in and out. It's not just any haircut, it's Supercuts.
The jury reached a verdict. The presiding juror isn't here.
She went to get a haircut, not just any haircuts, Supercuts.
She's back. There was no eight on the app, and
there's a Supercuts right around the corner. And yes, the
jury has reached a herd. It it's not just any haircut,
it's supercut less. You want NFL experience, then this is
(01:13):
the show for you. This is is up on Game
with Lavarrei, Ten, t J Houshmanzanna, and Plaxico Burress. Did
you hear that? LaVar Arrington, t J Hodgmanzana, Plexico burs
It's a show with three of the best to ever
do it on and off the field. And now here's
(01:34):
Pro Bowlers LaVar Ary Tent, t J Houshman, Sanna and
Super Bowl champion Plaxico Burress. Alright, alright, welcome into the show.
Happy Saturday to everybody. It's a great January. A happy
birthday to my oldest daughter, Marley Ezra Harrington. Happy birthday girlfriend. Uh,
(01:57):
it's a football Saturday. It's a football on Saturday, y'all.
How y'all feeling y'all? Y'all ready for some football? Y'all
y'all good for some football? Man, any time football on TV.
I'm ready, I say ready for some football, but physically
right now to able Ford for not able. You're not able,
but you're gonna you're gonna be able to ready. Yeah, Okay,
(02:20):
that's t J. Hutchmons out of Plexico. First, I'm LaVar Arrington.
We formed the Dynamic Trio that is the game known
as up on Game. We got a lot to get
to you today, Fellas Jimmy j He'll be coming on
in the next segment. He's got some on your head
action for you. That should be fun. We got uh,
(02:40):
you know, we got quarterback topics as usual. We also
have playoff spots on the line, and we'll get to
those things. But first we gotta jump into this one.
And I am superper super super super interested to hear
your your perspective on it, Plexico, because you know, one
(03:00):
thing that we do know is you you know A
B very well. Uh teammates you. You at one point
was a mentor to him. So I'm interested for us
to get to that. But let's get to some some
update in terms of what what took place he was
released this week before we get to a B And
and the quotes and the sound bites that he had
(03:22):
from his the podcast that he was on UM trying
to clear it, continue to clear things up. Some would
say throw shade whatever it is. Uh. Here's what coach
Bruce arians had to say as it applied to the
situation and his current employment with with the Bucks. We
let Antonio go today just to clear you up on
(03:42):
some things that happened. At no point in time during
that game did he ever asked trainer or doctor about
his ankle. He never went through. That's a normal protocol.
You go through protocols during games. I was never notified
of it, so obviously that was the disturbing thing. When
we were looking for him to go back into the game.
All right, he was very upset at halftime about who
(04:04):
was getting targeted. Got that calm down, players took care
of that. It started again on the sideline. We called
for the personnel group that he had played in the
entire game. He refused to go in the game. That's
when I looked back and saw him basically wave off
the coach. I then went back approached him about what
was going on. I ain't playing, what's going on, I
ain't getting the ball. That's when I said, you're done,
(04:26):
get the f out of here. That's the end of it.
We're working on Carolina. That's the end of the story.
Hopefully at the ends today you know, a hundred percent
of the top ninety eight percent at the time, I
am always pro player, and I will say there's something
more to this than that. I gotta say, fellas, listening
to arians explain it and give the justification of it,
(04:49):
it sounds accurate. I mean I wasn't there, I didn't
hear it, but it sounded accurate to me. Go ahead,
you want me to go first, black, So this is
my take on it. I just you look at track
records and to just be as blunt as honest as possible,
(05:12):
maybe is wrong. There there's no way he can spend
anything and feels like he's right or he was justified
in doing what he did. We have never, and we
never will see a player walk off in the middle
of the game. If a coach tells you you're out
(05:32):
of here your cup, You're not leaving the field. You're
not leaving the field. This is your livelihood. You're not
leaving the field. You're done. Okay, I'm done playing for
the game. That's how I would have taken it. What
I have been piste off. Yeah, Am I gonna take
my shoulder pads off and make a mockery of my
teammates myself in the process. No, I'm not gonna do that.
(05:57):
He should have never done that. I don't believe he
ever plays again because of all his past transgressions. You
look what he did in Pittsburgh, you look what he
did in Oakland, you look what he did in New England.
His past has shown he is more of the problem
than Bruce Arians is the problem. Again. I don't know
(06:19):
Bruce Herians, but I know Tom Brady went out on
a limb to get a B signed. And then you
come out now you're talking about Tom Brady. Why am
I on to uh prove it? Deal? No, no, no,
we got the sound, we got the sound, we got it.
So it's just so many different things. I don't know
what's going on with him. I actually hope he gets
(06:41):
another opportunity. I don't believe that he will. But he's wrong,
and there's just no way anybody that can support him
and say he's right. They're not looking at it from
both sides. They're looking at it from his side and
his side only. And that's a b and he was
wrong in my opinion. There there's just no explanation to
(07:02):
try to argue that he wasn't. So no, all weeks
and everybody's been talking about the whole You know him,
you know he was leaving limited, leaving his teammates out
in the field and walking off in dramatic fashion and
using the NFL stage to do it. But I just
want to get to the real meeting potatoes to this
whole situation between him b A and going on and play.
(07:26):
So I talked to A B yesterday and I just
spoke with him thirty minutes ago try to get him
on the show who didn't want to come. So with
all that being said, what what Bruce arians is saying,
when t J and for a player, when do you
have to go to the trainer and ask him about
(07:49):
your injury during a football game? And asked him about
your injury? Now I'm telling the training high feel okay
that that that is point A made point B if
A players, if A players hurt or injured, does the
(08:11):
training staff and the adopted team two team doctors not
report back to the head coach? They that's the protocol, right,
So the head coach is is that the minute that
somebody is injured on the sideline, if they get hurt
on on the field or you figure out that they're
hurt on the sideline, then now it's out of the
coaches we're not even talking about the game. We'reout even
(08:34):
talking about doing again Monday. Prior to last Sunday's game,
he had an m R I. The medical team has
to give a report to the head coach. So how
can he going to say he didn't know he know
he was injured. The man got broken bones in his ankle.
He has a torn del toy off the bone which
needs surgery, which is the same which is the same
(08:55):
injury that I had and in two thousand and seven
when I didn't practice the whole yet. But I just
play on Sunday because it came down to a pain
tolerance injury and uh, and I never got surgery. This
man needs surgery. But to get back to what I'm saying,
I played. Listen. I have nothing but the utmost respectful
(09:15):
b A. He was my position coach in Pittsburgh. He
gave me an opportunity to go out and and and
in Arizona intern with him to coach wide receivings. But
I I know him personally, and I know how hard
it is to play for him because he know he's
an alpha you know type mentality coach and he's not
gonna take any Thanks for anybody else. He's gonna treat
everybody the same. But with that being said, what bothered
(09:38):
me the most about this whole situation is that he
can sit behind the microphone and tell the public that
he did not know this man was injured. That's a
bunch of boulogney. Because you know, if you get an
m R during the week, or if you get hurt
during the team, the training staff and and the doctors
(10:00):
they report directly to the head coach immediately. So people
knew that man was before he even stepped in the
football field. And you're not taking maximum reps in practice
because he knows you're injured. He's missed eight games, so
you know the man still and he has a torn
dell to attendant off the bone which kneed surgery, and
(10:20):
the m R I tells you that. But then you
want to be the night and shine of Armor and
get in front of the podium and say I didn't
know that man was injured. Come on, man, we know
the podic for NFL football players as far as injuries
are concerned, that the head coach is notified first. But fine,
(10:42):
what he did, hold on before we do that, because
I want to get to that. But let's just my
pro personal story after this. Let's let's stay with my
game for a second. Okay, so, but but here's the thing.
We also know that you have to be cleared. What
most teams said, what by Thursday, you gotta be cleared
(11:03):
are you gonna play or are you not going to play?
The team is gonna know if they're moving forward without
you into the game or if they're not. Now, sometimes
every once in a while, it'll be that pre game
testing of whatever the injury is the pre game if
you're so, more often than not, if it's something, if
(11:23):
it's a special situation like a b or a major player,
they're gonna give you all the way up as much
time as they can. The moment you say I'm gonna
give it a go and I can, I can try
and do it, and you're cleared to play, then now
it is the protocol of what the medical staff is
gonna say to the coach. If the player says I
(11:44):
can't go and they say that to the medical staff,
then that's that medical staff duty to go to the
coaches and say he's down. And that happens all the time.
That happens all the time. So how how do we
get past the justification of how do we get past
the justification of he's in the game, he's playing in
(12:05):
the game. Do we breeze over the fact that he
played an entire half before you know, and and and
the fact that you know y'ard y'ard receivers. I've never
been in in a little locker room as a receiver.
I've been in it as a defensive player. I know
y'all as receivers be up in that locker room going
off about getting the ball. I've heard so so so,
(12:27):
so I want you to put together this information. So
he comes out, he comes out of half time, he
already has three catches and twenty nine yards yards. He
needs twenty nine more y'alls to collect another three hundred
thirty three thousand. That has three catches, so he needs
he needs eight total. He needs another five catches to
get three hundred and thirty three thousands. And if he
(12:48):
and if he scores a touchdown, he gets another three
hundred thirty three thousand. Do you think this man was
in enough pain, up a lot of pain to come
out of game and know he had a million dollars
laying on the table right there in front of them. Listen,
I can, but some would say he did that, and
(13:09):
some people said he did that in Oakland. I can't
get into what his rational is. I'm not gonna do
that because I don't leave it. I'm not gonna leave
thirty million on the table either. God dang uh one
one million dollar bonus. I'm not leaving thirty million on
the table. And he did that. So I don't know
(13:30):
what his ration now is, So I can't. I don't
want to presume if it's five hundred thousand, if it's
three hundred thousand, if it's twenty thousand. I'm not leaving
that on the table. But that's just me. That's just me,
So I don't. I don't want to give my rational
for him. I will say. I will say this, I
I before we even get off into because I want
(13:52):
to stay on the whole protocol and the b A
stuff before we get to what he actually did and
and and so to me, and looking at what b
A said, I think that that's how it played out.
If I'm being honest, I think that that's how it
played He gotta be games. Did you play in your
career where it came down to a game day decision.
(14:16):
A few have. Okay, I played, I played a ton,
a ton, And it's how it works. You don't practice
during the week, and you get on the field on Sunday,
and they might try to practice you on Friday, like
I can't go. You get out on the field on
Sunday and because of that adrenaline, you just feel different
on Sunday than you do on Friday. The adrenaline you
(14:38):
really want to play. I'll be honest with you. The
medical staff, if you can get out there and go,
they're listening to you. They have zero input unless you're
really going to put yourself in jeopardy. They're listening to you.
I'm good to go, coach. He said, he's good to go.
So once he says he's good, it to go, right,
(15:01):
he's good to go. Now if he in turn, you
don't tell the coach during the game, I can't go.
If you go to the trainers and say and I
can't go, I can't go, and really it's really bothering
me if that was the case, Bruce arians handled this
the wrong way. But but you can't do what Aby did.
(15:26):
You can't do that. You can't do that let's take
a quick break. We have We have sound from a
b He did a a podcast yesterday actually, um it's
called the Full Sin Podcast. He he had some things
to say, um, and he's he's really trying to clear
his name up and and and we'll get into those things.
(15:48):
We'll talk about the action, um as as it stands,
what what he did after the exchange between him and
Bruce Arians you get all that and more. We'll talk.
We'll talk with Jimmy. Jimmy j Will will get on
your head. Get on so fast man quick man. Wasn't
even you know, we barely got started on this. But
(16:09):

up on game. If y'all didn't hear it, Plexico talked
to to the fellow thirty minutes ago. That's one of
his guys. Where else you're gonna get that from? All right,
it's up on game. That's Plexico Burst, that's t J.
Hushman's out of I'm LaVar Arrington. Stay tuned. We got

Plexico Birds LaVar Arrington. We got things to get to.
We'll get to Jimmy j on your head, but we
we gotta stay on this topic right now. We were
talking a B in the first UH segment. The comments
from Bruce arians. UH, now, let's let's get to a
(18:43):
B in the action itself. But before we do that, UH,
we gotta obviously give shots out to UH one of
our favorite cities. Guys. You know it's Vegas. Las Vegas
the greatest arena on earth. Every game, match, race, and
competence it is always on whoever you root for, whatever
(19:04):
sport you love to watch, the biggest games are even
bigger in Vegas, So make sure to plan your trip today.
I visit Las Vegas dot com. Make sure you check
them out. People. Uh a B the story that continues
to dominate the headlines throughout the week. He jumped on
a a podcast so that he could give you know,
(19:27):
his side of everything that took place. He had a
few things to say on the Full Sin podcast. Here's
one of the things that he had to say during
that show. If Tom Brady's my boy? Why am I
playing for earnest salary? You my boy? Though? Right? Klankowski
is boy? Right? How much do you get paid? Significant? Alright?
(19:48):
So so why is a B on a proven deal?
Who's better than me over there? Let's be real but no, us, no,
let's not not be right. Let's be honest. Is the
best guy over there? You got I know football? Who
was the best guy over and that team receiving? Who
is the guy that get it popping? I mean, I
think it's a company of all you guys just die
(20:09):
hard Brady. Listen, man, this is what it is. It's
not about being a fan. It's about being a realistic humanity,
a human. That's what it's about. Bro, a Brady friend.
Brady can't do by so, But you guys are gonna
make it seem like he's just his horror guy. Bro.
We're all humans, Bro, we are depending on somebody else
to do the job. It's like he's show show you
depending on the video team, the audio team, you you,
(20:33):
you kind of people to set this up. He sound
dumb as hell to me. But yeah, I mean that's
your boy, plex um. That was his That was a
b's take on it. Uh. I mean where y'all want
to start with you? I was gonna go to. I
was gonna go to the action on the field. But
this is almost as dumb as his action on the field.
(20:54):
But let's let's let's let's let's jump on. Maybe that's
why he ain't want to come on this show, because
if he has any one of the three of us
who are proving football players now bye bye bye, right,
he has had a better career than all of us,
by right, But with that being said, that's dumb as
hell what he just said on that and none of
us sitting there saying that he's the best player on
(21:16):
that team, not one of us. But but go ahead, y'all,
y'all jump on it. Whoever wants to take it, y'all
take it. That's let's let's let's dissect this. Uh, this
is the first time I heard that. But but with
that being said, is as far as I'm saying that
he's the best player on that team, I wanted to
say he's the best player on the team. And and
(21:38):
and as far as what he's being paid versus what
Grunk is being paid, those are two totally different different circumstances. Absolutely,
so he's wrong in that and in that aspect of
it because Tom Brady doesn't gauge or or tell anybody
how how much anybody deserves to be paid. That's that's
(21:59):
just crazy. Is he even putting tom out there in
that way anyway? Though? You know what I mean? Why
is he even put him out there in that way anyway?
These are things that I don't know. This is the
first time I heard it because I didn't listen to
the podcast. Is if so, this is all new information
for me. But with that being said, you shouldn't be
talking about, uh, you know what another player got going
in this pocket. We just go out and performance athletes.
(22:20):
But as far as Tom Brady being in control what
everybody is getting paid, I don't even really think he
believes that. It's just it's just conversation and for people
to talk about, you know, in the media. That's all
I can really say. Okay, I'll answer that, go ahead,
t J. Why am I on it? I don't know
(22:41):
if he said earnest earnest del or proved it del um.
I'll tell you why. It's because of your track record.
Easily it's because of your track record. And like, I'm
the type of dude that my friends, if they're wrong,
I'm telling them they're are wrong. And if you don't
(23:01):
like me because of that, and I guess we weren't
as cool as I thought, and I expect you to
do the same to me. If I'm wrong, tell me
I'm wrong. Remember that time I told you your breath
stink real bad? And but it it's like because of
(23:24):
what he's done in the past, that's why you're making
what you're making. Grunk hasn't had any of those past transgressions.
That's why he's making more than you're making. And you say,
who's better than me over there? You should believe in yourself.
(23:45):
You should believe nobody over there is better than you.
And Plexus praises God plenty of times. Is it not
debatable whether people would take Mike Evans over a b
plex mm hmmm, it's debatable because you just thought about
it and so and so to do those type of things,
(24:07):
it's like you're trying to put those guys down. You
don't need to do that. Everybody knows you'se a ball
or everybody know you can play. You don't have to
bring that up. What you've done speaks for itself. You
don't have to put others down to make yourself look better.
We know you can play. You're your actions have caused
(24:29):
you to be in this position. That's why things are
the way they are. He needs somebody to let him know, like, bro,
you're wrong. If you want to play again, which I
doubt very seriously he will, You can't go about it
this way. He's already dug the hole. I don't believe
he'll be able to climb out. Of it do I would?
(24:51):
Would I like to see him get another opportunity. I would.
His opportunity will come as much as ours will. It's
not gonna happen, but it just he needs somebody to
tell him he's wrong and if he's not willing to
take that, then he's in the world of trouble because
how he handled this situation was wrong. Bruce Arians went
(25:14):
about it from now hearing everything the wrong way, for sure,
but we all know in the middle of the game,
emotions are running high, they're losing the game to the Jets.
Bruce Arians is probably pissed, and so he went about
it the wrong way and then a b compounded it
by walking off the field. And so that's the last
(25:35):
we've seen him on the football field. Hopefully his music
career takes off and it does. Wonders Man, he is
an entertainer. I'll say this. This is this is why
it was so important to name the show the way
that we did. When we came together to do this show,
it was about being positive. It was about giving solutions,
(25:56):
It was about being real. Is about being candid, being vulnerable,
having having input and dialogue about how things can be better.
This is a classic mindset situation, right, the lack thereof
we hear how hard a B has worked out in
the offseason to prepare for seasons out, how much he does,
the attention to detail that he puts into the things
(26:19):
that he does. A dumb person, a person that has
no self awareness, no type of drive, no type of
of a guidance, no no type of of of end
a destination in sight, in mind does the things that
we've witnessed a B do. And that's just through through media,
(26:40):
through visuals that have come out. The people that know
him know that he has outworked many, many of people
to create and develop the skill set that we saw
play out on Sunday's Weekend and weekend out. I don't
buy a dude in a moment like this, a moment
(27:01):
of truth sitting there and and his mindset is now
so backwards from what we've seen that created a Hall
of Fame caliber level career turned into a moment where
you're blaming your your your teammate, your teammate that that
vouch for you. If if we do it, we do
look back on this. Bruce arians was a was not
(27:24):
a proponent of Antonio Brown. He did not want Antonio Brown.
He was against bringing in Antonio Brown. That was well
documented from day one. Eventually they finally get him in.
Tom Brady vouches for the dude gets him in. That's
the first point of of reference that should be very
(27:45):
important here because y'all know, just like I do, when
coaches don't want you, it don't happen. It's it's it's
moving on, next conversation. Don't bring it up the kid,
the guy, he's not coming in. He won't be a
part of this team. And generally when that starts to
travel around, that becomes a part of what your whole,
your whole resume is. They've made book on why this
(28:07):
coach does not want you. That's that's book. So so
that does address why you came in. You were on
a prove it contract. But to me, the biggest piece
of this, on the proven part of it, you're trying
to convince these these guys on this podcast to to
to what what what what what? Jonas and Brady would say,
(28:27):
ball wash you, right, and they did. They ball washed
him and and and basically basically gave him what he wanted. Yeah,
you're the best A B is a You're the best
data Die, This is no, You're not. No, You're not
the best on that team. It's not even up for debate.
Tom Brady is the best on that team. You're not
the best receiver on that team. Mike Evans is is
when he healthy, and when and when Godwin is Godwin
(28:50):
is challenging for number one on that team as the
best receiver on that team. So you're in third now.
At one point in time in the in the of
the height of your career, there when you would drop
kicking dudes in their head and and running over dudes
and and doing all kinds of unhumanly things on the field,
you probably were the best player on the field. But
(29:12):
that time has come and gone. You are not the
best player on Tampa Bay's roster. That's first and foremost,
because he even took it outside of the realm of
just his position. But if you are, because your mindset
says that you gotta tell yourself the best, you're the best.
Here's where I had the problem with what he said.
If I know that I've gone through what I went
(29:33):
through before I got there, with with with the the
Las Vegas Raiders, with the with the Raiders, if I
went through that and and how that that dismissal from
that team took place. I don't have to look at
anything else. I don't need to go back to Pittsburgh.
I don't need to go to to New England. We
don't need to list all the things that have happened.
I feel I'm not paddling on him. I'm merely presenting
(29:56):
to the conversation. If you feel that you are the
best on that team, and you took and you signed
a contract, you signed it. This is what we're gonna
offer you, this is what we're gonna do. You sign it,
and you said it yourself, it's a prove it contract,
Then prove it. Then prove it and and and let
(30:18):
me tell you something. Proving it doesn't always mean the
amount of catches or the amount of yards. It actually
could mean more to prove it that you're the best
by having three catches in a game with twenty some
yards receiving. It actually is the moments where your mindset
will have you being a leader helping the guys that
(30:39):
are out there that are are running routes, that are
in the different UH position groupings that that are going
on in in the game. For the packages. You will
be helping them, You will be showing your worth in
so many different ways that transcend and exceed what it
is that people measure on the stat book, on the
stat sheet. And to me, that's where a B tremendously
(31:03):
failed himself and felt this team is by not having
the mindset of I know I'm the best on this team. Plexico,
you went back to Pittsburgh, and I can guarantee, knowing
who you are and how you're wired, you didn't feel
like any of them dudes could do what you did
on the field. You didn't feel like them dudes were
better than you, even in the twilight of your career.
But you know what you did. You went back there
(31:24):
and as a humble, as a humble teammate and human being,
you helped them. You guided them, you taught them, you
showed them. Those different things, to me, are what mattered
the most when somebody does what they're supposed to do.
T J. You did it three times over. You did
it three times over, and nobody ever had a conversation
about it, nobody ever talks about you know why, because
(31:45):
it's just what you're supposed to be. If you're who
you are, you say you are. You don't have to
report those things. You don't have to talk about those things.
You don't have to have it documented that that's who
you were and that's what you did. That is not
how it works. And you don't go run into a
podcast and saying this is how I was done. This
is how it works. But I'm the best. Anybody that
(32:06):
says in the schoolyard that I'll whoop your ass, we
all know nine times I'll attend. There's that one time
that the one dude that does say it can whoop
your ass, But nine times I'll attend. Outside of that one.
They can't do nothing. They couldn't bust a great with
what it is that they do, and we all know it.
And right here, this is a whole bunch of a
b doing subterfuge. He's trying to get to where he
(32:26):
wants to be. He thinks that he can talk his
way or think his way through and out of what
it is that he created with his actions. And it's
not gonna work this time. It isn't gonna work. It's
not gonna happen. It's unfortunate that someone of so much
great talent and ability would look at his actions or
allow himself to actually to actually sabotage everything. I don't
(32:50):
know that he gets into the Hall of Fame after this,
I really don't. I don't even know that they vote
him into the Hall of Fame after what he did.
So let's let's let's take a quick break. Let's let's
get it. Let's get a trending. Uh, let's get a
trending from you. What I'm about to give you three
the ultimate compliment coming from a guy like me. I
(33:12):
enjoyed that conversation and breakdown and discussion. I was so
riveted that I actually preferred it for the first time
in my life to the sound of my own voice.
And you three know how much I love the sound
of my own voice. So kudos to the three of them.
We will start in the NFL where a Week eight
(33:34):
teen get a kick off at four thirty Eastern with
the Chiefs of visiting the Broncos Kansas City, the two
seed right now in the a f C. So they
need a win and a Titans lost to the Texans
tomorrow in order to clinch the one seed. Chiefs by
the way of one twelve in a row head to
head against the Broncos. Then tonight at eight fifteen Eastern
from Philadelphia, it's the Eagles against the Cowboys. The Browns
put cornerback Denzel Ward on the COVID list. He will
(33:56):
not play tomorrow against the Bengals. Brown's also activating running
back the Yearnest Johnson from the COVID list. Jeremy Fowler
reports the Carolina Panthers planning to keep head coach that
rule for the two season. In the NBA, Shams Sharania
and Anthony Slater report the Golden State Warriors five time
All Star Clay Thompson expected to return to action tomorrow
(34:17):
against Cleveland. He's missed the last two full seasons. Yeah,
first because of a torn h c L, then because
of a torn achilles. Finally, in college football, this item
here in honor of our own t J. Hushman Zada.
On Friday, Oregon State imploded the west grand stand of
Weezer Stadium in Corps Vallens, where TJ starred during his
(34:38):
college days, as part of a one hundred fifty three
million dollar renovation. And get this, we have the audio
of it. Here's how it sounded. The money out there
in UH About that explosive, but still not as ex Elosi.
(35:00):
His t J was against Stanford back a manation. Time
to expanding that thing. We yeah, it's yeah, well overdue.
So should be good for the student athletes up there,
should be good for him. Awesome, well, shouts out to
(35:21):
the Beavers. Uh just put a put a bowl on
the A B because we gotta move on. We got
Jimmy j James Jackson coming up from Straight Facts podcast
and give us who he's on the head with. Give
me a thirty second uh sum up of of the
A B deal. I wish him well, this is what
(35:43):
I said. I wish him well, But I will say this,
there are consequences to our actions. There are consequences to
our actions. And I hate that all these people are
trying to diminish and minimize the greatness of A B
by saying he's mentally ill. You don't know him. You're
not a doctor, you don't you And if you are
a doctor, you haven't examined him, so you don't know
(36:04):
what his situation is mentally clinically diagnosing him that way,
Stop doing that ignorant stuff. All right. At the end,
we made a bad decision, and that's it like, get
over it. We all make bad decisions and we gotta
deal with would say he's from the pit, not the palace,
And you're like, what is he talking about? Go look
(36:24):
it up. That's what he would say. From the pit
the palace. Plex Oh man, listen, man, it is a
metal profession you're in. I think if we if we
want to continue to make progress and elevate ourselves and
to continue to get better, you have to have peace
(36:45):
of mind. And when you find that, and you know
you can look yourself in the mirror and be honest
with yourself. When you have peace of mind, you can
continue to elevate yourself and make progress and and and
do better for yourself. So listen, he's my brother. I'm
a i'm an always be there for and you know,
tell him when he's writing wrong, and I just pay
(37:07):
for his peace of mind that you know he can,
you know, fight through this and and and get better. Indeed, indeed,
fight through it, get better, own it, own it. The
only way that you could get through something is to
go through it, and you gotta own it. So at
the end of the day, we all got to do it.
Make sure that you learn from it as well, you're
listening up on Game. That was Plexico Burr's is t J.
(37:28):
Hushman's out of I'm LaVar Arrington Fox Sports Radio. On

(39:19):
get right to it because we don't have a lot
of time. Uh, let's get to I'm on your head.
Let's let's bring in Jimmy j It's like I'm on
your head with James Jackson. What's going on, baby boy? Yes, sir,
how y'all doing y'all? Hear me? All right? Yo? Straight
(39:42):
out of Philly. First of all, before it before I
just started, I'm to a Hall of famersed. We wasn't
supposed to be talking about it, but I let it out.
Man of congratulations. Man, I believe when the show first
(40:03):
start of a year ago and I said, I was like, man,
you deserve and you have earned to be and the
college Football Hall of Fame. Many' giving me slowing, But
let me get on somebody hand first, Let's get on
their heads. Come on, because it's it's the it's the
final week of the NFL season. I don't know how
(40:25):
this team has really escaped my graphs I've been telling now.
But you can run, but you cannot hide. And that's
the Washington football team. Man, I'm on your hand. First
of all. First of all, let me start by saying
how much the name football team annoys me, Like I'm
glad they changed it from what it was, Like it's
better than what it was, but it's still like good.
It's not a nickname to me, It's just a description
of what you do. And they don't we even do
(40:46):
it all that well. Four straight losses coming in to
Week eight, team with the twenty six ranked defense in
the NFL and I want to focus there for a second,
because this is this is a defense that coming into
the season was projected like top ten at the lead
east right, and now coming into the final weekend of
the season, the lie detective test determined that was a lie.
Terry mccoyin was trying, you know, supposed to have his
(41:08):
breakout season this year and only nine sixty yards and
only five touchdowns going into the last game of the season.
The lot detective test determined that was a lie. La
Heinek was supposed to, you know, prove himself as the
leget starting level quarterback in the NFL, and although there's
been some good moments, the lot of detective test determine
that was a lie. And and I'm objective, I can
(41:30):
I can see there's been you know, some bad luck
on their side this season. They lost Chase Young in
the very beginning of the season, the catalyst to their defense.
They've been one of the if not the team most
affected by COVID this season in the league. So it's
been disappointing, but not even Riverboat Ron should keep the
team afloat right um and last week against Hilley is
the culmination of it all. Convene. It all boils down
(41:52):
to that their defense can't contain Jalen Hurt and the
stadium can't contain its fans. I read following over on
Jalen Hurt Plex. That's the definition of ship baby, their
whole stadium. What's what's their studios name? They deliver Yeah,
someone some there. Delivery must be late then because they
(42:13):
don't got the total package yet. Man, I'm on their head,
so they are on the lay arrival of deliveries as well.
How is everybody's behind right now? Everybody's behind. But that's
that's that's that's a team where you know, they just
I'm not sure how they've been able to escape my
punches this season, but I had I had the one
(42:34):
last opportunity to get them. I couldn't let the kind
of sall season died without Washington really up on notice, man,
even though even though you're a Tampa Bay fan in Philly,
which I'll never understand area codes and zip codes. I'll
never do it, but but I will say this, they
the mishap with with the railing did happen against the
(42:54):
Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles are playing pretty well right now,
so I get I get your logic here you were
seeing it. It came out the side of your eyes,
saw this side of your neck. I get it. I
get it, and you know what they do need to
address it, so um hopefully for our fans the sake
of the fans. People always get it confused. I don't
(43:15):
fool with the owner, but I love the fans, I
love the city, I love the teammates that I've played with.
So just make sure that everybody understands I don't be
hating on the team. I hate on the owner. And
you want to know what the symptom and and the
product of what you see is still that of the
minutia that that man has created there and and and
(43:38):
until he until he either moves on from the team
or or does something differently and nothing. Now it's gonna
be good man. Hey, look, we appreciate you putting us
up on game Jimmy j We got a whole lot
more to get to in one hour you're listening to
