Speaker 1 (00:21):
The answer to the question you were wondering about earlier, Manci,
what io was sam am? I saying this correctly beats me.
The Filipino Ube milkshake was that it yes, yes, yes, yes,
the drink.
Speaker 5 (00:35):
That was the drink and because it was Filipino Night
that they went to. But yeah, it felt bad when
you told me that they stood in line and then
it sold sold out.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
It was popular drinks. It was people going to the
ballpark for culinary reasons.
Speaker 6 (00:48):
It really is a thing.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (00:51):
Back then it was like just give me peanuts, cracker Jackson,
you know, talk and that's it. And now it's like, oh,
I want a platter of barbecue and sushi when I
sit at a.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Ballgame, by me a hot dog covered in beans, Like no,
they don't say that, Like that's it's not the song.
It's it's by.
Speaker 6 (01:10):
Me peanuts and cracker Jacks is there.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
It is cracker Jack.
Speaker 6 (01:15):
Oh, cracker Jacket, Yes.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
But don't worry. I don't care. Cracker Jacks is fine,
but it is Crackerjack.
Speaker 7 (01:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:19):
But that's all that you needed back then, maybe a notcho.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
Iowa Sam's here, Bo Benzon is here, Isaac Lowincron is here.
Mancey is going to team up with Isaac. Bo and
Sam are going to be teammates in a game that
I've debuted this summer. It's a twenty Summer of twenty
twenty five game. It's called in the Neighborhood. Now. It's
the third time we've played it, and the first time, Mancy,
(01:45):
you played it, I did on a team, yes, and
the second time we did an individual format. Team format
is much better. Yes, team format. So you and Isaac
can work shop on the air these questions. Iowa, Sam
and Bo Benson will workshop. It's I'll give you the
details of the game when we play it in about
one hundred and twenty seconds. But I do feel we
(02:09):
need to address something that was said on SportsCenter earlier
today by Carolyn Peck, former coach now WNBA analyst. This
on the heels of the Indiana Fever routing the Las
Vegas Aces last night, and she says today, I think
(02:30):
Indiana is even more dangerous when Caitlyn Clark doesn't play.
That was the quote from Carolyn Peck. And when are
we going to end with this? When is this going
to stop? Like at some is this? Is this going
to be Caitlin Clark's entire career? You think it's going
(02:54):
to be the entire career. I thought after the Sophie
Cunningham push and shove that that would put a big
end to it, and it apparently hasn't. When we've seen
the All Star voting and now the Fever route the aces,
and someone is saying, now, listen, if you want to
(03:14):
say Indiana plays differently without Caitlyn Clark on the floor,
that's fine. There is no way that they're more dangerous.
That's just that's that's absurd. You could say maybe their
offense runs, you know, this way through a Leah Boston
(03:35):
and others. Kelsey Mitchell I don't watch the Fever play
a ton, but in times that I've seen, Caitlin Clark
is played, and a lot of times it's she's passing
and sometimes they'll convert and sometimes it'll go off their
hands and go out of bounds. And so I feel
that it's maybe not perfect with Caitlin Clark, who's had
(03:57):
nine to ten turnovers and games. I get all that,
but the same that they're more dangerous is just foolish.
And I just I don't know when it's going to stop. Manzie,
that we keep on at every single moment. I mean,
it took us twenty years for us to sit there
and wait on every you know, anything or everything that
(04:18):
Lebron James does at this point the watch watch as
us being on the watch twenty twenty five. But I mean,
this is this is really starting to get old, you know.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
I wish, I wish I could tell you that I
think it's gonna be over soon, But I don't think
this is going away anytime soon. The dislike by certain
people against Kaitlyn Clark runs deep for some reason, and
that right there that they are better without her, it's
or more dangerous without her.
Speaker 6 (04:52):
You're just like that's Anybody who.
Speaker 5 (04:55):
Has watched Kitlyn Clark in her short w NBA career
knows that she is damn good and damn effective with
the ball in her hand. Only one full rookie year
under her belt, and we saw it.
Speaker 6 (05:10):
We saw it.
Speaker 8 (05:11):
There is no question of talent. We already saw it
now here. We are a.
Speaker 5 (05:16):
Short what twenty games into the season, are we halfway about?
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Yes? About?
Speaker 5 (05:21):
They've announced that she's gonna miss her fifth game straight game,
which is about half the game correct, And she's.
Speaker 6 (05:26):
Gonna miss tomorrow's game. They've announced it with that groin injury.
Speaker 5 (05:29):
She's obviously hurt, and they're just any opportunity that these haters,
these people who truly dislike her to a core, this
is her opportunity and it makes no sense.
Speaker 8 (05:39):
It's like touch grass, go outside.
Speaker 6 (05:42):
Why she's hurt?
Speaker 5 (05:43):
Like to even still talk about her right now? She's
hurt and hasn't played. And the more the bigger conversation
after that ACES game is what the hell is going
on with the Aces?
Speaker 1 (05:51):
I think Becky Ammon's curious about that as well.
Speaker 6 (05:53):
What the hell is going on with the Aces?
Speaker 5 (05:55):
What a drop off from a WNBA championship team from
two years ago and being in the final last year?
Speaker 6 (06:00):
What a drop off? Or two years ago?
Speaker 9 (06:02):
Right?
Speaker 5 (06:02):
Two years ago?
Speaker 1 (06:03):
Yeah, it was the Links in the Liberty last year.
Speaker 5 (06:05):
It was, yeah, two years ago like what a drop
off for the That's actually what the conversation should be.
Speaker 6 (06:10):
This is not the headline.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
Yeah, I mean talking about their defense. Asia Wilson was
the only player in double digits, but you know it's
the Fever winning against the Links earlier in this week
with the Commissioner's Cup and then added on to this,
I just I think that it sounds very hot take ish,
and I don't want to overreact so much that I'm
(06:32):
completely blind to the analysis. And so that's why I
say that I can get how teams can operate differently.
The things operate different when Lebron James is in in
the lineup, when Luka Doncic is in the lineup, like,
things run differently. The Bucks with Giannis, it's it's different,
But there's no way that you could say that they're
a better or more dynamic team. They run differently. And
(06:54):
then just a one off scenario in the regular season.
I just think you got to be just you can't
be as flippant with those words, because now it seems
you're trying to tear Caitlyn Clark down from the inside,
meaning from the Indiana Fever, like the Fever are hearing Oh, yeah,
so many things were better than you know without her, Yes, exactly.
Speaker 8 (07:14):
No, they're just stirring the pot for no reason.
Speaker 5 (07:17):
I gain. The conversation should also be like, oh, good
job the Fever managing to win without Kaitlyn Clark on
the floor. That's the head sure, really the adjustments, good
job coach.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
If she comes back and they go one in three,
then I think there's a legitimate question on what is
going on. But right now, just because you've won a
couple of games with her out being injured, doesn't mean
that this team is better and definitely not more dynamic.
Speaker 5 (07:42):
And she's only played half the games, right Sam, But
in one of those games they beat the New York Liberty, they.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Didn't she was.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
She actually lost by two when she played against them,
and then when she came back from injury the first
time they rowed it, they ended up routing them.
Speaker 6 (07:54):
There we go.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
I will just say that I kind of knew that
these these thoughts and these tweets were coming that once
she misses a few games they get a couple of wins,
people are gonna be like, oh, I don't know if
Kaitlyn Clark's actually as good as we thought. I think
that it just shows that they just put better people
around Kaitlyn Clark.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
They have a Leah.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Boston who is also a number one pick or the
first overall you know, draft pick they have. They not
Natasha Howard. You know, they got Lexi Hole, Kelsey Mitchell.
They've got a lot of good players. So the fact
that they're winning games, I think it's just more that
they put better supporting cast around her, and these people
are shining.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
And now, now, honestly what I want to hear, because
it's something we talked about yesterday that no person has
benefited more from just one single act in the w
NBA than Sophie Cunningham. As for sticking up for Kaitlan Clark,
her star power is absolutely skyrocketed in the league. Who's
gonna stand up to this comment? Who's gonna at least
(08:48):
say the thing that you should say. Is it gonna
be one of the teammates, Is it gonna be one
of the head coaches? Is it gonna be Sophie Cunningham? Again,
because this isn't this isn't off limits, but I'll tell
you something could really be gained for sticking up for
your teammate and Caitlin Clark, and I hope somebody does
(09:09):
for the Indiana Fever because this is just absurd.
Speaker 5 (09:13):
Whatever they can grasp bat they're gonna like, like Sam said,
they're writing on this because she's not playing and they're winning.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
Mission accomplished by ESPN. They have us talking about to
since it happened on We went Center way over one
hundred and twenty seconds. Stan, Yeah, sorry, let's get to
in the neighborhood. This is in the neighborhoods. The music
starts to play. It's a team competition between Moncie Milano,
sin Isaac Long Kron and one team. We'll call you
the anchors.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
W excuse me, wait a minute, can you say that?
A little slower? Just too against anchors?
Speaker 1 (09:48):
The anchors, the anchors. What did I miss? Up? Though?
I think I know what he yeah, Oh you're fine, Okay,
did I miss what about? Come on? Fill us in?
Speaker 10 (09:59):
What? No? What?
Speaker 1 (10:03):
The anchors?
Speaker 3 (10:04):
The anchors, That's what I want to make sure.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
Maybe it's part of part of the accent. The anchors,
the anchors, Iowa, Sam and Bo Benson are a team.
What can we call you guys?
Speaker 6 (10:14):
The producers.
Speaker 1 (10:16):
The producers. We're like Nathan Lane and uh, who's the
other against the producers against the anchors there in the
neighborhood and steer, I love mister Rogers. I'm not feeling this.
Do we have something else? It's a little too it
is it's it's a really nice cover of him. Let's
sell you what song. But I'll explain the game while
you just find our usual generic music bed that we
(10:38):
play in the neighborhood. Is this it's a race to five.
I give you the and if we run out of questions,
it's whoever has the most. I give you a topic,
say how old am I? And you would have to
get guess my age within one year, either one year
less or one year more, And as long as you're
(10:59):
in the neighborhood, you get the question correct. But these
are about a variety of topics in the world of sports,
and this is it's very heavily baseball and basketball operated.
There are a couple of things outside of it, but
it's basically baseball in basketball. So we're going to dive in.
(11:19):
Are you ready to go? All right? We're going to
give the anchors the first crack at this one. All right,
we start in the baseball category.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Like the music.
Speaker 1 (11:28):
By the way, within three hundred, within three hundred strikeouts
north or south. Give me the number of Nolan Ryan's
strikeouts in his career.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
I actually know it, like the exact number. Fourteen.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
All right, yeah, that is correct. Is a blowing crowd
and team? The most by anybody?
Speaker 3 (11:50):
How many? Seven hundred and fourteen?
Speaker 11 (11:53):
Wow?
Speaker 1 (11:54):
The anchors off and running here on Fox Sports Radio.
I should have said within one would have even have
been more impressive. But that's the question for you guys.
Within one year, what's the age of Tiger's pitcher? Terrek Scuball.
This is for the producers, Trek Scuball. Within one year,
what is the age of the Tigers Ace.
Speaker 11 (12:15):
Let's say twenty seven. Do you like twenty seven?
Speaker 2 (12:19):
It's gonna say twenty five, but I let's should we
go twenty six?
Speaker 11 (12:23):
Yeah, let's twenty seven. Let's pulit the difference.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Twenty six. I should have gone with twenty seven because
he's twenty eight years old. Yes, twenty seven would have
gotten to the point twenty six did not.
Speaker 6 (12:35):
I thought he was a little bit older.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Yeah, all right, within one hundred. Back over to the anchors,
Come on.
Speaker 6 (12:40):
Isaac, get it right, on the money.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
I'm done for the day career strikeouts for Trek.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
Scuball career within one hundred.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
Within one hundred, as he's pitched six seasons, all right,
and in the big.
Speaker 5 (12:54):
Leagues, so a good year would be what about two
hundred strikeouts.
Speaker 6 (12:59):
But I don't think he's done that.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
Maybe I give you a little more information. Six hundred
and eighty innings pitched.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
Six hundred eight. Okay, I'm gonna go, Monzy, let's workshop this.
I would say, between seven fifty and eight hundred. How
does that ballpark sound to you?
Speaker 5 (13:18):
I'm not I okay, I would go I think it's
a little high, but maybe seven hundred.
Speaker 6 (13:25):
But you're going up to eight.
Speaker 5 (13:26):
Fifty seven hundred and fifty to eight fifty or six fifty, right,
that's up or down?
Speaker 1 (13:30):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (13:30):
Okay, okay, all right, No, let's let's let's go fifty. Yeah,
let's go seven fifty seven.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
Sure, damn all right. That's another point for the anchor.
Seven hundred and eighty six.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
You only miss it my thirty six.
Speaker 6 (13:43):
That's good.
Speaker 1 (13:44):
I could not give this question to Manzi, so that's
why it falls on the producers. Within one thousand, what's
the official seating capacity of Dodger Stadium. I suppose you
say it right?
Speaker 3 (13:55):
Yes, she knows it exactly.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
Yeah, within one thousand, fifty six thousand, all right? Is
that your final answer? You're good with that? Yes, right
on the head. It is fifty six thousand, all right.
The producers are on the board. Hey, prior to this season,
within three home runs. By the way, the Yankees are
leading the producers within three home runs. What was cal
(14:18):
raley season high for home runs? He hit number thirty
four and thirty five today.
Speaker 6 (14:24):
Like in his career for a season.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
Yes, it is to this year.
Speaker 3 (14:30):
I'm actually going to say within how many home runs?
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Within three?
Speaker 3 (14:34):
Oh boy, I'm going to say forty? Should we spoilit
the difference?
Speaker 6 (14:39):
I think he just I want to say, he just
hit it with.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
One of these and he's got thirty five with this one.
But prior to this year.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
Bo told me is what's a record half? First half
record for the Mariners? Why are you helping them?
Speaker 3 (14:52):
Geez? Well, okay, maybe it's a false hearing.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
Yes, within three, so I'm almost more fish talk.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
With you say thirty five, I say forty. So let's
split the difference and can we can we like answer
with a half homes three.
Speaker 5 (15:08):
Can we make it then thirty seven not thirty eight,
because I think the answer is thirty four.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
Okay, thirty seven, Moncey is good. It's thirty four. Yes,
he broke his single season high today with his thirty fifth?
Was there a graphic up there that you see?
Speaker 6 (15:23):
Because I just have been keeping up, we know, with
the story.
Speaker 5 (15:26):
So I had already read his high and that no
Catcher I think has reached forty, like I had just
been reading this so today that's what anchors do, Dan, Yeah,
I just read the stories.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
So no, yeah, it's three to one. Anchors lead the producers.
See I didn't give you, guys any too many hints.
You got it on your own, you yeah, yeah, within
glad about that? Within two the number of career playoff
appearances by Lebron James in his twenty two seasons. So
we have now switched to the basketball portion of the program.
You're talking about, Pert, like like, yes, lach Year would
(15:59):
be in a okay, okay, and it's within two.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
Within two, I want to say twenty two seasons total, correct, Man, I.
Speaker 3 (16:11):
Can't call Mark medeine at a billy out of.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
This one eighteen or nineteen twenty, like he's missed the
playoffs twenty twenty.
Speaker 4 (16:20):
He's not missed the playoffs that often. I think he
missed the playoffs one time, one or two times.
Speaker 1 (16:24):
I'll go twenties, twenty is good. You go with twenty Yeah,
interesting because it's a weird way to go because he
didn't make it. Everyone eighteen times, you got it right,
You got it right. But you put twenty one and
twenty two in knowing that he didn't make it at
least once.
Speaker 2 (16:41):
So you got it correct, I said eighteen or nineteen,
yes he did, and then yeah, yes, so.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
We still got it because we were like saying twenty
you allowed twenty one and twenty two to be answer ight, okay,
but knowing what you said, twenty two was not an option. Yes, okay,
that's the what That's what makes in the neighborhood exactly
so much fun. You're back in the game three to two,
back to the anchor team of Manzie Belaios and Isaac
Lowinkron within five career playoff series played by Lebron.
Speaker 5 (17:11):
James whoa welay off series.
Speaker 6 (17:15):
Okay, okay, how many times?
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Well, nine times in a row, plush seven plus twenty and.
Speaker 5 (17:24):
That was okay, And so with those it's okay.
Speaker 3 (17:28):
So career series played not one correct. So I'm gonna
say offhand, he's been to the finals eleven times. That's
forty four series, right, plus all the years he didn't
make the finals. But gosh, this is a good one.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
Five Jesus.
Speaker 3 (17:44):
Okay, you'll call me Isaac. All right, you said forty
four for the final appearances.
Speaker 6 (17:50):
Yeah, if we talk about last season.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
Right, last season was one, you know, three the year before.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
All right, we're going to need an answer.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
Let's say an average of let's say an average of
two rounds for all the other years, So that's fourteen.
So I'm gonna say between fifty eight and sixty. What
I say with you?
Speaker 6 (18:14):
Yeah, I like that too.
Speaker 8 (18:15):
How about we just go fifty nine fifty nine.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
You're in the neighborhood, it's fifty five within five? Do
you get one wrong? Please? Know you? This is what
it's all about, all right over to the producers. This
is where it gets This is where it gets fun.
Within ten pounds chet home Grins official listed weights of
the Oklahoma City. Within ten pounds, I.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
Thought you were gonna say Joey Chestnut, Me too, me too.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
On the day within ten pounds. Chet home Grins officially
listed weight as a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
He's seven foot what like two one, he's seven to one,
but he's pretty skinny. Ah man, I'm going to say
it's within ten pounds. I'm going to say two.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
Thirty, oh man, to twenty let's say two twenty five?
Speaker 11 (19:13):
Wow, okay, twenty five, two.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
Hundred and eight pounds. So you are not in the neighborhood.
You're not in the neighborhood a steak.
Speaker 5 (19:24):
You went you went high because like he's so tall,
but he's so thair.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
I know, but still all that length a mass there?
Four to two. Is there any way we can come back? Yeah, yes,
it's first of five wins. Okay, well then they have
to really cold here, Yes, but this will will in
it within five pounds Caitlyn Clark's officially listed weight. Oh,
(19:51):
that's first time ever on radio we're talking about a
woman's weight.
Speaker 10 (19:57):
Es.
Speaker 1 (19:59):
She is six foot.
Speaker 6 (20:00):
I believe she's six ft.
Speaker 3 (20:01):
I didn't even know that the w n B A.
Speaker 1 (20:03):
Listed That's why I thought this was gold. You're just
not supposed to right, five pounds?
Speaker 3 (20:10):
How much.
Speaker 5 (20:14):
I'm also terrible at figuring out people's weight, So it's like.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
Being at the carnival, the circus.
Speaker 3 (20:18):
Why do we practiced?
Speaker 1 (20:20):
Guess mine to sixty three?
Speaker 3 (20:24):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 6 (20:26):
Okay, she's six feet, she's slim.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
I'm staying out of the officially listed weights. She hit
the weight room last year. You can tell a little bit.
Speaker 5 (20:39):
I'm really bad at this, but I'm gonna I'm trying
to like think of my friend's weights.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Just gonna be.
Speaker 6 (20:46):
Like, I know my friends.
Speaker 1 (20:48):
Weait I knew we were playing. I know we were
playing with because.
Speaker 6 (20:52):
I'm so short. So it's like I have to you
know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
Well, I know nothing about this, so I'm just gonna.
Speaker 6 (20:56):
Throw out I was going like one sixty.
Speaker 3 (20:59):
I was gonna throw out one forty. So should we say.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
All right? Within five pounds? Caitlin Clark officially is listed
at one hundred and fifty seven pounds. So you are
in the neighborhood.
Speaker 3 (21:15):
You had it.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
You are not in the neighborhood seven My goodness, sorry,
it's all right. Look at that, you know, Isaac thinking
more like one thirty five.
Speaker 3 (21:26):
I just didn't know that I don't remember the WNBA
ever publishing weights.
Speaker 1 (21:31):
I didn't either, and then I looked in the Sure
enough they had it on all of the players.
Speaker 11 (21:36):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
Correct, Yes, I was.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
By the way, I think the producers are going to
get a free point here because the final question was
within one anch Kitlyn Clark's officially listed height six foot
six foot. It is six feet four to three. When
we come back, I have three tiebreaker questions. If you
can get to five anchors, you'll win.
Speaker 6 (22:00):
Okay, okay, but if not.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
There's still life for the producers. All right, She's Monte Belamio.
So I'm Dan Byer, Isaac Lowincroniz here, as is Bo
Benson and Iowa Sam big Day in baseball. Lebron's active
on social media. We got you covered with you know it's.
Speaker 3 (22:16):
I've watch.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
Anything happens with Lebron James. You will hear that sounder
and we will tell you it's all next time. Cave

Speaker 1 (23:03):
It'skivino and Rich here on Fox Sports Radio. The anchors
dancing because of their four to three lead over the producers.
She's Monte Belanjos, I'm Dan Byer, Isaac long Crohn's at
the news desk, Isaac and Monsey teaming up to lead
Bo Benson and Iowa Sam bow Our, executive producer of
today's show, Sam the technical producer in the neighborhood is
(23:25):
the game, It's four to three and if you're just
tuning in a great job by Isaac lohin Crown and
Kneeling the number of Nolan Ryan's strikeouts in his career
on they had. I gave you a three hundred strikeout
leeway both north and south, and he was boom right
on top of it. The producers countered bo knew the
exact attendance of the capacity of Dodgers Stadium, largest park
(23:48):
in Major League Baseball? Do you know what the second
largest is for capacity? I just learned it by looking
up this question. It's not a part of one of
the three.
Speaker 3 (23:59):
That's a good one. I would say the New Yankees.
Speaker 5 (24:02):
I know, I know it's Course Field No Cours forty eight.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
According to the data that I saw, it was Chase
Field in Arizona. It was just north of forty eight.
Thousand was the was the second.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
But I guess that includes the hot tub in right
field too.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
Yeah, not in maybe one spot less after the fan
that can't come back anymore. And we'll get to that
in just a sec. But we do have to we
do have to wrap up this game. It's four to three.
There is still time for the producers ready to pull even.
But the anchors, you have the ball in your court.
(24:42):
We are now in the pope parie section of this game.
Would you like package A Package B or Package C
to choose from Ladies first.
Speaker 6 (24:55):
B B package B.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
Are you sure? Okay, Well I think that you'll be.
I think you'll be able to figure this one out.
But all right, ready within five? Within five the total
of the jersey numbers worn by Kevin Durant in his
(25:19):
different NBA stops.
Speaker 3 (25:21):
Oh, the number, Like, I'm add up all the jersey
numbers he's worn.
Speaker 6 (25:27):
I I'm so bad at remembering jersey numbers.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
Within five.
Speaker 6 (25:32):
Yeah, no, no, I don't like different stops.
Speaker 3 (25:34):
There's no way we can get this.
Speaker 6 (25:36):
By the way, well, number did he wear it?
Speaker 3 (25:38):
Okay? See, I just remember him wearing thirty five, But
I know that's right. I think when he was with
the Nets it was a single digit number. But I
don't remember any of the others. So let's say he
wore thirty five at two different teams.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
Which kind of different uniforms.
Speaker 3 (25:53):
So far five five different uniforms or five different.
Speaker 1 (25:56):
Uniform numbers, five different uniforms. We'll go five different uniforms,
and we're because I don't want you to get just
Sonics and Thunder to think they're the same. That's basically
what I'm saying.
Speaker 6 (26:06):
But he was the same number.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
I think, Oh, boy, I seem to remember him wearing
a different number when he was with the Sonics for
some reason. Oh there boy, all.
Speaker 6 (26:16):
Right, so thirty five.
Speaker 3 (26:18):
Okay, So let's say he wore thirty five twice. That
will be seventy There we go, then a single digit
number one other time, so that's seventy eight, and then
we have two different jersey numbers. Does any of this
make sense?
Speaker 1 (26:29):
Months?
Speaker 6 (26:29):
No, it doesn't. But we're going to pick a number.
We're gonna say within five in five geez, how about
like one hundred and one?
Speaker 1 (26:40):
The producers? How are you guys feeling about hearing this?
Feeling pretty good?
Speaker 6 (26:44):
I cannot be to you what number was he wearing
with the suns?
Speaker 2 (26:51):
I don't even remember, because hey, I see fingers typing
over there.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
No, do something else. No, I'm actually doing something else.
That's fine with me.
Speaker 6 (27:00):
I really don't know what One and one.
Speaker 3 (27:03):
Just like the Dalmatians exactly all.
Speaker 1 (27:06):
Right, you're ready? One on one? Is that the answer?
Speaker 3 (27:08):
I don't know what He's take them minute or.
Speaker 1 (27:11):
One on one? South?
Speaker 3 (27:13):
I think this is going.
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Is it gonna be one on one?
Speaker 3 (27:14):
NC?
Speaker 6 (27:16):
Pest on best on much one on one?
Speaker 1 (27:19):
Okay? One on one it's one forty seven, thirty five
with Seattle, with Oklahoma City, with Golden State, and with Phoenix.
He wore seven in Brooklyn, so.
Speaker 3 (27:31):
He wore thirty fives everywhere except once.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
Correct. All right, still alive? Would you like package A
or C? Well, go ahead, h C. How many times
within one the United States has won the Gold Cup?
Speaker 11 (27:50):
Can we phone Chris Pfe?
Speaker 1 (27:54):
How many times? Suited? In nineteen ninety one? How many
times has the United States won the Gold We can
be one off? Correct? Yes, okay, it's all one off? Sam?
How many times the United States won the Gold Cup?
Speaker 11 (28:09):
Said? Ninety one?
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Since ninety one. I believe that's when it started.
Speaker 2 (28:14):
I'm gonna just say two, or I'll just say one.
Wait a gold Cup? No gold Do you know if
they've won it before?
Speaker 11 (28:26):
They must have. We gotta be okay at that.
Speaker 1 (28:28):
Just saying one, so we can either be zero or two.
Non Chico coming up on Sunday.
Speaker 11 (28:35):
I think it's more than lock. But I don't know.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
Let's say, like, let's say fifteen, no, eighteen. They can't
be that bad.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (28:43):
It's been going on for thirty thirty plus years, and every.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
Year, every well the events not every year?
Speaker 2 (28:51):
Okay, then yeah, they so you don't want to if
it's not every year, ten, let's do ten?
Speaker 1 (28:56):
How about four?
Speaker 11 (28:57):
All right, we'll do five?
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Okay, five, We'll do five. And I said within one.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
Yeah, there's no Dand it.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Was seven seven times in the States has won the
Gold Cup. Mexico's won it nine times, nine times. Nice.
I just figured that they not won it more than
like once or twice. Canada won it once. Really, that
would have been a good answer. Yes, all right, do
you guys want the final question?
Speaker 4 (29:22):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (29:23):
Yeah, all right, we can win it.
Speaker 1 (29:25):
So we can't. We can't win now, but we can.
Let's tell you what. Yeah, if they get it wrong,
I won't tell the answer and I'll leave it up
to you guys. Within one Grand Slam titles won by
Yanick Sinner. Grand Slam Singles titles won by Yanick Sinner.
Speaker 3 (29:42):
The first number of months, if it came to my mind,
was five.
Speaker 11 (29:44):
What about you?
Speaker 6 (29:45):
Yeah, I was low. I was around that as well.
Let's go with five.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
I like that. Okay, it is not five. So producers,
you have the opportunity.
Speaker 6 (29:58):
What are you looking at?
Speaker 1 (29:59):
What are you out there? There's no internet on this computer.
Speaker 3 (30:04):
Board like titles checking the browser within how much?
Speaker 1 (30:08):
Within one?
Speaker 4 (30:10):
They said five, Uh, let's go three. No, let's do
the prices right thing where you just go one four. Yeah,
let's do four four four.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
Wait.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
So wait, if we get this right, what happens?
Speaker 3 (30:24):
You win?
Speaker 1 (30:24):
No winner take? We just tie?
Speaker 6 (30:28):
We still be all losers.
Speaker 1 (30:29):
Final answer four Yeah, that's two four, it's three raw
here on Fox Sports. Yes, I'll tell you what the reward.
Speaker 4 (30:47):
The KT Jersey question should have been Lebron because he's
changed numbers way more often in four jerseys than kat has.
Speaker 3 (30:52):
I feel that Mont and I are the four Yankees
in the al C.
Speaker 1 (30:59):
Speaking of the Yankee they were in action today or pride.
Speaker 3 (31:04):
What a segue by Buyer and much like Montsi and
I in that game, the Yankees had problems late. They
lost to the bet six to five. Jeff mcnegil go
ahead two run home run in the bottom of the
seventh inning is ninth of the season. Earlier, the Mets,
Juan Soto a two run home run against his former team.
He now has twenty three. Jason Dimego's two home runs
for the Yankees, he has eight. Aaron Judge, also at
(31:26):
his thirty second home run of the season. The Cubs
had a franchise record eight home runs and an eleven
three win over the Saint Louis Cardinals, including three by
Michael Bushy now has seventeen two by Pete crow Armstrong.
He has twenty three home runs on the season and
one tidbit. Do you guys remember a baseball movie? It
(31:46):
was from nineteen ninety four. It was called Little Big League.
Do you guys anybody here remember that movie?
Speaker 10 (31:51):
So?
Speaker 3 (31:52):
Little Big League. The plot of the movie, the owner
of the Minnesota Twins dies and bequeaths the team to
his twelve year old grandson, So the tw twelve year
old kid becomes the owner of the Twins. Well, the
actress who played the role of the grandson's mom in
that movie is Pete crow Armstrong's real life mom, Ashley Love,
(32:13):
So Pete crow Armstrong with twenty three home runs. The
Cubs in this game hit back to back home runs
in three different innings. Speaking of home runs, Cal Raleigh
of the Mariners two home runs and their six nothing
win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Raleigh now leads the Majors
with thirty five home runs on the season. One game
going on right now. The Twins and Raised tied at
(32:34):
three in the bottom half of the eighth inning. Finally,
in the NBA this afternoon, Lebron James addressed a picture
showing him at the Cleveland Cavaliers practice facility today that
was posted on social media. Lebron commented on Twitter, I
live here still and train here every summer since it
was built. G D y'all, board man, go get a
(32:57):
plate somewhere and enjoy the fourth of Live and when
Lebron posted that, thanks to Dan Bayer, I did go
get a plate of the free pizza he was nice
enough to bring us today. Dan back in again, Wat.
Speaker 1 (33:11):
I only got the pizza so I could expand my
stomach muscles for the plate that I'm about to get
when this show ends, like it is going to be
on like Donkey Kong, very.
Speaker 8 (33:21):
Joey Tribiani of you preparing for.
Speaker 6 (33:23):
The next one.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
I'm not wearing all of the clothes. She's Moncey Bolangos,
I'm Dan Bayer, Isaac Longcrone is here, as is Bo
Benzon in Iowa, Sam a lot of people taking in
Major League Baseball games. There's one fan who's not and
for good reason. We'll tell you that story next on
Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 9 (33:41):
Fox Sports Radio had the best sports talk lineup in
the nation. Catch all of our shows at Fox sports
Radio dot com and within the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
Excive you know and Rich. Here on Fox Sports Radio,
I'm Dan Byer. She's Moncey Bolanos celebrating this fourth of
July here on Fox Sports Radio. I like this version
big thanks to Isaac Low and Cron Yes, Bo Benson
(34:12):
and Iowa. Sam's Sam America reminds me of the Sandlot.
Speaker 2 (34:22):
Yeah, they all stopped, they all stopped to look at
the fireworks and just glat glare glare, glaze, glare, gaze.
Speaker 6 (34:30):
None of the words, but gays not glaze.
Speaker 2 (34:33):
Sam's drunk. I'm drunk on America. The beautiful Purple Mountains,
Majesties and that.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
All right, great, great way to put an exclamation point
on what was a very very fun show. We have
a little bit left to get to, including a story
about a fan in Arizona. But first, yeah, well a
fan that was banned in Arizona. More on Keith Dave
(35:03):
McCaskill in a bit.
Speaker 5 (35:04):
Yeah, but you know, you can stream the show and
all of our Fox Sports Radio shows live twenty four
to seven in the new and improved iHeartRadio app.

Radio in the iHeartRadio app and it will.
Speaker 8 (35:24):
Always pop up at the top of your screen.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
You may have heard the story of Dave mccaskell, who's
the Arizona Diamondbacks fan that keeps on getting kicked out
because he's interfering with play. That it happened earlier this
week again as he interfered with a home run ball.
He has now been banned for the rest of the
season by the Diamondbacks. He's an enormous Diamondbacks fan, but
(35:46):
this isn't the first time that he has been caught.
But it's also not the only time he's been kicked
out by the Diamondbacks. But he joined Fox ten and
Phoenix and spoke with reporter Meghan Plaine clarify his situation.
Here's ban Diamondbacks fan Dave McCaskill.
Speaker 10 (36:04):
I'm a d Backs fan, I would never want to
do anything to hurt the d Backs or to have
them lose the game. I have been ejected three times. However,
two of them were so like last night, if you watched,
I caught the ball, came right down. You see my
glove hit the yellow the top, so I think the
(36:26):
ball would have bounced on top and gone over. And
then a couple of years ago, Joey Bart get one
the exact same thing, not as high but kind of
more of a line drive. And again it was right
at the corner of the wall. And on that one
particular one, when I went up top and the security
guards came and got me, the chief security guard said, hey, that.
Speaker 9 (36:44):
Was so close.
Speaker 10 (36:45):
We're not going to throw you out. We're just going
to move you to another seat. So technically I've only
been injected twice.
Speaker 1 (36:53):
Uh there the worst defense I've ever heard of anything.
Technically I've only been ejected twice because the security guard
said that I wasn't necessarily in violation, even though sixty
percent of my torso is on the outfield wall, Like
this is absurd, and Mazi, what you don't see and
(37:14):
hearing that audio is something that we're privy to, and
the viewers that were watching Fox ten and Phoenix were
privy to is he's standing in front of a bookshelf
that's full of two hundred base balls. Talk about tone deaf.
I wish they would ban him for ten years. Like,
I get you're a Diamondbacks fan, but once you start
(37:35):
interfering with play, which again we're talked at the start
of the show of why you go to the ballpark,
the game is the biggest reason. Like you may love
the food, you may love the music, you may love
Grimace or whatever the case is, but you go there
for the game, and if you're interfering with the game,
there's no place for you at.
Speaker 5 (37:50):
The ball And this particular one, he's like, not just
interfering with the game, you're interfering with.
Speaker 6 (37:55):
The people next to you.
Speaker 5 (37:56):
Stop climbing on top of people to try and get
this ball.
Speaker 6 (38:00):
It wasn't like the ball came to you.
Speaker 5 (38:01):
You actually were on top of other people trying to
get the ball. And the fact that you have multiple
experiences like this and that they're still letting you go
to these games you have you have gotten lucky enough.
You should be banned for ten years. Absolutely, I have
no sympathy for you.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
He's like the knockoff Zach Hampbell, right, Like that's that's
what it is. Yeah right, I mean it's also, by
the way, he's a huge Diamondbacks fan. They didn't hit
the home run, No, it was the Giants. So like
you want to talk about like being a fan, like
you took it from your own team playing defense. So
(38:44):
that's so there's the other part of it. When he
said on the piece, you know what, you were close.
We moved you to a different seat. You should if
you want to go to the games, don't sit in
the bleachers.
Speaker 6 (38:54):
Don't sit in the bleacher.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
That's and don't interfere. Be five rows back. I have
zero empathy considering now we're talking about fan conduct and
so much so much so considering what happened to could
tell Marte of the Arizona Diamondbacks two completely different situations.
But my goodness, know your boundaries.
Speaker 5 (39:13):
What's more annoying is, like you said, you robbed it
from your own team playing defense. So typically it's like
you don't want to catch a home run from the
opposing team.
Speaker 6 (39:23):
You typically don't want to put that on your wall.
Speaker 5 (39:25):
If you're a Diamondbacks fan that home run that was
not by the Diamondbacks. What were you gonna do with
that ball? You can't put it on your wall if
you're this big of a fan. So you just got
in the way for nothing, for nothing.
Speaker 1 (39:38):
I can't. I just have no none whatsoever.
Speaker 5 (39:44):
But him saying I've technically only been kicked out twice
was so good.
Speaker 1 (39:49):
The other great thing about this video is there's a
girl who is could get smacked by this baseball, oh yeah,
but because everybody is crunching in, she has nowhere to go,
so she just kind of covers her face. Yep. This
guy ends up catching it, so ultimately kind of saves
her in a way. But the guy next to her
just had no business in trying to protect this poor woman. Well,
what's watching the game? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (40:09):
He was watching the games yet, which is what we're
asking of people to watch the game.
Speaker 1 (40:13):
Fair enough? Fair enough?
Speaker 6 (40:14):
Yeah, I know this guy's an idiot.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
And the latest update via I've watched twenty twenty five.
I'm watched twenty twenty five again. We are on the
watch twenty twenty five. As Lebron James was at the
Cavs practice facility today, says we all need to grab
a plate and celebrate the fourth. He was golfing in
the Cleveland Acron area. I'm gonna take Lebron's advice and
go grab a plate.
Speaker 6 (40:36):
May too, Me too. But he's retiring. That's what this
all means. He's gonna go take up golf.
Speaker 1 (40:40):
She's Monty, I'm Dan's nor Bitch. Happy Forward, Happy Fourth.
