more of a two part discussion. Russell Wilson is bench,
Jackson Dart is now the starter list. First part of

the discussion, let's talk about what do we expect to
see out the Jackson Dart the New York Giants and
can when let's be honest, can this save dables job?
What are expectations with Jackson Dart now that he's a starter.

I don't believe that this is this decision by Dave
ball is going to save his job. You know, I've
known Brian day ball Man ever since, you know, I
was eighteen years old and he was a GA at
Michigan State under Nick Saban. So you know I love
him to death, and you know we're around the same age.

He made an executive decision to bench Russell Wilson and
he said it's his decision. But the expectations for Jackson Dart,
you know, playing tomorrow, is that we simply don't know.

York Giants, if Jackson does not go out and perform
well against a Los Angeles Chargers team who's undefeated and they're.

Jim Harball is going to have a plan for him
schematically on defense to confuse him.

He's a rookie.

He just don't go out on the football field as
a rookie quarterback and and and light it up. I
don't think that's going to be the case tomorrow. But
if he doesn't get off to a good start, you know,
he has an interception, and you know, he's not the
most accurate passer that you know, we've seen coming out

of the draft last year. But I think they're going
to have some packages in him in there for him
to be able to get him in and out of
the pocket you use his legs. I think he's a
good athlete, but just from a pure quarterbacking standpoint, I
don't know what to expect from him. Malik Nables has
a shoulder. I don't believe he practiced this week, so

he didn't get the reps with Malik uh you know,
during you know, the practices. So I just don't know
what to expect. And I really hope that, you know,
moving forward, that he can kind of show. Uh, you
know what he is going to be moving forward before
rookie quarter back to walk into this stadium, especially a

team that's zero to three, they need a spark. I
just hope he doesn't go out there and tries to
do too much, and I think the offense will be limited.
But I don't know what to expect from him because
I really haven't seen him play and perform on the
NFL stage, especially against a Los Angeles Chargers defense, who

I think is really good.

Yeah, the bad part about it for Jackson Dart is
you're going against Chargers defense that's top ten. The good
part is you finally play now. Jackson Dart has never
sat in his life, and like I said, I've been
knowing him for a while. High school never sat. College
never sat. When he's at SC as a freshman, didn't

play much. But when he went to Ole Miss, he
never sat. So Jackson Dart is a guy and a
player that's used to always being on the field. So
being on the field tomorrow for him is gonna be normal.
For Him's gonna be home. It's gonna be a little nervous.
You have a little butterflies. You'll be a little ANTSI
it's National Football League. Although he's played snaps here and

there throughout games, it's a rookie making his first start.
And every coach that I always played for would always
point that out. We're not losing to a rocky quarterback
making his first start in the National Football League, and
I guarantee that's gonna be Jim Harball and the Chargers motel.
We are not losing. They are playing a Charger team

who one of the best teams in the league, one
of the best defenses in the league. The Giants aren't
a good football team, and this is his first game. Man,
I wish him nothing but the best. And now yeah, no,
I watch nothing but the best. But tjum question, No,

able to make some plays with his legs. He's tough,
he's gonna compete. He'll be fine in the long run.
But your first start is against the Chargers in this
defense and this coaching staff that we know. It's extremely bright.

Like I'm pulling for Jackson dark because, like I said,
I know a person. You guys know why I'm biased
when it comes to the guys that I know. But yes,
this is an upheld battle for him. Hopefully he can
do enough to save Dabel's job. But I'm not sure
that either, just just because of the schedule that they have.

Now on the flip side of this, let's go to
Russell Wilson. Russell Wilson has been benched. Is this the
end of Russell Wilson as a starter in the National
Football League.

It's tough to say, Man, I can't believe you. I
really liked Russell a lot.

You know, it just takes me back to the you know,
third and one Super Bowl and they they want to

ball to Marshawn. He's supposed to be a two time
you know, world champion in MYS.

Just moving forward with you know, I think last week
was his last start in the in the NFL as
a starting quarterback. I think he's had a brilliant career.
Everybody is talking about is he a Hall of Famer?

he's played well enough.

He has better stats than some of the previous quarterbacks
that are currently Is.

believe he's a Hall of Famer. My Hall of Fame criteria,
I think I told y'all this, it's very simple. At
any point in your career, for five years where you're
a top five player at your position, if the answer
is no, you're not a Hall of Famer. That's very simple.
Were you a top five player at your position for

me the year was he where he was a top
five player for just three years? You can't name it.
He played when Brady and Aaron Rodgers was rolling right, Okay,

They were saying that defense is the top. Defense is

But I believe that Oregon is one of the supreme

complete sixty four percent of his passes. He has six

month of September. That's not exactly elite. And I think
when it comes down to Penn State, just like the

in Miami, he didn't complete a football to a wide receiver.
That has to change if you want to win big
time college football games these days, you have to be
able to throw the football and you can't just rely
on running it and throwing it to the tight end.

he's a good quarterback, but if you expect him to
go out and deliver the football consistently and accurately, he

it up and be able to throw the football if
they want to win football games. But I think for
the night the Oregon Ducks, man, they've been stellar all
year and this defense is going to have to be

don't think that's going to happen. And I always say
every year for James Franklin, he cannot win and has
not won the big games of hig State can't be
No Ohio State, and he can't be Michigan. If you

can't be the House and you can't be Michigan, you
can't win the Big Ten. And now that Oregon is
a part of that, you have to you have to
throw them in the mix two because they're a very
good team. But I think for the night for Penn State,
I get it. I understand them. On a national stage
seven point thirty, it's a white out, But I believe

that the organ Ducks are the superior football team going
into tonight.

I agree with you Man Oregon. Now, to me, Oregon
is a powerhouse foot Oregon is an Alabama, a Georgia,
Ohio State LSU. That's Oregon football. They lose players, they
just reload, they just replace them. That's what Oregon is
when it comes to football. Now. The Oregon Ducks down

in Eugene, Oregon are a powerhouse of a football program.
They getting the best players, and their players are doing well.
It's gonna be every year moving forward. We're just gonna
see Oregon Ducks drafted in a draft year in and
year out. That's how good of a program they are.

a fact. Dante Moore, I'd be shocked if he is

believe the Orgon Ducks win this game. And I don't

and that division well, based off of how they've played
over the first month and how Sam Donald is continued

I get it, Roberts Sala's back in the building defensive,

but if you lose a Nick Bosa defensively, you can't really,
you know, get that kind of production from anybody else
on that football team, on that roster league wide. So
I think they're gonna suffer defensively, and it's going to
put a string on Kyle Shanahan and Brock Purty offensively

to go out and score more points. And I think
I believe that's one of the reasons it's gonna lead
to more turnovers for this football team.

Brock Purty is gonna make them better. Obviously, I thought
mac Jones played fantastic, but without Nick Bosa, the way
the Rams are playing, they pretty much gave a game
away last week. Could they win NFC WES, Yeah, they
could do. I think they will. No, I don't. I
believe the Rams will win NFC West. The Seahawks look

really good, and so right now, if I had just
looking at the teams and the way they're playing, I
would probably put the Rams at the top, the Seahawks
probably second, and then the Niners just from looking at
how the teams have played. That's just and that's obviously

early in the season. So I don't know, and I
don't I don't believe that they'll win the division. They
have a great opportunity, But the Rams to me far superior,
far superior.

see out the Jackson Dart the New York Giants and
can when let's be honest, can this save dables job?
What are expectations with Jackson Dart now that he's a starter.

I don't believe that this is this decision by Dave
ball is going to save his job. You know, I've
known Brian day ball Man ever since, you know, I
was eighteen years old and he was a GA at
Michigan State under Nick Saban. So you know I love
him to death, and you know we're around the same age.

And but you know.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
He made an executive decision to bench Russell Wilson and
he said it's his decision. But the expectations for Jackson Dart,
you know, playing tomorrow, is that we simply don't know.

York Giants, if Jackson does not go out and perform
well against a Los Angeles Chargers team who's undefeated and they're.

Jim Harball is going to have a plan for him
schematically on defense to confuse him.

He's a rookie.

He just don't go out on the football field as
a rookie quarterback and and and light it up. I
don't think that's going to be the case tomorrow. But
if he doesn't get off to a good start, you know,
he has an interception, and you know, he's not the
most accurate passer that you know, we've seen coming out

of the draft last year. But I think they're going
to have some packages in him in there for him
to be able to get him in and out of
the pocket you use his legs. I think he's a
good athlete, but just from a pure quarterbacking standpoint, I
don't know what to expect from him. Malik Nables has
a shoulder. I don't believe he practiced this week, so

he didn't get the reps with Malik uh you know,
during you know, the practices. So I just don't know
what to expect. And I really hope that, you know,
moving forward, that he can kind of show. Uh, you
know what he is going to be moving forward before
rookie quarter back to walk into this stadium, especially a

team that's zero to three, they need a spark. I
just hope he doesn't go out there and tries to
do too much, and I think the offense will be limited.
But I don't know what to expect from him because
I really haven't seen him play and perform on the
NFL stage, especially against a Los Angeles Chargers defense, who

I think is really good.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
Yeah, the bad part about it for Jackson Dart is
you're going against Chargers defense that's top ten. The good
part is you finally play now. Jackson Dart has never
sat in his life, and like I said, I've been
knowing him for a while. High school never sat. College
never sat. When he's at SC as a freshman, didn't
(04:59):
play much. But when he went to Ole Miss, he
never sat. So Jackson Dart is a guy and a
player that's used to always being on the field. So
being on the field tomorrow for him is gonna be normal.
For Him's gonna be home. It's gonna be a little nervous.
You have a little butterflies. You'll be a little ANTSI
it's National Football League. Although he's played snaps here and

there throughout games, it's a rookie making his first start.
And every coach that I always played for would always
point that out. We're not losing to a rocky quarterback
making his first start in the National Football League, and
I guarantee that's gonna be Jim Harball and the Chargers motel.
We are not losing. They are playing a Charger team

who one of the best teams in the league, one
of the best defenses in the league. The Giants aren't
a good football team, and this is his first game. Man,
I wish him nothing but the best. And now yeah, no,
I watch nothing but the best. But tjum question, No,

I don't believe they're gonna win this game tomorrow. When
win the game or win the game, I'm.

Really going to win this game tomorrow.

So so how do you how they losing? They losing
the game by double digits. Win the game, right, they're

Yeah, with that being said, you know you're gonna have
to pick pick uh some of the good things that
he's going to do tomorrow.

Of course, even the loss, he's a good he's a
good athlete. He'll throw the ball accurately, He'll he'll be
able to make some plays with his legs. He's tough,
he's gonna compete. He'll be fine in the long run.
But your first start is against the Chargers in this
defense and this coaching staff that we know. It's extremely bright.

Like I'm pulling for Jackson dark because, like I said,
I know a person. You guys know why I'm biased
when it comes to the guys that I know. But yes,
this is an upheld battle for him. Hopefully he can
do enough to save Dabel's job. But I'm not sure
that either, just just because of the schedule that they have.

Now on the flip side of this, let's go to
Russell Wilson. Russell Wilson has been benched. Is this the
end of Russell Wilson as a starter in the National
Football League.
Speaker 4 (07:36):
It's tough to say, Man, I can't believe you. I
really liked Russell a lot.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
You know, it just takes me back to the you know,
third and one Super Bowl and they they want to
switch release on the slint and they don't get the
ball to Marshawn. He's supposed to be a two time
you know, world champion in MYS.

But I do believe.

Just moving forward with you know, I think last week
was his last start in the in the NFL as
a starting quarterback. I think he's had a brilliant career.
Everybody is talking about is he a Hall of Famer?

Is he not? Is he? I believe so. I think
he's played well enough.

He has better stats than some of the previous quarterbacks
that are currently Is.

He now we're taking this discussion somewhere else. I don't
believe he's a Hall of Famer. My Hall of Fame criteria,
I think I told y'all this, it's very simple. At
any point in your career, for five years where you're
a top five player at your position, if the answer
is no, you're not a Hall of Famer. That's very simple.
Were you a top five player at your position for

five years? You don't think that he was. You give
me the year was he where he was a top
five player for just three years? You can't name it.
He played when Brady and Aaron Rodgers was rolling right, Okay,
you can't even when he was in Seattle. When he

was in Seattle and they were and they were doing
extremely well. They weren't saying Russell Wilson was a top quarterback.
They were saying that defense is the top. Defense is
the reason they're TJ come on, man like, like, he
was not out there doing this thing when the Seahawks
were really good. This is this is what I'm saying. Somebody,
somebody had to or trade this offense and get up

and down the football field. He was playing that, Russell Wilson,
he was playing quarterback. He was playing well. He wasn't
playing top five quarterback in the National Football League.

Well, oh my god, he was. He top five in
the league. I think them top five put him at five.

I don't. I don't know Russell Wilson. I think Russell
Wilson is a really good player. I think Russell Wilson,

from watching him, to his interviews and just seeing how

But I believe that Oregon is one of the supreme
teams in college football this year. I understand the white out.

complete sixty four percent of his passes. He has six

month of September. That's not exactly elite. And I think
when it comes down to Penn State, just like the

in Miami, he didn't complete a football to a wide receiver.
That has to change if you want to win big
time college football games these days, you have to be
able to throw the football and you can't just rely
on running it and throwing it to the tight end.

When Drew Allen is throwing the ball outside the numbers.
This is when the Nickley Lions get into trouble because
he's a good quarterback, but if you expect him to
go out and deliver the football consistently and accurately, he
is not one of those kind of qbs. And I
think that is going to be the Achilles Heell for

Penn State, not only tonight, but moving forward throughout the
rest of the season. He's going to have to pick
it up and be able to throw the football if
they want to win football games. But I think for
the night the Oregon Ducks, man, they've been stellar all
year and this defense is going to have to be

able to go out there and slow them down. I
don't think that's going to happen. And I always say
every year for James Franklin, he cannot win and has
not won the big games of hig State can't be
No Ohio State, and he can't be Michigan. If you

can't be the House and you can't be Michigan, you
can't win the Big Ten. And now that Oregon is
a part of that, you have to you have to
throw them in the mix two because they're a very
good team. But I think for the night for Penn State,
I get it. I understand them. On a national stage
seven point thirty, it's a white out, But I believe

that the organ Ducks are the superior football team going
into tonight.

is a powerhouse foot Oregon is an Alabama, a Georgia,

just reload, they just replace them. That's what Oregon is

believe the Orgon Ducks win this game. And I don't

So if I have to take one of the one

that the Seattle Seahawks or the cream of the crop
and that division well, based off of how they've played
over the first month and how Sam Donald is continued
to continuing to play. So Brock Purty and Kyle Shanahan,
I get it, Roberts Sala's back in the building defensive,

but if you lose a Nick Bosa defensively, you can't really,
you know, get that kind of production from anybody else
on that football team, on that roster league wide. So
I think they're gonna suffer defensively, and it's going to
put a string on Kyle Shanahan and Brock Purty offensively

to go out and score more points. And I think
I believe that's one of the reasons it's gonna lead
to more turnovers for this football team.

Brock Purty is gonna make them better. Obviously, I thought
mac Jones played fantastic, but without Nick Bosa, the way
the Rams are playing, they pretty much gave a game
away last week. Could they win NFC WES, Yeah, they
could do. I think they will. No, I don't. I
believe the Rams will win NFC West. The Seahawks look

really good, and so right now, if I had just
looking at the teams and the way they're playing, I
would probably put the Rams at the top, the Seahawks
probably second, and then the Niners just from looking at
how the teams have played. That's just and that's obviously

early in the season. So I don't know, and I
don't I don't believe that they'll win the division. They
have a great opportunity, But the Rams to me far superior,
far superior.

I wouldn't go that they're better. They're a better football team.
The Niners are still a good team. As long as

going to take Sam Donald over Matthew Stafford. That's just
my personal opinion. I think when it comes down to it,
what Sam Donald has showed us over the past two years,

when he left Minnesota he wouldn't be the same player
because he left Jordan Addison and Justin Jefferson in Minnesota.

starting quarterback for the Seahawks with less.

going to the Niners really helped him out being coached
