Buying should be. We got a lot to get to
it in a matter of moments.

Speaker 5 (01:09):
We'll talk Dallas and sand friand who we're going to
preview that one is that is that the decid or
is this this the game?

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Is this the preview of what we want to see
in the NFC.

Speaker 5 (01:19):
We'll touch on a relationship that has taken the NFL
by storm. I'm sure y'all are aware of that, and well,
you know, we'll get some up on game and some
down on game before we jump into talking about the
forty nine ers. Now that we have really transitioned into football,
we'll stay football the rest of this hour. Just got
to start off by giving my just doing my propers

(01:42):
and give him his flowers on his departure from from
our ram shots out to the great, the venerable Dick Buckets.
He was someone that obviously has impacted the game well
beyond the parameters of the sidelines and the hash marks.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
He he hasn't.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
He was a guy that inspired so many, so many people,
uh so far away from his playing days and as
as someone who won the award and was able to
to represent what Dick Buckets represented as a player and
get the award as college most most dominant, the best

(02:28):
college linebacker in the land. Uh, you know, I'd like
to state it for all of us that have have
competed for the award, who have competed as linebackers, dominant, dominant,
you know, attempts to be that type of guy that
Dick Buckets was.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
You'll be sorely missed.

Speaker 5 (02:47):
We we respect you, and the one thing that I
know for certain is your legacy will always continue to
live through us who have represented your name, who have
worked diligently to be awarded that Dick Buckets, the coveted
Dick Buckets Award, as well as those who did not
necessarily win it, but definitely so many times were worthy

(03:12):
of winning that award. So I just wanted to put
that out there. If you guys want to touch on
the TJ Pletch, I want to touch on Dick that,
that'd be fine.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Pause if y'all want, if y'all want to, you know,
give an opinion on it, you know you got to.

Speaker 4 (03:26):
I mean, obviously, one of the greatest defensive players to
play the game of football, a pillar of the NFL
as one of the main stays early on that pretty
much put the league on the map and got it
to where it is now. So he paved the way
for a lot of us, especially young defensive players like

(03:50):
yourself that plays a physical style of football and pray
for him and his family, wish him nothing but the best.
Thank you for what he did for paving the way
for us. Yeah, man, it's like you said, man, he
was a pillar. When you hear about you just listen
to the name or you hear the name Dick Buckets,
you just think, you know, it's just toughness. And you

(04:10):
know how the game of football was played defensively, and
him and that obviously that forty six bead defense and
the eighty five and in the eighties is probably one
of the arguably the best defense to ever be a
symboled in the NFL. And uh and he was he
basically invented that defense.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
And uh yeah, man, it's you know, it's unfortunately, you know,
we we lost him in But like you said, LaVar,
the college award for being the best college football on
the land is the Dick Buckets Award. And I know
you were, you know, one of the many, you know,
great recipients of it, man, So so I know it's

(04:53):
a little it's more personal you two to you know,
to all of us. But yeah, man, definitely a pillar
in this game. Indeed, indeed, much love to the Buckets family.
And all those who loved and cared about them thoughts
and prayers. Yeah, we lost a warrior man.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
So yeah, let's if you don't know who he is,
do some homework on him and learn about who he is.
Because he was an amazing football player but also an
amazing man. And to get to know him was to
get to love him and have an opportunity to love him.
So let's transition guys, Dallas. Now, I got to tell

(05:31):
you I have not been a believer, and I've said
why I haven't been a believer of Dallas. And you know,
I get accused of being like kind of like a
contrarian because I love their defense, but I don't love
their offense. I think their defense can do a lot
for them and has done a lot for them in
terms of them being where they are right now currently,

(05:54):
I just don't trust their offense. Now they have proven
me wrong. They have continued to win. But this is
a step up game for them. They have the forty
nine ers this weekend. I believe they head to Santa
Clair to play them. This is a big game. This

(06:15):
is and this is also a big game for San
Francisco because the rock party Bandwagon seemingly is full like
it's busting out the seams. And I don't know that
brock Party has seen a pass rush and has seen
a defense like this all season long. So I think

(06:36):
there's tests on both sides that exists going into this
game this weekend. I'm excited about it. Is this a
preview of the best teams? And I know Phillies out there,
but is this the preview of what we see out
of the best of the best in the NFC? And
what's your take on it? Who you think is the

(06:57):
team here in this game that show that it's there.
It's their conference, it's it's their thing. It is a
preview of two of the better teams in the NFC.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
And so the Cowboys are gonna have to play and
and when I say play, I mean play good ball.
When the Cowboys started the season, every whoa they beat
the Giants, Daniel Jones the quarterback. They they're beating teams

(07:30):
that when you look at who they've played, just look
at the quarterbacks on that team they lost to Josh
Dobbs and the Cardinals.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Yeah, and so.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
It's one of those things where the Cowboys are gonna
have to show up and really, Rock Party is no
longer oh Man, brock Party is mister irrelevant. Uh he
brock Party can play football. Brock Party is one of
the better quarterbacks International Football League.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
And there's no way around it.

Speaker 4 (08:05):
Like when you play Daniel Jones, no disrespect Zach Wilson
in his first game as a starter this season, Mac Jones,
you still and the Patriots and he got pulled. Now
you're going against Rock Party. Rock Party can play. And
so this is a challenge. When they lost to the Cardinals,

(08:27):
what did the Cardinals do? Let's see if they can
play discipline football the Dallas defense. We don't give them
a lot of misdirection, make them play discipline brand of football.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
Cowboys can really do?

Speaker 6 (08:39):
That?

Speaker 4 (08:40):
Is that not what the forty nine ers do best?
A lot of misdirection, make you play discipline football. And
but you got Ayuk Debo Kittle, McCaffrey. It's gonna be
a tough task for that. They gonna have to play
fundamentally sound football, I like the Niners, and win the
game by at least a touchdown me personally, because the
Cowboys have not played a team like the San Francisco

(09:05):
forty nine Ers this season. Hey, man, it's just one
of those games. I think it's just one of those games.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
It's a game I think for me, it's gonna tell
me a lot more about Dallas than it is San
Francisco defensively for Dallas, because I believe that they can
dominate this game defensively, even with all the weapons that
you said that we know that the forty nine ers
have on offense, and I think this is gonna be

(09:37):
a pride game for them because everybody is pretty much saying, listen,
whoever wins this game is automatically going to the super Bowl.
When you talk about Brock Purdy, I get so tired
everybody saying, oh, if he doesn't get hurt. They won
that game in Philly last year. No, no they don't.
It's I don't guarantee that they win that football game
and over history will last, you know, four or five years.

(10:00):
The forty nine ers have just not been able to
get over that hump and win when the game that
they need to win to be that number one team
in the NFC. And I came into the season saying, listen,
Philly is still gonna be the team to beat. And
I honestly believe that because you know, whoever wins that,
whoever wins the division in the NFC East, that other team,

(10:22):
whether it's Philly or Dallas, is gonna be the wild card.
So I think for Philadelphia you're moving forward, uh with
this forty nine Ers. The Eagles just have to get
funk home phil Advantags because I don't think that the
forty nine Ers game is gonna travel in that call weather.
That's just my assumption or what I think. But getting

(10:42):
back to these forty nine Ers and this Dallas game,
it's gonna come down to Dak Prescott and to see
is he ready to take that step of being an
elite quarterback in his league.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
He needs to win this football.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Game for a confident standpoint and for the for the
franchise to move forward with him, uh, you know, for
the next contract of if they want to continue for
him to be the franchise quarterback. He cannot have one
of those games that he had or the last year
and go out there to two or three interceptions and
the Cowboys lose this game because of the mistakes that

(11:19):
he's making. If he can manage this football game, I
believe that the Dallas defense can keep this game close. Enough,
we're at the end, the Cowboys will have a chance
to win. I'm not you know, I think I think
the forty nine Ers are a very good football team,
But I don't think that the best team in the
NFC just yet. I think those the Eagles, Dallas and

(11:44):
the forty nine ers. As I've just believed that the
Dallas Cowboys are gonna go out and make a statement tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (11:49):
Man, I'm willing to put them shoes on this one. Baby,
Let's go put them shoes up. I'm just saying put
them shoes out. I'm just saying, listen, I like I
like the cap playing you brother, I'm telling you, hey,
you want to put them shoes up? Hey, all, I'm
majority owe me from this year already because the Bears
ain't went into division.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
I got a closet food to said my FaceTime. I'm
as you're probably fourteen. Oh no, I'm a twelve. Are
you twelve? Yeah? Are we good? Then? Hey? How is
my son?

Speaker 3 (12:24):
Hey?

Speaker 4 (12:24):
I'm sorry the bar I know you got a comment.
How is my son nine years old wearing a size
ten shoe?

Speaker 1 (12:30):
That's crazy? How my son nine years old wear a
size ten? You're going to tell him. Act his age.
He's about to pass me. Right on up before you
get to high school. Crew whatever. Listen.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
I was.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
I was in the city. I called.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
I hit my daughter on the FaceTime. Did she wipe
like these shoes? I said, yeah, daddy. She said, get
me a nine. I said, all right, cool, I get
to nine. I bring the shoes back to the house.
She said that, boy, these are nine and women right.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
I said, what do you mean? She said one nine
in boards. I said, Mercy Merley in boys. I love.
That's crazy.

Speaker 5 (13:14):
Well, me and my child are wearing the same size
shoe right now, so I have to lock my shoe
closet down. Yeah, you do, or get duplicate shoes because
I can tell which ones my child has taken out
of my closet.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
So there is that, uh, and there is a lot
more to get to.

Speaker 5 (13:32):
Travis Kelcey says, he's not, you know, distracted, he's he's focused.
We'll talk about that and we'll get to up on Game,
Down on Game. You're listening to Up on Game. This
is Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington, t J. Huchman's out

Speaker 4 (14:49):
We'll get to up on Game, down on Game in
a matter of moments, but first we.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
Got to talk about it's taking place with that. What
is the phenomenon?

Speaker 3 (15:04):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (15:05):
Taylor Swift and.

Speaker 5 (15:07):
Everything that's going on surrounding her and Travis Kelcey in
the National Football League. Aaron Rodgers had some comments on it,
and uh, well here's what he had to say.

Speaker 7 (15:20):
Fellas, Uh, you know, mister Pfizer, we kind of shut
him down a little bit and have you know, he's
like crazy impact game. He had, you know, some yards
and stuff. But I felt like for the most part,
you know, we played really tough on defense set the
last three quarters.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
And if you know Aaron Rodgers, uh, he he did
something to.

Speaker 5 (15:43):
Immuneasize how you say how you say it, bo immune
is I immunized immunized immunization. Okay, so he immunized himself.
I think I'm saying it right. But it was not
a it was not an injection.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
It was not a.

Speaker 5 (16:03):
What what what's the Pfizer shot called? What's that called?
The vaccination? Yeah, but what's it called? Like when you
immunized it?

Speaker 1 (16:11):
He used a different Everybody to go to school, you
had to get your immunization.

Speaker 5 (16:16):
Immunization and so everybody. But but Aaron Rodgers did something else.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
But he said it in a different way, but meaning
I have all my shots which to go to school
in America. We all have to have our immunization shots.

Speaker 8 (16:32):
Everyone was saying they were vaccinated against.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
It is vaccinators. There we go, that's what that's what.

Speaker 5 (16:39):
That's So it's funny because he was getting ridiculed for
not getting the vaccination. That's what I was looking for, vaccination.
So he doesn't get the vaccination. So then he goes
on on Pat McAfee showing doubles down on him not
being a guy that that you know, bought into the
Pfizer and all that stuff and getting the vaccine. So

(17:01):
but he said he ammuned himself, He did what he
needed to do to make sure he was immune to
COVID and and so he took a shot. That was
a shot. He took a swipe at him and the
whole situation. But here's what Travis Kelsey had to say
about it.

Speaker 9 (17:16):
That was pretty good. I mean, with this statu right now,
it looked like a guy named mister pier who knew
who knew I'd get into the vaxx wards with Aaron
Rodgers mad mister, versus the Johnson and Johnson family over
there man, which.

Speaker 4 (17:32):
By the way, Johnson and Johnson had a vaccination out there.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
I mean, is this is this that you could like?

Speaker 5 (17:42):
Right when you thought this was about to be about
Taylor Swift, it turned out to be all about Travis Kelsey.
But I want to throw Taylor, Taylor Swift into the
equation of this conversation because really, at the end of
the day, the only reason why Aaron Rodgers had some
thing to say about one of the greatest tight ends

(18:03):
in the game at this point and Travis Kelsey is
because of all the attentions he's been receiving due to
his recent everyone knowing about him and Taylor Swift.

Speaker 4 (18:16):
Or could it be because of the bad call that
was made in the game? Well, any feels like because
Taylor Swift was there, they wanted the chiefs and when
that was a terrible call, Well, give us give us
the sound on it, give us the sound as it
applies to Taylor Swift. Let's throw her into the mix.

Speaker 9 (18:30):
Well we're learning with the paparazzi just taking photos from
all over the place. But at the same time, it's
you know what comes with it.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
It comes with it.

Speaker 9 (18:38):
You got a lot of people that care about Taylor
and for good reason, so it's you know, just just
got to keep living and learning and enjoying the moments,
and at the end of the day, you know, I've
always been pretty good about compartmentalizing and being able to
stay focused in this building. So I'll just keep rolling
with that.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
Man.

Speaker 5 (18:55):
So fellas, it sounds like Kelsey is not disturbed by
the amount of attention and fan fear that he's getting
with the whole being public with Taylor Swift.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
Is it real? It sounds like it's a real relationship.
I don't. I don't.

Speaker 5 (19:10):
I'm not into like getting into people's personal business. But
when you make your personal business public business, then it
becomes public domain.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
Right. She has been the.

Speaker 5 (19:21):
Focal points, so to speak, of every game she's attended.
Every single time you go to Break, she gets a
livery from whoever's.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
Calling the game.

Speaker 5 (19:31):
This last game, they not only live red her going
to break, like, oh, there's Taylor Swift dot Dad.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
She looks like she's having an amazing time.

Speaker 5 (19:40):
But then they they actually advertised her doing her show
and the show's being broadcast in movie theater so you
could go see the concerts in movie theaters, And I
was like, oh, there we go.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
It's good for me.

Speaker 5 (19:57):
Now now we know look at Taylor Swift with in
Times Square and they're showing her and you can see
her in movie theaters.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
Is this for?

Speaker 3 (20:06):
Is this?

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Is this a Is this a gimmick?

Speaker 5 (20:10):
Did they do this and say, let's let's blow our
brands up, Let's let's push my podcast, let's push my
brand as Travis Kelce and will introduce you to a
different clientele in the NFL by you coming to the
games and being.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
Ain't no way, ain't no way, bro, ain't no way.
I mean, it would be brilliant, brilliant scheme.

Speaker 4 (20:31):
I believe the relationship is genuine because Taylor Swift doesn't need.

Speaker 5 (20:37):
To do this, she doesn't need brouh. She's got more
attention off of this. I don't know how much she's paid.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
She's got attention in a no like it's NFL in
a different forum, it's in a different category.

Speaker 4 (20:55):
I believe the relationship is genuine. Do you think, Well,
fans don't know who tells I'm saying, I'm not gonna lot.
Some of them probably don't. I know who Taylor Swift is,
but I couldn't sing one Taylor Swift song unless it
started playing, And I'm like, oh, Okay, I bet you
if Taylor Swift I could walking in the mall, you
wouldn't even know she was there.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Unless I would Taylor Swift is there, I wouldn't. That's
just me and so.

Speaker 5 (21:19):
But there's probably a whole lot more of those I wouldn't.
That's just but my point on NFL players.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
And I'm still an uber star, the biggest pop star
in the world, and so her start them dwarfs everybody
that's in the league, everybody, and so no, I believe
the relationship is genuine, and it's good for business. It's
good for the NFL that she's there, so they're helping

(21:47):
Marketer her. It's fine because she's done things for the
league in her short time being with Travis Kelce and
so they're returning a favor. I have no problem with it.
I believe it's a genuine relationship. And if it isn't,
I mean, I really don't care.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
That's just me.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
I really don't. I mean, it's it's good for everybody.
I guess, even Kelsey's previous fiance. She did the Inside
Edition store. She real salty away from him. She big mad, Yo,
what is going on? She was an Inside Edition I said, Yo,

(22:25):
this is going through far now. He broke that you
move forward.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
But if it was anybody else, she wouldn't be mad.
But this thing is new. She she got to capitalize too.

Speaker 4 (22:40):
I mean, I guess so, I mean, hopefully she don't
go as far as the shorty with with Zion show
go out far Man sloppy with it, you know what
I mean.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
You know what I mean. But you know, I struggle
with it.

Speaker 5 (22:56):
I thought it was real at first, and I continue,
I do kind to continue to think that it's a
real relationship.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
But there's like there's just little pieces.

Speaker 5 (23:05):
Of information that come out, like all these commercials started
running with with Travis Kelce after the whole surfacing of
Taylor Swift and him dealing with one another. To me,
I feel like this might have been some powers that
be sat in a room. Here's what we're gonna do.
We're gonna agree to this. There's gonna be X amount
of commercials connected to it. I'm telling you, I've been

(23:29):
telling you. I've been say no if you want, But
I'm telling you, it just seems to coincidental.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
If they did this, Travis Kelce is corny. If if
that's the case, they're corny. That's just what it's working. Well, Like,
come on, man, come on, you don't need to do this.
Is the National Football League, the business, the biggest sports brand.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
But they doing it and then doing it.

Speaker 5 (23:51):
You're telling me this ordan this, this whole thing that's
taking place, this whole thing that's taking place. And I'm
gonna be honest with you. Let's be listen. This is
a different commissioner in my day. But I mean, think
about he ain't the first one to date a megastar.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
For business. But I just have a hard time.

Speaker 5 (24:12):
You ain't got to put your life, you ain't got
to put your personal life on blast like that. I'm
just saying, and I'm speaking from experience, you don't have
to put your personal life on blasts. If you're dealing
with somebody that's that high a profile, you don't have
to do that. So for it to become that, and
for it to be the commercials connected to it, the

(24:34):
go here and and and here's the advertising for a
concert that's going to be in theaters that's planned, that's
not organic, that that is not organic, that is planned,
that's planned.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
It's scheduled, it's been vetted, it's it's been produced. It's
there like that's what it is.

Speaker 5 (24:52):
You can't just say, oh, now this is This is
a relationship between two people and they both happen to
be very popular.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
In all this organic happened. She was at the game
boom okay, maybe the first game. Maybe the first game.
She wanted to watch her boyfriend play. So she wins
another game, and so you could go to a game
and watch your man play and if not, be all
about being on. On came the entire var with that
being said, I want to watch the game. I don't

(25:20):
want to see her every damn time.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
No I don't either, but not either LaVar.

Speaker 4 (25:24):
When she says she's coming to the game because of
who she is, they're security measures. So the league has
to know because she's not going through the regular entrance,
there's security measures.

Speaker 5 (25:36):
That might come on now if you don't stop right
now what you're doing. How many people, families, families come
in that way. There's no reason to have to do
that for for Taylor Swift, it's done the same exact perce.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
It's anybody that comes to the game. They don't hear
the regular entrance.

Speaker 4 (25:57):
That's why I'm telling you and you don't hear every
time jay Z and Beyonce have gone to a game.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
You don't hear about it, you don't see about it.

Speaker 4 (26:04):
And it'd be a lot of big time celebrities that
go to football games during the NFL season, LeVar, If
jay Z and Beyonce went to a game, they would
be on the camera, not not as much as they
did with Taylor Swift and there's but this is the thing,
I'll say, big time start Taylor Swift and Beyonce's Who's
who's this big?

Speaker 1 (26:25):
Who's this big? Is Taylor Swift? Beyond jays and jay Z?
They don't go to the regular season games, so we
would never know.

Speaker 5 (26:33):
But if they did, you tell me a Beyonce and
jay Z ain't been to a regular season game?

Speaker 4 (26:40):
Are you really telling me that? Are you telling me that?
And and when they and when they go and when
they go work with the NFL.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
With the NFL.

Speaker 4 (26:49):
Sure they've been to a regular season game, of course
they've been. I'm sure they've been to a regular season game.
Taylor Swift now has gone to two games back to
back on purpose on She's going to watch your boyfriend.
That's normal, that's normal. It's an appearance. I mean, I
just don't. I don't look that deep into like conspiracy theories.

(27:09):
If that's what they do, then that's cool. I'm figuring
she's there to support her boyfriend, and if she isn't, honestly,
I don't care.

Speaker 8 (27:16):
You know what makes me think it's real? You guys,
the first time she went to a game, she sat
in a box with Travis Kelsey's mom. That's a lot
to do to that poor woman.

Speaker 1 (27:24):
Man's relationship.

Speaker 4 (27:27):
Mandn't been in commercials, Mom hadn been on Good Morning America.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
I'm eating this up too. Man.

Speaker 5 (27:36):
Ain't nobody got no problem with mom and and Taylor
being together in the same suite. There ain't nobody saying
they ain't cool with one another, they ain't good with
one another.

Speaker 1 (27:46):
They might even be smashing Who cares. I'm just saying,
I don't think that this.

Speaker 4 (27:52):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
I don't fully buy that they are together. I don't.

Speaker 4 (27:55):
I just can't believe nobody doing this. He don't have
to do anything like this, Like for what that's just
me though, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
I'm I'm there.

Speaker 8 (28:02):
It's like, what's what's the play? Then, what's what's the
whole point of this? Then if it isn't, if this
is like some odd things.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Okay, So if.

Speaker 5 (28:11):
That's if what you guys are saying is is correct,
and I just want to be here to see my
boyfriend play, right, then the second time, around the second
game that you show up the che which happens to
be in the Big Apple, it happens to be in
the largest media market next to California, that you're you're

(28:33):
there and you got a who's who of celebrities and
in the box with you, and they do a commercial
about your concert because she was gonna be there.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
It was reported she's gonna be there. You pay millions
of dollars for those spots. She been good for business
for the league. They just returned.

Speaker 5 (28:56):
You have to pay through the Nostril to get live
reads during a game.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
That's what you've built with the NFL. Though.

Speaker 5 (29:05):
Every single time they show her and plug what she's
got going on, that's money. Every single time they cut
away from her and go to a promotion of who
she is.

Speaker 4 (29:16):
That's money, a lot seven figures money. And y'all telling me, oh,
that's just coincidental. And now you're telling us the relationship
is fake, which is crazy, that's you telling us.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
I'm telling you it's fake. You're wrong.

Speaker 5 (29:31):
I wasn't even last way. I wasn't even going to
all the way go fake with it. But you know
what now that I'm sitting here listening to myself, well,
I listened to you. They got you, fool, TJ.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
They got you food.

Speaker 4 (29:44):
She's too big of a pop star, Travis Kelsey's too
good of a player, the NFL is too big of
a machine man.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
They don't need it.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
And you know what they said when they all sat
in the room, the NFL, Travis Kelcey, Taylor Swift and
her people, everybody's people sat in the room.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
You know what they said, Nobody will ever have a
problem with it because of what TJ. Hutchman's out is
going to say on radio.

Speaker 4 (30:03):
The honestly though, this honestly, ninety nine percent of football fans,
they don't care. I'm a fan of the game. I
don't care if it's fake, if it's real, I don't care.
You want to just want to watch good food. You
want to know why it mattered to me because I
felt like it got in the way. It started to
it started to be like, can y'all play like We
know she's there, we know she's happy for.

Speaker 1 (30:24):
It, and just don't call it.

Speaker 4 (30:25):
Don't call bs holding calls at the end of the
game that you don't call in the first quarter.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
And that's that's all I'm saying. That's all. That's all
I cared about.

Speaker 4 (30:33):
You're gonna call that call that happens almost every play,
and I'm a receiver. That happens almost every play when
you get a hand put on you. But you want
to call it at the end of the game. And
they probably cut away right after they got Sauce. They
probably cut away and show Taylor Swift being happy that
they called them the passer the fars call.

Speaker 5 (30:53):
It said, look at Taylor Swift, she's excited about the call.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
The drive is still.

Speaker 4 (30:58):
Alive, Sauce Gardener, as if they would have asked her, Hey, Taylor,
what did you see here? Well, you know what, the
receiver released, Sasce Gardner was way too physical on his
shoulders and that would be past interference or defensive holding
on on the plan.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
Great analysis, Taylor, back to the game.

Speaker 5 (31:19):
Mike's for real, all right, man, Whether it's real or not,
good for them, because you know what, they winning the
NFL is winning. Everybody who's involved with this relationship will
call it.

Speaker 1 (31:36):
Uh, they're all winning. So there you have it. And
you know who else is a winner? Our guy? Ay,
he's a glow and grown trended load. Hey, isload real
or not? What you think? Real?

Speaker 7 (31:47):
Not real?

Speaker 1 (31:48):
Not real? I've been fake news.

Speaker 6 (31:50):
I look, I've been listening to you all people. I've
been listening to y'all for a long time, and I've
heard a lot of passionate discussions. That was the most
passionate discussion I have ever heard from the three of you.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
Because I couldn't believe it was actually a discussion iloed
s why.

Speaker 6 (32:14):
I think that's part of what made it so enjoyable
to listen to. The most enjoyable moment of that discussion
was Levar's contribution when he said, and I quote, they
might even be smashing.

Speaker 1 (32:29):
And he was not.

Speaker 6 (32:31):
And he was not and he was not discussing a
smash route by an outside receiver. Too great analysis. As always,
let's get to the Red River rivalry at the Cotton Bowl.
While our twelfth ranked Oklahoma has just gone back out
in front of number three Texas.

Speaker 8 (32:51):
From inside the one Gabriel handoff, Walker.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
Touchdown Heezy like Sunday Morning Twie and the back on Top.

Speaker 6 (33:01):
In Dallas, Toby rolling with the call on KOKC as
Oklahoma now leads Texas seventeen to fourteen. They have three
minutes and thirteen seconds left to play in the second quarter.
At the Horseshoe, Maryland jumped out to a ten to
nothing lead over fourth ranked Ohio State. But the buck
Eyes are coming back. Here's Paul Keels on WBNS tunby.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
BILOI gets the step those quickly on the right.

Speaker 4 (33:27):
Side, intercept it intercepted by Proctor who brings it to.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
The right side, to the ten, to the five, and
into the end zone for a touchdown on a pick
six Proctor.

Speaker 6 (33:35):
Ohio State just added a field goal, so they are
tied at ten with Maryland with forty five seconds left
to play in the second quarter. At halftime, number twenty
one Missouri leading twenty third ranked LSU twenty five to
seventeen as Missouri made a fifty yard field goal right
at the end of the first.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
Half of the gain too defensive coaches trash.

Speaker 8 (33:58):
That is the rending perspective. Very good.

Speaker 6 (34:05):
That is the trending perspective on social media. It is
both real and fake. The NFL Indianapolis gold Star running
back Jonathan Taylor agreed to a three year, forty two
million dollar extension with twenty six point five million guaranteed.
Earlier today, he was officially activated from the physically unable
to perform list and we'll make a season debut tomorrow
against the Titans. The Rams officially activated Cooper Cup from

(34:26):
the physically unable to perform list. He'll make his season
debut tomorrow against the Eagles. Baseball start a game one
of the American League Division Series in Baltimore between the
Orioles and Texas delayed by a rain. First pitch now
scheduled for two fifteen Eastern, just over half an hour
from now fellas back to.

Speaker 5 (34:43):
You appreciated Alo. We're in the up on game tirat
dot com studio. It's t J Hutchmans as Plexico burs.
I'm a Borriton. We're gonna get a quick breaking on
the other side of the break. Well, we're gonna do
some up on game down on game. You know, I'm
a bo am I am I smashing? Am I smashing TJ?

Speaker 1 (35:04):
And these pause? But am I smashing him on my
outcomes are. Am I good? Have I been on top?

Speaker 8 (35:11):
Oh? Yeah, we'll see, we'll see what happened last week.

Speaker 1 (35:15):
Oh that's a tease.

Speaker 4 (35:16):
That's a tease Up on Game Down on Game and
we get Stretch Armstrong involved this week as well.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Fox Sports Radio will be right back. Is this Taylor Swift?
Yes it is. Oh see, I didn't even know that,
but I've heard this song though, Okay, trouble. I'm a
Taylor Face Swift fan. Actually that is what it is.

want to get to some Up on Game Down on Game.

Speaker 1 (36:24):
Nine for some kicks. Are you up on game? Let's
crack this out. Let's crack it up.

Speaker 5 (36:29):
Telln on game, all right, both tell them how good
I'll be smacking.

Speaker 8 (36:36):
Yeah, last week we actually have a TJ coming out
ahead three to two.

Speaker 1 (36:40):
You know, LeVar, just be talking, y'all.

Speaker 8 (36:42):
Y'all know that last week's last week's game. But we
have a We have a full house this week, so
we'll see how this goes. Again. All of these odds
per our friends over at DraftKings. So we're gonna start
with the Panthers. Head you to Detroit to take on
the Lions. The Lions a nine and a half point
favorite in this game, and the point total sits at
forty four right now. So LeVar, what you got here?

Speaker 1 (37:04):
Points at forty four?

Speaker 4 (37:06):
You said, I'm gonna take the under on the points,
but I'm gonna lay.

Speaker 1 (37:11):
The points with Detroit.

Speaker 4 (37:15):
I'm going to Detroit Lions, even though I'm around Saint
Brown probably won't play. The Panthers are struggling, and I'm
going over.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
Oh why are you going over? If they're struggling, I'm
going under the points because Carolina doesn't have any offense,
and I believe that the lines will cover the spreading
about thirty that went.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
By ten, all right.

Speaker 8 (37:36):
Next up here, the Eagles come out to Los Angeles
to play the Rams Philly favored by four, but the
Rams are getting Cooper Cup back tomorrow. The point total
right now sits at fifty and a half.

Speaker 1 (37:46):
So plascow you got here, I'm going over to fifty.

Speaker 3 (37:50):
It doesn't matter if Cooper Cup comes back. I'm going
with the Eagles minus four did all over and the
Eagles I'm.

Speaker 5 (37:59):
Gonna take under and I'm gonna take I'm gonna go
with with. I just gotta feel in the Rams, like
this Rams team is better than what people think.

Speaker 1 (38:10):
I think the Rams.

Speaker 4 (38:11):
The Rams will they'll cover, they'll cover, all right. I'm
taking the Rams.

Speaker 8 (38:18):
Last one here the game of the weekend. You guys
talked about the Cowboys going to Santa Clara to take
on the Niners. San Francisco just a three and a
half point favorite here at home, and the point total
sitting at forty five for this one, So TJ what
you got here?

Speaker 1 (38:32):
I like the San Francisco forty nine ers and I
like the over yep.

Speaker 3 (38:36):
I'm going to Dallas with the points and to win
the game and over on the points.

Speaker 5 (38:44):
I'm gonna take the points with with with Dallas, but
I'm gonna take the under on the total.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
And I think this will be a defensive game. I don't.
I don't think that there will be a ton.

Speaker 5 (38:53):
Of offense, even though if there is, it will most
likely come from San Francisco side.

Speaker 1 (39:00):
But I like the under on this one.

Speaker 8 (39:01):
So yeah, there, all right, and that's all this week.

Speaker 1 (39:07):
Oh I got an easy win. Hey, just so you know.

Speaker 4 (39:11):
Last week, you remember, remember that the game where we
just get Okay, you take the Chiefs, I'm gonna take Jets.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
Oh, you take Jests. I'm to take the Chiefs. See
how that worked out? Right? How did that work out?
Did he win that one? Of course I did. If
you changed at the last minute to the Chiefs and
I went with the Jets. See, but my first intuition
was to be right your first.

Speaker 5 (39:32):
As long as my first intuition was right, stretch, I
ain't tripping on it, that's all I'm gonna say.

Speaker 1 (39:36):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (39:37):
I gave him the winning one. He switched to the
one that I did, So there you go, like it's
all good.

Speaker 1 (39:43):
The best of us. Man.

Speaker 5 (39:44):
Actually, I picked what I picked, and you switched to
the other side because I chose so, but I kind
of swung it so that made sense for me to
look like I made it work.

Speaker 1 (39:53):
But anyway, guys enjoyed the games today.

Speaker 5 (39:57):
Uh, Michigan State, y'all, y'all interesting, Oregon State y'all playing today.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
Y'all, y'all got a game we uh.

Speaker 5 (40:06):
Here, man, y'all got a game today as anybody y'all
actually pretty decent. We gotta buy this week, so you know,
don't you ain't gotta worry about, you know, us or
anything like that.

Speaker 4 (40:15):
We we got we we do have a game against
the California Golden Bears, and we're gonna smack them.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
You're gonna smack them. Yeah, Yeah, We're gonna smack them.
I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 4 (40:26):
The Big Ten look like it's gonna come down to
Penn State or Michigan because Ohio State.

Speaker 1 (40:30):
Man, they struggle to playoffs.

Speaker 3 (40:31):
Wait a minute, man, Maryland looking good, man, but they
played good football, they are, but they struggling to move
the ball.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
Howse State cannot score?

Speaker 3 (40:41):
You know what, they don't have a Maryland They got
one wide receiving though they ain't got the Three.

Speaker 5 (40:46):
You got the JKS Show coming at you in a
matter of moments. Stay locked in This is too. This
is up on game Fox,
