from the entry to the post fight to in the fight.

when you meet him, when you talk to him, whether

one forty five, beat fighters like Megan Anderson and those girls,

feels like Markatscheff thinks he can do the same thing.

are disappointed that now they feel like they won't get
Makachev versus Illiot to pour. You you know, there's a lot,
there's a lot. I don't think Markochev was praying for
ball and lose. I don't I know the guy. I
don't think that that's in him to want to see

But what Buckley is doing, from the trolling of Ian
Gary to now trying to target Islami Katchev, it's one
of the only ways he's truly gonna find his way
into those big fights that he wants so desperately. He

a great fight, but if he doesn't shake the bucket enough,

that big fight may end up being one of the
more dangerous guys and not for a championship. So I
get what Buckley is doing because if he can get
Mahatchev or Madlena to Della Madalena to pay attention to
acknowledge him, to even be pissed off at him. Then

it puts him at the forefront of everybody's mind. It's
crazy what's happening at one to seventy right now. And
the boy to Pooria is gonna go about his business
and fire Charles Olivera for the belt. But even on
the Sunday after he's like hitting pads in his gym
saying good morning to Islam. He's like not intimidated by
Islam at all, and neither is Islam of.

So not only does Islam have an opportunity to become
a world champion, he's already got guys up at one
seventy taken notice Buckley, who fights Kamara Uswan now and
what could be a number one contenders fight. Ian Gary
is very aware of Islamihachev. He might be in a
position where one more fight and he's the number one contender.
(11:25):
Obviously he's fighting against the champion, Jack Dela Mattelane. He
has so many options, but by leaving one point fifty five,
it makes for a little bit of a whole because
people want to see him fight Illiot to Pouria. That's
the only negative I've ever seen or have seen out
of this whole situation is that some of the people
(11:45):
are disappointed that now they feel like they won't get
Makachev versus Illiot to pour. You you know, there's a lot,
there's a lot. I don't think Markochev was praying for
ball and lose. I don't I know the guy. I
don't think that that's in him to want to see
one of his friends lose for himself to gain an opportunity.
(12:09):
But what Buckley is doing, from the trolling of Ian
Gary to now trying to target Islami Katchev, it's one
of the only ways he's truly gonna find his way
into those big fights that he wants so desperately. He
beats Kamara Rousman, obviously he'll be in line to get
a great fight, but if he doesn't shake the bucket enough,
(12:30):
that big fight may end up being one of the
more dangerous guys and not for a championship. So I
get what Buckley is doing because if he can get
Mahatchev or Madlena to Della Madalena to pay attention to
acknowledge him, to even be pissed off at him. Then
(12:51):
it puts him at the forefront of everybody's mind. It's
crazy what's happening at one to seventy right now. And
the boy to Pooria is gonna go about his business
and fire Charles Olivera for the belt. But even on
the Sunday after he's like hitting pads in his gym
saying good morning to Islam. He's like not intimidated by
Islam at all, and neither is Islam of.

And that's why I think people are disappointed that they're
not getting this fight, because I think they feel when
they watch it that they would be watching two of
the greatest fighters in the world finally locked themselves into
the octagon. Lot going on, lot, going on, great performance
by Jack Della last weekend, Big time fight coming up

with Islamakachev, Big time fight between Duke Bronx and Iliot
to Pooria at International Fight Week. But what happens next
for all parties involved whenever we do get more answers,
because last week we got answers to the start.

I want to see what the answers are like at
the end, when we know who stands amongst the greats.
Because imagine, you gotta think that if Illiot to pour
Your wins the one fifty five pound belt and Islam

to go up to fight him there, or maybe he
beats Charles Lavera, and as this I'm said, I'm not

giving up my title, he decides to go back down
to fight Illiot to pour You.

Also crazy that this has become almost an afterthought. But
Tom Aspinall has now said he's just done with the
John Jones conversation, and either he gets a fight with
Jones or he fights somebody else, He's essentially done with it.

He's done waiting. He's not doing it.

Male Jones is somewhere out in Thailand coaching the reality show,
which by the way, I was offered to coach against
him prior, but I didn't.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
I didn't accept it.

I can't do a month in Thailand opposite side John Jones,
especially when I can't fight that dude no more. I mean,
he beat me when I was fighting I can't really
fight today. I'm forty six years old.

Like, come on, man, I mean I would do it
for fun, but I'm not ready to. Just been a
month in Thailand.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
