Eagles get it done, and they are sitting as the
one seed in the NFC right now. And then if
you look over and you happen to take a peek
at the schedule, you go, huh, So they've got the
Niners coming up next. So this feels like this game
coming up could be very very important as far as

seeding goes, as far as how this playoff picture for
the NFC could shape up, because you do have the
Niners and you've got the Eagles coming up next week,
and it is going to be the big one in
the late window on Fox. And look like right now
on DraftKings, we've got Philadelphia as a point and a
half favorite.

Early look ahead to that game so big.

Apparently what you remember last week, Jonas you said CBS
didn't want to put Who's Who's Denver playing next? Terrified
Denver Houston in that window, the standalone CBS window for them.

Yeah, yeah, I still don't understand that the logic behind that,
but yeah, this will kind of be a preview of
what could be right the the NFC Championship game.

So they and I think they're the two favorites to
win the Super Bowl right now.

As of right now, which is interesting coming in this season.
I think we we looked at the AFC as the
much stronger conference, and right now I think these two
teams Philadelphia obviously with the best record of San Francisco too,
when they're healthy, they seem like the two best teams,
most complete teams in and it's gonna be fun to
see it play off. But I don't know if it's

more due to injury. With what we've seen in the AFC,
I think that's obviously played a portion, especially when you
have a guy like Joe Burrow is.

Obviously, Aaron Rodgers at the start of the season, with
the Jets having such high hopes and some others I mean,
the Bill's defense is decimated with injury. So clearly there's
been some things that have played a factor in the AFC.
But I mean these two rosters, man like Howie Rosman,
John Lynch, you got to give them a ton of
credit because the rosters that have been built not only

to win, but they have depth and then and they
find ways of bringing in guys who you know, maybe
they're more towards the end of their career or it
didn't work somewhere else. They're willing to kick the tires
on them and sale works for them. And so those
guys deserve a lot of credit to have these two
teams springing out that have been kind of dominant right
now at least look like the two best teams in

the NFL.

Yeah, listen, I think you could throw Dallas in the
mix of it. At what what did a look like
in comparison?

like is what Doron Bland has done. Is it worthy
of Defensive Player of the Year? Yes?

look it up because I'm not.

I mean, if we've never seen it before and we're talking,
Stefan Gilmour got it. So there have been there have
been defensive backs who have got it. Troy Polamalu, Charles
Woodson got it, Bob Sanders won it. So yeah, I mean,
at Reed, so you've had You've had defensive backs get it.

I don't I don't know what their stats were when
they when they won those awards, but I'm sure that
I'm certain that it wasn't just based off of interceptions.
I would assume would have had to have been you know,
other stats as well that played a part, like Dion played,
you know, special teams, like it could have been something

I had to do with special teams. It could have
had to do with you know, sacks and tackles, as
Duran Bland had more of an impact than Micah Parsons.

On that the Dallas It's not even close to me,

I would actually agree with that in this sense, if
you've got five pick sixes, teams are obviously still.

people are still throwing at him. He's he's not getting
that respect from his opponents. I can promise you when

you face a Micah Parsons and Miles Garrett Aaron Donald,
every single play, you've got a plan for that player.

concerned about that player in that mashup.

Yeah, I would concur with that again, when when you
have to when you have to let the ball go
quickly because somebody's literally walking on all fours after they

chance that that's a partially the reason why you're getting
those opportunities to to grab the ball and go in

toughest position to play on defense, is the cornerback's position.

hundred percent knowing Fortes planned or not, and turning and
starting cheering, like cheering for him. I didn't even know

please do it, Like I want to see this.

I want to see history, like like samdy So Mark Maguire, Right.

Yes, it was awesome. It was so much fun. Man.
I was like a kid. Everyone's look at me. I'm like,

set the single season records and you'll never see this again.

I'll take my chances with that defense and Patrick Mahomes.
But it does feel like the race for that wild
cards or the race for that top spot and that
first round by is going to be a fun one
down the stretch because who do we think is a
legitimate threat in the AFC Baltimore, Kansas.

City and Jacksonville.

Yeah, it kind of feels like that's about it.

Bill struggles because I think those are the other two
teams you looked at as the potential threats to Kansas City.

I'm just gonna say the Dolphins, like you could throw
in the conversation for maybe the number one overall seed,
but do you feel like they could actually beat the Chiefs.

So this past week that's a huge loss for them.

that three game stretch would largely dictate if they could

get the number one overall seed or not.

get to what twelve thirteen you think to secure that

at it this way too. Kansas City's what eight and

Buffalo at New England, Las Vegas, Cincinnati at Los Angeles.

That's a much easier road what Miami has.

up because of the win this past week. But if
you compare them at least to Kansas City schedule, Miami schedule,
even Baltimore schedule, Jacksonville probably has the lightest schedule the
rest away.

see it play off. But I don't know if it's

more due to injury. With what we've seen in the AFC,
I think that's obviously played a portion, especially when you
have a guy like Joe Burrow is.

the Jets having such high hopes and some others I mean,

credit because the rosters that have been built not only

to win, but they have depth and then and they
find ways of bringing in guys who you know, maybe
they're more towards the end of their career or it

guys deserve a lot of credit to have these two
teams springing out that have been kind of dominant right
now at least look like the two best teams in
