I have to go back and watch the swimming because
I was all into the basketball. Just to help my
colleagues here out at Fox Sports Radio, I was listening
to a great job on the updates. I was listening
driving in and Know and Schwartz were wondering what was live.
I have the answer for that. What is live is
the stuff that is airing here at three am and
four am, that stuff is live and I'm up at

those hours. Now the prime time stuff, you hit me
to it because we're in here doing the show last
night and I'm like, hold on, they already played this game.

of gotta get up or you got at least set

and East coast prime times, they're what twelve hours ahead
of us I believe is it our ten hours because
there's seven or six from the.

East coast if there's six from the East coast, so
none from US.

So that's a nine hour difference. Is that's you know,
almost a half a day. So yes, there is live Olympics.
You gotta catch it. I was watching the Sudan and
Puerto Rico at about three a m. And that that
game was live. So yes, there is live Olympics. You
just if you're on the West coast, you gotta be
laid out like myself vampire style and catch on. If

East coast, it's cracking down early in the morning.

Also, just look at your TV and see, you know,

last time Durant had a calf, he tours Achilles like

There was no thought of taking them off the team
or sending him home or him not playing, I think
a bigger question as far as not playing goes as

today wasn't very entertaining game. They look good, Steph hit

been you know, waiting to see all the exhibition stuff
didn't matter to me. Now it's like, Okay, this all
actually actually counts, so you know, but Kevin Durant jumped

If I was Kevin Durant would have been mad after
going was it five for five? Three of them and
hadn't missed a shot from the floor in the whole

Then to come out and not play until like, why

Jason Tatum, and you're not playing him on the world's
largest stage in the Olympics for Team USA and he's
coming off of a championship that you know.

I think it would be more of what happened in

to see what happens there.

and talked about his eating and his and his diet.

he lost all this weight was because he fell in
love with pilates. Oh yeah, love plates. I've never done
pilates before.

Should plates and yoga.

Yogave familiar with yoga? Yeah, I've never done pilates yep.
But this is what Joe Shane told Kay Adams and said.
The first week and a half he was dying, he
could barely move, But now after sticking with it for
a couple of weeks, he's addicted. Vijay, he sound like
somebody that's Pilate's experience.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Yes, I like it. I love it a lot right
now is big on it.

Speaker 3 (19:11):
She goes every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday without failing. Whenever
I got the kids, she'll sneak out for Saturday morning
class too.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
Is it possible to lose that much weight from like
a Pilate's addiction.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
It's true, It is true.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
It is.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
It is because what it does is it trains the
body like yoga. For me, right, it was a stretching
tool because I'm a I'm a big guy and the
big legs right, so my legs always my yeah, big
vanilla baby, and my my thighs and quas are always
really tight and I don't care how much I stretch,
they just still stay tight. Yoga holding those poses, meditating,
closing your eyes, zoning in.

Speaker 1 (19:50):
It is a whole thing. Pilates on machines.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
It's all about resistance training and slow movement and holding
which helps build the muscle, and when you build them, Also,
when you stretch the muscle fibers and you build the
muscle fibers stronger, they release more dorferences into the body
that burns body fat. That's why they always tell you
do legs twice a week. What I tell you yesterday, Mary,
I did lake? How many times I was hungry and
walking out of here. I had to get out of here.
I was lightheaded because I did lakes three days last week.

(20:15):
So that means your metabolism shoots high because you're burning
a lot and you got to replace that back into
your body. You eat the right things with that, you'll
drop weight. So I guarantee you his diets changed. I
guarantee you he cuts sugar, fried food, and carbs if
he if anybody ever asked him, I guarantee you through
those three things, he will mention that he cut definitely

(20:38):
sugars to a cut sugar. Two showed up the camp
and cut sugar.

Speaker 4 (20:42):
It just goes so fast, it goes fast, insane, it
goes fast.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
I lost like eight pounds in one week and cut sugar.

Speaker 3 (20:48):
