(01:19):
to Scottie Scheffler, who is your Master's champion. So just one.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
Last time to one last time.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
They play Levar's Levar's funeral music.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
So we're really going to do the music. Yep, we're
really going to do that.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
I can't do it. It's like Christmas music, you know.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
No, it's not now LeVar. I'm sure this may be
news to you, but there was the chance that Scotti
Scheffler's wife, who is currently do any day going to labor.
He said it's the birth of his first child, that
he was just gonna leave the Masters and will withdrawal

(01:58):
and go to see the birth of his child. Just
think we've handled it the exact same way.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Well, I just feel like anything would be better than
playing the Masters. I mean, weren't a bowl of cereal.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
So you think he like is begrudgingly out there just
dominating everything.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Uh. Seriously, though, I wouldn't be able to live with
myself if I chose my job or chose anything else
over family. In a situation like if if something were
to happen to the child, if something were to happen
to the missus, Uh, you know, I wouldn't be able

(02:37):
to live with that, so I would I would certainly
go and you know, and be of support. Now, the
better question to me would be would you go if
it was a second or third or fourth child?

Speaker 4 (02:51):
See?

Speaker 1 (02:52):
To me, I think a first child is a no brainer.
But then you ask yourself, which is crazy, right, because
you gotta ask your would you do it if it
was the next one? Because it's like, you know, we
did it, like I know she should be okay, d
D dad. This's that you're assuming that you know, I guess,
But would you do it for a second, like one

(03:13):
after the first?

Speaker 3 (03:15):
I would say, just to be fair, I wouldn't go
for any of them. I wouldn't want one to feel
more important than the other.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
That's a great point. And also Jonas is the type
that like he puts his job before anything else. Yeah,
he really got that like old school dad mentality where
he's like, hey, no matter what, you show up to work,
all right, let me tell you something.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Yes, all right, that's yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
When when the bell rings, you're gonna get out there.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
You're gonna go work.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Get up off the stool, right, I don't hear.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
What sentimental moment is in your life. You get off
that stool, you go out there, you go to work.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
In fact, when I knew my wife was going into labor,
I called Scott Shapiro and said, you need anything covered,
anything editing shift, produce shift, I'll take anything.

Speaker 4 (04:02):
He was looking for work.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
So while she was giving birth to our son, I
grabbed a brew and a mop and started cleaning up
around the room a little bit.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
Can I be honest, you know what I would have done?

Speaker 1 (04:16):
What would you have done?

Speaker 4 (04:17):
I outd have because you're not allowed to have cell
phones out there at AUGUSTA nationally, you're not, so no.
So what I would have done is if if they
ran some out to tell me that your wife's going
into labor, we gotta go, I would I would take
a pause and I'd write a note. I'd be like,
please go tell her this, and I would say, you

(04:39):
bite that lip and you hold on, you hold that
baby in there until I finished this round, all right?
And you try to do both. You try to go
for glory and you try to make it back in
time to see the birth of the child.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
That's cold blooded. Cu what that's cold blood?

Speaker 4 (04:53):
It's it's a team. It's a team game. Man.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
You know, well you should have wrote the letter to
the baby, you know, because that baby to sad unless
it was like.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
But that is the feet of the mom. Right the
same day that he wins the Masters for the second time,
she also wins the masters by being able to keep
him inside or keep her inside until that baby is
able to get there, get out there so Scotty can
see it.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
That might have been the funniest thing, because my mind
is really nasty, and that was really funny. But I
get what you're saying. Anybody who's been.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Through the birth of the child, and you know, like
the labor and the pains everything else, it's like no
one ever talks about like if they were going to
try to hold it in, how that would work. You know,
like it's that intensive. The baby's coming, it's coming.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
But like we all kind of.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
Realize, like the pain and have have been a part
of the pain to push everything else with that. But
then I wonder, like, what was it like they're trying
to keep it in, How does that work?

Speaker 1 (05:56):
I don't think it works.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
I don't think so either.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
I want to try this, Lorena say no, I'm just saying.
Say your husband is leading the Masters. He's got a
four stroke lead. By the way, huge payday and that
sweet green jacket. Would you be okay if you were
going into labor if he said, hey, I trust you,

(06:21):
I think you got this one. I got work to
do here, how would that land with you?

Speaker 5 (06:28):
Well, well, your child, you see. No, No, it wouldn't fly. Really,
it wouldn't fly.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
Is that like grounds for divorce?

Speaker 5 (06:40):
I don't know if it's a deal breaker, but I
would need to see all intentsive purposes. If you're trying
to get back as fast as possible, you shouldn't want
me to You shouldn't want me to be alone.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
All right.

Speaker 5 (06:50):
So we did this together, We got into this together.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
We need to, you know, write, But you also would
be sacrificed a three point six million dollars you know.

Speaker 5 (06:59):
What, maybe can stay.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
The baby's not gonna know. You could probably just doctor
the photos after the fast agreed three point six million
goes along.

Speaker 5 (07:10):
We do have a point there. Yeah, you know what
you just say?

Speaker 1 (07:13):
So you put a price tag on that baby. Godle
y'all are horrible. It's horrible, kid. Dang.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
LeVar is such a nice guy. I just wouldn't be
able to live with myself.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
Man, if something were if something didn't And in fact,
not only that, but if you've ever if you ever
had a child, the moment that child comes into the
world and that child hears your voice, that like reaction
that you're able to see. Yeah, I just there's just

(07:51):
certain things I wouldn't want to miss, especially Augusta National
because LeVar.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
Said, Hey, if it's your second or third, it would
be different. Well, I guess the other better question is
Scotty Scheffler's already won a master's, So does it make
if it was going to be his first with that
change the circumstances.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
That's a great question. That is a great question.

Speaker 4 (08:14):
Let's say, for example, LeVar, you were playing a super
Bowl you already had one a Q.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
I'm gonna put it to you like this, if I'm
in a situation where that three point six matters to
the security of our family, like say, we got bills
we gotta pay and stuff like that, and I'm not
like on that whole wealth type kick, that's it. I mean,
I'm doing it for the necessity of being able to

(08:41):
financially take care of us. So that would be to me,
I feel like that would be a you know, that
would be a justification.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
But let's play out the super Bowl scenario. So let's
say you've already won one. Does that make it easier
then to walk away and go for the births as
compared to like you're playing for your first you might
not ever get back.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
There again first, Yes, see, if it was and I
never made it to a super Bowl, So if we're
heading into the super Bowl, in fact, I had this happen.
I had this happen. We were we we were in
the playoffs and and we were we were we had
gotten to the point of where we were past due,

(09:23):
and it was like, well, you know you can leave. Yeah,
but well we're making this a we thing. So she's
if it's our past, dude, then you go have the baby.
But if it's a WE thing and we're passed, do
it's do you make the decision to go to Tampa
and play a game.

Speaker 4 (09:40):
There's no expiration date on LaVar Arrington. No, that's all
I know. Oh I like that, Yeah, that's a shirt.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Anyway, So so I go and I play the game
and on everything.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
We get back to to the facility after.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
The game, I get to the house and I lay
down and i'd look. I hear her and I look
up and it's a puddle coming like it's like, it's
it's the it's the And I was like, you you
might there. I was like, look, you might you might
want to get like what's going on, Like you might

(10:19):
want to get I was so tired. I didn't even
I didn't even comprehend what was taking place.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
I was like, you might.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Want you might want to get that up before you
come to bid, like, you.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Know, I mean, at least have the DC to put
a wet floor sign up. I mean, gold god, you know.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
But that's the story of Marley. Marley waited for me
to get back, so she went into labor literally five
minutes upon me getting back into into the house. Literally
that that's pretty crazy.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
It was right after you guys ruined Chris Sims's career, correct.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Chris Alms.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
I just wanted to be clear on that.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
We didn't ruin it, but he definitely, you know, he
was the quarterback.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
We didn't he have like a punctured lung, or something
like that, just spleen, Yeah, something like that. He almost
bled out, he was.

Speaker 4 (11:08):
That was that? No? No, no, remember, like I think you
become more vulnerable if you have mono or something. Was
that the story?

Speaker 3 (11:14):
Uh yeah, I could have been. Yeah, there was something
like he went in, he went into the game with
something and then he suffered the injury, and you know
it was just never never the same.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
I mean, so we really did jack up his career.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
Yeah, I didn't know that. I never knew that story
in it. That was breaking news to me.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
Yeah, because your spleen could become more enlarged when infected
with mono nucleosis or mono, you should not be a
part of contact sports until you fully recover, which is interesting.
A lot of people don't realize they have mono until
after the fact, but it's it's actually kind of common.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
But I believe he was a nasty person's disease.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
They say it's the kissing persons, the kiss I mean,
you probably had mono, then that's the case. I've never
I've never had. Yes, some people call it happy Valley.
I heard what LeVar is called love Valley.

Speaker 3 (12:07):
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
Well, they wouldn't be lying. I mean, if I was
being honest, it wouldn't be a lot. I am a lover,
not a fighter.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
You spent some time in Virginia, right, Virginia's for lovers.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
Virginia's that's where we were. All my kids have been, well,
only one wasn't born in Virginia.

Speaker 4 (12:29):
Were they're consummated. I don't know about that. I don't
know about that.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
But three three of them were born in Virginia. Yeah,
for three of them, the twins and Marley were born
in Virginia.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Now, I got another question here. Let's say Scottie Scheffler
did leave because his wife was going into labor. How
would you feel if you were the second and one
like lud big Aberg, Like, how would you feel if
you were him and you want, Yeah, just because his
wife went into.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Labor, I'm gonna take it. Really, don't even think about it.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
I would feel a lot about it.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
In my mind. I'm like, I was going to get
him anyway.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
Nobody never know. Nobody was getting.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Him there, You'll never know. Yeah, I just I guess
it depends, right, Like I guess it depends. Like if
he's like one shot away and they're like, she's gonna
blow now you gotta go now, you know what I mean? Like,
I guess if it's one of those things, it is
a bomb, Yeah, you know that is birth.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
I just I always wonder about that, like if after
the fact, because I'd want, you know, I'd want to
know that I did it on my own and there
was no other assistance. It's like the guy who was
announced toward of France winner because Lance Armstrong and a
bunch of other guys pissed hot after the fact, It's like,
I didn't get it go on the stage. I didn't
do it on my own. It feels a little fraudulent.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
Can that be a DeBie Downer hair? Though? Like if
you really think about it, well I do.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
You're going to be Debbie Downer than we need. If
you could bring back one final time here for a time,
Oh gosh, go ahead.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
No, you killed my vibe. Just killed my vibe. Talking
about if you're going into labor for the first time
with your first child and you're going to have that baby,
chances are Shuffler doing his shuffle Shuffler. That's what I said,

(14:35):
would have more than enough time to finish off the
field when that green jacket, put the green jacket on,
even have a toast or two before having to depart
to go make the birth of the child. As labor began,

(14:58):
from the time that water broke until the time the
crowning of that hit would take place, you might have about,
I don't know, nine ten hours or more before that
child comes. So if you are a rookie out there

(15:18):
and you're about to have a child and you go
into labor, don't panic. That baby isn't coming very quickly.
You got time. Tell her to relax, set a spell,
take your shoes off, y'all come back now, you hear.

(15:40):
And that's my DeBie downer of a message. So I
don't even think he would have had to have left
even if they said her water broke, he could have finished. Now,
if it was a day out, that's different. But if
he was on the last round, he probably could have
finished and still made it to see the birthing. Now,
I could be wrong. I am not a medical expert,

(16:00):
but I do know I do believe that's something that
I read or what you know. Like I used to
watch chat the baby birth and shows and all that stuff.
Like when we were pregnant, did a lot of research
and stuff, and I do believe first time out, if
you're going natural, it's going to be a while. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:20):
Well listen, it worked out, and hopefully it worked out.
Hopefully a healthy baby on the way for the Scheffler family. Uh,
and he can celebrate in a brand new green jacket,
his second in three years.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
So maybe maybe you name him Master, you know, Master Settler.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
Something tells me that wouldn't end well. You know, well,
I feel like some people would get get ahold of
that on social media and have have some fun with it.
A lot of ways you could take that one.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
I'm just saying, you know, maybe maybe, I mean that's
it's still called the Master. You know.

Speaker 4 (16:54):
What's interesting about it is like Master p Masteratigue. He
was a running back. Yeah, I didn't go down that lane, Jonas.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
Did you know?

Speaker 4 (17:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (17:07):
What lane?

Speaker 3 (17:07):
Are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (17:09):
The Master lane? And they would get a hold of
that on social media and have fun with that.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
Master of Puppets Metallica.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
There you go, Master of Puppets.

Speaker 4 (17:19):
Sure, Okay, it wasn't that master Ace that did.

Speaker 6 (17:24):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
I was born to role.

Speaker 3 (17:27):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
Is that Master Ace?

Speaker 3 (17:29):
I'm not sure I.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
Was born to roll. Don't remember that, that's all. No,
I was.

Speaker 3 (17:39):
Born the role, born too like good music and stuff
for whatever reason.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
Can you please have them play one? Can you tell
Loreino what song you know you like? Can you have
her play it?

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Coming back in and the afore?

Speaker 1 (17:53):
Please? Please? Jonas, come on, tell her one song. You
might not even know the names of the song she did.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
He did, though, list three artists one time when I
played an artist that he did like.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
But I didn't write the No, no, no, no no,
this is not yeah, no, no, you need to tell
her one of your songs, shonas.

Speaker 3 (18:16):
It's it's not you know, it's not pertinent to the show.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
I hear it every morning, pretty much. I hear it.
Hear that song every boy, and not just from you.

Speaker 4 (18:26):
I mean.

Speaker 1 (18:28):
Construction. There's construction going on across the street right now,
and I've heard it for like three months straight. Yeah.
Your favorite songs, Yeah, your favorite playlist?

Speaker 3 (18:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (18:42):
Can you just give her one song?

Speaker 3 (18:43):
No? What no, what do you mean by that when
you've heard the construction and all that, like.

Speaker 1 (18:48):
The construction workers that are working.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
There, like a particular brand, the.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
Same one as you and I want the world to
hear it. Can you can you give her a song?

Speaker 3 (19:00):
Ben Buppy, I.

Speaker 4 (19:01):
Mean no, no, don't do that. Thank you all.

Speaker 3 (19:05):
Yeah, let me think of one. I'll come up with
one during.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
The break because I would love to hear it coming
out break. I would love to hear that, you know what.

Speaker 3 (19:12):
And in honor of the construction workers across the street,
I'll value one up real good. Coming up here, just

Now?

Speaker 1 (20:38):
What artist is this?

Speaker 3 (20:41):
Fernandez?

Speaker 1 (20:42):
There you go, there you go, There you go. So
this is not a joke for people. Just so y'all know,
this is what Jonas Listens did. Listen, man, this stinks
when you got when you get song absolutely stinks.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
You know when you've been to about a thousand kinsignetas,
baby showers, family gatherings basically excuses to drink and eat
carne asada over the past dozen years. I just kind

(21:24):
of like this.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
I like this music. Doesn't this make I got my
I got my cantena that I go to where I
get my my fried fish.

Speaker 3 (21:32):
And again all that's gone and this is yeah because
you're giving it up.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
Well, I'm eating fish, but I might it won't be
fried two months, that's all.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
If you're not gonna have a servesa with that fish
when you go to the cantina.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
No, no, not for two months. I'm gonna take two
months to try to like get to this next level.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
I don't know, I don't think. I don't think you
get through the week.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
I'm gonna do some sup stacking. Oh No, I'm pretty disciplined, dude.

Speaker 3 (21:59):
Oh, I know you are. But there's nothing wrong with
having a couple of throat burners after you work out
hard all week.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
Yeah, unless it literally burns your throat and you have
which has a different point.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
Very good, very good burners has taken on a different
meaning after today's show. You know, I know we're talking
about FSR I R so in the midst of I
mean earlier on in this show, in the midst of
all the delays and messed up traveling that I talked
about earlier. I can't sit bulkhead because it jacks my

(22:36):
body up. When I sit in bulkheads, because you can't
stretch your leg right. My knee feels like bro it
feels like I just got surgery. You can't I can't
straighten it. The front the number one seat people see.
Some people may think sitting first and in the seat

(22:58):
of a of an airplane at as like status, but
it's actually the worst seat on the plane. It's the
worst seat on the plane. If you're on an air bus,
it's the worst seat because there's no there's no room,
like you literally have no space in my knee, my
left kneed. The doppler, the doppler, you know, it's it's

(23:22):
jacked up. I'm jack. It's telling me that I need
to ice it and stem it and elevate it and
compress it because of what took place yesterday. So thank
you to the airlines that that rebooked me, because you know,
it was nice that they rebooked me because I wouldn't

(23:43):
have been able to get back. It wasn't looking good
for two minutes. But I was able to get back.
But it was go figure, my my six foot four
and almost five Siddens, who would have been sitt first class,
was in seat thirty two because there was no other
like I had to sit bolt head. There was only
one seat and it was like, yeah, I'm not going

(24:05):
to sit in the middle. He had to sit in
a center center seat for four and a half hour flight.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
So now did the person next to the window. Did
they know they were sitting next to the Erringtons? They
know they're next to Stick City.

Speaker 4 (24:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
I don't think that mattered.

Speaker 4 (24:20):
I don't think that mattered too much.

Speaker 1 (24:24):
I will say this though, My gear is in Dick's
Sporting Goods. That was a pretty cool you know deal.

Speaker 4 (24:33):
No Diddy, no.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Diddy there, all right, but but it was and it was, Yes,
what do you where it's at?

Speaker 3 (24:42):
What do you mean your gear? What are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (24:44):
You know, stick City gear?

Speaker 4 (24:46):
Yeah, it was in Dick's.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
Guy's got it. You got a sticks and Dicks?

Speaker 1 (24:51):
Huh, sticks and Dicks literally, yeah, stix is and.

Speaker 3 (24:56):
Dicks eight the first time.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
I don't know what that means.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
Well, look, congrat that's awesome.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
Actually, thanks man, I appreciate that.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Congrats. It is two pros and a cup of Joe
here on Fox Sports Radio. So we are going to
close up shop with another edition of you and of
You out coming up here in about fifteen minutes from now.
Quick update on Brandon Ayuk's pursuit for a contract extension
with the San Francisco forty nine ers. Still hasn't happened,
Still hasn't happened, but his agent is now refuting a

(25:29):
report that he has asked for a trade from the
forty nine ers. And this is also the same weekend
when it was revealed that Brandon Ayuk stopped following the
forty nine ers on social media, which, first off, how
does anybody even know that unless you're going around snooping
through who he's following, or is this like somebody from

(25:49):
his team leaks this information to a reporter and says, oh,
by the way, we're serious about this, so much so
that he unfollowed the team on Instagram, and now that
becomes one of the storylines here.

Speaker 4 (26:00):
His agent came out though and made a comments and
they've got bad sources about the request of trade. So
that's the hard part is it wouldn't make sense in
that scenario if someone from his team tried to leak
it and then it gets out and then his agent
says no. But maybe that is what's happening behind the scenes.
I don't know. I mean, it's a deep wide receiver
class and there may be the potential of a team

(26:22):
looking for a veteran wide receiver who has showcased the
ability to be a number one, which I think Brandon
Ayuk has been that and maybe someone sees more value there,
whereas the forty nine ers are like, hey, we can
just go find another one in the draft with this
year's class and how good this group is. But it's

(26:42):
hard to make sense of what exactly is going on,
especially when you get an agent who comes out and
challenges the media, because typically they're the ones that are
leaking the stuff out to the media in the first place.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
Yeah, I don't know what the story, how that story goes,
I don't know, but I would assume if if they
wanted eye you back, some some type of communication would
be taking place. And I didn't I didn't see what
the agent came out and said, But I would assume

(27:14):
that the agent would say, we're working through things or
whatever it may be. So, I mean seeking a trade,
you know, I don't know. I don't I don't see
how that that works. I mean, he's if he's seeking
a trade, that means he has a contract with the team, correct.

Speaker 3 (27:30):
Or is he he's looking for a new deal?

Speaker 1 (27:33):
And yeah, so there's no reason, there's no reason for
there to be any type of anything. Sometimes you know,
there's this one thing that that you know, it's kind
of crazy, like like you and you know, we'll we'll,
we'll kind of sympathize with this.

Speaker 4 (27:47):
You know.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Sometimes you just you know, you work, you work your
contract like you work to the end of your contract,
you know.

Speaker 4 (27:54):
What I mean.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
Like, like, there is the concept of we did a
deal for X amount of time and you start to
negotiate the next deal once you get to the end
of the deal that you signed. I know that might
be breaking news. I know that might not make a
whole lot of sense. Maybe I don't know, but I

(28:16):
was just thinking, you know, every once in a while,
you know, when you sign a contract, sometimes you just
do the duration of the contract before and you start
negotiating that contract once you're getting down to the end
of that contract. I mean, you know, go figure, oh,
let's just start. I'll throw that out there.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
Well, there's also another report out there from a radio
station in Pittsburgh that is saying that the Steelers have
had quote unquote internal discussions about potentially trading for t Higgins.
Why the hell would the Cincinnati Bengals trade him to
the Steelers, Like why, like what unless the Steelers completely
overpaid for him, why would that trade even be a possibility?

Speaker 4 (28:55):
I mean, why not.

Speaker 1 (28:56):
Didn't we have this conversation the other week I said
that about Justin Fields? Why not? Why why would you
trade him to the to the Vikings? I mean, if
you can, if you can get what you want out
of the situation, why not? Why not? What does it matter?

Speaker 3 (29:10):
I just find it hard to believe Cincinnati's gonna make
that deal with pet.

Speaker 1 (29:14):
If you can get done what you want to get done,
why not?

Speaker 4 (29:17):
Why not?

Speaker 1 (29:17):
If it if it improves your draft status or something
that you really wanted out of it, what wat should
it matter? What team?

Speaker 4 (29:25):
Yeah? Look, I mean if you're not willing to sign
the guy on to a long term deal, you're kind
of already communicating how you feel about that player. So
move on from that player. Let him go on his
merry way, even if it's with a you know, competing team.
The reality is you're moving on. So why would you
want to keep him around just for another year before

(29:47):
you can go? Make that decision? If you once? I mean,
in a perfect world, you would like to send him
to a team that you're not gonna see twice a year.
But if that's your best offer, you got to make
that trade.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
Sometimes, well we'll see how play is out here. We
got the draft coming up here and uh next week,
so not this Thursday. Thursday after LeVar Arrington's going to
be all over that. Yeah, you're gonna have a have
a jam good deal all over it. Yep, Uh it is.
And by the way, I don't know if you saw
the report that came out or the tweet that came
out from Caleb Williams uh that he's got him and

(30:19):
his girl have got a great outfit they've got lined
up for the for the draft. So I'm sure you
guys are gonna you just said, you know, me and
my lady are going to have like an outfit picked
out that people are gonna love, et cetera, et cetera.

Speaker 1 (30:33):
I mean, what's what's the comments there was? I don't
know if I read it incorrectly, but it was it
like they were matching or something like that.

Speaker 3 (30:41):
Yeah, I don't know, I just uh, that's what I mean,
maybe like matching, you know, nail polish. I have no
idea because he does.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
There wasn't. He didn't have no nail pology, Okay, but
I'm just saying even if he did. I was just
I heard that the outfits were matching, like literally, yeah,
I'm not like not like the male version and the
female version like I heard they were like literally, you
know that's like a new thing these days, like unisex dressing,

(31:11):
you know what I mean, that's the thing on everything.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
Yeah, so I'm curious. I feel like I saw that somewhere,
but it'd be interesting to see.

Speaker 4 (31:22):
I mean, I could never. I could never like anything
like the unisex colognes and stuff that I always I'm like,
I just that one's not for me, you know. I
needed like that almost like that brute you know, deuterant.
It's just you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
It just it's burns when they hit you.

Speaker 4 (31:40):
Yeah, I just supposed to. Got a sixty five year
old like I just he needed like that older grown
man's smell after shave. Yeah, it feels like you just
walked off from hunting and killed like a big elk.

Speaker 3 (31:51):
You know.

Speaker 4 (31:51):
It's like a mixture of like animal blood, slash like
spice and fire and something else.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
I'm with you.

Speaker 4 (31:58):
Yeah, it's not brute. Yeah, you spray that deal at
all and it kills everything in those armpits.

Speaker 3 (32:05):
It definitely does. Well, we'll get to see what.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
You try to use it sprayed on your feet and
you have like smelly feet. No, it doesn't work, you guys,
never tried that on that I tried. I tried it. Yeah,
I was like, oh, I used to never wear socks
with shoes, and obviously it's a terrible idea, but because
it'll make your shoes smell awful and if you don't
wash your shoes. But even then, but I remember trying

(32:30):
it one time and I was like, should this apply
here too, Like, shouldn't you be able to like spray
your feet make a smell better?

Speaker 3 (32:34):
Yeah, But you have a bunch of Sperry top siders.
You don't wear socks with those, do you when you're
out on the yond?

Speaker 4 (32:38):
I don't have any. Actually, you don't know. I'd love
how you project your wardrobe on other people.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
What he's talking about.

Speaker 4 (32:46):
Hey, bro, I don't have a pair of salmon colored
pants and spiry topsiders like you do.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
Well you have lived, yeah, which.

Speaker 4 (32:52):
Is quite the contrast to you just always wearing some
sort of black leather jacket and black feed necta. That
is very true. Speed. That's the thing is like he
showed up with a pair of like pink or salmon
colored pants and spiry topsiders, and I was like, no
one's going on a boat. Bro's it's a charity golf tournament.
It's a completely different thing.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
But that's how you know he's a vampire.

Speaker 4 (33:14):
He thought he was trying to like be he he
was with the Daywalkers.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
That's yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
And for the record, those pants were ten bucks at
Express and they were on the discount rack. That's why
I bought them. So yeah, let me tell you, if
you've got courage enough to wear some random colors, you
can get great deals on a lot of stuff.

Speaker 1 (33:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (33:32):
All I know is he walked in late as hell
and that's the only thing he flew in town for
was this charity golf event. And someone hands him a
shot at Jamison that was probably pretty warm by that point,
and he's like, oh, it's like this. I'm like, yeah,
that's how we rolled a.

Speaker 3 (33:46):
Late I haven't even had to add my coffee yet,
and you guys are already firing off, so it was
a good time. I still haven't gotten another invite. Neither
is anybody on the show, which is part.

Speaker 4 (33:56):
Of the that's not true. That's an open invitation to
all of his crew.
