged up?
Speaker 10 (11:10):
I went out to my buddy's home, and if you
want to call it a home, it's more like a
mini castle.
Speaker 6 (11:17):
Uh. We hung out, we talked politics, and it was.
Speaker 10 (11:22):
It was good. I had a good time, man, some
great food. I was crushing the oysters. There was an
oyster seafood bars, cold bar, cold bar.
Speaker 6 (11:32):
I was.
Speaker 10 (11:32):
I was destroying those oysters. They had some lobster, you know,
had some some crab meat. It was good, man, It's
a whole lot. They had what you wanted. I did
not drink. I did not. I drank water the whole time.
I decided. When I got back we were night capping
at the bar, I decided I was going to drink
(11:54):
at that point, but it would be with caffeine in it.
So I went with the Martinis express over.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
The express of Martini. It's so hot right.
Speaker 10 (12:04):
Now, And I did and I did not. Yeah, they are,
it's pretty popular. I did not get a headache, and
I slept comfortably and I feel good.
Speaker 6 (12:14):
I feel good today.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
So you didn't drink, but you did.
Speaker 10 (12:19):
I didn't drink at the event, but I did drink
back at the hotel.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
I mean, does a bear crap that worked?
Speaker 6 (12:28):
And wipe? It's asked with a furry h white rabbits.
That's that's the question that.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
We get dumped there, Sam?
Speaker 6 (12:36):
Did we get dumped?
Speaker 3 (12:38):
Why would we get done?
Speaker 6 (12:39):
I get dumped?
Speaker 2 (12:41):
The act of.
Speaker 10 (12:43):
Yeah, it is the act of what I knew it?
Speaker 2 (12:46):
Who got dumped?
Speaker 3 (12:49):
Did I get dumped?
Speaker 6 (12:50):
I know I got dumped?
Speaker 10 (12:51):
I got I finished it off for you and got
dumb and I knew I was getting dump He got.
Speaker 6 (12:57):
It. There you go, There you go.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
It happens, by the way, got one of those espresso
martinis in Ireland when we were out there, and yeah,
he ate the coffee bean as well too.
Speaker 6 (13:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (13:10):
I don't know if you're supposed to do that.
Speaker 6 (13:12):
Not a great idea for supposed to do that it
was my first supposed to do that.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
They are fantastic though. They're really good, those those espresso martinis.
But you know, if you're in that sort of fancy stuff.
More of a beer guy myself, But no, who's counting. Uh,

So we are going to have another edition of You
and U out coming up here in about twenty minutes
from now. But right now, speaking of a college game
day experience like none other, A man who experienced one
last Saturday. Albert Breer, senior NFL reporter at the MMQB.
You can also get him on Twitter at Albertbreer, fresh
off his trip to South Bend for that classic between
(14:44):
his Ohio's Day Buck Guys and the Notre Dame Finding
Irish Albert Breer, how we feeling here?
Speaker 13 (14:49):
How we doing Brady?
Speaker 12 (14:51):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (14:51):
No? Oh wow, wow, bang wow?
Speaker 1 (14:54):
Hey, okay, album bank about the tell me about the
crowd there. Tell tell every all our listeners about the crowd,
the split between a house state nore Dan fans.
Speaker 13 (15:04):
It was pretty heavy. Note I will say this like
I'd never been there before, and everybody through the word arounds,
through the word special around about that campus and about
the stadium, and uh, it was awesome. It was awesome.
Speaker 7 (15:21):
It lived up to expectations and you're right, like it
was not. I think like it's a Georgia game.
Speaker 13 (15:26):
That's a bad one for.
Speaker 7 (15:27):
You guys, right like that that was the invasion or whatever.
It was a lot of green and not as much red,
but you could tell there were a fair amount of
us there at the end when it started emptying out.
Speaker 1 (15:41):
Oh wow, it helped to It helps to it when
you've got some guys in white and black, two that
might have might have helped the cum.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
Oh yeah, yeah, bang.
Speaker 13 (15:55):
I didn't know. I've looked for yourself to that.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Ohio State got the win, kaymal Kor made the plays
he needed to down the stretch, and then obviously you know.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
The final two plays.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
I mean, if you can't put eleven out there on
the field, you don't deserve to win, right Like. That's
that's the ultimate truth of it, and Notre Dame fans
have to deal with that. And look, Ohio State still
got Penn State mission on the schedule.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
Those are some big, big time matchups.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
And we'll see what this conversation sounds like after you
got to play against Penn State coming up.
Speaker 13 (16:23):
Yeah, Penn State.
Speaker 7 (16:25):
Because I thought we should be rooting for each other now, right,
shouldn't we be?
Speaker 6 (16:29):
Why? Why is that? Albert?
Speaker 3 (16:33):
Yeah? Albert First of all, I can take a bias.
Speaker 7 (16:36):
Here can what's better you can we can make your
loss looks better. It's like a mutual benefit here. Plus
we have we have we have one common enemy, Austin
Notre Dame.
Speaker 6 (16:43):
I know that, Bang Bang.
Speaker 1 (16:46):
I mean, Ohio State fans have had a lot to
say after Ryan Day's postgame comments and then how I
kind of just said it seemed kind of bizarre to me.
Speaker 10 (16:56):
But how do you feel about those those game comments, Albert?
Speaker 13 (17:01):
I mean, I.
Speaker 7 (17:02):
Think that the guy who had to listen to a
narrative about his team for I mean going on two
years now, was frustrated with it and like just having
some insight into what was happening in that building.
Speaker 13 (17:16):
Over the days leading up to the game.
Speaker 7 (17:18):
I know they felt like everybody was crapping on them
all week, and I think the lou Holtz things just
I would say lou Holts was in the unfortunate spot
of like sort of keying it up for them where
it just kind of made everything that had built up
over the course of the week explode. And so I
don't think it was specific to lou Holtz as much
(17:40):
as it was We've been hearing this for four or
five days now, we've been hearing how we are physical.
Over two years, we've been hearing how Notre Dame is
the better team and they're going to beat us. And
then the former Notre Dame coach goes and basically says
everything that everybody had been saying about them all week,
and I mean just keyed it up for them. So,
(18:01):
by the way, fun fact, did you guys know that, Well,
this is real too. Lou Holtz was actually in the
womb the last time Notre Dame.
Speaker 13 (18:09):
Beat Ohio State. That's a true fact. That's the true
true that's a that's a real fact. You can look
that up.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
Bang, Well, they're the real fact is you mean last
State still didn't stop Notre Dame's rushing attack. I mean
Notre Dame rush for one hundred and seventy five. I
was saying, like, if the questions came out albert about
their ability to run the football, stop the run, they're
still kind of there, are they not?
Speaker 7 (18:32):
Yeah, No, I'd agree with that. Like, I think I
think the biggest question was answered on Saturday to me
was whether or not they Ohio I think yeah, I
mean yeah, I mean I think he played tough, like
you just saw a kid who was really level in
a big moment. Like I don't know that CJ would
have you know, CJ was a great player at Ohio State.
I don't know that CJ would have pulled off what
(18:54):
Kyle did? You know in the last two minutes that game.
So like that, that part of it's really really good.
But I mean, yeah, I think that there's no question
that the line of scrimmage issue in Ohio State had
you know, aguesst Michigan a couple of years ago. I mean,
and look crant A Notre Dame as a great offensive
line or really good defensive front. But I would say
(19:15):
like that that part of the game.
Speaker 13 (19:18):
Is a lot better than it was.
Speaker 7 (19:19):
But there's still some some some ground to make up,
no questions.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
Albert Breer joining us here on Fox Sports Radio. All right,
so as we transition over to the NFL, Albert, I
got to ask you, because are you have you heard
anything yet as to are there some teams out there
that have been so bad early on that we're talking
about potential hot seats or coaches. I know Brandon Staley,
you know, was bailed out by his defense, but how
close are we getting to maybe some organizations looking at
(19:47):
some changes here coming up. When it comes to the
coaching staffs around the league.
Speaker 7 (19:52):
Yeah, I mean the couple that I would look at.
I mean, it's just kind of like big picture where
some of these teams are at.
Speaker 13 (20:00):
I think, you know, certainly there are.
Speaker 7 (20:01):
Gonna be some questions about the Bears and where they're
headed coming out of this year if it doesn't get better,
and this is gonna be a critical couple of weeks
for them, or critical critical stretch of of of five
days for them, because you know, like last week, I
think coming out of the things that happened with their
coordinators with you know, obviously the defensive coordinator resigning, and
(20:22):
I think a lot a lot less serious thing with
the offensive coordinator, and justin fields you can sort of
see coming like what came, which was the lot of
Kansas City. You know, this is a really bad spot
for them over the next five Over the next week
they play on Sunday the Broncos, and then four days
(20:43):
later on Thursday night, the Commanders.
Speaker 13 (20:46):
I think they need to look a lot better, you know.
Speaker 7 (20:49):
And I think that at the very least, I'm not
saying they need to go to and zero in that stretch.
But I think they need to look like more of
a group that's locked in and still playing hard for
Matt Ebrook loose, and the program needs to look like
it's still in the right place. And so I think,
you know, if if this is just the beginning of
the team circling the drain, I think that you know,
(21:09):
Bears would certainly be one that we weren't looking at
before the season that you'd have to look at based
on what's happened here over the first three weeks. You know,
I think that, you know, like the pressure on the
Jets to win certainly is there. And so you know,
I think if as long as they get close to
five hundred this year, I think Robert Slim as staff
(21:30):
are okay, if this winds up being a three or
four or five win team, you know, which I think
they've got. The talent is way better than that there,
then you know, I think certainly those questions are going
to be asked, like you have to act with urgency
and go and bring in another coach for Aaron Rodgers
in twenty twenty four, presuming he comes back. The Brandon
(21:51):
Staley question is going to be out there, certainly because
of you know, like his contract and he's only got
one year left on his contract after this year, so
sort of a decision point coming there. And obviously there's
a lot of talent on the roster, you know, Josh
McDaniels in Vegas. You know, I think that they have
to show that they've made progress. We haven't really seen
a ton of that in the first three weeks, so
(22:13):
like there are a handful where you can say, you know,
I wouldn't say hot seat yet, but you're at least
kind of like watching how the next few weeks go
where you know, in those situations, maybe that's something we're
talking about. Come, you know, right around November.
Speaker 6 (22:28):
First, Abe, I got two questions for you.
Speaker 10 (22:33):
I mean, I guess it's two questions, but two big,
two big games this week at estimation that I'm paying
close attention to the Ravens versus the Browns and Miami
versus Buffalo. Can you tell me, like, I know it's
early in the year, but what I mean, you got
(22:53):
to believe that there's some tremendous implications connected to the
Browns and the Ravens game also, So I mean, if
Miami seems to be a step up game for them.
If they can win this game against Buffalo, maybe they've
put everybody on notice that they're actually for real.
Speaker 6 (23:11):
What's your take on Yeah.
Speaker 7 (23:13):
So with the with the Browns Raveis game, I think
this is sort of a proved game.
Speaker 13 (23:18):
In a lot of ways for the Browns.
Speaker 7 (23:19):
You know, like the defense has been almost historically good
for three weeks under Jim Schwartz. I think that sort
of emerged as one of the underrated moves of the
offseason to the higher of Jim Schwartz, And if you
look at Schwartz's resume, maybe we should have seen this coming.
But I mean, to only allow one offensive touchdowns for
three weeks obviously is outstanding, and now being able to
(23:41):
do it in a big spot against the division rival
team has been good for a long long time would
mean a lot. And then I think Deshaun Watson building
on what he did last week, which you know, I
know the coaches had sort of drilled into Sean going
into the game against Tennessee. We want you to be
completion driven, we want you to take the easy ones,
and I think they got some results off of that.
(24:01):
So whether or not Deshaun can build on that going
up against a really good Ravens defense, it sort of
becomes that sort of proving ground for both Watson and
the Browns defense, you know. And then the Miami Buffalo game,
to me, I think, if Miami is well we think
they are, then this becomes a real heavyweight bout. And
I think, what's so amazing about what Mike McDaniels done
(24:23):
in Miami. It's And I had a scout say this
to me, you know, on Sunday, like right after the
Dolphins got done playing. He said, like, what's so unique
about them is it's not often that you see a
team this dynamic and explosive but also efficient and consistently productive,
and so like, I went back and I looked at
(24:43):
the performance on Sunday against the BRONXCS and granted, Denver's
not playing well, but I mean they didn't face the
third down guys until the second quarter, and they weren't
third and long in any third and more than four
right any third, and more than four untill their seventh
touchdown drive. I mean, that level of efficiency is insane,
(25:05):
and you figure the defense is going to keep getting better.
With Vic Fangio, there haven't been great through three weeks,
but you figure it's going to get better over over
the course of the season with Vic there, and this
becomes a real heavyweight out because I think Buffalo is
rounded into form after that really disappointing opener against the Jets,
and they've looked really good the last two weeks, So
you know where I think, like the Browns Ravens game
(25:27):
becomes like a pre proving ground for Cleveland, a chance
for them to kind of level up. I look at
the Miami Buffalo game, and again, if Miami is who
think they are, we shouldn't look at Miami as an
up and coming team anymore. This should be a heavyweight
a heavyweight.
Speaker 1 (25:41):
Fight Albert as we talk about then the Denver Broncos
moving forward, I mean, obviously the finger the blame gets
pointed at at one to two spots, either the head
coach or the quarterback. The head coach is Scott there
is this ultimately going to fall on Russell Wilson. Then
if they can't figure this out, even though again I
mean it's not like he was out there trying to defense,
you know, and you could say if you want about
(26:02):
where the offense is at. But I just feel like
that right now, it feels pretty uncomfortable out in Denver
if you're.
Speaker 7 (26:09):
A Broncos again, right, yeah, And I think Brady, like
the thing that's tough is like like Russell Wilson's contract
is going to be really difficult to get out of.
And I and I think, in fairness, I think you're
right like to bring that up, like he really.
Speaker 13 (26:22):
Hasn't been the problem.
Speaker 7 (26:23):
Like when I went back and I watched that game again,
like I I think he was mostly fine, you know,
like it wasn't it certainly wasn't him that was letting
Tyreek Hill and Devin a chain and all those guys
run free through the secondary, like you know. So I
think Denver is in an interesting spot.
Speaker 13 (26:40):
You know.
Speaker 7 (26:41):
I mentioned that with the with the Bears, how their
their schedule becomes a little bit more manageable.
Speaker 13 (26:45):
Well, same goes for the Broncos. The Broncos have the
Bears this week and then they have the Jets the
week after that. So can they get it together and
and look.
Speaker 7 (26:54):
Like, you know, like a playoff contending team over the
next two weeks. I think that that's gonna I think
that's gonna tell us a lot about where they go.
I think it could affect the way that they handle
everything up to the trade deadline, you know, because if
they come out of this and five and they somehow
lose to bout the Bears and the Jets, well, now
are we talking about And I don't think they trade
patcher Can, But when they talk about trading Justin Simmons
(27:17):
or Jerry Judy or Courtland something, they've got good players
in that team, Garrett Bold that they could get something for. So,
you know, I think they're a really critical point. Here's
the other thing that I think sort of interesting, and
you guys could probably speak to this better than me.
Sean Payton ran a really old school, tough, difficult training
camp and a really old school tough offseason in general.
(27:38):
If the players aren't getting a result, how are they
gonna look at that? If they are one in four
or zero five coming out of the first five games
of this season. That's just something that's up on my
radar because those players went to a lot last year,
and obviously there were a lot of players who are
who are out on what Na Saniel Hackett and that
(27:59):
staff had done by the end of last year. I mean,
is this going to.
Speaker 13 (28:04):
Be a roster that's going to be quick to detach
this year too. There's just a.
Speaker 7 (28:09):
Lot going on there, and I think, interestingly enough, like
last year Russell Wilson was part of a huge part
of the problem. I almost feel like Russell Wilson is
way down the list of problems right now, and those
problems could become much bigger if they don't find a
way to get a couple wins over the next couple
of weeks, and with a couple of very winnable games
(28:30):
against Chicago and the Jets get him.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Moutistically speaking, sorry, I was just going to say, if
you look at Russell Wilson's overall stats this season compared
to Patrick Mahomes, they're not that far off. And by
the way, that does include obviously a Hail Mary touchdown
that that makes it look a little better. But the
reality is like he hasn't been their biggest issue, no.
Speaker 7 (28:50):
No, no, And I think like it's I just I
wonder about the mix there, Brady, when you have a
team again that was out pretty quickly on Nathaniel Hackett
and now we're three weeks into the Sean Payton era
and it didn't look like they played particularly hard against
the Dolphins. You know, I just I think it's gonna
(29:10):
be really interesting, just kind of seeing how locked in
that team is over the next couple of weeks to
try and.
Speaker 13 (29:15):
Stay their season.
Speaker 2 (29:16):
Here, get him out.
Speaker 3 (29:18):
We didn't mention Taylor Swift once. By the way, Now,
I know you want to keep on a kick, but
you don't want to do you ask me about that?
Speaker 13 (29:24):
Do you guys set the whole thing scripted?
Speaker 7 (29:26):
I'm starting to give convinced because the NFL is the
NFL is pushing this storyline pretty hard, and I see
the benefits are getting from it, and I don't know,
they've always been sort of after the female audience, so
I might be willing to put on my tinfoil hat
on that one a little bit.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
Yeah, It's does make sense. I'm tired of it. They
don't need that crab. Let the NBA have those storylines.
We got football here, you know what I mean. You
don't need any of that. Beat this h Get him

Speaker 4 (32:27):
I'm gonna spare you guys on a Friday. No birthdays
of note, guys. It is National Coffee Day? Are you
guys in the coffee? It's also National Piscotti Day, so
you can kind of compare. Wrap those up together, dip
your piscatti in your coffee. You guys enter out on
piscotti and cuffee.
Speaker 2 (32:43):
Love coffee, not in on piscotti. I don't like eating
anything with my coffee, not a donut, not a cinnamon roll,
not any sort of pastry. I just go coffee, black coffee,
black coffee on Memphi summach.
Speaker 3 (32:58):
Racist, That's that's what That's where I go with.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
Yeah, gotta be that empty stomach.
Speaker 6 (33:05):
I'm in.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
Get on what you like dipping the coffee.
Speaker 6 (33:10):
Let's got both of them. I'm in, I'm in. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
I just I feel like if you have a sweet
or a pastry with your coffee, it kind of takes
away the taste and the effect of the coffee.
Speaker 3 (33:23):
Like also the combination of like salty and sweet.
Speaker 1 (33:26):
Right, if you've got some that's more bland, more bitter,
than you have some that's sweet, it kind of plays
off each other.
Speaker 2 (33:31):
Yeah, but I need that gas, I need that octane.
I don't want it one.
Speaker 3 (33:35):
You're you're still getting both.
Speaker 2 (33:37):
Yeah, but I give you both. I don't. I don't
need the carb and the sugar and all the other.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Do you think that with the sugar added to the
coffee you're getting a little extra juice?
Speaker 2 (33:46):
I don't want. I don't put sugar in my coffee.
Speaker 3 (33:49):
No, no, no.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
But I'm saying, if you had like a pastry, some
sugary with the coffee, you're adding the sugar to the coffee.
Speaker 2 (33:55):
I feel like there was the sugar crash, though is
different than the caffeine crash. I feel like the worlds
are colliding and it's not a nice place. I like coffee.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
I'm trying to make excuses to justify your your point.
Speaker 2 (34:07):
Well, I'm just you know, I like black coffee. Oh yeah,
love me some ice black coffee big time.
Speaker 6 (34:15):
Why do you say black like an emphasis? Like that?
Speaker 3 (34:18):
Man?
Speaker 6 (34:20):
Why are you emphasizing it.
Speaker 2 (34:21):
I'm not emphasizing anything. I'm just saying I like ice
black like that. I'm not saying that.
Speaker 12 (34:27):
Lee.
Speaker 6 (34:28):
Can you you are sleek? Can you tell Jonahs how
to say black? Please?
Speaker 5 (34:31):
Yeah, it's a it's black coffee, man, Lee.
Speaker 3 (34:35):
Wait, Lee, one more time.
Speaker 5 (34:36):
It's a black coffee.
Speaker 3 (34:37):
Damn, Jonas. What kind of coffee do you?
Speaker 6 (34:40):
Let's don't even say coffee, Lee, just say just say
the cow.
Speaker 5 (34:43):
I like my coffee black clown.
Speaker 3 (34:47):
Coffee.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
You know what kind of coffee I like? I don't
say it black coffee.
Speaker 6 (34:55):
Oh my god, I just don't don't understand all. What's
color the jacket you wear? Jonas? What color jackets? White? Today?
Speaker 2 (35:04):
Black?
Speaker 6 (35:05):
Is it? Really? Guys?
Speaker 5 (35:11):
You got the Ryder cup going on? And if you
missed it yesterday they they wanted to play a little
bit of Victor Hoblin's favorite music for the rest of
the europe team.
Speaker 6 (35:20):
Take a.
Speaker 4 (35:20):
Listen to these guys listening to Victor Hoblin's favorite music.
Speaker 2 (35:24):
Oh yeap, what happened?
Speaker 3 (35:29):
Sounds like the devil? All right, Hoblin?
Speaker 2 (35:33):
What's that double bass? What is wrong with victims?
Speaker 3 (35:40):
Jesus?
Speaker 7 (35:42):
That's not even music. That's not even music. That's horrendous?
Is that was a That's like the most terrific thing
I've ever heard in my life.
Speaker 3 (35:53):
Actually the music and the beats.
Speaker 7 (35:55):
Okay, but then when the guy starts to sing.
Speaker 6 (35:57):
It, that's cripple. Listen to those peak, Yeah, I've heard
it all.
Speaker 3 (36:03):
I don't know, dude. If Victor Hopeland listens to this,
he's a psycho.
Speaker 2 (36:06):
I mean, what what band is that?
Speaker 12 (36:08):
Is that?
Speaker 2 (36:08):
Six feet under?
Speaker 5 (36:10):
It's probably some Norwegian bands because he's from Norway, like.
Speaker 2 (36:13):
In Flames or somebody like that.
Speaker 6 (36:15):
I mean, he's a golfer. Oh yeah, Victor, that you
need that, You need that the golf.
Speaker 3 (36:23):
Hell yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (36:25):
You're right, there's a specialty.
Speaker 2 (36:27):
Imagine heavy metal in uh of Norway.
Speaker 6 (36:29):
That music says amazing.
Speaker 10 (36:31):
He's taking out valance on that ball, and that ball
represents something.
Speaker 6 (36:35):
In his real life that's like like golf's therapy for him.
Speaker 12 (36:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (36:41):
Yeah, big fan of Victor Hobblin Now speaking guy, speaking,
speaking of golf.
Speaker 4 (36:46):
I don't know if you guys have seen Tiger Woods
and Justin Timberlake's new facility called T Squared.
Speaker 5 (36:50):
It's a humongous facility. It's basically what's in there?
Speaker 6 (36:55):
Did they have?
Speaker 3 (36:58):
Damn? I was? I mean, I was just dang.
Speaker 5 (37:03):
It's got everything a golf lover needs.
Speaker 4 (37:04):
Are you guys in or out on Tiger Woods and
Justin Timberlake teaming up for T Square out.
Speaker 3 (37:09):
I'm in on it, man, I'm in on it man out.
Speaker 5 (37:12):

Speaker 3 (37:14):

Speaker 2 (37:16):
But let's night golf of Tartan Fields. I don't need
anything else. What else we gotta golf?
Speaker 4 (37:21):
If you saw it last night, I'm on ros Saint
Brown scoring a touchdown, doing the Lambeau leap and getting
the dunk of beer on him from the Packers fans.
Speaker 3 (37:28):
You enter out on that, I'm out on that. That's
a little come on.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
I'm in on that. You know, have a cocktail while
you're playing football is.
Speaker 3 (37:37):
Not all that.
Speaker 6 (37:38):
Yeah, I'm in stay out of the leap,
