a couple of workouts and I'm trying to be like
Labo Arrington man with the big shoulders, with the chests.
You know what I'm saying, Paul's you know.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
What I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
Don't be sweating. Don't be sweating, boy.

Speaker 8 (02:22):
You know what I'm saying, Fatico. All I need all
this missing is I need my ship that a blue
chew to come to the crib and I'm good. Look
if you got college football, we got college football. I
want to ask y'all, guys, if I've been listening, you
know I'm plugged in. You know I'm watching more than
this basketball. Are we gonna find out today if the

(02:44):
Indiana hoosas off for real? Because Ohio State, the street
freak is telling me this with my Ohio friends. I
got a lot of friends in Ohio, they telling me,
I got a lot of haters in Ohio to a
lot of Michigan fans. They telling me Ohio State hasn't
played anybody yet. Are we gonna find out? Where? Are
we going to find out? Is Mendoza for real? Mendoza?

(03:09):
Is he the number one pick? Are are we going
to see the truth today?

Speaker 6 (03:13):
Well, I'm gonna stay to you like this. The Ohio
State they have played against some quality opponents. I mean,
I'm not gonna take anything from Michigan because you know
the way that they went up to an all last weekend.
They dominated a line of scrimmage and they did what
Michigan does to people throughout the year. They basically shoved
the ball down their throats. And I do believe that

(03:35):
the Indiana who's in Signati and this team, they are
the real deal. But I just think from a physicality standpoint,
that Ohio State is going to beat Indiana up in
the trenches. And I want to see a competitive football game.
But I just think at the end of the day,
when it comes down to, you know, being down the

(03:58):
trenches and running the football and in physical I haven't
I don't think Indiana's really played anybody either, because they're
in the Big Ten West. They did, they didn't. They
don't play against Penn State. They don't play against the
Ohio State.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
They went, they went, they.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
Went, they went to State, they went to Oregon and one. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (04:20):
But but but when I said but, I'm talking about
from an athlete standpoint, I just believe that they have
better players. Uh, they're they're They're going to be more
physical than Indiana.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
And I like Indiana a lot.

Speaker 6 (04:35):
But I just think as of today, Ohio State is
going to go out and approve a point that they
are the best football team in college football.

Speaker 8 (04:44):
You think jim and Joe, this is Jimmis and Joe situation, black.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
It really is, really I kind of I.

Speaker 5 (04:49):
Look at it like it's a it's a very well
matched up game. I mean when you look at Mendoza
and saying it's a I feel like it's it's they're
pretty right there. One has three thousand yards, those State
quarterback has three thousand yards. Mendoza has two thousand, seven hundred.
He's right there, right right at him, right, you got

(05:09):
the equal equal in rushing. You know, Jackson and him
be are right there. Nine to fifty two versus eight
sixty six.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
They're they're evenly matched.

Speaker 5 (05:19):
I believe their edge obviously is with their receivers, with
Jeremiah Smith, but you know, Cooper is a beast for
for Indiana, and they're good on defense as well. They're
almost like mirror image teams, but maybe one the just
the cashet and the reputation and the legacy of what

(05:39):
they're representing representing.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
This is a clout game. This is a clout game.

Speaker 5 (05:45):
If Signetti can and and he's the one with his
personality makeup, he's the one to convince this team that
they can go whoop the crap out of Ohio State,
He's he's the coach to be able to do it.
And that's why I think this is a dangerous game
for Ohio State. But with that being said, Ohio State
is Ohio State, man, and I you know, I think

(06:09):
it's going to be a very very tall task. It's
going to be a tall task, and like y'all said,
it's going to happen in the trenches, right if they
can hold up in the trenches, because because Ohio State's
going to impose their will to try to establish from
running and they're going to impose their will on defense
to open it up for that nickel defense that they play.
They're strong enough upfront where their two linebacker system does

(06:34):
very well. They're able to cover real well against the pass,
but they're still able to stop the run with two
linebacker sets. So I think it's going to be a
strategic game and the way it's played. But I definitely
think you got to give the edge to Ohio State
going into this game.

Speaker 6 (06:50):
Fellas, that is the problem that you run into defensively
if you got to defend Ohio State, because what are
you going to do? Man, Once they get that run
game going in the trenches, they getting four and five
six yards of pop and you have the best playing
college football and Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tech on the
on the edges, what do you do defensively? Because everybody

(07:12):
knows that this man number four. You have to double
team him basically every player the football game.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
And what that What does that do?

Speaker 6 (07:19):
It prevents you from putting that backside, say through that
eighth man in the box to stop the run. So
when I talk about Ohio State from a scheme standpoint, defensively,
what are you going to do? Because you have to
pick a you have to pick your poison. And I
would rather them show me that they can run the

(07:40):
football versus Garden trying to guard Jeremiah Smith one on
one because nobody's going to be over to stand up
in him and one on one.

Speaker 5 (07:50):
Coverage we got cuts the legend on from some dude
show that's TJ. Excuse me, Plexico. TJ's out today. But
you know what is a now original Louise hot sauce.
Make sure you get that perfect balance of peppers, vinegar
and salt. Put it on your wings. You'r Nacho JR.
Burger's all of that. It's Louisiana Hot sauce. Make sure
that Louisiana Hot is in your house by you some

(08:12):
uh fellas? What does this mean for the college football Playoff?
I mean, how are you guys looking at it?

Speaker 3 (08:19):
A lot?

Speaker 5 (08:19):
A lot of games on the slate today. A lot
of things playing out by U right now is down
to Texas Tech by three.

Speaker 4 (08:28):
You know we're looking at.

Speaker 5 (08:30):
So there's that, uh, there's there's games coming on. The
Duke Virginia game that has implications. We just touched on
the Indiana Ohio State game. And then we got Georgia
versus Alabama. That's a bit one. I mean, that's the
that's the granddaddy of them outside of Big ten game.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
But how are y'all looking at this? Man?

Speaker 4 (08:48):
What?

Speaker 3 (08:48):
What? What do you see?

Speaker 6 (08:50):
I got a question that I asked my friend yesterday
that I just you know, I am just dumbfounded by this,
you know, this whole college football ranking, because you're trying
to say, if somebody can answer this question for men, Oh,
we need Texas Tech to win today because the winner
of this game, if BYU happens to knock Texas Tech out,

(09:12):
they are going to be an automatic Big because they
win there, they win their conference.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
But let me get back to my question.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
Okay, I thought that's what your question.

Speaker 6 (09:19):
I'm trying to understand how Miami is being considered in
the college football playoffs at ten and two. We know
that they that they beat Notre Dame in the first
game of the year twenty seven to twenty four. How
are the Miami Hurricanes being put in the college football

(09:43):
playoffs when they're not even playing in their own conference
championship game. The game is between Duke and Virginia. How
was Miami in the college football playoffs?

Speaker 3 (09:56):
Would that be strength to schedule?

Speaker 5 (09:59):
Would it be that they did get a quality win
early on against a team like Notre Dame.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
I mean, that's what I would look just supposed to.

Speaker 6 (10:06):
Be in the player they're the third best team in
their own conference.

Speaker 5 (10:13):
But are they the third best team like like for instance.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
They're not. They're not in the playoffs.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
National anational championship game.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
Our national champion from a year ago did not play
in the Big Ten championship, so you could say they
were the third best team in the Big Ten.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
They ended up winning it all.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 8 (10:32):
You know what I hear right now, If y'all listening
out there, millions of listeners, I hear a proud dad
of Notre Dame.

Speaker 4 (10:41):
Father, that's what That's what you hear.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
But that's what he said.

Speaker 5 (10:45):
Now, let me ask my question, cuff like like that
wasn't what I was asking.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
Let me ask my questions, so.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
It's a legitimate question. It doesn't matter if I said
Notre Dame, but not.

Speaker 8 (10:55):
If I agree Black. I'm a big fan of Jerem
my Love. I recently heard more about his story and
his upbringing, his childhood and like like growing up, bro,
I've always been a fan of him. He pops off
the screen every time I watch him run the football.
So I'm with you. I want to see Notre Dame
and Marcus Freeman. You know he's going crazy with the Beijing.

(11:16):
You know he's going crazy with the Beijing coach. But
like you know what I'm saying, I want to see
Notre Dame. I want to see the Irish Man because
I want to see Jeremiah Love just fight out. So,
Jerry Jones, if you're listening for any of your representatives,
he needs to be a Dallas Cowboy next year. Do
whatever you can to get Jeremiah.

Speaker 3 (11:34):
They need a running back, that's for certain. They need
they need a real running back.

Speaker 6 (11:38):
I might be why did you just take us? You
just took us all the way from Columbus. Jeremina Love
to men the Dallas Cowboard.

Speaker 5 (11:46):
Yeah, because you're you're you're making this this discussion point
about uh.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
About teams not playing.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
Miami not in the conference title game.

Speaker 4 (11:59):
I'm gonna go back to what you he was saying.

Speaker 6 (12:01):
You know, the winner of the national championship last year
wasn't It wasn't in the champion, wasn't in the in
the conference championship. But you can honestly say that they
were one of the top twelve best teams in the country.
You can say that, you can say that they were
one of the top twelve team in the countries. But
what I'm saying is you're the they're the third best team.

(12:23):
So why isn't the winner? So Duke is going to
be put be put in the in the college football
playoffs at seven and five because they win the ACC championship.

Speaker 5 (12:36):
No, huh, I don't think. I don't think it works
that way. They're not going to be an automatic bid.

Speaker 6 (12:41):
So the conference champion, the conference championship is not an
automatic bid.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
No, I don't believe so, I don't understand. I don't believe.
I don't believe so.

Speaker 6 (12:52):
Because if BYU wins this game, they are automatic bid
because they win their conference championship.

Speaker 4 (12:59):
Duke.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
The sentiment Claud Claud Duke.

Speaker 5 (13:04):
Is not even in the top twenty five. They're they're
not sniffing them.

Speaker 9 (13:08):
With how did they make it to the conference championship games?

Speaker 5 (13:12):
They made it through their conference? Yess, they made it
through whatever.

Speaker 9 (13:18):
Why is it in Miami in the conference championship game
if they're not in the top twenty five.

Speaker 4 (13:28):
Yeah, Miami's ten and two.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
Again, I think it's strength to schedule and their and
their record and how like so in the AP and
the AP pole. In the AP pole they're ranked twelve two.
They're ranked twelve in both both polls the college I
get it, the rankings and the AP. So you know,
I would love for you and you to have this
kind of Brady Quinna had this conversation because I know

(13:54):
he he geeks out over these types of conversations. I
ain't really tapped into it all like that from this
and that and the other. But I feel as though
there are mistakes that are taking place in terms of
how you're going about figuring out who is going to
be in the college football Playoff, and either you expand

(14:14):
the field so that you can make it lesser of
a chance to miss to miss out on a team
that should be in.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
The college football playoff or you.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
Like you mentioned this, and I think it's a great idea.
Find a way. Technology is far enough along now find
a way. And this was done in the college football playoff.
Put put it in a computer.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
Man.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
Let let AI take all of the strengths of schedules
and who's losing and who's winning, and who beat who
and who.

Speaker 3 (14:44):
Lost to who, and da Dad, this and that, and
let the computer spit out what the.

Speaker 5 (14:49):
Teams that are going to be and then dictate who
who's going to be the home teams, who's going to
have home team advantages and stuff like home field advantages.
Because I think that it's it's too flawed for for people.
People are showing that they can't figure out how to
properly put in the teams that should most likely or
deservingly or or I don't I don't really know. But

(15:13):
there's the there's teams that get left out that shouldn't
get left out.

Speaker 8 (15:17):
Like at the var Le bar, you're saying, you're saying
the AI will remove the emotions. It's a lot of
emotion in the back room.

Speaker 5 (15:25):
Well, you got to take into consideration it's not just emotions,
it's bottom lines too.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Cuffs, right, Like you got to think about it.

Speaker 5 (15:32):
Uh, the SEC is basically owned by ESPN, So there's
politics that's connected to and you're gonna get you're gonna
get more SEC teams into If it's going to come
down to the benefit of the doubt of how many
teams go in, it's gonna be the SEC that's gonna

(15:53):
have the advantage every time because ESPN owns the playoffs, right,
they own the college football playoffs and they basically are
they on the SEC. So you could work that math out.
It's simple arithmetic if you asked me, but not a
rhythmetic Yeah, arithmetic, my guy. And speaking of arithmetic, it's

(16:14):
time to take a break. We're gonna take a break.
On the other side of it, we're gonna talk some
basketball because we do have cuffs. The legend from the
Some Dude Show in the house right now, So quick
break and then we're gonna come back and we are
going to talk some basketball.

Speaker 4 (16:28):
You know.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Lebron James, he well, he its streak came to an end.

Speaker 5 (16:34):
But he was like he was like really celebrating and
happy that whochomorrow was able to hit a game winning
three off of his assist. We'll talk about that and
more on the other side of the break. This is

Speaker 5 (19:11):
It is Fox Sports Radio, and we do have cuffs,
the legend in the building.

Speaker 3 (19:19):
Cuffs.

Speaker 5 (19:19):
Uh, where would you like to start with the whole?
Is it Chris Paul and that that the way that's
playing out?

Speaker 3 (19:26):
Is it Lebron James?

Speaker 5 (19:27):
I mean these old heads are still grabbing headlines even
in their uh you know, their senior stages of their careers.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Where you at what what's hot? What's big? What's what's
going on? What we need to know?

Speaker 8 (19:41):
Well, do you want me to put my media hat
on lebar or my fan hat on? Today? Like black?
We want me to media hat because I'm gonna let
you choose.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Plex. I'm gonna let you choose. I mean, we want both,
we want both, Yes, I want both.

Speaker 4 (19:59):
I want both? Get me both.

Speaker 5 (20:01):
Yeah, But you can start with whatever one you want
to start with. Let's start media. Let's go media and
then we'll go fanboy after that, Let's go media. Where
are we at media hat?

Speaker 3 (20:12):
Well?

Speaker 8 (20:12):
If we're going through our media hat. We'll say right now,
you know, Lebron James, this is still training camp for him.
You know, it's still training camp. He's still ramping up.
You know, like I said last week, it's like that
that cutless, that old cutlass, that old that oldsmobile, that
Buick Regals. You know, your mom. It took a little
it's cold outside. It takes like thirty minutes to warm up.

(20:34):
So right now Lebron is still ramping up. He's warming up.
You know the puppies. The puppies is kind of cold
right now. You're trying to warm the puppies up, trying
to catch trying to get that rhythm right. Because I
actually reached out. I spoke to Lebron yesterday via Tex,
laughing and joking about this, and I'm like, yo, you
got to get to the free throw line. Man. You

(20:55):
had zero free throws the other night in Toronto, broke
the streak is over. That's cool, but you just got
to get your rhythm back by getting to the foul line.
And I was just joking about the referees and such,
because Lebron doesn't get any calls even if you are
Lebron hater. It's a lot of haters out there, even
if you're a fan. The fans know this. Lebron doesn't

(21:17):
have the same whistle as a James Harden, as a
shake gilded Alexander. He's never gotten a favorable whistle whistle
his entire career.

Speaker 4 (21:28):
I wouldn't take it, you know, he didn't.

Speaker 8 (21:31):
He didn't get the little the cutch fouls that MJ
used to get, those those serious fouls, those mysterious fouls
that Michael Jordan once got.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
Cuffs don't do that. Cuffs was feeding that hell out
of MJ.

Speaker 5 (21:46):
Everybody was getting the sam hell kicked out of him
back then. And you wasn't allowed to travel back then either.
Come on, these guys can pick the ball up. That's
the fan out. That was the fan out. You got
to stay in the media hat Cuffs, that was a
fanboy hat.

Speaker 8 (22:03):
That was that was that was thirty fan hat. But
I'm telling you, I'm telling you Lebron doesn't get that
same whistle that Jannis gives that James Harden I got said, Sga,
these guys, you can breathe on these guys now and
they're they're shooting eighteen free throws seventeen free throws. Most nights,

(22:25):
you look at Lebron when he chooses to go downhill, because,
like I said, he's an older Lamborghini. Now he's an
older Porsche Carrera. You know, he can still go one
hundred miles an hour. He can still show you he's
Lebron James and Spurts. But for forty minutes now, Lebron
can't do that anymore. So when he chooses to go
downhill to attack the basket, as we saw the other

(22:47):
night in Toronto, he's getting karate chopped. He's getting Bruce
Lee karate chopped across the head. No call he shot
z yeah zo free throw attempts. So that kind of
discourages you from going downhill. Now you're starting to settle
for the outside shot to fade away's the three balls.
But the rhythm is going to come back soon. I

(23:07):
think it's just time for Lebron to catch his rhythm,
get back in the flow, because like I said, he
is the oldest Flur in NBA. He is forty years
old now approaching forty one. But Lebron be fine, man,
It's still a lot of gas lifting the take, all right.

Speaker 6 (23:20):
So coase I'm gonna take you hre before we get
the CP or CP three, and I think that'll be something,
uh some good in with But my man Joan is Man,
we saw him yesterday, you know, running down the court,
man getting back on defense with the non contact.

Speaker 4 (23:36):
Injury, with the calf injury.

Speaker 6 (23:39):
Uh, Man, what you think about it with the Milwaukee
Bucks moving forward? Him possibly wanting to get out of Milwaukee. Man,
We've seen, We've seen how this thing has transpired and
in the last couple of years with Halli Burton and
Jason Tatum with the calf injuries leading to the Achilles
What do you think the Milwaukee Bucks you do going forward?

Speaker 8 (24:00):
Well, before we touch on Gianni's I want to ask
you plaks. Did you see Bobby Portis and Isaiah Steward
for the Pistons the other night in the little light scuffle,
a little squabble. Who are you taking in that? Who
the money line? Who do you have the money line on?

Speaker 4 (24:15):
In that? Man?

Speaker 6 (24:18):
I'm taking my looking like I'm going with Bobby Porters,
with Bobby Bobby action, both Bobby Porters.

Speaker 8 (24:30):
We've seen them do damage in the.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
Past, right, no doubt.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
But I do want to know about though I do
want to know about CP.

Speaker 8 (24:38):
To ask you a question about Gianni's Can you imagine
can you see the vision plaque? Well, Yanni's going down
to the Alamo City team up that alien. That's too
much noverm hopping on the zoom call. Well, I'm saying, look,

(25:03):
we will give you Stefoncastle. I love Stefoncastle as a
young player, Rookie of the Year. You can have them, man,
Dylan Harper, we love you. But look, man, you know
everybody can go the Aaron Fox for in your All Star.
He's gonna give you twenty five to twenty six a
night if you go to Milwaukee, He's gonna give you
that every night pencil onmn D. Fox he has his

(25:25):
own sneaker. Now you can go see the sneaker right
now in foot locker and Dick Swiper. Fox is really good.
He'll look great in at Milwaukee Bucks Jersey. But I
will package all those guys, put everybody on the table
and say I want to see the twin Towers Giannis
Asatakunpo and Victor winbyama I Bek. It would get scary

(25:47):
for even Oka se because we've seen them right now.
They want fourteen straight. Can you imagine the Western Conference
with that, those two teams and that those duos.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
Finite upgrade, definite upgrade.

Speaker 4 (26:03):
I mean, what are you going to do defensive You're unbeatable.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
Yeah, I mean you can't defense them.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
They're the twin Towle was like three point zero.

Speaker 3 (26:10):
Yeah, it is because they can get you outside inside.

Speaker 4 (26:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
I mean there's really nothing you can do on There's
nothing you can do that, and that would be that
would be crazy.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
Listen, hold on, you know what. Let's let's do this.
Let's do this plex Let's get let's and that that's
cuts the legend Plexico burst.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
Let's do this.

Speaker 5 (26:29):
Let's get a let's get an update, let's get a
trending from from I Low. But before we do that,
let's talk a little bit about Louisiana hot sauce and
the perfect balance of it and the peppers and vinegar
of it.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
You could play the music, you.

Speaker 5 (26:40):
Know why, because well, we'd like to have music going
with some original Louisiana hot sauce, handcrafted flavor, the original
Louisiana hot sauce, that Louisiana hot by.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
Your some uh there you go.

Speaker 5 (26:52):
I put some Louisiana hot sauce on your update.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
Now, cook, let's see if you could keep cooking.

Speaker 11 (27:00):
I know I'll be able to cook because Cuffs is here.
What's up, Cuffs?

Speaker 8 (27:04):
It's my favorite part of the weekend is talking to
my guy Ilo. I got a question, man, real quick,
what have you have you started your Christmas shopping? Yeah?

Speaker 7 (27:13):
Hey, I'll ask the questions around here.

Speaker 5 (27:17):
Now.

Speaker 7 (27:18):
The only question I have Cuffs. How is shoulder day?

Speaker 4 (27:22):
Man?

Speaker 8 (27:22):
You know it's no big shoulder guy. A lot of
guys get intimidated by that, but you know we're getting
a rest. Like Labarrington, Man, I don't.

Speaker 7 (27:32):
Have shoulder dad, Hey, why are you play?

Speaker 3 (27:35):
Why coups come in shooting at me today?

Speaker 6 (27:37):
Man?

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Why are you shooting at me?

Speaker 8 (27:40):
Coups to be like you dad? Like now, I'm trying
to stay fee.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
I'm trying to be in Oh.

Speaker 7 (27:52):
I didn't know I'd be attending a funeral today.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
Wow. Oh Man, give us an update, Ila Goy.

Speaker 7 (28:02):
Yeah, well that's your update, LeVar Just.

Speaker 11 (28:05):
Update yeah, ay, just a footnote before we get to
the Big twelve championship game.

Speaker 7 (28:10):
Cops, I don't have shoulder day. I have boulder day.
You know what I'm saying all right.

Speaker 11 (28:14):
Big Twelve Championship Game, Number four Texas Tech fell behind
eleventh ranked BYU seven to nothing. But since then the
Red Raiders have ripped off thirteen unanswered on KTTU motion
outside left.

Speaker 6 (28:28):
His card or back to throw is Morton wants to
go deep right side and does for ake and peace
up with it, touchdown, Red Raiders.

Speaker 11 (28:37):
I get them the call on kt TU they would
add a field goal. So Texas Tech, rank number four
in the nation, leads eleventh RANC BYU thirteen to seven,
twenty one seconds remaining of the first half of the
Big twelve Championship game at AT and T Stadium in Arlington.
Next up at four pm Eastern the SEC Championship game
from Atlanta, third ranked Georgia against number nine Alabama. Then

(29:01):
tonight at eight pm Eastern in the Big Ten Championship
game from Indianapolis, Number one Ohio State against number two Indiana.
A couple of big college basketball games going on right now.
How about this Number ten Iowa State has a seventy
one to forty seven lead at number one per Due
with eight minutes left in the second half. Number seven, Yeah, exactly,

(29:24):
Number seven Michigan State and fourth rank Duke tied at
forty five. With eleven forty two remaining in the second half,
we leave you with the final number of the day.
Eleven thousand, seven hundred and fifty five. That's the number
of career free throw attempts by the guy who never
never gets the foul calls, Lebron James.

Speaker 7 (29:45):
Back to you, guys, Sorry, cuffs number.

Speaker 5 (29:47):
Right, numbers, get them shotting tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
Ah, all right, that.

Speaker 4 (29:54):
Was good work.

Speaker 8 (29:54):
That would good work. That was good work.

Speaker 3 (29:56):
Hey e, Lizene.

Speaker 5 (29:57):

right after we get off of the air. All right,
where we at cuffs CP three? I want to know
about it? Like what happened? Tylu was was high on
on his twin. You know, the ball handlers, the crossover kids. Uh,
it's over now, it's done.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
What happened?

Speaker 5 (30:41):
What do you think is this it for for CP
three as a player in the NBA.

Speaker 8 (30:48):
Well, first off, Chris Paul. You know, it's kind of
crazy to see that organization do this to Chris Paul,
because the guy has been like one of the greatest
one guards we've ever seen, top two all time and
steals an assists. That means you can walk in any
room in the world where basketball is being played to

(31:08):
say that guy right there that's only six foot tall.
See that guy right there, he's top two and steals
and assists all time. How that everybody's ever hoop. So
that's legendary numbers and stats. But I think the situation
is more of me knowing Chris personally, been around him,
been in the gym with him, my kid used to
go to his camps, and just knowing him personally. Chris

(31:31):
is a very straight, straight for it guy. It's a
North Carolina thing. If you're from North Carolina, you know,
it's like we're kind of.

Speaker 12 (31:40):
Like direct people, man, and Chris is like holding gods accountable.
And I don't know if y'all saw this funny story,
but he kind of bumped heads with Jeff Van Gunny
in a recent game against the MAVs where he Chris Paul.

Speaker 8 (31:54):
Basically told Kawhi Leonard to switch off of Klay Thompson,
like Kawhi, you can't move to puppies getting cooked, switched broke.
And it's like these guys are very h you know,
they could be emotional or have thin skin, some of
these guys who are supposed to be leaders just because
of the salary, Like has anybody ever said or ever

(32:16):
looked at James Harden or Kawhi Leonard as leaders? So
guess what happens when a real leader is around these guys?
And I think the part that's missing is in sports
now people think just because you don't have a championship ring,
you're not a leader. Chris Paul is still a winner.
He's looking at his percentage, look at the look at

(32:37):
the winning percentage of teams he's went to and how
their winning percentage was before he got there. Like he's
helped resurrected a lot of franchises, including the Clippers. He
is an all time LA Clipper. He deserves a statue
in front of the arena. Him and Blake Griffins. That
was Bob City. Lob City was a part of the
basketball culture that you can erace. Now you're gonna do

(32:59):
this man and like this on his farewell tour that
you he was crying at the farewell tour when they
announced it, when they had the fans there. You saw
it when the seasons before the season and you just
tell him to go home. You fired. You fired this
man like Craig on Friday on his day off in.

Speaker 3 (33:15):
Front of the world on his day off.

Speaker 8 (33:18):
It's embarrassing. It's embarrassing, it's disrespectful and Lawrence Frank a
lot of people in that building. Man, this is not
the first time they've done this type of I would say, shady,
smug type stuff to the players. So if I'm a
free agent, why would you want to go play for
the Clippers? And that's how you do your legends mm.

Speaker 3 (33:38):
Hmm, because they gonna pay you. They're gonna pay you
a whole lot of money, and you're gonna be.

Speaker 5 (33:46):
Like, yeah, they do dudes dirty here, but they're gonna
pay me.

Speaker 3 (33:55):
Go wrong.

Speaker 6 (33:56):
I think it had something to do, you know, more
with basketball. I mean, I really really do. I think
it was personal. You know for some strange reason, you know,
Chris Paul comes in and he's holding people accountable. But
at the same time, you know these guys have they
have egos. Ye, So if you look at a James Harden, know,

(34:17):
if you look at Kawhi Leonard, you know when Cep
comes in the building and telling you know, a two
time world champion to switch off and Kawhile Leonard, they're like, man,
who the hell you think you talking to? So that
I'm serious, but that's the way you look at it.
And and what struck me most about it was, you know,

(34:37):
Tyler's the coach and I know them both, and for
TYLERU to basically send Chris Paul home and fire him
on his day off in front of the world, it
doesn't make sense to me. It has to be something
personal going on between Chris Paul and Tyler. I heard
they went on speaking terms at all for the last

(34:59):
month or whatever the case may be.

Speaker 4 (35:01):
But from a.

Speaker 6 (35:03):
Former player and Tylou who has played against Chris Paul
his whole entire career, basically when he was playing, to
release this man and to waive him, it's more than basketball.
It was something going on with the CP and Tyleru internally,
because I would believe and I know for a fact

(35:26):
that Tyleru has more respect for Chris Paul than to
wave him and release him. So there was something going
on personal that I don't know, maybe because you do,
but I just thinking there was a personal move with
Obama in an organization to send Chris Paul home on
his farewell tour, which is totally disrespectful, one hundred percent.

Speaker 3 (35:49):
Well they made it a farewell tour. My bad, My bad.

Speaker 5 (35:55):
Hey listen, I'm just a host man, just a radio host,
and this is just up on gamey.

Speaker 3 (36:01):
We gotta take a break.

Speaker 5 (36:02):
On the other side of the break, we're gonna get
some up on game down on game that's cuffs the
legend and yeah who you just heard right there, drop
the mic on them that stretch on strong Plexico bursts.

Speaker 3 (36:13):
We're gonna take a quick break. We'll be right back.
This is Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 5 (36:20):
All right, all right, all right, guys, listen, I've told
y'all all show you need to be paying attention.

Speaker 3 (36:27):
You need to be door dashing or uber eating or.

Speaker 5 (36:30):
Whatever it is that you do to get your stuff
and get you some original Louisiana Hot Sauce to your
house right now, straight away. Don't wait, because your food
will thank you for it, and so will your taste buds. Listen,
it doesn't matter what day it is, but it does
happen to be a Saturday, a game day. You're gonna
want that nice, tangy taste, that original Louisiana Hot sauce

(36:54):
to give you that tailgate game day feeling like you
were sitting in your reclined and it just hits your
taste budzs.

Speaker 3 (37:02):
And you jumped up in your clack.

Speaker 5 (37:03):
Whoo. That's some good hot sauce there, and it's some
good food that's going with it.

Speaker 3 (37:08):
That's right. Drop it like it's hot, put.

Speaker 5 (37:09):
It on your wings, put it on everything that you
bite in on, and you're gonna have that euphoria you
feel when your team why it out hits that toe
drag for a touchdown.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
That's right. Dash the simple three ingredients.

Speaker 5 (37:21):
On that that original Louisiana Hot Sauce plate and you're
gonna enjoy it all right now. Listen, it's kind of
like game day right now, and it's kind of like
the right time for you to use some some garnishes
and some some sides with you're with what you're eating
on your plate. Just make sure you get some original

(37:43):
Louisiana hot sauce to go with it. All right, add
a little bit to it and your game day will
extend beyond game day to every day. I promise you
that try some Louisiana hot sauce.

Speaker 3 (37:55):
That's Louisiana hot. Make sure you balue some.

Speaker 5 (37:58):

the weekend, all right, Uh, let's get to it. When
you hear this, it's time for me to dominate cats.
And I wasn't here last week, but nonetheless I'm doing this.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
It's time for some pick Are you up on game?

Speaker 4 (38:42):
Let's break this up?

Speaker 7 (38:43):
Let's break it up game?

Speaker 4 (38:47):
All right?

Speaker 3 (38:47):
B how did last week go? I wasn't there.

Speaker 2 (38:49):
Yeah, lov you were here last week. So I don't
know if you know this, but TJ went six and
oh the previous week.

Speaker 3 (38:55):
Oh, the previous week. Yeah, so least, what did I
go with?

Speaker 2 (38:59):
I go five and one, three and three, that's fine.
Last week, gonna flex it? What if plex and Cuffs
go two and four for Plax last week? Yeah, last year?
Last week TJ was three and one, PLAX was one
and three.

Speaker 3 (39:13):
So okay, let's go. Well, it's a it's a new week,
it's a new day.

Speaker 4 (39:17):
Cuffs went oph.

Speaker 3 (39:19):
Forget to mentioned cup. We're gonna start.

Speaker 2 (39:23):
We're gonna start today with number two Indiana taking on
number one Ohio State in the Big Ten title game.
Ohio State a four point favorite. The total is currently
set at forty six and a half.

Speaker 6 (39:35):
Oh man, I'm taking the points. It's gonna be over
forty seven and a half. And I'm taking the Ohio
State Buckeyes. I honestly believe that they were winning this
this football game by two touchdowns.

Speaker 8 (39:48):
Muh cuffs ibou tak Ohio think they gonna think the
boys in the woods jed. So they gonna cover the
point and the money line pretty much they go win.

Speaker 5 (40:02):
I just got this airly weird feeling that there's gonna
be a lot of defense that's being played.

Speaker 3 (40:09):
Forty forty something, what is it? Forty what?

Speaker 7 (40:11):
Forty six and a half?

Speaker 3 (40:13):
Forty six?

Speaker 5 (40:15):
I think it's gonna be the under on the points,
and I don't think they're gonna beat them by more
than four. So I'm gonna take the points on. I'm
gonna lay the points on this one.

Speaker 2 (40:25):
All right. Next up, we're gonna head to the basketball court,
but we're gonna do a really bad game, because that's
more fun. The Pelicans in New York to take on
the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets a three and a half
point favorite here of the total is two twenty seven
and a half.

Speaker 6 (40:41):
Really, I don't know what's worse, the Brooklyn Nets or
the New Orleans Pelican. Man, it's a really it's a
really bad basketball game. Ain't nobody playing no defense. Let's
just start off with that. And I'm gonna take the
Brooklyn Nets because I don't know what's going on down
there in New Orleans with this organization and Zion wigs, and

(41:02):
so I'm taking a Brooklyn Nets and I'm taking over
on the points nobody's playing defense.

Speaker 8 (41:07):
I'm gonna take Jared Queen and Jeremy Fears and the delegants.
It's gonna be a hot, boring game and they gonna do.
It's gonna be over on the points and the Pelicans
to win.

Speaker 3 (41:18):
I'm gonna stick. I'm gonna go with Cups on this one.

Speaker 5 (41:20):
I'm gonna take the over on the points, and I'm
gonna take the Pelicans to pull it out as well.

Speaker 2 (41:24):
All right. Then, finally the real sport, the NFL. On Sunday,
the Bears had the Green Bay to take on the
Packers in a classic NFC North matchup. First place on
the line. The Packers a seven point favorite at home.
No romadunze for the Bears. The total is currently said
at forty four and a half.

Speaker 6 (41:42):
Wow, the Packers are seven points favorites even when we
want with the way the Bears are playing right now.
But you know what I like it. I'm going with
the Bears and I'm going over on the points.

Speaker 8 (41:53):
The Battle of the light skin quarterback, I'm gonna take
Jordan Love the Love he can't handle that, whether they
gotta do he got to bring in the other name,
whether he can't handle it. I'm gonna they gonna think
it's gonna be over on the points, and I'm gonna
think the pack us to win at home.

Speaker 5 (42:07):
They light skin on light skin crib from a light
skin player, I'm gonna take. I believe Green Bay will
will win, but I don't think they will win by
more than seven. So I'm gonna take the points with
with Chicago on that uh and as far as the over,
I think they'll play some defense. I'm gonna take the
under on on the points and that will do it.

(42:29):
Appreciate you, bo. I believe I am going to dominate
this weekend in over and well up on game and
down on game. Hope you guys enjoy your weekends. Like
I said, stay tuned in. Jonas Knox Show is coming
up at you next for TJ Well, who's not here,
Plex and Cuffs, I'm LeVar is up on game Fox

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
