rest of the season, two more regular season games and
then the college football playoffs. Man, it's a ball me crisp,
forty degree day out here in South Bend, and I mean,

(03:10):
you know, we're gonna bring the bring the lists of
what they want to hear, and I'm gonna walk across
the street and watch my little baby get get busy.
So man, it's a beautiful day.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Man.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Love to hear that, Man, love to hear that. I'm
in State College. It's a nice day here in Pennsylvania.
It's crisp, feel good.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Man.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Were about to go go check out, see see what
we could do. We got We got the corn Huskers
here today. So home, let's I mean, let's talk about it.
And for for what is worth at the tailgates today,
I hope you know, for you TJ, I hope for
you plexing all of you out there, that you enjoyed
some original Louisian and hot sauce because it's the perfect
blend of peppers, vinegar, salt. You can use it on

(03:48):
that tailgate, food, wings, nachos, burgers, all of it. Just
hit it with that hand crafted flavor. That's the original
Louisian hot sauce. Louisiana Hot.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Make sure you.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Buy you some speak hot. Shardor Sanders has the opportunity
to be hot. He's gonna get his first opportunity to start,
first career start against the Raiders. The Raiders of Las
Vegas fellas. I mean, you had to assume that at

(04:20):
some point there would come a juncture in the season
where the possibility of Shador Sanders playing would happen. Now
he got tossed into the game last weekend. I don't
you know, you guys, if y'all want to touch all,
you can touch on however you want to touch.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
A lot of people said that.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
People was glazing Shador and glazing coach Prime because you know,
the friendship, the relationships. So a lot of people had
excuses is what it's being framed as as to why
Shador didn't get in there and just ball out. But
he gets an opportunity this week, full week of prep
operation going into the game. You're playing against an opponent

(05:04):
that isn't a good team, so that that kind of
you know, should be taken into consideration some way, somehow.
I don't know. Maybe he's supposed to have a good game.
If he doesn't have a good game, is that a
bigger game? If he does have the good game that
everybody said he's supposed to have, does that Okay? That
doesn't clear anything up. There's a lot of conversations surrounding this. Nonetheless,

(05:26):
this is Shador Sayinger's first career start for the Cleveland Browns.
What say you, guys? What's your thought process on this?
How are you guys approaching looking at Schador's first start?

Speaker 4 (05:37):
You have to put everything in a perspective. One, you
getting no reps until this week with the starters. Two,
you're a rookie. I don't care who you are. You're
a rookie. You tell me when's the last time a
Cleveland Browns quarterback has played well in his first start.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
I'll let you know. They're off seventeen. Wow.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
So you think Shadar is gonna come in there now
and just go crazy, I'll say this, he needs to
play well if he wants to be given more opportunities
and people can say, oh, they they've been wanting him
to play, and everybody's been saying it's because of Let's

(06:25):
just go back to last week when he went into
the game. I don't know what y'all were doing. I
don't know which game I was watching, and I saw
on the ticket.

Speaker 3 (06:34):
I got that, I got that four I got that
four block deal.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
I'll be doing that. See I can't. I can't do that.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
I have the Sunday ticket, bro, and I just be
going from game to game to game to game, the
game like I have a thing on YouTube. But when
I saw that Shader was in the game, I said, oh,
I'm about to go to this Browns Ravens game.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
I wanted to see him. And so.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
It's some it's something about him that people gravitate to.
We want to see him play, and we want to
see him. We want to see him do well. He
didn't do well last week. And if you give him
an excuse you getting no raps, you're kind of just
thrown in there. But when you played the Raiders from
the middle of the pack defense, I believe the seventeenth

(07:14):
against the past, fourteenth against the run, you got to
worry about Max Crosby. But I said this earlier in
the week. Our coaches used to always say, when when
a guy's making his first start and you want him
to play well, our players, our skilled players, we got
to make uncommon plays. Plex you know they gonna throw
a ball up the Plexico burst. I ed Plexico bursts

(07:35):
to make an uncommon play to help this guy out.
So Jerry Judy and Djoku, Isaiah Bond, Harold Fanning, one
of y'all making an uncommon play. Help the young man
out because it's not gonna be easy. Pete Curles a
hell of a defensive coach. You don't think he's smiling.
I got a Rickie making his first start in the
league against me. I'm about to destroy this young man.

(07:59):
That's what he sneaking. And so I'm rooting for him.
Everybody is rooting for him. But it's not gonna be
easy because at the end of the day, you still
a rookie to still this is a National Football League
and you going against a really good defensive coach. But
with that being said, we rooting for him. We want
to see him do well. I wanted to see Dylan
Gabriel do well. I know Dylan Gabriel, but and I

(08:22):
don't know Shadell Sanders, but I'm rooting for Shadira Sanders
to do well because it feels as if I just
never I've been in I've been around football my whole life.
You may not get a ton of reps, but you're
gonna get some reps with the ones. When you're the backup,
You're gonna get a few here and there. To get
no reps is crazy. I don't know if football has
changed since I've been out of it, and so, but

(08:43):
that could be why the Cleveland Browns are the Cleveland Browns.

Speaker 1 (08:47):
Man.

Speaker 5 (08:48):
I'm just sitting here, you know, looking at the whole thing.
You got to ask yourself if Dylan Gabriel wouldn't be
injured in the fact that the Cleveland Browns are two
of eight, but Kevin Stefanski named him the starter.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
I don't believe that's the fact.

Speaker 5 (09:02):
But Dylan Gables injured, and I think that, you know,
just like Luvall said in the beginning, to show that
everybody believed at one point in the season that Dylan
Gabriel would be the starting quarterback for his team. Now
it's ten weeks in the Cleveland Browns are two and eight,
and you're looking at their stats offensively, man the last
in the league ranked thirty first, what twenty one hundred

(09:25):
yards a total offense and ten NFL contests and Dylan
Gabriel is what he's only he has the lowest yards
per past at five yards, and that's the worst in
the league. So they can't get any worse than they
already are. But for Shor Sanders Man, it's an opportunity

(09:47):
for him. You know, coming out of the draft last year,
everybody had him in the top five, top ten pick,
and everybody know what happened with that whole story. Man,
I think it's an opportunity for him to go out
and just I don't think he really has to play well.
He just has to go out and be able to
manage this offense against that against that past rush and
the Raiders and Max Crosby take care of the football,

(10:09):
take take care of football, manage it, make good decisions.
I believe he's an accurate enough thrower to go out
and have a good day. But I think he understands
this moment and where he's at, you know.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
Right now as a quarterback.

Speaker 5 (10:24):
And I really do believe that he's going to go
out and see this opportunity because he knows what's coming.
If he does not go out and play well, if
they go on the road and be able to get
a win and his rookie start, I believe that they're
going to say a lot about him moving forward. I
really honestly thought that on opening Day he should have

(10:47):
been the starter, and then we know what happened with that,
with Flacco now not even being a part of this
football team and Dylan Gabriel being the worst quarterback in football.
I mean, it can't get any worse offense for Cleveland.
I believe he's going to go out and see his opportunity.
He's gonna play well enough against you know, a middle,
middle of the pack defense and walk out of Las

(11:10):
Vegas withuld a win.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
M hmm, all right, So here's here's my here's my thing.
Right Like, he can play ball, Like let's let's start like,
let's start right there, Shador Sanders can play football, and
and that's where we should start with this. What his

(11:32):
outcome is, it doesn't to me. I know it matters.
I know it matters, but at the end of the day,
it is his first start. It is the National Football League? Like,
am I wrong?

Speaker 1 (11:47):
For it matters more than you think, LeVar.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
I know it matters because of who he is and
what it's connected to. I understand that. I get it
wholeheartedly comprehended. What I'm saying is is that when you
think about it, right, they say, what is it that
y'all be good? On these stats? You're more it was
You're more likely to get struck by lightning or win

(12:12):
the lottery would a ticket than to make it to
the National Football League?

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Right, Yes, And there's some.

Speaker 3 (12:19):
Crazy stat like it's like the percentages are crazy on
the amount, and when you take the population of people
who play the game and who make it into the
National Football League, When we create this standard where we
move the goalposts of understanding how great you have to

(12:40):
be to be even on an NFL roster, let alone
a starter, let alone a successful player, it boggles my
mind to think that those same rules don't apply to

(13:00):
certain people. And Shador Sanders because of his name, because
of the pizzazz, whatever you deflare, the flash that he
brings to the table, whatever it is you want to
call it, whatever you look at with Shador Sanders. You
don't look at it from the standpoint of progression. We

(13:23):
don't look at Shador Sanders and say he's a rookie.
Let's see how he plays as a rookie. These are
the mistakes that rookies make. These are the complications that
they deal with. These are the things that he has
to overcome. Oh, which, by the way, is on as
you made very clearly and illustrated with the stats and
all that stuff. This isn't a very good team. Chances

(13:45):
are if you have a rookie playing at the quarterback
position as a rookie, it's not a good team. It's
not a good team. Or something happened there was an
especial player, especial fifth round ricky quarterback. You may have
a first round rookie quarterback. He's the second rookie to

(14:05):
be starting for them. And oh, by the way, due
to an injury. Like due to an injury, it's a
bad team. So to me when I when I think
about this opportunity, for sure, Shador doesn't need to put
any more pressure on himself other than to get out
there and get some some wins, get some small wins,
don't look for the big win. Don't be trying to

(14:26):
convince everybody that you're you're this All Pro or this
Pro Bowl or this future Hall of Famer. You don't
need to take that pressure or that weight into this game.
I think that he should really approach this as I'm
a rookie and I'm gonna take these short passes. I
don't care if they say I didn't throw any deep balls.

(14:46):
I don't care if you take a deep ball chance,
take a deep ball chance. Maybe he doesn't, but I'm
telling you you're that way. I don't know that he will.
But if I were to give him advice, I would
tell Shador Sanders that it's okay to take what's given
to you in this game. Don't hold the ball too long,

(15:09):
don't be trying to scramble and run around and all
this old other stuff. Don't take the hit. Live to
fight another down, bro. And if that if that is
a six nothing game, if it's a three to nothing game,
if it's a nine to six game by the fourth quarter,
so what so what Like, you don't have to be
the reason why the team wins or loses tomorrow when

(15:33):
you play. And that's that that's kind of to me,
that's how I'm looking at it. I'm not judging shardor
Sanders ays, oh, how good it should shir Door say
he's in the.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
League as a rookie. As a rookie, yeah, but but
we all know you.

Speaker 4 (15:47):
Yeah, he's gonna have to go eighteen for twenty four,
one hundred and ninety to two hundred and twenty yards
a touchdown or two. And if you do have an
interception and that interception can back it can't be a
backbreaking play. You just can't be the reason they lose
the game. But that'll make him the reason if they

(16:10):
lose the game. Of course he will be the reason
why that if he doesn't, if he doesn't turn the
ball over and they lose, it won't be because of him.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
I just have a hard time. And do you believe
that the media will allow for that. I don't think
the media's possible.

Speaker 3 (16:25):
There will be an angle that they find to.

Speaker 4 (16:27):
Put it on, as they say, as they say, we
the new media, so we were gonna keep it. We're
gonna we're gonna be honest with this. I have no
dog in the race. I'm cool with Prime, but I
don't know Sugar. If Sadar play like trash. I'm gonna
get up on here and say he played like trash.
I ain't sugar I'm not sugar coating anything. And so
be aware of Max Crosby. If you're aware of Max Crosby,

(16:49):
you got a chance because outside of Max Crosby on
that defensive front, yeah, they really do think with that
Cleveland Browns defense, all Shade Sanders has to do is
play a good game, don't turn the ball over. What
you said, get the ball out on time, get the
ball out of the playmakers. I need a Plaxico Burris

(17:10):
to make an uncommon play.

Speaker 5 (17:12):
Last word, based on everything as you just said, levard TJ.
The stats eighteen to twenty four, two hundred yards or
whatever the case may be, there are some wins within
the game that he's going to play today, even if
they don't come on top, even if they lose. So

(17:34):
if he goes out and plays well just like you,
just like you guys just mentioned, and they just happen
not to win the football game, you know everything's going
to be distorted for this for this young man, you know,
media wise and overgeneralized as what his performance is going
to be.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
But I just think if he just goes out and
plays well and doesn't try to play superhero ball. But
you know that when you're in this game, it's a
natural reaction for you to just go out and react
and make a play. So for him, I just I
just hope that you know, Mats Crosey doesn't go out
there and have a feast and he's able to go out,

(18:15):
you know, complete some passes, maybe throw a couple of
touchdowns and just have a good performance. Well, we shall see.
And one other guy that will be in action today
coaching Lane Kiffin, son of Yeah Moni Kiffin, the fame,
late great defensive guru coordinator. He's in the same situation

(18:39):
as Sha Door. He's gonna accept he's except he has
he has performed at a high level and has put
himself in a position to have decisions. But nonetheless, he's
got to go out there and he's got to perform,
and we're going to talk about it. It's the Egg
Bowl coming up. He's got decisions to make and well,
what are those decisions. We'll see what that is. On

(19:00):
the other side of the break, you're listening to up
on game, this's TJ Huschmanzaie is Plexico Burst I'm Leavar Arrington.

throw some original Louisiana Hot sauce on We love Louisiana Hot.
Y'all had noticed. It's a perfect balance of peppers, vinegar
and salt. You can put it on your tailgate food.
Hit it with that bold, handcrafted flavor and you'll get

(21:09):
that original Louisiana hot sauce taste. All right, that's Louisiana
Hot sauce. Make sure you buy you something. We'll be
talking about. Well, Brandon Nyuk seems to be heading for
a divorce. We'll touch on that. But first, fellas, let's
talk about Lane Kiffin. Look, he's in the egg Bowl
against Mississippi State. He's been reportedly given a do date

(21:33):
on on making a decision on if he's returning or
not to Ole Miss. He's one of the hottest coaches,
maybe the hottest coach on the coaches recruiting trail by
schools looking to fill their.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
Vacancies at head coach.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
What you guys think, man, I mean, it's it's one
of those things I think. I think Lane Kiffin has
really done a fine job of in the Miss stuff,
some of the turbulence he's dealt with in years past.
If you look at some of the things that are
documented in his coaching career, he's had some very very
high highs, but he's had some very low lows and

(22:13):
now it seems as though he's back on on the high.
Does he stay in Mississippi at Old Miss, or does
he move on to other pastors to try his hand
somewhere else.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
Well, y'all thinking I'll say this, LeVar his lows. Obviously
he was younger, first time head coach. You know he's
a sc You get fired as you go to the
Raiders with al Davis, you get fired. He's been on
highs when he's at Alabama with Nick Saban. Nick Saban
fires and because he's going to take that by you job,

(22:47):
and he felt like he was too focused on that
job and not Alabama. Since he's been at Old Miss,
it's been nothing but highs. Nothing but highs at Old Miss.
No lows. But if I'm laying Kiffin, I'm going to LSU,
and I'm not thinking twice about it.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
The recruiting area you got all that, all that.

Speaker 4 (23:10):
Talent, and Louisiana, Texas, you got Atlanta right there, a Florida,
I'm going to lose. I'm going to LSU, and I
believe if he does that, he's competing for a national
championship within two to three years. Maybe immediately. They they
they LSU. And I'm slightly biased when I say that. Also,

(23:33):
my daughters went there, my nephew was going there. But
if Lane Kiffen is the coach. They're not losing no recruits.
They're not losing no recruis. So that that top recruiting class,
those d tackles and those corners coming in, they all
stand committed. The guys that's there that were five star recruits,
they all standing there. I know this is a fact,

(23:54):
and so if I'm Lane, I just feel like Florida
is so far away, like they not compet like they
far away. They Florida winning three and four games. Man,
they winning three and four games and then at an

(24:14):
old Miss, Why does it take for Florida and LSU
to come at me for y'all to feel like, now,
oh we'll give you this nil package. Oh we gonna
pay you X amount of dollars. You can appreciate me
before somebody else appreciated me. Well, why does it take
all this? So if I'm not staying at all Miss,
it's Florida, LSU, LSU would be it for me. I'm

(24:36):
leaving all Miss. Why does it take somebody to show
me attention? For y'all to show me attention? Man, I
totally disagree with what you then, I really do. Oh wow,
I don't believe that Blaine Kiffin has to go anywhere
to get recruits. I'm looking at this whole LSU thing.

Speaker 5 (24:52):
They're offering them out, I believe, ninety million dollar deal,
and they want to give him an additional million, you know,
for the for the roster. So he's basically gonna build
a roster just like he's built the roster in the
Old Miss. He got twenty five players out of the
transfer a portal, and I really honestly believe that he

(25:16):
can compete for national championship at Old Miss. If your
officer player, if you're a quarterback, you look at Trinidad
Chaplains who went to school at in Grand Rapids in
Michigan made it all the way to LSU.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
He's not going to have.

Speaker 5 (25:30):
Any problem recruiting players uh to go to Old Miss
because they're they're looking at the product of what he's
putting out on a football field.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Now.

Speaker 5 (25:40):
It's not like it used to be when we were
growing up. You know, these kids are now saying, you know,
you know, I wanted to go to uh, you know,
Florida State, or you know, I wanted to go to
to Syracuse or whatever the case may be. These kids
are going where the money's at now. He doesn't have
to go to LSU to get recruits to contend.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
Five million. They're not doing that.

Speaker 5 (26:11):
They're gonna have to if they want to have a
football program and as doing as well as it is
right now, they're going to have to open up the
bank and let him in, give him some more money
if they want to continue to have a successful college
football program. And even Eliza, yo, man, let's just get

(26:33):
to uh, let's get it over with. But I believe
that he's going to leave. But he doesn't have to
go to LSU if he wants to win a national championship,
because I believe he has a team in Old Miss
right now to be a contender. Don't You don't have
and chase their money all the time just to go

(26:54):
compete for a national championship.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
I believe that he's doing that right now.

Speaker 3 (26:58):
I think you, guys, but both make some very compelling points.
I look at Lane and in the situation that he's
in right now, I agree with both of you.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
I agree with you.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
Plus, he is in position he has, he has stockpile
talent at Ole Miss.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Man, get out of here.

Speaker 5 (27:20):
He has Hey, he has number three rank office in
college football team. He almost game because you don't.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
Think, you don't think he has put talent in and
he has.

Speaker 1 (27:31):
He has talent there, He has talent there.

Speaker 4 (27:34):
He has a zero, zero, zero percent chance to win
the national championship at all miss zero percent, not even
why why?

Speaker 1 (27:41):
Why? Why is that zero?

Speaker 4 (27:44):
They not beaten, They wouldn't beat Ohio State, they wouldn't
beat Georgia, they wouldn't beat Oregon.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
So so what.

Speaker 5 (27:54):
You're saying is that, hell, he can get different and
higher gallible recruits and players if he goes to L
s U.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
Versus.

Speaker 4 (28:04):
Okay, this is this is a perfect question for both
of y'all because you guys, you guys just went through this.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Let's be honest.

Speaker 4 (28:13):
If your sons who are freshmen in college and everything
was equal, let's be honest, were offered L s U
or Old Man, those are the only two schools where
they going to.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
Keep it the buck.

Speaker 3 (28:25):
If I'm being honest, I don't know your son going
to L s U decision for him.

Speaker 4 (28:31):
Come on, I'm not with the best He's going with
the best fit for him. Where's the Flexico Birds? Where
is Elijah Burrs who going to school at well?

Speaker 1 (28:41):
Right there, he be honest, he goes over to Dame.

Speaker 5 (28:45):
But you know what I'm saying, who is the officive coordinator.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
Day?

Speaker 4 (28:52):
And what school did he come from? Listen, you know
you know why my nephew is going to l s U.
It's very simple. Since he was on it, no no, no, no, no, no,
raising him to go from No. One, since he was
a kid, since he was a kid, since he was
a kid. This was our This what we always talked about.

(29:13):
The position you play? Who putting them in the NFL?
Are those guys going to the league on a consistent basis.
If you're a receiver and you a dB, uh, you're
going to l s U or you're going to Higo State.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Those two positions, they are consist They're consistent.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Consistently come out of Penn State and go you got.

Speaker 4 (29:38):
Backup DB's at LSU getting drafted and starting in the league.
Backup receivers from LSU right now in Ohio State. Them
dudes are not only going to the NFL and playing well,
they're dominating.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
And so that's why I say that.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
And Plexico Burds is sending his son to LSU over
Old miss because he's a receiver that is a fact.

Speaker 5 (29:58):
Well, we got the coordinator. We ain't got to go
down there the office of coordinator. And he was he
was a coordinator for broad Thomas Julia and he was, Yes,
we got to go to Baton. Rougege came up.

Speaker 4 (30:13):
I like Lane Kiffin, man like, this is a great
position for him and his family to be in. And
I know, Man, if you want to commit, if you
want to compete for national championships, it's l SU or Florida.
It's not all miss Man. And there's nothing against all
miss Man. He's done, He's done all he can do
in Oxford. If you want to reach the pinnacle, you

(30:35):
gotta leave. I gotta leave.

Speaker 3 (30:37):
I'll say why while I will say conventional wisdom can't
go down the lane of what you're saying, TJ.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
I just believe with what Plexus.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
Saying, this new nil era, the tide can change and
it can turn very quickly on a team. I mean,
you look at s m U or you know some
of these these other small schools, like maybe even like
a Cincinnati or whatever it may be. You'll see that
these schools are making strong Texas Tech. You'll see these

(31:09):
schools are making very very strong strides. I mean, you say,
can't win the national title. We just had the horn
Frogs in the god dang uh in the national title.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
Game not too long ago, and what happened?

Speaker 3 (31:22):
They lost?

Speaker 4 (31:22):
But but yeah, no, no, no, no, they didn't lose. They
got destroyed, TJ. They got destroyed.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
It was the National Championship game and it made it there,
and it was a mitch match, was an amateur. There
were a whole lot of other teams, including LSU, sitting
at home watching them get their asses kicked. But the
bottom line is at least they were there. If you
would have said that the Texas Christian University would be

(31:53):
playing Michigan in the National Championship game, we would all
be sitting there saying you're.

Speaker 5 (31:59):
Crazy, and nobody and nobody would believe that Texas Inn
and m will be ten and oh and number one
in the SEC.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
And they've been spending money and you're saying that old
miss don't win, but the ten and one, so definitely.

Speaker 4 (32:18):
They're winning, and they're winning. They're winning. They won't win
a national championship. And now, when you're a coach of
Lane Kiff and Stafford, you're not planning to win you're
planning to win at all, y'all ten and one, I
don't care if I'm ten in one. I want to
win it all. I want to reach the pinnacle. I
want to go down in history. I want you to
talk about me the way you talk about.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Get to the point. Win it all.

Speaker 3 (32:42):
Skip winning games.

Speaker 1 (32:43):
You are not winning.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
You are not winning it at y'all know this, y'all
know this.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
Oregon State is trash. We ain't talking about Ergon State.
They trash.

Speaker 4 (32:53):
I'm a realist, but you not winning a national championship
at Old Miss and y'all know this.

Speaker 5 (33:00):
I can't believe y'all. Not this, y'all crazy man any moment.
Just like you said with the nil thing, man, you
just let's.

Speaker 4 (33:06):
Go ahead and get this update because I came wrongest
two left feet.

Speaker 3 (33:11):
I think it would be the dopest thing ever if
he decided to stay at Old Miss.

Speaker 1 (33:14):
Me too.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
It me just add it. It starts with a D.
It would be the dumbest thing ever, not the dope
tang tang.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
All right, well, I'll tell you what's dope and not dumb,
my man, Isaac Lohanron, let's get it trending right now.
What you got out.

Speaker 8 (33:28):
Least at least that's one thing the three of you
can agree on.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Hello.

Speaker 8 (33:33):
Plenty of news all across sports, starting in the NFL,
multiple outlets reporting today the Bengals will not activate Joe
Burrow today. That means that Joe Flacca will start a
quarterback tomorrow against the Patriots. The Indianapolis Colts today activated
cornerback Charvarius Ward from injured reserve and advance of their
game Sunday at Kansas City, Los Angeles, Rams linebacker Nate
Lambman has agreed to a three year, twenty two million

(33:56):
dollar extension and man Landman fifteen million dollars guaranteed. Landman
leaves the Rams with ninety one tackles and four forced
fumbles this season.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Show insane, lamb Man, it's a good show.

Speaker 8 (34:07):
It's a good show, and a good lineback.

Speaker 3 (34:09):
Billy Bob Thornton Man, come on, who season's out.

Speaker 8 (34:13):
He's looking good for someone who's been around the block,
if I can put it that way, speaking of a
being going around the block twelve times.

Speaker 1 (34:20):
Almost like him, I love that. Kind of looked like
you could be related. I'm sorry, thank you.

Speaker 8 (34:25):
I'll have to go on one of those ancestry.

Speaker 1 (34:27):
I don't think that was a compliment I love. Oh yeah,
I wish I could be Billy Bob Thornton. Man, I'll
tell you I like Billy, but I'm.

Speaker 8 (34:34):
Not so sure. Maybe Billy Bob Thornton wishes he could
be you.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
I mean he might be.

Speaker 8 (34:38):
Let's be honest. In the NBA, twelve time All Star
point guard Chris Paul will reportedly retire after this season.
In college football, Number one Ohio State with a seven
nothing lead over Rutgers three point fifteen left play in
the first quarter on a fifteen yard touchdown run by
Bo Jackson. Number twenty two Missouria three to nothing lead
at eighth ranked Oklahoma after one. Number thirteen Miami up

(35:01):
seven to three at Virginia Tech after one, and in
a non conference game, Number three Texas A and M
up twenty one to nothing over Samford, which is one
in ten after one. There's also action off the field,
the Texas A and M campus police at the stadium,
tweeting a short time ago quote located intoxicated subject who

(35:23):
had trouble identifying himself, friend had to help him find
his ID, released to sober friend unquote, a footnote It
is presently eleven forty two in the morning in College station,
and this individual already is pretty much done for the day.
Banks to you guys.

Speaker 3 (35:44):
Thanks Isaac Loewinkron. That's an interesting conclusion to our trending. Hey,
hope it all works out for it, guy, huh, And
I hope it works out for everybody that's watching football
this weekend. You know, it's a great football weekend, some
big games. We're going to take a quick break. On
the other side of the break, we're going to talk
I mentioned Brandon I We're gonna touch on that. But

(36:05):
how you know this forty nine Ers team. We'll have
a conversation on where this team could be heading. This
is up on Games.

Speaker 2 (36:13):
T J.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Huschman's Eyes, Plexico Burst.

Speaker 3 (36:14):
I'm Leavar Arrington's Fox Sports Radio. We'll be right back,
all right, Welcome back into the show. This is up

(36:58):
or two, we do have Cuffs the legend coming on
the show. But before we get to the end of
this segment, bo we we got Brandon aiyuk as as
a topic of focus for this forty nine ers team
that is well struggling to stay in the race. For

(37:20):
that that NFC West give us some details. He was
missing some meetings and stuff like that, some other team activities.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
What's the situation here with iyuk in San Francisco.

Speaker 9 (37:33):
Bo, Yeah, he was late to a team meeting, which
I guess was the final straw for the forty nine
ers because they then revoked his guarantees for twenty twenty six,
which all but means he's going to be cut in
the offseason and they will be moving on from him,
just I think a year after he signed that four
year extension.

Speaker 5 (37:48):
Crazy Yeah, which you're looking for the opportunity, man, that's
crazy man. The man is late for so apparently I
just thought it just voided his gearing money. But he
wasn't a part of the team activities, and it was
late to a meeting. That meeting was worth twenty six
million dollars. I mean, that's that's really mind boggling. The

(38:13):
dude to sit there in fathom that you wouldn't just
you know, show up to the facility to go. Man,
I would have been the first person in the first
row if I knew that I had a guaranteed you know,
twenty six million dollars you know, in my contract.

Speaker 1 (38:28):
But I don't really tease.

Speaker 5 (38:30):
Can they void guaranteed money that's in the contractor.

Speaker 1 (38:36):
That's that's all right?

Speaker 4 (38:37):
So listen, man number one, Yes they can, because if
you don't live up to the obligations of the contract,
then they can avoid the guarantees.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
But this is the kicker, y'all. He not gonna fight it.
He don't care. He not fighting. He don't care.

Speaker 4 (38:51):
No, no, no, no. And this is the thing though,
that's not the it ain't. He hasn't been late to
a meeting. He's been late to meetings plural, not showing
up to certain things. This been this is not just
thiss been going on a while this is not It
hasn't just happened. This's been going on a while. And

(39:13):
I notice as fact it's not a meeting, it's meetings.
It's uh not showing up to just the activities that
the team requires.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
So this was kind of like the Niners was like, man,
this is like a trend. This is a trend button
right by the way.

Speaker 4 (39:30):
He's not He's not fighting it. He doesn't care if
they do releasing. He's gonna want to go play with
the commanders. Him and Jade and Daniels are Titus Steves state,
they are super They were just really really really good friends, man.
And so if he does get released, that's what I
can see him wanting to go play with the Commanders

(39:50):
and Jade Daniels. But yeah, man, twenty six million when
I you're not fighting it, nah, I ain't fighting I was.

Speaker 3 (39:56):
Like, you can't not care about twenty six million is
coming your way. This is a thing when they get
our age regret not every hair about twenty six million. Hey,
if you care, you would have been at every meeting.
I tell you what, give me that twenty six million.
I'll go sit in those meetings for you. I'll make
sure I'm on time for all.

Speaker 1 (40:17):
Your Philly men on everything that you need to know.

Speaker 3 (40:21):
I'll be the best tutor, download the information that you
need for twenty six million of going to some meetings.

Speaker 1 (40:28):
Die.

Speaker 3 (40:28):
I mean, I just that seems a tied bit perplexing,
almost as though somebody needs to take him to a
doctor and get his head checked out, because that don't
add out. That is definitely not great math. But I'll
tell you what is great math. One, two, three, TJ
Plex and me. We got our two coming at you. Yeah,
some point.
