(00:28):
mg app. Now we're live from your tail game. Here's
Brian no h Year, NFL veteran, Jeff Schwartz and professional
sports better Bill Crack Krackenberger.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Oh what is going on? Happy Sunday?

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Do you?

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Happy Week seven? As we are underway in London, Asvante.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Adams is into the end zone here as the Rams
are smacking around Jacksonville early in the in the game.
The first quarter is certainly going their way. Hopefully you
took the first quarter over and into the Rams in
the first quarter and your.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Days off to a tremendous start, you know.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
Good morning Jens, Good morning, Jeff, good morning Crack, Good
morning Schipper. After an Irish win last night, so I'm
giddy about that. I do have my favorite new phrase
in football. It came from Georgia head coach Kirby Smart
saying we're hard to kill. What a great line as
they came back against the old miss and one thing.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
We're hard to kill. We won't go away.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
It's my new favorite phrase slash slogan from Kirby Smart.

Speaker 5 (01:28):
Right now, I mean, Georgia's been about as resilient as
you could have for a team this season, right the
mental comeback wins they've had that yesterday they got somehow
covered when it looked like they had no business covering
that game. They're just resilient, man. And uh you're Irish, Brian.
You know normally called football is my best thing I do,

(01:50):
and Irish ended up covering it was I had to
be worse than you know, just that game. Irish had
no That game had no business being ten points and
that game probably actually, you know, we're not putting on
a collection buckets crashes. That game probably broke the books
to last night because you could have gone, I got
no date in minus nine and a half. It closed
at ten and a half. So if you had USC
plus ten and a half, you win. Everyone had the

(02:12):
Irish or in the week one, everyone took USC late
covered and but that game should have been Irish should
have won by twenty. I mean there was a twenty
there was a ten point swing. There where a car
through a terrible interception. You know, no n Emeund rushed
the ball for two hundred yards at that point first
to goal from the four, couldn't get in the end zone.
Car through the interception. USC kicks a field goal and

(02:33):
a big swinger. But I took Irish. How about this brand?
I took the Irish at halftime over thirty four and
a half.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Points, missed extra point is shaped field goal that that
had to be a great.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Deal from you know, from a book standpoint feels so bad.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
But once again, man, I tell you what cracked. According
to to uh to the numbers, the five, the five.
This has been a big deal this year accrey to
bet MGM the five most bet week eight college foot
all sides in top twenty five games. All five lost
Old Miss plus seven, LSU plus ze point and a half,

(03:17):
Texas Tech minus n They lost out right Tennessee was
did not cover that wasn't closed in Duke just they're fresh.
I had Duke too, Yeah, that's that's that was because
they were This is Illinois game like they had a
bunch of yards but no points. It's been their problem
all season. And I'll tell you this though, this weekend

(03:37):
was prime for this in college wall So I loved
college football. It was there wait eight ranked teams on
the road facing unranked teams, and there were a lot
of losses. Uh, and that's which which and by the way,
which happens. That's that's the sport, right we see all
the time where it's just hard to play road games, right,
it's just hard to do. Nebraska go to Nebraska lost

(03:59):
right Minnesota again it was even close your old miss
obviously on the road, not on rank, but they lost.
Texas Tech loss is one of those situations as well.
It is hard to win in those spots. And there
were close calls right in. Missouri had to win in
double overtime on the road. Texas had to win in overtime.
Memphis lost outright to U A. B is a twenty
one point favorite. So this is what college football is.

(04:22):
It's a It makes it so unique. And right now
as we sit right now, there are only four teams
I think they can win a championship. Three are in
the Big Ten as weak as people think the Big
ten is and the other one is Alabama. Alabama's they've
won four straight beginnings.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
But potentially an independent that you left out right there, Jeff, I.

Speaker 5 (04:42):
Don't think you guys are winning the championship. I'm sorry.
I I appreciate the effort last night. We need to
be fair of USC though.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
It's year four of a rebuild, so we have to
make be pacife.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
You think about I think about how bad that game
was coached by Riley nor Dame tried their best to lose.
They absolutely did. You had two fourth down play calls
that were so obvious that neither of them were even
remotely open in credit credit no Dame for for for
covering those. And then you do a reverse pass in

(05:17):
the rain and your guy fumbles the ball off. You
basically don't what you want an all games.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
We're gonna make our wide receiver out to be a quarterback.

Speaker 5 (05:25):
And throw the ball, and in your name's pass defense
wasn't great yesterday. It had been better, but it wasn't
great yesterday. Obviously helps if you, uh, if you cover
a wide receiver, which they fail.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
To do, very handsy. Those Irish eight eight seven pass interference.

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Crazy Jeff, I was at the game, and all I
could think about was how much you would hate being
at that game.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
I actually think that these were all the credit I
do too.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
I do too, and that that's why you would have
hated it even more because I would turn around, I'd
look at the big screen. I'm like, that's best interference
right there, and all you would hear, you know, like
that there's a legit call against Notre Dame. Yeah, and
the next time you know, there's the USC defender ten
yards within the Irish receiver.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
Where's the flag ref? I'm like, Jeff would have this
would be hell on earthly je. It was just like
that the whole game.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
Did you so you went to think and that's awesome.
I see you're not your normal setup. So that's yeah,
we either Yeah so do you?

Speaker 6 (06:23):
So?

Speaker 5 (06:24):
How what's our rain situation? Like, like, what do we
have for gear wise? Now there's a company that that
just started making high end backer and I'm going to
a free shout out. I may started making high end
rain gear for college football fans have four teams they
do right now, organ's one of them. There's stuff's awesome,
like legitimately.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
What does that mean? Jeff, what like it's just a
thicker material or it's like power.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
It's like five hundred dollars for a jacket, like it's
a kid. Okay, it's like legitimate. I think that's a
little expective, but it's like legitimate, like it's it's legitimate.
I've worn it in the rain, like it's legitimate, like
profession an old grade you know, like gear that you
can wear in the rain and so so yeah, it's fine, bucks.

(07:08):
So what's your they get to me for?

Speaker 3 (07:10):
I got a deal with look at you, the schwart Syndicate,
the just back.

Speaker 5 (07:16):
I love their stuff. What's your what's your uh, what's
your what's your weather situation? Like here?

Speaker 4 (07:22):
Yeah, so well it's my mom's birthday today, first off
birthday Monday, Mama, My yeah, absolutely, So I'm just here
for a couple of days. And we went to the
game last night, you know, for what day weekend. So
she had a couple of just like old school pawn shows. Okay,
that's all we had. It did the job.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
It wasn't you know. The Schwartz Syndicate, you know, high
end five far stuff.

Speaker 5 (07:44):
It's so nice.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
So you took your mom, your mom went to the
game with you, Brian. Yeah, yeah, we were cool. It
was great, cool, Yeah, that was it. I just like
to know a game like that, is there a ten
fifteen percent? Uh. USC fans are just all Notre Dame.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
It's hard to say a percentage crack because they always
put the road team in this little section.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:08):
Yeah, they have a ton of people there, the fans there. Yeah,
but percentage wise is probably yeah. I can't imagine it
was a fifty percent. Yeah, some games, you know, you
go back to the early two thousands, freaking Nebraska that
was red, like the stadium was red. They took over
the stadium, so it can happen sometimes.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
It wasn't like that. Last night. There were a lot
of se fans, but they were greatly outnumbered.

Speaker 5 (08:32):
Yeah. I think USC fans are not really as excited
about this team right as as they've been in years past.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
You know what's funny real quick, Jeff, is if you
because I love your line, it's year four of a
rebuild under Lincoln Riley. But what makes USC look even
worse if you look in the same conference, look at Signetti,
what he's doing at IU.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
He's now eighteen and two.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
Huh and in the three years before he got there,
they were nine and twenty seven, nine and twenty seven,
and he turned it around that fast to be eighteen
and two. It would take you would think more like
a Lincoln Riley slow rebuild to be you know, firing
off eighteen wins in twenty games.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
And that's where they are right now.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
So shout out to Signetti and we're looking sideways at
Lincoln Riley. I thought he was going to be awesome
at USC and it just hasn't happened.

Speaker 5 (09:20):
Look, man, uh, there is a toughness they don't have yet,
and I know they're trying to rebuild that right now,
but like when is that going to happen? Yeah, you
know they say, well, next year is the year they
have these a lot of young guys. Okay, but like
your best offensive line minute, your left tackle is probably
go in the NFL, and you're right guard to your
second bestlf of them, he's probably going the NFL. I like,

(09:41):
where's these games are predictable? He just they just get
trucked in all these big games against bigger games. It's
get trucked every single time. Quickly, guys, I will tell
you this. We have we have a long radio shok
three minutes for the story. So my wife is not
a football fan. I think we know as many times.
And the first opportunity I had to take her to
a game we were just started dating. It was my

(10:02):
first year in the NFL and Oregon was playing Cal, okay,
and we had a bye week. So I'm like, we're
gonna go to orgon Cal. All right, it's at Cal.
My brother is on Cal still, and it's my first
year out of Oregon, so I'm two thousand and eight. So,
like I know, every won the team. So I again,
I can't believe I this was just did this, But
like I I stuck my wife. We've been dating for

(10:25):
like four months. With my parents in the crowd, I
stood on the sidelines. It's it's a bad move already,
that's terrible. I went like I went back and forth,
like sideline, up and down. Not only that it rained
the entire day.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
Oh my god. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:41):
Now, to be fair, my wife actually had the only
working poncho. Like we went to try to find ponchos
at this sporting goods store and we couldn't find him,
but we found one for her and we all got drenched.
She was. I can't believe I did this to her,
but yeah, she sat with my parents in the rain.
I was on the sidelines in the rain. We're both
very wet. But yeah, she's still with me, believe.

Speaker 6 (11:01):
It or not.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
And this is the same wife you're with now, okay, believe.

Speaker 5 (11:05):
Or not, cracked the same one. Yeah, I don't know how.
I don't know how I survived that. We've only been
to now four coult. That's it. We've only been to
four and uh, yeah, she's not a fan.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
If you mentioned the you mentioned something the very beginning
of the show, the Duke Game. Now, let me just
tell you so if you're watching that game, this is
this is why you could be out of control betting
because every person that I was talking to myself, I
have three people in a chat that that's the actual
game chat I can get on. That are guys that

(11:40):
are very, very astute. They were betting Duke live over
and over again based on what they were seeing. And
you know, I gotta tell you, it's easy to get
caught up in that when you see the yardage, you
see what's going on in the field, and sometimes just
things get in the way, like Duke was the side

(12:02):
you thought there because of what you were seeing live
personally what I saw like pre flop. But sometimes things
just don't get there and we we uh, you know,
it's easy to over bet in that situation, is what
I'm saying. It's not even a big game. I mean
Georgia Tech yess, but it's not a giant game. It's
not like a Notre Dame USC game. But still you

(12:22):
could see by by me looking at that reading that chat,
and I'm in that chat every Saturday, but I very
rarely had anything, but I do. They do a lot
of live stuff, a lot of other stuff. You could
see how you could really get hurt beting live over
and over and over again.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
Well that's the thing to check. The crack is.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
It was the perfect storm for a horrible outcome because
it had everything. It had the flukey score. You know,
Duke's going in for a touchdown, they fumble, Georgia Tech
takes it ninety some yards for a fluke.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
There you go down, right, So there's a fourteen point
turn around here, right.

Speaker 7 (12:56):
Yeah, it's man, I need to I need to air
someipping off my chest quickly, all right, I need you
guys to help me accountable if I ever say the
rest of my life, I'm wagering in Iowa.

Speaker 5 (13:10):
You're gonna something Iowa to where to where I don't
do that again, Like you don't need to like call
like I know Crackhods can actually call a sports book
and say, hey, cut off Schwartz, he's done. Whatever you
gotta do because I I physically we watch a lot
of bad football because we bet on these teams, right, Like,
like there's I have an under today in Browns and Dolphins. Okay,

(13:34):
I have I have forty and a half. It's like
it's I got six points of CLV, which means I'm
gonna lose, but but but nonetheless, I'm gonna watch that
bad football game. I can live with watching bad football.
I can't live with watching Iowa because they don't even
try and then they.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Just do the So I think I picked at the
passing numbers for both teams.

Speaker 5 (13:57):
I was like, wow, I had Penn State under twenty
one and a half points and Iowa to covered two
and a half. Iowa's up three before halftime, ten to seven.
They attempt a sixty seven yard field goal. Why I
don't know, sixty seven yards? They they then but cracked,
Penn State calls time out. They kicked the ball anyways,

(14:18):
it's ten yards short of the end zone.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
All right, what do they do?

Speaker 5 (14:22):
They line it up again and try it again, and
Penn State blocks the kick and returns it for a
touchdown and the half. So now I'm minus seven points.
Iowa wins by by one and Penn State goes over
their total. And this is Iowa who can't wait to punt,
and all of a sudden they go sixty seven yard

(14:44):
field goal? Sure, why not, let's try it.

Speaker 4 (14:47):
I just I love the thinking after his ten yards
short of like he just didn't get into it, you know,
like to watch this one.

Speaker 3 (14:54):
He's gonna be better this.

Speaker 5 (14:55):
I just I'm I'm just done with Iowa stands on
on today. I don't think of the background. I'm sorry, Sam, Okay,
I'm going to Iowah. I can't do it. I just
can't do it. I'm you lose bets all the time.
I was wrong about some teams this weekend, But like
to lose like that makes you like not want to

(15:16):
do it anymore. Right, you lose, you lose. I lost
some fair and square, but like that type of stuff,
that's happens in games. Makes you just six to your stomach.

Speaker 4 (15:27):
Let me give you three super fast little bullet points
real quick. Jeff, you talked about toughness, like the lack
of toughness with usc Certainly you give up three hundred
rushing yards, it points to that. But also if you
compare it to say, a team like Georgia, right look
at what they did in the fourth quarter. They're facing
a nine point deficit and in the fourth quarter they

(15:48):
dominate Old Miss. You look at these numbers. They outscored
them seventeen to nothing, they out gained Old Miss one
forty three to thirteen. And time of possession Georgia had
the ball for thirteen minutes in seven seconds of the
fourth quarter. That's domination. That's toughness right there. That's what
Kirby Smart's talking about. Hard to kill. Also, you mentioned
this weekend, how about Miami losing again Miami, We've talked

(16:12):
about it. They lose a game. They have no business
losing their two touchdown favorites. They lose the game. And
you mentioned this in passing you guys did in with
UAB winning. How about a shout out to Alex Mortenson,
son of a former ESPN personality, Chris Mortensen. He took
over for Trent Dilfer at UAB. They're huge underdogs. They
win the game outright. What a great start to his,

(16:34):
you know, head coaching career as an interim guy. But
that was awesome yesterday what happened with UAB in that
big upset win. So there you go, bullet point fashion
right there for you guys here on a Saturday Mourning.

Speaker 3 (18:53):
In game, betty, we got a little London.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
Action over here, the rams head of the Jags as
we start the second quarter fourteen nothing and uh, Jags
on the move a little bit. They did have a
punt return for a touchdown and we're celebrating for quite
a long time, and then realized there was a penalty
on on the butt return, so they started way back.

Speaker 5 (19:16):
Yeah, it wasn't a penalty. The refs flag, there was
no There was no penalty. They just didn't see that.
The same that called the Patriots Saints game last week,
and that's made up a bunch of as well.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
The Stefan Diggs. Yeah, crew, noxious man.

Speaker 5 (19:35):
There was no block in the back. Nothing happened.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
I was wondering why they didn't show it, Like I'm
looking for the block on the back. I'm like, well,
I didn't see that.

Speaker 5 (19:43):
There's nothing to show. It didn't happen. They made it up.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
It was the old kind of like shielding the guy,
you know, like.

Speaker 5 (19:51):
Yeah, he went to make a tackle and look he
was blocked in the back. He wasn't. He was out
of control because the grounds a little slippery and wet today,
and they they took a touch off the board. Luckily,
the Jags are going down. Can I can I wager
on Travis Hunter being put on a milk carton after
this game as a live wager he good.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
The pay It might be minus two fifty at this point.
I don't know what's going on with.

Speaker 5 (20:14):
What what Jacksonville has done to Travis Hunter is what
we warned about. They have decided to take a player
that could be elite in either position wide receiver, corner
and make him not lead any of the positions because
they decide to use him in a weird way like
it's it's it's really bad mismanagement for a team that
I think in this new staff has done a good

(20:34):
job of managing the team, like they've done a good job,
but this is this is such much management of a
super talented football player. Choose a side man offense or
defense and let him be good. I think it's offense,
but it's just you can't do this thing. And then
another another drop the Jaguars lead NiFi thing drops. It's

(20:55):
just so gross, it's so bad.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
So we're talking about live wagering. And it's funny because
during the break there, I tell you know, we have
the I have the Rams. I sent out the Rams,
and I just said to him before the break, after
they called that penalty, I said, well, good thing for
the penalty here. But it's amazing how this NFL returns
to the mean. So you think about a live waggering bet,

(21:21):
I could never bet even though I have the Rams
pre flop here. I can never bet the Rams pre flop.
I'm sorry and live after having him pre flop here,
and it looks like they get the field goal.

Speaker 3 (21:33):
They shanked it like it's fourth and two. It's fourth
and two.

Speaker 4 (21:37):
They're down fourteen to nothing, and they're like, let's just
try a fifty yard field goal.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
Not even close.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Yeah, seven minutes second.

Speaker 5 (21:44):
I understand going for it there. You just saw your
wide receiver dropped one hundredth paths of the season. But
I get it's just like, well, looks like a field goal.
Like what I get why coach would decide that situation
to not try and get a first downf and I
just saw a wide receiver drop pass.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
I get it, But think if the roles are reversed.

Speaker 4 (22:03):
Do you think if the Rams drop the pass and
they're down fourteen to nothing, that McVeigh is likely.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
No, you're right for the fifty.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
Face going away.

Speaker 5 (22:11):
There went four on fourth down in the low red
zone and converted a red zone, high red zone and
converted and they ended up ended up getting a touchdown
on the drive.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
So as far as live wagering, though, guys, the line
h is up here. Let's get the bet MGM live
line on the game here on one second, it's probably
around seventeen, but let's just see, well the Rams Jaguar
live line. I don't know what do you guys have.
I'm seeing fourteen and a half and I'm seeing the
market at seventeen, so it's.

Speaker 3 (22:41):
Yeah, fourteen and a half. All right, Well, first, yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
I gotta be a blank the markets seventeen seventeen and
a half. I don't get it. I'm gonna have to
do it just on GP after log in here and
bet the Rams here even though I just said it,
it's just based on the line. So, like I said,
I have some other live lines from some other places,
and it's a little different here. So if you have
a bet mgm app, boy, Christian's gonna hate me if

(23:06):
they cover this right and tell them the whole world.
Do you guys have a bet mgm app, Yeah, the
fourteen and a half. Laying the fourteen and a half
with the ball here, you may be able to actually
get a little bit of a nice scalp or middle
here throughout the game. I really don't do that a lot,
but I did just lay the fourteen and a half
minus fifteen.

Speaker 5 (23:24):
For in the NFL, though, I'm so worried about live
wagering sides and totals in the NFL because these games
change so fast, because it's a weird thing. What about
rushing yards for Kyed Williams. It's a sixty one and
a half right now, Blake Horn twenty five and a half.
Blake Korm has got a bunch of carries so far
in this game. If the Rams are up in this

(23:45):
game and continue to lead, those two guys want to
getting a lot of carries. I mean they Williams has
three carries, three carries, Korme has two. Don't have five
carries total to the ball seventeen times so far today
him and try to run the football conditions are pretty
bad right now. It's slipping, So I do wonder if
if that's a way to play this is to uh
to take a running back over here.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
I just confirmed it though, guys. Yeah, that that's a
really good line up at MGH. Never mind it's gone
fifteen and a half, but still that was a good line.

Speaker 3 (24:15):
You got that fast, right, you got at There.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
Is some couple of seventeen dog moneys out there.

Speaker 5 (24:22):
But by the way, this is Williams just busted out
like a twelve yard run. So yeah, that's uh, you're
how come he?

Speaker 2 (24:30):
So, Brian, are you I have the game on?

Speaker 6 (24:32):
It?

Speaker 2 (24:32):
Is he way ahead of you? Like that too?

Speaker 4 (24:34):
Yeah, he's got the special He's got the special jacks,
He's got the special TV.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
I have them lining up right now on first down.
I mean, this is the NFL network, cocks cable on.

Speaker 5 (24:43):
Yeah, and this is why I'm watching YouTube TV. But
I'm streaming. I'm not even watching on like and.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
He's streaming and getting the fiber optic. No, that's why
it's hard to bet live. You have to bet throorn commercials.
You're talking about at least a twenty five second delay that's.

Speaker 5 (24:59):
On the rim their second downplay, they.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
Showing the Jacks look like Notre Dame with the pass
interference penalties.

Speaker 5 (25:06):
Man, it's crazy. Another one. I mean it's it's slippery.
I mean the Rams have a great game play to day.
You know it's wet, it's raining.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
The shields that bad.

Speaker 5 (25:13):
I think the field's bad. I do think that these
running backs, like that's maybe a good option to get
in right now because you're gonna, I think, I'm twenty
one nothing. You're gonna have a situation where you're gonna
get a ton of rush in the second half of
this game. Right by the way, Stafford, do very much.

Speaker 4 (25:32):
What do you think about this? This is a little
bit counterintuitive. Let me just throw it out at you.
If you look at and this isn't disagreeing with you, Jeff,
I think it makes total sense where you're talking about
with backing Rams running backs because they're just building their
lead and they're gonna be running the ball. But if
you think about Jacksonville Travis Etn is one of their
bread and butter guys, you know, and his rushing prop

(25:54):
is twenty seven and a half yards right now. And
I know it's scary because you know, they're down by
fourteen and it looks like they're gonna be down by
even more very soon here. But it's not like the
Jags are just gonna be like, let's throw the ball.
We're not even gonna attempt to run it whatsoever. They
have to run the ball. He only has three rushes
for seven yards.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
If you take the.

Speaker 4 (26:13):
Over twenty seven and a half, you need twenty one
more yards. Is Travis Etn not gonna rush for twenty
one more yards from this point on? I know, game script,
it's it's scary, but it's so early in the game
they're going to run the football, so it's counterintuitive. But
taking the Etn over, I think that's actually a pretty

(26:33):
decent angle right there.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
You wouldn't think of it.

Speaker 4 (26:37):
Ae Wow, little dump off screen to the tight end
one of their five tight ends over there. Yeah, super easy, man.
Jack's just they didn't get off the plane here. They
look freaking dale.

Speaker 5 (26:49):
They've been here the whole time, haven't they.

Speaker 3 (26:51):
I know, they're just acting like they're the Rams.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
They stayed in Baltimore? How about that?

Speaker 2 (26:56):
Do you see that?

Speaker 4 (26:57):
So they played the Ravens last week? They stayed in
Baltimore and pctice at Camden Yards.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
Yeah, and then they just flew on.

Speaker 5 (27:03):
Do you Matt Stafford and played high school baseball Clay Kershaw?

Speaker 4 (27:06):
I did hear something about that? But yeah, yeah, yeah,
I know it. Yeah, all right, we've got we've got
some business to attend to over here. I don't know
if Isaac Lohan Crown attended that same high school as
Kershaw and Stafford?

Speaker 3 (27:24):
Did you go there? Is it possible you went there?

Speaker 9 (27:26):
Are you telling me that Matthew Stafford and Clayton Kershaw
went to the same high school, Highland parkin texts? First
time that I have ever heard that in all these years,
Literally the first time I've ever heard that ever had
it reported in the media. I can also report that
that third Rams touchdown that they appeared to score moments

(27:49):
ago taken off the board tight end. Colby Parkinson ruled
down short of the goal line, so the Rams have
a first down and goal at the one foot lot
of the Jacksonville Jaguars fourteen to nothing with five twenty
seven left to play in the second quarter, and on
a second effort they are at the goal line and
are spotted short, so it'll be second down and goal

(28:11):
from the one foot line. Matthew Stafford already a couple
of touchdown passes, a five yarder to Conte Mountfield and
then a two yard touchdown pass to Devonte Adams. The
jaguars previous possession saw a sixty two yard punt return
touchdown by Parker Washington nullified by an illegal block penalty.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
His bodies, what are we doing?

Speaker 5 (28:32):
It's laying the in zone.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
You're right, though, I love Williams. Sure, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 9 (28:37):
The initial spot was short, so it is a second
down and goal from the one foot line. And then
the Jaguars subsequently missed a fifty yard field goal as
Cam Little was wide to the left, and on second
and goal, a pass by Stafford back of the end zone,
Adams comes down with it for a touchdown. There was
a flag on the play four thirty seven left in
the second quarter, so again it is twenty to nothing

(29:00):
rams pending this penalty. Guys, we actually have some fresh
NBA news on this Sunday morning. Kevin Durant has agreed
to a two year, ninety million dollar extension with the
Houston Rockets. The penalty was pass interferenced by the way
on the Jaguars, so it is a touchdown confirm for
the Rams. They're up twenty to nothing with the conversion
attempt following. So Kevin Durant two year, ninety million dollar

(29:24):
extension with the Rockets, all right, So, I, trying to
be a wise guy, decided to make a little joke
by saying that Durant celebrated his ninety million dollar contract
extension by getting into arguments with random people on Twitter.

Speaker 3 (29:38):
But I swear it turns out that's exactly what he did.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
Guys.

Speaker 9 (29:43):
So the news breaks about the extension half an hour
after that. This morning, somebody named Tommy, some random person
on social media posted quote KD locked in forty five
million dollars for his age thirty nine season. Not I'm
sure i'd characterize that as an unselfish sacrifice unquote. Well,

(30:05):
Durant himself replied this morning, quote, what will you characterize
it as? Since we characterizeing bleep this morning? Unquote? Can
you believe it ninety million dollars and he celebrates by
clapping back at some random guy named Tommy on social media. Finally,
Rams did make the extra point. They're up twenty one
nothing over the Jags, four thirty seven left, second quarter

(30:27):
in London.

Speaker 1 (30:28):
Back to you guys.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
Wow, this is ugly right here, Thank you Ilo.

Speaker 4 (30:31):

(30:54):
Patriots at the Titans. Pats are favored now by six
and a half, so it's come down just a bit.
They were a full touchdown favorite, now just six and
a half.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
And how about this.

Speaker 4 (31:04):
You've got Brian Callahan getting fired as a former Titans
head coach.

Speaker 3 (31:09):
I love this stat, so Brian Callahan.

Speaker 4 (31:12):
He won four times in his twenty three games as
Titans head coach. Now former Titans head coach Mike Vrabel,
who's now with the Patriots. He's won four times this
season alone. So things have not been rosie with the
Tennessee Titans ever since they fired Mike Vrabel.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
And I was thinking about this too, Jeff.

Speaker 4 (31:31):
Have you ever had a situation in your NFL career
where like Vrabel is going to face his former team
that fired him, and like, can you speak to that
at all, where you know, the messaging during the week
or there's added motivation anything like that that you've experienced.

Speaker 3 (31:47):
Over your years.

Speaker 5 (31:50):
I haven't, No, I think it back. We went to
Philly and when I was in Kansas City, any Read's
first year went to Philly in Week three on Thursday
and football that year and it was any Rates obviously
coming back to Philly just after they let him go.
So the NFL season is long. It's eighteen weeks now, right,
and you have training camp and officely program, and so

(32:10):
you need ways to motivate yourself every week that beyond
just like I want to play well because it's my
job to play well. Like you just need just you
need like motivation, right, it's part of the sport and
just getting yourself ready to go. So any way you
can find motivation, which does include by the way, you
know us against the world, right, we're underdogs, no one
believes in us, all the stuff we always hear, right,

(32:30):
But also it can be hey, let's win one this,
let's win this one for coach, guys, right, And that
I think is a way to get yourself prepared to play.
And and I would not be surprised that if the
Patriots today felt that way about Rabel, especially because of
how well they're playing in general, right, I mean, they
probably are very bought in to Rabel and uh and

(32:53):
what he's and what he's doing for them right now,
that I would imagine that they would love to win
this one for for Raybele guys, there's a real question
we had about about Drake may Is maybe being the
best quarterback in that class like he is. He is
killing it right now. He is doing so well and
it's been very impressive to watch him play. Yeah, I
did imagine that. Look Tennessee, man, jeez, are so bad.

(33:15):
I'm not even sure that coaching matters here. They're just
in a bad spot right now. The roster's not very good.
I don't think this is any sort of bump in play.
You know, sometimes when a coach gets fired. We see
a bump at least in week one. Oh, that's the case.
I've lost too much money as your betty on the
Titans crack. I'm not touching this.

Speaker 2 (33:30):
Game, I hear you. Yeah. Patriots coach Mike Raver, like
you guys, have returns to coach against the franchise that
really gave him his first NFL head coaching job. So
he spent six seasons with the Titans, had three playoff birds,
two AFC South titles, and an AFC Championship appearance. Vaybel

(33:51):
and the Patriots are really picking up the steam, winning
three in a row, sitting top of the AFC East.
Something stinks today. By the way, they're six and a
half point road favorites a lot of people. They're like
the tops in our pool here in Vegas are survivor pool.
About thirty percent of people picked them. I don't know,

(34:12):
and I'm on them also for a portion of a pick.
So I'm actually gonna hope they win. But just a
road team, boy, So the Titans number one pick cam
Warts He's be improve in each week. He's gonna have
his hands full today though with the Patriots d So,
let's see what happens a.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
Couple of ugly stats super fast here.

Speaker 4 (34:31):
While we're watching the ugly Jaguars offense, how about the Titans? Man,
They have scored get this, eighty three points total in
six games.

Speaker 3 (34:40):
That's what we're working with right here for the Titans.

Speaker 4 (34:44):
And they are second to dead last in all of
these offensive categories. Okay, they're thirty first, passing offense, rushing offense,
sacks given up, and scoring offense thirty.

Speaker 3 (34:58):
First in all of the those categories. Yeah, not great.

Speaker 4 (35:02):
And yeah, I'm glad you said that about Drake May, Jeff,
because before the draft, you remember, I'm sure you remember
this where it was really trendy to be like, I
don't know about this Drake May guy. Right, it was
very very trendy before the draft, and I just didn't
get it. Like he had a lot of ability, had
a lot to work with, and he's realizing that potential.

(35:22):
He's a real quarterback. He's like a legitimate MVP sort
of guy. Where he's at least in the discussion right now.

Speaker 3 (35:31):
We'll see where it goes. He's playing great football.

Speaker 5 (35:33):
Yes, do a great job, and I think he'll continue
doing that today. I just I think the ascension feels
like this is real, like a real ascension for for May.

Speaker 4 (35:42):
Yeah, all right, We've got Bill Krackenberger, professional sports handicapper,
Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran, I'm Brian No. Coming
up next, it's to parlay platter, which have one selection

my mom's bday, so you're gonna have to pay attention
to that. Coming up next, it's Fox Sports Radios count

Speaker 3 (36:31):
Okay, let's do this, check this out.

Speaker 1 (36:35):
Parlay latter.

Speaker 4 (36:37):
Okay, the parlay platter, we each have one selection for you.
We pull it together for a greater payout. Crack, we
start with you.

Speaker 2 (36:44):
What do you like? Well, it's gonna be hard to say.
I hate betting road teams. I think this is a
good situation for the Eagles, though they have to rebound
losing to the Giants, losing to the Broncos, barely getting
by Aampa Bay, barely getting by Dallas early in the season.
Let's go with the Eagles here minus to two points.

(37:06):
If they don't win this game. I'm not gonna say
there's seasons over, but it might be coittance for them
this year to reach you to Super Bowl.

Speaker 5 (37:15):
Okay, anytime you be against Carson wins, you have to.
That's why. That's where I love got it all right.
I uh, I'm gonna bet against sorry, Brian, your Dolphins today.
I think the Browns minus two and a half. I
know the weather is crummy, but the Browns defensive line
right good. Browns can run the ball check. Dolphins are

(37:39):
not good at any of those things. Brian, Wrong's It
feels like a rough spot for the Dolphins in this game.
I know it's not cold, but the weather stinks. And
what do the Dolphins do in the weather. You would
think Dolphins would be good in the wet weather, Brian,
I don't buy it in this game, you know, and
also too Mcginn're gonna rock at Capriz today in the weather?

(37:59):
Is that going to be?

Speaker 2 (38:00):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (38:01):
In the in the bad weather's also, by the way,
mostly bad weather in Chicago today. I feel looking at
talking to the total there, but give me the Browns
minus two and a half in this game?

Speaker 3 (38:09):
Okay? Yeah, hey man, I got it.

Speaker 4 (38:12):
I'm sorry, Hey, I nothing wrong with that whatsoever. Look
at the conditions, Look at the type of game it's
gonna be. It's gonna be an ugly game. The Dolphins
are not an ugly team. They're a pretty team. You know,
their precision, they're timing, They're not just let's line up
and just knock you off the off the ball.

Speaker 3 (38:28):
That's not them. So I can totally see why you
went back the Browns in this spot.

Speaker 4 (38:33):
I'm gonna take the Chargers. You know, we're going with
short points spreads. I got the Chargers minus two today.
You're on this, dude, Jeff, Yeah, this will be challenge.
Yeah man, it's just uh. I don't buy the Colts.
I don't buy them as a true five and one team.
Going forward. I mean, that's what the record is right now,
That's what they are to this point, but it's subject
to change. They they dropped the ball, you know, before

(38:57):
the end zone. That's the one loss is the game
they should have won. It gets the Rams, but their
secondary sucks like Chacobe Brissett diced them up for three twenty.
What do you think Justin Herbert's gonna do to this
sad secondary?

Speaker 3 (39:11):
He is going to.

Speaker 4 (39:12):
Eat And I just don't buy the Colts being truly
upper echelon. So I think this is the Chargers game today.
I've got a minus two. If you parlay these three
three lakes together, Jeff Legs the Browns minus two and
a half.

Speaker 3 (39:27):
Crack.

Speaker 4 (39:27):
You like the Eagles minus two. I like the Chargers
minus two. That would be plus five seventy three. So
almost six to one on that pladder right there.

Speaker 2 (39:37):
There, you go, almost true true adzo six to one.
By the way, So and just to let you O'Brien,
there is a wise Guy crew on the same exact side.
I thought about playing the Chargers today, So go Chargers.
The wise Guy crews on you know, Indianapolis, you have
some very very valid points there, So We're going to
see if they're for real today and yeah it should

(39:57):
be good.

Speaker 3 (39:58):
Yeah, good deal, looking forward to it.

Speaker 4 (40:00):
And I wonder how well they travel, you know, is
it going to be like half Colts fans there on
the roads?

Speaker 5 (40:07):
The Chargers the second time playing in La the Colts
right in just about three weeks.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
And how they lost that game to the Rams. That
was a complete joke.

Speaker 4 (40:16):
Not only did they fumble before scoring, and there's a
holding penalty and a Jonathan Taylor touchdown run. It was
the to two at well bomb. You know, it's like,
how did they they had to work to lose that game?

Speaker 5 (40:28):
And that was a Spanish language call in love it
was so good that well, oh it was so great.

Speaker 3 (40:37):
Yeah, you gotta love that man anytime, anytime you get
the you know the.

Speaker 2 (40:42):
Flavor.

Speaker 5 (40:43):
I heard the Japanese call for the third show. Hey,
home run another day, just Chris Man, how about that job?

Speaker 4 (40:49):
It would get to wax pretty soon.

Speaker 3 (40:52):
Ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (40:53):
All right, coming up next, this is a fork in
the Road game for this squad. We'll talk about their
game next.

Speaker 3 (41:01):
Oh what is going on?

Speaker 4 (41:02):
Happy Week seven to you, Happy Sunday to you, Happy Birthday.

Speaker 2 (41:07):
To my mom.

Speaker 3 (41:08):
If you're just joining us. Happy birthday to her.

Speaker 4 (41:11):
I hope everything's going great for you guys checking us
out here on a Sunday morning. This, this London game
is unspeakable right now, Rams ahead twenty one nothing. It's
uglier than that score is, if you can believe that
it really is. JAG's had what like fourth and seven
in the red zone trying to put points on the board.
They're like, well, let's go for it. The field golden't

(41:33):
workout great last time, Let's go for it. Trevor Lawrence,
no one's open. He's like, I guess I have to run,
and it's like he go forward, got five yards, needed
seven and the way he was diving, He's like, I
know I'm gonna be short, but this is all I
can do right now.

Speaker 3 (41:49):
That's where the first half is gone. Man, it's been brutal.

Speaker 5 (41:52):
Got thought somewhere, got thought somewhere, and he didn't do it.
And again, I think, I think the way to do
this now is just, you know, you play these running
backs with the Rams and they're gonna run the ball
the entire second half, right, play Williams and play and
play korm Over. I just think that's the way this
this is gonna go. I mean, why wud the rems
holl the ball the rest.

Speaker 2 (42:10):
Of the game.

Speaker 5 (42:10):
There's no reason too.

Speaker 3 (42:12):
Isn't that crazy too?

Speaker 4 (42:13):
Where I'm sure there are some people that are on
a Stafford prop here or there, and this first half
has gone horrible as far as game script goes. You
need Jacksonville to be somewhat competitive, like Stafford was great
in the first half fifteen for twenty for one hundred
and twenty seven yards and three touchdown passes. So if
you're on yards, if you're on completions, if you're on

(42:34):
any of that, so you got you're like, this is horrible, man,
I'm in a terrible spot right here. So sometimes the
game script just goes.

Speaker 2 (42:41):
This was an old in the old days, guys. This
was you don't have to know anything. All you have
to know is the game is twenty one nothing or more,
twenty twenty four, twenty eight nothing whatever. It was just
an auto bet on the under second half. So like
this this situation here, twenty one nothing, auto bet on
the under twenty and a half. It's I'm not saying

(43:04):
that's the way it is anymore. Because it started to
revert a little bit, but the numbers were still there
for unders when a game was twenty one nothing, and
it reminded me of it when Jeff said, run the ball.
They're going to run the ball a lot second half.
So unless Jacksonville has a miracle second half, which will
make of course the Rams throw the ball in more offense,

(43:27):
this was an auto bet to the under.

Speaker 5 (43:29):
So the thing that makes it hard, I think to
do that now, Crack, is that teams go for a
fourth down a way more now.

Speaker 2 (43:36):
And it came in the game.

Speaker 5 (43:38):
It doesn't matter what the score is, like the Rams
on the fourth and three could get a field goal
or just go for it and get a first down
and then score touchdown. And that's that's the only problem
I think with that. I agree with you in general,
but now it's hard because these guys, it's just they
just go for yeah.

Speaker 2 (43:53):
And I know that when I questioned this last season
with someone that I really respect that was one of
the under guys. He said, when a team's down fourteen,
now they're going for it. So you have to put
that extra and and chances are they will make it
obviously better than they won't, So you have to put
that into the equation analytics. But still, uh, this was

(44:15):
one of the numbers when I was twenty one nothing,
twenty and a half. There was actually a chart, a
sliding scale chart to go by. So but yeah, I
didn't bet it. I didn't bet it. Put it that way.
So it just it's interesting though, how how like you
say these these fourth downs and stuff and the field
conditions here. I just seen some of the replays there.
I probably wasn't watching the game. I have a light

(44:38):
on in the background here, so I really could. I
was trying to look on the light a little bit,
and so I I guess it's is it?

Speaker 4 (44:45):
Is it?

Speaker 2 (44:45):
It's not raining though, it's just a little bit dad,
a little drizzle little Yeah, it's a little okay, So
can they grasp their cleats though? It's they're kind of
playing through it.

Speaker 4 (44:56):
Or but it's definitely affecting play. Yeah, it is slipping
going on. Yeah yeah, yeah, a lot of slight.

Speaker 5 (45:02):
I mean it feels like every London game man, Yeah, yeah,
that the morning do here.

Speaker 2 (45:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (45:10):
Hey, how about how about Eagles Vikings today? Eagles two
point road favorites total is forty four And I've got
a stat that might blow you away. You're ready to
be blown away here about this. So Panthers running back
Rico Dowdell, right, he's gone crazy the last two weeks.
He has more scrimmage yards in the last two games

(45:32):
than Saquon Barkley has all season long. How insane is
that rico'doddell has gone for four hundred and seventy three
scrimmage yards in the last two games over six games.
Saquon Barkley has eleven fewer yards than that. That blows
my mind. Where you know, Dowdell has been that effective

(45:53):
in two games and Saquon Barkley off a two thousand
yard rushing season. He was unbelievable for him to come
back to Earth this much and for the offense to
look so much different than it has. The offensive line
is not nearly as dominant as it was, the ground
game isn't working nearly as effectively as it was. So

(46:13):
Doubdell has outproduced Saquon in four fewer games.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
Like the scrimmage jars. That's insane to me. That's wild.

Speaker 5 (46:21):
Yeah, I mean, look, I guess there was some dude
for some regression for Barkley, But I think the hardest
part about what's happening with the Eagles right now is
we sort of have to confront I think some of
the Jalen Hurt stuff that we don't have to talk
about because he's still a really good quarterback. But man,
if things aren't perfect and right, it's hard for its

(46:44):
Eagles offense to get moving. And maybe, look, you want
to blame the coaching staff, Okay, I mean, sure, you
win the coaching staff. You want to blame, you know,
the lack of offense line, sure, but to our point, like,
if it's not perfect, man, it's just not great for
the offense. And the offensive line is having issues with protection,
right it was gonna be and running the ball first

(47:05):
because of the injury to Dickerson at guard Dane Johnson,
the numbers look fine, but he's not really the same
guy so much this season. And then look, offense coordinator,
I get it, it's not going great.

Speaker 2 (47:19):
Right.

Speaker 5 (47:19):
I do wonder if there's some talk about Serianni taking
maybe more control of the offense. But the last thing
I want to say here is we were in this
spot last year where it was fire everyone, right, fire
everyone in Philly and they won twelve games in a row.
So I do believe though for today, I'm with you,

(47:42):
crack on this. It's a must win for the Eagles.
This is a must win, and it's a must win
for just the fan base, like how you feel about
the Eagles. Look, it's all these things are super important
this weekend. But also I get a chance to fade
Carson Wentz for another weekend. Uh, sign up for that.

(48:03):
So I I I'm I'm in on the Eagles in
this game, and I think, Brian, the Eagles have to
get this done today.

Speaker 2 (48:15):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, they You know, it's that was an
embarrassing prime time loss to the Giants last week. That
was just and it was it wasn't just all they
just got there. They had an upset because they you know,
they got some penalties and Fumbler two. They really dominated
the Eagles last Yeah. Again, like we said, Eagles coming

(48:37):
off two straight losses here, it's the first time they've
lost consecutive games since twenty three.

Speaker 1 (48:44):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (48:44):
They just haven't been able to run the ball like
they did last season. Brian said it, Barkley only averaging
only three point four yards to carry so far. This
should it should change today though. The Vikings rush defense
hasn't been great this season so so far. Anyway, Vikings
coming off a much needed buy after splitting their two
international games. They were across the pond here in Ireland

(49:07):
and Wentz will have his former team, but with the Vikings, well,
we really need to run the ball here in order
to win this one. Like I said, I bet the
Eagles earlier this week, and I think they bounced back here.
So uh, you know, they have to start looking like
the super Bowl team that they were last year, right,
I mean, sooner or later. I mean, but but I
forgot they did reel off those wins last year, and

(49:30):
the Eagle fans were they imagine they were like calling
for Sirianni's head.

Speaker 5 (49:34):
You're right, buddy, that I probably tweet out at one point,
like he should be like surprise is not you know,
like you know he's not, Uh, what's McCall, he's not
fired yet. I'm sure I said those tweets too. I mean,
it's just and then he routed off. And this is
the thing about like he doesn't call play it's interesting,
he's interesting. The Eagles are done do things a little differently,

(49:57):
Like he doesn't call plays, like he's a sea coach,
but you know, you know, sometimes they coordinator in question.
It's an interesting thing in Philly and this the time, Man,
I have to get right against the Vikings. I'm curious
to see their offense against the Vikings defense. There sort
of what that looks like today, Brian, Bobby, didn't you
know one of the games I'm certainly keyed on early on.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (50:19):
Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (50:19):
And there's one one thing that caught my attention this
week that it's just like, wow, is it really that
bad in Philly? Now you think about this, like the
ground game hasn't been working. They look a lot different,
but at the end of the day, they're four and two.
I know it looks like doom and gloom because they've
lost two straight and the last loss against the Giants,
like Crack said, was really really ugly. But they're four

(50:42):
and two football team, you know. But one Eagles player
he told ESPN Jeremy Fowler that this is starting to
feel like the twenty twenty three melt down everyone.

Speaker 5 (50:52):
That's what people are relaying this or think it feels like.

Speaker 4 (50:56):
This isn't that wild, and that at the end of
the twenty three season, they lost five of their last
six regular season games and they got smacked in the playoffs,
so they lost six of seconds.

Speaker 5 (51:05):
Yeah, isn't it so interesting? Though? Like the the Chiefs
are three and three and we're like done in in
like like we're all in on that right right, and
then Eagles are four in tune out, just out like
That's that to me is two things. It's coaching staff
and quarterback. Right. We trust the Chiefs to get right

(51:30):
and mahomes To, who's not NB favorite, to get right
and continue to play well and build. And the Eagles
roster is far better than the Chiefs right now. And
yet the chief and the Eagles, it's like ah hurts
the run game, we don't way trust Sirianni like all
these that to me is just about coaching staff, not

(51:50):
really personal. It's coaching staff, right, is that we trust
Andy Reid and his staff to get the team peaking,
and we've seen obviously many many years of that happening,
more more than obviously the Eagles have showed that ability
to do that. But think about that. The Chiefs are
three and three, and I would better them to win
the AFC right now of them in Buffalo. Still, I'm
not saying I'm on a Buffalo yet And that's just

(52:14):
to me, it's coaching staffs. That's how simpler this right?

Speaker 4 (52:17):
And I also think too, I'm with you and what
adds like a little layer of seasoning on top. That's
different with the Eagles than with the Chiefs. The Eagles
are too dramatic, like when are the Chiefs think of
AJ Brown? I love him as a player, but who's
the Chiefs player that does what AJ Brown does? Like

(52:37):
they want a game and he posts a Bible verse
of like, hey, you know, just quietly remove yourself from everything.

Speaker 6 (52:44):
You know.

Speaker 4 (52:44):
It's like, whoa AJ? What are you calling someone out?
And then he has to hey, you know, sorry, And
then it's the next week there's this meeting between AJ Brown,
Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurtz and they ask him after
the game, like what was up at the meeting like
can't recall and you're like wait what like and then
he's He later comes out and says, well, it wasn't

(53:08):
like this sit down serious thing.

Speaker 3 (53:10):
We're not at odds. He can't handle things.

Speaker 5 (53:13):
Supposed to our meeting. He was like that of a deal,
Yeah right, I'm talking about it.

Speaker 4 (53:18):
Can't recall it's just odd, like why don't you just
make things simple and say and just put it right
out there from the get go, because it looks like
something way more dramatic than it actually is. I don't
know what it is with AJ Brown, but he just
like the bad version of Kyrie Irving. Remember when Kyrie
was super dramatic with the Nets and and now he's

(53:41):
less dramatic with the MAVs. I don't know what it
is with Aj Brown. He just can't make things easier
than they are and the Chiefs don't do that. Who's
the Chiefs player that makes things more difficult?

Speaker 5 (53:50):
The drama this year has been they wore the free
shirts which people didn't like, which again it don't make sense.
I mean he committed a crime like yeah, this video
of it looking happened. And then Juju Smith Schuster last
week hit Brian Branch from the back and during the
game and got punched in the face, Like I mean,
that's the drama right now, right. I mean They've had

(54:11):
over the years, certain things off the field when it
comes to some storylines there, but nothing really on the field.
And and even like you want to, I always praised
the chief for this is so true. You know, a
couple of years ago, they had a bunch of drops. Remember,
guys were dropping passes everywhere and after the game, every game,

(54:31):
you know what, I gotta throw the ball better if
I'm Patrick Mahomes.

Speaker 2 (54:34):
And indeed.

Speaker 3 (54:37):
The winning not even but against the Eagles a fe
years it was it was again Mahomes.

Speaker 5 (54:46):
And then so like they keep they keep doing that, right,
they keep saying those in the playoffs come get to
catch the football, mvs. Because you don't, because you don't
knock him down, right, you don't. He knows you dropped
the pass. We're professional, we know what happened. But you
keep positive reenforcement, positive reenforcement. So that goes a long
way in Kansas City. And I'm not saying the Philly
needs to needs to do that, but like that's just
a different your point, it's a big difference in just

(55:08):
where you are mentally as a team. I'm I'm curious
that if they lose today, is Brown out of there?
Is he finding a new home the next couple of weeks?
I don't know. I'm kind of curious about that.

Speaker 2 (55:22):
Hey, guys looking over at odds, because you know, I
kind of thought three and three Chiefs. They're probably not
getting no respect on the adds. Oh they are, I'm
talking about I can't bet. I can't bet them to
win the AFC at three and plus three twenty five, right,
I can't. Yeah, even to win the AFC West. They're
plus one forty.

Speaker 5 (55:41):
Well that's better than the preseason though, crack yeah is it?

Speaker 2 (55:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (55:45):
Well the Chargers there were minus one twenty.

Speaker 2 (55:48):
But the Chargers are much better this year. And and
I don't know they're plus they were they're hanging to
were close plus one eighty. But you're saying the Chiefs
at plus one forty, I wasn't the pre fly preseason.

Speaker 5 (56:01):
Was minus one twenty, minus one fifteen.

Speaker 2 (56:03):
I'd rather bet him to win the West and to
win yeah plus three twenty five.

Speaker 5 (56:09):
Yeah, wow, I haven't made new wage. I still have
homes MVP seven and a half to one, and Chiefs
win the division at minus one twenty, so I'm keeping
those as is.

Speaker 2 (56:18):
Respect. The Broncos are still getting come on, plus two
to one. Come on?

Speaker 5 (56:23):
Actually, I love the Broncos today. Yeah, oh yeah, I
I I The Giants are are due for little come
up and and this is going to be I think
a game for them. Where they've always been doing this
week is talking. They're running their mouths like you just
really yeah all week, all week.

Speaker 2 (56:41):
The Broncos been getting money all week. It was seven yeah,
half minus twenty.

Speaker 5 (56:46):
Bartender on the on the on the Giants, So i'm
and the bartender was on was on the RAM. So
he already has a win today probably most likely, most
likely it's still twenty one nothing place the Giant NFL Giants,
and and so I Broncos. I think the Broncos. It's
the Giant's not good enough to be talking in the

(57:07):
media the way they have this week.

Speaker 3 (57:09):
Yeah, so huh.

Speaker 4 (57:10):
And you think of this too, Jeff, Like styles make fights.
As you well know, you don't have Malik Neighbors, you
don't have your number one wide receiver, so you've got
Patrick Certan against your next best wide receiver. He's shutting
down true number one wide receivers. What do you think
he's gonna do when he's on jan Dale, Robinson or
whoever he's matched up on most of the day today,

(57:30):
Like that guy's not going to eat and that's going
to bog down the whole offense, you know. So yeah,
less unless bo Nicks and the Broncos offense pull a
London game again, you know, and score thirteen.

Speaker 3 (57:41):
They're covering.

Speaker 5 (57:42):
Yeah, I took your advice, Brian on the ETN wager.
I really liked it.

Speaker 2 (57:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (57:46):
And they just have thrown the ball twelve straight places, right,
but it's.

Speaker 3 (57:51):
So early, like you, you're right, just score once. They
got to run at some of the time, you know.

Speaker 5 (57:57):
I think I don't know they have. They just are
not doing They're going to huddle now.

Speaker 2 (58:02):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (58:02):
You might be. You know, they're under center release. It
looks like they could run the football they wanted to,
but I don't know if they're going to and they don't.
So Trevor Lawrence might have fifty five sixty pass steps
at this rate. They have thrown the ball. They haven't
as soon as you have.

Speaker 3 (58:17):
Right now he has Oh that was at Travis Hunter siding.

Speaker 5 (58:19):
He's got two straight catches. He's got twenty twenty four
pass attempts. Wow, and they've thrown the ball every play
the last what this is now the fifth play of
the drive, pass past pass, the last drive all pass attempts.
It's wild.

Speaker 4 (58:35):
It is pretty wild. They'll run it a little bit.
I promise they have to a little bit. You think,
we'll see if there's a it's enough to get etn over,
We'll see.

Speaker 3 (58:43):
All right.

Speaker 4 (58:44):
We've got Bill Krachenberger, professional sports handicapper, Jeff Schwartz, eight
year NFL veteran.

Speaker 3 (58:49):
I'm Brian No.

Follow the money, real good money.

Speaker 4 (59:59):
Yes, following the money with our good friend Seamus McGee,
team lead of Sports Trading at bet MGM on a Sunday,
a little fill in time with Seamus in for Christian.
Good Morning, Seamus Hope. All is well, let's get straight
to the bed MGM wish list today. What do you
have anything that is a great need for the book.

Speaker 6 (01:00:20):
Well, it's a typical NFL Sunday for the book. It's
gonna We're gonna need the dogs to bark. UH favorites
once again really popular this week. But I say right now,
the biggest dog we need is gonna be the Vikings,
Uh specifically at plus two. Uh a lot of money
coming in in Philly is a short road favorite. So
we're gonna need Minnesota this week.

Speaker 5 (01:00:42):
Uh are you are you praying for the the over
in Cleveland? And uh and miamis that number is popped
so far?

Speaker 6 (01:00:52):
You know, I was doing my prep this morning and
I was looking at what we need and I was like, man,
we're gonna need I don't know where we're gonna get him,
but we're going any point in Cleveland to day the weather.
I mean, everyone got a hold of it. I mean
this total opened up what forty one, I think, and
now we're thirty five. Now we're really going to need
the over there. So we'll see what happens. I think,

(01:01:13):
what's sixty mile an hour wins in that game? Unbelievable?

Speaker 3 (01:01:16):
Holy cow?

Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
Yeah, Seamus shiit broke my heart, like Fredo, only because
I have a bet on the Eagles. I hate here
and you know I tease. I tease our other guy
every single week here with God protects the bookmakers. So Minnesota, Yeah, no,
you guys have one of the only twos out there

(01:01:38):
on that game. I notice. And anyway, I want to
go onto the bigger spread. So like the Denver Giants game,
that isn't that a I would think that you probably
need the Giants, maybe even Arizona against Green Bay. Is
that some big money on those on those favorites.

Speaker 6 (01:01:57):
Yeah, you'd think the Giants field there getting like really popular,
Like everyone loves Dart, they love Sat But we're going
We're still gonna need the Broncos here, and I'm a
little worried about it. I Like, I personally really like
the Broncos in this spot. I think it's really you know,
the Giants have some rest advantage here, but I mean,
we'll see how this goes. It's just it's a tough

(01:02:21):
spot going into the altitude for the Giants and it's
a really hard defense. But I think we're gonna need
them to keep this one close. We'll see where the
money ANNs lands here. But right now, is that where
you need the Giants?

Speaker 2 (01:02:32):
Gotcha?

Speaker 4 (01:02:32):
Is there anything that stands out to you, Seamus that
you disagree with any of the line movement, whether it's
a side or total where you're like, yeah, I just
don't get the move Is there anything like that for
you this week?

Speaker 6 (01:02:44):
I mean, I'm a long suffering Jets fan. I cannot
believe they are pick them against any team in this league.
I mean, how does that not stick out? They had
negative ten passing yards last week. It's crazy, but hey,
I mean it's even an interesting play this week. I
mean some other sharp plays. I mean the over in

(01:03:06):
this Cowboys Commanders game. I mean this opened fifty one
and a half. We're up to fifty four and a
half now. I mean, I don't know if we're going
to see a higher toll all the year.

Speaker 5 (01:03:16):
The Chiefs are back to being the Chiefs, and they're
favored by Brazilian points. They rarely covering this game, any
any backers for the Raiders. I mean, the Chiefs just
historically have not covered these big numbers. Their offense, though,
to be fair, has probably not been this good in
a long time.

Speaker 6 (01:03:31):
Yeah, it's been one way traffic on the Chiefs all week.
The sliding was nine and a half at one point
and then when it opened, and we're up to twelve
and a half now, and we're going to need the
Raiders to keep this plus twelve and a half and
it's a tall order. The Chiefs really do look elite
right now. Like you said, back to the old Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (01:03:52):
And Seamus, I have to ask you about I know,
you guys are real big in the Detroit market, the
Michigan market all the wise, guys I know are on
Tampa this week, like everyone's on Tampa this yet it's
not reflective in the line. I know a syndicate group
that gave out Tampa plus five and a half line
six now solid six everywhere. You guys are probably going

(01:04:15):
to need Tampa based on your market there, am I
guessing right?

Speaker 6 (01:04:19):
You would be correct. It's They're one of the more
popular plays in terms of ticket count right now, certainly
the favorites. And we got a night game. I mean,
it's uh, I think this it's gonna end up being
a pretty big heat on Tampa by the time we
get to kickoff on Monday.

Speaker 4 (01:04:35):
Okay, seam As, we get a little NFL Seamous special
here today, and I do have to say you always
join us here on Saturdays on countdown to kickoff, and
very nice work done by you. You had Yukon on
the money line, they smack around Boston College. You had
Wisconsin's team total under seven and a half, they get
shut out by the Buck guys, So you're on a
roll here.

Speaker 3 (01:04:55):
What do you have for us today?

Speaker 1 (01:04:57):
Now?

Speaker 6 (01:04:58):
It is an NFL show. I know everyone tune in
to hear about the NFL, so I will keep it
NFL related. As much as I very badly wanted to
give out Manchester United on a value play on the
money line today, but I pulled our NFL traders here
on the at the BEDMGM team and I got a

(01:05:18):
lot of different play. I'm not giving out a side
or a total. I mean, this league is just it's
the hardest to bet on. So we're going with a
player prompt here. I'm gonna go with Jordan Addison anytime
touchdown today for the Vikings.

Speaker 2 (01:05:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:05:32):
I think it's a pretty good matchup with Ringo on
the Eagles, so I think he gets in the end zone.
Maybe a sprinkle on two plus TVs if you're feeling frisky.

Speaker 2 (01:05:41):
Today, all right, all right, we'll take that.

Speaker 3 (01:05:44):
Love it very good stuff. Seamous. Good to catch up
with you here on a Sunday. I hope you have
a great day, man, We'll catch you soon.

Speaker 6 (01:05:50):
Had a great weekend with you guys. Have a going
to join the games.

Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
Absolutely, Yeah, we enjoyed it. Seamus is awesome man.

Speaker 4 (01:05:55):
There he is Seamus McGee, team lead of sports Trading
at bet MGM.

Speaker 3 (01:06:00):
That's great.

Speaker 4 (01:06:01):
The Jets line, like, what are we doing here with
We'll get into that game, and I love this one
late afternoon game in particular. We'll get to that specific
matchup right around the corner first, though. Isaac Loewenkron, gracing
us with his presence, always keeps a spare poncho in
the trunk just in case a game breaks out.

Speaker 2 (01:06:20):
What's going on?

Speaker 9 (01:06:21):
I love we actually have some fresh NFL news that
use surfs. What's going on right now at Wembley Stadium
in London, and then the Jacksonville Jaguars would be in
favor of that. But guys, multiple outlets are just reporting
that former Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham is strongly
considering coming out of retirement to rejoin the Eagles, who

(01:06:44):
we won two Super Bowls with during his fifteen year
NFL career. So apparently the rich about to get richer
as they look forward to their game today on the
road against the Minnesota Vikings. Speaking of the Jaguars in London,
the Rams continued to dominate them there. It's the Rams
twenty one, Jacksonville nothing, eight ten remaining in the third quarter.

(01:07:08):
Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford sixteen of twenty four for one
thirty three with three touchdown passes in the first half.
Jacksonville had a sixty two yard punt return for a
touchdown by Parker Washington nullified by an illegal block penalty.
They subsequently missed a field goal Rams twenty one Jaguars
nothing eight ten remaining in the third quarter. Chicago Bears

(01:07:32):
defensive tackle Grady Jarrett inactive for their game today against
the New Orleans Saints due to a knee injury. Raiders
receiver Jacoby Myers tightened Brock Bowers inactive for their game
at Kansas City. Jets receiver Garrett Wilson is inactive for
their game against the Carolina Panthers. New England Patriots receiver
Stefan Diggs is active for their game at Tennessee. Finally,

(01:07:56):
in the NBA today, Kevin Durant agreed to a two year,
ninety minion dollar extension with the Houston Rockets.

Speaker 3 (01:08:02):
Guys.

Speaker 4 (01:08:03):
Back to You, Thank You, I LO it is Fox
Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff presented by Bett MGM. Throughout
the entire football season, bet MGM will offer all different
types of no sweat tokens and odds boost tokens. Be
on the lookout for no sweat same game, parlay tokens,
parlay boost tokens, and so much more.

Speaker 3 (01:08:21):
All right, fellas we go.

Speaker 4 (01:08:22):
Late afternoon here, how about Commanders at the Cowboys Dallas
favored by a point and a half. Total is sky
high fifty four and a half. Not great defenses on
either side, but hey, you look at the offensive injuries. Washington,
no Terry McLaurin, no Deebo Samuel, their top two wide
receivers are out for this thing. We get CD lambback

(01:08:42):
for the Dallas Cowboys, So injury stuff is pretty interesting here,
as the Cowboys get a little bit healthier while Washington
getting a little unhealthier.

Speaker 5 (01:08:50):
Here, Yeah, we have a total in this game. Who
plays defense in this game? I mean, I know it's
high and you just can't bet it now, but I mean,
who who plays defense in this game?

Speaker 2 (01:09:01):
I don't.

Speaker 5 (01:09:02):
I don't feel great about I don't feel good about
the Commanders right now. They're not playing the best of
the best ball. So yeah, I uh man, I'd probably
go Dallas plus the points here. Crack, that's a high,
such a high total if you' attempted to take the over,
but that's just.

Speaker 6 (01:09:20):
You.

Speaker 5 (01:09:21):
You can't, Yeah, you can't now, unless you want to
put it, unless you want to tiggle with something you
can maybe I woul't even advise that totals you can't
do that, So yeah, I would stay away from that,
but I didn't. I think the Cowboys are live to
win and cover this game, and you can make the

(01:09:41):
kids commanders or just bounced back after the They should
have not lost that Bears game. That was a really
bad loss. I I that game almost. That game almost
ended uh my gambling NFL career. I almost. I almost
got like it was a bad week last week. And
then I took the Commanders live when they were down

(01:10:03):
by six sixteen to ten, and they scored Whent seventeen sixteen.
That went up twenty four to sixteen. I'm pretty good bet,
I mean right, that's a good wager. Yeah, and then
they lost twenty five twenty four.

Speaker 2 (01:10:14):
That was disgusting, wasn't it.

Speaker 5 (01:10:15):
They lost because they had exchange so.

Speaker 2 (01:10:19):
Chicago underseason wins. Chicago did not make the playoffs. Another
all of a sudden making a run. Okay, Washington Dallas.
This should be one of those NFC East battles today
at Jerry's World. I mean, the Cowboys coming off that
very frustrating loss to the Panthers, where the Carolina killed
the last six minutes of the clock before kicking the

(01:10:41):
game winning field goal. Washington also coming off a disappointing loss,
like you said there to the Bears, now three and
three on the season. Daniels did look healthy last week,
and that could mean problems for this this Dallas defense too.
They couldn't stop Rice Young last week, so defense is
definitely the Cowboys problem fans. I can't put the blame

(01:11:03):
on Dak right now, as they have the past couple
of seasons. Dak's playing some of his best football. He's
kind of minimizing his mistakes, and the Cowboys defense is
just so bad. They rank thirty second dead last and
total defense have to give it up thirty points, four
hundred and ten yards. I keep on saying it in
Carolina Jesus, and they've given up thirty points in four

(01:11:26):
of their six games this season. I wouldn't be surprised
if Washington puts up thirty on them today. The total,
like you said, is that the highest of the week,
but I can't still bet it. I look at one
way there against the public, especially Seam has said they
just keep getting nothing but over money. It's just I'm
not out there betting the on there. I'm just saying

(01:11:48):
that that's you know, you no ideal. God protects them guys,
the book makers.

Speaker 4 (01:11:53):
How about this, Jeff, we're running the ball finally with
Jacksonville the bag don't have Yeah, we got base.

Speaker 5 (01:12:03):
The first the first rush attempt and like in the
last Yeah, that's right order of action probably from the
running back and it does not even it's not an ETN.
Why even why even have ETN? Like if you're not
going to use them, Like, what's the point of.

Speaker 3 (01:12:17):
I don't get it. He's having a good gear too.
It's strange, very strange.

Speaker 5 (01:12:20):
And then just run You're just gonna rush again too.

Speaker 3 (01:12:22):
Yeah, let's just run it with Tuton.

Speaker 5 (01:12:25):
You know, no play action pass? Why because the pass
has worked so well today? Like why why would you
get away from it? You know?

Speaker 3 (01:12:32):
There you go, Lawrence tucks it right under.

Speaker 5 (01:12:35):
Though this game is going to go this time, it's
like just.

Speaker 4 (01:12:38):
A screeching halt for by the way, real bad to
your point, Jeff, earlier where you know the the Jags
their approach with Travis Hunter, where you're just you're spreading
him thin. He's dabbling as a wide receiver. He's dabbling
as a cornerback. How about him ding up Davante Adams,
still one of the better wide receivers in the league.

(01:13:00):
Sideline pass PBu he breaks up the pass. It was
great defense and it's like if he was full time,
imagine what he's fully capable of. But this weird little
moonlighting here moonlighting.

Speaker 5 (01:13:12):
There another rush but not for an awesome wow.

Speaker 4 (01:13:16):
Right yeah, oh man, that's yeah. Well, hey need a
touchdown on this drive, Jeff. If you get a touchdown
and you know we're still have plenty of time left
to get a stop, they still might run it.

Speaker 3 (01:13:27):
So let's get Etn in this drive. Since it's the
rushing drive.

Speaker 5 (01:13:30):
You know what's crazy, It's like these have been good
place for them too. They had successful rushers, they just
didn't bother to do it all. He's back in now
they'll pass a lot. That means he's back in, so
it'll be a oh it is it's a pass. You
can tell my alignment by the way. I'll tell you
something when you're watching games. If the running back and
defenses know this too, it's why it's so funny to me.
That like, oh, Brian Thomas, all you dropped another pass.
That's a shock. It's a start drop today. If the

(01:13:52):
running back is off set and he is either at
the same at the same level as the quarnerback or
in front, it's a pass.

Speaker 2 (01:14:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:14:00):
If he's behind him, it could be a runner pass.
You can just tell my alignment like what they're doing,
and you woul think they would figure that out, like
defense could also see that. They also know that.

Speaker 2 (01:14:10):
It's just like one step or even did you say
yeah so?

Speaker 5 (01:14:14):
Because think about it, if the running back is even
or in front, there's not many ways they can get
the ball and go forward, right, so they have to
be behind the quarterback to have accessful run play.

Speaker 4 (01:14:29):
By the way, just a bow on this commander's Cowboys game.
How about our guy Bill? He broke our heart last week,
Jeff with the rushing prop there. He didn't get there
against the Bears. But you look at this Cowboys defense.
They're terrible against the pass, terrible against the rush. They've
given up twenty four runs of at least ten plus
yards this season. Like Bill is gonna eat and it's

(01:14:51):
gone down. It's gone from seventy four and a half
down to sixty seven and a half.

Speaker 3 (01:14:56):
So we getting a little bit of value right there.
Can you go back to the well.

Speaker 5 (01:15:00):
I love the idea of like like Bill longest run.
I don't wonder what that's at longest rush up for today.

Speaker 3 (01:15:06):
I'll look it up for you. I'm curious with that
bad angle.

Speaker 5 (01:15:08):
That feels like a good way to a good way
to work it. The thing about Bill is like he's
just not going to play at the end of games.
He's too he's too little. So you you just have
to to understand that. I think Jared Versus got a sack,
my sack. I tell you these sack props, man, but
he knows at eight Versus got another one. He's at

(01:15:30):
four or five right now. I got seven and a
half for him and nine and a half for Benito.

Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
And by the way, Bill he's longest rush, he's at
fifteen and a half. Jeff, just for that right there.

Speaker 4 (01:15:41):
And I will say, Jalen Lane is someone to keep
your eye on. No, no McLaurin, no debo. Jalen's going
to be throwing the ball. You know, this pass defense
is the worst in the NFL. You know, yards per
game wise, so Jalen Lane thirty eight and a half.
I absolutely love the over and that one. All right,
we've got a Bill Krackenberger, professional sports handicapper.

Speaker 3 (01:16:03):
Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran. I'm Brian No.

Speaker 4 (01:16:06):

Speaker 3 (01:17:07):
All right, let's do this.

Speaker 1 (01:17:11):
Drop it up player plays Ah.

Speaker 4 (01:17:14):
Yes, the prop betting market crack love it to live
for it. What's something you like today?

Speaker 3 (01:17:19):
Buddy? Look, he's firing away already.

Speaker 2 (01:17:25):
I can tell I am firing away. I was had
a whole commercial full of firing away there. Yeah, guys,
let's go with Dawell. I know you guys said earlier,
someone said that, someone said Dwell had uh getting better
than Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:17:42):
He had more scrimmage yards, cracked more scrimmage yards the
last two weeks than Saquan has had all season.

Speaker 2 (01:17:48):
And I'm thinking of myself, oh my god, that's unbelievable,
because I'm betting under today. So there you go.

Speaker 5 (01:17:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:17:56):
So when I seen that, I was like, you know,
I think the backup may be more involved today. So
I'm going on, yeah, dude, I think might be some
more backup there. I'm going to dawdle under MGM sixty
five and a half minus a quarter at bet MGM,
Dawdle under rushing yards.

Speaker 5 (01:18:11):
So yes, actually it's sort of flipped. Hubbard's a normal starter.
He's been out and now he's back today, and they
said they're gonna split rep. So that makes a lot
of sense for that to be the case. In New York.
I like Jackson Dart under one eighty three and a
half today, who who's going the ball to? Who's it
going to the ball to? Also, guys, he has gone

(01:18:34):
out of multiple starts getting hit because he refuses to
just like throw the ball away. And I just think
the situation where you play this defense, you don't want
to be a guy who's scrambling very much, who's taking
a bunch of hits high like Dart under one What
I say, but MGM, right now one eighty.

Speaker 4 (01:18:50):
Three and a half, all right, I'm gonna look to
Justin Herbert here, give me the longest completion over thirty
five and a half yard yards. I don't respect this
Colt secondary. I don't think it's any good at all.
Quinton Johnston his back, his big play weapon. So I
think that Herbert's kind of air it out at least

(01:19:12):
a couple of times and he's probably gonna connect with somebody.
You also have the yards after catch angle. You know,
it doesn't have to be a deep ball necessarily, can
be a shorter intermediate pass and the guy just gets
loose and takes it there. So I really like Herbert
over thirty five and a half longest completion today.

Speaker 5 (01:19:31):
That's what I have.

Speaker 4 (01:19:32):
Nice and Jeff, the misery continues for our etnep over.
So he had a nice rush for about eight yards
plus a face mask penalty. So it's a fresh slet
of downs. First down, it's all right, let's run it again.

Speaker 3 (01:19:45):
That just worked.

Speaker 4 (01:19:46):
Now, let's like let the little screen that. Let's get
a penalty. It's first and fifteen. You could still run. Now,
let's let's try to throw.

Speaker 3 (01:19:53):
Sack that forget about running it from that point on. Yeah,
that's how it goes.

Speaker 5 (01:19:57):
The Rams have had like four possessions since they went
up one nothing and I've done nothing. And Stafford's gonna
kit way too many times. Just run the football man
and go home with the win. What are we doing here?
I almost bet Trevor Laarrit's over pass the Tevis, but
he keeps getting sacked and throwing the ball and running
the ball. I'm glad I didn't hit that because he's
some out. He's a very pret passive. He's probably tried

(01:20:18):
to throw the ball forty two times. It just hasn't happened.

Speaker 4 (01:20:21):
He's not throwing the ball, by the way, Props to
you Crack mentioning the under twenty and a half second half.

Speaker 3 (01:20:27):
We're still looking for the first point to be scored here.

Speaker 5 (01:20:29):
Yeah, yeah, great.

Speaker 3 (01:20:30):
Call by you.

Speaker 4 (01:20:31):
All right, coming up next? Can you trust either of
these teams? We'll get to him next.

Speaker 3 (01:20:38):
Oh, what is going on?

Speaker 4 (01:20:39):
Happy week seven to you. I hope your Sunday is
off to a fantastic start. We got a couple of teams.
Can you trust either of them? We'll get back to
ball here in just a couple of minutes.

Speaker 2 (01:20:50):
Hey.

Speaker 4 (01:20:50):
During the MLB postseason, Strauss made history as the first
brand ever on the helmets work. We're built to perform,
smart pot get design, real comfort and durability from grit
to glory. Gear up today at Strauss dot com s
t R a u S S dot com And guys,

(01:21:11):
you mentioned it in passing freaking Otani.

Speaker 2 (01:21:14):
My lord.

Speaker 3 (01:21:16):
That's if you went to a movie and saw that,
you'd be like, this is the dumbest movie ever.

Speaker 2 (01:21:20):
What were we right? Unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (01:21:22):
You go six plus ten strikeouts, three home runs and
one was a moonshot that pretty much left the entire
stage sixty insane.

Speaker 5 (01:21:33):
Yeah, which I mean hitting out of the pavilion is
like impossible to do Dodger Stadium and only a handful
pleasure ever done it. I'm glad we're talking about autony
because quickly, that was the worst quarter of football the
entire season that just happened. There were there were eight
drives the third quarter, six punts and two ended on downs.
Eight drives.

Speaker 4 (01:21:56):
Right like guys wide open, just dropping the ball that
like a good battle, bat down and nothing just horrible.

Speaker 5 (01:22:03):
There's gonna be there's gonna be a game we see
in an hour where it has two drives in the
first horror, that's it because he goes seven to eight
minutes or touchdown another team to drive in the field.
Whatever it is. Look, what a Toddy's doing is remarkable,
And if I didn't hit the Dodgers so much, I
would enjoy what's happening with him right now. I mean

(01:22:26):
thinking about she struck out the side to start the game.
Even when pictures used to hit, they would hit ninth right.
He hit a run in put on his gear because
he wears like the shoulder and the ankle guard. I
think maybe the risk even a risk guard right because
he he he hits left, he throws right right, so
he wears like the protection and then he has to

(01:22:46):
go through his warm up, swings right, rush on the
field to hit, and then he hit a home run
like it's it is so and then he also like
is the nicest person ever, like he like he called
time in that game and he was like, sorry, I sorry, umpire,
I called time.

Speaker 2 (01:23:06):
Like my dad.

Speaker 5 (01:23:07):
He bows to opponents and like he shakes their hand.
He's super nice to them. And my man is he's
a mutant. He's a mutant. Look, I I the best
player I ever saw play was was Barry Bonds. I
think I don't think Otani's better. People can know this
better thing there. He pitches. He's not the same hitters
as Bonds, but as far as just like I want

(01:23:29):
to make sure I watch him play every time he's
at the bat, he's up to bat, or he's pitching.
He's definitely in that group of rare players. I think,
no matter what you're doing. You remember when Bonds would hit.
If you're watching a different game, they'd break into it, like,
here's Barry Bond's hitting. That's what I want with Otani
if I'm watching a different game, I wanted them to
break in to show me O Tani, you know, being

(01:23:52):
able to do these incredible things.

Speaker 2 (01:23:55):
This makes them I mean, I know they're gonna be
a giant favorite, but it makes them unbettable. Why the
bookmakers are going to put them at such a tax
to win the World series based on the believe it
or not? Just Otani, just seeing Otani what he's doing,
It's just you're gonna have to lay so much more

(01:24:15):
than you should situationally with even if you go by
everyone on the Team Verse team whoever they're gonna play here,
I'm hoping it's gonna be Seattle. Uh, but it's Jesus,
it's I don't know. I'm just saying I know that
they're gonna be a giant favorite and they should win, right,
But I'm just telling you, if you bet that, more

(01:24:38):
power to you, because you're gonna be a laying a
lot more than you should have to pay on this
World Series Price when it comes up this week.

Speaker 4 (01:24:44):
By the way, Crack for Otani to be named NLCS MVP,
and he deserved it. He was that electric in game four.
I would love to know if you had odds before
game four what they would have been for Otani because
he was freaking cold before game four and he that was, yeah,

(01:25:05):
arguably the greatest single game performance ever. And uh he
won the MVP and deservedly so. But the odds you
could have gotten heading into game four.

Speaker 2 (01:25:15):
I forgot about that man, and he really wasn't doing
nothing before then.

Speaker 5 (01:25:18):
You was the favorite before then, Jesus.

Speaker 2 (01:25:21):
You know.

Speaker 3 (01:25:22):
Yeah, I don't know, because it's tough to win it
with just you know, one appearance. It's really hard.

Speaker 5 (01:25:27):
If you feel a complete game though, I feel like, here,
no Moto through complete game, right?

Speaker 3 (01:25:31):
Yeah he did?

Speaker 5 (01:25:32):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm kind of curious who would have
been the MVP at that point because there wasn't a
big Dodger hit really into three games, like, there wasn't
one memorable one. I we were at dinner altogether and
Crack said, hey, I'm betting the Mariners to win the
World Series. Yeah, and you got he had a great
number and I went to and unfortunately, in Las Vegas

(01:25:52):
only a certain number of sports books you can use
on your phone. And I'm sitting with dinner and so
I looked at my phone and the number was, uh
a lot different than the one Crack got. So I didn't.
I didn't play it. I'm like, I don't. I mean,
just this dumber is not even close to what he got. Yeah,
and I mean, I'm who's the dummy here, Josh Warren?

Speaker 2 (01:26:10):
No, But I mean I couldn't even give it out
to my guys because it was only based on one
sports book at thirty to one. So yeah, I couldn't
even give it out. It was twenty to one around town.
And but I do think you had twenty four to one.
I think, so that's borderline. Well now it looks great,
but listen, they're going to be a big dog here.

(01:26:31):
It's I'm not a dollar though. If Seattle got, I'm not.
Mayors have a chance though.

Speaker 5 (01:26:38):
They their style of baseball translates to winning big games.
They hit big home runs, which is important, and they pitch. No,
are they going to beat the Dodgers? I don't think so.
Dodgers I think are too deep. But their style of play, though,
does translate pretty well to winning World Series. Like like
I tell you one style of play. I want guys
that hit home runs and they do uh and the

(01:27:00):
team you can pitch and Seattle can pitch today and
they have the road the road in Toronto, but Seattle
would be the team that I would take to possibly
pull it off. And you might throw somebody on Seattle.
When the features come out for the series.

Speaker 2 (01:27:15):
We'll see.

Speaker 4 (01:27:15):
Yeah, Jeff, you're kicking yourself for you know, you check
the odds. They weren't as good as Crack got, but
at least you check the odds. I was like, it's nice, Crack.
Can you pass the bread sticks?

Speaker 5 (01:27:25):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:27:26):
Hey?

Speaker 5 (01:27:26):
At least I was like, I'm gonna I'm gonna taking
a peak ski but it wasn't even close.

Speaker 3 (01:27:32):
I think, yeah, that's better by you, for sure.

Speaker 4 (01:27:35):
We got Colts at the Chargers today. Chargers favored by
two points. Total is forty eight and a half. We
touched on this game a little bit earlier. We're all
on the Chargers, are we not?

Speaker 3 (01:27:45):
I what are the reasons for you? Guys?

Speaker 4 (01:27:47):
I just don't like the Colts secondary. I think they're
going forward. I think they're a Fu Gaysey five and
one caliber team. I just don't think they're that good.
They're a good team. I don't think they're that good.
Five and one is winning at a clip that I
don't think is sustainable for them.

Speaker 5 (01:28:05):
Yeah, I I I'm I'm with you on on that.
I just uh, by the way, very quick, sorry, Oregon
this weekend is playing with Wisconsin and they're doing a
Grateful Dead tribute game, and it just released their uniforms
and uh wow, like they put tight eye like a

(01:28:25):
tight I patch like on the uniform their number crack
you like this their number tight eye in the middle
like it is it is. Someone just said it to me.
They're playing again Wisconsin this weekend.

Speaker 3 (01:28:38):
Okay, it doesn't even matter.

Speaker 5 (01:28:40):
Like thirty two and a half, that's what they're favorite
buy in case anyone was wondering. I So, nonetheless, here's
why I think that this is a sort of an
NFL spot that you know, the Cult are riding high, right,
They're they're they're five and one, They're they're playing good football.
The Chargers sort of eaked by, right, they eat the

(01:29:01):
eaked by the Dolphins, a game that ended up being
closer than it had to be. But again, the Chargers
are not doing the Charger thing right. They're not charging
these games, they're not losing them, they're winning them. These
to always lose those games, Chargers are beat up all
these things, And I just look at at the Colts
they being who the Cardinals, the Raiders, the Titans, the Dolphins. Yeah,

(01:29:23):
this is just sort of like a I hate to say,
it's a feeling spot, Like I just feel like this
is a spot where the NFL just the it's the
best sport of humbling a team, and it feels like
this is a great opportunity for that. I know that's
not the great, great, greatest analysis of this game, but
it does feel like this is a sort of a

(01:29:45):
humbling spot for for them.

Speaker 2 (01:29:50):
Yeah, all right, Well, surprising Colts continue to win. When
I look at this game, I think, wow, they could
be six in one. Jesus. Their offense has been one
of the league's most consistent.

Speaker 5 (01:30:01):
Though.

Speaker 2 (01:30:01):
I hate to say this because I just wasn't a
fan of Daniel Jones with the Giants so and I
used to make fun of his one hundred and sixty
million dollars four year contract. I mean, boy, I'll tell you.
It's looking very sharp though, Jonathan Taylor controlling the pace
on the ground. Uh, they've been able to set one
of the really be able to set the tone on
first downs too, averaging six point two yards and giving

(01:30:25):
them a manageable third down situation. So, as I see
in the background here, I'm surprised this team's throwing touchdowns.

Speaker 5 (01:30:32):
Yeah, like I told you, I told you, fourth and one,
it just it feels its just threw the ball like
four times. It feels personal though. It feels like like
like this is like that, this is personal. I don't
know how else to explain it, because why are they
passing the ball so much?

Speaker 2 (01:30:50):
Man? They passed it so many times on this series,
it doesn't make any sense to me. I just wow.

Speaker 3 (01:30:56):
But by the way, but super super fast, Greg, and
you can keep going.

Speaker 4 (01:31:00):
I just have to say, man, this is one of
the ugliest sequences I've ever seen. So it's fourth and six, right,
the Rams are lining up quote unquote to go for it,
and the Jags are dumb enough to jump off side.
So it's fourth and one and the Rams dial up
a deep ball. Andrew Wingard, the safety for Jacksonville, has

(01:31:21):
had a brutal game like penalties, you know, pass interference,
helmet to helmet, now getting beat on a deep ballack.
It's one thing to lose and it's another thing to
look the way that they have. They've been beyond decrepit.
But go ahead, cracking me to cutch up now.

Speaker 2 (01:31:37):
Just a little bit on the Chargers though the start
of the season off hot. They really haven't been able
to protect Herbert though in the last month, so they
need some better production in the red zones. Who last
week they had seven trips, only two touchdowns. Not much
movement on this game all week. It opened up one
and a half two. That's where it sits now. But yeah,

(01:31:58):
if anything, I do lean Chargers here because I just
don't see the Colts six to one. But that's not
the only reason. I just think that this is a
good spot for the Chargers. But nothing. Let me tell
you something when I say peanut, it's a peanut game,
a peanut minus game where you just drow a peanut
on the game. I'm gonna have fifteen twenty times more

(01:32:18):
on a single prop player prop today than I went
on the Chargers side.

Speaker 3 (01:32:22):
By the way, it's a there's a great stat that
is pro Colts that I saw this week. How about this?

Speaker 4 (01:32:28):
So the Colts, they've already scored one hundred and ninety
four points this season. That leads the NFL, and it's
also the most of any Colts team ever through six games. Like,
that's one point better than Peyton Manning's two thousand and
seven team that was the previous record.

Speaker 3 (01:32:45):
So about that.

Speaker 4 (01:32:46):
Daniel Jones and company have scored the most points from
six games in Colts history. So that is saying something.
And they present a lot of problems, but no Josh
downs today. He's a really good slot receiver. He's got
a concussion, so he's out. That is a big deal.
And the Chargers getting a little bit healthier. They Khalil
Mack back provo to being healthy. I thought his arm

(01:33:09):
was gonna fall off. You remember the injury from earlier
in the season. His arm looked like Lincoln was brutal.

Speaker 3 (01:33:15):
But he's back. Denzel Perryman is back. It comes to defense,
you guys.

Speaker 5 (01:33:19):
Way through at that position, you put that brace on
that arm. As long as your pain and you give
a little bit of strengthen arm. You could brace the
arm up enough to where probably not a problem. I
know it sounds like terrible, but that's probably the case.

Speaker 3 (01:33:34):
Real fast, because I said, can you trust either of
these two teams? So one is the Colts.

Speaker 4 (01:33:39):
Were all kind of like, yeah, a little shaky on
trusting the Colts, right. Jeff detailed that most of the
teams they've beaten are like, you know, shrug your shoulders
type teams, chargers big step up in weight class. How
about another team? Can you trust the Broncos. They're at
home today against the Giants, They're favored by eight points.

Speaker 3 (01:33:58):
I trust him this week? Can you trust them? Collectively?

Speaker 4 (01:34:01):
We're talking about to challenge for the division, make the playoffs,
make real noise. Do you trust the Colts or the
Broncos when it comes to that, like making the playoffs
and then being a real obstacle for these other teams?

Speaker 3 (01:34:14):
Do you buy into that?

Speaker 5 (01:34:16):
So the problem I have with with the Broncos when
I watch them play, they call plays like they're scared
their quarterback.

Speaker 3 (01:34:26):
Exactly, And I don't like that.

Speaker 5 (01:34:28):
The Colts don't. They don't the Broncos do. And when
I think about the rest of the AFC, no one
else does that. At the top of the Buffaloos and
can't see doesn't Baltimore doesn't, right, the Colts don't. We
just talked to the Colts. The Chargers don't. The charge

(01:34:48):
actually the opposite this year, what they call I think
like more you know, they're more confident, justin Herbert. And
that's my problem with the Broncos. I just I just
don't see that from them, and that concerns me just overall.
Can we trust them? And can we uh No? Today?
I love the Broncos. We mentioned this because the Giants,
you know, they're they're off that Eagles win. They feel

(01:35:09):
good about themselves. But look around the matchup like Denver's
defense against the Giants offense, Jackson Dart on the road
in Mile High, like it's a different atmosphere. He's left
many games with injury, now he's come back in them. Absolutely,
who's he throwing the ball to in this game? Like
who's the Giants are not running the ball in this
game against the I just don't I don't see that happening.

(01:35:29):
And then the other side is like the Broncos. Yeah,
the Giants defensive line is good, but the Broncos offense
line is really good, and I think they're able to
be able to sort of control this game and let
and run the football and Bodex flaction pass and whatnot.
So I do I do like the Broncos in this
game a lot, and it seems like to be the
sharp side as well.

Speaker 2 (01:35:48):
So as a syndicate that I know is on the
Broncos first half in this game. So I asked you,
Jeff Thish, Yeah, and I asked you this from being
a football play. So the Giants at home in met
Life beat the Chargers, they come back and lay an
egg versus the Saints, and then they beat the Eagles.

(01:36:09):
The Eagles game is the one that's the big one,
that's their their home MetLife Eagles. Giants crush, they really
crushed them, double them up thirty four to seventeen. Now
based on the sideline, the locker room, based on all
this stuff, my question to you is are they still
so pumped up now getting into this game, because I
would think the first half or even the first quarter,

(01:36:32):
they would play a tougher first quarter based on the
Eagles game. But yet the wise guys like the Giants
first I mean, like the I'm sorry, like the Broncos
first half.

Speaker 5 (01:36:42):
Well, I just think it's more that This is a
different atmosphere for this team, and they had not play
as one of the road. As you mentioned, the Broncos defensively,
I think have some advantages again like who's throwing the
ball to. I mean, these are all things I think
that are worth considering in this game. So yeah, I
mean the Giants are gonna feel good about it. But

(01:37:03):
are they feeling too good? There's a lot. They've been
talking a lot this week. Man, they've been They've been.

Speaker 2 (01:37:08):
Pumped.

Speaker 5 (01:37:09):
Yeah they are, But I think.

Speaker 2 (01:37:10):
It's perspective they get gonna go out there and and
you know, I just.

Speaker 5 (01:37:15):
I mentioned this before, and I think it's where like
the Jacksonville just scored, by the way, Travis Hunter and
welcome another rush by the way for for two.

Speaker 2 (01:37:23):
I know it.

Speaker 3 (01:37:24):
I thought you.

Speaker 5 (01:37:28):
Your backup having the same amount of carias as your starter.
You have to do it if you're Jacksonville. Cy So,
I again talk about the humbling, right, like they beat
they beat they beat the Chargers, right, and they go
to the Saints and sort of like you know, the
big top jackson darts this new stud and then just
don't play as well and again beat the Eagles. Wow,

(01:37:48):
we beat the Eagles, and then like this is what
the NFL does, Like you can't get too up and
down this league. It humbles you like nothing else. The Broncos,
by the way, off a pretty bad performance in London.
They really couldn't play any worse and come with a win.
And so I think to the Broncos first first half
is interesting crack because when you think about the Broncos
side of this, right, they just they did not play

(01:38:09):
well in London against the Jets. They're back home. I'd
imagine they want to start fast too. Imagine they feel like, hey,
we didn't play as well last week. They're gonna have
some good stuff up early in this game. So I
kind of like that. I kind of liked that play
that that first first half there. Uh for for Denver,
that's interesting.

Speaker 2 (01:38:29):
I was the reason why I asked you. I was
thinking automatically, the Giants are going to be so pumped
up out there at the last week's game.

Speaker 5 (01:38:36):
But you know, it's also it's also just also Denver
is not a place where you want to be a
little travel It's hard to breathe in Denver and before
you play, Yeah, you actually feel it more after the
game than you do like during the game sometimes, but

(01:38:57):
you don't want to be in a situation where like
you're so hyped up that you over exert early in
the game. And so I actually I might, I kind
of might tell you. I might tell you're a sharp person.
It's a sharp person like that they make they make
you money. Crack.

Speaker 2 (01:39:11):
I win. I didn't easy though, I didn't bet.

Speaker 5 (01:39:16):
I just five and a half. No, no, oh, by the.

Speaker 4 (01:39:20):
Way, the number here, I'll give you two quick stats
that are pretty interesting.

Speaker 3 (01:39:25):
How about this one?

Speaker 2 (01:39:25):
This is great?

Speaker 4 (01:39:26):
So so three quarterbacks have rushed for at least fifty
yards in their first three starts.

Speaker 2 (01:39:31):
Have you heard this.

Speaker 4 (01:39:32):
It's Lamar Jackson, It's Jalen Hurts, and it's Jackson Dart.
I just it's an interesting problem. It's gone down a
little bit, is rushing yards. It's thirty seven and a half.
I actually like the under today. I just I don't
think it's going to continue. And against Denver's defense, Like, what.

Speaker 3 (01:39:49):
Do they have outside of scataboo and Dart running?

Speaker 2 (01:39:54):
What do they have?

Speaker 3 (01:39:55):
Like you gotta slow down Dart his ability to create with.

Speaker 4 (01:39:59):
His legs so well, I just don't see him getting
loose left and right, and the other thing I would say,
we all know about Denver's defense, right they're third against
the pass, their second in scoring defense. But one thing
that Denver really does well is they limit negative plays
and they create negative plays. Right there, they're in terms

(01:40:20):
of sacks, you know, given up, they're second in the league.
They've only given up six sacks, and they're number one
defensively in getting sacks. They've got thirty sacks on the season.
So that's a really important thing to think about. How
many teams where you give up a sack and it's
second and fifteen or whatever, that drive is dead. There

(01:40:41):
are a lot of quarterbacks they just can't They can't
make up like not staying on schedule. So that's a
big deal. What Denver's defense is able to do and
Denver's offense is able to stay on schedule when they're
not giving up those negative plays.

Speaker 3 (01:40:54):
There's something to think about.

Speaker 4 (01:40:55):
All right, We've got Bill Krackenberger, professional sports handicapper. Jeff

in a primetime spot For a second week in a row.
It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by BETMGM.
It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff presented by
Bett MGM. We are just about a half hour away
from the early one pm Eastern kicks here very much

(01:41:44):
looking forward to it, and it is time for the
tire rack play of the day by Yard deep in
his end zone, bringing it back right to left, breaks
one tackle at the fifteen, gets.

Speaker 3 (01:41:54):
To the outside down the far sideline, over the thirty, cuts.

Speaker 8 (01:41:56):
Back inside of the forty US fasspidfield.

Speaker 1 (01:41:59):
Here it goes, cry, HiT's the aftercurse thirty twenty.

Speaker 2 (01:42:02):
Ten to that house a fo.

Speaker 3 (01:42:05):
Hundred yard touchdown return.

Speaker 1 (01:42:08):
Jedorian Price does it to the Trojans again.

Speaker 4 (01:42:14):
Yeah, shout out Notre Dame Radio Network on the call
Jadarian price huge kickoff return. They actually were trailing at
that point four and a half minutes to go in
the second half, so huge play by Jadarian. For over
forty years, Tyrak has been helping customers find the right
tires for how, what and where they drive, shipped fast
and free back by free road hazard protection with convenient

(01:42:35):
installation options like mobile tire installation tirack dot com. The
way tire buying should be Notre Dame. With the thirty
four to twenty four win over USC, there you go.
Good stuff. Okay, I say we we hand a baton
to the great Isaac Loewen Krawn to bring us up
to speed on everything going on. We need a full
update on this decrepit London game and then we'll get

(01:42:59):
back the previews. What is going on here isili.

Speaker 3 (01:43:02):
Yes, we will get it out of the way.

Speaker 9 (01:43:04):
The good news for the Jacksonville Jaguars is they did
manage to get on the scoreboard. The bad news is
there are moments away from falling behind by four touchdowns
again the Rams twenty eight the Jaguars seven five seven
left to play in the fourth quarter, and the Rams
have a first down and goal in coming at the

(01:43:25):
Jacksonville one yard line. Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford today twenty
of thirty two for one to eighty one, four touchdown passes,
two of them to DeVante Adams. The Rams defense meanwhile,
with six sacks of Trevor Lawrence. The Jaguars able to
get on the scoreboard with nine oh six left in
the fourth quarter on a thirty four yard touchdown pass

(01:43:46):
from Lawrence to Travis Hunter for the first score of
his NFL career. But again the Rams with a first
down and goal, and Stafford threw a fade to Devonte Adams.
He comes down with it on the right sideline in
the zone, so it's his third touchdown reception of the day.
It's Matthew Stafford's fifth touchdown pass.

Speaker 2 (01:44:08):
Of the day.

Speaker 9 (01:44:09):
Four point fifty eight remaining in the fourth quarter in London,
the Rams up thirty four to seven over the Jaguars
with the extra point pending. Meanwhile, multiple outlets reported today
the former Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham is strongly
considering coming out of retirement to rejoin the Eagles, who

(01:44:29):
he won two Super Bowls with during his fifteen year career.
Fox Sports Jay Glazer adding that Graham could sign with
the Eagles as early as tomorrow. Bears defensive tackle Grady
Jarrett inact to today against the Saints Dude to a
knee injury. Raiders receiver Jakobe Myers and tight end Brock
Bowers inactive for their game at Kansas City. Finally, in

(01:44:50):
the NBA, Kevin Durant today agreed to a two year,
ninety million dollar.

Speaker 3 (01:44:54):
Extension with the Houston Rockets.

Speaker 4 (01:44:57):
Guys, all yours, thank you, I lo it is Fox
Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Bett MGM. I'll
just say real fast, man, that is a disgusting beat
if you're on the second half under where the.

Speaker 2 (01:45:10):
Rams will drop third quarter?

Speaker 5 (01:45:12):
Right, yeah, no.

Speaker 4 (01:45:13):
Points, a punt fest, eight punts, jeff right, you said, yeah,
and then.

Speaker 3 (01:45:19):
Drives yeah, eight drives, no points, yeah, gotcha.

Speaker 4 (01:45:22):
But yeah, the Rams they dropped to what would have
been a touchdown on third down and then Rams get
new life late hit on Stafford a little high. And
it's been just a calamity of errors for Jacksonville today. Man,
But we turned the page. Enough of them. How about
the Falcons and the Niners. Falcons favored on the road

(01:45:42):
by a point and a half. Total is forty seven,
second straight week in prime time for rise up over here.
The Falcons that nice win at home against Josh Allen
and the Bills. What do you think on the road
against the Niners? Niners are still banged up. No Purty,
no Ricky Piersoll, It's gonna be mac jone again.

Speaker 3 (01:46:01):
So what do you think again?

Speaker 2 (01:46:03):
Here do we do?

Speaker 5 (01:46:05):
We trust the Falcons on the road in the spot,
just off a big win against Buffalo.

Speaker 3 (01:46:11):
I can see why you wouldn't.

Speaker 5 (01:46:12):
I get problem is the Niners defense without boats, that
can't rush the pass. Right now you're out Fred Warner
and those are losses you just can't overcome. And income
incomes Bijon Robinson, who who Offensive Player of the Year.
I know the price is much lower now, but certainly worth.
I think a peanut it. I mean, he's he's gonna
if it is health, he's gonna win that award about it?

(01:46:35):
Maybe him and Jonathan Taylor, I guess right now, But
bjon could just do so much. I think what we do,
Brian is we always do. Christian McCaffrey over receptions.

Speaker 3 (01:46:44):
Yeah, they can't run it, they can no and he.

Speaker 5 (01:46:48):
Ends up being a huge part of what they do.
The Falcons. I think the start with the Falcons, by
the way, is their pass rush. They and their defense.
They win and got better players and it's paid off
so far. The defense, I believe, right now number one
in DVOA, which I mean, I think for any of us,
rather shocking that that's where they're at right now. But

(01:47:08):
that's us. That's where they are, and the numbers don't lie.

Speaker 2 (01:47:12):
There, guys, I'm looking at I'm just looking at the
current line in that game. Atlanta has been all with
all of the map though this season so far, beating
the Bills in an impressive win last week. Just two
weeks ago they lost to the Panthers was thirty to nothing.
I was looking for the score. It's like thirty to nothing, right, Like,
it's just the NFL, boy, how do you bet it? Right?

(01:47:35):
Thirty to nothing? They come back and be one of
the best teams in football. I mean, it all starts
with Robinson there. They're they're they're running back there, who
can break one at any time? Really, their defense look
a lot better the last couple of weeks, and up
against Mac Jones today, who gets just his starts tight
end kittleback though on the field.

Speaker 3 (01:47:55):
So yeah, that's a big deal.

Speaker 2 (01:47:56):
Sure it really is. Okay, can the forty nine ers
stop the Falcons rung game forced Pennix to make some
big plays in the game. It would be tough. They're
gonna be without two all pros there too on defense.
So I just read that in the in the in
the report Warner and Bosa. So forty nine ers, Yes,
there's still a top NFC West team at four and two,

(01:48:17):
but that could change tonight prime time. It actually should
be a good one in prime time. And like I said,
think about that Atlanta thirty to nothing losing against which
some people called the worst team in football. I don't
think the Panthers are the worst team. What's that? Yeah,
they're not the worst team, right, So Atlanta, like I said, uh,

(01:48:39):
you know, beating Buffalo and it's it's any given Sunday.
Like I say, every week, boys, anything can and will happen.
You know, before I jump I jump off the subject,
just mind me thinking. So I interviewed this week someone
that lost three hundred and fifty million dollars. He flew
into Vegas, and he flew in the Vegas for the interview,

(01:49:01):
his first interview to talk about this kind of embarrassing
for him a little bit, you know. He uh, he
lost sixty million to Steve when well, first of all,
he built up his dad's company and he had Oriental
trading and built up the company into a fifty million
dollars a month company. They were making a fortune.

Speaker 3 (01:49:16):
Mine and he's sold a month wow a month.

Speaker 2 (01:49:19):
Yep. Yeah. They were selling like trinkets and little toys
and stuff, and they were giant. They were absolutely giant.
So he uh, he never really he was just traveling
back and forth, he said, all over the world and
always international, never really gambled. And just by his house,
a local casino there and like Nebraska, he just said,

(01:49:39):
you know, let me go over there. I So he
sold the company to Warren Buffett, who he's friends with.
He knows Warren, and he sold the company to Warren
Buffett walked away with about three hundred and fifty million.
Just so happens. He lost every penny of that three
hundred and fifty million gambling. But so you guys, might
someone want, you know, guys, want to check that out.
It's a really good, very open interview with mister Watsonaby.

(01:50:01):
I got to be friends with him and worked on
him for years. His first major interview, but I asked him,
I said, Terry, did you ever bet any sports? We're
at dinner and I said, you have a bet. You
ever think I bet any sports? And Terry said to me, no,
I didn't think. I just didn't.

Speaker 4 (01:50:19):
What was his main game, crack? What was his game
of choice? Baccaraack jack?

Speaker 2 (01:50:23):
Slot? He started out slot machines. He hit He was
playing a thousand dollars coin machine, Ryan, you know the
ones I've seen you play in, these thousand dollars ones
here in town, thousand dollars coins, and he was betting
two thousand a time, and he hit the jackpot for
two point six eight million. So he hit the jackpot

(01:50:45):
two point six eight million. I think that really got
him going because he kept on playing that machine over
and over and don't you know, it resets at two
and a half million, and he hit it again two
weeks later, so he won Wow, a five point two million,
about five almost six million, actually, he said, on this
particular slot machine, and he lost.

Speaker 5 (01:51:06):
It all that, like, let me call it a day.

Speaker 6 (01:51:08):
Like I do.

Speaker 2 (01:51:10):
It's amazing isn't that that's what I lost it. He
lost the six million back playing baccara and it was
off to the races. He just said, I just started
playing baccaraon because I know I coul play. I get
bet a lot of money to try to recover my money.
He played blackjack fifty thousand a hand, but that wasn't
enough for him. He said, you know, it just wasn't
enough for me. I had losses. I lost thirty million,

(01:51:32):
he said. I lost thirty million in a month. It
didn't affect me, he said, I didn't. I still had
a three hundred million dollar bankroll.

Speaker 4 (01:51:39):
It's a new goal in life where I could lose
thirty million and it's like, that doesn't really affect.

Speaker 2 (01:51:44):
It didn't affect him. It didn't affe But such a
sweet man gave away in upwards of thirty million dollars,
paid people's mortgages off. I met someone that he paid
his mortgage off. That's how the subject came up. He
would have never brought it up. I brought it up.
So he paid people's mortgages off. He he helped a
lot of people, gave millions to the dealers. The owner
of In and Out Burger. He told her, can you

(01:52:05):
keep it open from twelve midnight before I'm going to
give you an extra fifty thousand based on what I'm spending,
and she kept it open. He spent seventy five thousand
on that. He just did so many nice things for people.
Just a nice man. Dead broke today, dead broke today,
living on Social Security. And I'm trying to think I

(01:52:25):
should say. I'm going to say, because he would want
it out there, he wants us out there for reasons
to help others. I actually had to give him. I
gave him forty bucks to take the cab fair. He
was leaving five in the morning, so Terra, I picked
up from the airport. Do you mind if I send
you back? So I give him forty dollars for cabfair
to send this cab back to the airport. What a
sweet man. His messages out there to help others on
a smaller scale. And I'm sorry to even interrupt this show.

(01:52:48):
I know it's a sports betting show, but this is
a sports this this is a gambling show too. So
we talked gambling and Terry Watson Abby really was a wonderful,
wonderful man, sweetheart of a man. I judge people how
they help others too.

Speaker 6 (01:53:02):
I do.

Speaker 2 (01:53:02):
Yeah, this man helped so many people. He helped so
many people. So all right, that's good.

Speaker 3 (01:53:09):
Yeah, I appreciate that.

Speaker 4 (01:53:10):
And uh, I don't know if we could bring it
full circle, but if there was a way to bet,
say like three hundred and fifty million dollars on an
in game Travis etn prop he's right back at ground zero, baby,
you know, like that's all it took. Right we got there, Jeff. Yeah,
they're down by four touchdowns.

Speaker 3 (01:53:29):
We're running the ball now they washed the ball.

Speaker 5 (01:53:32):
Yeah, I put it. I turned off.

Speaker 3 (01:53:34):
I thought he's up to Jeff, he's now he's up
to close to fifty. Now he's killing it.

Speaker 5 (01:53:42):
Is I just why do why don't we bother?

Speaker 3 (01:53:45):
I know he's at forty four rushing yards, you know,
he's racking up yards.

Speaker 5 (01:53:49):
I don't even know why we bothered sometimes doing this thing.
It just makes it makes no sense.

Speaker 4 (01:53:54):
Ever, real hey, real, fast though, just one minute, because
this is a great matchup tomorrow night, Tampa at the Lions.
Lions favored by six, got smacked around by Casey last week. Yeah,
one of the big things. Brian Branch with the post
game fist the cuffs right there. Right, he's suspended for
this game. That's a big deal. Their secondary is banged
up against Baker Mayfield's did do this thing. He's the

(01:54:17):
MVP right now, consensus MVP at this point of the season,
and he might get Mike Evans back.

Speaker 3 (01:54:23):
But what do you think about Tampa Detroit? Real fast here, Jeff.

Speaker 5 (01:54:27):
Okay, so Krack Bunch is earlier. I don't get this number,
Like I why is it so high? What am I
missing here about this? The Lions have no one to
guard anybody, and we've seen Tampa can operate without the
wide receivers. We've seen it. I'm very confused. I would

(01:54:47):
I take the points in Tampa, but it worries me
about why this number is so high. I'm very confused
and why this number is so high.

Speaker 2 (01:54:54):
Yeah, and like I said, the syndicates bet this game
and it went down to five and a half and
shot right back up to six. Yeah, this is a
this is a this is a weird one. But uh huh, Yeah, listen,
I gotta I gots I guess I gotta root for
Tampa in this game. Myself, I'm rooting against certain situations.
But anyway, yes, it's it's it's at six and fifty

(01:55:17):
two and a half at bet MGM.

Speaker 4 (01:55:19):
Yeah wow, Yeah, that's uh, you know, definitely a bounce
back spot. That's what people are anticipating with the Lions.
But maybe sleeping a little bit too much on Tampa.

Speaker 3 (01:55:29):
We'll see.

Speaker 4 (01:55:29):
But every now and then Detroit just has like one
of those phenomenal offensive performances.

Speaker 3 (01:55:35):
This this could be, it could be.

Speaker 3 (01:57:34):
What do you have for us in the Crack Challenge?

Speaker 2 (01:57:36):
Man?

Speaker 5 (01:57:36):
I would have I would have hit the Bengals. That
was one of my plays for the week. But obviously
that can't be played today. God of these numbers stink
right now? Yeah, Browns minus two and a half, Eagles
minus two and a half, Chargers minus two. I'll take
the Broncos minus eight.

Speaker 2 (01:57:56):
Uh huh?

Speaker 5 (01:57:56):
Why not give me Tampa plus six six? Now, I
don't get it. I don't get it. I don't get it.

Speaker 3 (01:58:03):
Crack, all right, So listen, we've talked about this.

Speaker 2 (01:58:07):
I'm on.

Speaker 3 (01:58:08):
I'm on the Chargers as well. Give me Carolina plus
a point.

Speaker 4 (01:58:13):
Again, another week where it's like the Jets. There's movement
for the Jets and it's okay, great, I'll go the
other way. Cool, I'm gonna take the I'm gonna take
the Pats. I know, typically you don't make a living
laying these type of points on the road. I'm not
gonna do it every week. I'm gonna do it in
this spot. They're just way better than Tennessee. They're an

(01:58:33):
absolute grease fire. I will I'll go against you guys.
You know, let's make it fun. I'll go Vikings plus
two and a half home dog against the Eagles sputtering
offense Brian Flores defense. I'll take the points and I'll
lay the point and a half small line with the Cowboys.

Speaker 3 (01:58:51):
Give me them today. All right, let's dive into rapid fire.
Here we go fire, all right, crack, what's something you like?

Speaker 2 (01:59:03):
Let's go Las Vegas Kansas City under first half, under
twenty three. Listen, I think this could be a slow
start for both teams, especially Las Vegas here. I think
we could have a grind out type of game here,
probably a little bit better than people think. So let's
go on to twenty three first day.

Speaker 3 (01:59:22):
All right, Jeff, anything you want to mention.

Speaker 5 (01:59:24):
I like that Jackson dark underpassing as well as the
election of propos.

Speaker 4 (01:59:30):
You know, I'll kind of add one to you, Jeff.
We love Christian McCaffrey in the receiving game. Let's go
under seventeen and a half rushing attempts for Christian McCaffrey.
Is he going to get that many rushing attempts against
the Falcons? They're gonna be able to run it. You
trust them to run it on anybody.

Speaker 3 (01:59:46):
I don't. I'm gonna go under on that. Well, let's
get to Cracks. Play of the day. Let's do this.

Speaker 1 (01:59:53):
This is the best play of the day.

Speaker 2 (01:59:55):
A question.

Speaker 3 (01:59:58):
All right, crack?

Speaker 2 (01:59:59):
What is it?

Speaker 3 (01:59:59):
Buddy?

Speaker 2 (02:00:00):
Tennessee Titans under Chickaguanta Aguanco under twenty nine and a
half receiving yards. The backup is supposed to be involved
little more so, there's there's a good one for you.

Speaker 4 (02:00:10):
Okay, good stuff. Hey, we killed it, good stuff, Irish win.
Everybody's happy, right enjoy Week seven. We'll catch you later.
