So we are one day in to the college football weekend,
the Labor Day extravagam and a friendly reminder, we've got
boots on the ground in Morgantown. What's the vibe out
(01:08):
there in Morgantown? Won Brady Quinn, The star of Big
Noon Kickoff, the face of Big Noon Kickoff. Who's going
to be there for Penn State West Virginia coming up tomorrow.
Speaker 6 (01:19):
You know, I had some conversations with some diehard West
Virginia fans yesterday and one of the things they brought
up was this is the most anticipated matchup for a
couple of reasons. The first being was a surprising performance
of West Virginia last year. You know, Garrett Green, their quarterback,
I think provides them a lot of promise, a lot
(01:40):
of hope.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Neil Brown's a.
Speaker 6 (01:42):
Guy who's a very likable coach and figure there, and
with what they were able to do last season, I
think there's a lot of they feel like momentum, but
also hope for what could be. And some of the
fans I spoke to said this reminds them going back
of like the Gino Smith era, with the hype around
with that group when they had Taevon Austin, some of
(02:03):
the other playmakers, stead Been Bailey a wide receiver, and
you know Bruce Ervin. A lot of those good players
who moved on to play at the NFL level. So
that's that was kind of the thought behind. You know,
a lot of the the optimism, and then the thing
is the matchup. You know, Penn State, West Virginia and
LeVar you could speak to this better than anyone.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
There's there's a bit of a rivalry there.
Speaker 6 (02:23):
And so just that renewed, you know, sense of this
sort of rival of this sort of game to start
off the season in a place like Morgantown, which is
such an unbelievable setting as far as like what you're
looking for, something that's unique, something that's not something you're
gonna get every single week in college football. It's exciting.
So every everyone's buzzing around here in Morgantown. They're excited
(02:47):
about the the a lot of optimism, I should say,
is really for the season for this team.
Speaker 7 (02:52):
They're just like Penn State in the sense that they
are this is what they have in Morgan you know,
it's football and and that's it. There's no you know,
they're they're not there's there's state college. There's there's nothing
but our sports is football and state college. And in Morgantown,
(03:16):
West Virginia, there's nothing there but football. And and so
you know, this team will get on a bus, They're
not getting on a plane, not a train or anything else.
They're going to get on a bus. They're going to
get on buses and they're going to drive to Morgantown.
Like I think, it's like two and a half two
(03:37):
hours away from State College. So while I won't go
as far as to say rivalry between the two schools,
I certainly will say familiarity. And there is a level
of we are we're borders, you know, we're we're connected,
and there's a familiarity, a very very close familiarity and
(04:03):
understanding that this is this There there are bragging rights
connected to this game, and and I love the fact
that this is a game that has come back and
has been a part of what Penn State represents and
what West Virginia represents. I know that, you know, we
(04:24):
hear the player come out and say that it doesn't
look like Penn State respects anybody but Michigan and Ohio State.
I don't find that.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Far you represent Penn State. Is that true?
Speaker 7 (04:36):
Yeah, No, it's not true. And in fact, I've been
with a couple of the players. They there is a
healthy respect for this this Mountaineer team, a healthy respect
for what West Virginia has been able to accomplish. There's
a healthy respect and understanding of what what they did
(04:56):
and what they accomplished last year as a team, and
I think there's a healthy respect coming out of the
game against West Virginia from last year. So I would
be I would be willing to say it would be
a mistake on West Virginia's behalf to actually think you're
going into a game against a team that doesn't have
(05:19):
any respect for you or isn't taking you as an opponent,
taking you seriously. That could be a detriment to how
competitive this game should be, you know, when they play,
because it's all but that, it's been very very on
on front of mine that this is a game that
(05:41):
they they're going to have to go in here and
they're going to have to take it to the Mountaineers
if they want to win this game. Everybody knows how
great the environment is on a college football Saturday in Morgantown,
West Virginia. People talk about the reputation of it all
the time. It's a hot style environment to play and
(06:02):
it's funny. Goon, my dude, goon. Keith Conlin, Yeah, you
played on the undefeated team in ninety four. He was
talking about how you'll get off of the bus and
you'll see like older women, like grandmoms, like waiting at
the bus, and then they look so wholesome and they
look so nice. And then that you get off the
(06:22):
bus and those same nice grandmoms that should be saying, hey,
you want some apple pie? How are you doing? Or
throwing up their middle fingers talking about fu you know,
f you Penn State like if you coach like and
it's like they are very intense in Morgantown. So I'm
(06:44):
excited for it. I think it's a great test as
an early game for Penn State if they're going to
show that they are a top ten team with top
ten talent on this roster, and for West Virginia it's
an opportunity to showcase where they are as a program
as well. I think the spotlight will be very, very
(07:07):
close and then it'll be very big on on this game.
So I find it to be an exciting deal.
Speaker 5 (07:14):
It's gonna be so much fun.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
Man, and the first game of the season, weathers still
gonna be nice. That student body and those fans are
going to.
Speaker 7 (07:23):
Be thronged, absolutely nuts.
Speaker 6 (07:26):
I mean people getting mangled now, like.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
LeVar.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
You mentioned, LaVar, you mentioned what.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
Happened, like Grandma's like giving the middle finger. These are
these like Dolly Parton type.
Speaker 7 (07:45):
Dolly could get that work. I mean if they're Dolly
Parton types. While they're saying f me. If I'm one
of the players, I mean, if it were me, I
don't want to speak for anybody else. If it were me,
I would take a moment and say, wow, like f me, hungry.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
Could get that work.
Speaker 7 (08:07):
Well, if you're not doing anything later after the game
is over, you know you could.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
You still stand by that statement.
Speaker 7 (08:14):
Look me up on my slide into my d M
and maybe we can make up and be friends. Could
get that work once the game is over. That once
the game, once the game has ended, and and you
know the outcome has been determined, grandmam like, slide into
(08:36):
my d MS.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
And one could get work.
Speaker 5 (08:39):
So you're standing on that, let.
Speaker 7 (08:41):
Me know you're the one that gave me the middle
finger and said f me. When I was that was me.
I did that till you getting off of the bus,
and you know, maybe I can help you with cleaning
your dentures or whatever it may be. But if you're
looking like Dolly Parton just you know, just slide into
my d MS and say, you know, I'm the one
that hit you with the middle finger and told you
(09:02):
to f off when you were hitting into the locker room.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Dolly Parton could get that work.
Speaker 7 (09:08):
There you go. But that's a younger LeVar man, you
know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (09:12):
Like that, that's like three weeks ago.
Speaker 5 (09:14):
Yeah, oh things have changed.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
The things changed that quick far.
Speaker 7 (09:22):
I'm just saying if that was, if that were a
single LeVar, Yeah, I'm a stand on it. I'm a
stand on it.
Speaker 5 (09:31):
Yeah. Yeah, I'm gonna.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
Put her on.
Speaker 7 (09:34):
I'm gonna put her on the front. I'm gonna take
her bicycle. I'm gonna put her in the basket that's
on the front of her bicycle and we're going pedal off.
Speaker 4 (09:42):
Hey, who's Dave Coelo got? Is a guest line up?
Is Kevin Pittsnago going to be there? Or what for tomorrow?
What are we looking at in Morgantown?
Speaker 6 (09:50):
I mean, why why do I all of a sudden
have Delos guest list?
Speaker 5 (09:53):
I don't know, man, I figure, you know.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Why don't the show and pepper him for a little while?
Speaker 5 (10:01):
He does?
Speaker 4 (10:02):
Dave Coelo have Kevin Pittsnogle's showing up tomorrow the big
kickoff or what.
Speaker 8 (10:07):
I'm pretty sure I saw that on the on the
text chain.
Speaker 5 (10:11):
Yes, that's sweet, trying to make who I am? Yeah,
what about Kevin White?
Speaker 4 (10:21):
He's there, Kevin White going to be on that on
that guest list?
Speaker 7 (10:24):
Wouldn't about Patrick White?
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Pat White? So you can't? Maybe maybe Stedman Bailey?
Speaker 7 (10:36):
Yeah, maybe famous Amos.
Speaker 5 (10:39):
You know what really caused problem?
Speaker 7 (10:42):
If you're a real mountains this one, this one wold
be really good for you. What what about Major Harris?
How about that one?
Speaker 5 (10:49):
All right?
Speaker 7 (10:51):
Major Harris back a little bit? I went? Oh, I went,
I went, I went back on went way back, take
way back. Well not that long, not that far back,
but but Major Harris goes back. Dolly Parton could get
that work. I'll take you back to Dolly Parton. How
about Sam Huff? How about that? How about get some
(11:14):
but Sam? Sam wouldn't be able to attend though he
he won't, he won't be attended.
Speaker 4 (11:19):
Oh man, Now do we still have the Dion sand
like Deon Sanders. I was thinking about this when he's
talking postgame about you know why they decision to throw
the ball when they did.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
Like one of the other.
Speaker 4 (11:34):
Quotes that came out was that Shador was trying to
be a good teammate. He was trying to give his
teammate a highlight in that spot, and like, I just
I mean, I just wonder, at what point is this
less maybe about Colorado and more about showcasing his son's
ability to try and get him drafted number one overall.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
I don't think it has anything to do with that.
Speaker 6 (12:00):
Strikes What gets me is the fact that I feel
like they don't ever want to admit a mistake, Like
there seems to be a sense of, like, we don't
want to admit yeah, you know what, we went back
and looked at it.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
We really should have ran the clock out there.
Speaker 6 (12:16):
There was no reason we should have run the football
or done anything other than run the football on first down.
Once we got the initial first down, we were good.
We could have ended the game right then and there
like that. That's one piece of it where I'm going,
what's so hard about saying, yeah, we had bad clock management.
It's the first game of the season. We got caught
(12:38):
up in everything kind of going on. We thought we
needed to get it for another first down to end it.
Looking back on it, we could have just kneeled it
three times. Game would have been over. It's not that hard.
And for some reason, I get the sense that there's
like this element of if we admit we're wrong or
we messed up.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
We'll look bad.
Speaker 6 (12:56):
But instead it's like, now you give all these other
reasons that don't make sense for it, which makes it
look worse.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 7 (13:04):
I think it looks worse because the stakes are so
high and have been made so high based off of
the continued coverage of the interactions between coach Deon Sanders
and the media, and then in this situation, there has
been a lot of chatter about what the motivation or
(13:25):
intentions of Deon Sanders as a coach as it applies
to him being a father and highlighting Shador as a player.
Maybe some of those sentiments and some of those those
observations have been true, Maybe some of the criticisms have
been or are true, But make no mistake about it,
(13:46):
if you had any type of conversation that represented anything
other than Shador Sanders being a gamer and a player
that actually is as good as advertise, it just has
to be put to bed at this point, like, it's
not like he does. His play speaks for itself. So now,
(14:11):
really all it really should be about is is how
it is handled as a coaching staff, what the play
calling looks like, what the game plans look like like.
The focus should be on other aspects, because that aspect
of it is solidified. He's a bona fide star. He
plays like a star. He lives up to the role,
(14:32):
he plays the part. So now, as Colorado continues on,
it shouldn't be about trying to beat a dead horse.
That's a dead horse topic to say that Dion is
trying to do this for Shador Sanders because the door
is going to do enough within the parameters of the
four quarters to have that anyway.
Speaker 4 (14:53):
Well, I'll beat that horse, but I want to beat
that horse. Once you mind your own horse.
Speaker 7 (14:56):
You're a horse beater.
Speaker 5 (14:58):
I'll tell you that. I wish.
Speaker 7 (15:01):
Oh, maybe a pony by the pony, I don't know,
how about a termite, Maybe a Shetland pony.
Speaker 5 (15:06):
How about a termite.
Speaker 4 (15:07):
Now we did mention yesterday before the game, Shdor Sanders
thirty five to one to win the Heisman. Now it's
down to twenty to one. Off that performance, so making
a little bit of noise. Uh Courtisy were our friends
with DraftKings there, and.
Speaker 6 (15:22):
One of the reasons is this, if you look at
their schedule for the rest of the season, there's probably
a TBA next to some of them because some of
those matchups haven't been accounted for. And as the momentum builds,
as the hype continues to build, if they keep winning,
they'll get more national exposure, they'll get more national games,
(15:43):
more opportunities to be in those windows, to continue to
keep building his case. It's one of the reasons why
Dylan Gabra, who's the odds on favor right now to
win the Heisman, now the quarterback at Oregon. I think
the move from Morgan to the Big Ten helps his
case more than ever before because now he's going to
be playing in more Eastern time zone windows, and there's
(16:04):
going to be an audience that's in the Midwest and
the South and the East Coast that season play more.
When you play primarily most of your games late, that
hurts you. Well, now he's going to be right there
in the mix, not only playing in front of them,
but playing against teams that they're valuing saying that, well,
you know, maybe they beat Ohio State, maybe they beat
whoever they play. You start going through like that and
(16:24):
you start having a different respect for how that player
is playing. So like, the hype will continue to build
around the Heisman as the season moves.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
Forward, but the role that.
Speaker 6 (16:34):
TV plays and the stage that allows some of these
players to be on has a significant impact, I think
on their exposure and their odds of winning it.
Speaker 7 (16:41):
You know, I know, I know we got just real quick.
I know we got to get to the break and
I'm sorry I cut you, steped on you. But damn,
I will say this bad jozs. But it is set
up for Shador and even Travis Hunter to take the
fall on that achievement because they're not going to win
(17:02):
enough big games for those to either one of those
guys to win the Heisman. That's what I believe, and
that's what I think. It's almost like a setup deal
because as well as they may play, I don't think
that the team as a whole is going to have
enough success for somebody else not to emerge as that
(17:24):
person that becomes the front the front runner for the award.
Speaker 6 (17:28):
It's an interesting comment because I think there's an element of,
you know, let's say, for example, they win six or
seven games, but shadors having the best season of any
quarterback in college football.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
There's elements of that of.
Speaker 6 (17:41):
Saying, what, well, he clearly looks like the best, or
how you know he's keeping his team even eligible at
that point, right, if that's the conversation, Because if they're
in the mix and they're winning ten, eleven, twelve games,
we already know what the conversation is going to be.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
He's gonna be in New York.
Speaker 6 (17:55):
He's gonna win the Heisman if he's put up the
stats too and he's leading his team. But to your point,
if he's not and or or I should say, if
he's still doing his part but there's just not enough
help around him on the team, how will that be viewed?
Because it does always feel like it's not always the
best player in the country. It's one of the best
players on one of the best teams. And this year,
(18:16):
I think with the expanded playoff, it opens it up
more for a potential team with three losses. I mean,
look at Jaden Daniels last year for LSU, then what
three or four losses? His season was so ridiculous that
he ended up you know, winning the Heisman because he
played that well even though their team wasn't playing for
a thing when it was all said and done. So
(18:38):
it is an interesting argument like if Carson Beck's team's
twelve to zero or thirteen to oh as they ended
the playoff, but he statistically, you know, isn't having as
big of a year or maybe not viewed as doing
as much. Is it harder to be in his shoes though,
having the pressure of being the number one team for
the entire season versus a team that's maybe not quite
(18:58):
as in the mix. So those debates officer will play out.
I think it's interesting comment.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
Lare two pros and a cup of Joe here on
Fox Sports Radio. Also, I think this is the most
interesting comment said thus far on the show, especially this hour.
Speaker 5 (19:13):
Here right, I.
Speaker 7 (19:18):
Got, I got up, and then I got up for work,
and then I was on time football. It's Friday. I

Come on Eddie.

Speaker 5 (20:17):
Come on Friday?
Speaker 4 (20:18):
Here on bl it, come on with Joe here on FSR.
Coming up next here though, we've got somebody who's pretty
much fed up with the conversation surrounding his situation in
the NFL.
Speaker 5 (20:31):
That's yours right here on FSR.
Speaker 3 (20:33):

Speaker 5 (20:53):
But instead of us telling you how great we are,
here's how Dan Patrick described us when he came on.
Speaker 4 (20:58):
Our show, Quick Knowledge and funny opinionated.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
What are you doing?
Speaker 5 (21:03):
Were interrupting our promo.
Speaker 3 (21:05):
Yeah, you wasn't talking about you. You took those clips
totally out of context.
Speaker 5 (21:09):
Oh yeah, Well after this promo, I'm gonna take you
out and beat you.
Speaker 10 (21:13):
Let me put this into context.

Shut up.

Yeah, anyway, just listen to the Pauli and Tony Fusco
Show on I Heart Radio, Apple Podcasts.
Speaker 5 (21:21):
Ohereba you get your podcasts.
Speaker 4 (21:22):
Yee two pros and a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio,
LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you here. So
we are going to have another edition of you, one
of you out coming up here in a little over
fifteen minutes from now here from the tire rack dot
Com studios. And by the way, do we have the
(21:43):
uh big noon kickoff music the Fox College Football Music,
because I gotta put somebody on the spot here because
we've completely forgotten to do this right. So Braden T. Quinn,
who is forgot more about college football.
Speaker 5 (22:01):
Than anybody knows.
Speaker 4 (22:02):
If you don't believe me, just ask him. A couple
of years ago he predicted the Heisman when he had
Bryce Young at ten to one before the season, winning
the Heisman months in advance. So that being said, since
we were talking about the Heisman. What you call your shot?
Speaker 2 (22:22):
Here?
Speaker 5 (22:23):
What you call your shot and.
Speaker 4 (22:24):
Predict who's going to win the Heisman Brady Quinn this
season in college football.
Speaker 6 (22:29):
Well, last time we did this, I had more of
an opportunity to actually prepare to call my shot.
Speaker 5 (22:34):
You don't need preparation. You were built for this.
Speaker 6 (22:37):
Yeah, it would be helpful if I if I had
a little bit too it. Gosh, I've been saying for
the past probably a week or so, that I'd like
it to go to someone other than a quarterback. I
don't think it's going to go to someone other than
(22:57):
a quarterback. I think I mentioned Ollie Gordon, which he
should rush for over two thousand yards this season.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
But I digress.
Speaker 6 (23:05):
If I had to put my money on someone to
win it right here, right now, it's probably gonna be
Carson Beck of Georgia, right I think he's in for
a huge year. I believe his odds are like eight
to one at this point something like that. Yep, he's
not even the favorite. However, he plays quarterback for the
team that has never won the country. He's gonna have
a big year. He had a tremendous second half of
(23:28):
the season last year. I think they're gonna be in
the mix at the end of the season when it's
all said done, even though the voting happens before that.
I think you're gonna continue to see him play at
a high level. So Carson Beck is who I would
put my money on to win the highstman if I
act to right now.
Speaker 4 (23:43):
You know, Travis hunters twenty five to one too, sure
he's also so maybe that's the non quarterback who could
get it, you know, considering allogy.
Speaker 2 (23:52):
Done, could could be.
Speaker 6 (23:53):
I think there's some running backs who could you know,
put you on Jenkins, Trayvon Henderson.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
The concern there's.
Speaker 6 (23:58):
Both those backs putting carry is no different than Kate
tron Allaticks Singleton for example, pet State. But the hard
thing for Travis Hunter is gonna be staying healthy. He
played a ton of snaps last night and you get
why because he's so special a wide receiver at defensive back.
Remember last year he took that shot early this season
was a versus called out of state.
Speaker 2 (24:19):
Yeah, and ended up ended up missing some times. So
that that's always going to be a concern when you're
playing that. But he snaps out there.
Speaker 7 (24:27):
I think winning is going to play a major part
in this year's decision, just because I feel like the
playoff is going to make things so much more important
and being in position to get those home games and
how it all aligns. I don't know that there's a
better team in the land than what we're going to
(24:48):
see from Ohio State. I just feel pretty bullish on
that Will Howard fifteen to one. I'll tell you what
I think that if he proves out like what the
hype is kind of saying it's going to be, and
how much talent they had, they're loaded at every position.
(25:08):
They seem like they're very well balanced. Will Howard could
be the guy that that walks away with that award.
Speaker 4 (25:17):
There there we go, there's uh there the picks for
the Heisman, and I'll wait a few weeks.
Speaker 5 (25:24):
To make my pick.
Speaker 7 (25:25):
You know, well, we don't about your research.
Speaker 3 (25:28):
We don't.
Speaker 7 (25:28):
We don't care about his pick any We could go
off the top of our head, because well it matters,
damn should I know who his blank man the lap is,
his his AISTHMA candidate. He would be your pick, buddy, exactly. See,
(25:52):
there you.
Speaker 8 (25:52):
Go, who's my top heisman?
Speaker 7 (25:57):
You know, before you say something that you don't know
what you want to say.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
You repeat the question.
Speaker 5 (26:02):
Can I can I make least pick for him?
Speaker 2 (26:04):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (26:04):
Yeah, go for it, Queen yours, Quinn Yours once had
a similar hair.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
Letting Lee make us pick.
Speaker 10 (26:13):
I'm a big Donovan Edwards guy.
Speaker 2 (26:16):
Okay, I like that. I like that pick.
Speaker 8 (26:19):
I think I think yeah, I was gonna say, I
think they're gonna rely heavy on the run. I think
Donovan Edwards is going to be the star of the offense.
Speaker 5 (26:27):
I'm going Donovan Edwards.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
There we go. Okay, I like that league. It shall
be back to back years.
Speaker 7 (26:32):
I don't see it.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
I mean I support I mean, I support my own.
You know, some people care about you know, their background.
Speaker 7 (26:40):
Somebody don't know. There's nobody on Illinois that's.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
Up for it.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
Okay, Well, I'm gonna go Riley Leonard, you know, because
I care about Notre Dame and if I've got to
be the only one on this show.
Speaker 5 (26:50):
Then apparently that's just the way it's got to be.
So I'm gonna go Riley Leonard.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
You're not a goal, Yeah you're not. You have nothing
to do with Better Day. You're a mind. If they
lose Week one is he out for the heisman.
Speaker 5 (27:04):
No, no, we've got plenty of time.
Speaker 7 (27:06):
Okay, we plenty of time.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
Too many, I'm sure we is we we?
Speaker 4 (27:11):
By the way, what you mean that might end up
being the best game of the weekend Notre Dame Texas
A and M.
Speaker 6 (27:18):
I find it really interesting with the storylines, right, I
mean you have a you know, a former quarterbacks head
coach and a new destination quarterback and a new destination
They square off week one. The matchup with you know,
the transfer front Purdue on a M's defensive line. I
mean there, it's gonna be a tough match forros or
excuse me, Notre names offensive line. There's just there's so
(27:40):
many little different matchups that get every be fun to watch.
Speaker 5 (27:44):
It is two pros and a cup of Joe.
Speaker 4 (27:46):
Here on Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas
Knox with you.
Speaker 5 (27:50):
Would you guys like to hear.
Speaker 4 (27:53):
Some comments from Dak Prescott just about the situation, the
contractual situation. But this is your de Brettan Well, no,
I just did. This is a little bit interesting, I
think from from Dak. So if we could go ahead
and listen to the Cowboys quarterback here please, As I.
Speaker 9 (28:10):
Said, well back in camp, it's it's two parts of this.
Both sides have to come to the room. You don't
need a deal done before the season. I don't need
to know, No, do what you like it done before
the season. I think it says a lot if it
is or if it isn't. But however it doesn't. It
doesn't really matter to me, to be honest with you,
if it isn't. Just how people feel.
Speaker 11 (28:29):
How do you feel about Jared said the negotiation isn't
about your merit as the Cowboys quarterback, but more about
their cap situation.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
What do you take from.
Speaker 11 (28:37):
That when he says, you know, it's not really about
what you're doing.
Speaker 9 (28:41):
Yeah, I understand that that's the business and the nature
of this this game that we play. Uh yeah, I
mean I stopped honestly listening to things that he says
to the media a long time ago, so it doesn't
really hold away with me.
Speaker 7 (28:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (28:56):
So there it is.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
There's your update on Dak, Prescott and Jerry.
Speaker 7 (28:58):
But he's been through a contra negotiation that was high
obviously high profile and high intensity.
Speaker 5 (29:05):
Oh yeah, he's want to oh against Jerry and those
so he's got so good.
Speaker 7 (29:09):
I mean, you got to assume he's going to handle
it in the most graceful manner as possible, because that's
a unique position to be in. He's got he's got
experience on it.
Speaker 4 (29:19):
He's gonna make so much money. If he just has
just a decent year, he's gonna make a ton of money.
Good for him, Good for Dak Prescott. Fun fun for
a fourth round pick to step in and get paid
all that money.
Speaker 6 (29:30):
Can you promise to you're gonna you're gonna stop talking
about the subject once we begin of the season.
Speaker 4 (29:36):
I can't promise you anything. Look, haang, Listen, the one
thing you have to admire about me is my consistency.
And if I've got to grind this story into the ground,
much like Brandon Ayuk to try and push it over
the finish line, then that's what's gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (29:50):
Right.
Speaker 5 (29:51):
That's why Brady's always told me.
