used to have back in the day, like beta gen

and the others, like these other supplements I used to take,
and they don't have any of that anymore, Like they
have completely got out of the elite like supplement like athletes, training, regiment, nutrition,
BI this, And it hurt a little bit. I was like, man, like,
I know, I didn't like promote those products, but I
was like, I guess that air is over. Like there's

just not that many people who are that into their nutrition,
fitness and training where like they need these sort of products,
So I had to look elsewhere. I'm disappointed. You know
some of that though, have you found you guys who
know this? Yeah, a lot of gimmicks out there a
lot of a little to do this for you to
you know, it's a fast track, a meto acid creating

that all that stuff is legit. Their studies behind that.
That's not like it's it's not fake. But there is
some you know, some stuff out like if you buy
if you buy protein powder, there's a lot of stuff
in there that's probably not the best for you. Well
it's protein, all right, what's really in there? Like, what

are we talking about? How can you well, I mean,
can you really digest that much protein when you actually
cut down to it and you see how much of
that is actually benefiting your hustles as opposed to just
adding on calories and pounds. You know, it just feels
like there's some stuff out there that you're like, you know,
like some of these protein bars. You look at the

like the ingredients and how much sugar is in some
of these protein bars. Like just go get a snickers. Yeah, yeah,
we don't play that game, all right, that works, got
some protein carnate Bert though, throwing up they're throwing the

hooks up, all right. It doesn't even matter if they're
you know, on point throw the hooks well, you know
they we can't throw them up good. You don't think
that's good. I want to see y'all do it out

I did play in that game, actually, and I bald.
I was like, hands down, like, no, I hurt myself
in that game. I hit the A train. I hit

I played. I played most of that game with without

Of course, I think they ruined his reputation. Do you
remember like all the stuff that was being leaked out
from the front office, you know, comments about how well
they wanted a mature quarterback. You know, they want to

or obviously came from people within that building who were
saying that stuff. So you know that that's where, Like,
I don't know that even one really cares one way
or another. I just think you probably getting mad rules saying,

everyone's trying to govern or limit if you can. And

Uh no, because that just broke. But the interestingct thing is,
you know, it's not as many guarantees, as much guaranteed
money it's Deshaun Watson got, but total value it's obviously more.

But the thing about total value and contracts is usually
you never they never get to it because they always
renegotiate the deal at that point. So do you think
this makes Lamar Jackson getting a deal done easier? Because
this is an example of Baltimore saying we can't go
the Deshaun the route, but we're more likely to go this, right. Yeah,

it also makes it harder, though, because Roger's extension was
three years, fully guaranteed to one fifty. Now this is
guaranteed to one six five. So I would imagine Lamar
Jackson saying, if you're gonna give me an extension, well
now not less years. He's gonna say, give me a
five year deal. But you're I'm sur passing a hundred
sixty five million total guarantees, like you better believe it's signing.
(35:27):
Because the difference here is Russell has two years left
on his deal. You know, Lamar is literally going to
be facing fore HD after this year. Now we assume
they're gonna tag him at least once, maybe twice, but
even then you'd have to look at what that first
three years would look like. If they tagged him three
years in a row, you'd be over a hundred million
dollars in total guarantees easily, maybe I think around a hundred.

So he's closer to having, you know, that scenario play
itself out, and I don't think the Ravens want to
do that. So I think this does provide a clearer
path for them to get a deal done, but that
doesn't make it any less difficulty. Good for him and
we appreciate it dropping that on us before the end
of the show. Normally we'll get him screwed. Yeah, let's right, Denver,

that all that stuff is legit. Their studies behind that.
That's not like it's it's not fake. But there is
some you know, some stuff out like if you buy
if you buy protein powder, there's a lot of stuff
in there that's probably not the best for you. Well
it's protein, all right, what's really in there? Like, what

are we talking about? How can you well, I mean,
can you really digest that much protein when you actually
cut down to it and you see how much of
that is actually benefiting your hustles as opposed to just
adding on calories and pounds. You know, it just feels
like there's some stuff out there that you're like, you know,
like some of these protein bars. You look at the

like the ingredients and how much sugar is in some
of these protein bars. Like just go get a snickers. Yeah, yeah,
we don't play that game, all right, that works, got
some protein carnate Bert though, throwing up they're throwing the

you know, on point throw the hooks well, you know
they we can't throw them up good. You don't think

it was on the air or part of a podcast
or anything like that. And so then she got some

criticism because a guy from the athletic I forget the
guy's name, came out and said, well, this is the problem.
This is why people don't trust the media. That was
off the record, that was shouldn't have gone. It's like
people don't trust the media because even stuff on the record,
the media still messes up. So let's let's not go there.
But I mean, here's the problem. If if someone had

said Kirk Cousins said it, you say, it doesn't sound
like Kirk, right, because it's Baker Mayfield. Though everyone goes, oh, yeah,
that sounds like bigger he said it. Like what even
if he if it's okay he said it, I wish

trying to like justify. I wish he just owned it.
If there was ever a player or ever a time

what are you doing this one? I would totally understand
why it'd have a red ass. Totally get it. Like

they aired him out, They made him look bad after
he did some good things in Cleveland, and and now
he's got an opportunity to get a little bit of revenge.
Of course, I think they ruined his reputation. Do you
remember like all the stuff that was being leaked out
from the front office, you know, comments about how well
they wanted a mature quarterback. You know, they want to
grown up at quarterback. Where do you where do people

think that came from? It obviously came from their front office,
or obviously came from people within that building who were
saying that stuff. So you know that that's where, Like,
I don't know that even one really cares one way
or another. I just think you probably getting mad rules saying,
come on, do we don't want this is bolts and
board material. We don't want to distractions. That's what usually
everyone's trying to govern or limit if you can. And

whenever he throws a touchdown pass, what the celebration is
going to be. He's going to pretend like he's cron
grabbing crotch grab or he's gonna pretend like he's giving
somebody a shoulder missile. That that's what That's what I
think it's gonna be. I think you there's some concern
that Myles Garrett might beat him over his head with
with a helmet. I think that's why he was maybe

walking back those comments. That is true. It's not like
he hasn't done it before. Yeah, um yeah, I mean
Myles Garrett. That story just kind of gets gets lost.

and sixty five million guaranteed. How bad. That's a lot
of hundreds a lot of millions. That is a lot

Lights is that the deal? Because I'm leaving. I just
got here. I'm leaving. That's all right, Listen. It could
be worth two in the morning. No, no, no, yeah,
I would have. Yeah. I don't know how you're doing it.
I'm seriously, I feel like I'm at a club again. Yeah, well,
there's nothing wrong with that. I mean, you know. I mean,
you know, there's no no beverages of say where's my cocktail? No,
(33:59):
who knows the it's been updated there, Thank Denver. We
got a deal, all right, So he gets a video.
You think he'll do a new video? Yeah, I hope
so yeah, maybe, Uh this is uh, I mean we're
wondering if this is going to get done. But I
know that's right. They laughing real good, right, yeah, real good.

By the way, by the time he's done playing, he's
gonna be one of the highest paid players in the
history of the league US ever could make so much money.
Uh no, because that just broke. But the interestingct thing is,
you know, it's not as many guarantees, as much guaranteed
money it's Deshaun Watson got, but total value it's obviously more.
(34:44):
But the thing about total value and contracts is usually
you never they never get to it because they always
renegotiate the deal at that point. So do you think
this makes Lamar Jackson getting a deal done easier? Because
this is an example of Baltimore saying we can't go
the Deshaun the route, but we're more likely to go this, right. Yeah,
(35:04):
it also makes it harder, though, because Roger's extension was
three years, fully guaranteed to one fifty. Now this is
guaranteed to one six five. So I would imagine Lamar
Jackson saying, if you're gonna give me an extension, well
now not less years. He's gonna say, give me a
five year deal. But you're I'm sur passing a hundred
sixty five million total guarantees, like you better believe it's signing.
(35:27):
Because the difference here is Russell has two years left
on his deal. You know, Lamar is literally going to
be facing fore HD after this year. Now we assume
they're gonna tag him at least once, maybe twice, but
even then you'd have to look at what that first
three years would look like. If they tagged him three
years in a row, you'd be over a hundred million
dollars in total guarantees easily, maybe I think around a hundred.
(35:49):
So he's closer to having, you know, that scenario play
itself out, and I don't think the Ravens want to
do that. So I think this does provide a clearer
path for them to get a deal done, but that
doesn't make it any less difficulty. Good for him and
we appreciate it dropping that on us before the end
of the show. Normally we'll get him screwed. Yeah, let's right, Denver,
(36:14):
let's right. Um, all right, So without further Ado Stallion,
he's right his time for this. Yeah, let's go to
the news DEAs. Here's Brady Quinn well from Russell Wilson
cashing in. How about Leonardo DiCaprio checking out? Yeah, him

and his his girlfriend member. We talked about how the
fact that he was dating, um, this model named Chamilia
Brown or about her mother was actually younger than Leo Leo. Um,
Now bring up the story because Chamillia did turn five
and that relationship is now over and apparently this is
Leonardo DiCaprio's deal. Um, they turned twenty five, and he says,

boe bye oh. I mean look, you know there's uh,
there's at a certain point, at a certain point, he
just decides, you know, we've seen better days. And they
ever young young yea. They keep saying they get his

Rationelle is being communicated like this that when women turn
twenty five they want to start looking for someone they
can settle down with and have a family with it.
He's not interested in that, so he's actually doin he's
actually doing them a favor. Is the percentage of men
that handle things that way higher or lower than the

percentage of men that make it into the National Football League?
I would say lower. That's a good question. I don't know.
I think I think men. I think there's some men
that want to handle it that way. They just don't
have the action. They don't have the ability to not
Leonardo DiCaprio. Yeah, they don't have another model waiting that's
tree years old. Do you think he's already got one
