Speaker 1 (00:00):
Ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
You want experience during your football season, well, buckle up,
sweet cheeks. We've got all the experience in the world.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
This is I want your flex with Dan Bayer and
Mike Harmon.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Mike and Dan break down everything you need to set
your lineups, from position rankings to starts and sits. The
guys help you make those hard decisions. And now let's
get your flex on. Here's Dan Bayer and Mike Harmon
week twelve.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
Here on, I want your flex. He is Mike Carmon.
Hit him up at Swollen Dome. You could find me
Dan Bayer at Dan Bayer on Box while Ian Roddy
is our executive producer. Hit him up at Ian Roddy
Underscore one in the books. That was the Texans and
Bills on Thursday Night. Texans d provided me with some
sacks in the long term. Should have had a touchdown

(00:56):
and a stupid blindside block ended up wipe that off
the board.

Speaker 4 (01:00):
But couldn't couldn't be angry with what I got.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
However, Josh Allen owners, I know, not necessarily happy with
what they got, considering Mike when they got in week eleven,
which was a darnar record setting performance.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
I mean, we couldn't have expected a massive ceiling here
against Houston, right with the top scoring defense in the league.
But certainly when the final bell rang, and outside of
a couple of really odd plays right the hook and lateral,
which was fantastic as it was executed, and that one
where Shakir sneaked down the sideline for forty plus pedestrian day,

(01:35):
you didn't get much in the run game from Allen
and so a lot of people at a deficit. We
had Monci Milanos at the update desk with Smith and I.
She ended up with a big fat zero for Josh
Allen's performance based on the eight sacks that he lost.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
That's tough.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
The last interception as well, probably took points away. When
it's fourth down, you don't need to intercept it, but hey,
at that point not because you're just gonna take a
knee afterwards.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
That didn't help either.

Speaker 5 (02:04):
Dion Dawkins with the huge false start penalty, guy who
was doing a lot of standing up and chirping at
Keon Coleman.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
A week ago. It's like you blew it because.

Speaker 5 (02:15):
You took everything away from you know, what would normally
be maybe a Josh Allen dive over the top or
you know quarterback sneak at his six five frame and all.
But yeah, it's just a miserable showing overall. Khalil Shakir
got to eight for one hundred and ten. So if
you had the guts to play him in as a
back end two or a three or flex play, then

(02:36):
you got in.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
But otherwise don't think he saw.

Speaker 5 (02:39):
On the other other end, a lot of Christian Kirk
or Jayden Higgins owners dialing at things up there. Schultz
with just one catch for eight yards and Nico Collins
three for fifty five, trying to read off the red jersey, like,
is that my guy?

Speaker 1 (02:53):
No, it's not my guy.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
It's tough.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
I'll tell it's even worse when they wear the Navy ones,
because no chance with the Navy ones. But yeah, you're
right when it's Jenden Higgins or Nico Collins's I like
the red look, though, I will say I like him
better than the original, and I like him better than
their h Town ones.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
I do think that these work. You just got to
do a little some with the numbers.

Speaker 5 (03:17):
I like the helmets, Yeah, certainly those popped in a
whole other.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
Way, Yeah, I agree with that they do look sharp. Well.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
The AFC playoff picture is going to be interesting, to
say the least, and it got more interesting with the
first game of Week twelve. Let's look at the others
fantasy wise. Let's get to Mike Carmen's rankings. Mike, let's
get to the quarterbacks that aren't Davis Mills and Josh
Allen your top five for week twelve.

Speaker 5 (03:40):
Coming off a fifteen point performance in Week eleven, we
get back on board Drake May and a big showdown
that suddenly has extra juice to it with Joe Burrow practicing.
But Drake May has been fantastic, averaging over twenty points
per game. And you're talking about Cincinnati. Do I need
to say anymore? Their defense? What's that word that we
use on the show. Oh, they stink. Second most points

(04:03):
allowed to fantasy quarterbacks at nearly twenty two a game,
Jared Goff and I put it here because it begins
the run of all of those indoor games. Going up
against the Giants. He stands twelve to date in terms
of fantasy points per game, but five games with fewer
than fifteen A little bit of a hand ringing situation.
Still no laporta update that came out on Friday that

(04:26):
he had actually had a back procedure and probably won't
be back for the Lions, which certainly changes some of
the complexities here. But you got a good spot against
the giant secondary. Third most generous to opposing quarterback stafford
against Tampa in a big primetime situation season low thirteen
point two catch catch the trend, a lot of middling

(04:48):
efforts last week, as we talked about on the Early
Week podcast, but you got an opportunity here. He's got
five games with at least twenty five points, and we've
watched Tampa give up a ton and yes, the six
to Josh Allen stands tall, but seventh most given up
about twenty points per game the quarterbacks. And then we
get to the curiosity at the back end of the

(05:10):
list when we're talking about Patrick Mahomes. He's got he's
second at twenty two and a half points per game,
twenty six point eight points total scored his.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Last two combines.

Speaker 5 (05:22):
So a little bit of a handwringer as you go there,
but an opportunity here against Indy in what really is
the showdown game of it all. Forty nine and a
half is the total Chiefs a little more than a
field goal favorite last night looked, and then we got
Jalen Hurts going against Dallas because well, we like chaos
and we love all of this. He's now the most

(05:43):
hated man in Philly, at least according to some pundits
out there. But you're looking at a guy still top
six and fantasy fantasy points for quarterbacks sixteen touchdowns to
one pick.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
I wish he ran a little bit more.

Speaker 5 (05:57):
Perhaps we see that as the Cowboys defensive front, and
I guess that's one of the big questions. How much
do we really take away from the win over the
Raiders with the new look Dallas defense, Right, they'll be better,
but what does that get them? Inching towards the middle
either way, still looking at one of the worst teams

(06:18):
against quarterbacks thus far for fantasy purposes.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
It should be a fun one between the division rivals.
But I look at it kind of like bounce back week.
You've got Goff at number two Lions against the Eagles
on Sunday night, weren't able to do anything, and then
you have Mahomes and the Chiefs trying to bounce back
from that game against the Broncos. Colts coming to town,
Colts coming off that buy that they had in Week eleven.
But I think that there could be a bounce back,

(06:41):
kind of like we saw a little Sekire have for
the Buffalo Bills on Thursday night. So quarterbacks may goff Stafford, Mahomes, Hurts, Mike.
Let's get to the running backs. I'm sure there's some
familiar names topping the rankings in Week twelve.

Speaker 5 (06:55):
Well, we get to do our odd even thing with
Christian McCaffrey either brilliant or dizzy, so let's see what
he does. It's still averaging nearly twenty five points per
game over his last five, and we've watched the brilliance
all throughout the year. Caroline is actually pretty solid against
opposing running backs outside that top twelve, but still twenty
one point one per game. And with McCaffrey Rock Purty

(07:16):
back under center, we know he's still going to be
active in the passing game, so we get him back in.
Jamiir Gibbs going up against the New York Giants and
looking at where he's at. The Giants giving up nearly
twenty four points per game, to running backs and yes
said dismal four point three in week nine, but over
the last four still averaging nearly twenty four points per game.

(07:38):
Derrick Henry against the Jets. Sorry, I in, I'm not
a big believer when it comes to short yardage. I mean,
do we start lobbying from Mark Andrews to be included
as a running back?

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Anybody? Anybody?

Speaker 4 (07:50):
No?

Speaker 1 (07:50):
Just kidding?

Speaker 5 (07:51):
Twelve most generous to running backs. After shuffling up the
defensive front, look for Baltimore to be able to run
the football key. He's got two nineteen plus point games
in his last four, so let's get a little more
balance and definition. Jonathan Taylor last for averaging thirty one
that includes a six point seven effort back in Week nine.

(08:13):
Kansas City seventh best, but coming off the bye week,
look for a heavy dose of Taylor, and when we're
talking about twenty touches a game, hard to look away
from him. Trevion Henderson going up against Cincinnati. We've watched
the big play and big threat capabilities and that shouldn't
stop here. We'll see the attempt to push up front

(08:36):
from what's left of that Bengals defensive line, but giving
up nearly thirty two fantasy points per game to running backs.
And then finally I did the coin flip and Saquon
Barkley got the nod. Just fourteen point four point three
points over his last four games. We did have that
big thirty one point explosion in Week eight, but otherwise

(08:59):
pedestrian as been most of the year. But Dallas giving
up about twenty two a game, top ten in terms
of points allowed. So if you're gonna get right divisional game,
as we're saying, this is, this is the showdown, This
is the shut everybody up for a moment. And what
Aj Brown puts his name out of your mouth? Well,
I guess Saquan ain't the same player. Then you don't
think he's gonna be a little pissed to have his

(09:20):
name thrown out so casually like that.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
Yeah, look for a big effort here.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
I find it interesting that AJ Brown just continues to
be Wait, I don't find it interesting at all.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
Because this is who Aj Brown is.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
He's always been this guy, and people want to give
him the benefit of the doubt, are just enabling the
wide receiver. I don't know if he was trying Mike
to your point of what he was saying. I think
he was trying to make a point by using Saquon,
but in a way then it made Saquon look worse.
And then to your point of just why are you
bringing me up into your drama and why are you

(09:55):
making a comment then about my statistics? And it's just
an absolute mess. That's why the Eagles won't go anywhere.
Dallas could win on Sunday.

Speaker 6 (10:03):
It seems like it seems like AJ Brown thought or
he feels like the media is targeting him, and I
think that's what it is, and that he thinks like, Okay, well,
why aren't you going at Saquon because he's having a
down year too, But at the end of the day,
it's like you bring all this attention to yourself, man,
so like they're going to be gravitated to where the story.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
I also think he was saying, why don't you go
at Saquon when we know that, like Saquon is this prime,
top tier athlete that isn't maybe matching the stats. And
I think that's what AJ Brown's trying to say about himself,
like I'm still the dude. It's just my numbers out
there because of Jalen Hurts. You know, that's that's what
I think he's saying.

Speaker 5 (10:41):
Yeah, I mean in the end, you just when you
go to video games and you add all these different layers,
you're reading a book on the satellite Siquon didn't do
any of that stuff. Yes, Right, in the end, it's
go to work. And yeah, he's down two yards of carry.
Right it was five and five point eight a year ago,
he's at three point eight. He's got one one hundred
yard game. That game again the Giants right where they

(11:01):
had that return bout after just a couple of weeks,
bad tastes in their mouth and he went off. But
you know, the aj Brown stuff, it's like at every opportunity,
it's the the let me drag everybody else in which
on some level it's like, okay, cool, solidarity, we're all
we're all in the muck and meyer together, But why
why do you got to single a guy out? Like

(11:22):
is really what it comes down to the whole Jalen
Hurts part of the equation that a couple of folks
keep picking back up on and and it's been echoed
by some of the guests on our show that are like, yeah, no,
we've We've been hearing this for years, and and even
Jay Glazer with us on on Thursday night kind of
came back to, you know, Brandon Graham and others having

(11:43):
to more or less have the uh the intervention of Hey,
you know you're you're supposed to be the leader here,
so you know what, do some leading.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
Yeah, otherwise it's going to lead him straight out to
an early playoff exit.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Exactly.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
Let's get to the top five wide receivers. Mike for
Week twelve.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
I'm on Saint Brown Well Detroit themed. I guess here,
just twelve point eight in his last four on average
high of just seventeen. But you're still looking at a
guy explosive at any point the Giant six most given
up to opposing wideouts at.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Nearly thirty one a game.

Speaker 5 (12:16):
Pukakua going up against Tampa and the opportunity here, averaging
just fifteen in his last three.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
He is human after all.

Speaker 5 (12:24):
Guys, but Tampa, we could see the offenses if you
get things moving the push pull, they're still banged up
and trying to get right. So an opportunity here for
the Rams offense. On the other side of that, Abuka
going up against that Rams secondary, looking at nineteen points
per game over his last five, it's sixteenth in terms of.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Points per game? Are the rams they made?

Speaker 5 (12:50):
The changes the secondary a little bit better, But in
a season where things are kind of spiraling, I would
expect a heavy workload for Abuka in this one an
going up against Tennessee ninety seven targets already on the year,
Tennessee doesn't do anything? Well, is that nice? I mean
to a can I be meaner to them? I mean,

(13:12):
what are you gonna do? They're playing out the string.
Eighth most points allowed at nearly thirty per and over
the last four games, still averaging nearly nineteen points per
And then finally to end the list, let's go with
t Higgins, No Jamar Chase. Let's get after it as
the number one. Here in an opportunity where it looks
like again Joe Burrow will be back, and even if

(13:32):
he's not, with Joe Flacco, the offense was humming along
just fine. New England fourteenth most points allowed to opposing
wide outs at nearly twenty seven per Now can you
find the end zone? That is the big question in
cracking that defense.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
So yeah, just to clarify for those that may not
be aware. This was put out by an NFL insider.
The Bengals will have a deadline of tomorrow to activate
from injured reserve, whereas someone like Aaron Rodgers who's questionable,
who's already on the active roster, you can take that
up to the inactives ninety minutes before the game. But

(14:10):
we should have clarity on Joe Burrow on Saturday. Whereas
if you're wondering on Aaron Rodgers' status because he is
questionable and they haven't made the final decision, that could
go all the way up this Sunday morning.

Speaker 5 (14:22):
The video of Joe Burrow out there looks great. I mean,
you know, if nothing else, a little bit of mobility.
So yeah, like we're trying to find some wins, right
because across all sports, it's just a litany of stars
that haven't been available. I mean, we can't even do
the full NBA roster of stars that are unavailable at

(14:42):
the moment. So getting Joe Burrow back, as much as
I love Flaco being elite is good for the game.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
That's your top five quarterbacks running back to wide receivers
for a week twelve. We're gonna get to the hot plays,
cold Sars and Ninjas. Plus Ian's got three streaming defenses.
I got a Survivor pick for you as well. It's
all coming up. I want your flex. Let's dive run
into it. Hot plays for a week twelve. The guys

(15:09):
that didn't make the top five, but you should get
into the lineup this week. By the way, didn't mention
the buys earlier, but it's Chargers, Broncos, Dolphins. Commanders. Won't
hear any of those players in these categories right now? Mike,
who's your hot plays for week twelve?

Speaker 5 (15:24):
I'll tell you what, after watching Thursday's game, you might
be better off taking the zero from the guy in
your lineup Shore just getting Let's get things started with
Jacoby Brissett going up against Jacksonville. They've given up the
fifth most Fantasy points to quarterbacks on average nearly twenty
one game over the last five weeks. Guys, he's in
the King Kong Bundy five count. He's fifth amongst quarterbacks

(15:46):
in terms of scoring. Lamar Jackson going up against the Jets.
I'm concerned about how healthy he is at this point.
That the running ability is his compromise to say the least,
But against the Jets. Secondary, it still makes a play
as Andrew's likely a little bit of a Flowers who
also finds his way onto the list here. Caleb Williams

(16:08):
going up against Pittsburgh three duds in his last five,
the other two games were absolutely spectacular, So we'll see
which of that coin flip we get here at a
big home date. Forty five and a half total Bears
narrow two and a half point favorite at last count,
but Pittsburgh eighth most fantasy points allowed per game to QBS.
How about a little bit of David Montgomery going back

(16:30):
to that Lion's Battle.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
He's ten or few or five straight.

Speaker 5 (16:34):
But the Giants are very generous to opposing run games,
so this becomes a flexworthy play if you're on the
injury list or one of those four teams on viyes
that you've been banking on. How about Alvin Kamara the
last time we saw him one hundred and fifteen total yards.
I know this is insane going up against Atlanta, but
this is a squad that is continuing to real five

(16:57):
straight losses and just misery. Captain Kirk shows up all
of that stuff, but they've given up the fourth most
fantasy points to opposing runners. So I'm looking at Alvin
Kamara to be active as a runner.

Speaker 1 (17:09):
And receiver here.

Speaker 5 (17:10):
Quinn Shawn Judkins going up against Vegas thirty nine touches
one hundred and thirty four yards his last two weeks.
Middling Vegas defense, but they got to get the run.
Games started to at least give Shador Sanders a chance
to avoid and evade Max Crosby. This might be just
wishing and hoping, but it's the Browns and the Raiders.
I got to give you a reason to watch the game.

(17:31):
B Jeanne Robinson on the other side against New Orleans
ended that three game scoring drought. New Orleans mid against
running backs and again with captain Kirk Drake London, all
of those things going on for the squad, a heavy
dose of bijon seems to be in the order. Stefan
Diggs going up against Cincinnati four double digit efforts his
last five. Hey, he got that first one hundred yard

(17:53):
game in week eleven, so that's good. Their nineteenth giving
up twenty five points per game to opposing receivers, oh
In three touchdow his last four becoming a very popular
target here for Drake May talked about Zay Flowers, then
finally a little bit more on that, Jameis and Williams
that the loss of Laporta were finding targets elsewhere, so

(18:15):
spread it around.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
This is one of those.

Speaker 5 (18:17):
Possible get right spots with a fifty and a half
total out there as the Lions battle Jamis Winston.

Speaker 4 (18:25):
I think that's gonna be a fun one.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
I'm maybe foreshadowing for what we've got a little bit
later on in the program. Those are your hot plays.
Let's get to the cold soars, Mike. We do have
a lot of high point totals this week, so it'll
be interesting who makes this category.

Speaker 4 (18:39):
What do you got for the cold source?

Speaker 5 (18:40):
Well, I'm going big game hunting with a couple of
the guys from that Dallas Philadelphia game. Dak Prescott at
little bit of hand ringing as we remember the opener,
remember Jalen Carter getting himself thrown out right off the jump,
the spitting first of these spitting incidences that we've seen.
And Dak over the last four stars, he's outside of

(19:01):
the qb ones, averaging about eighteen points per game, solid
but not spectacular. You're looking at Philadelphia tied for tenth best,
giving up just sixteen Fantasy points a game to opposing quarterbacks.
So this one a bit of a sticky wicket because
he's been fantastic in division. Right, we talk about his
record and all of those things, but does that translate

(19:22):
into big fantasy points. Perhaps a lot of Brandon Aubrey
in terms of this one. Javonte Williams also with Jalen
Carter probably not getting himself thrown out that you're gonna
have a little bit more difficulty in the run game.
Baker Mayfield going up against the Rams. Still waiting to
see if you can get all of these guys in full,

(19:44):
full effect. We have a Buka on the positive side,
but I think the ceiling is lowered for Baker here
fifth best, giving up just fifteen Fantasy points per game,
and over his last four averaging just fourteen points per game,
only one greater than eighteen, So difficult run. And then
Daniel Jones coming out of the bye weegainst case they
might be in their bag last five weeks averaging about

(20:08):
nineteen point seven, but his last two games out fewer
than eighteen Fantasy points. In Kansas City for all of
the handwringing we do about where they are record wise,
They're still tied for tenth best against quarterbacks. Defense, still
getting the job done, just need a little juice from offense.
Chase Brown going up against New England fifteen plus three
of his last four, four straight double digits.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
That's great.

Speaker 5 (20:30):
But New England best against opposing runners Ashton genty two
games over sixteen fantasy points all year long. Yeah, it's
the Browns defense.

Speaker 4 (20:40):
I just I had to trade him.

Speaker 3 (20:41):
I made that awful trade, but there was a reason
I just didn't believe. And yeah, going up against the Browns,
I just don't see anyway where there's a room. Even
if he gets into the end zone, it's probably like
thirty two yards in a touchdown.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
No, it's just it.

Speaker 5 (20:54):
You're you've become completely touchdown reliant. I mean, we haven't
seen the jail break. Like that's the big thing that
I think would surprise us, all right, that you didn't.
You haven't had any of those big explosive runs. And
I know their offensive line compromise, they're down a couple
of their best starters, but overall, there's just not been
any of that explosiveness that we've seen not that you

(21:15):
expect the one to one translation from dominating at Boise State.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
But here we are Justin Jefferson.

Speaker 5 (21:22):
I saw he was still top thirty in the consensus rankings,
so they asked me to do a little blurb about
who doesn't make sense? I go, why is he still
top thirty for what we're seeing? Season high? Have just
seventeen point six fantasy points. That happened all the way
back in week four.

Speaker 1 (21:39):
Week four.

Speaker 5 (21:40):
Six times he's gone for fewer than eleven points in
half PPR leagues on his ninety three targets.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
I'm well aware.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
Wow, No, I think I was part of.

Speaker 4 (21:49):
The genty deal.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
Yeah, so I can't peacock too much that I thought
genty was going to be a bust, because Justin Jefferson
has only been a bust so far.

Speaker 5 (22:00):
Found his way right there with him on the other
side of that game, Christian Watson, don't go chasing those touchdowns.
Fewer than sixty yards. Three straight consistent targets is about
all you can hope for. But we always joke about
that Packers' stat of Look at how they spread the
ball around, Like I'm not being desperate thinking I'm getting

(22:20):
red zone touches here and then Roman Dunza against Pittsburgh.
The potential is there for one of those great opportunists
plays right third most points allowed to wide receivers, but
he's forty one yards or few or four of his
last six explosiveness. Maybe there he might get chirpy, might
give you a block that doesn't help your fantasy squad.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
No, absolutely does not. Let's get to the Ninjas, Mike
the sneaky Place for week twelve. Some maybe names that
we're not familiar with, but we will be after this weekend.

Speaker 4 (22:49):
Who you got?

Speaker 5 (22:50):
I feel like I want to do a daily fantasy
for a buck, just so I could play Shad or
see how many times he gets tackled by Max Crosby.
What do you think the over under for his sack toys? Well,
I haven't looked at it yet.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
I get I get what you're saying. I think Gino
is sacked more by the Browns. It's going to be
for the for the Raiders. Considering out in shambles the
Raiders offensive line is I almost.

Speaker 5 (23:11):
Want to I got to figure out what the the
prop that is for the total number of sacks taken
by Cleveland and Vegas quarterbacks, because I don't I mean,
both of these guys are gonna be under dress the
whole game. Are they finishing. I don't even know, by
the way, who's behind Shador at this point.

Speaker 1 (23:27):
Who did they act to gotta be zappy right right?

Speaker 5 (23:29):
I think that's it. The last time I looked at
their depth chart, they had no third name on it.
So you've got that going for you. Mentioned Jamis briefly
before twelfth. Most generous are the Detroit Lions, and we
know he's gonna keep winging the ball around, so we
get a little bit of Wandale Robinson in there a
way as well. I mean, nine or more targets for
the last five hasn't translated in the big fantasy production.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
But all we can do is look for opportunity.

Speaker 5 (23:55):
And here's a defense that has been civl like at
times to Rod Taylor going up against Baltimore. I still
don't trust the Ravens, even though the defense has been
better the last couple of weeks. That maybe you get
a little bit from Breeze Hall and maybe some veteran
acumen against his former team. Maybe that's wishing and hoping,
but we're in week twelve, strange bedfellows. Emmanuel Wilson because

(24:18):
of what's going on with Josh Jacobs. There two double
digit games his last four thirteenth best are the vikings
against run games. But again looking for a workload split
at a minimum here as we look at the head
to that game, Aaron Jones on the other side of it,
revenge game. Okay now, but nineteen touches last time out

(24:39):
for eighty one yards will go there, gain well twenty
six points in week eleven. Then he hadn't had that
five games in a row combined. But Chicago will let
you move the ball, and I expect him to have
a decent workload. Here mentioned Burrow. That's the one that
we're keeping an eye on tracking towards game day. Michael
Wilson against Jackville twenty nine targets over the last three games. Again,

(25:04):
opportunity in Brissette has been money. Darnell Mooney going up
against New Orleans season I have just eight point three
points but fifteen targets the last two weeks. And with
Captain Kirk gonna be slinging around. So let's take one
one spin on that wheel before we dismantle it and
move it to the next down.

Speaker 3 (25:24):
I had Mooney and a couple of rosters, including Guillotine,
and I forgot to take out Woody marks like I
don't know, just like this, but so Mooney was definitely
under consideration for a play.

Speaker 4 (25:36):
And against the Saints.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
That's a late game, by the way, that's in the
late window though four you get.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
To watch that live.

Speaker 3 (25:42):
We have Saints, Falcons, Raiders, Browns in that same late window.

Speaker 4 (25:47):
Yeah, should be should be intriguing.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
Cowboys and Eagles also there as well, which will be
to most of the country. But yeah, that's what that's
what we've got and Jaguars, Cardinals. But I think that
could be fun to your point of Brissett, you know,
being one of your hot plays this week and now
you just had Michael Wilson and a ninja, I think
that could be fun.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
With Arizona and Jackson.

Speaker 5 (26:08):
Two of those games in the high thirties for the
over under estimations. How the hell are those late windows?

Speaker 4 (26:15):
Yeah? Right, what are we doing?

Speaker 3 (26:18):
There's like three counties in Georgia and a couple of
parishes in New Orleans. Otherwise everybody's just going to get
Eagles and Cowboys.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
All right there.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
There there are the Hot Plays, Cold Soars and Ninjas
four Week twelve, Ian's ready to go with his streaming defenses.
I got a survivor picking points of Palooza for you
next year on I Want Your Flex. All right, we
are back up to three. Mike Hit, Mike Karmen up
at Swollen Dome. You can find me at Dan Byron Fox.
Ian Roddy has got three streaming defenses. If you want

(26:48):
to find our executive producer on X, you can find
them at Ian Roddy Underscore. All right, Ian take it
away with the streaming defenses for week twelve.

Speaker 6 (26:55):
Yep, so you said it. We're back up to three.
This week, we'll start with the Las Vegas Raiders thirty
seven Rostered. Yeah, they're playing against the Browns and Shador Sanders.
As we've been talking about throughout the show, the Raiders
are not a good defense, make no mistake, but uh
playing against a rookie fifth round pick in his first
ever start, it's pretty good matchup. When Shuder stepped in

(27:17):
for an injured Gabriel last week, he was pretty bad,
going forward for sixteen with an interception in two sacks.
I think it's it is valid that he literally had
never gotten reps with the first team. Like, that's something
to keep in mind here, But you know, that certainly
played played a role in how bad he was last week.
But it's only been a week since then, so I'm
still expecting him to be pretty bad as a result

(27:37):
of that. And then next up the Atlanta Falcons thirty
six percent rostered. They're playing against the Saints, who were
still led by Tyler Shuck at quarterback. This was a
little quiet stat that I found. The Falcons have eighteen
sacks over their last three games. Shuck doesn't, Yeah, Shuck
doesn't take a lot of sacks.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
He hasn't.

Speaker 6 (27:58):
He has not taken more than two in a game
since he became the starter three games ago. But I
think that comes to an end here, Like that streak
isn't gonna last forever. It's just bound to end at
some point. And against a team that has eighteen over
their last three weeks, I think that's a good bet.
And wild Shuck has been the starter. The Saints have
scored a total of just thirty points, so it's you know,

(28:18):
low scoring, bad offense with the opportunity to take a
lot of sacks there. And then lastly, the New Orleans Saints.
The other side of that, Saint right three point two
percent rostered, so they should be available pretty much everywhere.
Playing against the Falcons, Like I said, who are starting
Kirk Cousins at quarterback while Penis is out. Cousins hasn't
really been a very good quarterback in a while now,

(28:40):
and he got bench last year after a five game
stretch where he threw nine interceptions to just one touchdown.
I had actually forgot that that was how bad that
stretch was. Yeah, last week when he stepped in for Penix,
he only completed six or fourteen passes as well, so
he's still not really found.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
I had wondered, like, were we like too hard on
him because he didn't because he wasn't a full season
removed from that Achilles injury and and new new settings.
But then I thought that he would come in and
fill in a little bit better than he did last week,
and it didn't happen.

Speaker 6 (29:15):
I did so, but alas so, I'm expecting bad offense
with the opportunity for turnovers for the Saints. So I
like all three of those plays this week, But my
favorite thought the Raiders was.

Speaker 5 (29:24):
Yeah, I mean, I think both of those that game
could just be Really I was feverishly trying.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
To find sack props.

Speaker 5 (29:32):
Yeah, because I would probably set it at what about
eight and a half.

Speaker 6 (29:36):
For the like Max Crosby, he likes to do talking too,
so I think he's gonna be yelling at Chador from
across the one stor image all game, and that really
makes your first career start a lot more scariala.

Speaker 1 (29:48):
I likely they make it up.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
Should Ian Steam should be back in black because you
have the Raiders and the Falcons and then the.

Speaker 6 (29:55):
Same I didn't even think about that.

Speaker 3 (29:56):
Yes, with your three stringing defenses, I'm gonna to go
back in blue. Mike d Jared Goff second on his
list of quarterbacks. He has Jamis as a ninja. It
is the second highest point total was at forty nine
and a half has been bumped up to fifty. But
I'm gonna take Giants Lions as the points of Palooza
this week. Number one overall points of Palooza is Bengals

(30:20):
and Patriots at fifty one and a half. But I
can't pick that because that's the highest over under. But
you've got a bunch of other ones at forty nine
and a half the Colts and Chiefs, So one of
those Buccaneers rams another Niners Panthers, which I think is
going to be a little bit more low scoring than
maybe on the surface.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
But that's at forty nine and a half. So I
don't feel like.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
I'm cheating too much by going Giants and Lions and
guys survivor pick.

Speaker 4 (30:43):
I mean, it's out there for you. I think that
there are people.

Speaker 3 (30:46):
Who are going to take the Lions over the Giants
that would just be a little apprehensive because I think
Jamis can keep them in contention. The two big numbers
are Ian's Jets against the Ravens, and I think there
are people who still have the Ravens left in their
and honestly, there are some that have the Seahawks left.
Seahawks are almost a two touchdown favorite on the road
against Tennessee. I think it helps at Seattle loss last

(31:08):
week and now you're going on a road trip to Nashville.
I'm picking the Seahawks in my league. But the other
facet of what we do a survivor is we try
to find where's the coin toss? Can you get an
advantage on a coin toss? And I know Vegas is
telling us Vegas minus four. But I just go back

(31:29):
to the Browns and their defense, and I think they're
the best unit on the field. I also think, as
we've seen at Allegiance Stadium, guys, the opposing fans will
be there. I think they're gonna be tons of Browns
fans there. Our producer Shay here at FSR is going
to be at the game on Sunday. So if you
really want to put your neck out, Shador gets the win,

(31:53):
pick the Browns and survivor despite them being an underdog.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
Right now, what a.

Speaker 5 (31:57):
Great story that would be for all of our talking
points going Sunday while you're on airon DAN and then
certainly drifting into the new week of because trying to
parse out what's real versus noise of what's going on
in the building, right, forget about the ten percent on
either side that are just lunatic fringe, either anti Chadeur

(32:19):
and everything he's ever said, done, whatever, or the others
that just make an excuse like a bad pass is
a bad pass, whether he got reps or not, he
made the decision to make a bad throw right or
and that's where we're at, or if he called the protection.
Theline doesn't have time to Torrondo, go shoot Earth. This

(32:39):
is a bad idea, And let me tell you why
if you call out the protection, that's the way it works.
But you know, for everybody else, like I think, we're all.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
Just really curious observers.

Speaker 5 (32:49):
We remember the guy that was making plays at Colorado,
and anytime there's anybody that gives us some hope that
there's another good quarterback perhaps out there that could be
pushed forward over.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
Time, we all win.

Speaker 5 (33:04):
I think it's an interesting sleep because you mentioned a
couple of those high point games, Dan, right your Seattle
Tennessee game sitting there right at at about forty. We
talk about Cleveland, Las Vegas, Atlanta. Das that the fact
that we have three or four other games that are
just eking into the forties or just below, including Minnesota
Green Bay.

Speaker 3 (33:23):
Yeah, there are a couple of stinkers on there, and
you know, division rivalry, But with JJ McCarthy playing like
he has, and honestly, with the Packers and Jordan Love
playing like he has, there's no reason to have any
expectations other than that.

Speaker 5 (33:36):
Let me ask you one last question, both of you guys,
that forty eight and a half. You mentioned Carolina San Francisco.
Does that make any sense?

Speaker 4 (33:44):
Yeah, not really to me.

Speaker 3 (33:46):
I understand brock Party coming back last week, but that's
against a you know, an Arizona team. I don't Yeah,
I don't see it, especially too with just Ricodoubtele. I
don't think you're gonna have a game like last week
against Atlanta. I just I don't think it gets that high.

Speaker 5 (34:02):
Yeah, I'll love be some tech McMillan and all guys,
but come on, I'm with both of you, guys.

Speaker 6 (34:06):
I don't really understand that one at all. But I'm
a little I'd be a little scared to bet the under,
just because I'm like, what do they know?

Speaker 4 (34:11):
Forty nine ers?

Speaker 2 (34:13):
Is that?

Speaker 3 (34:13):
Looking on the these are ESPN bet numbers, But forty
nine and a half is what they have you forty
eight and a half, Mike, forty nine ers minus seven,
So yeah, that's I don't know. I think that the
forty nine. It's also a must win game for both teams,
and so I think those tend to be lower scoring.
But that's just a theory that has not been proven.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
Oh, we'll see, We'll start racking up the data.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
There it is all your info you need for week twelve,
we'll be back on the other side. And just a reminder,
next week we just have two episodes. We'll do our
week twelve recap and then we'll do our week thirteen rankings.
Because of the three games on Thanksgiving Day, because of
the Black Friday game, we're just gonna put it all
into one. So next week, just two episodes. They'll come
in earlier in the week for you. So for Ian

(34:59):
roddym My Carmen, I'm dan by, our best of luck
in week twelve and we'll talk to you in the
aftermathe here and I want your flex
