(00:43):
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe Fox Sports Radio.
It is LaVar Arrington, Jonas Knox here on FS are
all right, we spill the beans. So Brady Quinn is
not with us this hour. He's got some some prior
engagements that he's tending to so now listen, nobody. He
was fired here. By the way, Vince mcmansman in the
(01:06):
news quite a bit lately. Lots of lots going on there.
I mean, didn't he make it onto the Hollywood Walk
of Fame? Vince is he? Can? We look that up?
Is Vince mcman on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? By
the way, I think, uh, I don't I think all
you gotta do is pay like seventy eighty bucks and
you can reserve a spot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
(01:28):
I think I think it's just like it's a small
fee and let's go live to our I have an
update on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Insider lead to
laugh in the latest League actually back in two thousand
and eight, he wasn't trying talking about that. Oh good
for him, man. They stepped down from the w w
E two right well, he um, he is taking a
time away while they do an investigation because it turns
(01:50):
out that, um, several women have come forward that there
was some hush money paid out for um, you know,
extra marital airs that Vince had had with uh with
with women that work there at the w w E.
So yeah, so there's that. There's that going on. I'm
(02:10):
I mean, is there any connection to the NFL with
Vince McMath um, you meaning, like I'm going to I'm so.
So we are going to take you all the way
up until nine am Easter time, six o'clock Pacific. Brady
Quinn will be with us here back tomorrow, so we'll
(02:31):
have some fun. The three of us back together again
the usual grab bass and shenanigans on a Thursday, but
as Wednesday goes Yeah, I'm telling you, man, that's what
we do, some grab ass um. So the owners there
is there is that, there's that out there. You're you're
really bothered by that Daniel Snyder tactics. Huh, moving and
(02:56):
shaking away from the But we could talk about It's
just I'll be honest with you, I got Dan Snyder fatigue.
Like it just feels like every couple of weeks, some
story pops up where Daniel Snyder is doing something. Somebody
wants to go over the issues with Washington. Like if
(03:16):
I'm Ron Rivera, Jason Wright, if I'm you know, Terry McLaurin,
like all of these guys that are in Washington, I
just I just want to focus on the season. Man,
I'm tired of talking about this crap. You guys figure
that out on your own. Let's let's just try and
move forward, because it feels like they're just swimming in
the mud. It's wheels spinning because Dan Snyder is always
(03:39):
in the news every couple of weeks. It just I
would be exhausted by it. I would say that place
is not swimming in the mud, that's sinking in the sand,
and there are plenty of careers that are underneath, that
have gone under and that that quick sand pit. And
until until the ship is right it and until the
(04:03):
leadership quality improves, whether it's him or whether it's it's
from a new you know, owner, ownership group, whatever it
may be, that that I mean, they will continue to
suffer the same the same shortcomings and downfalls that they
always have. It's like it's now proven. You know, the
(04:23):
definition of insanity is to do the same things over
and over again expecting a different outcome. And that's Washington.
It's been different coaches, it's been different players, and they've
expected to to get different outcomes. But leadership, starting with
the owner, has been the same. And you're not going
(04:43):
to get a different result. Even though you've changed players out,
or you've changed coaches out, or you've changed front office
people out, you're not going to get a different result.
And and so that's kind of where to me, that's
where this this organization is is there's you can you
can put you can put your spin on it, you
(05:04):
can put your angle perspectives on it. But the bottom
line is is that you've had since two thousand, the
really nine to look at the body of work of
of the owner of that team. You can look at
his body of work and his resume outside of the
football arena. I mean, check out six Flags, check out
(05:28):
Rid Zebra Like, check out the other ventures. Nothing has worked.
Nothing that he's been put his hands. I don't even
know how he's so wealthy, to be honest with me,
because how bad he's doing business wise now, at least
the appearance of it, you know, I don't know. Yeah
it is. Uh, yeah, it's very very strange. So so
(05:50):
we get to wait and see what happens next to
Dan Snyder, whether or not he's actually gonna talk to
the US House Oversight Committee, and what happens moving forward. Uh,
what we do know is that Baker mayfields a Carolina Panthers.
Uh Baker. But well, I will say that who was
the Jason Whitlow called him a little smokey Uh, So
he played it nice at his introductory press conference, but
(06:11):
the conversation then turned to, uh, the Jersey number because
he I'm a little confused here. So he apparently paid
Johnny Hecker, the punter for the number six. But Johnny
Hecker had just paid p J. Walker for that same number.
So everybody apparently wants the number six, But it's it's
(06:34):
Baker Mayfield talking about the discussion he had and then
trying to get the price he paid for that Jersey number.
Here was Baker yesterday. I guess it's it's time to
break the news. Made a made a deal in my
own negotiating with Johnny Um. Obviously, when when it comes
to a four time all pro Um had to ask permission.
You know, I was willing to make those sacrifices. And
(06:55):
you know, six especial to me, not because it was
ever my favorite number. It was the number I was
given as a walk on at Texas Tech, and when
I transferred, the people at Oklahoma thought it was my
favorite number, so they just gave it to me again,
and so it's just stuck with me. To me, it
kind of symbolizes my story, my history with that and Um,
I truly enjoy you able to represent that, and it's
(07:16):
something special to me now, but at first it was not.
So I'm thankful for Johnny being reasonable and giving up
his number for such a veteran of that many years.
How about that you know it's so cute. Yeah, you
don't like my walk on number? Good story? You know?
He I mean, but haven't the respect he showed to
a punter. You know what I'm saying. He hits up
(07:37):
a punter and says, hey man, here's here's a few bucks.
Can I have that jersey number? And then they done.
I want to hear Heckerd's story about the number six,
since he paid for it. I want to know his story,
and whoever has the better story should get the jersey?
Is that it? Yeah? What? What mean? Dude? Basically said
number six wasn't my number, like I could care less about,
(08:00):
but then they gave it to me as a walk on?
What do you think? What do you think he paid
for it? Best? Guess I know you don't care that much.
What do you think he paid for it? Though it
would probably be more than that. It would be more
than that, more than twenty dollars for the number six.
It's not even that great of a number. Six is
(08:22):
not bad. I mean, it's it's not bad, but bad.
When when I think of six, I think of the
Dollar Shave Club six blade razor. But I'm just glad
that I'm glad that you know the bakerld that, it
meant that. It meant a lot for Baker Mayfield to
get that done. What would be the most you'd be
willing to pay? If say, you got to Washington, you
get drafted there and they yes, but somebody already has it.
(08:46):
There wouldn't be a price. I wouldn't be willing to
pay to get my number. That's my number, though I didn't.
I didn't fall into that like somebody didn't just give
that to me. There was a whole lot of thought
that went into that. That's why I wore fifty six,
you know, because everybody thought I wore fifty six because
of Lawrence Taylor. I wore fifty six because five plus
(09:09):
six equals eleven. And what's crazy is ninety two didn't
look good to me. I didn't feel like my body
type looked good in ninety numbers and forty numbers, you
you would have had to have had other guys use
up all the fifty numbers and all the ninety numbers
before you could go into the forties. And forty seven
wasn't a pretty number to me either, So fifty six
(09:31):
was the number. But that you talk about the lengths,
you go to try to still be connected to your jersey. Um,
I chose the number that equaled my college number. So
I don't know. I don't know how much I would
have paid if I could have wore eleven, But you
best know I would have been wearing eleven. Come for
first day, first day out, I would have been wearing
(09:52):
a level. Okay, who is the starting quarterback your rookie
year in Washington? Brad Johnson say, Brad Johnson's I know
we were number fourteen. He had to come up off
that number, man, Okay, So Brad Johnson's everybody, any and
everybody would have had to come up. I remember that
I used to wear eleven and practices, and when they
(10:13):
drafted Patrick Ramsey, Patrick Ramsey took the number eleven, but
I still wore eleven in practice, So there was two
elevens out there. Okay, So I just want to So
Brad Johnson says, no, man, Eleven's my number. It means
a lot to me. I've been trying to get eleven
for years. Um, you know it just it was always
taken everywhere I went. So eleven's my number. I'm not
(10:35):
giving it up. He's the veteran quarterback and you're the rookie.
So what I mean would you be willing to go
to the owner, so you would go to little Danny.
I go to a little Danny and be like, look here, man.
And first off, just so we're clear, so I don't
sound like I'm a little b word. Um. That would
have been the discussion point heading into the draft, like
(10:57):
if y'all going and draft me, you better make sure
I have my number. So if they said we can't
make that promise, you would be willing. Yeah, I mean
this is you don't think that's a bit much for
the number eleven. It's just it's just a Jersey number. Yeah,
(11:18):
so I guess I guess every sort to King Arthur
was just a sword, you know what I mean, like
like who cares about you know, ex caliber? Like there's
no real meaning behind ex caliber. Just use any sort?
Would you pay? Yes? Thirty? Yeah? I mean that's like
one of parents pay for it, all right, fifty dollars? Yes?
(11:45):
Oh man, that is gosh. I mean, but think about it,
I would have been I would have been able to
would have been I would have been able to to
leverage my number though, Like think about it, like think
about the amount of money I would have been able
to make selling my jersey. You know, there are a
lot of Penn State fans. They would have been Penn
(12:07):
State fans buying eleven jerseys, not not Washington Ridskins fans
buying a Ridskins jersey like that. It wouldn't have win
down like that they would award. They would have bought
that eleven just because it was an eleven Arrington. So
I could have monetized off of having my college number
in the pros and that that fifty thousand dollars wouldn't
(12:30):
even Like, first off, the sentimental value outweighs that amount
of money. But then secondly, the monetizing of of LaVar Arrington,
the number two overall draft pick, wearing number eleven in
the league, like that would have been tremendously monetize herble.
I mean, my fifty six was monetized, but it was
like the highest selling jersey on the team for like,
(12:52):
I don't know, it was almost the duration of my
career there, yeah, I mean, yeah, by the way, I
remember that that load of crap you tried to pull
nest year when I spotted at a LaVar Arrington fifty
six jersey during a Monday night a game in Washington.
Think it was what do you think it was fifty eight?
Like somebody's wearing a Wilga Marshall Jersey. Come on, man,
(13:13):
that was fifty six, all right? That was a fifty
six Jersey confirmed. We went over the tape together the
teleprompton see Arrington on the shirt it said fifty six
on the front. Has anybody worn fifty six since? Who?
Who are like? Who's worn fift Well? Nobody like you though,
you know what I mean? Nobody like I don't know,
I don't know alotless and uh I had no idea
(13:36):
that that you would be willing to go to those lengths.
So basically, can we run with this on Twitter? It
is July. I think we could get some traction on this.
LaVar Arrington said, if number eleven was available and Washington
wasn't willing to promise him that that he would refuse
to go to Washington in the draft. Let's just make
come on out hindsight that like you could put on Twitter.
(13:56):
If LaVar Arrington knew that Dance Snyder was the owner
of the team, he would have refused to go to Washington.
I mean there's a bigger story there than the Jersey number.
Now where would you have ended up though? I mean,
because they had the number three picked two? Right, So
so who picked four in that draft? So it would
(14:18):
have either been I do the deal with Cleveland because
they called to do the deal with me and Courtney
the night before. I priced myself out on purpose with Cleveland.
So I think number four would have been the Ravens.
I think that the Bengals they took what Peter work
(14:40):
and then who went after that? That it was Baltimore
Jamal Lewis to Baltimore. There you go to Philly. Could
you imagine if I had made it to to Baltimore,
like that would have been crazy, man. Like they had
Peter Bullware, they had that you know, shouts out to
(15:01):
the Goose. They had Ray Lewis. Um, they had Mike
what was Mikey's name, Michael, She was on the other
side of Bullware. Um. Anyway, they they had a crazy defense.
They had Chris Chris McAllister on that team. Um, they
were deep. But they won the Super Bowl. That you
(15:23):
even how about the fact that Cleveland would have been
a possibility and you could have possibly been teammates with
Brady quinnin later on. I mean, it could have been possible,
but I think I was retired by the time q
came into the league. But I don't think you would
have retired if you had gone somewhere other than Washington
or to the Cleveland wasn't too Cleveland wouldn't have been
(15:44):
much better. Although Cleveland beat Washington to the playoffs. Both teams,
you know, like during the duration of time that I
got drafted, Cleveland made it to the playoffs before Washington
did so. Which is that it is all right? It
is two pros and a cup of Joe. Here Fox
Sports Radio. It is LaVar Arrington Jonas Knox with the
(16:06):
here on fs are brought to you by Discover. Listen.
We could talk about how complicated other banks make it

how we discover you can redeem your rewards for cash

All right, it's coming up next. It is the old
p Petro's Papadak is always a wild ride. Here on
(16:29):
a Wednesday. He's yours right here on f S are
be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and
Jonas Knocks week days at six am Eastern three am
Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio.
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe Here on FS
are coming up fifteen minutes from now in the Scraps,
(16:51):
who are going to ask maybe the most important question
that you will be asked all day longs to stick
around for that right now, though, I want to welcome
in Petro's pop acause he is the co host of
the Petros and Money Show on the Blowtorch Am five
seventy l A Sports, also an analyst for Fox and
their college football coverage, and he's a good friend of
this show. Every Wednesday, the old p on Twitter Petro's
(17:13):
is happening. Good morning everybody. He uh too excited? Come on,
aren't you fired up? All Star Game coming to l A.
I mean, somebody just said they're going to bring back
the mask mandate and I'm gotten livid. Are you serious? Yeah?
(17:35):
Oh wow, Yeah, I'm all right. I woke up to
that and it made me angry. Yeah, but you know
there's a there's good news. Um, you know you're gonna
have all baseball luminaries in town coming up here. Uh
you obviously on the Home of the Dodgers AM five
seventy l A Sports. I just feel like a wall
to wall coverage of the All Star Game in the
(17:57):
next week. So yeah, you know, it's interesting because you'd
think that because we're the Dodger station and the All
Star Game is at Dodger Stadium, that we'd be all
over it or something, and in a certain way we
are as the A M five seventy. I think we're
carrying all the home run Derby and all that stuff
(18:18):
on the air on on our station. But it's really
interesting because the All Star Game is run by MLB,
just like the World Series and the Playoffs are run
by MLB. So all the stuff, all the currency that
you have at the stadium, like your credential and all
that stuff, it doesn't mean anything. It's rendered useless because
(18:41):
the MLB has taken over. And then that becomes a
big cluster f rank rank pulling thing between the two
TV networks because who puts on the home run Derby
spen Yes, and they kick Fox out right, They kick
Fox out, They say get out of here. We're doing
(19:01):
the home run derby, and then Chris Berman and back back.
And then the next day Fox comes in and kicks
all the Spen people out and screams at them. So
it's a real rank pulling extravaganza. It's a crank measuring contests,
it really is. And it's really much more of a
national event. So if you if you're a local slub
(19:22):
like myself, worried about a local mask mandate, then uh,
then you're probably not uh not having the access that
you think. I mean, we're fighting to get Vasse in there,
and I mean, yeah, he works with the Dodgers, travels
with the Dodgers, but the Dodgers aren't in control of
the All Star Game. Now, we have tickets to give
(19:43):
away on our show and stuff like that, but as
far as our access goes, it's not. And and not
that I'm lamenting that, because how much do I care
about the All Star Game and who makes it and
who doesn't make it and all of that. Not much,
But but it only comes around in your town once
(20:05):
in a lifetime generally or twice, so it would be
kind of cool to go, but I'm not sweating it too.
Was that was that a invite? No, I'm not going.
I have no invite. I mean, I have tickets to
give away, but I'd have to I'd have to take
the tickets away from my listeners and go, and that
(20:25):
wouldn't be saying. Was that an invite for us to
go with you with the tickets that you but I
have nothing? Oh, that's that's I just explained to you
that I'm a local loser and I have nothing. And
then don't believe me if I'm inviting you can invite
you to something I have no access to. I don't.
I don't believe you. You're not a local nobody bro
like the guy whatever I am. I will not be
(20:48):
at the All Star Game. All right, Well, then I'm
not going either. So are you guys gonna go? No,
I'm not. Just told you I'm not going to go.
Do you care? Brady care? Plus, we we gotta, I mean,
we gotta wait so early for this show that the
social life during the week just does not existing. Yeah,
you stare at the clock all night. It's terrible, terrible.
(21:12):
Can I can I ask you about usc Trojans and
this Addison business, like, here's here's my thing, right? Like
is it almost like USC football is such a commodity
that the gossip and rumor mill and and everything that's
(21:34):
connected to USC is. It's just everything is put in
the public. What type of house, Lincoln Rally's got, what
type of contract, who's coming in? This is why they're
It seems to be way more detail that surrounds the
USC football team, and and it's it's contributors than any
(21:55):
other team in in college football sports. Well, I mean
they're here, and foxes here, and Fox has a relationship
with USC. So that's part of it, kind of like
Oregon had that long time relationship with the ESPN. I
think another part of it Number one when you say
(22:16):
is USC, I don't know what USC is. I don't
know who these guys are, what they're gonna play together,
like what Lincoln Riley looks like coaching in a zombie
pack twelve. I mean, it is a giant mystery and
a huge question mark when it comes to Addison, the
bullet nicoff receiver who's coming from Pittsburgh, And they took
(22:37):
Carson Palmer's number when they never should have asked him
or even put him in that position. We talked about that,
and now a reportedly, according to the pro Bible and
some recruiting expert over the weekend, Addison has pissed because
there were broken promises apparently with his n I L
And he's not getting what he thinks he's getting. And
(22:58):
I know what that's like. I know what it's like
to run sprints and lift weights all summer in south
central l A where no one cares about you. That's
the off season at USC, and all the people, the
boosters that promised you everything, are on a yacht in
Corsica and you are running sixteen half gassers in twelve
(23:19):
seconds with a thirty second rest after eight. So I
understand the frustration there. And this is what USC I mean.
You you you get what you you get back what
you give. Right. If USC is gonna act like a
front runner and talk about all this stuff before they
even win a football game under Lincoln Riley, the only
reason anybody knew about Lincoln Riley's house LaVar is that
(23:40):
USC put it out there. They put it out that one.
They put out there themselves. It's all this off season
self congratulation, mutual masturbation. That is a little bit. I mean,
it's a little bit disconcerting. Now I do agree with
the USC moved to the Big ten. I I feel
like it was something they had to do that any
(24:02):
of the team's offered that deal in the Pack twelve
would have taken it, and USC and U C l
A got the offer because of who they are and
where they are and all of that. But but what
is this current entity of USC, who in God's name
is going to step up as a leader on a
team that seems to be a group of mercenaries at
(24:23):
this point, I have no idea. So it will be interesting.
Maybe they'll be very good. I expect him to be better.
But why they have a lot of enablers in town
and a lot of like the guy that writes for
the l A. Times that got the beat writer is
basically just like a propagandist. He's like a full on cheerleader.
He shouldn't have his job. I mean, it is absolutely
(24:46):
mind boggling how bad the coverage is, how drooling and
how positive and un journalist like the coverage is. And
I'm not a journalist, but I expect the freaking beat
writer for the Times to cover the team a little
bit more, honestly, But they have a lot of people
that give them access, and they give them access and
(25:08):
it's kind of like, uh, it's like a ring around
the rosie of dorks. You know when when you mentioned
that Carson Palmer and they given up the number three,
said Jordan Addison. Cannabit and you know, I saw a
quote from Palmer where it was something like, well, you know, yeah,
he didn't you think he wrote that. It's like here.
The part about it I think is hilarious is like
(25:29):
Carson Palmer is going to say no, you can't have
my l They put him in a terrible position. It's awful,
like he had no choice but to say yes otherwise
he looks like the bitter old guy who doesn't want
to give up his jersey to the to the new
kid in town. Here's part of the USC thing. There's
this guy who worked for Mike Bone named Brandon Szna,
some annoying like assistant a d Why should we even
(25:51):
know who that is? Well, he came out here and
they told every newspaper how specially was and what a
great innovator he was, and how he was the guy
that's going to draw football into the future, and then
all of a sudden he took an ops job with
the Detroit Lions this offseason. Like that guy that we
had to read all these goddamn articles about is literally
calling to find out when the busses are going to
(26:12):
be there to pick up the Lions for camp. That guy, Like,
I mean, and it's like, what about all this drooling
coverage for the last two years. It's all b s
until you take the field and win games and actually
prove your birthright. I can't take it. This offseason stuff
is is gone way out of control. I mean, there's
(26:33):
a big article about Caleb Williams and how he pulled
this off and all the money coming in and all that.
It's like, dude, put on the uniform, play one game
in the uniform before I have to read this crap.
All right? Is that a good answer? I'm sorry question.
(26:54):
It's great because here's here's the thing. A lot of
people will and I blist into you and Matt obviously
for years I listen to you at the what is
now the Mandarin Station years ago, Patros That's how far
back I go down. So your love for USC is
because of your family tradition, like your history there. Well,
I grew up like you know, it's it's kind of
(27:16):
like part of something that's in your identity that you
didn't have a choice. Like I grew up on the
sideline in the locker room, serving the team at my
dad's restaurant. Stuff like that. I don't know if you
call it love or or anything like that anymore. I mean,
I just exist in the world. But it's really hard.
Like Carlin Cowherd, who is a colleague of ours, going
(27:38):
on the air every day and doing this weird USC
kind of UH show or whatever he's doing, Like it's
like a vaudeville USC dance show, and it's it's disgusting.
I mean, it's almost like trolling people like me, and
it's uh. It's it's hard to swallow the modern It
(28:00):
was really hard to swallow USC in the last ten years.
It might even be harder now. Let's see him play. Uh.
I'm looking at this season and Pops, you gotta tell
me on this one. With the n I L. Everybody's
expecting Texas A and M to be this juggernaut of
(28:22):
a football team. I still have the belief that the
teams that are going to be good. Are going to
be the teams that are going to be good. I
don't really see that changing to teams that are gonna
be good, LaVar are the teams that are the way
that are built the way we know how to build
a football team right there. It's not n I L
money right, No, they're developed players that play together and
(28:44):
play for each other, and you have to have talent
and skill and good coaching. And where with you said,
I mean, well, I mean look was a T was
was A and M poor when they hired Jimbo Fisher
for like four billion dollars. I mean the same people
that are paying the A and M players now we're
(29:04):
paying the A and M players before. It's not any different.
Texas A and M has always been one of the
richest schools and one of the most mobile financial schools
in the college football world. That hasn't equated championships. It
doesn't mean it's gonna bring championships. If hype was a currency,
(29:27):
USC would be Scrooge McDuck was swimming around in money. Instead,
they're so broke they just left their conference. Uh so, yeah,
I think good football teams are still Look, there's a
reason Alabama competes every year because they probably run a
fifty play run drill once a week. Am I wrong?
Nine on seven? And the pro scouts say, man is
(29:49):
the linebacker or the running back or whatever. He's from Alabama.
We gotta really check with the doctor and make sure
his body's right because they put him in a meat
grinder there. But that's how they make their football team.
I mean, that's why they're good. So it's a double
edged sword. But most of this stuff, it's like, we
gave this guy a million dollars, why didn't he catch
the ball. It's like, because it's the same guy, it's
(30:10):
the same ball, and it's the same crowd, and he's nineteen.
Shut up, right, Petro's you on later today? You and
Matt on today? Yeah, a little abbreviated version. I don't know.
I don't know if I can talk with a mask on.
I'm gonna, I mean, to be an effing mouth breather
and to live in these times, it's just a terrible thing,
(30:31):
it really is. Yeah, it's it's a shame, but to
be a mouth breather on the radio anyways, it's been
hard for me. Yeah, but hey, you've carved out a
hell of a career and uh and I'm honored to
be on the undercar because I'm gonna be filling in
with Fred Rogan later on today, So I'm gonna be
sports me and you Petros about that. Hey, tell Fred

(31:17):
sure where the conversation is going to go. And that's okay, Yeah,
it's fun. That's fun. You are especially, we gotta be you,
especially when he's got a red ass when he comes
on and he's upset about the new potential mask mandate
out there. You know, gotta love it. Yeah, I gotta
let it happen. Um, all right, it is U two

You know there's a by the Jets fans are now
attacking me on Twitter apparently, so they went after Brady
and now they're getting after me because you know, we
simply throughout the possibility that they could be in the
market for another quarterback in the draft this year of
(33:05):
Zach Wilson struggles. I don't think it's that that crazy,

How could you not get to these stories? Are the Scraps?
And for that we turn it over to our executive producer,
lead to Lout to find out what the hell we've
(33:47):
missed so far. Lee. Well, fellas if if you recall
we had talked about it being National French Friday. So
that leads me to wonder, what is the way you
like your French fries alight? Like walk style French fries,
and if I get them in that where they're like
the potato potato eat type, ones like that are like
darker brown I get. I sometimes get cheese and and
(34:11):
I put catch up on it or I do gravy. Yeah, gravy.
I'm on fries really mean on mashed potatoes. That's a
good point. That's a good point. Um, I don't I'm
not a big fan of steak fries because I feel
like it's too much potato, you know that, like the
thicker fries. But I'm I'm with you. A little bit,
(34:33):
a little bit brown, some light salt, and if they're
good enough, I don't need any catchup or anything. I'm
good like I'm not. I love to catch up in
the cheese, like that nacho cheese. Yeah. But now when
you mentioned boardwalksty, is that like carnival when you go
to a carnival and you get fries things like that. Yeah, yeah,
carnivals like like theme parks, like like the one I
(34:55):
grew up going to Kenny Wood. They had boardwalk fries. Amazing.
I was telling stuff like that. I was telling me
at Navy Pierre in Chicago, my dad years and years
and years ago, and we were at this little beer
garden area and he didn't actually want lunch. He just
polished off like two little baskets of fries. Just just
(35:16):
could eat fries for days. Loved fries. And then sometimes
you'll get him in like the brown paper bag when
it's when it's sort of soggy at the bottom, when
you got when you see the grease at the bottom. God,
manes are good guys today. Man, what about the friese
They don't have the best fries? What Lee? How do
(35:40):
you like your fries? Chris cut Chris Cutt fries are
always good, skinny fries. I do like big steak fries though,
of course you do. Perfect. What how do you like
your fries? The Mountain of shoes string fries. Yeah, no
investing around the just like really thin, really crispy. We'll
catch up on the side. Perfect. Yeah. My girlfriend orders
(36:00):
without the salt and it drives me crazy. My friend
does that. He'll order fries without the salt and then
ask for like a salt packet when he goes to McDonald's,
so he doesn't trust the people porn, so he makes
no he so they make it for him. They have
to make it for him fresh, so he has him
without Yeah that's oh no kidding. And they looks him
dead in the eye and says, I want a salt packet.
Oh wow, Hey, you know, good for him. That's actually
(36:23):
a nice strategy. Um, alright, Lee, what else you got?
All right, you guys. Baker Mayfield announced that he's made
the final decision to not do the at home Progressive
commercials anymore. Uh said he wanted to wanted to do
one for Moving Out, but it just didn't work out.
Said they had a missed opportunity. They're moving stadiums. I mean, LaVar,
is this one of those? Is this his choice or
(36:46):
the love yourself? I'm just saying, do you love yourself?
What this his choice? So I am a hate I
was probably there's probably there, but he's right, it wasn't
missed opportunity. I mean he did have a lot of commercials,
(37:10):
h a lot of commercials. Baker Mayfield did, I don't know,
how do you how do you get that? Is that
your agent think it's up for you or what get
those kind of deals? How does that worry? Absolutely? Fox
